i want to complaint regarding my mobile no. [protected].on 19 march my talk plan was changed.as on that date i asked the executive will my sms packs(national & local) will get deactivated and he said no.no intimation was given to me about the deactivation.2 days back (i.e 13/04/2009) i recieved a call that according to ur usage pls activate the sms pack.i got to know that time itself that promo packs were deactivated.since then i have been trying to speak to the customer care and no response they are treating me like a prepaid customer.i dont know what to do with this company.i even spoke with the team leader (he is suppossed to be a senior personnel acc. to executives) and no proper reply from their end. they even say sir we will resolve ur problem but u may have to pay the actual charges. that means if the sytem makes a mistake the consumer have to bear it.

    My wife has a post paid connection with Vodafone.I paid her bill for March;2009 Rs 540/- on 06.04.2009.
    Today my wife was advised by Customer care Officer ( CCO ) that the cheque has bounced so deposit the payment by cash.When she asked the reason of cheque returning.CCO replied, he has no information.pl check with your bankers. My wife called up the bank, they replied the cheques are returned at the centralised Clearing house and under all circumstances will be returned to the benificiary i.e.VODAFONE only.The CCO further advised that the cheque bounced in connection shall only be returned when the payment for the bill is paid.Which banking laws is the CCO talkingabout, It is beyond any body's imagination.Please look into the matter.

        My name is kamaldeep singh s/o Sh. Bishan singh. I have one prepaid cell number [protected] . Dated 29.03.2009 I request to Mr. Sanjeev of vodaphone on help line regarding new good plans of postpaid he suggest me RS.99 plan is very best for me in this plan 200 minutes are free in very friendly language at that moment I decided to convert my prepaid no in to post paid with Rs.99 monthly rent.

        Sanjeev suggest me to visit Vodaphone mini store m/s Navroz Telecom old Nawan shahar road Phillaur- 144410 (cell no [protected]) with one photograph, photocopy of prepaid sim card residence proof and Rs.250 as security (Refundable) . When I visit your mini store with all documents your representative explain other many plans he was not interested giving me this Rs.99 monthly rental plan when I ask him regarding benefits of Rs 99 he say I don’t know about this plan if you want to know more about this plan go to mohali office or call to mohali office. I speak to your representative that Mr.Sanjeev of Vodaphone tell me go to our mini store with all documents for further enquire and process then he say Mr. Sanjeev is not his boss he is independent boss. I request him give me invoice with written Rs.250 is security whish is refundable he refuse me after very long discussion he phone to mohali office then he written Rs 250 as security money in invoice. When I say to him why you are not cooperate on this issue he say this is not his sale this sale of vodaphone online mohali office sale in future you want any help or enquiry go to mohali office or ludhiana office.That day(30.03.2009) he provide me one sim card next day he take back that sim after two days he provide me other sim I don’t under stand why he doing this all.

        Conclusion is this that no sufficient cooperate providing from your phillur office.Now I suggest you some why not you giving full credit to local office for this type migrate connections from pre paid to post paid don’t pay full credit to online mohali office so in future no any customer fell this type problem.

        After one day I have received daily two to three calls for address verifications. Dated 04.04.2009 I have received one call from ludhiana office in morning 9.30am he saying we are coming to you for address verification within one hours but till 2.00 pm nobody coming to my residence next day was Sunday & my plan was going to relative with my family on 4.4.2009 afternoon but I postponed my this program due to your representative coming for address verification on same day. At 2.15pm I call to ludhiana office he saying person going to your home at 10.00 am he provide me cell no of Mr. sachin (cell no [protected]) & tell me contact him When I contact him on his cell no [protected] he say today in phillaur ludhiana highway Punjab police naka is available & he has no any driving license also no any papers (RC) of his motorcycle he will come only when Punjab police naka will off from phillaur highway after this I have call him five to six time also call to ludhiana office but same reply full day I get back .

        In the evening around 7.30 pm or 8.00 pm your representative coming to my residence with insurance agent Mr. Vikram sing (Relationship officer Kotak Direct 354, 3rd Floor Bhagwati Tower, Cheema Chock, Ludhiana 141003 cell no [protected] office no [protected]-50) after address verifications Mr Vikram sing offering me so many insurance policies I refuse him because I have all ready four policies with LIC INDIA. Please tell me is their tie-up between VODAPHONE & KOTAK DIRECT why you sending insurance agent to my home.I think I have refuge your insurance agent so you withdraw process of shifting or Migrating from pre paid to post paid.

        If this is possible convert my prepaid into post paid otherwise kindly refund my documents, snaps & security RS 250 through courier to my residence address giving below. I am working with Friends Auto Industries as HEAD QA since 12 years we have approximate 067 mobile connections in cooperate scheme of Spice/Idea till date we have no facing any harassments but with Vodaphone I am unhappy with your origination behavior.

          Earlier I was using Vodafone prepaid at New DelhiI, then I got a call from vodafone local customer care, and offered a promotional Rs 222 plan where in Local charges would be 0.75 paise and STD calls would be 1 rupee. Everybody knows that in 222 plan STD call charges would be Rs 1.30 paise, but I was surprised how I was offered for 1 rupee. Later on, I called delhi vodafone customer care and ensured I got right call from right center. After migration, in my invoice it was quoted STD call charges would be 1.30 pai. Subsequently I called up customer care, but till now no proper answer. They do agree that spurious calls are circulating among their customers, but no remedial action has been taken.

                Even after maintaining heavy amount in pre-paid number: [protected], the facility of STD @ Re. 1 is being discontinued assigning reason that sufficient balance is not maintained.

                On talking at number: 111, Mr. Praful not only misbehaved but also said that we don't care once you paid and you can do whatever you can do.

                The company like"VODAFONE" should not have customer care person like Mr. Praful, who was on duty at number 111 at 10:30 A.M on[protected].

                Expecting a positive response and reply urgently.

                  1) I have two Vodafone connections - [protected] & [protected]
                  2) The average billing in [protected] is Rs. 800-1200/- per month during last one year. The Dynamic credit limit fixed by Vodafone for this number is Rs. 5000/-
                  3) On 7th Feb 2009, I received a SMS from Vodafone that services at [protected] has been restrcited as the usuage Rs. 14416.82 has crossed the Credit Limit.
                  4) After series of follow ups through e-mails and calls with Vodafone, they sent an e-mail on 26th Mar 2009 to me giving the details of extra billing. As per their statement this huge billing is due to GPRS downloads of Games.
                  5) GPRS downloads of Games in my family is done by my 6 years old son, who in my opinion does not find so much time to download about 12000/-. This cell phone is kept at my home and my son has limited access to it and that too in front of me or my wife. Even I consider by some mistake, my 6 years old son has downloaded the games, why I was not communicated by Vodafone immediately after my usage crossed the Credit limit of Rs. 5000/-
                  6) Vodafone is not able to explain this convincingly to me and maintains that as their GPRS partner has delayed submitting the bills, they have come to know about this later and then only has communicated to me.
                  7) I informed Vodafone on 1st April that I can pay the credit limit amount and not beyond. Meanwhile, Vodafone started sending their people to my office for collection of the payments, which again is an embarrasment for me in front of my colleagues.
                  8) On 7th of April, Vodafone arm twisted me in restricting out going calls in my other number [protected], which I use for official purpose. As I was under some important assignment, I was compelled to pay Rs. 15126.25/- against wrong billing of [protected] to get the call barring lifted from [protected]. Please note that [protected] has no dispute regarding payments and even then they have done this

                  Hence my complaints are
                  1) Why Vodafone has not informed me immediately after my usuage went beyond credit limit of Rs. Rs.5000/- and why they waited till it became Rs. 14416.82/-
                  2) How Vodafone can send their collection people to my office when the matter is still under clarification?
                  3) How Vodafone can arm twist me with the call barring of my other number, when that number has no payment dispute?

                    we bought one connectionfrom guwahati dealer name-aries traders(vodafone mini stores on 3/4/2009, but till today it is not activated, we are regularly followup but no solution, we have some points which is not helping the customer-


                    1.my NEW sim no not activated from last 8days, they have also done verification so late ie on 8/04/2009, after that even they did inform us what is the status


                    2 the contact no on the list which they are giving to the customer at the time of new connection is not updated, including the asm no and mini stores no, because when the vodafone launched the service at guwahati they printed the list with airtel no, till today they are circulating the same(attached of old list).


                    3 customer care no cannot be connected through other operator, all the no is incorrect, what is this we cannot understand


                    4 i have a no of bsnl, now i want to convert it on vodafone how can you co.think if your services like that


                    5 please activate my connection within two hours

                      i have been a customer with VODAFONE(delhi)for the past 4-5 years and this is how they treat their customers.
                      Well i had 2 connections with vodafone [protected] and the other was [protected]. It was a corporate connection and suddenly the call drop seemed to hv risen extensively
                      a call wud last to the max 3-5 sec and get disconnected.
                      This caused a huge bill to ge generated
                      on multiple compalints to Vodafone on customer care or Appeleate authority through telephone and written email complaints their was no response but just we shall look in to the matter but as of now please pay the bill amount to continue un interrupted service.

                      finally when no-one from the company end turned up to settle the matter i had to dispose off the connection, which was followed by harrasing calls from the company's end.
                      I was prepared to fight back
                      and here i am with the issue being taken up till the highest authority.
                      I shall make it sure to send this complaint to TARI aswell
                      Now my number no longer exist coz the company has moved my number for deletion.
                      i would like the company to return me my number ASAP.

                      Vodafone — huge amount of bills

                      i am having 5 connections of vodafone out of which 1 is postpaid and rest 4 prepaid.i am getting huge amount of bill for my postpaid bill.and you are also not offering any scheme for me, i think i will discontinue all the numbers, i also want an bill for last 2 months on my mail id.

                      Vodafone — Call dropping

                      Hi,

                      I would to bring forward a common difficulty while using the vodafone network during last week. During calls i was not able to hear the ring going but the phone use to connect and timer started thus the call rate was charged. I happens 4-5 times during call and then it use to get connected. Also once connected abruptly in a minute the call drops automatically and when try the no. again it connects with no voice from other end. I feel this is sheer cheating going on from Vodafone and they should return the money of clients against cropping of call.
                      Thanks for your team mail about my below issue for my Vodafone number [protected] and my issue was not resolved by your team in correct manner.



                      I would like to inform you that i have not used my Vodafone number and i need to inform to you i have not asked to activate GPRS, how billing is done for the same?.



                      Please check my bill any incoming or outgoing calls used by myself and with your kind information i am not used for the same. I was using Matrix SIM for all calls. If you need bill copy for the same i can provide the same to you for your ref.



                      I am ready to pay the bill amount Rs 1000 /- (approx.)which is used by me and please refund the balance amount, Please activate my outgoing calls.



                      I am working with CBRE, we are corporate costumer for Vodafone and check our track record for the same was good.



                      Even I checked with my office team they confirmed you can pay only above mentioned amount and if not change the service provider.



                      I am finally contacting you directly to resolve my billing issue and i need to inform you Vodafone store and customer care team is not corporative.



                      Please resolve my issue or our entire team including my self are going to change the service provider. this is for your information.



                      If the issue not resolved by yourself, I have no choice to go to consumer court for filing case for the same.

                        I have 4 Vodafone connections in my name in mumbai 1 Pre Paid & 3 Post Paid I am facing problems with 2 numbers [protected] and [protected] which are being repeatedly disconnected by VODAFONE for no reason at all after numerious assuranceses from Ms. Deepa Kadam on behalf of Laxmi Bhan
                        that this will not be repeated today on the 09th of April 2009 the numbers have been disconnected again. I have been exchanging mails with vodafone from 7th of March 2009 for the same problem I have all the mails in my mail box & am taking VODAFONE to the consumer court.

                        I am here by sueing VODAFONE for harressment & demanding compensation of 1 Lac rupees.

                          I had a VODAFONE connection - number [protected]. During my trip abraod to Turkey - I was charged an internet usage charge of Rs 17K - stating that there was more than an hour's usage of internet from the mobile handset - whihc is very unlikely. Moreover the company had set a credit limit of Rs 3000 - then how did the over billing happen - till date there is no explanation to the same.

                          On receipt fo the bill, i disputed the amount and paid the remaining amount under protest. I was informed that necessary checking would be done - thereafter i was informed that the charges appear correct - i disputed the same and told the company that I shall pay the bill amount over and above the Rs 17 - overcharge. Without any intimation to me, the mobile number was disconnected and till date there is no proper response from the company on this issue

                          The approach is very unprofessional and for system lapses at thier end - they are penalizing cusotmers and disconnecting number - the number was in use for a long time and the abrupt disconnection has resulted in lot of difficulty and even financial loss.

                          This is not at all acceptable.

                          I hve been using vodafone postpaid connection since june 2007 and my plan is 444 under which i am entitled to 444 local-sms and 444 minutes of local/STD calls free per month. Everything was going smooth till December 2007 and suddenly on the 5th of January 2008 they send me a sms indicating some peak day sms charges. I receievd the January bill generated on the 6th of january 2008 they put Rs 142.10/- as Misc credit/ charges. when enquired about the same multiple times I was informed that these are sms charges for the sms I made on the 31st of December 2007 and on the Dipawali. i complained that I was not informed about any such charge neither when I took the connection nor before the charges were imposed. And then vodafone cannot impose any financial liability for any anything with my/ customer's consent. Ever since I have been regularly charged for sms as follows:
                          Rs 2.80/- in the month of February 2008, Rs 4.80/- in the month of march 2008 and Rs 4.40/- in the month of april 2008.

                          vodafone bills — charging international rates for local sms

                          I have been charged at the rate of Rs5/ per sms .. which is an international sms rate for the local number .. and after repeated wriiten complaints to Vodaphone nothing has been done ... the only plea they give is that since I have used "00" for local number thats why charges have been made ...
                          But is that logical ..
                          When i mailed Vodafone, they informed these are the days, sms are charged.

                          New Year Jan 1 Thursday
                          Valentine Day Feb 14 Saturday
                          Friendship Day Aug 02 Sunday
                          Diwali Oct 17 Saturday
                          New Year Eve Dec 31 Thursday

                          So better avoid these days, and enjoy

                          i email & telephonic conversation to vodafone care about dec & jan bills more than 10 times but still they don't respond .dec & jan bills are 6614.26 & 2679.66 respectively.

                              I got a message regarding the free download of music and videos
                              from the service provider with a link to that site. I downloaded a
                              video from it and checked my balance just to confirm whether its
                              really free or not. I found no deduction. so i downloaded some more
                              video. After sometimes I found that my balance was -200.00

                              I visited the vodafone exclusive stores and talked to the
                              customer support department but they didnt help me out. They said that
                              its not their fault. They got tie-ups wih these sites and they only
                              alloe them to send service message to their customers. They said that
                              the amount deducted would be transferred to the site provider and
                              vodafone does not have any key role in that.

                              My point was if vodafone had a tie-up with that site then how
                              come they can fol their customers like that be sending a fake message
                              through vodafone service.

                              Vodafone Prepaid — Regular Extra Deduction of Balances

                              I had ported my mobile number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone on 26/01/2011. Just after changing network Vodafone serivice provider deducted into my account whole balance claiming that I had used Internet serivce on moible while infact no internet service is activated on my handset nor any internet uses data in available in my handset. I make request to operater so many time but he had not contaced to any senior authority to resolved my problem.Till date total dedcution of Rs 300 deducted into my account and currently account balance shows negative balance.

                                I'm a vodafone customer having 2 postpaid and 1 pre-paid connections. My number is [protected]. I have never come across such a worst, idiotic, unbearable, pathetic, harrasing, ruthless, ridiculous, irresponsible customer care ever in my life. I spoke to an executive Saravanan at 111, he was unable to answer my queries so I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor, he disconnected the call.

                                I used to recharge through online for vodafone mobile connect for browsing where the daily charges are Rs.19. One day when I treid to recharge, I couldn't. Immediately, i called 111, an executive says that vodafone mobile connect cannot be recharged online. He says that abruptly. I have done this for months together before.

                                These executives are not trained in a professional manner. When I told him that I had done this before, he responded saying "no it is not possible". Recharge through e-topup. who the are you man to say the customer is lying. No info is available on their website, no messages are sent to the customers.

                                Yesterday when I tried to recharge for the same, I wasn't able to do. My account was debited for Rs.19. I thought I was at fault and recharged again for Rs.19. Again I was debited for Rs19. When I checked the transaction detail, they say "SORRY, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS".When I called 111 they say that vodafone mobile connect service has been withdrawn with immediate effect.

                                NO COMMUNICATION THROUGH MESSAGES OR THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.

                                Pathetic customer care executives they have. They do not have the knowledge on whats happening in their own organisation. Then how can they resolve the queries of the customers???. They give all false complaints to the customers. They will say " we shall get back to you shortly or you can write to us". Where the [censored] have they called back the customer? Those [censored]in holes do an easy job, sitting in AC. These executives should be made to loiter on the streets for collecting the garbage.

                                Any one having the guts to face me from vodafone after seeing this, can call me. YOU WILL BE RIPPED APART>>>>>>>>MIND IT... FOR SURE

                                Vodafone — vodafone mobile connect is a bull shit

                                i got VMC (vodafone mobile connect)service activated on my cell - [protected] but for tha settings of the same service i received a call from the company some 10-12 days later.. but after saving the settings in the device the service doesnt worked. i was asked by the operator to visit vodafone store. i did the same with complete equipment required.. but it was useless. i was told that they can only forward a request for settings.. six times i was given different reasons by operators as well as vodafone store people.. in this process two months passed .. i was promised by an operator to get refund for this service..BUT..i m continuously disturbed by the company calls for not paying for services which never worked..

                                Vodafone — Vodafone SUCKS!

                                Vodafone is perhaps the most expensive and bllod-sucking mobile phone operator in the market. Reasons are as follows:
                                1) Its advertisements are really attractive. More that Shahrukh or Sharman’s
                                Airtel ads, Abhishek’s Idea ads or Reliance ads. Worse part- people fall for these advertisements. There’s nothing unnatural about it.2) Their SIM cards are really expensive. I bought one for Rs. 150 in one part of Mumbai, my friend brought the same for Rs. 50 from another part.3) Their plans are really expensive. Think about it, theyportrayas if they have a plan for every budget. But oncomparingthe same with other operators, its really expensive.4) They have some strange rule that a customer cannot activate more than two schemes on one number. So i[censored] have a 1 paisa voucher and an sms pack, forget aboutactivatinginternet or anything like that.5) They won’t ever reject the documents when you’re buying the sim. This way the sim is sold and you get top-up and message balance done. Whoooooosh!!! Its almost always deactivated in a couple of days!Now my story. I’m an outstation customer from Bhopal and was in Mumbai for a month. I went to a store to buy the Voda sim on the first day itself. Though i paid Rs. 150 and got just Rs.50 bal, i still thought it might be worth it. All the documents asked for were duly submitted. Needless to say, my no. was deactivated in a couple of days, citing the reason that my photo was submitted in duplicate. RIDICULOUS. Why would a person submit his photo in duplicate.
                                And this started my endless journeys to Vodafone store. And to different parts of Mumbai for getting the documents of my localites. Genuine documents. Now their ridiculous claims and problems:
                                1) First trip- Documents not accepted because the local person’s reference was not proper. Guys, were you sleeping when i first took the sim.2) Second trip- Documents can’t be accepted because the copy of my localite’s licence does not show his signature properly!! The number can be reinstated for day or two. But alas, that was not done. Worse, my incoming was also deactivated the other day.3_ Third trip- Documents can’t be accepted because my signature on my licence and on my application are very very marginally different with a line going in some other direction, the direction in which it did not go in my licence. Humorous.
                                And here i am. . My last trip just ended a few mins back. and i could not stop myself from writing this long review. But customers need to be warned of what they might (please read as "WILL") face.

                                and when i call your customer care to resolve this; first you start your own service advertisement enlisting your offers and then my complaint does fall in any of the 6 categories mentioned. there is no option like others complaint or to speak to customer care directly. then when i arbitrarily click any of the option you start explaining what all available there.
                                do you think i'm jobless? after reaching a person somewhere in recharge category he's not aware of solution to this problem. he holds my call for 7 min and then speaks up the way to disable.

I have registered for DND (service registration no. [protected]). But to my surprise, i get a message saying that it will take 45 days for activating DND.                                     i have paid my vodafone bill for the month of February 2009 of amount Rs 800 on 19th March 2009 but till today vodafone have not updated my payment.i have visited to the store where i got done my easy bill payment from . they have given me a receipt which shows that payment has been done on 28th march.

                                    i have filed complaint on vodafone customer care and given all the details regarding bill but so far they are not ready to trace problem themselves they are insisting to me to visit vodafone outlet. i am very much disturb due to al of this.

                                      Hi:

                                      I’ am a Vodafone mobile service provider based out of Chennai. I have been with them for over 2+ years and have been more than happy until recent past. I had requested for changing the caller tune from my existing one to a new one called "Mauliyil" based from Malayalam instrumental with the code "12200343" on 25th March 2009. I also got a confirmation msg stating that the same song has been set as my caller tune. But it turned out that it started playing some crazy Hindi song where a female sings a crying song. I lodged a formal complaint on 25th march 2009 but the persom in the help desk did not send me the complaint no. his name is Ashmith. I again lodged a complain with a lady by name Saranya and she acknowledge the problem with a registration number[protected]. This was on 27th March and it said it will be attended and rectified by 30th March 2009 but no action was taken. Because of this I lodged another complain to the help desk. This time it was a lady by name Pramila and she acknowledged the problem and sent a registration number - [protected] where it was promised of a action before 3:09 PM on 2nd April. They were mentioning it it to the minute for their response and today its 6th April and still no response.

                                      I visited the Vodafone store at TTK road, Alwarpet and lodged a complaint and the person the acknowledged the problem and sent a mail with a copy being marked to me. This was on 31st March and he said within two days it will be solved but I had to be only disappointed.

                                      When I called up the help desk regarding this, the person who collected all the details hanged up the phone after hearing me. When i tried second time this day to the help desk, a person by name Arvind attend the call, he again gathered all the details and said it will be rectified soon but refused to give nay time line. When I told him that I’ am going to lodge a severe protest on the internet thru blogs he said I may go ahead with it, making mockery of the attention it would receive. I request everybody or anyone who really cares about real customer response and services extended by companies take this severely and take the help desk to task, who behaves in such fashion.

                                      I hope we really show our strength for people who mocked the power internet blogs and forums through our action.

                                      you are absolutelt right vimal, vodafone they sleep on the issue. they never solve.
                                      funniest part every time we speak to different people and we have explain the same customer history to them each time.
                                      very pathetic response from vodafone.
                                      vodafone, they say the are happy to help, in infact they are least bothered to help.
                                      i even told them i will surrended the line, still they turn a dear ear.
                                      i had a problem with a bill, i had to visit their store 3 times, everry time vasting almost half a day because their stupid queue.
                                      crazy vodafone. i will never recommend to anyone nor buy in future.

                                      The worst mobile phone service is Vodafone. The staff are hooligans and they are after cheatig with iflated bills.
                                      They represent what a service soctor must not be!!! The lines are bad, network coverage is inadequate, signals are low, calls drop, bills are inflated and the staff including their corporate office managers - never respond. They even send hooligans at odd hours to residences. I spoke to some of their senior managers; and found them arrogant, vain, and asinine.
                                      Vodafone is therefore being called VOIDFONE!

                                      The only language they understand is abuse. I had several issues and with simple complaints, they never got resolved. Only after you shout at them, using unparliamentary words, they wake up; take up your problem and try to resolve it.

                                      You can call one Sundar Rajan at [protected]. He is some manager for customer care. You have to explain him properly and slowly, as his understanding is low. There is one Simrat - she sounds smarter and proactive. You can ask for her at [protected] (IF SOMEONE ONLY PICKS UP THE PHONE THOUGH).

                                      But like LATON KE BHOOT BATON SE NAHIN MANTE, these guys understand only when you shout at them.

                                      I know it is tough to change a number and provider after having used it for a long time. Imagine, I have been using hutch from the day they came here. But I decided to change over to another provider as Vodafone services are awful. Someone told me others may not be better; but my repartee was no one's service can be as appalling as that of Vodafone.

                                      Good Luck. But should not it be called VIODFONE (my son had explained to me the word vodafone is from voice and data fone)!

                                      I spoke to MR karthik from cmr are he is so hard and rude while speaking to me im totally disappoited with the worst service of vodafone and i need some action to b taken him . He was just keeping me on hold for more than 15 min just a comlaint call .

                                      I had a same problem. Ridiculous service by them..
                                      Vodofone had been billing me on a wrong plan for six months.When i noticed that on Oct 13, I called them to register my complaint.Somebody from Vodofone changed the plan I had with them.I had never changed my plan. They were stonewalling all reasonable request to correct the billing since it went wrong without my notice. I believe I had lost Rs 4k because of this billing mistake. I am pursuing this since Oct 13 and will never give up until it is corrected.
                                      I relocated from Singapore.This sort of thing will never happen there.If it happened they will gracefully refund the excess billing plus they will make sure you get sizable gifts to show they value your clientele.
                                      Here they are courteous but obstinate and never consider the case on merit and looks like robotic in answers and care.

                                      I have purchased Vodofone Data card on 9 - 4 - 2012. Initially it was not connected with my system. Then I complaint to RIP Marthandam. Then it was connected. The vodofone range is very less. Then I complaint about this problem to vodofone office at Marthandam. After few days a team visited my house and they turn the tower at Kuzhithurai. That time the downloading speed was about 45 kbps, the speed was bit slow even though I was able to brows. The team told to me within 10 days we increase the height of the tower at Ethavilai after that we will get net with normal speed. But I was able to brows only for about 10 days. Now - a - days at most of the time the downloading speed is about 0 kbps, So I am unabe to brows. So I request you to kindly to rectify this problem. Thanking You.

                                        I have a pre paid vodafone number since last 9 or 10 years. This was taken through corporate connection in my husbands ( S. G. Raghunath )name. Last two three months I am constantly complaining to your customer care department regarding the news, alerts, updates. With effect from march 1st 2009 on wards regulerly I am in touch with your customer care department. You THE VODAFONE is cutting my money & not stopping the Alerts. Now I am writting a letter to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India by registered post. You will get a copy of that soon. This action I took after a number of request.
