[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid Corporate Connection — Outgoing barred for a new connection
I am Gaurav Srivastava, an employee of tech- Mahindra limited sector 64 Noida. I am recently trasferred from Pune to Noida. I took two vodafone corporate plan connections (for me and my wife who is also a Tech Mahindra emplyee) from Vodafone Sales Executive at my office premises on 15th October. I submitted the following documents:
1.) PAN Card copy
2.) Employee ID Copy
3.) Two passport size photographs.
Till date my outgoing has not started. Below are the details of the problems.
Till date my outgoing has been barred and the reason I am told that I have a negative verification. I was never contacted for either home or office verification. The verifying party has put a comment that I wasn’t present at residence where in fact I explicitly told the sales guy that both me and my wife are working hence are not available at home during weekdays. They said that verification will be done during weekends before and after 8 a.m and 8.00 pm respectively.
This Friday, I was told from the CC executive that my outgoing will be started in 1 hour (from 12:00 PM) but after repeated attempts at Vodafone CC I was made fool that the services will be up any time soon.
Till today I am running behind the CC agents to get the services activated but now only they have raised a request for re-verification (CC ref #[protected] and I am told that it will take another 48 hrs.
I am very frustrated at your poorly managed and sorry state services and I am thinking of taking a stern action against it. As a first step , I am going to shoot an e-mail to all the colleagues and the corporate connection representative of my organization to bar Vodafone from providing services to my organization. I have worked with many organizations and I think of dropping an e-mail to the respective contacts and request them to deter the employees in taking Vodafone connection. This is going to seriously dent the Vodafone post paid and prepaid connections sales.
I am fed up with the frustrating quality of Vodafone Services as a corporate customer.
I am going to shoot an e-mail to my office HR and plea him to bar Vodafone from providing any services to tech-Mahindra employees.
The CC executive at tech-M premises (Ved) is just bushing around the beat, cheat and befool the employees of tech-Mahindra.
The verification agency is wrongly and brazen shamelessly updating the verification report in the system when nobody is visiting my place. I and my wife were at home all the time yesterday but the report says that the verification was carried out at 2:50 PM and no one was present at the flat.
I have repeatedly mentioned that both me and my wife are working so the verification can be done before 8 am and after 8 pm.

I WANT MY DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS BACK which I submitted while applying for the Vodafone post paid connection. I foresee them being misused when I am not availing any frustrating services from Vodafone.
