Network problem

pls find attached picture of waranty card & repaired customer form.
i want to inform you that i purchased this mobile on 20th April 2008 from LALL Comunication Faridabad Haryana.
in October 2008 month there was a problem of hangout & battery back up so iit is replaced by other repaired mobile not new one .
but right now there is network problem & also it comes in under waranty.

Incorrect Bill amount + payments

Hello,

I am a user of this service since 5 years .Its was BPL then HUTCH and then Vodafone .

I had a very bad experience last month.I have a maharshtra co-orporate card and the mumbai roaming
is free for this .The incoming should never be charged.

I have an connection of vodafone mobile ([protected]). In March 2009 I have paid my feb month bill on dt. 10/3/2009 at Vodafone office in Moga, Punjab. My billing cycle is 21st to 20th every month and 10th march 2009 is my last due date for last month bill. Activation of MCI Service without request

Hello I am Khushmandar Singh Cell No [protected], Ludhiana Punjab, on this very no Missed Call Service has been activated and charged Rs.30 and despite request to customercare they have not refunded as promised by the vodafone customercare executive and asked me to deactivate the service by sending a message to 144 "CAN MCI" I send this message my service is deactivated but by balance is not refunded as promised.

Unable to connect customer care

Hi,

I just filled up registration for on-line bill payment. The system wants me to call vodafone customer care on 111 for password. I tried 3 times. Right now it is 01.30 am in the morning, and i am outstationed.

I totally spent around 21 minutes, but that damn type recording keeps on repeating...and no response from vodafone cusatomer care.

I want immediate answer for this incident.

Please be carefull while taking vodafone connections.
I got vodafone postpaid connection and was a very heavy user..

Because i was moving out of state i decided to get it convert to prepaid,
i went to vodafone store and gave them address proof as copy of lease agreement, to my surprise they said that copy is not clear and we cant take this.. Its worth mentioning here that i had given the same...

Network issue not solved by Vodafone from last 6 months.

I have Vodafone connection from last 3 years. But from last 6 months I am getting a problem with my outgoing calls. I always call this number from any place, it always says network busy.It is happening with 80% of the numbers from my contact list.I changed the SIM as per their suggestion but made no difference. Frequent missed call.

Am getting frequent missed calls since 15-16 days from the Number: [protected]. I did send a message asking who this is ..but the person did not respond. incoming calls to my number-[protected] were barred on 16 march due to verification reasons but now even after submitting my identity proof on 25 march my outgoing calls were barred on 27 march and still calls are barred and when i talk to customer care MR.SANDEEP SINGH (at 10.30a.m at [protected]) misbehaved and talked rudely instead of clarifying the situtation.
So its a genuine recquest to you to please duely consider this situaion...
