helloooooooooo....anyone there to help me????? the problem is "AS SOON AS I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT A MINIMUM OF RUPPEES 80/- WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT !!!!!! WHAT THEEE HELL IS THIS?? IS THIS THE WAY TO MAKE MONEY?? VODAFONE?? I AM TOO MUCH TIRED OF THIS.::( THERE'S NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE....AND I HAVE DEACTIVATED ALL MY SERVICES...THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE SERVICES GET ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY...PLZZZZ HELP ME OUT....TAKE AN ACTION ON VODAFONE TILL NOW I HAVE LOST 400-500 RUPPEES FOR NOT MY FAULT

      about two weeks earlier,while i was triying to make a call from my vodafone prepaid number [protected],i was told that "this service is not yet activated,call 111 for furthur information". I called 111 and talked with the customer care executives about two times and i was told that my sim is blocked due to some verification problem in my identity. I purchaced this sim card about 5 months before and have submitted all id proofs then and has been using the sim since that day and now vodafone have a problem in verifiying my identity?. I was told to contact the nearest vodafone store and resubmitt the id proofs once again. Since the answers and reasons given by customer care executives were unsatisfactory,i approached the vodafone mini store nearby and i was told that my sim card had been deactivated!?..
      I have used my sim card mainly for packet data usage and had been enjoyin the service and the net speeds..and now vodafone is giving me trouble...!!!!!?????
      Now I NEED MY SIM CARD REACTIVATED.AND I can provide any id confirmation online or by call.IThink it is better to get a new sim card than submitting my idcard copy again...
      I hope there would be some action at the latest.

        I purchased a vodafone sim having SIM NO.[protected] and mob. No:[protected] from my local retailer two months ago. Recently, I got a message from Vodafone saying I have to resubmit my documents and photo for verification. When I did the same to my local vodafone store, they refused to reply and said the number is deactivated from December 2011 as per their records and registered in done others name. When I said them that I have necessary proofs such as Sim card's outer cover, they said that won't work. I said them that the number is very important to me, they say they can't do anything.

        I have been giving message since 2 days for deactivation of 3G service on my phone no [protected] and trying to contact vodafone care too, but no response from 2 days. I can't get recharge done because everywhere the message comes that this recharge is not valid for this no.
        I ( Rajesh Kumar Sharma) have purchase Vodafone's prepaid sim ( no. [protected]) on 25 June, 2015 from Vodafone store at Gaurav tower, grd flr, malviya nagar jaipur. I have submitted all the required documents at same time. After few days on 03 July, service is deactivated on this number. I received message to visit vodafone store to resolve problem. It is not my mistake, even then I visted the store immediately on same day. The handling customers care representative at same Vodafone store informed me that we have already sent the documents to our company & service will start again tomorrow morning. But, service did not start on next day and vodafone did not contact me. Then, I filled online complaints on Vodafone site. Even then, they did not contact me. Now, three days are completed, but service is not start on this number. Under purchased plan, three days are completely lost. During this time, i faced many problem due to deactivation of service. I am really unhappy & want immediate action again this complaint.

          With utmost inconvenience, I am forced to escalate this matter. My vodafone sim with mobile number[protected] got damaged on July 4, 2012 and the very same day I requested for a new sim. Vodafone customer service representative informed me that it would be delivered to me in 48 hours. I got the sim after 2 days but it wasn't activated. I called customer service many a times to activate it and they always told me to wait for 4 hours or 24 hours. After 3 days, that is on July 8, 2012, they told me that the sim they sent me was faulty and they are going to send me another sim. Today is July 12, 2012 and still I haven't got the sim from Vodafone. Each time when I call they will give me a different excuse. You can imagine how much inconvenience a person has to face without a phone for 9 days and also face a lot of problems in regards to official work.

          Hope to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please revert on the contact number or email address mentioned below if you need any further information.

          Worst customer service VODAFONE. This is why I said Vodafone is irresponsible. I still have got any call from Vodafone after being told 3 days ago. Is this how you provide service to your customer? Is this how you show your happiness to help?

            Hi, This is Nikita G, mobile # [protected]. This Vodafone people activated STD Pack on my number without any request from my side. I called then 3-4 times to Deactivate this plan, but still its not deactivated. It's almost a year now that i am paying for the service which i never activated on my number. This is getting on nerves now.... whenever i call customer care, they put me on hold for 10-10 mins and finally disconnect the call. They are just helpless and hopeless people. Vodafone Customer care is truly worst customer care i have ever seen in my life.

                Vodafone has charged 19000 Rupees for 3G services under a plan for 650 Rupees for 4GB free downloads, with extra charges of 2 paise for every 10 KB. My total monthly billing is 25666.56 out of which 3G usage is 19000 Rupees.

                I have not used the 3G services for other than emails. Vodafone has not provided any itemised billing (giving the details of websites visited and downloads done) and has given the reason of prohibition from TRAI regulations for not providing the itemised billing.

                This matter is lying with Vodafone for 1 month without resolution. They have offered to provide me a deduction of Rs. 8300 from my billed amount of 25666.56 which is not acceptable to me. There is a gross deficiency in service from Vodafone. Vodafone has violated all the provisions of Indian Consumer Protection Act 1986.

                  I have Vodafone postpaid mobile connection from last 3years, I paid regularly my invoice amount on or before due date. Now recently I came to know that I have to pay Rs1754.00, when I asked for itemizes bill, Vodafone send me the itemized bill and I surprised that I have not used my Internet on a specific date i.e. on 17th May 2012, and for this date Vodafone charged me for Rs830.00, I am shocked that on one day I used internet for Rs.830.00, hence I request to Vodafone for reversal of this payment but they told I need to pay because this is generated by system and cannot provide any data, I asked them to send me the details for which internet has been used, but they refuse me to provide data because internet usage is third party application. But I told them that server and bill generation system is made by human being not created by GOD so there is no issue for providing me the details. As a customer I have a full right to know my internet usage, but they ignore.
                  Even from last 3years I paid my all the amount on or before the due date and now even out of this outstanding bill I paid 924.00 and request to Vodafone to reverse my internet charges, Hence request to all of you please help me how to tackle this issue, I do not want to pay this amount. Is there any alternate way out to get this amount reversal.

                      This complaint is regarding the wrong information shared by DSA & then no one in the system wants to resolve the same.

                      We had a requisition for a Postpaid Connection for SIM Card & Plan of MYOP (99+49) on the number as shared by DSA agent. On Friday 06.07.2012, the DSA filled the form & details & took the money(Rs. 350) from us. We had given a confirmation for the desired no. [protected]

                      On Tuesday, Verification was done. Later in the noon call came from Vodafone that the number which we had given earlier is not available with them. Thus we requested, if not return back the money.

                      Till date no one responded on the same. We are calling up-frontally on their numbers. But neither the Verification Team is also not picking the calls for the complaints.

                      This is an best example how a customer is being treated by Vodafone.

                      Treat this an urgent. As if I am not getting the said number. Request you to cancelled the same & return back the money. I can't chase more to Vodafone on daily basis.

                      If I don't get refund for the same, I need to change my current services from Vodafone to Other Service providers.

                        I've been a customer with standard chartered bank and used their online banking service and tried recharge my phone with vodafone connection for Rs.222. By when I filled the bank details the page was expired. Then I did it again and the transaction was successful. When I checked my account Rs.444 was debited. The recharge was successful for only Rs.222 and the bank has not credited the Rs.222 in-spite of repeated complaints through phone as well as mail.

                          This is regarding incorrect information provided on Vodafone.in website. I have recharged my prepaid mobile with Rs.550 and get a talktime of Rs. 489 only where as on their website it is given as full talktiime recharge and you will get Rs. 550 talktime. They are cheating customers by putting incorrect information on their website. I am also attaching herewith the screenshot taken from their website for Rs.550 recharge and on recharging with Rs.550 you will only get talktime of Rs.489.

                              I am registered under dnd. But I still get 4-5 calls for telemarketing services.I registered a complaint with vodafone customer care regarding the same, but no action has been taken and no one has called me to say what happened to my complaint.

                              Every time I register a complaint the Executive assures that i would recieve a call back from their end for the same and that this would stop ,but NOTHING HAPPENS!!! vodafone has shared my number with telemarketers.!!!!!

                              I have direct proof,thats the reason why vodafone is not ready to take any action against them.
                              Why vodafone has not stopped telemarketers from sending bulk sms??? I get sms's from all sort of companies....Bet it real estate,or some solution provider's. I am sharing the telemarketing nos....please initiate action against srvice provider and telemarketers

                              these are just a few I have a list along with Numerous SMS!!!!!!
                              even after repeated requests vodafone has failed to take action and I continue recieving calls.

                              As a result of these stupid telemarketing calls I GET disturbed during my office hrs,when I AM AT THE DOCTOR ETC.!! I have to pick calls during meetings thinking that its a imp call!!! vodafone is directly responsible for this mess!! without my consent vodafone has shared the no and failed to maintain my privacy !!!
                              this is a breach of my privacy !!
                              vodafone AND THESE TELEMARKETERS should pay fine/Compensation to me as it has not taken any steps to stop telemarketing calls!! vodafone is getting money by sharing nos to telemarketers and letting them use the service to send bulk sms....
                              vodafone is selling personal info of its customers with telemarketers and third party agents!!! vodafone claims that they cant do anything but how info leaks out of their database!!!
                              On top of all this the customer care executives sitting at 1909,are of ZERO help,they misbehave with u,do not take complaints properly,put u on hold un-necessarily and are very ill-trained,on how to handle customers.

                              I want a compensation for this mental AGony and ill treatment from the Telemarketer's and Vodafone,otherwise i wold be bound to take legal action against all involved....At your own cost and Consequence.

                              Vodafone — receving sales calls

                              i have been receiving sales sms from a special number 567211 even after repeated complains and request to stop sending unwanted sms. when i call the customer care they are refusing to entertain my calls and arguing that the sms will be stoped only after 45 days. there should be action against the vialaters o[censored]sers and their privacy

                              Vodafone — Unsolicited calls from Telemarketers

                              I had registered with the DND( Do Not Disturb) service on my prepaid number([protected]) in the month of October 2009. I was assured of no telemarketing calls, but the process has not changed, i am being harassed on daily basis from different banks for loans, insurance and various investment opportunities. this is a serious offense from customer relations and request a severe action for the same. I would book vodafone for mental harassment and compensation on a daily basis. request for a solution.

                              Vodafone — Unsolicited BULK SMS

                              Often I receive unsolicited SMS from BA-56007 selling different products and services. Vodafone is allowing and supporting this spamming towards its customers.
                              Oh Really, well my number is very well working, however to connect to me U ACTUALLY NEED TO DIAL IT.
                              They are bombarding all my phone numbers (ending with 3303, 5667, and 4171) with spam messages deliberately so that I will subscribe to their Call Filter service and when I did, I asked them on Live Chat as to how to use it. That (expletive) exec named Jacob tells me that whether it is a smartphone or a feature phone, I would have to use the number screening feature on the phone. He then tells me that there is no other way except using the call filter feature on my phone. I told him that when my phone does that job for free, why should I pay these thugs at Vodafone India INR 99 per month? Even though my phone can filter only up to 10 spam messages, it is still better than paying these thieves. I realized my folly only too late. They do not even refund the customers' money. I started getting a lot of new spam that never bombarded my smartphone earlier. I wish I could use foul language here but I know it will be filtered by this website. Otherwise, I would have used it. 99 INR gone down the drain after trusting these dishonest people. I am being harassed with spam calls and marketing messages (unsolicited) myself even though I registered several times for full DND and all they did was kept apologizing to me and their Call Filter service is yet another Indian Ponzi scheme. If all the customers of India get together and file on big complaint or petition and sign it, maybe Vodafone will be sent packing out of India.

                                  I have mobile number [protected] with Vodafone Mumbai with a credit limit of Rs.1800 decided by Vodafone this month. 1. I have a Data Plan of Rs.99 per month for unlimited data usage (subject to fair usage policy). However, I have been billed Rs.21,500/- for the same. 2. Although my credit limit is Rs.1800, I received an alert only after the unbilled usage went up to Rs.21,500/- and my services were barred within an hour. I am a man with limited means and support my spouse and a newborn child on the meager salary that I get. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.
                                  "The company told that i was an incorrect APN towards data usage and hence overcharged".
                                  I was never informed about changing the apn.
                                  I feel cheated. Also the Nodal officer who called on my complain to Vodafone was rude and unwilling to help me whatsoever.
                                  He said you can take it further, we will do anything.
                                  Look like Vodafone does not care for it's customers anymore and loyalty is not recognize.

                                  Vodafone — unwilling to change plan

                                  I have vodafone postpaid connection since Apr 2004 with the number [protected]. I was charged exhorbitantly with the tariff being vodafone to vodafone 0.50 paise/min, to other local numbers Rs 1.90 and std, Rs2.40.
                                  when i went to vodafone store on 05/05/10, to check the availability of other tariffs, they suggested me to take talk 100 plan under which, it will be Re1. for all local calls, 0.50 paise for vodafone and Rs1.50 for std. and they said that it will be done in the next billing cycle only ie. 18/05/10. but it did not happen by that date.
                                  In the meantime, their sales team was doing door to door marketing. They had come home on 17/06/10. They guaranteed that if I take another post paid number, they can convert the existing plan into plan 299 under which I will be given 300 mins talktime free and all calls would be 50 paise irrespective of local,std,landline. they assured that the plan will be converted immediately.
                                  Because it did not happen, I went to the Chembur vodafone store on 23/06. They apologised and said that it will be done in 48 hrs. I am still waiting. nothing has happened. In vodafone everybody is ready to talk but nobody to ready to act on the complaints.
                                  To top it all, just to stop getting the promotionsl msgs, it seems we have to wait for more than a month!!
                                  I am still waiting, nothing has happened

                                      I am a Vodafone Prepaid user ( phone; [protected]) , as I felt comfortable to become the user of postpaid I decided to change my Pre: number to Post: I am working as a Development Manager in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company Ltd.. in Mancheri Branch, malapuram dist.. Kerala. As one of your executive approached me with a suitable plan I gave all sufficient documents on 29 June 2012. He gave me a SIM card and told that it will take 5 working days to port the Pre number to Post and to active the service. But till the day the service is not active.
                                      As I enquired to the executive he gave me the information that while the enquiry I was not at the home that is why the proposal was not considered but the joke is that no any person approached to my home for enquiry till the date regards with the stated proposal.I would like to remind you humbly that During the office time I cant be at the home by waiting you, So inform me the very next working day with the suitable answer for the question " why you have delayed the service for me ?".
                                      If you are feeling that I am not meeting the criteria to become the user of a Postpaid number then return me back the documents I have submitted. I request you to inform me it the very next working day because I have to approach other service provider to make the number postpaid by porting to other network provider.EITHER activate the service OR drop it and inform me the very next day
                                      I can't wait more days by listening your fake promises, because of this reason I am unable to keep in touch with my customer and my team.
                                      Looking forth a positive response soon.

                                        This is Shifa, i again have a complaint for vodafone. I activated a hello tune on my no [protected] on dated 8july2012, and selected a Christian gospel song, but vodafone put a punjabi hello tune..and cce said tht it wll be changed in 4 hrs.bt now thy changed their statement and saying tht nw i again have to select tht song for rs 15/-
                                        its their own fault and thy r blaming me instead. Wow! I need to port out i think. Cheater
