Hi, I have some network related problems in our office building, for which i had raised a complaint. i have no response from Vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of RTi and whom to submit and other details. we are around 50 people using vodafone here as we had taken postpaid cug connections. Now we are thinking of Porting to other network with better service,Try to solve this.Reply as soon as possible. I have a vodafone prepaid card which i have been using since 4 years. I have been facing network problems since 2 years. Its almost impossible to talk on my cellphone when i am in my home as well as when i am in my society. Many times i am not able to make calls and i keep getting errors or network fail message. If by luck i am able to make a call i am not able to talk for very long as the network breaks in few minutes or sometimes in few seconds. I have approached the vodafone people twice in these 2 years. My last complaint about this matter was made about 6-7 months ago. Few days after registering the complaint i got a call from vodafone customer care people where a lady told me that we are looking into your matter and told that there is a network problem in my area and they are trying to fix it. She also told that we might set up a new tower in few months. But when i checked the net and read other ppls complaint i found this is the story which is narrated to everyone. I have tried my vodafone card in many nokia and sory ericsson phones but face the same problem everywhere. I am so tired or this problem that i am not at all able to talk on my cell when i am at my home. Please help my with my matter and Guide my what to do. This is a big shame to the company and our country as well where thousands of people are facing such problem. Thank You.

Since last 5 days I am experiencing weird problem with Vodafone network. I am not able to hear the if someone calls me from the landline & If I make a call to any Vodafone STD number people on other side are not able to hear me. This is really frustrating & so far nothing has been done by Vodafone except providing me the complaint #

Respected sir, i am sharad undre.my mo. number is [protected]. i activated news information service 15 day before. i was calling to vodafone customer service last 7 days for deactivated my news information services, but unfortunate he didn't shunt my service. last 7 days continues Rs 2 deduct every day from my mobile main balance. in my village has no network coverage. all my friends and relatives r changing their sim to other network. so u have to notice our village network.
Vodafone — undisclosed charges for messages

My number is [protected]..I have taken the portability from airtel to vodafone just because vodafona had a good network..but since i have taken this,i m facing a lot of network problem..i can't listen the voice with whom i talk and not even the other person can listen my voice..
Nw i realised that i have done a mistake and airtel was best as your network is very bad..
Hope u listen to this and rectify the problem as i think you don't want me to shift back to the airtel.

Vodafone India — Network Issue of 9999169826
Hi,I have a vodafone post paid connection since 2.5 years, now since 1 months facing network issue/call drop at my residence (Pratap vihar,Ghaziaba UP). I called at 111 in 5 times to get resolution of this issue but not received any solution till now also not logged complain and not provided any complain no, requested many time
Now i tried to call Vodafone care for this issue, requesting you to pls help on priority
Due to network /call drop issue:-
Unable to receive any call, either voice break or network completely gone
Unable to make any call to any one, either voice break or network gone complete
Mentally depressed at the time at my residence, its really pain full fore me but Vodafone not doing any thing, I am not able to provide office support from my Home.My Jog is in trouble my money is being wastage.
i have also lost most Imp. 3 interview call during this period , who will be responsible for this
here i am requesting to you pls take on high Priority against the Vodafone ASAP
