Vodafone India - Since the 3 months I have had their connection, it has been nothing but a headache. Lets hear the story (true story bro!)

1. New connection taken. Since I wanted to test the network coverage, I chose for the lowest possible initial recharge. So my balance is 20 odd Rs., and lo behold, Vodafone applies its smart brains and now they activate Missed Call Notification at the cost of Rs. 30 - my balance goes to negative and since the customer care calls cost .50 Rs per 3 min, I can't complain. So I get another recharge, call customer care. Firstly they refuse, and on a raised voice, put me on hold and drop the call.

To Vodafone's credit, an email to the Nodal officer got a refund within 24 hours. I think, they are not that bad after all!

2. Without any notification, my outgoing is barred. I call Vodafone Customer Care (I pay for this again, mind you) and am told that I need to submit my documents - this after I purchased the pre paid connection from Vodafone Store and not some 3rd party store!

I go to Vodafone Store again, seems like they have lost my documents - instead of apologizing, they choose to ask me to submit the documents again. This time, their ever "Happy to Help" rep. gets intimidated by my shouting and enables my out going with a request that I have to submit my documents, picture etc again or my services will again be stopped. Dejected, I comply - celebrating a minor victory, though.

3. I use the online recharge facility, recharge gets failed, the amount still gets deducted. I call customer care - they drop my call - I happen to check my bank account again - the amount is refunded automatically - a sigh of relief (if you can call it that!)

4. 1 month passes, everything is as smooth as it gets, then again I need to recharge online. Recharge succeeds, amount gets deducted from my bank. I wait for a call balance on my phone, nothing. I wait the stipulated 24 hours the customer care executive promises for the balance to materialize - nothing happens. I check the transaction id - MCIT[protected] - on their website - it says its invalid! This after I get a success message and email after the recharge (without any balance to my number).

Another trip to Vodafone Store (the place seems like a second home now - I even know every reps. name). I am told the amount will be deducted within 5 days - as is the case with all FAILED recharges. I insist that since the recharge was success, but no balance to the phone, he should register a complaint - I am promptly refused this right - policy being sacrosanct rather than customer satisfaction.

After 5 days, no refund to my account - finally the rep at Vodafone store registers the complaint. It has been 7 days since then - I have been visiting / calling the vodafone store - all they promise is some action from their head office but nothing materializes.

Oh, this time the email to the Nodal Office (the person is different - do they keep committing suicide?) results in an answer, the balance will be refunded within 5 days of FAILED recharge - this when it already has been more than a week since the day lady luck robbed me blind! Gosh, simple math skills look like non-existent in this e-age.

I am still not loosing hope, after all - social media is supposed to shift the power to consumers. Let this be a test case of how a public complaint against a corporation results in a swift or no action.

Vodafone — failure to refund

i had requested vodafone for an additional postpaid connection. the company representative visited my place and collected Rs. 500 as security deposit vide reciept no.7483 towards sim no. [protected]/ [protected] dated[protected]. subsequently i was informed that my verification has failed as my company name didnot match that given during my earlier connection. i asked for a refund for which i was asked to visit collection office in okhla. after multiple trips to collection office and vodafone stores the sim was collected back and refund promised. however the refund was never made.

    I have been wrongly charged Rs.8000 out of Rs.10000 total bill, for internet usage for my vodafone Mobile Phone - [protected].I have been requesting Vodafone people for past 3 months to give me the details of the sites visited to me so that I can check and make the payment if at all I have browsed the sites mentioned in the details.They have not provided me any thing and are unnecessarily harrasing me by threatening calls, it is causing a lot of mental stress. They have already blocked the services to my same number and the associated numbers also.They are also harrasing myknown people for the same number. I have visited their stores and written many mails but nothing has been done. I have still not recieved any detail till date. I have been telling them that untill I recieve the details I shall not be able to make the payment, as I am sure that my bill cannot be that much as in the past bills also it has never crossed Rs.1700.I am sure there is something wrong that has happened at their end. I have been using the same number for past 4 years and am facing a lot of problems due to disconnection as this is my official number. I have incurred heavy losses in business due to the disconnection of the number. They are now calling me on my new number also that too nonstop. I shall be gratefull to you If the matter is sorted out ASAP by your help, as it is causing a lot of mental trauma to me and my dear ones. also would like to inform that there was some Shweta who calls from [protected] was asking for a settlement at 30% on which when I said no, she started talking disrespectfully and she speaks only and is not ready to listen.I am attaching screenshots of my mails for your reference.     You can do two things now either pay the bill and forget or just dont pay anything. If you choose the second thing you have to be very firm as a series o[censored]nexpected events ill happen. But they all will take place to harass you and make you pay but nothing legally could be done to you. In case you recieve any letter just ignore it. There is no rule by indian govt on unsecured loans. But remember one thing in future your credit score will be effected ie through CIBIL. This answer is for everyone with same issue. Know your rights

      My internet problem was solved on 1st July after sitting fr 2 hrs in vodafone centre and today in the morning i had received a message that your Rs 21 recharge got deactivated. I don t knw what all is happening with your connection. I had recharged my account with

      Rs 299 on June5, 2010 and on June23- june 24 due to your network problem my balance start deducting and your customer care executives started telling me that might be i had used my 2GB data surfing. So i get a recharge of RS 21 twice after that then on June26, 2010, I got a recharge of RS 299 on beleiving your customer care that my data limit exceeded. It won t gt activated till July1, 2010. My IVR is also barred, due to your incompetent customer care executives, I fooled myself no. of times. Two days passed, again on july3, 2010 in the morning got a message that my RS21 recharge got deactivated. I m really pissed off from your connection n your service. I lost five rupees balance and now whenever i use my balance got deducted. So this is my last and final email to vodafone with a warning already i had lost 4 days of my usage n now balance. I am going to apply to consumer forum by Tuesday Morning by considering saturday n Sunday off.

      Hi Also had a similar non committal approach of handling my issue. I had to board a flight for a business trip to Bangalore and needed this connection on an urgent basis. When I turned up at the Noida sector 18 Vodafone store they quickly helped out with a smile and assured me the connection would be working in the evening and I can use it from there on. Too my suprise!!! I forgot at the time of sales they can promise you the world but you get nothing but lies a whole heap of lies. To my utter dismay on reaching Bangalore I called up Vodafone customer care service(reached local Bangalore support) who ever so politely passed the buck and asked me to call Delhi customer care. Too make me feel the worst ever in my life the Delhi customer care took me through the whole IVR to put me back in the loop and this happened the whole day. Thanks Vodafone to make your customer care a payable support good way to siphon of money from your clients. Though it will get you short term profits but you will definitely looses on the long term by loosing out on your client base. I guess bharti is more successful than you guys because they understand the pulse of their client base & that is having a fantastic after sales service which you guys lack and I really don’t want to swear but you definitely s**k on this aspect. If I go to a Vodafone store we have to take that number sit and sit for ages because out of the 7 or 8 counters(indirapuram Vodafone) your agents are out for lunch fair enough where is the back up or if you are downsizing close the branch for lunch at least do not make your clients sit. If Vodafone is for a short term outing in India you would be a hit otherwise I don’t give you more than 5 years the way your services have disintegrated in the last couple of months. And stop giving adds with animals in it all the time it make me go sick of you empty lies.I just want out of this connection and it still not working because even after me coming back I wanted to give you chance even after the purpose of taking this connection was defeated, but keeping up to the Vodafone tradition of taking the customer on a ride your local Vodafone verification officer mind you I was told the verification was to be done on the phone by you noida store officials as I was taking the connection in lieu of an already existing connection wanted me or some from my family to stay in on two different occasion I requested my father to stay back at home as I myself working in private firm cannot take off. This chap calls me every time after the time decided by me and him to say that no one is at home. What a rubbish service, what does Vodafone expects I pay them also to do my verification by taking day off. Give me a break folks I need out of this connection I have taken a photon connection now and what a service same day the connection started not like yours. Learn from their management model. A Really Dissatisfied Vodafone Customer([protected]). The day I get time I will surely take you guys out to the consumer court, I guess that’s what we need to do as a customer’s play our part right.

          Vodafone — Rolex Int'l draw 2010

          Sir,

          I had recived a sms which said I have won Seven hundred thousand british pounds in the rolex international draw held in UK. I was told to send an email at [protected]@gmail.com to claim my prize. I thought the sms was genuine and so did not hesitate to reply . The day after , they send me a form to fill up wit my details (my name,address,mobile no, occupation, etc). After I replied to them , I got a mail saying I need to pay Rs.36,000 to get my award . Sir , I feel that I am cheated and I would be grateful if you suggest me on what should I do now.

              In the Month of October2009 I purchased one Data Card for my New Laptop from Vodafon's store situated at B.B.D Bag, Dalhousie Square, Kolkata-01. At the time of purchase I was informed that a new package is launched worth Rs. 5999/- of which validity period is one year with the facility o[censored]nlimited surfing and 1 GB download is allowed in a month as free services. I paid the payment vide cheque on 26.10.2009. The dealer took more than ten days to provide the connec tion and when it was provided , the next day the connection was deactivated, informed vide sms that 10%service charges ans other taxes are due. On asking about it from the dealer I was informed that untill you will not pay the same the connection will not be activated, It was a total harassment as at the time of purchase they told very clearly that there is not any hidden charges. On asking about refundthey refused bluntly. Ultimately I paid Rs. 650/-(appox). but after two days the connection was not working , I went to the dealer and showed My laptop& datacard, by observing it they said that there is some problem with the sim card and replaced the same. But it was the order of the day that I have to visit to the dealer because of non-functioning of the data card properly. Some time they repair it sometime send to repair to their work shop etc.etc.On inserting the data card into the pc it was hanged. some time it was showing the connection in progress but web pages or document5s were not opening. 4-5 times the window crashed and I lost my very important Data which I couldnot recovered and faced a great loss because of it. This processgoing on uptp4-5 months The girls employed with the dealer also behaved in unbusiness like attitude and rude behaviour. they were shuttling me to the PC dealer from time to time while they were not supposed to attend to the fault of data card.The dealer is aiming to harass me and putting me on the toe to cause me fatigue and mental tension and this also added to my mental tension and anxiety as well as injury to the heart.

              I also broughtg to the notice of the PC dealer that on inserting the Data Card in the PC it shows as activated and also shows the signs of receiving and sending the bytes in the properties as well but the web pages were not opening. I showed this condition to the dealing person of VODAFONE ALSO from whom I purchased the Data Card, but they used to say that they will set rightthe defect.

              In Dec'09 (end) the dealer send his technician to my workplace for observation aND CHECK. DESPITE HIS APPLING ALL THE WISDOM AND SKILL HE COULD NOT FIND OUT THE CORRECT PROBLEM. tHEREFORE, I was told by the dealer that they will be sending my complaint to the competent authority for replacement of Data Card with new one. For this processing dealer took more than TWO AND HALF MONTH and in the second week ultimately replaced it by keeping it with them for more than one week's period. Ultimately They handed over it to me in third week and after TWO-THREE DAYS there we same problem. I took my datacard with the laptop and RUSHED to the dealer's showroom, THIS TIME - aGAIN THE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR DEELING EMPLOY4EE WAS UNCO-OPERATIVE, INTOLERABLE AND ROUGH AND TOUGH. AFTER AWAITING FOR A LONG TIM4E, I WAS TOLD THAT THIS TIME THE PROBLEM IS DUE TO SOME FAULT OF SERVER FOR WHICH REPAIR IS GOING ON AND THIS PROBLEM WILL REMAIN UPTO 24TH MARCH'10.

              BUT WHILE STARTING USE OF DATA CARD I RECEIVED AN SMS- I WAS TOLD BUY THE DEALER THAT MY CONNECTION WAS DISCONECCTED DUE TO PENDING BILL WHICH AMOUNTS TO RS. 1451.57 + 100 = 1551.57. WHICH WAS VERY UNFAIR AND UNLAWFUL AT THEIR PART.

              i APPROACHED THE APPLETE OFFICER SH. SRIDHAR RAO OF VODAFONE AND TOLD HIM ALL THE DETAILS OF PAST EXPERIENCE VIDE A LETTER DATED 02.04.2010. BUT HE DIDNOT BOTHERED. I SEND HIM TEN REMINDERS ALSO BUT ALL IN VAIN.
              THEREFORE, now I want to lodge complaint in consumer forum with the request to help me ,the actual amount and losses to be recovered on behalf of it.
              Please help me to recover Rs. 6650/-(appox). the actual amount I have paid to Vodafone(Data card's validity period is upto Oct'2010) PLUS RS. 50,000/- against my harassment,torture,humilation,damage of laptop, damage of my important data, time & money. THIS amount is very genuin against my losses beared upon me.

              Vodafone - Data Card — Co. Supplied the defective Data Card and harassing since October, 2009.

              Sir,
              I had purchased one Data Card from Vodafon's Dalhousi Squre, Store/dealer. Who introduced the plan for one year lum-sump payment bearing total cost Rs. 5999/- I deposited the payment through cheque on 26.10.2009.But the dealer took about 15 days to charge the connection and also claimed Rs. 650/- etc. from me by befooling me. Since the time of purchase Data Card was defective and I was suffering due to poor services of the dealer. The defective data card also caused damage to my New Laptop for which I had purchased tge data card.The Dealer harassed and humiliated me by various ways. I have lost time,money and deginity in the said company. Upon my hundreds requests the dealer replaced my defective data card in the mid of Mar'2010, & deactivated my connection by saying that a bill is pending towards your account. On demanding the detail of the bill dealer supplied me the bill but detail was not sufficient.My connection is deactivated since 22ndMarch2010 and I couldnot enjoy the facility of my datacard since the time of it's purchase. I requested dealer to refund the money but he refused. More than eight months period has been elapsed and the validity period of the product it also going to be expire in 3-4 months. I had wrote to the Applett officer Mr. Siridhar Rao in this regard but received no solution. I sent 10 Reminders but he did not bother about it.(Copy Enclosed for perusal) Kindly help me by providing the Refund - the total cost of Data Card i.e. Rs. 6650/-(appox). and also provide me the claim of Rs. 50,000/- in lieu of harassment, torture, humiliation and damaged caused to my laptop and loss of my important Data. I have also lodged this complaint 3-4 times in online consumerforum.in but so far received not any acknowledgement. Please help me.

                        I have complained to vodafone regarding activation of vodafone live service as i recieved a message on 12th May, 2010 that service has been activated which will result in the charge of Rs200 for 100 mb uses. I called the customer care he said service was activated from the website and not from mobile for which i asked them who can u activate the service without my consent. Also, i told them to deactivate the service and they said they will enter my request for deactivation

                        Even i sent the mail to them to which they confirmed its free of charge promotional service given to u and you will not be charged for it. the company quotes are as follow

                        As you read through the mails its quite clear that the company has really cheated on me and even giving excuses for the refund. At present they are giving justification its for the vodafone live service pack of free 100 mb usage whose request i havnt given. Also, i beilieve if i notified the company at the start of the service i havnt given any request and they should rectify it. Its on there part to do the due digilence regarding the mistake and rectify it. I believe its o;d trick of the book that the telecom operators make to activate a service without a consent get addittional charge from the customer.

                          This is the third mail to vodafone after sending you so many reminders my CUG has still not activated .i called up serval times on customer care n they told me that the TAT for CUG is 48 Hrs . I never expected such pathetic services from vodafone . nobody in vodafone is concerned abount the customer complaint the only answer i get is just wait ?????

                          I case my problem is not resolved with 24hrs then i dont think i should continue with this number, i have been associated with vodafone from the last 4 years n had never seen such a pathetic service.

                            I am bearing a mobile number [protected],[protected]. I am receiving unethical messages from Vodafone marketing team which is disturbing and annoying. Also getting missed calls as a part of their promotion, this happens while driving or when I am in a meeting.

                            Here is a sample message from VX Lovebug "what are your chances for a secret love affair with someone you admire. Find out now. SMS AFFAIR (YOUR NAME)(PERSONS NAME) to 51515"

                            Being a married person its spoiling the ethical values in my family. All the customer care executives are rude when we ask them why are you sending such messages.

                            Similar nonsense messages are coming to both my numbers.Have explained to the customer care several times and had also put a DND request on 20th Apr 2010. But when I visited the store at Frazer Town on 22nd June 2010 the system shows a wrong date and they say it will take another 15 days to get the DND activated. Also I am never able to reach the customer care "may be calls from my number are blocked by Vodafone" But their system shows that I had called them even without being able to reach the customer care

                            Inspite of repeated complaints to customer care and the Vodafone Store at Frazer Town there is no action being taken.Vodafone is making my life misearable by making me run around them for stopping these messages. Since this messages are from Vodafone itself and not a third party,I think they should have atleast blocked from their end.But irresponsible customer care and staff had no clue how to handle this issue.

                            I was a customer of Airtel for past many years but never got such unethical promotional messages.

                            Request to please see that they stop annoying me.

                            Vodafone — Being given run around

                            I have requested for a migration from post paid to prepaid on Friday the 25th of march 2011. I was told the same takes 3 days to convert. I was given enough run around in the name of retention. Which included asking me to pay 1000 extra stating that I had taken a corporate connection and that the number given at that time was a paid no. Why don’t you guys communicate that while giving the connection. If I don’t use Vodafone I don’t have to pay a thing but if I am choosing to convert to a prepaid user I am asked to pay up .. funny !

                            Anyways I paid all that I was asked to on 25th march and still I am waiting for the migration. I followed up several times and each time I had to visit your store as the guy at the store does not answer his phone and customer service washes its hands off by saying please visit the store. Last week I was told a ridiculous reason that the conversion would not happen as there would be some negative marking if they converted his connection and that the retention team would miss the monthly target so the customer ”ME” has to wait until 1st . I had to visit your store again on the 2nd of march as the guy there “Sandeep Singh” did not answer his phone.
                            He told me the migration would be done on that evening and should complete by Monday … and I am still waiting ….

                              Dear Sir,
                              I got a Vodafone post paid cell connection with cell no [protected]. On the month of May 2010 bill, I paid through my card. Instead of Rs.1000/- by mistake Rs.10,000/- was paid through my SBI Card. Understanding the mistake I immediately contacted both Vodafone and SBI cards. SBI cards infomed me that the merchant can reverse the payment. Then I contacted Vodafone and informed. Till date the Vodafone has not taken any action. I request you to intervene the matter and get justice to me.

                                This is Koushik Chakrabarti from Kolkata. My mobile number is [protected]. Same problem of Caller Tune happened to me yesterday. In the morning I got an SMS in my mobile saying that "Caller Tune service has been activated on your mobile. You will be charged at Rs 30/- monthly rental". I also checked that Rs 30/- was deduced from my Vodafone prepaid balance. This is totally ridiculous as I have never requested for Caller Tune service. I am a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years now and have never activated Caller Tune. When I called 198 to speak to customer complaint desk, they said an USSD code had been sent from my handset. I have no idea what that means and I am more than 200% sure that nothing of that sort has happened. This is totally unethical and Vodafone is cheating customers like this just to get Rs 30/-...Totally Shameless..!!!

                                I am writing to Consumer Forum not only to get my hard-earned Rs 30/- refunded from Vodafone, but to protest against this fraud and cheating strategy adopted by Vodafone and shamelessly routing it to us saying that customer himself has requested it.

                                Hutch Mobile service — Deduction of Rs. for caller tune charges

                                Dear sir, an amount Rs. 45/- is deducted from my mobile phone [protected]. Repeated request is made to stop promotion deals . But it is not stopped. I am not eager to have caller tunes or hello tunes , but still nobody is responding and Rs. from accont is being deducted.I seek your intervention not to send any promotional calls or SMS further and not to deduct any amount from my account.

                                I have the vodaphone Connection :[protected], In January I had not activated any Hello tunes, and it was automatically activated by the vodaphone, when I did complaint to customer care they told me they didn't do any thing at that time they deducted 30 rupees from my account, at that time i deactivated that tune and requested customer care not to activate any hello tunes automatically on my cell phone. But again the same thing was repeated and a New hello tune was activated on my account. I reciceved a message that this hello tune is for 90 days and they deducted 60 rupees. When i have checked my prepaid balance i come to know that vodaphone people again deducted Rs 30 from my Account.
                                Now please what you do when you are in this type of situation?
                                I request you to revert back my balance.

Apart from being credited on my preparid account for the caller tune, I also have to face the ignominy of having my callers listen to unsavory tunes. If Vodafone does not deactivate this uncalled for caller tune, I am going to the consumer redressal forum or to court.

                                I was surprised on Sunday, 11th Oct,2009 when Rs 30 /- was deducted for caller tune services.

                                I was given FREE caller tune for a month. However, I never agreed to continue it beyond a month. So after a month, deducting Rs 30 is wrong on vodafone's part . Its was given as a free service, after the period, it must be withdrawn.

                                I contacted the Customer care the same day itself. They didnot take a complaint on it.

                                I am Saraswati one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected]( post paid connection ) plan - 50 corporate plan. suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
                                My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in mumbai. Since from 6 months i had observe my monthly bill is coming very high.my mobile bill was always in between 250/- to 350/- now from 6 moths its coming 600/- to 900/-

                                with out my prior intimation std connection has been attached past from 6 months. this thing i came to know when i contacted to your costumer service regarding my high bills.
                                I have asked your representative to disconnect the STD plan on urgently basis which was activated without my permission.
                                Also since from 6 months you have over charging 50/- per month rental for the STD plan.till date i have charge 400/-rs vodafone over charge to me. i need this money refund or adjust this money against my bill amount.

                                    My Name is Santheep I was using [protected] Sim in your service from past 4 - 5 Years I was doing a business, I have paid more than Rs.8000 bill amount too unfortunately I met with an major accident on 01.05.2008 and I was in hospital more than a year in unconscious even after that I have paid the bill amount and was using it but before two month again I have undergone two surgery and I was unable to pay the amount , Just now only I am getting better and going for job .Mr.Imran from your office contacted and I told him the situation and I told I am arranging I will pay , unfortunately due to my family condition I unable to do within this last and this month but Mr.Imran came and talking as street rowdy using bad words and threatening me and my family also telling me to go and die , due to this I am very much upset and got insulted in my street , due to me my earlier company was using airtel , I made them to change into Vodafone also my whole family is using your service only.

                                    But is it a way to behave to the customer’s .I was referring my friends export company to take connection in your service due to his behavior I said drop that idea ,

                                    I am assuring I will pay within this month and next month, if he continuing this by giving threatening and insulting me, I don’t have other go as he said I have to suicide.

                                    Please consider this as my request and do the needful

                                      I am Gyanranjan Padhi (vodafone number:[protected])working as Software consultant in Bngalore ,i have used your company sim cards from 18th feb 2008.during then time of entered the sim cards in my mobile i have not submitted the documnets what ever you requirred but later i have deposited the docs.still m facing the problem i.e out going call are cancelled from my mobile.when ever i dialed a number a message prompted immidiately saying that"you need a special sub scription .....please dial 111" but i am unable dial 111 also.please verify the matters as soon as possible .i have benn facing a severe problem due to that.

                                      I Ankit Manoj Valia using Vodafone Service i m having a Postpaid service & My Number is [protected] recently i have lost my mobile and i went to Vodafone Shop in Kandivali @ Raguleela branch, i asked them to alot me a new sim card they asked me abt the identification i alot him a Pan Card Colour Xerox n then he asked me for orignal pan card i tried to explained him that i don't have my original rightnow with me i showed my Company photo id proof that i only Ankit Valia but then also not did not give me the Sim card because of my security i totally agreed that they are right but when i asked them the 1question that previously when my sim card was faulty vodafone people ready to replace my card with in second n din't asked me abt any of the document at that time i again asked them when the mistake is from vodafone side vodafone people won't ask for orignal photo id proof they just alot why because the problem is from vodafone side and after that i asked manager of vodafone at kandivali ruguleela branch that kindly please give me in writing that u people won't ask abt orignal when the sim card is faulty cause they said we won't require so Manager Denied it. (i personally went 3times for this )

                                      so the main thing is when its customer time they cannot help or adjust it but if Vodafone company is in fault they don't require any documents or any original and alot it very fastly i have an object here so plz plz plz take the neccary action regarding Vodafone company as soon as possible.

                                        my number is [protected]. i have activated 14rs gprs pack on 19/06/2010. i used vodafonelive setting and browse.at 1.30 vodafone send one message "hello your bonus 75 vmc 30mb free service is activated.please maintain a minimum bal. of rs3 and sms act vmc 75 to 144 (tollfree) again for activation.". so i changed connection to vodafone connnect setting.i used only 13.45mb, but they deducted my balance 68.45rs. i want my balance so i call cc but not reach cc number on my number. why vodafone cheating me like this? i have all evidence in my phone on usage and your sms..

                                        Vodafone — Cheating me for gprs

                                        Vodafone is very very cheating company this company cheating for gprs connection. the service announced unlimited browsing Internet via gprs back (95 Bonus) with 30 days validity. I recharged 95 bonus card after 3 days he charged around 250 Rs for gprs connection. I request for this complaint to vodafone customer care He's don't proper service and don't return my money so please go through leagal action for this complaints.
