I would like to surrender my Postpaid number [protected] for personal reason. I have contacted local vendor at Dinhata to submit my surrender application but they did not accept it. It's been 4 months I am not using the Number and they kept me charged every month. Please do the needful.

    This is in reference to the bill attached for my Vodafone no. [protected].



    Issue:

    Bill amount is Rs. 3368 which is the highest ever. I have been with Vodafone since last 9 yrs and this is the first time I have received such high bill.



    Background:

    I had called on 6th or 7th Aug and got ‘Blackberry Services’ activated. I was advised by the executive that monthly rental would be Rs. 249 and I will be charged extra only for outgoing mails + net surfing. I was not advised at that point that I will be even charged for incoming mails.



    If you check, I had used Blackberry Services’ same plan 2-3 months back (Mar or April) and I was not charged anything extra.



    Complain:

    1. I was not advised by the executive that I will be charged for incoming mails as well else I would have definitely not taken this plan. About Rs. 1700 has been charged for this.

    2. Advance rental of Rs. 249 has been charged without any prior information given to me.



    Steps taken by me after bill received:

    1. Called on 6th Sept after receiving SMS of my bill generation and spoke to Bhagat Singh (at about 1:20 pm) who promised callback from Complaints team within 2 hrs but no call received.

    2. Called again at 8 pm on 6th Sept after waiting for almost 6 hours for callback and the executive put me on hold for about 43 mins saying that no supervisor is available and then line got disconnected.

    3. Got call from ‘Jitender’ at 9:47 am on 7th Sept from 91 [protected] no. to whom I advised to listen to the call recording where I had spoken to the executive and taken blackberry services because I was 100% sure that I was given incomplete information during that time. I have still not received any callback after that.



    Request from my side:

    I am confident that I was given incomplete information, hence I have been asking the executives to listen to that call recording wherein I had got ‘Blackberry Services’ activated last month. This is the first time I had to make any such complain in 9 yrs.



    My bill payment date is 21st Sept and I need this issue to be resolved before that because I would not be paying this amount as its not my fault. I was given incomplete information from your end. Please sort it at the earliest else I will have no other way but to escalate it to consumer forum if it is not sorted as I have right to information and your calls should be retrieved/listened if asked by customer.

      Postpaid to prepaid conversion not done

      Initially I was told that after one month of my postpaid connection I will be eligible to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid sim I have raised request regarding this (Request No:[protected]
      But when I went to nearby Vodafone parlour (Opp. to Shreyas Cinema Hall ,LBS MARG, Gatkoper West,Mumbai-72) they totally disagreed to it .they conveyed us the wrong information at the initial stage and later on when we asked for that we will raise this in consumer court
      On the spot they gave us a sim which later was confirmed by them was corrupted sim and I was charged 58 rupees and instead of converting the postpaid connection to prepaid connection I was offered discount offers which I have never asked for
      After then I was asked to go there and collect new one and they are extending my postpaid connection though I don’t want it (sonali and nirmal are the customer care executive whom I asked the same)
      Everything is still under process.

      Activated postpaid connection date 3rd September 2010
      First time disconnection 9th September 2010 (reason :not able to scan photograph )
      Again activated 10th September 2010 (no reason and no resubmission of photo)
      Second time disconnection 14th September 2010 (reason :Document not valid)
      Again activated 18th September 2010 (reason :Document not valid)
      Prepaid document submitted 27th September 2010 (reason :conversion for postpaid to prepaid Connection)
      Corrupt sim information given 28th September 2010 (given discount offers and and for onversion they extended my postpaid connection time period from 48 hours to 72 hours ,postpaid bill paid 523/-)

        I am Arabinda Pradhan, a Vodafone post-paid subscriber, bearing cell no: [protected].

        Last few days I am receiving calls from your designated Vodafone employees to "re-submit address proof" immediately at the Vodafone offices otherwise my connection will be disconnected. I have taken this post-paid connection perhaps in Jan-2010 (submitted all required detail document at your office).

        To activate my new address, I have submitted address proof (rent agreement) at your Ansal Plaza (Vodafone Care) office. To understand my change address, I have attached 2 bills (one Feb-2010 for old address and Sep-2010 to new address). I have not changed my address thereafter.

        My concern is that, if I have not changed any address then why I will re-submit my address proof again. Your employees give answer that this is due to "government norms".

        It is a clear sign of "miss handling of document" by your Ansal Plaza employees. They might have lost my document.

        I would request you to sort out the real culprit on this and punish. As I am paying for using your service, I am not in a mood to be disturbed again on this matter.

        IF YOU THE GUYS WILL REMAIN SILENT ON THIS MATTER, I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE INSTANTLY AND HAVE NO REGRETS.

          I am getting many calls from from Vodafone customer care for verifying Someone named " Paul Pratap ", where as he given my mobile number for reference. But I told the same thing as I am unaware about that person. But again & again the calls are coming. Just now I received the call from Phone No: [protected] ( 03 Dec 2008 @ 2.35 P.M.).

            Vodafone — Network, Call drop

            Hi, In last 5 years, this is the first time i started using vodafone and have been facing numerous problems.

            1. First of all, there is a problem of call drop and it happens almost every time i make calls.

            2. The network in the local trains in Mumbai is pathetic, to which company said that since the network changes evertime due to different locations, the network is bad. But i still dont understand that does this mean that i cant make calls when i am travelling in local trains in Mumbai.

            3. I have already got my sim replaced once due to some connectivity problems, but it seems that the Company doesnt check the new sim provided since the problem is still persisting.

            I am hopeful that i willl get some reply.

            Vodafone — network drop

            Have been complaining to the customercare for network drop since march 2010. Atleast 5-6 times have been told that it is being worked on and yet no improvement in the network coverage.

            MY Vodafone network has gone bizarre since they have launched 3G services, Every where in mumbai & also at my residence i face call drop issues & fluctuating network,
            I was ported out from Tata Docomo to vodafone for network issues, However that hasn't solved my purpose,

              ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

              The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

              ARTICLE 2: SALARY

              VODAFONE shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£8,000) Eight Thousand GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. i.e. after Tax monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
              The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant travelling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
              Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

              ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

              VODAFONE hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties this may be reasonably modified at VODAFONE discretion from time to time.

              ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VODAFONE.

              The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Telecom industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

              ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

              Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the company may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

              ARTICLE 6: Disability.

              In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the company may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VODAFONE obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

              ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

              Without cause VODAFONE may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VODAFONE will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,


              ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

              Should Employee die during the term of employment, VODAFONE shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

              ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

              . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
              . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
              . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
              . Appropriate.
              . Life insurance Policy.
              Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing.

              ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.

              This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the VODAFONE or any predecessor of the VODAFONE and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

              ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

              Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

              ARTICLE 12: Severability.

              If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VODAFONE (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

              2. RE-SCHEDULE OR EXTENSION OF JOINING DATE.

Any applicant who finds this unbearable should forfeit this opportunity immediately.


              5.REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES
              All expenses made by Job applicants will be fully reimbursed on arrival to London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.

              6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING


              All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.


              However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.

              7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMME
              There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program on 5TH OCTOBER, 2010.

              Newly Employed staff is expected to immediately get their Travel documents and Visa ready at least a week before this date to ensure that they meet up with time.

              During the Orientation/ Training Program, newly employed staff of VODAFONE will be enlightened on the Work out sketch, schedules and time- table. All questions pertaining to newly offered Job will be addressed during this period.

              This agreement is made today between VODAFONE of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
              For good consideration, VODAFONE employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
              ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
              The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive
              months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.
              ARTICLE 2: SALARY
              VODAFONE shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (ı8, 000) Eight
              Thousand GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. i.e. after Tax monthly, equivalent depending on employee's
              home country.
              The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of
              relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents.
              Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days
              after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling
              papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
              Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees'
              early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE
              ALLOWED)
              ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
              VODAFONE hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties this may be reasonably modified at
              VODAFONE discretion from time to time.
              ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VODAFONE.
              The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Telecom industry, and,
              during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is
              pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal
              investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the
              operation of said companies.
              ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
              Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from
              rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the
              right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the company may pursue any other remedies it has against
              the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the
              Employee.
              ARTICLE 6: Disability.
              In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more
              than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be
              reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous
              period of over 2 months, the company may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VODAFONE
              obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
              ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
              Without cause VODAFONE may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the
              Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to
              the date of termination. In addition, VODAFONE will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a
              severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee
              may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to
              perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive
              severance allowance. Not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
              ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
              Should Employee die during the term of employment, VODAFONE shall pay to Employee's Next of
              kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.
              ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS
              . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
              . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
              . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
              . Appropriate.
              . Life insurance Policy.
              Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing.
              ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
              This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the VODAFONE or any predecessor of the
              VODAFONE and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit
              or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this
              agreement.
              ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
              Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by
              arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the

              award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
              ARTICLE 12: Severability.
              If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall
              remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by
              law any prior agreement between the VODAFONE (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall
              be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.
              VISA PROCESSING FORMALITIES/CONTACT DETAILS OF THE BRITISH IMMIGRATIONS.

              British Immigration Service for their review and verification.

                I had applied for Additional Mobile connections under a scheme launched by the company at DElhi Transport Corp. and had paid advance Rs.1110/- to their repres. Mr. Nitin, for 2 Connections. Since over a month I am Making Regular Calls to Mr. NItin/ Mr.Dharminder Kumar, Team Leader for Dealing on Corporate Bookings For D.T.C. I.P. Estate, New Delhi, and above all Mr. Neil Jacob, Regional Manager. All are just harrasing and just passing time without honouring their words for activation/ Refund .                   My (Cell No. [protected]) caller line identification have been deacitivated. I had submitted all the required documents at the time of going for Vodafone services and also submitted the documents some three months back. It seems Vodafone is not keeping the records in proper way and passing the onus to customer. When I have submitted the documents twice, why I need to again give the documents? At the Vodafone stores, they are not giving receipt of the documents.



                  Vodofone being responsible organization should avoid this.Vodafone should remember that it is not monopoly market. If it continues to harrass the customer, customer will switch over to other services. We have not seen any govt. notification in this regard which the Vodafone claims.

                    I am a vodafone customer now for more than three years. The sms pack of Rs80 is a great offer but there is no process to check the sms balance or the validity of the recharge. Thus its quite hard to keep track that when the recharge was made last month and as a result when it expires suddenly a lot of money is deducted from the main balance as sms costs become Re1. I would request the vodafone authorities to do something about this problem and come up with a solution.

                    Please stop sending continuous quiz sms to my cell number [protected], as this is eating my battery consumption. I registered for DND but still this is continuing.

                      vodafone has the worst & poorest service I have evr seen...earlier wen I took the connection ,they activated certain service from their end indeed, and they did apologise.I was calling their customer service numerous times but evryone used to hang up the call....i belive there is no action taken against the agent who hung up the call deliberately....n den i registered a complaint online as am doing ryt now....then a person from vodafone called me named Puneet and he deactivated that service from his end and apologised...
                      n told me my money would be refunded in ma next bill....but its been 2 months since then n reimbursement is being done as yet.....dis is d poorest service and it will be more and more poorer coz of their service......dese people just wan to sell their connection and then forget that a normal person takes the connection as an add on to the luxury but dese peple makes the lyf of a luxurios person to be hell.....kindly dont penalised people for taking your connection....indeed u shud shutter down o[censored]r company.......u people goes for a big blunder.......dont move on just wid wat happening in ur arena but give it an endeavour to change ur service system.....i[censored] want to socialize ur network.....just rendering adds on the television doesnt go for any big damn things.....anyone can do it as it involves a lot of money and anyone who is deceiving others can go for it without a scanty of thought.

                        My outgoing calls had been barred by vodafone due to non-payment of my bill for my vodafone no. [protected]. However, i needed to use my phone on an urgent basis, hence, i went and made a payment for the same at 10:09 pm, 25th Sept 2010 and was promised that my outgoing services would be started in a maximum of 2 hrs.. but it was not done.
                        later i called vodafone cust service again to check on the status, again i was assured that the line would be started in 2 hrs.. it was not done this time as well..I called them yet again and was assured the line would get active in a maximum of 30 mins by a Mr. Dharmendra, i even explained to him the urgency of the situation, after an assurance from him i waited for my line to begin but to no avail this time as well.
                        I called vodafone customer service again at around 3:00 am and was attended by Punit Carpenter, at this point of time I had already been saturated with providing them the details of my payment, i however, went ahead and provided them with the same again, all i got was an assurance from him again, this time i couldn't do only with an assurance and asked him to transfer my call to his supervisor, after a lot of argument he agreed to do the same, and i was kept on hold for more than 10 mins and even after that when the call was retrieved it was still Punit himself on the phone telling me that he had a word with his supervisor and that his supervisor would get my line activated himself. On asking him the name of the supervisor I was told to hold the line again and then when retrieved answered that the supervisors name is Mervin D'souza. I waited eagerly for my services to start this time as well but it wasn't done yet again. By this time the purpose that i needed to use my phone for had been defeated and i wasn't able to use my phone when i crucially needed to.
                        On waking up in the morning i tried to use my phone to make a call but i was shocked to notice my services had not been activated even by then. I again called vodafone customer service at 10:00 am and was promised the same thing again, my services was supposed to get activated within 2 hours which ofcourse, did not happen again. I yet again called the customer care at 3:00 pm,today, again the same promises were made. Unfortunately my line hasn't been activated even as I am writing this mail. Everytime I called I had to provide the same details to each one of them. This has just caused me too much of mental stress and frustration. I spent the entire last night and half of my day today in anticipation for my services to get activated but am just disappointed. A small issue as this couldn't be attended to causing mental harrassment to the customer. Pathetic way of interaction and dealing from vodafone whose slogan proclaims "HAPPY TO HELP". Moreover, even their staff need to be trained on customer service, they are plain rude. All they do is make fake promises and are argumentative. This kind of response after being their customer for almost a period of 5 yrs now came in as a rude blow.
                        Request you to pls look into this urgently.

                            I have found in my september Vodafone bill that there are false/fake ISD calls happened from my Mobile no [protected].

                            When i raised a query on same, vodafone is not ready to accept the same and stressing that the calls happened from mu mobile nokia N70 only.
                            Since i know if didn't call these numbers and none of my friend used the same.
                            As vodafone is not intersted in doing an investigation why these calls are made or someone hacked the number or not.
                            Will you please investigate and let me know the results.

                              My name is Dr. Aditya Sudhalkar. I am a customer of Vodafone's post paid service. Recently I had activated the one year unlimited Internet usage scheme, on the basis of payment of Rs. 6999/- on 28th July,2010. At that time I had specifically asked about GPRS tracking services and use of Youtube website and whether it was included in the package. I was told that it was part of the unlimited scheme and that I would not be charged for that. However the next bill i.e. for the month of August showed that I had been charged for the same, under the name of Vodafone Live.. I have registered several complaints in that regard but I have not gotten any satisfactory answers.The details of my transactions are as follows:

                              The Vodafone agent who did not supply complete information is Miss Isha who works at the Vodafone Store in Fatehgunj, Near Narhari Hospital, Vadodara 390002. No details about internet usage, charges and services was given in writing or in verbal communication.
                              1) Payment for One year Unlimited Internet Access via receipt no. 0631007Q0000002, Date 28 Jul'10
                              Payment done via cheque no. 444437
                              2) I first came to know about the excess charge on 27th Aug'10 and registered a complaint with Mr. Sandeep Tejwani at Vodafone Care(phone no. 111)
                              3) I was asked to contact the nodal desk for our region phone no. [protected], which I did on the 1st Sept.'10 I was told my query would be responded too by 3rd Sept ;10 but no answer came
                              4) I waited for a few more days and again got in touch with the nodal desk on 16th Sept '10, yet I did not receive a satisfactory answer.
                              5)On Thursday 23rd Sept '10 I paid the undisputed amount of Rs. 960 as per bill no. [protected] via transaction ID GJ[protected] and again contacted Vodafone care. My complaint no. was [protected]. I was told someone would contact me by25-09-10 but I had to call them and they said nothing could be done.
                              Meanwhile, inspite of my having paid part of the bill amount and inspite of there being a dispute registered with Vodafone, the company stopped my outgoing call services and I had to pay another Rs. 1000 before it was reactivated. This payment was done on Friday 24th sept '10 via transaction ID GJ[protected].
                              I have the requisite documents and SMSes of various communications that I have received from the company. Kindly help me with my problem and help me get the false bill charge revoked.

                              Vodafone Post Paid — unjustified bill amount against my name

                              I am a seven year old customer of essar phone using their facilities for so many years, on 22 nd january 2009 i went to vodafone shop at preet vihar to change my plan from 199-00 per month to life time plan.
                              and requested them to deactivate all other services like caller tunes, phone identifiation service, SMS services, so that i pay only for airtime used and no other charges., but when i recieved my bill in feburary their again they had charged me for these services, on my call to customer care they informed me to SMS a message to deactivate these services, i am not a cell geek and hence informed them that i dont know how to SMS and that is exactly due to this i visited their office.
                              They really want to flees their customers by doing such things and hence i asked them to deduct the charges and collect the balance amount, but to no avail, now they have sent me a legal notice for an
                              outstanding amount of Rs1100-00.just to mentally harass me. i again through your office want to inform them that iam willing to pay the amount charged against airtime used by me.other than that i will not pay a single paise more come what may.
                              Please do the needful so that my voice can be heard at the right place as iam using the same number for the past 7 years and never defaulted on any of my earlier payments.

                                  I am using a Vodafone Postpaid no. I wanted to convert the number from postpaid to prepaid.
                                  The executive at the vodafone gallery asked to bring the SIM card and some documents for the same.
                                  On the day of visit they tell that you have to come after the billing cycle date only.
                                  Next month I visited after my billing cycle date and the executive gave me new plan with rental Rs. 99/-. Also I have asked him to stop all the other services such as Itemised Bill, VoiceMail, etc which was charged to me unnecessarily.

                                  The next bill which I got was charged with 199 rental and also was charged for Itemised bill, VoiceMail. Again I visited and the executive told that I will waive off the extra charges which are charged.
                                  However after few days the issue remained the same and it was not waived off.
                                  Again I visited the gallery, and the senior executive told that he will to it by today only and it will reflect on your account within couple of days.
                                  However now with the bell it is still not done.

                                  In their system it is mentioned that the waive off needs to be done, however I have still not recieved it.

                                  VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — Incorrect Charges

                                  I have a Vodafone Number (+91-[protected]) for Last few Months. I have informed Vodafone many times about not receiveing my monthly bills for last 3months. However, I haven't seen any difference yet. Above all, they have charged me late fee on those bills. Also, they have been charging Rs30.00 for Mobile Box Office from the month of November, 2010 which I never enrolled. Please look into the matter as these is happening on contionious basis ever after continious complaint made to customer service.

                                  VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — Wrong Charges of Reconnection

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  As per conversation with vodafone customer service executive. who told me after paying due amount of Rs. 1230 your service deactivated. But after that vodafone send me another bill of Rs. 942 & mention their re- connection charges.
                                  Recently Vodafone has charged Rs 30 in my vodafone bill for downloading MOBILART_VALUEPACK-30.and Rs 49 for dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful charges by the company. I demand that vodafone must remove such charges from my bill. Please STOP such illegal charges without consent of consumer. My vodafone no [protected]. I want to get back the balance.

                                    I am JWO MS Biswas from Indian Air Force had a Vodafone mobile connection from Utarlai no. [protected]. Now i am posted to Suratgarh. Same mobile connection I am using as Suratgarh is also in Rajasthan. Few days ago I was asked to deposit my address proof with photo identity under verification scheme. I did it around twenty days ago to Mr. Satish ( Mob No. [protected]) at Vodafone care centre Sratgarh. Before 7/8 dyas ago my out going is blocked. I visited Mr. Satish on 23 Sep 10 and requested to do the needful. Mr. Satish promised to do the needful within one hour. But no result. I rang up to Mr. Satish many times from another mobile and land line number. But he picked up once or twice. So far out going from my mobile is not restored .
                                    Now i want to know from vodafone authority why my out going from my mobile is blocked though i have deposited the necessary document and immediate restoration og out going from my mobile.

                                      I had recharged my mob-[protected] with the internet pack VL 16 which is valid for 3days as i was informed by the retailer and the SMS i got from the vodafone company that the pack is valid for 3days.

                                      when i visited the Vodafone store on 10th Sep. 2010 to enquire about the deduction of the bal. from my main balance Miss Khusbu (Vodafone Store) at Wanorie Pune informed me that the amount is deducted for the downloading i am doing on my phone but when i visited the same store again and i asked the same query that why the amount of INR 5.33 is deducted daily she informed me that i have to cancel the VL 16 pack for which this amount is deducted.

                                      please let me know how i can know that the pack is renewed automatically if i dont get any information neither from the retailer nor from the company Vodafone. As i was not having the information about the automatic renewal i had already taken the VL 95 pack which is in use of my phone.

                                      i need to know how i can get the refund of my money from vodafone.

                                        Data card no([protected]) i was given a false statement by Vodafone store manager that data card is a high speed connectivity device and charged me Rs7974/Year while getting the data card,but the same product is available at just Rs98/Month in Vodafone with 2GB download at 170-220Kbps speed i have paid 10 times the cost but still getting 170-220Kbps speed then what is the difference why i was charged 10 times the cost for the same product,i dint get any reply still from vodafone.Vodafone has not specified the speed in the pamplet and in the website http://www.vodafone.in/existingusers/vbs/pages/usbstick.aspx , Vodafone is confusing all the customer and charging 10 times the cost for the product which is available at Rs98/month and still not giving clear information about the speed which is the basic requirement to be in written while selling the product.
