PLEASE GUESS HELP ME
a vodafone number holder +91-[protected] always give call and tell un wanted things on phone. i have try to catch out from service center about his address details, but vodafone services center have not provide any details.

some times i m not home then my family holds my phone.
he baldy [censored] person call and say unsolicied words on phone .

please if any one can help me then please tell any solution.

    I am Ex Distributor of Amethi(Maruti Dustributor) my old recharge coupon claim pending with Neeraj Sinha, Allahabad for one year (already sanctioned claim) while i have concerned many times with my RM(Praveen Singh,Sultanpur) Br.Manager(Sachin Tondon,Raebareli) both RM & Br.Manager confrence on mobile with me and Mr. Neeraj Sinha(Finance) many times but no result uptill.
    You are requested to help me about this matter, so that i may received my sanctioned claim,.

      Vodafone — Filthy Messages from Vodafone

      Vodafone sends filthy messages as image services. It comes as a Service message. If you try open and read that you will have to forgo 100 RS with out knowing. If you call customer care they say you have used their Image services as a Internet service. Dont read messages from Vodafone. Crap Company deducts money with out proper reply. Give a Complain and take the Complaint number. See what happen to that Complaint. Mere crap company will just close the complaint as resolved with out solutions.

      Vodafone — filthy messages received

      My cell is receiving filthy messages from mobile number[protected]. I want this mobile owner to be traced and details sent to my mail-id.

        i want to make my no. prepaid to post paid so i had chat with postpaid customer careon may be 23 july and she told me we will start this service on 1 aug we cant start 'coz of company rules and terms. then that girl called me on 30 july and said
        " sir i will send a boy to ur home and he will collect documents and your postpaid sim will start on 1 or may be on 2 aug and please give him 200 rs" i said ok.
        and after that some problem in document on 4 aug after my call boy came again and he took orignal papers of mine and gave me the new sim and told me it will start on next day. but still on 11 of august sim card registration is failed. i called many times to that grl but she is not picking my phone. and that boy told me i can't do anything please talk to my senior and today i called to his senior and he told me it will take 1 more day. i m very dissapointed this time from vadofone. in my home we have 4 connection of vadafone and i m using my no from last more than 5 years.
        now please registerd my complaint and tell me how much time it will taken to solve this problem.

          I am really annoyed and irritated by the way I am being harassed by Vodafone India by generating some "NON-EXISTENT" bill against my name.Unfortunately,this is causing severe mental agony for me.
          The concerned post-paid number WHICH IS FREEZED since 09thMAY.,2010- is [protected].My vodafone essar mobile relationship no. used to be [protected].23007596.
          I am a specialist Doctor by profession and I'm working abroad since last MAY,2010. I have come outside India for a contract job for appx. 1 year.THAT'S WHY,I HAVE FROZEN MY Vodafone India postpaid NUMBER -[protected] for one year period by paying the necessary amont 600 RS on 09.05.2010(9TH MAY,2010) IN south DELHI VODAFONE store..I just freezed the no.;because,I used the number for a long period of time and I thought to CONTINUE WITH THE NUMBER WHEN I COME BACK AGAIN IN INDIA AFTER 1 YEAR.
          .Even after freezing my number they generated some bill against my name in June,2010 and my local representative in India even paid that amount-Apx .Rs. 2500.I also paid another Rs 3000 before coming from India on 2nd may,2010.
          Now,I got another mail via SBI credit card, stating that Vodafone Essar mobile services Limited have generated a bill of Rs.2998.71 for month of August,2010 AND DUE DATE OF 21 AUGUST,2010 given to me.(My vodafone postpaid bill is connected with my SBI CARD-whenever there is bill generation they(SBI CARD inform me via email to pay via SBI card).(NOTE-SBI CARD is a very good ORGANIZATION;they have nothing to do with this complaint0
          NOW,I have some serious query
          1When I have frozen my account on 9th MAY,2010;and,my local representative cleared all my remaining dues inVODAFONE store in New Delhi in JUNE,2010 to their full satisfaction. Now,HOW CAN they GENERATE A BILL FOR ME ON AUGUST,2010?; I AM REALLY SURPRISED,SHOCKED AND as well asIRRITATED.
          2.THIS SEEMS TO BE Nothing but Cheating and harassing innocent victims like us..My local representative already paid that huge bill in JUNE,2010-which also seems exaggerated to me.I need full explanation of all these suspicious irregularities in VODAFONE POST-PAID BILLS.NOW,THESE Vodafone India is trying to extract some more money from me by generating BILLS against my FREEZED NUMBER.

            I am using Vodafone mobile service no [protected]. For the past one weak, I am talking to my friend about many important business matters. When we are talking, we can hear a TIP, TIP sound once in minutes. Some times, our voice is also gets Echo and i have started getting blank call. I suspect that our cell phone is trapped.

              Hi Whoever reads this and takes some action,

              So here's the story. I bought this iPhone 3G almost 2 years agon from Vodafone India, Wheelers Road, Bangalore. I paid 30 grands for that upfront. Despite this, those buggers did not unlock the phone and provide me with a networked locked phone, locked to their network. It's been two years since then, and even my warranty has expired. Upon asking them to unlock the phone for me because I paid the cost upfront and that I am shifting to another country, these nincompoops reply with the most appalling message saying that they cannot unlock the phone because it is network locked. Now if some gentleman could explain it to them or me, if they are not the network then who the damn network is. And why in the world are they still running this crappiest piece of business of their. I am attaching few mail which I exchanged with them recently and also in the past. Having said that, now that I am not in India any more, I hope some one shoves up this mail up their arse and puts some senses in their nitwit brain. Especially this figure, Monica from the Corporate Care Karnataka.
              There are more such mails as attached below.

              to unlock it; to be more precise, network unlock it so that any other SIM
              card can be used on it from any other network across the world. Let me give
              you some real world scenarios/examples:
              If you buy an iPhone here in Australia from any network carrier / vendor, it
              is usually carrier locked (if and only if taken on a Contract and NOT by
              paying the full cost of the phone upfront), or as you prefer to call it
              'network locked'. The carrier/network/cellular operator, such as Vodafone,
              Optus, Three, etc., then unlocks or carrier/network-unlocks the iPhone,
              either for a fee i[censored]nlocked before the contract is over or free otherwise,
              such that it can be used on any other network using other SIM cards. If you
              purchase an iPhone by paying upfront, the way I purchased from Vodafone
              India (probably one of my biggest mistakes), the phone is already unlocked.
              Having said that, its the network operator, which is you, has the unlock
              codes / necessary technology to unlock the phone and NOT Apple or any other
              operator.

              Now, if you're saying that you cannot carry out a job which is precisely
              yours, my honest suggestion would be to kindly pass on this message to your
              superiors that they better shutdown their friggin' worthless company which
              cannot provide services to their customers and be honest. Furthermore, in
              your future responses, kindly do not beat around the bush, as is quite
              apparent in your last mail.

              Vodafone — iPhone 3G locked

              I have to travel abroad and require vodafone to unlock my iphone which I have been using for more than a year. I have also been using the same number since more than ten years and don't plan to leave vodafone. I have been in correspondence with them and twice they had called me and asked my IMEI number and told me that the iphone will be unlocked after a permission is granted.
              But today, their nodal officer spoke to me and refused to help me.
              Vodafone doesn't make us sign any contracts for the iphone 3g, they haven't given me a specific time frame after which they would unlock my phone. As a businessman I have to travel abroad regularly and it's very expensive to use vodafone's number there. It's also torturing to face the fact that even after paying the entire amount to buy the phone i'm not able to make it my own. It's almost as if it's on rent and I would have to use it as per the whims and fancies of the vodafone nodal officers and only with their permission my phone would be granted 'freedom'. There have been precedents where they have unlocked people's iphones.
              I personally know a person living in Chennai whose vodafone iphone 3g was unlocked within 15 days as he was about to travel abroad.
              I need my phone to be unlocked urgently as i have to leave soon.

                Hello,

                I received a message on the mobile from DM-month that I have won 2500$ and i have to contact the number +[protected] to redeem. I called that number and was kept on the IVR for several minutes and they didn't connect me to the representative.
                In the end when I checked my balance I realized that my 100 rs. balance has become zero.
                These are the gimmicks that these service providers are using.
                There should be a check on these activities.

                  Today[protected] when I gone to the vodafone retailer for recharge vouchar. I ask to retailer any offer in vodagone today then retailer said Sir please call 121 to know your special offer. Then I call 121 and listen that my offer said by your computer system “You are important customer for us and your best recharge is Rs. 10 in which you will get double Rs. 20 Talktime and Rs. 15 you will get Rs. 30 Talktime”. Then I purchased Topup of Rs. 10 and recharge them. I will get only Rs. 6.03 and Balance of Rs. 13.97 in not received. Sir I request you to please send my balance amount of Rs. 13.97 as early as possible.

                    i am from chandigarh i had a number [protected] from more than 2 years,i have lost this number 1 month before on 3rd july 2010.but frm 6 months i was in delhi so i didnt use that number.i come to chd one month before,and i lost my purse which contain mobile and i coplaint in police station on 3rd august and then i went to vodaphone store sector 35 c Chandigarh 1st day they said that they give that number to me,then on other day they give that number to somone to another person and they said this number is allot today to another person...what should i do no this is my professional number and i am a social activist,and i want my number very soon........please help me out from this problem.i will be very thankful to you

                      It is very strange that VODA PHONE has stopped the out going calls and further
                      going to stop the incoming facility saying that there is mismatch of signatures of the
                      client, Polu Medha cell no [protected] - student of B Tech I Comp Science, NMIMS MUMBAI]. I have talked to the officials at Kota Rajasthan { Anish and Priyanshu } and at Mumbai Lalit Nayak. They suggested that
                      furnish the documents at Kota Centre and show the original. I did as they advised.
                      The signatures of my daughter could not be done at the documents because she [Polu Medha cell no [protected]] is at bombay and the documents are at Kota with the father. I wasted the whole working day at Kota to explain that there is no adress mismatch which they agreed and assured that services will be restored with in 4 hours.
                      But after that they said you have to submit the docs with signature at Mumbai.
                      It would mean 7 days without any service. The no worked well for 4 days from 1 Aug to 4 Aug.
                      What is the use of showing dogs and puppies to help out the kids in ads when your paid employees don't help. Voda Phone is a thorough cheater !

                      I Srinivasa Prasad Working as Assistant Engineer , I am using the Vodaphone Sim for the last two years bearing number [protected] , it is a offer Sim of 499 rupees (now 498 ) for unlimited call Land and any mobile in Karnataka. But i have submitted the Details of Id proof for nearly three to five times to there Vodo phone network outlet, I am sick of the in coming calls with out Display details, I wish to go for consumer forum, so that i can get justice.                           R/Sir,

                          I had purchased a Vodafone postpaid SIM during APril-09. I opted for a postpaid plan with security amount Rs-250/--. At that time I was told that if I would discontinue this no any time in future whole security amount will be refunded to me with a payee check to my name on my billing address. Now I discontinued this no in the starting of April this year and also paid the total outstanding due against the no. But yet now I have not received my security amount. I sent several emails to the Vodafone customer care but every time they end up giving me new docket no and the fake surety to refund the security within 10 working days. I also visited Vodafone store 4-5 times at sec-11, Panchkula, but every time they say there system is not working so they can’t see the status of my docket. I also visited them yesterday and they gave the same excuse with the hospitality that if I am so eager for the refund then go to consumer court, they can’t do anything good for me. Now sir please tells me what I should do in this case. These private companies are making merry on there huge profits and we common man are bearing the brunt of there bad and malign practices. I am also attaching the mails that they have sent me.

                          Myself Prasanna R, I was using Vodafone Postpaid 8 months ago, Mob no: [protected] and then Disconnect the same later.

                          I have paid all the outstanding amount before the due date.

                          I was waiting for refund amount (Security Deposit), but yet not received, so I have requested for Refund of my security deposit Via Complaint No: [protected], last month (May'09) and follow up is done many times, but customer care is not giving proper feedback.

                          Kindly Advice, how to proceed further.

                          I am using number [protected] and i have depostied 1000 rs as security and due to technical fault and improper service i have disconnect the number one year back and i ask for the refund of the security but due to my regular visit there i cant get refund please resolve my issue.

                            Taken a new connection in the 1st week of July, 2010 from vodafone store, Mahatma Nagar, Nashik. Connection number [protected]. They have today disconnected the services without any notice or intimation. When inquired at their store, they intimated that there is a documentation problem. They came across the documentation problem after a month's time and they disconnected the line without the basic courtesy of calling/intimating and without giving a chance to explain any thing.

                              I had made a recharge for mobile no [protected] online through http://www.giftmate.co.in/ for Rs 204 where i had balance amount of 204.80 Rs and as i wanted to close my giftmate account i made the recharge of whole of the amount.
                              But my mobile was credited with only Rs53 while the amount should have been approx Rs 182.( after deducting approx 10% processing fee)

                              When i called the customer care for the same but the executive told me as i put value for the recharge so only 53 Rs has been credited, rest has been taken as processing charge and one month validity.Then i again tried 5-6 times but now they refuse to say any recharge has been done.

                              I registered a complaint on http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ and got the call from [protected]. Even she was not able to justify it and told to mail the query to this email.

                              My number is Lifetime Free. so how can u give a validity to a lifetime valid no. Moreover i made a Top Up not validity recharge neither it was mentioned on their vodafone website and giftmate website regarding such recharge.

                              When asked for existence of such recharge in market ( which exactly doesnt exist )and why not its been mentioned on the website, she refused to give actual clarification which is really not understandable... not acceptable at all.
                              1) Main thing is that Lifetime SIM are being offered FREE of cost in the market nowdays.
                              2) Conversion from a regular no to Lifetime no , needs a pack of Rs 49 only available in the market.
                              3) So giving 1 month validity to a lifetime no for Rs 130 does not make any sense at all.

                              You should have given right top up value rather then validity to something already valid ( and that too when not asked for any validity) .Its just a small amount but the main thing is such act of getting profit( or earnings) out of something does not go by your company's huge brand image.

                              I request you to please credit my mobile no - [protected] with the remaining recharge value. that should be approx Rs 182 - Rs53 = Rs 129

                              prepaid recharge for lifetime validity — not get recharge amount

                              Hi,
                              I have life time validity number.so when i recharge the phone i got full recharge amount (less tax).but i charged my two numbers([protected], [protected]) of amount 350. i got only 180 around amount both of them . i registed complaint to customer care on dated7.5.2008 the said me u will got remain amount in 24 hrs. but i did't got the amount .again i contacted to customer care then they denied to give me a amount .they said you charge with validity amount so you will not get full amount.but while the full life time plicy .they said when you charge with full life time validity .you always get full talk time (less tax).I need my full amout of recharge .

                                this is the right because company first give full information about account and balance and then if customer want then it will go for this scheme its cheating dont use cheater company take new two sim phone and try new company which you give better offer left the vodaphone try uninor viedocon, virjin mobile its good for customer

                                  I am aruns******* my mobile no is 988678****, I faced the following problem and inconvenience with your service with in the month I taken your service.
                                  I bought the SIM card from a store near Huskur gate, after 15 days I bought this when I contact the customer care I come to know this sim card is registered with another person name and also my registration form not taken in to your account .
                                  Then what happen to my filled form , address proof and photograph that I given on that first day ? whether it is misused by your dealer ? ( now a days a lot of chances to a terror to misuse this) the dealer name I spoken was Thangaraj
                                  then when I spoke to your customer care person to know about the near by Vodafone store that person shruti sent the address of Vodafone store that place in electronic city , I would like to inform one thing here about the store : it is only setuped for the use of infosys employees outside persons cant enter into the premises whether your representative don't know about it?
                                  Once I finished the registration process ( after a lot of struggle), I got a sms on JUL 29,that I am going to charged for Rs 30 for the caller tune services. On that day itself I called to your customer care and asked to deactivate the service also I send the sms CAN CT to 144 on JUL 29 & JUL 30 but yesterday 30 rs is charged from my account
                                  To know about the details and register a complaint about this I made a call to 198 but this facility is not working from today morning 11 pm ?
                                  Please respond properly for my queries , I am planning to post these queries in public forum if I am not convinced by you also there is lot of service providers in the market your not a god to believe only on you
