Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Rohtash & I am using Hutch/Vodafone IN prepaid mobile service [ Mob. No.- [protected] ] since 21 Feb. 2007. On dated 3rd Aug. 2010 time 5:10 PM company activated internat service without any kind of request.
Near-about two months ago my account has been deducted by Rs. 99 for net-surfing but I was using special net-surfing package named VLONE.
In cricket worldcup-March 2007 cricket alerts pack. of Rs. 99 activated without any kind of request.
Company provide a tollfree no. 144 for activation & deactivation but I noted many time balance deduction on this no.

    Sir/Madam,

    This is with reference to your atrocious Vodafone services. I was a post-paid subscriber (Cell No. [protected]) of Vodafone Essar, my relationship number is 1.12740843. I lost my mobile along with the Vodafone post paid sim card on 9th February, 2010. Immediately, i lodged a complaint with the nearby police station in Hyderabad and in a while called Vodafone customer care to block my sim. She replied me that services will be blocked in the next 24 hours.

    Later on, on 11th Feb, 2010 i cancelled my Vodafone post-paid account, vide your receipt number [protected] by paying Rs.285/-. And as per the bill statement, you owed me Rs.67/- on cancelled date. But the shocking problem is, even after closing my account, i still gets monthly billing statements to my mail id. And the worse part of it is, my ICICI account is being debited directly as and when at the wish and the funds are steering to Vodafone Essar.

    I really get shocked how ICICI bank is paying every month to this cheating organisation. At the same time, how Vodafone is accepting the amount from an already cancelled subscriber. Don’t you have the sense of informing your customer or ex-customer regarding this matter? It’s extremely nothing other than stealing. For this matter, How do you guys be given license to play in telecom.

    Though, i suffered a lot as a subscriber with Vodafone, You are still creating me unnecessary issues even after cancelling my account.

    Please look into this matter and settle my account asap.

    Vodafone Essar Mobile — Cancellation of postpaid account

    I sitaram v. shenoy was having postpaid connection of Vodafone under 299 plan with no. [protected]. One Executive from Vodafone came to my office & explained me to go for CUG Plan i.e. Corporate Plan . So i told him to chnge the plan on the exising no. ( [protected] ) But he told me that it is not possible to change u have to buy another sim card. accordingly i had been given another sim card with no.[protected] .
    When i went to vodafone store to cancel my previous number the executive told me that i could have change the plan on the same number itself.

    so after seven days of request for cancellation of new number ( [protected] ), vodafone people are least bothered & they have kept my no. alive.

    I am frustrated with their behaviour , pl guide& help at the earliest.

      Vodafone — I lost my interview

      So many times o[censored]nwanted disconnection during the telephony interview, concern had wrong impression on me. Finally I lost the opportunity... this can not forget my whole life... since i come from the lower middle class family... plz take an immediate action on this... this is the worst network of India... I WANT THE VODAFONE TO GET OUT OF THE INDIA TO SAVE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE LIKE ME...

        THEY ARE INTERFERING IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE.
        GIRLS YOU ARE NOT SAFE WITH VODAFONE.

        Highly shameful behaviour by customer care executive of vodafone chandigarh.
        This has brought a bad impression in front of me, one C.C.E has misbehaved with my friend, moreover he has personally messaged on her mobile number and mentally harrass her even executive has searched all her details history of calls and tell her through a phone call. Through this mean act it is proved that vodafone connections are not safe for girls in which company employees itself are advertising girls mobile numbers to their friends. So in future i will never recommend vodafone to any female friend of mine. Strict action should be taken against this act of C.C.E.
        i am totally agreed with the above complaint
        it very shamful not for the employee also for the senior of the co. that they cant given any response to the cusmor very shamful to the head department trhey made the custmare care very lazy in the chandigarh all person below to thew high level are iresponsible

          A SMS came on my phone that I have won Rs.25,000/- and in response my child called back on number [protected]. The call charges charged by firm is Rs. 15 per minute. I talked to Mr. Sandeep Sharma of Vodafone care at [protected] on 3-8-10 at 0740 hrs.He justifiede these charges and refused to give contact number of any senior.This is fraud and cheating public by such excessive charges for indian calls.I think these bogus callers has share in these charges. Such calls should be on normal rate and preferably e stopped.

            I am really shocked to know that my local call details have been disclosed to some stranger with the help of your executive siting at Dwarka Sec- 12 vodafone store, as a result of which i am facing lots of problems & harrasement by that person. i think such things should not happen from a reputated company like vodafone but still it happened. now i want that my details or any other informatoin shoul not be provided to anyone else.

                Dear sir,

                This is to notify that my outgoing calls for the number [protected] has been barred for no reasons eventhough i have been paying bills on time everytime. Then when I contacted the customer care ,they said my fixed credit limit of 2500 got exceeded and they asked me to make a payment of 200 towards the bill.I paid the amount and the line got activated. I made few calls.Then I went for an interview that morning to Siruseri,I was trying call an HR person after reaching there.But my outgoing call got deactivated without my consent.In siruseri,there is no public booths for me to make a call.I got really frustrated and I missed my interview also.I have to leave home empty without attending the interview after going that far.I would like to legal action against Vodafone for this inconvience and poor service offered.

                Kindly do the needful as this kind of output is never expected from a brand name Vodafone.

                  On two occasions now, I have found that vodafone's customer service number is non-existent. I phone the helpline for a simple query, impatiently waiting for the option to speak to a human but guess what that option always returns you to the main menu! No matter which subcategory you choose, as soon as you select the option that would normally connect you with a human the system throws you back to the main menu. So, I call the complaints number (198). On this number, every option returns a message saying "unable to deal with this query at the time - please call back later"

                  The first time this happened, I sent an email to Vodafone and shortly received an acknowledgement email assuring that they will deal with my enquiry within 3 days. It actually took them 9 days to reply!

                  Now on the second attempt, it has been 7 days since I emailed them. I am really annoyed with Vodafone as I feel their customer service is non-existent. What's more they have the cheek to charge you when you connect to a human. Shouldn't calls to customer services be free? They claim this is because of some tax regulation! What nonsense! So does that mean Docomo is not following the tax regulation???? I strongly advise not to take a Vodafone connection if you're expecting any kind of after sales service.

                    I am a vodafone mobile prepaid customer having no.[protected]. I have paid Rs.1000/- thru your vodafone store at kalyan, thane (dist) instead of my total bill amount of Rs.1382/-. I regret to inform you that even i after paid the amount my incoming and out going calls are not activated till today. As i am working as a marketing manager facing lot of problems due to non working of this mobile. You are requested to kindly forward my mobile bill to my e-mail id : [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly activate my number with emmediate effect i will pay my outstanding tomarrow evening by cash.

                      Vodafone Cell Number. — Receiving calls from Vodafone Cell number which is inactive.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                      My Cell Number is- [protected] & Iam getting call from the following Vodafone Cell Number: [protected]. Last few days there are quite a few calls received from this number & surpprisingly nobody talks. And when i tryied calling the same number it is comming temporraryly disconected. It is difficult to understand so i spoke to customer care & they have suggested to put writen complaint.
                      I would like to know the details about this number if possible as why he/she is calling; if this is not possible then would like to requiest in future no further calls to receive.

                      vodafone prepaid number — outgoing ..not activated even after 72 hours of paper submission

                      Dear Sir,

                      I hope this complaint of mine is taken seriously.

                      I have been a vodaphone customer for long. However the treatment I have got recently only forces me to confirm my resolve of shifting from this service.

                      I got a message from vodaphone to submit my document & i did that on 23rd dec 2010 at the customer care center at P 11 sec 18 noida. (Attached as proof vodaphne)
                      here First... i was not given a numbered form but a plain form Second ... on filling it and depositing it was informed that they dont give any reciepts.hence i had to click the photos of the form & the person recieving it. Third.... on seeing this the man signed the reciept ( which dint seem like the actual signature).his name which he told me was Pradeep. Fourth..... I was informed that we( vodaphone) dont give any reciepts. (attached as photo voda mukesh & photo voda mukesh 2) FifTh...... i was asked to wait for one or two days before i could get this activated. Fine!
                      I waited till 25th dec 2010 morning & then called customer care from my landline as i cant make evan the cutomer care no. calls from my number!!!! Here I spoke to Mr abhishek who informed me that actualy i had to wait for 72 hours & as was upset & wanted to speak with some one senior i was give a complait no.[protected] & asked to wait for another 24 hrs. Fine!!!
                      On 26th dec 2010 i called [protected] & spoke to Mr Manoj & he was equally helpless. however I insisted on speaking to a supervisor & was give a number for complaint [protected] which is to ensure some one calls me. & yes i was asked to go to the center & check whats happening & if required call the call center.!!!!! no one called!!!!
                      Kindly understand I am under no obligation to run around your " sarkari daftars". why cant you check whats happening & let me know for a change.
                      Four days in festive season without outgoig facillties with no fault on my part. & i pay for these so called good services........?!!!
                      What do I do?!!!!!!

                      by the way airtel took only four hours to activate the services!!!!

                        I use a Vodafone number [protected] which is registered in my husband's name. This number is being used since the last 5months.
                        Every bill has been duly paid before the due dates.
                        On 28th July my husband went to the Vodafone Gallery at Lower Parel and paid a security deposit of Rs 3000/- to activate Internatioal Roaming as i am travelling abroad this evening.
                        However instead of providing the service as agreed they have disconnected my outgoing calls completely.
                        Their claim is that there is an outstanding payment on some other numbers in my husband's name and hence the services have been terminated to my number.

                        This is
                        1. Illegal. Every number has a contract attached to it and both parties are bound by the same contract.
                        One cannot link the two which amounts to blackmail. They are unable to claim the money for the other numbers as the other numbers have been overbilled and there is no proof to claim.

                        They refuse to refund the deposit without providing the services

                        I have to travel tonight. What do I do?

                          Vodafone are deducting amount from mobile number [protected] ever time when i recharge more than 60 they deduct 50 rs its to bad second time they have done this its to chip that a company earn money by this ways .

                            I'm Rakesh.S and I'm an existing Vodafone subscriber. I have 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. The issue is regarding [protected].

                            I had received an SMS in the month of May 2nd stating that "If you use 260 rupees within 10th of may, you'll be getting 10% off on your may total bill, excluding roaming charges and service tax ". I didn't get a discount and when I contacted the CS they informed that I'll be getting a discount in the month of June Bill. Then also I did not receive the discount so some CSR took a request and they issued only 26/- Rs discount, but my May total bill was around 959/- Rs. Daily I used to check with CSR's they used to give one or the other reason . But when you people informed that you can issue remaining 65rs then why should I use this Sim card. When you people send some SMS please follow that thing we can't always keep the SMS until you issue the refund. I think this should be considered as a fraud and should complain to any of the concerned local government. I have given a request for sim Cancellation and you people said it will take 7 days to DCT and you have barred the service.


                            Today morning I contacted CSR regarding the CT issue they Floor Supervisor *** Anusha*** she gave me a worst service I had never faced with any of the CSR. I have been charged for CT 15rs and I asked why the song is not yet activated, her response was "What I can do on this and this is the way we do services". Really if you keep a very rude CS means I'm sure that Vodafone will close their business. What a worst Customer Service you people have.


                            This email is just to inform you people that I'll not be paying any of the amount . This type of service is very horrible and I'll update this type of service in my facebook and all the social networking that never and ever use WORST VODAFONE SERVICE.

                              I have recharged my mobile on 28jul 2010 from Recharge it now for Rs555/- (nokia Mobile) and till date I have not recieved my amount in the phone. I have given complaint and the only response which I recieve was the automatic generated service reply. The site has not even contacted me or the recharge card you entered has not been foundI believe the customer care is really peathetic for this site. I think those who ever care for their money shoul not go for this site. it will be much better you can keep your mobile unrecharged and can recharge from any shop rather than doing it from this site.

                                I am vodafone postpaid user and i am facing problem that they aren't converting my no from postpaid to prepaid. i am using my vodafone no from past 4 yrs appx few months back i lost my sim and vodafone's employer told me that if i will buy a vodafone postpaid then i will get sim immediately also he told me that if you want to convert it into prepaid then you can opt that also. Now after 3 months they are saying me that i will have to pay 50 rs extra for the itemized billing which they didn't tell me and if i am saying to convert my postpaid no to prepaid they are denying that and saying that you can't convert it into prepaid.

                                Good to see your feedback as now i am sure that someone really showing concern to my complaints. So you are saying that i can convert my number from post to pre after 90 days, but when i went to your vodafone store they were saying that i can't change. My number converted into postpaid on 8 or 9 May so according to that i can convert it on 8 or 9 August. but if i will not request for that earlier then in that u will charge me for next month bill also. so Tell me the best way for that.

                                And as you said to make account and EBill options i have allready done that . My vodafone account id is sunnykumar86 and for Ebill my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com as ur executive told me to register mail id other than gmail. i will mail you my mobile number on your mail id.

                                    This is in Regards with my Vodafone Prepaid number [protected].

                                    This number of mine has a special facility of Campus Card and the card validity expired on the 24/07/2010.

                                    I called in on the 11/07/2010 to check how to extend my Campus Card validity and I was informed by Sunil Kori that I need to recharge by 47Rs/- however I wasn’t informed that I need to do it before my card validity expires else I won’t be able to extend my campus card validity. This was incomplete information that was provided.

                                    On Sunday 25/07/2010 I called back to check how can I activate my campus card facility and that’s when I was informed that I cannot do so because my card validity has expired. This happened because of incomplete critical information.

                                    On the same day I spoke with a supervisor by calling 198 by the name Kapil Tekchandani who apologized for the inconvenience and said that he needs to speak with the admin team and they don’t work on Sunday’s hence he will be personally calling me on Monday and asked me to refill with 29 Rs/- for the time being so that my incoming and outgoing is active. I did according to what I was told.

                                    I was waiting for a call on Monday which never came and had to call back and realised that Kapil Tekchandani is on a Work off and he hasn’t made any notes on the account and hence I had to repeat myself again. The customer relation advisor asked me to wait since kapil would come back on Tuesday and he is doing a 9am to 6pm shift.

                                    I called back on Tuesday and Kapil was still on a Work Off.

                                    This is the most pathetic Follow up I have ever seen in my experience by a supervisor.

                                    I Spoke with another supervisor by the name Amit on Tuesday and he asked me to wait for another 48 hrs, when I had already waited for 48 hrs since Sunday.

                                    I asked to speak with his manager, and that when Jose Mascarenhas came on line.

                                    Jose Mascarenhas has been the most pathetic, appalling and inconsiderate customer service manager I have ever come across In my entire customer service career.

                                    • He doesn’t allow customers to complete
                                    • Over talks
                                    • And is very rude and sarcastic


                                    So I would like to bring this to your notice;

                                    • One incomplete information given by Sunil Kori has led me to make more than 10 calls
                                    • I have wasted more than 3 hrs talking to you guys
                                    • Of which I have been on hold for an hour and a half
                                    • I have been pushed back and forth between people
                                    • I have repeated the same information 6-7 times to different people
                                    • Pathetic service



                                    This is what I want;

                                    • I want my campus card facility to be activated asap
                                    • I want a good enough compensation for all the inconvenience

                                    P.S: I personally work for a customer service organisation and this is the most pathetic customer service experience I have ever come across.

                                    Vodafone — Incomplete Recharge

                                    To Whomsoever it may concern,

                                    I just pais Rs 500 for a recharge on my phone but have only received Rs 320 as recharge. Customer care was unresponsive, and then made me hold the line for 15 mins after which they cut the phone.

                                    Then I was informed that the recharge amount for a Rs 500 top up is Rs 320, which is nearly half the total amount.

                                    This is also an incorrect figure, as I verified with another Vodafone dealer, who told me the recharge should have given me a total of Rs. 500

                                    Please let me know what the procedure is, or refund my money.

                                      The Vodafone bill collecting agents and company customer service personnels instead of giving us details of the bills keep asking us to settle the bills saying some times for download of games / some times for changing the caller tunes etc.

                                      The concerned callers to my residence Phone No. & my other cell No. have been repeatedly narrated the whole history of these sudden overcharges and requested them to give us the biling details. They all the time assured us of the same; but did not give us any details so far.

                                      On top of it; the vodafone started sending sms to the other working No. also asking us to make immediate payment of Rs. 4177.77 on our aold account ( they themselves have declared it as an old No. account) to avoid restirction of services. Why are they doing so? Is their any justice for this?

                                      Inspite of harrasing the customers by calling on all odd times and at their will instead of attending to a customer quiry / complaint again and again asking us to pay or face to the tune of restricted services etc...

                                      I would humbly request some senior personnel from Vodafone who care for Customers ( if at all any one there) to kindly address my request / complaint.

                                        A few months back I have done a recharge of top up amount 410 on the vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected], but the amount was being forfeited without any reason. On calling the customer care we were told that this was a recharge done mistakenly on this number however it was intended for someone else.

                                        I have made this recharge using online recharge services where the payment was made using ICICI bank account's internet banking from my mother's account.

                                        Despite mailing them several times there is no action taken by the vodafone. Neither the balance has been reversed back to the above mentioned number nor the money has been refunded to the bank account from where it has been charged.

                                        My concern here is that even if due to their system fault if the mobile number was recharged and hence the deduct the balance, but where is the money i.e. 410 that has gone from my mother's icici bank saving account. At least this money should have been refunded if not the balance.

                                        looking for some help here for this injustice happening to me.

                                        I recharged my Vodafone using ICICI Saving account for Rs. 333 four days ago. No recharge, no refund. :(

                                        I am never going to recharge using ICICI online again.
