I recharged my mobile with the help of *444# option provided by the company for a data service. After three days they have renewed the service automatically without any prior consent with me. Niether in the options nor in the message given by the company, it was notified that the service is auto renewable. Kindly look into the matter as it has become a policy as well as practice by the companies to thug people without even informing them....

This is to bring to your concern on how I faced losses because of carelessness of codafone.
My number is +91 - [protected]. I raised a request for migrating my connection from prepaid to postpaid around 24th may 2012. I already faced a lot of problem in connecting to vodafone for this migration, It actually took 1.5 months), nobody was there to support me.
After all validations my connection was upgraded to postpaid...
