Vodafone India Complaints & Reviews

Vodafone has charged 19000 Rupees for 3G services under a plan for 650 Rupees for 4GB free downloads, with extra charges of 2 paise for every 10 KB. My total monthly billing is 25666.56 out of which 3G usage is 19000 Rupees.

I have not used the 3G services for other than emails. Vodafone has not provided any itemised billing (giving the details of websites visited and downloads done) and has given the reason of prohibition...

I have Vodafone postpaid mobile connection from last 3years, I paid regularly my invoice amount on or before due date. Now recently I came to know that I have to pay Rs1754.00, when I asked for itemizes bill, Vodafone send me the itemized bill and I surprised that I have not used my Internet on a specific date i.e. on 17th May 2012, and for this date Vodafone charged me for Rs830.00, I am shocked that on one day I used internet for Rs.830.00,...
