My Mobile number is [protected], customer of Vodafone for more than 5 years now. I was using Postpaid connection, though my usage was not that, my bill never use to come below[protected] with Sms plan and unlimited BBM Services activated.

Later I decided to change from postpaid to prepaid as I was not at all satisfied with the resolution of plan change given by one of Vodafone Exec in Vashi branch. In prepaid I activated unlimited BBM services paying 399, when I got this service activated from Koparkhairane branch, I was told that, in this plan, I will be getting unlimited browsing plus 1 GB, extra which would be used if I use any streaming website. Along with this, I was also told that, I can access BlackBerry App World and BlackBerry protect absolutely free. I would not be charged anything even if I download anything. But to my surprise, even if I access google, and try to search anything, I was charged 10 Paise per KB., when I visited Koparkhairane branch to find out as to why there was charges even to access google, though unlimited plan of BlackBerry is activated, I was told that I was using the wrong browser. Infront of the exec, I tried opening with the other browser suggested by him, but, to his surprise, I was charged again. According to him, these was a problem with my BlackBerry device and he told me to get it to blackberry center for checking. I got it checked and they found everything prefect. Later again, I went and spoke to your person, he got my SIM replaced mentioning that it is faulty. But even then with the new SIM card, I was charged 10 Paise per 10 KB. Later I spoke to Ajay from Koparkhairane branch, after a good discussion, he agreed that it's a fault from Vodafone's side and he refilled my account with all those charges which were charged for browsing and he told me to meet Mr Shrinivas in vashi branch. I could not meet him, but I spoke to Mr Bimraj, his reply for every question was, "THAT I CANNOT SAY", my question is, then what is he there for, to hatch eggs? I then spoke to Jacson aima and Rajendra sheety. They were so rude in talking and in hurry to go home that, they dint even help us resolving my query. I showed them that even after accessing BlackBerry App World, I am been charged. But I have to return with empty hands. Now my question is
1) If the plan is UNLIMITED, then why am I charged?
2) Why the SIM replaced?
3) Why Am I been charged to access even normal browser and App world?
4) What kind of that rude behaviour was with a lady?

All I want is to get this issue fixed. I will wait till this month end, else I will love to change the provider.

    Vodafone Tuesday is a scheme that offer you 1 ticket free on purchase of 1 movie ticket on Tuesday in certain specific cineplexes. Vodafone says and many other sites that endorse this offer or promote it in any way say that one has to just dial 56777 (3/min) and avail the offer or message TUESDAY to 56789 (3/msg).

    When on i wanted to avail this offer i was replied that my circle does not has this offer and Rs.3 were deducted from my account. I wanted to make a complaint with Vodafone that if your service is not available in my area and if i am not using the service then why was i charged ?

    this is true ...i m customer of vodafone and the same thing happened with me also. This is shame for company like vodafone of such reputation. Companies are so much indulge in money making that they do such things with their loyal customer.
    I did not received any call from your side. You guyz can call me anytime you want. This is utmost shameful behavior from your side.
    i think u must b kidding...everybody in the rest of world get through but u people can't and for ur kind information my balance was deducted because i checked it after messaging . Otherwise why would i complain. This is India so u can get through it . This is not about balance but its about responsibility towards ur customer.
    I think that it's useless to to expect Vodafone to resolve the problem. They aren't going to do anthing. They are telling lies to their customers but are taking no action.

      Dear Concerned Person

      This is to certify that undersigned is using Vodafone Mobile No.[protected] since Novemebr 2010
      Now I am facing extra deductions from my account balance, call rates are not fixed, some time they deduct 0.5 rupees even for 13 seconds and sometime 0.6 rupees for 32 seconds

      As per customer helpline my call rates are 1.2p/sec for vodafone to vodafone network and 1.5p/sec for other networks
      but my deductions are always extra

      I have tried to make my calls as per these rates with customer help line but they ignore me and put phone on hold or disconnect

      I request you to make reimbursement of my extra deductions and discontinue these deductions

        I Mohit kumar having postpaid mobile connection of Vodafone bearing no. XXXXXXXXXX, i had activated a caller tune on my no. on 25.06.2012. Before After activating the caller tune i called to customer care to raise my request to remove the marketing message played just before the caller tune plays, but this they deny that there is no procedure for that and also the customer care executive (Rajesh) who took my escaleted called was rude and unconcerened of the plea.

        This practice of such a well established telecom company is wrong and the company is using my cost to promote his own business. It has negated the purpose for which the service was activated in the first place .

        I want to remove that message which is "please press * & 9 to copy this caller tune" played before caller tune begins.

        Kindly help me.

        Also, i an also registered with DND services therfore any promotional announcement cannot be sent to me, it ia a voilation of the law if such methods are used to bypass the TRAI regulations.

                    At the time of new sim purchase, the customer care executive has sent one guy to my place to collect the documents but when I have to change the plan or I want a new sim card in case of lost of sim card, they are helpless. I have to go to vodafone store for the same. Moreover the executives have no authority to change the plan, you have to go to the store for the same.

                    Hi,

                    I have just migrated from Vodafone prepaid to a post paid connection. I wanted the information about my outstanding unbilled amount.

                    There is no option in the main menu to talk to the executive (even though you guys are charging for the same). The customers have to lot of circus by jumping from one menu to another and then finally getting an option to talk to your executive.

                    Since all the executives are busy, one has to wait for 9 minutes just to hear that this is prepaid division and the call again needs to be transferred to post paid division resulting in another wait of 9 minutes.

                    After using services of every major telecom provider in last 12 years, I can safely say that Vodafone has got the worst customer service and the ironical part is that they have "Happy yo help" punch line.. What a joke..

                    Finally I am at the verge o[censored]sing the Airtel's mobile portability option.

                    Date & time of my Call :[protected] , 9:41 PM (Disconnected after 18 minutes of wait time (9 minutes each in prepaid and post paid section)
                    My number :[protected]

                    Strange fact is that Vodafone Customer service is equally screwed up in both prepaid and thew post paid.

                      I have to suffer a lot due to wrong information provided by customer care executives. Firstly, the person has provided wrong information on the plan while purchasing new sim card and activated some other plan without my notification. Secondly I lost my sim card, and ask for them to deliver it to my postal address....I am getting the welcome kit on my address but m not able to get new sim card on the same address. And whenever i m asking the executives they are saying you will definitely get it by next 24 hrs. I have wasted 10 days in this process. Now I want to raise complaints against these guys but m not able to raise. Vodafone customer care is the worst customer care providers. They are providing only wrong info to the customers.

                        On 06 APr 2012 the customer care at Hyderbad called my daughter around 12 Noon and asked the views on change of plan. But the same call is registered in vodafone systems as my daughter called the Vodafone and asked to disocnnect the Rs 199 plan. The attached bill is showing the usage of 677 mb and the billing is done accordingly. When the plan is taken that is Post paid Rs 199 plan with 3 GB Free internet Plan. The cheating of discontinuing the plan and excess billing be digitally reviewed and the actual culprit must be punished.

                        Request Vodafone's deactivation No [protected] be thoroughly investigated.

                              Many repeated visits to vodafone store and communicating to billing team, our account or mobile number [protected]; is still inactive.

                              We have been after collection team, vodafone store and billing team but no reply from either side. Also visiting vodafone store on 5th June, then 11th June and yesterday on 18th June, Still number is inactive.

                              The issue is the the MIFI system, no alerts on mobile or device, saying that your usage has come to point where you are going to get charged. Also the connection was without correct information was disconnected. Even after repeated email communication to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com no reply. Its been more then 1 week.

                              Really cannot trust " HAPPY TO HELP" saying its all fooling business..

                                Am Rajesh from [protected], a vodafone service and unable to connect with the customer care, as said i tried with 111 its give all the information as recorded voice but cant get the solution for my problem, while tried with 198 its just asking the record the number and so on but still could not find the solution.
                                How to speak with the customer care service provider? If contact the showroom here in kanchipuram they are just negligent my request and ask to call the CC bt was in vain.

                                I lost my mobile with vodafone SIM, mobile no. [protected]. Even though I blocked the SIM, my prepaid balance has reduced to RS 20 from RS 500which I recharged just before I lost my mobile phone, I remember I had made not more than RS 30 Calls. I wanted to know the call history of past 24 hours in order to track the thief and avoid any legal problems due to misuse. abuse of my lost SIM.
                                The customer care is not responding and says " It is not policy to give the list of previous calls.
                                Is there any responsible officer in Vodafone who can really serve the customers?the so called customer care is highly substandard and never guides the customers to resolve the issues.
                                The worst customer care service I have ever experienced. Their manpower needs a lo of training on product. They hardly have full information or a good suggestion and always give a vague answer. Even Vodafone store is the same, you keep waiting for hours and executives would pass their time withe one customer for so long that other 50 people keeping on wait. Their motivation level to work looks so low that they hardly take interest to do something better for a customer. Instead of giving support to customers they create troubles for them by providing wrong information and making our lives more stressful.

                                The customer care of VODAFONE India, is not having the awareness of getting the correct information from the customer. They are happy to give a civil case against customers but they ready to check whether the information added about the customer to their database is correct or not. Never seen such a useless customer service which never accepts input from customer. The highlight is when the user tells to send the bill in correct email address, they have misunderstood and filled a civil case, finally wasting the time.
                                Suggestion: Please educate the customer service to get proper data from the customer and don&#039;t waste the time of everyone( Courier, Court, Customer and vodafone legal department)

                                  Till now the recharge is not success. but my Axis Bank A/C has already been debited by the same amount.

                                  This is regarding the below problem that i am facing since long but no any customer is supporting even they are behaving so rude.
                                  My credit limit is 1500/- but after crossing this limit, my services were still activated and my bills reached to 4000/-. When i checked my bill i came to know its exceding the limit than i complain at customer care they told they cannt give any information of itemized bill and than they deactivate my services next day because its exceed the credit limit. I was in halunication that i will came to know when my limit will be crossed. I have make my airtel connection to portable just 25 days back.. It was really a very bad experience with vodafone. At the time of making it portable nobody give any information about the credit limit (Applies to calls only). When i visit lajpat nagar vodafone store i talked with reena, pooja but these girls were also not able to give the answer for this (Why my services were not deactivated when it crossed the limit and why information was not given to customer at the time of sim selling). Even they gave a very funny answer like they would be able to help me in this if i would have purchase sim from their store. When i request that i want to talk to the manager of the store. They refuge that ishaan won't listen these type of problems.

                                  If these stores people can't resolve the customer problem than why they are sitting there?

                                  Now when information was not shared to me regarding my credit limit so i won't pay more than my credit limit becasue that is vodafone fault they didn't disconnect my services even after when my limit was crossed and not shared the clear information to the customer at the time of selling the sim or services.


                                  I will be highly thankful vodafone can resolve my issue asap.

                                  I am using a no - [protected]. Initially it was airtel and on 26th may'12 i have taken the plan of rs 249/- and make it portable to vodafone.
                                  But today i checked the bill amount of my this no. It's showing outstanding bill of rs-4066/-. I confirmed the details from customer care they told it is because of vl & vmc service, but i have not activated any of these service on my no and even there was no any information given from vodafone for these services.
                                  I received 1 gb data free of cost due to asha handset scheme on my vodafone no. I believe they are including this free data also in my bill.
                                  Kindly check and correct the bill and i won't pay for this excess charges which occurs because o[censored]ninformed services activated on my no from vodafone. Kindly deactivate all internet services from my no. I just want to take plan rs 249/-.

                                  Vodafone — Uninformed Service Activation

                                  I have two connections with vodafone. Couple of months back they activated some value added services on both the numbers without my authorization. I had complained twice customer care, they asked me to go to the gallery. I had to wait in the queue for over an hour for no fault of mine. They committed the reversal will happen the next month but it didn't. The reversal was only possible after I wrote a mail to them. They also waived a months rent and promised me that this would not be repeated but the very next month they activated another value add service on one of the cells which is used only for incoming and the total bill is not more then 130. I realized this only after three months as my office boy is in charge of paying the utility bills and I pay him the collective amount. Please guide me as to how Vodafone can be penalized so as to make sure they don't do such malpractices in the future.

                                    Hi,

                                    First of all i took my connection on 28 march 2012 (2.5 months back from now), But they are doing verification now.

                                    I got message on 12 june and 13 june, indicating submission of proper documents. On both these days i called customer care and asked for assistance they told like "all your documents are proper, no need to worry and message would have come to you by mistake and just ignore the message".

                                    But my number became inactive (incoming outgoing sms gprs blocked) from 14 june. So, again i called customer care they now told that " submit your documents to nearest vodafone store and within two hours it will be active"

                                    And when i ask them about our earlier communication they told "we apologize for the wrong inforamation provided by us earlier"

                                    Now i submitted my documents on 14 june but my connection didnt got activated.

                                    I called customer care on 15 june they told me “we have recieved your documents and it would get activated within 4 hours”.

                                    It didn’t get activated on that day also, so I tried calling customer care. This time for my surprise I was unable to connect to customer care also. It was very bad.

                                    Again I got some other alternative number (which would be charged) and I called from that number on 18 june at 12:30 pm to customer care. Their response was “we apologize for the inconvience and it would get activated within few hours”

                                    But still not activated, I again called at 6:00 pm on the same day, again same story continued and they told me “we apolozise for the inconvience and it would get activated as soon as possible.”

                                    But it even didn’t get activated. I again called on 19 june to customer care. Their response was “we apolozise for the inconvience and it would get activated as soon as possible.” And when I ask them for more clarity I came to know it would not be possible for them to activate it even by the end of today.

                                    Vodafone guys are not solving an issue ( which needs to solved within 2 hours ) even after 6 days. And the customer care guys gives lot of wrong information to their customers .
