    This is utterly fiasco in handling and caring of your customer.I have purchased a SIM on 02.05.09 after two days the no. got de-activated, while submitting all the details I was told by the retailer that he had submitted my detail to the Vodafone office... Its been a more than two weeks then, I totally disappointed the way they are behaving while telephonically they made me assured that it will be activate within an hour, but thats the situation. One side you are compaigning your Vodafone through Zoozoo a highly remarkable, the other face of it is just a damn and horrible... May here someone who really means for Care

    This is utterly fiasco in handling and caring of your customer.I have purchased a SIM on 02.05.09 after two days the no. got de-activated, while submitting all the details I was told by the retailer that he had submitted my detail to the Vodafone office...         This is Amit. my mobile no. [protected]. this my residence no. past some weeks some one from no. [protected] sending me sms 'I LOVE U NEETU' . I was warn and tell here no one by the name of Neetu but after passing some day he again send this Msg in midnight and also in early morning. My wife and me also call many time him but he not receive call and neither stop sms.
        So, kindly give me the detail address and name of this person or take some legal action.

I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

              WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

              Vodafone — online recharge problem

              dear sir,
              I recharged Rs.50 through online recharge at 3:30 p.m on Jan 3rd 2012. The same amount debited from my canara bank account. In the bank statement it was very clearly mentioned that Rs.50 has been debited in the Name of VODAFONE Rs.50 on 3/1/2012. But the amount was not recharged in my vodafone no.[protected]. In the process of online recharge I went till page 2 of 2. After that page, some error message came. But unfortunately I forget that message because I felt the process was not completed so my account also not debited. I want to check my account wether the amount is debited or not. it was debited but not recharged my vodafone account. What can I do?

              Hi Sir,

              I m using Vodaphone prepaid service in roaming now. My number is [protected], which is a karnataka number and currently I m in Chennai for official purpose. I have recharged on 2/2/2012 for a full talktime of Rs234 from a local shop and the amount credited to my account is only Rs82.15.This was supposed to be full talktime offer. I thought this could be due to some negative balance in my account. Again on 4/2/2012 I recharged for the same amount and to my surprise thje talktime amu=ount credited is Rs82.15, which is same as the last transaction amount.

              I contacted Vodaphone customer care in chennai yeaterday and though the person was replying verly bleakly and asked me to contact Vodaphone Bangalore. I later on contacted Vodaphone bangalpore customer care and the lady told me all the balance will be credited to my account within 4 hours. Its 1 day passed still I havn't received any amount. My balance has gone to 0 yesterday and I missed a very important call related to my work since they were not able to contact me.

              I already wasted my time and money calling these customer care people. I dont want to risk recharging again while roaming from my experience with the last two deals. Also all Vodaphone Online recharges are under maintenance. So I don't have any other choice and I have to stay i Chennai for another two weeks.

              I m extremly dissatisfied by the way vodaphone has proceeded with my case and I not only need the extra amount back but compensaction for loosing money on callling the customer care people and failing to get very important updates related to work. I need an immediate action for the same.

              I have recharge online my vodafone number of Rs.350/- on 2nd, March 2012. but i just checked my bank account is debited of Rs. 350 but my number have not credited yet. When i recharged my mobile then after compliting the process the bill desk showed an error and the authentication invalid..n i have not recvd any Order ID & Transaction ID number. Then how it could deduct my balance. Now pls let me know dat how can I get the money back from my bank SBI when it is already charged. If the same is not your record than where it has gone ?

              I m scared to see that i got an 50/- balance deduction message from bank but recharge is not done till now.
              Moreover 198 support are saying that they are helpless in such cases.

              I had done an online recharge of Rs. 201/- on the Vodafone website for my Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Number a couple of minutes back. The amount has already been deducted from by bank account and till now the recharge has not been done.

              It's simply pathetic on Vodafone's part to deduct the amount and not do the online recharge. It was not expected from such an esteemed Company like Vodafone. It seems that this is a policy of Vodafone to charge the customers and not complete the online recharge.

                Sir,

                I am surprised that worlds leading cellular company VODAFONE is cheating customer by unfair and illegal trade practice. Its customer service ( Bihar & Jharkhand) is worse in the whole world. Is it making fool the Customers and to collects revenue for the company only?

                The customer care staff is not ready to lodge complaint of customer.

                I have prepaid connection of Vodafone No. [protected] . On 27.04.2009 I received a
                Message from Vodafone that Caller Tune has been activated in your mobile and Rs. 45/- deducted for the service. I had not requested for the caller tune . The company illegally activated the same. I immediately went to Vodafone Mini Store ( Shashi Communication ) in Dhanbad and lodged the complaint for caller tune . The Vodafone Store Official noted the complaint and talked to Customer Care at Ranchi and told me that the Officer concerned is out of Office I have noted the complaint and your problem will be solved and Rs. 45/- deducted will be refunded.

                Next day on 28.04.2009 I visited the Vodafone Mini Store and asked for my complaint.
                The official again talked to Customer Care and inquired about my complaint and replied till now nothing has been done they are trying to find the reason for caller tune activation.
                He assured me that your problem will be solved.

                I was out of station for 10 days, On 09.05.09 I again visited the Vodafone Mini Store and asked for my complaint. The official talked to Mr. Subendu at Customer Care and told that the Caller Tune is activated from your side.
                I am using Vodafone for Outgoing only. I am using Cellone [protected] from 2002 and all incoming is coming in this number. You can verify from your System that in last
                one month barely a incoming call at Vodafone except un wanted call from Vodafone.
                As there is no incoming call at this number Why should I activate the caller tune and who will listen the songs?
                I had also talked with Mr. Subendu, He told me that this is done by System and nothing can be done. He asked me why you have not complaint at 111. As I lodged my complaint immediately with the Vodafone Mini Store and the concerned person noted it and talked with Customer Care several times. He assured me that your problem will be solved, as he has taken the matter I have not lodged complaint separately over phone.

                When my problem not solved I talked to Customer Care on 09.05.09 at 111 and talked to Mr. Dhirendra and asked to lodged my complaint for caller tune activation and refund of
                Charges deducted. He denied to lodge complaint. Then I talked to his Senior Abhijit Singh
                And explained the matter and requested him to lodge my complain and solve my problem
                He clearly denied to to take any complaint.

                The Customer Service of Vodafone (Bihar and Jharkhand ) is worst and pathetic. The Customer Care Staff is most in-efficient and do not take complaint of Customer and harassing them. That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre

                I request to look in to the matter and De-activate the caller tune immediately and refund the charges Rs. 45/- deducted . The customer care person should be made accountable and penalized.

                If my problem is not solved I will take legal action against Vodafone.

                  Sir,
                  "Vodafone Flash" service was automatically activated on my Vodafone mobile without any alert from Vodafone, I had received more than 145 flash messages within 7 days. Vodafone charged me Rs.435/- for useless services to me.
                  In connection with the above, I have received bill dt.25.01.2009 for Rs.787.28. It is observed from the bill that 145 SMS sent on special number 52425 is not correct as have not requested any special number SMS. The same request was generated automatically by service provider. In this connection I have raised the complaint No.[protected] with vodafone centre at mulund on 31.01.2009 after receiving the bill. Till date I have not received refund for the same.

                    one of the worst network & service provider in bangalore. i have some billing issues with airtel which it was not clarified for more than four months. finally i have decided to go with other service provider in the industry.
                    so i planned to go with vodafone, i have taken postpaid connection from vodafone. i have taken the connection in march, till today i am getting signal drop, for one call i have to make atleast three calls. i am into business all my clients were complaining. i have placed a request with vodafone (111 customer care, vodafone retail outlet in indira nagar 100ft road several times re: the same network issue. i have replaced my sim with new one. i have done enough of excise but of no use. finally i am paying the money from my pocket. please let me know how to go about this??? one thing is very clear, in the industry companies are coming with big banners & offers international brand, finally they were trying to screw up every indian. before 1947 it was direct ... now its indirect.

                      i am siva shankar k, having mobile number 98436*****.i have been writing to u somany times... hope this time u do me a real favour...i have been using vodafone for atleast 3 yrs now... and u yourself can see how often i recharge and use your service...but wat has the company done for me... has it done any favour...? for this question, the answer is always a BIG """ NO """.1. customer care support... are the people at customer care really trained to give the best information to customers...? NO, the are just trained to cheat people... let me come to the point now...the validity for my mobile ended on 14 th april 2009. i was using a 3 month valid bonus card before that... for which the validity was not yet over... At this juncture i have asked customer care 2-3 times about the validity of the bonus card if i switch over to life time validity... on all occassions before 14th april, i was informed that the bonus card
                      will continue to be valid till such validity of the bonus card ends...But, on 15 th april, i was shocked to see call rates being deducted @ rs.1/- per minute...i called back to customer care immediately... one o[censored]r customer care ppl completely changed the plot and said that, As i have changed my plan completely, the bonus validity will not continue... and she also said that she was 100 percent right... and also said that the one who said otherwise was wrong...i accepted... wat she said...i immediately called my frnd who is recharging for me and said about the happenings... also i immediately opted to buy a bonus card... for rs.85/-. (for which the plan is v2v 20ps.min and all mobiles @ 50ps/min and free sms 100/day, hope u 2 know these details..)i got a confirmation msg fm vodafone for the recharge for the bonus card... and also the validity to be until 14 may 2009.But the call rates remain unchanged... till now...sms was credited
                      untill... 23rd april, and from 24th april sms was not credited...only then i realised some thing has happened.. and checked your website for the details about the bonus card. i was shocked to know that call rates were not reduced...i called customer care... on 24.04.09 some time around 10 pm... talked to the cust care ppl and lodged 2 compliants regarding call rates and sms credit... the were not able to guide me properly... or tell any truth that happened...and i again called customer care on 25.04 2009 and had wonderful (exactly the opposite) experience from your customer care people... u can see all wat happened then...============24.04.2009

                      I was expecting a reply for my mail dated 02.05.2009 or any action from your side...
                      But was shocked to see a mail acknowledging my mail dated 25/04/2009 (after 10 days).
                      No action has been taken at your end for the past 10 days except cancelling access to customer care from my mobile ( compliant number[protected].
                      Also call rates have increased... and you people are debiting charges immediately after every call... but you have not made any effort to solve the problem...
                      So, can i am in a situation now to ask for refund of all the excess debit of call rates and ( actual call rate to be debited rs.0.50/min for mobile and rs.0.20/min for v2v calls).
                      Will the company refund all the call rates debited in excess to my account from the date of my compliant...?
                      You people seem to have taken no effort till now... and no one has talked to me either...
                      Pls expedite and refund all the excess charges for all the calls till now and activate the bonus card immediately...
                      All advertisements in TV is a waste if the customer care and the company is so lazy for solving the queries of the customers... Pls stop false advertising...

                      Thank you for your reply...
                      The reply is not satisfactory for the following reasons...
                      1. But why did you debit call rate @ 1 rs per minute on 15.04.2009 and also you have informed me at your customer care on 15.04.2009 that, as i have changed my plan completely, the bonus card will be cancelled...
                      2. Only as per your instructions from the customer care, I have opted for another bonus card which i recharged on 15.04.2009 (rs.85/- bonus)
                      3. When i am sending SMS (BVAL) to 111, till now i am getting reply that " The bonus validity for your card is valid until 14-may-2009" and
                      also asks me to recharge again after 14-may-2009 only.
                      4. I have been credited sms for 9 days from 15.04.2009 to 23.04.2009. Will free sms be credited if the bonus card has not been activated... ? Hope you people will also think logically...!!! So, it is for sure that bonus card has been activated...
                      5. Free sms was cancelled from 24.04.2009, for which i have posted a compliant number[protected].
                      6.Call Call rates were not changed to rs. 0.20/min and i have also made a compliant for it (compliant number[protected].
                      Accordingly, due to some efforts for your good office, call rate was reduced to rs.0.20/min to v2v calls for a few days after my compliant)
                      7.As you have said that my account was credited rs.77.06 on 15.04.2009, i didnt notice any change in the balance on 15.04.2009.
                      If the amount credited is true, I only want you to send me a statement of all the call details with call costs from 10.04.2009 to till date thru email as a proof of your reply.
                      8. I am sure that i am aware of the balance in my prepaid phone as and when i make calls... and also i have a regular watch over the balance in my account.
                      9. Above all, you have stopped access to customer care 111 from my mobile numbers 98436 ***** and 98431 *****. Please clear the same at the earliest...( I think this the the way vodafone is "happy to help" its customers ) ( compliant number[protected]
                      10. I cant accept your reply without a statement from 10.04.2009 till date... so please send the mail as i have requested in point number 7.

                      I have got a message from Vodafone, with a title PREVIEW, which said:

                      " Get a free 5 min preview of the services we offer on 56789. Call 56703 & get a step by step demo & experience host of services offered! Go ahead try it. Its FREE!"

                      Then I tried calling 56789 and found that I was charged Rs. 12 for the call.

                      Then I called their customer care, which did not work for long time, I was advised to read the message carefully.

                      True, the message said to call the other number. Then it was intentionally made confusing, and did not mention that the first number would attract such heavy charges.It was cheating the unassuming customer.

                      i am siva shankar k, having mobile number 98436*****.i have been writing to u somany times... hope this time u do me a real favour...i have been using vodafone for atleast 3 yrs now... and u yourself can see how often i recharge and use your service...but wat has the company done for me... has it done any favour...? for this question, the answer is always a BIG """ NO """.1. customer care support... are the people at customer care really trained to give the best information to customers...? NO, the are just trained to cheat people... let me come to the point now...the validity for my mobile ended on 14 th april 2009. i was using a 3 month valid bonus card before that... for which the validity was not yet over...                         I received a voicemail message from TM-BPQ on 12.05.2009 and adviced to call at [protected]. On calling this no. they engaged my mobile for more than ten minutes with various information about mobile make, mobile service, year of purchase etc.and they were promising me an award of 2500 $ and due to this I lost about Rs.120 from mobile balance. God knows how many more people they have thugged in this manner. Please stop this menace !

                        I advice Vodafone to scrutnize such Junk SMS from your side, so that Vodafone valued customer are not cheated by such mails.

                        Present bonus cards are not good for customers.
                        I have to advice VODAFONE Company that, Please lunch a new bonus card as like ...

                        Aircel – 175 (Unlimited call to aircel-aircel).
                        Smart GSM - 246 (Unlimited call to Smart-Smart)
                        Tata also gives this type of facility.
                        I had applied for a new Vodafone postpaid connection in Jan'09 & subsequently got the new connection. After few days I realised that they had provided me an used old no. & as a result I started receiving several unwanted SMSs and phone calls. Recently I got few calls from +[protected] which is the no. of SBI Credit Card collection dept. asking for settlement of account of some Sayanti Biswas. When I told them I am not the person they are looking for, they started threatning of lodging police case.

                        Immediately I rushed to the local Vodafone Customer Care centre from where I took the connection & briefed them the entire thing. But surprisingly inspite of taking any action they advised me to approach to the Legal dept of the Kolkata Police HQ, Lalbazar & lodge the complaint over there.
                        "you have won one million gbp(1, 000, 000.00), in o2 promo draw. to claim your funds send your name, address & phone no. to v.gordon via email: [protected]@hot mail.com". this message was send to my vodafone number [protected]. i request you to kindly look into this fake messages fooling around people and robbing them of their valuable money. a strict action is expected against all this people.

                            I was offered a vodafone post paid number with certain gift and special schemes. The person name was Sumit Kumar Tripathi. He asked me purchase the vodafone postpaid number and then he will provide me certain gifts later on this number. He told me these are certain Ids in reference of your gifts.                             I was offered a vodafone add-on post paid number with certain offer with old vodafone number. They misguide me purchase the vodafone add-on postpaid number and then he will provide me many facilities on my old vodafone connection after activate add-on number (like 25ps per minute on STD call, 15ps per minut on local call) this is only the employ scheme also they compel me not to tell their commitments to varification team. They gave me the contact number [protected] (Mukesh Bhardwaj) but now that number is not working hence switched off. I haven't received any schemes over this number.                               List of complaints:
                              1) Their customer representatives act like gods and treat the customer like a fool
                              2) I followed the proper procedure for account closure in Mumbai, paid my bill and yet I keep getting bills. On calling, they generate complaint numbers, and nothing happens
                              3) They cannot even update email IDs correctly
                              4) Try submitting a complaint against them. Limited to 200 characters. What are we supposed to write? I think they want us to write slang words only.

                                i am the customer of your Vodafone prepaid connection. i regret to inform you that you activate MCI service on my mobile phone and deduct Rs. 30/- from my balance when i concern your executive he response me that that your service will be deactive with in 48 hours and your Rs. 30/- is also refunded in your account he also says that you send the msg CAN MCI on 144.                                       Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am a marketing trainee in Lupin ltd. And our company had taken corporate connections of vodafone, from Matrix cellular services, two months ago.

                                      And we all were told to submit initial amount of Rs 998 to Matrix. And I gave a check from ICICI bank, which due to unknown reasons was bounced.

                                      As soon as, I was told about this news, I paid Rs. 998 to Vodafone outlet of Peera Garhi, about a month ago.And was told that the services of Vodafone will resume within 24 hours. But its one month now, my connection has not started. I am really feeling very harassed, as i has to go to Peera garhi center again and again in between my working hours, and that too without any results

                                      I really feel that the relationship manager, who was taking care of our account and connections is responsible for all this, and strict action should be taken against that person.
                                      His name is Mr. Atul and his mobile number is [protected].

                                      I am writing you this email after seeing the advertisements of Vodafone in which Vodafone state that your help is our motto (happy to help - Customer Care).

                                      Hope to hear from you very soon (Within 48 hours) with solution.

                                        i hv been using vodafone sim since lst month, and i have activated sms pack of 30 Rs.
                                        according to your customer care exicative, we can check our no. of left sms by calling to customer care.
                                        i used to confirm my left sms twice a day.i did so for two days .
                                        then suddenly my calls for customer care were blocked and reason given to me by exicative was that due to useless calls of mine these services are blocked for "15 DAYS".its not a short period of time sir/mam.
                                        now if i need to check my left msg, i cant check them out.
                                        and moreover when i tried to call to customer care from other no. some one named "YOGESH" from your customer care exicative kept my call on hold for 10min. without telling me.then then i need to cut the call.
                                        so sir, my request to you is that -
                                        PLZ CREATE A SPECIAL NO.(means as we have *141# for checking balance)TO CHECK UP NO. OF SMS LEFT, (AS OTHER cellular COMPANIES DO).
                                        i hope my compalint is worthyful to you, and it will surely reach to concerned authorities.

                                        Vodafone SIM — bad services

                                        am sms user and i always recharge my care with 35 rs sms coupon but from past 2 weeks vodafone deactivating my services. Even iam having around 300 sms free but my services are ban and my sms are chargeble. I have calledup in vodafone customer care and that was very bad and rude response, no one listening my problem and was saying that iam telling lie.


                                        am very fedup because of very bad response from executive side.

I have submit my photo ID and purchase blank SIm as RSN[protected]-5967 and RSN[protected]-5975. But Your sitapur office was not start services. I personally called to Your RM on dated 8th July 2010 and requested him for the providing the services. But he is not able to gave the services. Please see my problem and resolve it immidiately.
