I have to Vodafone Corporate connections which I am using for last three and a half years since I shifted to Gurgaon in 2006. The problem started once I shifted to Dwarka in my own flat. Initially the network signal problem (calls getting dropped) was faced in the evening & night time only but later it started even during morning & day time also.

I m a custmor of Vodafone prepaid service,using it from more then a year,& faced this problem many times. For my no. [protected] i got job alet servise activated without my permission & even my account balance is decucted & goes in minus. befor the servise got activated jst by getting the messege of activation of this service i snet messege to deactivate it,& got respone of deactivation of this servise.but...

I went to haridwar i was unable to make out going inspite of complainting to service provider on every day twice i had received call that problem is resolved from company but within 7 days it wasn't solved and also i was charged incoming for complaint redressal call whats use of such mobile please reverse my incoming charges and take action to solve problem for same....
