Recharge not done

I have recharged by Rs.98.00 to my Vodafone No.[protected] on 19/06/2012. The Info is ICONN/48749512/190612/VODAFONE (BILLDESK).
Till now the recharge is not success. but my Axis Bank A/C has already been debited by the same amount.

Please look the matter as very urgent....

This is regarding the below problem that i am facing since long but no any customer is supporting even they are behaving so rude.
My credit limit is 1500/- but after crossing this limit, my services were still activated and my bills reached to 4000/-. When i checked my bill i came to know its exceding the limit than i complain at customer care they told they cannt give any information of itemized bill and than they deactivate my services next day because its exceed the credit limit. I was in halunication that i will came to know when my limit will be crossed. I have make my airtel connection to portable just 25 days back.. It was really a very bad experience with vodafone. At the time of making it portable nobody give any information about the credit limit (Applies to calls only). When i visit lajpat nagar vodafone store i talked with reena, pooja but these girls were also not able to give the answer for this (Why my services were not deactivated when it crossed the limit and why information was not given to customer at the time of sim selling). Even they gave a very funny answer like they would be able to help me in this if i would have purchase sim from their store. When i request that i want to talk to the manager of the store. They refuge that ishaan won't listen these type of problems.

If these stores people can't resolve the customer problem than why they are sitting there?

Now when information was not shared to me regarding my credit limit so i won't pay more than my credit limit becasue that is vodafone fault they didn't disconnect my services even after when my limit was crossed and not shared the clear information to the customer at the time of selling the sim or services.


I will be highly thankful vodafone can resolve my issue asap.

Subject: complaint for over billing and activation without informationdear sir/madam,
I am using a no - [protected]. Initially it was airtel and on 26th may'12 i have taken the plan of rs 249/- and make it portable to vodafone.
But today i checked the bill amount of my this no. It's showing outstanding bill of rs-4066/-. I confirmed the details from customer care they told it is because of vl & vmc service, but i have not activated any of these service on my no and even there was no any information given from vodafone for these services.
I received 1 gb data free of cost due to asha handset scheme on my vodafone no. I believe they are including this free data also in my bill.
Kindly check and correct the bill and i won't pay for this excess charges which occurs because o[censored]ninformed services activated on my no from vodafone. Kindly deactivate all internet services from my no. I just want to take plan rs 249/-.

Vodafone — Uninformed Service Activation

I have two connections with vodafone. Couple of months back they activated some value added services on both the numbers without my authorization. I had complained twice customer care, they asked me to go to the gallery. I had to wait in the queue for over an hour for no fault of mine. They committed the reversal will happen the next month but it didn't. The reversal was only possible after I wrote a mail to them. They also waived a months rent and promised me that this would not be repeated but the very next month they activated another value add service on one of the cells which is used only for incoming and the total bill is not more then 130. I realized this only after three months as my office boy is in charge of paying the utility bills and I pay him the collective amount. Please guide me as to how Vodafone can be penalized so as to make sure they don't do such malpractices in the future.

    Hi,

    First of all i took my connection on 28 march 2012 (2.5 months back from now), But they are doing verification now.

    I got message on 12 june and 13 june, indicating submission of proper documents. On both these days i called customer care and asked for assistance they told like "all your documents are proper, no need to worry and message would have come to you by mistake and just ignore the message".

    But my number became inactive (incoming outgoing sms gprs blocked) from 14 june. So, again i called customer care they now told that " submit your documents to nearest vodafone store and within two hours it will be active"

    And when i ask them about our earlier communication they told "we apologize for the wrong inforamation provided by us earlier"

    Now i submitted my documents on 14 june but my connection didnt got activated.

    I called customer care on 15 june they told me “we have recieved your documents and it would get activated within 4 hours”.

    It didn’t get activated on that day also, so I tried calling customer care. This time for my surprise I was unable to connect to customer care also. It was very bad.

    Again I got some other alternative number (which would be charged) and I called from that number on 18 june at 12:30 pm to customer care. Their response was “we apologize for the inconvience and it would get activated within few hours”

    But still not activated, I again called at 6:00 pm on the same day, again same story continued and they told me “we apolozise for the inconvience and it would get activated as soon as possible.”

    But it even didn’t get activated. I again called on 19 june to customer care. Their response was “we apolozise for the inconvience and it would get activated as soon as possible.” And when I ask them for more clarity I came to know it would not be possible for them to activate it even by the end of today.

    Vodafone guys are not solving an issue ( which needs to solved within 2 hours ) even after 6 days. And the customer care guys gives lot of wrong information to their customers .

        Sirs, i have purchased a voda fone prepaid card bearing no. [protected], from local vendor in west main street, thanjavur of tamilnadu, by producing my passport size photo and xerox copy of my driving license, 2 weeks back. Now, what a wonder, the vodafone company barred this no. Why? Why? Is xerox copy of driving license is not enough for address proof. If not enough, how the vendor agreed? I think vendors are not given proper directions to sell vodafone prepaid cards? If so why they are selling without proper directions from the vodafone company.?
        There may be delay on getting my documents and photo from the local vendor. Even if it is son, how can you denied the access of the said number. I think person with basic sense won't do like this. Why should i suffer after giving all the items required for prepaid connection of vodafone.? Why you people behaving like this.?
        If your local vendor delaying the submission of the documents, take action on them. Why barred the said no.

          My name is praveen kumar g, i am using vodafone post paid. Two weeks back on (01.06.2012) i activated internet plan on my vodafone number, but few days back they deactivated my vodafone out going calls, they provided me internet plan @99, 2 gb free, it exceeded with in 2 weeks 1693/-, i usually call less, from the date of activation i observed my usage going increase day by day with out any usage of my internet plan in mobile please help me.

            I had purchased vodafone datacard connection with 5gb free usage Vodafone mobile phone number [protected] and Relationship number 1.23769440. I had stopped usage of said mobile number from 31march2012, and didn't use anymore.

            But I had received a bill with total usage in april also. I can't understand, when I didn't use the sim for any data, how the bill is generated for the month of april showing usages, I am getting phone for legal threats also.

            Please help us to resolve the matter.

            Dear Vodafone Customer Care,

            I had received itemized bill from vodafone customer care. I had checked my usage and found all usage which was never used by me. I worked in software development company and my working days are from monday to friday and timining 10.00 to 7:00. But my most of the usage are in morning hours from 9AM to 6PM. My almost bill amount is from this usage only.

            I can't understand, when I am in office, how my datacard is used. I can prove same with my office records if needed.

            I need a solution for it. Please look into the matter ASAP.

                Dear Sir,

                Through this e-mail i approach you with great expectation that perhaps you will be able to help us.

                I had opted to purchase Vodafone K3770 Dongle in my name Kunal Budhraja (for Rs1400) and Vodafone post paid connection [protected] ,under my sisters name Bhavya Khattar (for Rs 250 as security amount) from Vodafone Post paid from Punjabi Bagh branch on 14th May 2012 and I was given an assurance that my plan of 198 ,3GB on 2G a formal customer agreement from is provided to me .A confirmation of the same was given to me by Mr.Umesh one of the executive at Punjabi Bagh outlet.

                I further assured that all services will be good, and the was confirmed to me by Mr. Pankaj one of the executive also present out there at vodafone outlet. On 17th I was confirmed that my plan is acitive and is ready to use. But on using it I found services quite poor.Network ,connectivity and even frequent disconnection was there.

                I complained regarding it at over the vodafone compliant no. [protected] ,198 ,111 but with no avail.

                I visited vodafone outlet on 24th May and I was assured things will be sorted out by 28th may by Mr.Gaurav (another executive at Vodafone)i.e within 3 working days . But with no response from any-one.

                I nutsell from 17th May to 24th May 2012 , I might have registered min.10 complaints with vodafone customer care , but with no response from each side.

                I again visited the place on 29th May with further assurance from Mr. Sachin (branch incharge) at Vodafone,Punjabi Bagh branch that things will be sorted out by 30th May. Over there I was made to realise that my bill was wrongly charged and my monthly bill plan was changed without any confirmation from 198 plan to 550 plan .For a preiod from 14th May 2012 - 27th June 2012, I was charged 1125.47 (excluding tax). Over there Mr.Sachin emailed regarding it to the concerned authority.And on my request for refund of my charges , I was asked that person who will visit your place can only place a request for for refund status.

                On 29th May around 3:00 pm Mr.Rupinder (one of the person innvolved with network services ) visited my place .He gave his remark that he our system needs to formated.And the distance of Vodafone tower from my place is 100 mts.After getting my system formated with even new hard drive,which I received on 5th June 2012 , I got the same error.And for any refund I should visit Vodafone store .

                But after further correspondance with them,I found the problem still persits with the asked Rupinder for help . After min.25 calls made to Mr. Rupinder , he said that there might be some problem with my dongle.

                On 5th June 2012,I visited the store and meet Mr.Sachin , he said he will need another 4-5 days to replace the dongle. For which I objected.Over the extra bill he said no response is received.On my refund part,he replied that he needs more time to resolve and refund will take place only after a period of 60 days.

                I have no more have inclination to avail the service Vodafone. I request to please take the matter on your hand and refund me the amount of Rs 1650 at the earliest.In a span of 20 odd days , I have visited min. 5 times over Vodafone Punjabi Bagh outlet.

                I had even made at vodafone complaint center at 9th June 2012,[protected] and complaint number given to me was[protected].

                I tried coordinating with Vodafone nodal officer, Mr.Nizam Khan through vodafone delhi nodal complaint center [protected] ,on 9th June , 12th June , 13th June , 14th June and 15th June respectively.

                Everytime he assured that things will be settled in a span of 24 hrs, but I didnt received any call from him at any front from last 7 days .Rather on 15th June 2012 ,he told me that he will call me by today evening and there will not be replacement of any dongle amount of Rs 1400 and no refund will be given for any case.

                If this is the response of nodal officers than I suppose things are not turning well with vodafone.

                Too much of mental agony and harrasment has been done by Vodafone officials.

                Incase any amount needs to be paid from my end over ussage of vodafone broadband services , please let me know.

                    Without any reason, no call no SMS from my side, an SMS Alert Pack has been activated deducting Rs. 30 from my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. Since it has been done without consent I deactivated it immediately. I want full amount to be funded to my account within no time. The very next day of deduction of balance the number has been deactivated saying that we have reported loss of the SIM card. But no complaint has been done regarding this matter from my side. Besides the refund I demand adequate compensation for problem caused due to deactivation of my account immediately.

                    I am a student of Engineering.
                    I have a Vodafone number([protected]).

                    They have activated caller tunes service on my mobile(I did not request for it) and deducted Rs. 30 from my balance and they are now refusing to pay the money back.

                    I want to complain against them for it.

                    Please act upon this complain as soon as possible.

                    I am a Vodafone prepaid user. I had a balance of Rs.7.2 on 30th march 2011. My balance was reduced to -8.2 (minus eight) by 11 pm even though i did not make a single call nor did i use any internet services. i had taken an sms voucher for rs. 89 a few days back which avails me to use 20000 smses without any charge, so i had my smses free too. i tried calling up the customer care several times but could not get through.

                    i am very much troubled by this harassment as i had some very important calls to make. i request for an immediate redressal .

                    Vodafone — Deduction of balance without information

                    Hi,

                    few days back i have taken the message pack and as per there policy it should be free or a limited time span. However on friendship day i.e. today for all SMS's they have charged me with normal rate. When i called to customer care then i get to know for today, messages will be charged on with normal rate as today is occasion of friendship day. Normally they used to send lots of crap SMS's which all of no use, can't they send us a normal SMS a day before that tomorrow the normal rate will be charged. Its like economical exploitation of customer. Please let me know how can i lodge a complain on vodafone.

                    I stopped all Value aded service very long time before including GPRS & internet sevice. after that they finished my balance three time like more then Rs700/=,Rs 550/= and rs 22o/= .when I talk to customer service they charge and give reason for using Internet data.I never used Internet service and also stop & complain by SMS,In Store ,Email and Customer service.hay are not care for my complain and never reply to me.

                      I Have rechaged with Internet pack worth Rs. 98/- on 02.08.2011.

                      I have received "sms" from Vodafone regarding successful recharge of the same.

                      But When ever trying to connect internet " it shows " Your SIM needs to be activated"

                      Tried to contact vodafone care several time but recently they are charging Rs. 0.50 per 3 minute & kept on hold for more than half an hour resulting huge expenditure without any positive solution.

                      I had taken a pre-paid connection from vodafone 2 months ago. After the address validation and checking from them the SIM got activated and i started using the same. After about one and half months,when i got up in the morning the SIM shows 'inactive sim'..I had used the same the last day also.
                      When i called the customer care they told i have to submit the documents again. I went to the vodafone store and fought as much i can but they wanted the docs. I submitted it and they told me that it will get activated by 4 hrs. that was on 10th March. But till now the same is not activated.

                      When i called the customer care again they said i had to go to the vodafone store to sort.
                      This is has become so painful..Please help me in getting this sorted.

                        I had vodafone post paid connection with No.[protected] under 125 plan - government employee gruop category. on 29th May,2012, my wife prrsonally handover letter requesting to disconnect vodafone postpaid and i got BSNL prepaid connection under postal system to Vodafone branch at Alankar complex, Gandhinagar,Vijayawada-2, andhra pradesh and it was informed by them that it will be disconnected within 24 hours. But to my surprise, it ws not disconnected tilldate even after i pursuaded again at the same branch and I got bill for the period after I made a request to diconnect. I want stringent action against the firm for harrassing the customers

                          I have called several times to vodafone customer care regarding a duplicate sim card for ([protected]) but neither i am getting my duplicate sim card nor am i getting a vaild response. I have visited twice to a vodafone stroe to get my duplicate sim card issued but they say that they are short of sim card. They have issued the sim card for almost 5 times and according to their data every time the sim card was delivered, which also means that they dont verify the person before giving the sim card. The last 2 representative i talked to were Tarun and Rupesh. Tarun disconnected the call once he felt that he would not be able to resolve the issue and the last time when i talked to Rupesh i requested for a supervisor and he said "I WILL NOT GET A SUPERVISOR" then i proceded with my issue and without informing i was placed on hold for more than 1 hr. I am very disappointed with the vodafone service. If there is anything else i could do to register a complaint i will make sure i do so.

                              Vodafone recently started the new services in Datacard card in the name VODAFONE NETCRUISE,the way they are calculating the units they give is a big fraud,Just give the connect without opening any browser for 10 mins,the units that are calculated are about 15MB.If we recharge it with Rs.348 they provide 500MB which will come hardly for 4-5 days,On 7/6/12 i tried to recharge with Rs.348 and got the message saying "Sorry the recharge is not done please try later" and i did it for 4 times in 2 hrs of time and 3 times i got the error message,only the 4th time the recharge is done.When contacted the Customercare they replied it has been recharged 4 times and im allocated 2GB with validity of 30 days( i.e Rs.1392 for 2GB and 30 days validity).Though i gave a compliant withId(JUNE/353),i didnt even ask for refund,but asked to breakup the money and provide the unlimited service as per the plan(Unlimited Plan for Rs.750),compliant was closed the next day saying that nothing can be done.To call the customercare avg. waiting time is 25-30 min(After 30 min,call will be disconnected and need to try again,i did it for more than 6 times),no response for the customercare.I had sent 2 mails in 7 days,no response(Not even acknowledged).
                              They are really torturing the customers wasting the time and energy.Im the customer of Vodafone services from the last 8 years,first time im fed up with the service.

                              Dear Consumers,

                              Please be aware !!!!

                              Thirty days back while I was busy in my office works, I got an SMS from Vodafone stating that they have activated free caller tune in my mobile.
                              I am not interested in any such offers (paid or free) and I never called or sent an sms to avail such services.

                              So they themselves activated such a service in my mobile without my consent. They never asked whether they can activate such a service at free or at cost in my mobile. Without getting approval from they activated the service.

                              And after thirty days suddenly they sent a message stating Rs.30/- has been charged for caller tune services.

                              Why should I pay Rs. 30/- for a service which I never wanted or never asked for??

                              Did I ask for such a service?

                              Vodafone voluntarily activated this free service for 30/15 days (I don't had time to count the days) and after 30 days they have take my money and harassed me.

                              Did i ask vodafone to continue this service?

                              I never asked for this service and i never wanted to continue.

                              When I called Vodafone Customer Care, the rep is says, "Sir, the money will not be reverted back to you, you can do what ever you want" I want to tell you that I have used this service for more than 3 years. What kind of reply is this???

                              They taken my money and harassing me by their words.

                              I don't know what the TRAI and related government agencies are doing?

                              Rs.30/- is not a matter, but the way they cheat us...

                              All these luring offers are just to deprive us.

                              No one can save us.

                              We consumers have nothing to protect us from these sort of companies...

                                This is to inform you that I Narinder Singh a regular user of vodafone from past 10 years.I have 3 vodafone connection in my name ie:[protected],[protected] & [protected].I migrate all my no's into post-paid in corporate plans few months back.On April I converted my 1 post-paid no.[protected] into pre-paid as of no usage.



                                On 13th june ,I visited in Sant Nagar Vodafone Store to Migrate rest 2 no's into pre-paid.There I Met Preeti Thakur she told me that sim cards are not available that why she was unable 2 do the needful & suggest me to visit Lajpat Nagar Vodafone store.There I met Pooja she tried me 2 convienced & explained me the benefits of my corporate plans.At that time i was quite convinced & i changed my mind 2 convert my no.[protected] into pre-paid.But as my other no.[protected] which was used by my father & he was not satisfied by the biiling & want 2 convert that into pre-paid.I told the same 2 pooja that kindly convert [protected] into prepaid & for my no. i m ready 2 cont. with the same.But at that vary time i don't what happened 2 her.First she told me that acc 2 company i was not able 2 migrate my no. before 3 month & asked me 2 wait for 3 months.But as i asked her that plz provide me this in written ,she denied.After a long coversation she told me 2 collect the token again as earlier I collected the token for 98734097 but now as I want 2 convert [protected] no. i collected the token again .After 1hrs i got my turn in which she told me that she was not able 2 converted my no. into pre-paid as earlier i visited in sant nagar store , told me 2 visited back 2 sant nagar store.Then I conecerned with Pranab(Senior Incharge Of Store).As he requested with Pooja she Started working on my concern till now I was totally fed up of services given 2 customer's in vodafone store & I changed my mind Now I want 2 convert both the no.'s into pre-paid.She asked me for my Id proof i presented Driving License , she said that was not valid.she asked me 2 show original DL.So i again went to home & collected the DL & Voter Id and again visited in store.But at that vary time she again asked me 2 collect the token as i already collected 3 token & already spended 3 hrs.But then also again i collected 1 more token & wait for my no. 2 come.After 45minutes i got my no.than i was attended by other executive Uma who asked me 2 filled the form .I filled all the form & submit at the counter than agaim that lady Uma took all my doc's & gave it 2 Pooja.She asked to submit the sim , i submitted than i simply asked the bal amt which i supposed 2 pay.She was not responding , i asked 2 times than as certained she said that " I don't want 2 talk to you".Than I simply complained Mr.Pranab.He was also taking her side He told me that after submitting the doc's acc 2 the process within 24hrs the no.will convert into pre-paid , so at last i submit the doc's & amt after spending 4 hrs in the store.After that i also submit feedback form in store as well registered a complaint in 198 & Sr no=[protected] against the rude behaviour of Pooja.But today after waiting for 24 hrs i didn't found my no.in active status.Than i called in 111 from other vodafone no. & asked about the status.The agent inform me that she didn't received any migration request from the store & no. are showing active in postpaid itself.By hearing this a was really shocked.I gain visited on vodafone store & talked 2 Mr.Pranab regarding the status.he inform me that he already shared my feedback against Pooja with Store Manager.Now she will attend you properly, just asked her about the status of your no's.I visited her counter , given my no.asked the status than she told me & her words are"as you share your feedback & registered the complaint that why she forwarded the request 2 sant nagar store.I was shocked by hearing that she forward the request.Than I asked her about the store manager , in starting she said that he was not available 4 further cordinate with Mr.pranab. So i cordinate with Mr.Pranab & assured me that within 6hrs the pre-paid service will get activated.But as now almost 6 hrs passed & yet no service.



                                So kindly check the status.Hope You will take this matter seriously & do the needful asap.And its my humble request kindly take strick action against Pooja otherwise the position which is maintained in the market by vodafone will not be constent.

                                  Dear Sir, I had sent a message on the 10th of May to start an internet 2G plan on my number [protected] for which i recieved a reverse message that its activated on my number, but today the 14th of June I called the customer service center and they told me that its not activated. How can this be possible when my father spoke to your people and I got a confirmation message in return after two days. Its only after your confirmation message that I have started using internet services on my number. I have spoken to Vikas Giri about this and he has assured me that you'll will look into this matter as early as possible and will make changes on my bill amount as its due to your inconvience.

                                      The main reason why I am addressing this article is that, I am very much disappointed with the Kolkata circle, and the services that are being offered. Well first of all, I am not from Kolkata, I recently got transferred to this new location. I bought my connection (Prepaid), form a local vendor in Lake Town (to be precise on the 9th of May). The connection went live, within 1 working day..which seemed alright to me. For this, I had submitted my permanent address proof - that is my passport copy, to the vendor.
                                      Then. the connection went debarred for 2 days, and the reason being - some issues with the documentation thing. I again submitted my documents, and the whole tenure (i.e. 2 days), went into the procedure. after the whole procedure, the connection went live again.
                                      Now instantly, after a whole month - my connection has been debarred again (ie. on 14th July) . The same old reason - "Documentation Problem". Tell me this thing - why again. after a whole month, the problem arises once again.
                                      I had a chat with the customer care, and the only answer that they have is - resubmit the documents. It seems like I have no work to do, except for submitting the documents again and again.
                                      Please look into the matter, otherwise I would have to escalate it even further
