[Resolved]  Vodafone — Refund of the security deposit

Kindly inform me whether my cheque is ready and if not how much time it will take. Its been more than 25 days and no intimation is received from your side.

Please confirm the exact date as this matter is pending from more than 90 days check the first mail sent by me on 4th August 2010.

As I was checking on my account on Vodafone website my security deposit is showing Rs.0 hence I have confirmed with the customer care, which also said that my security deposit is zero. But I have paid the security deposit at the time of taking the connection of Rs.500 which is not reflecting in my account



I am requesting you to rectify the error and correct the same. I have paid the deposit and should reflect in my account, you can not forfeit my money paid without any intimation.



I am attaching the scanned copy of the security deposit receipt.



Early action will highly appreciate.

BEST Services — Security deposit for Domestic help

Dear Sir,
We have paid an amount of Rs. 6500/- regarding registration & one month commission for providing domestic help in pune .
The co. owner Mr. Raj patil ent one of the maid with his staff along with agreement which said he will provide alternate maid if in case the current maid ran away & if we do not want services from them an amount of Rs. 2000/- will be refunded to us.
The maid provided to us ran away in two days & after that he kept us promising
a new maid but in vain. After a month of this drama we told him to return our money for which he sighted the agreement & agreed to refund Rs. 2000/- only.
After many calls & follow up he send Rs. 2000/- cheque by speed post which bounced.
Now i am feel like i am cheated & these people have a habit of fooling people

Vodafone — NON REFUND OF BALANCE DEPOSIT AND COLOSURE OF SERVICE

I was having vodafone connection for the past several years ( 7-8 yrs) which was converted to life time plan. Unfortunately I forgot to recharge it during 6 month period due to reasons beyond my control. The vodafone suddenly stopped the service at the expiry of 6 months without giving me any chance to revive it while I was ready to pay the late fee if any. To error is the human being and this can happen to anybody. Moreover I was having sufficient balance left in my account of Rs 778/-.
Despite of being sending a no. of letters to various authorities at their "HAPPY TO HELP" I am not getting any reply.

Now I appeal to provide the service back to me or to refund the amount deposit in my account which I have not been able to use because o[censored]njustified closure of service.
