After mnp, new sim not working

I gave a port-in request for my no.[protected] to vodafone.
Earlier it was aircel.
1st of all vodafone took 10 days for porting,now its ported
but
now my old(aircel) and new sim ( vodafone) both r not working..
Hats off for vodafone.. .
What a great company....which always harass its customers...

Unauthorized credit deduction

unnecessary jokes have started coming from a address td-gupshup and some jokezone.com which i do not want . when i rang up the customer care mobile number that was given to me with lot of assurance that the company rep says he is on leave. when i sms 111 the message is not received say ing website is under maintemance since last two days. this joke sending must stop as i have not asked for all this rot to be sent to number and waste my time....
