This is with regard to the request ID [protected] made for Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Number [protected]. I would like to express my displeasure and disappointment with the services provided by VOdafone staff. Please find below the details of the case:

I had lost my mobile handset containing Vodafone postpaid mobile number – [protected] on Wednesday 18th August 2010. I had called up Vodafone customer care number[protected] on Thursday 19th August in morning. I told the customer care executive who was handling my call that I had lost my mobile phone and would like to temporary suspend my sim card. At the same time I had requested for issuance of duplicate sim card.

I regret to inform that I had faced lot of difficulty while requesting the suspension of my sim card, due to many details which are required to be furnished were not available at that point of time. I had provided the address, my email id, alternate number, last payment made and few other details for verification. But I could not get my sim card suspended due to non availability some details such as the Tariff plan, and bill generation date. I told the executive that am travelling and shall be back in town on Sunday only, therefore my connection should be locked, but the executive refused to do so. I hope you would understand the sensitivity that if the lost sim card is not suspended well in time, it may invite many problems if it reaches wrong hands. Despite of my various requests the executives did not cancelled the sim card. At last I had to arrange for the details though many difficulties and provided the same to customer care executive for cancellation of the sim card.

Later, when the sim card was finally locked on Thursday 19th August at around 01.00 pm I was told that it would take only 24 hours for the duplicate sim to reach my address. I had told the executive that I would like to pick up the sim card from any Vodafone outlet if it can be arranged. But I was told that it would be better to receive the sim card by courier and was assured that my sim would reach me in 24 hours and was allotted the above mentioned request ID.

I strongly regret to inform you that it’s been more than 4 days (the 5th day of request) and I have not yet received the duplicate sim number. Also I feel sad to inform you that I have been calling the customer care number[protected] since Friday 20th Aug, but I haven’t got any satisfactory answer from the customer care executives. They are just telling me to wait as the sim card dispatch is in process. I had sent an email to the Nodal Customer Officer for Delhi, but havent received any response to this mail as well.

I fail to understand that if the duplicate sim card dispatch process takes so much of time, then how come I was assured that I would be getting the duplicate sim in 24 hours by courier.

I feel very disappointed with the services provided by vodafone to their old and sincere customers ( I have been using this number for more than past 8 years).

Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver the duplicate sim for my connection ASASP. You would appreciate and understand the problems and inconvenience being faced by me due to non-availability of the sim card.

I HAVE POST PAID CONNECTION OF VODAPHONE MOBILE. MY NUMBER IS [protected]. I RECENTLY LOST MY SIM AND I MADE A REQUEST TO VODAPHONE MINI STORE "SHIVAM TRADERS" FOR ISSUE OF DUPLICATE SIM FOR MY POST PAID CONNECTION BUT THEY ASKED ME TO APPROACH THEM AFTER 10 DAYS. I EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION " 111"FOR IT BUT THEY ALSO REFUSED TO REDRESS MY GRIEVANCES AND MOREOVER THEY ASKED ME TO VISIT AZAMGARH BRANCH WHICH IS 200 KMS FROM HERE FOR IT.

i m a girl studying in bca, actually what happend, a boy of my college is disturbing me, so i switched off my cell, and took out the sim from my cell, and got another new connection, but all of a sudden after 10 days i got a call/sms from the same number, when i againg put the same sim to my cell, then its registration was failed, how can it b possible, i went to fodafone store and complained regarding this, but they dint take any action, they are telling this sim card is alloted to some other person, with some different id proof, i requested him to atleast block the sim but they refused, i went to police station, but again they r telling go and make a affidafit with a layer then i will logged a complain regarding this, actually i took that sim in may-2008.my number is-[protected], and the sim what i have its sim card number is:-HLR[protected]
Sir, my vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I went to the Ardhchini, South Delhi[protected] vodafone store and applied for a duplicate sim.At the spot I got the duplicate sim and the staff told it will activate within 24 hrs.But even after 24hrs passed the sim is not activated. Please suggest a solution for this issue.

    MY SELF yogesh narayan yeole having vodaphone no [protected]
    every month i activate bonas card of 35RS for group calling of 10 piasa /min but on 21/8/10 i recharge with bonas card , recharge is successfully done but service has not been provided by vodaphone .now i am facing 25piase/min from 2 days inspite of calling custumor care & 198 SEVARAL TIMES toll free i have not received the service.

    NOW I WILL LAUNGE COMPLAIN AGAINST VODAPHONE COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT & THIS DATA WILL BE SHARED WITH MEDIA & NEWSPAPER.

    Vodaphone is fraud. I have pre paid vodaphone and they keep adding value added services on their own, and then they dont even cancel it when requested. FRAUD.

    They make it very difficult to reach a manual operator.

    And after an argument with their customer care executive, now they have blocked my phone's access to their manual customer care executive. FRAUDS.

      I subscribed for Blackberry Prosumer Lite Services, which is chargeable at Rs. 299 per month; with no extra charges.

      While using services, I was charged some unknown charges which caused my bill exceed the credit limit and my phone was deactivated. Nobody in customer care was able to tell me what service I am being charged for. Irritated by inconvenience, I paid Rs. 500 to make myself able to use my phone again. The bill was again increased because o[censored]nknown charges which nobody was able to clarify. It was clear that I am wrongly charged for data usage, which shouldn't be charged and none of the customer service agents was able to help me from getting mentally harassed despite my repeated calls, so I requested to deactivate my blackberry services. The service agent informed me that even if I place a request for deactivation in between the billing cycle, I will be charged flat Rs. 299; which I agreed because I had no other choice.

      In my bill, I am charged Rs. 1572.30 for "Blackberry from VF", which is nowhare chargeable as per the services I requested for.

      Now vodafone agents are not able to help me, and they even don't inform me that who can help me out. I want to deactivate my connection after paying right charges as per the services I subscribed for, but vodafone people tell me that I need to pay as per the bill that they have provided me, and I wont be able to deactivate my conenction without paying the bill, which is Rs. 1572.30 plus taxes more than what I should have been charged.

        From 19th Aug'2010 all my service (outgoing/incomming calls) were suspended on my prepaid vodafone connection. I had been using their prepaid service for over 5 years now & without any prior notification (either SMSs nor VMS) my connection was suspended. On calling up the Vodafone customer care they informed me that there was documentation issues & I will have to visit my nearest Vodafone store.

        From there the entire issues started. I visited 3 major vodafone store & each one had a different story.

        @ Mossarambagh -Vodafone store :- I had carried my identfifcation proof & was prepared to complete all required formalities to get my services restored by the guy (Vodafone customer care) was just blabbering something putting all his efforts to claim that I will not be activated till next 5 days. And the justification he had was that its a TRAI decision to Suspend those connection where they didn't have fullproof documentation. On looking deeply into this issue one would realize that the decision to bar the prepaid customer fake arised becuase Vodafone retailers had provided fake & done multiple activation on one geninue ID proof. So whoz to be blamed in this case? Its Vodafone who had a loop hole in their process which was well exploited by their retail partners. So check if I could expediet the restoration process planned to go to Panjagutta- Vodafone Store.

        @ Panjagutta on 20' Aug- The customer representative said that I had to submit my CAF once again along with ID proof & post this the service would be restored in a days time. Latter in the evening the same vodafone guy SMSed me (on my Tata number) mentioning that I would have to purchase (Rs 100/- ) a replacement SIM as my re-activation was churned.To get further clarity I had tried reaching him but there was no response. So I decided to stop at Mehdipatnam Vodafone store on my way to home.

        @Mehdipatnam on 20'Aug- The cashier amicably explained me the process that I need to handover my old SIM & get a new SIM which would be at FOC( free at cost) .However suggested that I do this at Panjagutta - Vodafone store since my CAF & other documentation work was already submitted & this should lead to lesser TAT( Turn Around Time). Also he shared his contact number asking me to call if there was any hassels in getting my replacement SIM. So next day I was at Panjagutta - Vodafone store.


        @Panjagutta on 21st Aug - Firstly they said the replacement SIM would come at a cost & will not be offered at FOC.When I claimed that I am eligible for an FOC SIM as per the information given by one of their associates ( Cashier - Mehdipatnam) then they changed the stand that there was need to hand over my old SIM as they would activate me on it. This frustated me & then I took the store incharge to task that I have been getting different version on the restoration process from different Vodafone store. Finally they cross checked on the complete process & then completed the required formalities.

        My serices are yet to be restored .......the concerning thing is why an innocent consumer for no fault of his had to undergo this? Why was he not informed before suspending his/her services? Why did the Vodafone Store Team didn't have complete understanding of the issues & the restoration process? Why the TAT time for restoration is as high as 5 days? Is TRAI going to penalize the Telecom Service providers for the damage & agony they have passed on to their customers?

          I just went through my bill for the month of July 2010 and found a couple of extra charges in my bill today i.e. 21st Aug 2010. I called up the vodafone care to clarify the same. Initially, I had a talk wid Mr. Avinesh Kumar who misbehaved me on call and said that what if the charges been mentioned extra and used the slangs like "kya ho gaya Rs.10 hi to hain, aap itna nahi pay kar sakte" and then when asked for all the issues, he shouted at me and said that i need to pay it. I asked him to give d call to a senior person bt he said tht lines are busy and i will get a call back.
          Not satisfied with his talks and misbehaviour, I called vodafone care again and had a talk with Mr. Sandeep Kumar. When explained the whole case to him, he said that i need to pay the extra charges and these will be reversed next month. My problem is then why shall i pay extra this month and I cant trust this guy from Vodafone like this?? He gave me the complaint request No. as [protected]. and finally we came to a conclusion that i will not pay those extra charges, which were actually Rs. 30+ Rs.10.48 + Rs. 100, from this bill and he will mention the same there in the complaint.

          After an hour or so, i got a call from Mr. Sumit from [protected] on behalf of Vodafone and he said that i need to pay the full amount watever be the case and also threatened me that they will otherwise discontinue the services on my number. Also, when the late payment charge issue was discussed with him, he said that it is the responsibility of the customer to take care that the cheque is being picked up from the Vodafone care center by the Vodafone employee. I am unable to get this said part and how can it be fault that the cheque was not picked from the vodafone drop box by there pickup boy. I have dropped the cheque on 23rd July as my bill due date everymonth is 24th. But according to him, its my fault for the late charges. This is however no-where mentioned in the company's website, bill or any other place that we need to deposit the bill 48 hrs earlier to due date. Also, I have another 5 connections of vodafone and i am following the same procedure of depositing the bill from past more than 6yrs. When I asked Mr. Sumit to repeat the same and I will record it as evidence, he disconnected the call.

          My July bill extra charges are as:
          Rs.10.48 - they say its coz i changed my plan
          Rs. 30 - even wen discontinued a 30 sms pack and opted for 125 sms pack, the 30sms pack continued n i need to pay for it
          And, Rs. 100 - late payment charges even if i deposited the chq 1 day in advance from the due date.

          Now to be surprised is that they agreed to reverse these charges in the next bill (GOD knows that this is an actual or fake promise)


          Please help me in the same regards asap as I am not at all willing to pay these charges due to their threating calls and discontinuity of my 8 years old vodafone connection.

          Is this how these telecom companies are getting richer and there is no responsible person to help the suffering customers.

            I am a very valuable customer of Vodafone & this time I am feeling very painful to let you know my outgoing call of Vodafone postpaid number [protected] have been barred from last two days without any further intimation, even though without any issue I am facing this issue from last 48 hours, this is my corporate connection & I am facing a very big problem as I am not been able to call any of my clients & colleagues even though clients have started abusing harshly on emails,

            I am calling to customer care from last two days continually but all the time they are providing the same response as technical team is working on this, we are trying, you can wait for another two hours, we are writing mails, you can check after 4 hours at starting I was also not been able to receive any call but after 1 days it’s been fixed out but outgoing call is still barred and they are saying we do not have any problem in my connection on their side.

            I want to let you know that I use to pay my payment every time one time before due date.

              I am a Vodafone user and my number is having netwrok problem since 19th August 2010, thursday. This problem is faced by all the Vodafone users in my lane. I also have another Vodafone user in my house (used by my brother). To report this network issue i had called Vodafone customer care and it was very unexpected that a company can have such INCOMPETENT AND MANNERLESS customer care executives. WE had called up atleast 4 times on 19/8/2010 and we were hung up by the customer care execs a number of times, with vague reasons that they couldnot hear us properly and when we were actually put on mute. I was transferred to the network team and an exec named ALI KHAN took our call and told us that it would take 4-5 days to take up the issue. again to know the status i had called up Vodafone, to my distress the HIGHLY PLACED customer care execs hung up on me for 4 times even when i requested that i wanted to talk to his seniors. i would like to make a special mention of custmer care exec named SHAHNAWAZ AND HARISH THAKUR who just hung up my call afterr putting me on hold. i am verry sorry to mention that a company like VODAFONE can have such irresponsible customerr care execs who ask you to go to a nearest railway station to resolve your issue. I wish to make a specail mention that we have 4 corporate users in my building and to expect that corporate user can do with such a service infact without such a service for 7-10 working days that too without assurance. i am sorry to say that with such service i would not like to continue with such service.

              also if anyne can tell me how i can lodge a complaint about customer care execs.

                Dear Sir,

                Vodafone is activating value added services on my mobile number without my request. they started this activity from 17/08/2010 with activation of MCI alerts, music junction service activation on 18/08/2010, vodafone cricket match pack update on 18/08/2010, vodafone alerts on 18/08/2010, caller tune service on 19/08/2010. For today i do not know what they will activate. for all these services they have charged approximately 110 Rs till now. I talked to their customer care executive Mr. Suresh Sharma in mohali today only but they are not able to satisfy me. I told them to show log history that i send request to them for activation. For that they are excusing that it is our privacy policy not to show any details. Neithe they are satisfying me nor they are returning my balance. Please help me.

                  Sir,

                  i have already paid my all bills but my Sim is not activated

                  i paid extra amount also. my bill amount is 444 Rs. and i paid 500 Rs

                  But my postpaid Vodafone number( [protected] ) yet not activated

                  it shows "Sim Registration Failed"

                  please help me out of this otherwise i will take some legal action

                    I m Shiksha Agarwal owing a vodaphne number [protected]....it has been the second time that the vodaphne has again activated the caller tune without any request The customer care to deactivate the caller tune and return the balance that has deducted unnecessarily should be refund. The BALANCE OF Rs.49 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE within 24 hours.
                    These types of services that had been activated without any request and deducting the balance unnecessary is not acceptable. I want that the customer care to take some required actions as soon as possible.

                    on 5-dec-2008 i received an sms from vodafone saying 99Rs has been deducted from my balance for downloading a WAP game through GPRS.biggest joke is that i dont even have GPRS settings in my phone.i called 111 and they are saying i have used GPRS and they don't have any option to refund the money.i firmly promise that i have not used GPRS.I am sure that this is a fraud activity being playes by vodafone.please help me and vodafone customers.

                    I activated a new vodafone sim on 30th may n since then vodafone has, ON ITS OWN, activated the missed call service and deduct Rs 30 per month. This month(august) i deactivated the missed call service after talking to a customer service executive. You activated the missed call service again within 48hrs on your own and have even barred my vodafone customer care services. Every time i make a complaint they give me an excuse.Sometimes they tell me that they cannot help me in anyway or the system needs to be refreshed n then i should call back. I demand vodafone to credit my balance back to my number ([protected]) soon and get in touch with me.

                    I have received an offer letter and agreement firm from this company from the personnel manager namely Mr.Brent Mckay FOR THE POST OF ADMN. OFFICER. And at the same time they instructed me to pay around Rs.35000/-

                    Hence kindly confirm the above. And At the same time at present my finance possition is not in a possition to meet visa fees. if it is true kindly arrange the above and recover from my first Salary.

                      Very surprising to notice that when i want to dial, i see my account balance is Rs. minus 22. How is it installed I don't know? Is it commercial business without knowing me.                       some months back when i was trying to use the facility of GPRS first time with my PC ,
                      I connected my phone to pc and open www.google.com it has opened after that i disconect my mobile from the PC and checked my balance, nothing was deducted from the balance. then i connected again to the PC and opened only one page www.gmail.com and disconnected and checked my balance it was arround one Rs was charged. then again i connected and login to gmail and disconnected and checked my balance it was arround 2 Rs was charged.

                        1. My name is Vishnu Kushwaha and my VIsakhapatnam Vodafone no. is [protected].
                        While travelling from Visakhapatnam to DElhi via train 0n 15 Aug 10 i realised that i am unable to send SMS from my mobile inspite of balance of over Rs. 130 in my account.

                        2. I had balance of paise 85 in balance account 1 since last two months and for the last two months i had been travelling to DElhi and VIzag ocassionally. Whenever i charged my mobile the balance was always increased in balance account 2. I had not subscribed to any vodafone callertunes or any other prepaid service for last 08 months.

                        3. On monday 16 Aug 10 i gave a call to vodafone DElhi [protected]and they told me to refeed my service no, switch off the phone, remove the SIM card and reinsert again and switch on the phone. As the problem persisted thay told me to contact VOdafone Visakhapatnam to reslove the matter. So i called up vodafone vizag no.[protected] and i explained the problem and told that my balance account 1 has Rs -9.50 and balance account 2 has positive balance(Rs +150) and everytime i sent an sms or call the money was deducted from my balance account 2 always.

                        4. The interaction with all vodafone customer are mentioned below and problem has not been resolved yet.

                        a) 16 Aug 10 - Informed [protected] Mr. Venkat at 1400 hours and i was told by end of the day problem will be resolved and excess sms billing will be corrected.
                        b) 17 Aug 10 - Informed to [protected] at 1000 hrs as problem was not resolved and supervisor Mr Madhu told that in 24 hours problem will be resolved.
                        c) 18 Aug 10 - Informed to [protected] at 1200 hrs as problem not resolve and spoke to Mr. Madhu and Manager Mr, Srinet and assurance was given that problem would be resolved by end of the day, else i can inform [protected] to address my grievances.
                        d) 19 Aug 10 - Excess sms charges adjusted and balance account 1 had Rs. -2.60. I was still not able to send SMS. Problem not resolved. Called up at around 1000 hrs and explained the problem to Mr. Shyam and he did not connect to Mr. Madhu / Mr. Srinet as thay were in meeting. Called up at 1245 hrs and explained the problem to Miss ......... and she did not connect to Mr. Madhu / Mr. Srinet as thay were in meeting.
                        e) Called up [protected] several times since but only prerecorded voices heard and never got connected to operator.

                        5. From 17 Aug 10 onwards i was put on hold ,average time 30 min. They never gave me complaint no. inspite of telling to various operator / supervisors / manager. Every time i called up i had to explain the problem to every operator and they would give reply that my balance is -ve. Every time i had to tell all operator the story mentioned in para 2 and it was system technical error and they have to rectify it.

                        6. The attitude of Vodafone service provider is pathetic and they are least bothered about the customers.

                          1-2 months before i got a call from " live wire call centre services pvt. ltd. h-1, c block community center, naraina vihar, nr. gurudwara, new delhi 110028 , ph[protected]

                          they gave me offer of vodafone new sim in 250 security charges and said i will get 20000 sec free + 5000 sec free for 6 months + i will get one no. free on which i don't have to pay for calling.. the no. i got is [protected] which is being used by my father
                          when i received the bill next month i found no 5000 sec deducted and no. i gave them for free also billed...

                          i have phone no. of that person who called me-[protected] and his name is either aman shukla or amit sukhla..... company is not picking up the phone. and this person has cls this sim.
                          so i advice ki atleast bhartiya janta... vodafone ki service leni band kar do.. kyunki yeh muh udha kar kisi ko bhi agent bana deti haiiii. asli frouad to yeh hai. if any vodafone executive want to talk on this matter pls call on my no. [protected]...... waise bhi mujhe epata yeh vodafonee wale ssaleeee kisi ke saage nahi hotee...

                            I have vodafone prepaid connection with no.[protected] , but i am very frustrated with the services of this connection ,I am geeting the messages that i have given the request for the va- femina tips & caller tones which i never given to the vodafone .Charges for the same is deducted from my balance , but it crosses the limit on 14.08.2010 when a bengali tone installed on my phone , can some body told me that how can a punjab resident request for the bengali tone . I try to contact the customer care on 111 & 121 but there was no customer care , i think it should be customer killer

                            Hi, I totally agree with your complaint. It happened with me too (I have a prepaid Vodafone service too). Two months ago they have sent a message about a cricket updates and asking for pressing some button to get the updates on some cricket match. And within few hours they started bombarding the cricket match updates. I don't even know where is this match going on since I don't like cricket and I never bother who is playing and where. The next day they sent a message saying that they have deducted Rs.5/day for the cricket updates. I thought it would stop after a day or two but they kept sending these messages and kept deducting money Rs5 for each day. I am in IIT and was having my final exams at that time so I didn't find time to call them up. After 5 days I called and asked why they are sending these messages and charging me without my permission. They said I have replied to their message and requested for the cricket match updates. I really have to argue with them for a 15 to 20 minutes. They said they will not return my money but will deactivate the service. They charged me Rs25 for five days of cricket updates. I told them I never want any extra services ever and never send any messages. They were quite for few days and in the last week they sent me message saying that they are deducting Rs30 for a Bengali Caller Tune. I called them and asked why they are charging the money when I never requested the service. They said I have requested for the service and that is the reason they have activated it. This time I had to really quarrel with them to deactivate the service. I told them they are cheaters and stealing the money illegally. They have deactivated the service and after three day they sent a message again saying that they are charging Rs 15 for a specific song that I requested for and Rs 30 for the caller tune. They have deducted total Rs.45 from my prepaid account. This time I called within few minute when I saw the messages. Initially my call was disconnected automatically after going through sub-menus without answering by anyone. I have tried again, this time it was answered by someone but they are so clever they have included some noise in the conversation so that the details are missed. I have argued so much about the messages and about the way they are cheating people. They are so blunt in their manner and said they will not return any money back to me and told to do whatever I like to do. There is no other option for me but to disconnect the service. But I don't want to leave them like this since the amounts they are reaping are not small. As a community we should do something about it. So, I am willing to work with someone who also facing the same problem like me.

                              This is regarding the Recharge of 95 internet plan.



                              On 10/08/2010 my sim card got blocked so on 11/08/2010 I visited the Vodafone store in double road Bangalore and took new sim card and paid 95rs for internet package. But the executive did not recharged and suggested to send message ACT VL to 144 and then next day I came to know that the he has not recharge. Then he recharges it on 12/08/2010.



                              After that I use internet and then after the amount got deducted from my balance and it was almost 160.00 then I again visited to the same Vodafone store and I spoke to the executive ajay and he told it will refunded in next two days.



                              But this problem was accuring and was not able to make any calls and sends messages. So I recharged 80.00 but that also got deducted.



                              Then on 14/08/2010 I again visited the same store and executive nandini raised a complaint and then I got the refund but my problem did not resolved. The amount was deducted again and again.



                              Then on Monday 16/08/2010 the executive nandini promised that this problem will be solved within 24 hrs but it did not happen.



                              On 17/08/2010 Nandini told that some Vodafone CC have activated and then I told to deactivate and also told to deactivate internet ,



                              But still my problem has not resolved.



                              I am facing the same problem.



                              I am not using any internet application then also amount is deducting from my account, I am unable to make any call and not able to send the message.



                              This problem is mainly due to the person who has not recharged on the same day when I paid him the money, and his name is Sony.



                              I am visiting the store every day since my sim got blocked I am totally dissatisfied with the assistance given by the store executives.



                              Could you please check and resolve my issue.

                                I am Suneet having mobile no.[protected], want to share my experience regarding vodafone mobile services. From last six months i am not getting my bills. So it is my responsibilty only to find out the amount of the bill and make the payment before the due date. Today i.e. on 18/08/2010 while talking to customer care i came to know that i have been receiving the bills and when i complaint about this, the executive very arrogantly advised me "IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFY WITH THE SERVICES BETTER YOU CHANGE THE OPERATOR". I was not knowing the vodafone dosen't required the customer. This is worst service i have ever received from any kind of customer care executive. I am surprised that now vodafone has started recruiting such a layman who doesn't have etequettes and manner to talk to the customer. Kindly do the needful to avoid the reoccurance of this episode to any other customer.

                                    I, Swagata Dey, from Kolkata owns a Vodafone pre-paid mobile connection with the number 983xxxx220 (Phone number purged to retain the confidentiality) for the past 5 years. Recently, I had a dreadful experience with Vodafone which is compelling me to change my service provider.

                                    On 25-July-2010 (Sunday), Vodafone sent me an sms surprisingly quoting "You have been charged Rs 30 for Caller Tune Activation and Rs 15 for Song selection option". When I called their Customer Care (CC), the executive told me that I have pressed " * & 9 " to copy this song while calling a number. I denied completely revealing the fact that I hate these services very much, but he kept on saying same line. I escalated the call to the senior, but there was more rudeness in handling my call. This did not return my money which was deducted by their faulty system. The guy said if I disconnect, that will hardly matter them. In the end, when I asked them to take complain against their faulty system, they denied to take and cut the call.

                                    From that moment I have decided to discontinue their service. A year back, similar incident happened with my husband who owns an Airtel connection, but the customer care understood the sensitivity of the customer and returned back the money within 24 hours. This proves how much aggressive strategy you adopt; still Airtel is very much connected to its customers.
                                    But Vodafone is miserable and unreliable; they commit mistakes and then blame customers for the same without showing any interest to understand the core problem. As revenge, I am going to do one good thing which I will share few days later once I disconnect them completely.

                                      As with a previous gentleman whose message I quote below I too am facing problems because Vodafone thinks the address has not been verified. Address proof was provided at the time the SIM card was collected and verified against the original. Furthe, the address was verified by a representative in person at my home. I receive calls and smses from Vodafone saying that services will be restricted (which they are now) if I do not call. I did and the rep told me that there was no problem and still services have been restricted.

                                      Vodafone asks for private information regarding financial status which is really none of their business. So much hassle for a simple phone connection. I am waiting for a wee before I throw the sim card and get a new connection.


                                      This is no service at all.

                                      i have to state that we have already provided the address proof and verification to vodafone.as we belong to up(e) and every time ur people cutoff the connection of our mobile enquirng about the address verification.If this type things will happen again and again then we will take the vodafone sim.please look into the matter as soon as possible try to resolve our problem.

                                        I AM AMIT KUMAR, A STUDENT OF I.S.c AND I AM USING PREPAID CONNECTION OF VODAFONE AS WELL AS IDEA COMPANY. I AM GETTING TOO MUCH DISTURBANCE FROM A VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER (+91-[protected]) FROM LAST FEW DAYS. THIS PERSON IS SENDING ME ALMOST 500 UNWANTED AND VERY BAD MESSAGES OF MY NUMBERS. FIRSTLY THE MESSAGE CAME ON MY NUMBER: [protected] (IDEA) AND WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER WITH MY VODAFONE NUMBERS: [protected], [protected] (both vodafone), THE MESSAGE ALSO STARTS COMING THESE NUMBERS ALSO. THAT PERSON REJECTS THE CALL WHEN I CALL HIM AND REFUSES TO TALK.. THE VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE ALSO REFUSES TO TAKE THE COMPLAIN AS I TRIED IT BECAUSE THE NUMBER: [protected] IS ALSO OF VODAFONE COMPANY. THE COMPANY IS ALSO NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS PROBLEM. SO, PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
