[Resolved]  Vodafone — Network Problem

Hi,

I have some network related problems in our office building, for which i had raised a complaint. i have no response from Vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of RTi and whom to submit and other details. we are around 50 people using vodafone here as we had taken postpaid cug connections. Now we are thinking of Porting to other network with better service,Try to solve this.Reply as soon as possible.

hello i m dr kuldeep n suthar working in new civil hospital ,majura gate ,surat taken the vodafone postpaid cug plan.but right now i have a problem in network.i complained for that in vodafone costomer care for two times one month ago and after that vodafone executive called me and told me that your problem resolved whithin one week but steal i have problem.when i called on 25/09/2012 again to custmor care he told me that u have to put antenna for network problem and pay thousand rupees for that.the problem of network is at my house-55 pushpak society,anand mahal road ,near tekarawala high school,palanpur patia,surat-395009.

I am using Vodafone mobile from more than 3 years in Delhi. But from last 6 mnth i'm facing more network problem with vodafone. I gave complaint so many times, even though the Vodafone people did not rectify the problem. This problem exists in the centre of the city itself. I don't know the network in rural areas. There quotation says "Where ever you go network follows..." but if i want to make a call or receive a call then i should come out from my home and I should follow the network.my network area address:-40 E, Kilokri, opp-mahranibagh, p.s-sunlight colony.plz...give me a solution.otherwise i changed my number to other company.

I am having Vodafone Number [protected]. I written about the network complaint to Vodafone since july 2012 number of times but they always gives false assurance but never come to solve my problem.

I really fed up as i m unable to receive or cal from my mobile as the network signals are really very low also my phone battery got weaker due to very low coverage.

I can also show all the mails which i communicated with vodafone but they didnt rectify my problem.

I always submit my all bills on time or before time.

With utter regret, I am writing this mail. I have been using Vodafone for the around 3 years. For the past 3-4 months I have been facing network related issues. As calls the situation, I registered my network problem request with the customer care.

Every time I call the customer care, the executives keeps on dodging giving awful excuses. But the height was today, when I called for the request update, the executive disconnected the call. I am left with no other options but to migrate to other network provider with better services both in terms of network and customer relationship.

It is sad that company such as Vodafone is far behind in CRM than its peers.

From 10 th June 2013 7 pm I have a serious network problem. From my vodafone postpaid mobile not a single incoming and out going call successfully operate. My bill also paid. But the Suri vodafone store's customer service executive is unable to give any optimistic answer. Please help me as soon as possible.

It automatically gets on emergency call only mode, not able to receive calls and not even to get to know that my sim was not working properly.

At Jubilee hills Navanirman nagar, there is no proper network i have seen docomo has good network reliance has good network but vodafone has no network i cant make calls and get incoming call...my network bars become zero when i enter my house after complaintng many times no response...kindly make it resolve

I have use vodafone since last 1 year .i have not faced network problem;but since last 3 day network is so poor at same location.
I am residence from 49 Haji suleman mahimi manzil bandra East 400051 are facing Network Problem for last 2 Months i had launching complain many time But till today my complains regarding Network has not yet solved. Due to Network Problem i am not able to Make & Receive calls, Send or Receive SMS OR use GPRS/EDGE (Internet) on Mobile.
So please see to the Network Problem in our Area, solve it as soon as possible or give me my mnp code so i can use other network provider. my vodafone mobile no is [protected] my alternate no [protected]

i dont know what kind of service or assistance they are giving to me .
Its been now 1 month iam not be able to make outgoing as well as
incoming call. Three time i lodged complaint nothing happen . They
have only one answer its network problem in your area and not only
this they are not telling the date when will problem solve. After this
i decide to port my no. Again your agent call, they replace my sim and
guranted me of proper network. When i put my new sim card in my phone
it showing sim card registration failed. Then i call again to your
agent they are telling our server is down please after 4 hour. Please
do something . Its been 1 month now the situation is very irritating.
