Vodafone — SMS service not working

Dear Help desk,


i have a problem with the sms services in my number which i am not getting it.When i send it to other it does not work at all,
when somebody wants to send me the same issue remain.so what to do kindly help me for the same.

hello sir, my mobile no. is [protected] and i am nt satisfied wth vodafone service..i activated my sms pack of RS 48 which provides 750 sms, but i would like to bring it your notice tht it just gave me 50-60 messages...within 3 days it again started charging me for sms..and this is not the first time, it has even happend before, and at that time the vodafone service centre gave me a complaint number and promised me tht it my problem will be solved soon...but unfortunately that day never came...

i request you to sort out the problem as soon as possible

Vodafone — messages are not coming

Dear sir ,

my phone no is this [protected] ( vodafone )
on this no, i don,t recived messages from airtel , reliance gsm . like (no ) - [protected] , [protected] ...
but also i recived messages from vodafone ,aircel .........
please help me ...
i have also go to vodafone store ( DWARKA ) 3 and 4 times .....they dont tell me the fact about this.......

I cannot send any sms messages and the office has me wait for hours untill they try to fix it and they wont issue a new sim card because a guy from another vodaphone office opened it under his name? Completely bull sh**!

Helloe Sir, I a have a vodafone mobile no [protected]. from few days m the updates are not coming regarding my available balance. I have recharged with Rs.47 again in past few days but my SMS are not going. when dialing *145#, it is showing no balance. When checking the SMS details, it is showing "No network details for message, Contact your service provider."
