Dear sir/madam,
i complaint many times regarding balance depletion but their is no reply from the company and still i am facing the problem of balance depletion of vas service on my number [protected] . now this time i want my balance refund because their is no request for vas service activation is generate by me and i contact to customer care and not getting postive response ..here are the details for balance...

I am shiv kumar. My mobile number is [protected]. i am used your company from last three years. my complaint is yesterday i request to vodafone for activation of friend and faimily service. i sent the request on 144 after sometime i received the reply this serivce can not be activated so it is ok but as well as fifteen rupees deduct from my account. but the service is not activated. so i call to coustomer care....

1 and half year before I was using Vodafone number ([protected]). In Jan 2009 Vodafone charged me Rs. 200 extra for downloading some pictures by using mobile internet while I never downloaded any such pictures or something. When I enquired about this in customer care, they told me that as this is appearing in your bill means you have to pay that amount. I didn’t pay that extra amount that time and they disconnected my mobile connection....

i am a vodaphone prepaid customer[protected] since 5 year. i have submit document in vodaphone care sec 19 chd.
nearly 5 times. one time for getting duplicate number. then 4 times to continue the service ... as requested by vodaphone customer care... even the person setting sec 19 vodaphone care know me well...mr manjinder singh( sardar). even after submitting document 4 times my no blocked by vodaphone.......

I PURCHASED THE VODAFONE MOBILE BROADBAND USB STICK , MY CONNECTION No. IS [protected]. IT WAS GIVEN TO ME ON 28-11-10.

FROM THE DAY ONE IT IS NOT WORKING .

I AM USING TATA PHOTON + , IT IS WORKING VERY WELL

I WAS TOLD THAT MY BILLING DATE WILL BE 11 OF EACH MONTH , COMPANY COMMITED TO ME THAT I WILL BE ALLOWED THE FIRST MONTH FREE UN LIMITED DOWN LOADING ,

I have lost my PUK and i entered the PUK given to me by the customer care people. I entered that PUK number and then entered and verified the PIN but it always says "code error" and im unable to use my number. My number is [protected]. i need to know what to do right now.

My cell # is [protected] and using this connection from last 10 years. I have plan of Double Value 299 and Unlimited MSG pack of Rs 149 and in that i can send the 15000 free msg montly.
