I today on 16-july-2012 at 11:00 pm to 11:30 pm i recharged my vodafone number [protected] online with 147 rs. Internet pack but i couldn`t get this service through uco internet banking...

O please refund my money immediately in my a/c...
I m waiting 4 ur response......

I gave a port-in request for my no.[protected] to vodafone.
Earlier it was aircel.
1st of all vodafone took 10 days for porting,now its ported
but
now my old(aircel) and new sim ( vodafone) both r not working..
Hats off for vodafone.. .
What a great company....which always harass its customers...

This is regarding wrong bill generation and not clarifying the bill and no response to my questions against my latest Vodafone bill for my mobile number [protected].

After so many request and sending several mails to Vodafone I have not received any reply or clarification yet.

What's the problem?

1). Vodafone generated 4 GB internet...

I am using BLACKBERRY.i recharged my number with rs 399 top-up...but didnot recived any confirmation message..(10th july2012..and i got 0.7rs.Tranaction id:DL[protected]) my BIS servies are not activated yet, more than 4 days have passed, but i m not able to activate these so called bb services for vodafone. but your vodafone executives failed to give me any kind of solution..m totaly frustrated..with this kind of behaviour from your side....

I have Blackberry curve, so i recharged my number with rs 399 monthly gprs pack. But for the last 2 days vodafone has been deducting my credit balance over and over again. Earlier i thought it would have been my mistake but when i recharged my number yesterday again, they completely deducted my credit balance. Please help me out. My grandfather is a user of Vodafone number [protected] for more than 6 years. The sim card got damaged 3 days ago. He went to "Mini Vodafone Store, Om Sai Communication, B-Block Yamuna Vihar", in order to buy a new sim card in exchange of the damaged sim. The concerned person lured and forced him to buy a new post-paid number worth Rs 250. On denial the offer, he refused to give the sim card on the same day with the same number...
