[Resolved] Vodafone — OUTGOING CALLS NOT WORKING | |||
SIR, MYSELF RAJESH FULCHAND AGRAWAL BEARING MOBILE NO-[protected] BEING A VODAFONE CUSTOMER FROM LAST 10 YRS. I HAVE COMPLAINT REGARDING OUTGOING CALLS BEING STOPPED. ONLY I CAN RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS. 4 DAYS BEFORE I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT TO MR.RAHUL IN VODAFONE GALLERY OF MULUND REGARDING THE SAME MATTER. THEY ASSURED ME THAT WITHIN 4 HRS I WILL BE ABLE TO DO OUTGOING CALLS. BUT STILL I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. ONLY OUTGOING CALLS OF VODAFONE TO VODAFONE IS WORKING. OTHER OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOT WORKING. IF MY PROBLEM DOESN'T GETS SOLVED WITHIN 12 HRS, I WILL SURRENDER THE NUMBER. Was this information helpful? | |||
