I have a VODAFONE prepaid number and had a balance of around 72 rupees in my account along with the 35/- rs SMS pack, my balance dropped to -72 rupees and a multi caller tune got activated on my number, when I called the vodafone care number I was told that it was activated by me and I told them that the mobile was with me in the afternoon and nobody was at home and I didn't activate the service as I was sleeping in the afternoon time and I personally don't run even the regular caller tune service and was never interested in doing so, in reply to that the executive VIJAY (he couldn't even speak or understand english) kept on blaming me for activating the service and I too took a stand of not admitting to something not done by me which is justified as a customer, When I told him I was not able to send SMS (for SMS pack that I had in my account) as well he told me "you need to have a minimum 1 RS balance in your account... to which I just asked him that "If you can deduct 99/- without the sufficient balance and the request from a customer why don't you let the clients use the SMS pack for which they have paid in advance to which he replied rudely " Hamara system aisa hi hai" this irked me and I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor to clarify and seek solutions, he put me on a long hold and then came back on line and told me "Ye service aapne hi activate ki hai", when I told him why he didn't transfer the line to the supervisor he said "Supervisor ne mere ko bola hai bolne ke liye" ... this aggravated me even more, coz no where a supervisor can deny a customers call and here the executive didn't want me to speak to the supervisor, I asked him his full name and he denied to tell his name too , so I called the other time and spoke to other executive who willingly passed my call to a supervisor from whom after telling my problem I got the name as ",VIJAY JHILLA", I have a very bad experience with vodafone now, they keep on activating the service of caller tune irrespective of your balance and without your acknowledgement and blame the customer for no rhyme or reason, and that too put our balance in negative for it but for a sms pack for which we have already paid they want a minimum 1/- balance for us to send the bulk sms. Pathetic service and are looting the common people like this.

Personal — Caller tune activated

Sir,
In my Cell No. [protected] caller tune has been activated since yesterday without my consent. May I know why this facility has been provided to me without my permission. I am not supposed to and in no way going to pay anything for activisation of this facility.

Vodafone — automatically activating callertune deducting amount

Hello sir,
Vodafone company even though we didnot activate caller tunes they deduct and activate.Its is happening to many people.Most of the people are losing their amount .Even we call customer service they don't say anything clearly and try convince every person we did a mistake not they.It is happening most of people

I am having a reliance prepaid connection. I had received a message regarding Caller tunes. In return I gave a message that i don't want caller tunes and please refund my balance

Now they have not disconnected my caller tune service when I inquired at the customer care they don't gave proper response about that.

Why they are making such type of mistakes and fooling people...

    i activate 14 rupees 3 days internet pack and got free usage of 200MB.
    But before its get over my sim registration got failed on 21st 1am.
    While i contact customer care they not respond properly as well as i
    contact customer store they replace my sim. Even though still it not
    activated, i call them and ask reason, for that they told "YOU HAVING
    507 RUPEES NEGATIVE, HOW IT WILL ACTIVATE?". By heard that i got
    shocked. Because i had 174 rupees balance that time. Then how i lost
    174 and 507 as negative balance.

    I need my same number with my 174 rupees
    balance very soon. I using that number for more then 3 years without
    any negative balance.

    Expecting very honest reply & my sim service
    very very shortly with hope of vodafone nodal.

    I am sure that I won't cross use usage of 200MB. Sure my usage is not more then 100MB. I am sure in this.

    I need my no back with my balance. I am much depressed about sim blocked.

    Try to understand and activate it.

    dear sir,
    My mobile number is [protected]. I am using this number from last 6 years. But now a days i am facing a problem o[censored]nwanted message on my number from your company without a break. whenever i look my mobile it's power is always lighted with a new message. due to this my cell backup getting down & I am very disturb with this rubbish scheme. so plz close that scheme from my number. i will be thankful.

    Vodafone — BALANCE LOSS

    Dear sir,

    I am totally fedup from the services. I purchase the vodafone sim having number [protected] on 21/05/2011. I got the activation after 4 hrs.
    Again I made a recharge of rs 89/- For unlimited std/Local sms pack. I DID some 4-5 sms at that day & I charged for rs 5/Sms. Every time I DID sms and after 5 minutes rs5/- Has been deducted from my balance. Total of rs 50-60 has been deducted from my account at the rate of rs 5/Sms &
    even my sms pack is still not activated because every time I made sms & the amount has been deducted .
    I call to the customer care more than 20 times but I didn’t get any resolve from them. Every time they were telling that, it’s a system error & you will get your amount back. Even these people told that, you get the call back from our department but nobody calls me yet. Even
    some people of customer care department told me that , you made sms on numbers like 94174 & 94178& by the way sir I never mdo message on such numbers & thats why amount has been deducted. Some people promises me to get my amount back.
    Again on 23rd in the evening rs 10/- Has been deducted 2 times
    continuously without any reason.
    I don’t know why this happen with me. I expect some proper action from you. .Need your help as soon as possible so that I can avail the services fruitfully. Every time I made recharge & every time rs5/- Or rs10/- Has been deducted & even I mail to thir department 3 times to their all officers but they didnt come to any conclusion for that. So at last I knock your door for justice & hope to get it.

    once i had a problem and i sent them around 150 emails from my 10 email ids
    but in vain i only got automated reply that we will talk to you later

      My no. is not getting closed even after I have sent many mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and [protected]@vodafonecom.
      I have paid off my bills and these fraud ppl are trying to generate bills for me un necessarily. I am fed up of this company.
      1) I sent a a mail from my gmail Id [protected]@gmail.com.I got an auto repli but my no.didnt get closed.
      2) Talked to customer care.They said that mail from my official id.
      3)I mailed from my official Id mitika.[protected]@accenture.com
      4)Requested my colleagur too to send a mail. on my behalf.
      5) Got an auto reply but still my no. is not closed.

      Attached screen shots for the series of incidents.

      Please help me and save me from this fraud company since I am not going to pay un necessary bills.
      I have already logged a complain at this forum.I got a response to send a mail again.
      I did as was required for you all.Please look into this matter today and solve it today itself.

        I am a suscriber of the above mentioned service provider for a pretty long time- since 2002. Recently- this provider is harassing its old customers in the name of reverification . They contend that they are doing this reverification in consonance with instructions from Government of INDIA. in that case- they are supposed to do this for each and every customer.It seems that they are sending this reverifcation mesaage to selective customers and trying to give an impression that they have accomplished the job. I would like to mention that mine is post paid connection and at one time it was a corporate connection ( Tata group) Being post paid and originally corporate in nature there should not be any iota of doubt regarding the genuineness.
        Even then after receipt of the message I submitted several times in the rececent past.-I clearly remember that I submitted in April & September - this year.Again - I am getting a mesage this month.
        This is sheer harassment.If at all reverification is required- it is the duty of Vodafone personnal to visit the premises of the customer for reverification of the same.How can they expect the customer to visit their office every month. I further gather that this message is not sent to all cutomers. In absence of the same the efficacy of the execuse is also questionable.

        It is true the vodafone department always asks the customer to visit the vodafone store. and the vodafone store guys are totally useles. they have no time to update the comments in the account. The verification department should be thrown out completely.

        vodafone services are going pathetic... its high time we need to switch on the upcomming operators. cause once they reciev demand from consumers they dont know to value them..

          I am the Vodafone mobile service prepaid user.I am using the said vodafone service from last 5 years.there was account updates as decided by govt. of india as told by vodafone mobile service providers. I have submitted all the required Documents asked by vodafone service providers to update my account.On submitting the required documents the said service providers committed the mobile service will be activated within 24 hrs of time.But they didn't activated my fone service.visiting to the vodafone store after 36 hrs of time in mulund(west),Vasant Oscar,LBS marg the staff people of vodafone they were not polite,and activated my service after half an hour of time sitting and requesting them.now after 20 days of times passed again they have deactivated my outgoing call service i don't know for what reason.Calling to there Call tollfree no.114 the call centre representative tells your documents are not submitted for which the service is deactivated.I asked him that for how much time i should submit the documents as i have already submitted it 20 days back.he says i don know but our system shows ur documents are still to be submitted.please help me how get out of this purposefully mental and physical agony from these mobile service providers.
          I will be very thankful and suggestions will be appreciated.

            I Have been using Vodafone from last 6 years. I don't have any major issues with the service. But my problem is I have been receiving plenty o[censored]nwanted marketing messages. If I count per day minimum 50SMS I will get. I tried to activate DND service, but I get a msg like it has been activated already. I had complaint several times to service provider and they say DND service has been activated for your number. But I am still getting the messages. But if I check my number in http://ndncregistry.gov.in . it says the number is not registered! Its very nuisance when I get msgs when I am at office , work and meeting.

            Vodafone — Unwanted messages

            I have registered myself for DND (Do not Disturb) service for my two vodafone numbers [protected] & [protected] ,both goa circle. But I dont think that Vodafone is following the guidelines that TRAI has issued for unwanted sms for all the telecom service providers. I still get sms from Vodafone Servers every now & then And I would like to registered this complaint to Customer care executive and even to their Nodal officer .
            My both the numbers are registered for DND,Vodafone is Disturbing Me in Stupid manner. . I don't want any promotional Calls OR Massages on my Mobile Phones & either any offer calls from Tele marketing Company & Vodafone itself also. So please log my complain against service provider.

            The DND is mainly to avoid unnecessary calls and messages on the offers and advertisement.

              I had approached your Goregaon (E), Near Railway Station, for getting new Vodafone connection, I was offered a group plan where i can make all calls within my 3 Nos absolutely free , irrespective of whether i am local or in raoming mood,I had verified with the store people whether i can activate my 1 No immediately & the other 2 Nos, after a months time, & for that will i be billed for all the 3 Nos or for only 1No which i wll activate? I was told that the billing will start only after activating the sim card, so i[censored] activate only one number you will be billed only for that number & not the other 2 Nos.My Relationship No is 1.16976866 & i was alloted the numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] ,But to my utter surprise i received bill for all the 3 Nos even without activating the 2 Sim cards.
              I appraoched the same branch to clarify the matter, they personally saw that my 2 sim cards wernt activated yet, so they told me to ignore the bill & the amount of Rs,75/- for each bill will be adjusted in further bills,Now 5 months have passed by & i dnt paythe amount but stilll it is being carrid forward everymonth, Why should i pay any amount as monthly charges when i havent even activated my sim card?
              Further i was even more surprised that in one of the numbers which i had purchased solely for the purpose of makng free call with in group i was charged in roaming mode, where as i was clearly told before connection that local or roaming to & fro within all this 3 group nos will be absolutely free.
              I fail to understand why a reputed concern like Vodafone is unable to guide about the basic plans to their valued customers in a proper way.I feel very badly cheated & have already shelled out quite a big amount aginst some service which i couldnt avail of or dint require it altogether.I request you to kindly look in to this matter & adjust my above amounts in the forthcoming bills without any further delay. Failing which I have no options rather than to put forward this matter in the leading Newspapers. & deactivating all my numbers from the service of Vodafone.

                seriously i changing my service provider...costumer care executives sucks...

                they 've deducted like 100 bicks in last week...

                now think there are like 20 ppl i know with same complaint from my circle so...like eevery person using vodafone has same problem...few ppl in India dont even know how to approach for a complaint ...so are misused by service provider...i strongly oppose these action...

                think ...there are like millions of ppl who have same problem...and billions of money vodafone is takin frm us...THIS IS PURE THUGGING...i dont know why...police dont catch these company owner...actually they are bigger thieves...snatching like billions of rupees ...VODAFONE SUCKS...!!!

                  I Jithin Mathew made a recharge Rs 97 for mobile connect from vodafone service provider16/10/10. After recharging one our later i got a confirmation message from vodafone that was (ye suvidha apka account me activate ho gayi he). Then i started surfing from mobile, before surfing main account balance was near by Rs 92,after surfing i checked my account it was near by Rs 56.Then i tried to call customer care complaint desk 198 from my number the number was not connecting.Then i used another vodafone spare sim the sim is belongs to gujarat([protected]) the numer got connected to 198 complaint desk.I got a person online he told me that for 97 recharge you have to activate vodafone mobile connect on your mobile,still yet have not activated that facility, so that you have to send a message to a specific number along with your 15 digit imei and another message to VMC.After sending message i got a specific installing message i installed in my mobile.Then i surfed my balance got deducted, then the next day i surfed my entire balance reached at Rs -8.Then i called to 198 from my gujarat sim the first person diverted the call to the manager the person told me that it could be problem related your mobile or sim, move to vodafone mini store that person will assist you,check from there,if the problem is related your sim we will refund your amout, then i went mini store i got desperited. I called one 198 after explaining the call transfered to Vmc dept. The person told me that amount will be refunded within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs i havn't recieved any response then i called up again VMC person told me that i have forwaded again you will be getting a call from our service dept. within 24 hrs. Still yet i have not received any response from the service provider. I have losed my entire balance and my 97 recharge amount.

                  My Name is Suman Kanumeta ,I am using Vodafone Post paid no.[protected] from past 2 years and I have not paid the bill of SEP 2009 since they imposed me a wrong bill I have made a complaint regarding this bill to vodafone there is no response from their side i n between from my dialling call list is very CONFIDENTIAL they are calling my family members , friends and other relatives and abusing them and threatning them to give money they use call them at night time even i am not in town what should i do.the numbers from which they are calling are follows [protected] PREETI [protected] AMIT

                    The elan and audacity with which Vodafone is functioning in its fiefdom called India is mindboggling-and all with the tacit support of the TRAI. Call Dropping has become a daily and most charactristic feature of Vodafone's service, coupled with the unsolicited and most annoying messages being forced on the unwilling customers merely for increasing revenues. Apart from providing a most expensive but poor network service, not one single call can ever be complete with less than three call drops-thus multiplying the revenues of this service provider. IN ADDITION, EVERY TEN MINUTES ONE GETS ALL SORTS O[censored]NWANTED MESSAGES, ALL CHARGED ON A NETWORK WHERE ALL OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS ARE METERED AND CHARGED! And, there is no respite from this torture by a company refusing to pay Indian income tax and without any DNC facilty!
                    No use writing to TRAI who DO NOT RESPOND or take any action!

                    I completely agree with the above complaint and statements as I have the same problem with Vodafone. Repeated request to vodafone (over last 2 years) they now tell me that they are unable to improve the service. If so they need to refund the charges to the customers.

                      Hi,
                      I am Rajarajan, my mobile number [protected]. I've been using vodafone postpaid service since 2006. Recently (about last six months) the service quality started taking a nosedive. Random signal loss, voice stuttering during call and call drops have increased, also the EDGE connectivity(I have iphone data pack 100MB @200Rs) is pathetically slow(2~4 kilobytes/sec ping:1800+ms) and sometimes not available at all! that too in prime areas of bangalore(jayanagar/jp nagar/koramangala).
                      I made several complaints about these issues by calling the customer care, but nothing happens. And next time when I call there is no trace of the previous complaint ever registered. Recently when I called customer care, I had enquired about disconnection of service, immediately after that within 1 day I started getting several calls from vodafone asking why I would like to disconnect! I explained the above issues, Again nothing!
                      The icing on the cake is that this month I was suprised to see the bill to be twice that of what I usually get! I checked this months and the previous months bills and to my surprise, my data usage is shown to have increased through last few months while actually I had started using bsnl 3G for most of my data! After the data pack free usage of 100MB vodafone has charged me for another 150MB! this month alone(approx 800Rs). This is just plain breach of customers trust and fraud on part of vodafone.
                      I called the number provided for complaints "198" and the lady on the other end refused to take a complaint! "sir the system shows that you have used this much, so i cannot take complaint." was her answer!
                      Finally I managed to register a complaint by calling the regular customer care number. Complaint number is [protected].
                      After being with vodafone for almost 5 years, if this is how they treat customers, I will move to other service providers who actually provide competent service!

                      Also I gave a request for micro sim on 26 july 2010 in the vodafone store in koramangala(request number[protected]. The exec said that I can come and collect the sim in 15 days. I've been visiting the vodafone store almost every 15 days, every time its the same answer, After 3 months I am yet to receive the sim till date (22 october 2010).

                        Iam using Vodafone post paid mobile connection since 5 years and my track record is also very clear. Vodafone has offered a credit card by name vodafone-Citibank Cobrand credit card and they kept an option of redeeming the points earned in the credit card to Vodafone bill adjustment. I used this credit card for more than 2 years. In june 2010, i got a mail from vodafone that the collaboration with Citibank is going to terminated by end of July and we have to redeem any points before that date. I was having 4880 points in my creditcard and i redeemed these points on 2nd july. But these points are not credited in my vodafone account and citibank care is saying that they have already done the needful to redeem these points and the reference No. for this transaction is No.81727997. I passed this reference number to vodafone customer care executives also but of no use. Everytime one new Executive used to call and i tell all the story to them and cut the phone and again some new person calls. I got fedup with these calls and also they started harrassing using their recorded message that i have to pay so and so amount to vodafone, pay it immediately before my connection going to cut. They repeat this message in 3 languages and then allow to use connection. In September i got an information that my redeemed points are going to credit before 12th october as conveyed by Citibank executive and again it was postponed to 15th of october. One week back when i lodged a complaint in vodafone customer care, i got a reply that these points are going to credit in my account by 31st october. But they have disconnected my mobile connection since 10th of October and as iam not in station and my wife is using this connection, we are facing lot of problems inspite of crediting advance payment by 3 months. I want some action to be taken against vodafone and also guide me how to claim compensation from the service provider as my wife lost a job opportunity because of this mobile phone connection got disconnected.

                          I am Shidhant Naik & customer of vodafone Mobile service provider. I had activated SMS pack of Rs 66 (by activating this you get 15000 sms valid for 1 month) but after the last (due) date I found that 2 rs are getting deducted from my balance when I inquired about it I found that they are deducting 2 rs & providing you 500 SMS for 1 day validity without informing me, without my permission. Thats ok I kept quite but today I found that my 2 rs are deducted as always but I was not provided with SMS that means any SMS I used to send was charged as RS 1/sms. I made call to Vodafone complaint no. ( 198) 2 times, 1st time they told me to call after some time, I gave them call 2nd time this time they told me to call after 1 p.m. and since I can call them only thrice a day, I gave them call at 4.50 pm and this time also same thing he told me it will be done in four hours means they will give me daily rental SMS pack at 8.50...??? so at tomorrow morning I have to again pay the rent. So for today what type of rent they have deducted from my balance ??

                          I am using Vodafone services. I was in roaming on[protected]. They deducted 30/- from my balance as activation charges of msg scheme(ONM_PBB_SMS) without being subscribed by me .
                          When i came back delhi, i did call to customer care, they told me to follow the procedure. I followed but didn't get amount till today as they told me that your account will be refreshed by Rs 30/- in 48 hours.

                          They did same act once before too.

                          It's not ethical to deduct money from account untill the customer subscribe the scheme.

                          Prompt action will be apreceated.

                                  I activated GPRS(Vodafone Live) through *444*5# in my Nokia 72 Prepaid phone([protected]) on 16.10.2010 and it was activated instantly. Even I received a confirmation sms. I started browsing through the GPRS but even a single penny was not deducted from my account till 18.10.2010 morning. All of a sudden I found Rs. -67.00 when I checked my balance around 10 AM on 18.10.2010. Next day it gone up to Rs. -250.00 and thus it rose up to Rs. -500.08 on 20.10.2010. I spoke to the agents of Vodafone care. One of the agents Mr. Rajender said that it was a technical fault of Vodafone and the amount would be refunded back. He proved a complaint number [protected] but still my acount shows Rs. -509.58. Vodafone should have deucted Rs. 4 immediately after I activated the service which was not done and eventually negative amount went on mounting and now it is such a big amount that I cannot go for further recharge. My connection is 3 years old and I want to continue. Please look into this matter and refund the amount as it is a fault from Vodafone operator.

                                  I have VODAFONE campus pack connection and my no is [protected]
                                  i made a call on the following nos. during the days:

                                      I want to register my complaint regarding the USB stick of VODAFONE for internet usage.

                                      I have bought USB stick No.-[protected]. on[protected].

                                      I have opted for unlimited usage plan and paid advance payment for 1 year i.e. 6999/-.

                                      But internet connectivity of this device is pathetic. The internet connection dosnt stay connected for uniform usage.
                                      With full network coverage also, the internet disconnects too much.

                                      On registering complaint on coustmer care and appellate authority also, there is no satisfactory solution of my problem.

                                      I, therefore want to register my complaint in consumer forum and want to get my money refund of amount 6999/- from the vodafone compnay.

                                      Vodafone — Internet connectivity

                                      I have been using internet on my vodafone no. [protected], but since last three weeks its not working in sec 68 of Mohali, but working everywhere else. My resident is in 68 sec and I need the net to work here I have lodged a complain at vodafone store on 2nd september, 2010, but they asked us to wait for at least one week to confirm that the net is not working in that sector. Although it was a long time but I patiently waited for one week and again on 9th september lodged them the complain that its still not working in the sector but wrking every where else, I have not recieved any information from voda fone office about the status of my complain yet.....Kindly get it done.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        I am a loyal customer of Vodafone for the past 1.5 years and my cell numbers are [protected] &[protected]. But I have to inform you with the deepest disappointment about the poor service of your staff .

                                        My phone number[protected]:Bill for this number was paid regularly but due to some financial problem I had not paid my bill for July 2010 and I had informed my problem to Vodafone Gallery and also Customer Service and requested them to take note of my problem and secure the system for the purpose but your customer care executive turned down my request with smiley face. However the Vodafone customer service (gallery) executive advised me to make the payment in the following month and pay a penalty of Rs.100/- . I agreed with this suggestion and left the gallery but the next day my outgoing calls got deactivated. I called 111 and stated the situation but that time the customer service telephone executive (I think IVR ) told me you have to visit the gallery once again and there your problem will be solved. I visited the Vodafone’s Chembur Gallery. To get my outgoing calls gets activated but once again. My August month’s bill was a hugely inflated bill of Rs 7000. Vodafone blocked my number .I have tried to check this bill online but my online bill checking account also got blocked so I called to 111 for more details. At that time but I was told that my credit limit was revised from Rs 4400 to Rs 8400 (which is the second mistake from Vodafone ). Subsequently from the middle of August and every alternate day, I got calls from Vodafone informing me about the outstanding bill and to rush the payment .That time I visited the Chembur Gallery to make my payment for August bill but at that time their cash payment machine was not working and the following 4-5 days the Gallery was closed. This delayed the payment. Subsequently I have visited the service center many times but that harassment and wrong behavior purpose I have delayed to make a payment but everyday Vodafone customer care executive make my life terrible .That time I got wrong information also from gallery that if I want to make my numbers postpaid to prepaid that will take 3 months at least but that’s wrong actually which I came to know after words .Meanwhile my[protected] was deactivated for whole September month but that time I was informed them please provide me all details regarding my bill I will surly pay my bill on November first week But Mr,Vinu Pillai ([protected]) visited at my home and introduced as a legal department executive from Vodafone but that time I was in office so I called him at night so while discussion I said due to lots of problems from Vodafone I don’t want to continue this number I want block totally this number so he suggested me two option like if you want to go with this number then pay some amount and continue the line with same number otherwise do the settlement at 10,000/-Rs. on phone he informed me I will help and give you my best so I replied him to meet me on Friday 8 oct 2010 so he forced me to pay my bill on before 9 oct 2010 otherwise your amount will go around 15,000/- Rs. -18,000/-Rs. so I agreed and I took loan and paid whole amount by cash on 8 oct 2010 receipt no.1073040 and closed the matter with his presence that time also in front of him Vodafone executive called be and talked nonsencly and that time legal department executive stated that I know our Vodafone service guy are not welled trained and he switch off that customer care executives call to informing like I am doing settlement and closed this matter and informed you soon, but after on Sunday 10 oct 2010 I got message on [protected] that you have to pay your remaining amount as soon as possible and enjoy the service of Vodafone. I informed first this situation to Mr.Vinu Pillai but he told me that I will give you the answer tomorrow morning when I was in office but on Monday I didn’t got any call form him I messaged him next day that time I got news that he is on leave but he told me I will surely start you phone because our system is not updated the current updates of your account. same response I got from customer care executive also .I have contacted many times to Mr.Vinu Pillai and 111 but I got very bad response from Vodafone staff .

                                        And lastly I called to Mr.Mahesh Patel (payment department executive ) and again I got same trustless responses but I shown again trust on that person that my mistake & the again bad experienced I faced and now I decided that not go with Vodafone .I want to block my second postpaid connection also and the number is [protected] and I will not going to pay single rupee now to Vodafone because of manner less behavior and proper response and lots of harassment of me and my family members .Take a note if now any Vodafone executive approach me or my family in future then will take this case to consumer court definitely. Because this is second time I faced rude and manner less behavior of Vodafone Staff. and I don’t want to continue the service

                                        I HAVE BEEN A USER OF THE SO CALLED "VODAFONE" FOR A LONG TIME...I HAVE A PREPAID ACCOUNT...VODAFONE IS JUST A BRAND NAME 4M LONDON, , , , , BIGGEST CHEATING TELECOM COMPANY ON THIS EARTH...SO WHAT ITS FROM LONDON...NO1 GIVES A DAM...THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC...I[censored] SWITCH OF YOUR CELLPHONE AT NIGHT...THE NEXT MORNING I SEE 1/- DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT...WHAT RUBBISH????? MY INTERNET FACILITY HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR OVER A MONTH NOW..I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ATLEAST 10 TIMES IN A WEEK BUT THE SIMPLY REFUSED TO FIX IT...WHY ARE WE HARRASED LIKE THIS????? IS THIS A BLOODY JOKE THEY R PLAYIN WITH US???? I NEED THE INTERNET FOR MY WORK PROVIDED THAT I TRAVEL A LOT AND I DONT HAVE A LAPTOP...I HAVE BEEN IN BIG LOSS FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS FOR THIS PROBLEM...PLZZZZZ DO SOMETHING..

                                        Vodafone Service — vodafone service

                                        I,S.nageswararao having vodafone connection.My phone no.[protected].Recently i topped up Rs.50/,immediately that Rs.50/ was deducted and another Rs 50/ negative balance shown in my account.Sevaral times given complaints,but those people not responded.Till now my problem was not solved.So, please look into this matter and solve the said problem as early as possible.

                                        I have been an Vodafone customer since last 1 month, yesterday company has dedected may mobile account Rs.30/- without any information or confirmation and MCI Service has bee activated without may permison.

I have a Vodafone prepaid connection and i using the same for last 1 month, Yesterday(10/01/10) at around 12.00PM company has send the massage of “Your Service Will activated shortly and deducted may mobile account Rs.30/- without any information or confirmation. Then I call Vodafone customer care at 111 and someone tell that it is MCI services will be activated your mobile. I have been not activated any (MCI) service in may mobile, but those people not responded.

                                        Vodafone — Harassing customer with wrong information

                                        I received a sms from vodaphone that I dint submit my id proof at the time of my pre paid(3yrs back) connection, so i have to submit the stated doccuments as early as possible. I called up customer care service, they said by mistake it has been done , actually as per the govt. act you have to submit the doccuments once again. Then I went to Madhapur vodaphone shop, they asked me the related doccuments. I gave them xerox copy of my passport, pan card and address certificate on company lettter head( our company has business tie-up with vodaphone) but they asked me to bring the copy of the electricity bill where I stay on rent basis. After couple of days I went to Madhapur vodaphone shop along with the electricity bill but again they said to get the xerox of my pass book with current transaction. After couple of days again I went to the same place but they took only xerox of passport(issued from kolkatta as I am from West Bengal).Then I asked them "why you said me to bring all those thing". They replied that they need all fresh doccument of current month only. So they took only xerox of my passport, when I forced they took xerox of electricity bill also. I asked the associates wheather everything is fine or not, the reply was ' Sir, xerox of passport is enough, you dont have to give anything else". Finally I was ready to leave ,one of the other associates came & asked me to sign & fill up another form , I asked them the reason, they replied this is for the customer who comes from other state & stays here, and finally I did.I asked them how many days it will take to activate, they replied three day, I asked them the why your customer care service say it takes one day? they replied they dont know.
                                        Sir, My questions are......
                                        1. Why your associates dont know the exact rules & regulations?
                                        2. Why a customer has to suffer this way?
                                        3. Why I have been harrased by your service people? Is it for being a Muslim or aything else?
                                        4. Why passport is not accepted as an address proof doccuments?
                                        5. If a person comes from different state of India, the very first day he has to buy a sim card, then how he will get the electicity bill or savigs a/c passbook?
                                        6. Why you have kept the associates who never bother about the value time as well as the customer?(most of the time they switch off the power supply & say power falure....in Madhapur vodaphone shop)

                                        Vodafone — Very Bad Service / customer care is customer harassment

                                        Hi,

                                        I have a customer with Vadafone for quite a sometime now....these buggers are not running customer care but they are customer harassment center.....there executive are so worried about putting the phones down like they have so many things important other than the customer.
