I am getting regular miss calls and threats from an unknown number which i came to find that the number [protected] is a vodafone user of punjab.
Please help me out as the person is disturbing me from long time.i think he must be using fake id for the number so please bard the number or send me the details on my email id- [protected]@gmail.com.
Please try to help me fast as the number is disturbing me alot.

    hai I am madhu.i got a message that i had won 1, 000, 000 00gbp and it says contact harry.when and how I got the money plz call me.my no. is [protected].

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      My no is [protected]. I was having my post paid connection. My outstanding was on June-2011 was Rs 645/-. Before that no of times I have gone to Vile parle store and given request to change my plan from post paid to prepaid. In June 2011 I have sent mail and requested to disconnect the the no. and to convert in prepaid. They have not given me any reply.
      In oct-2011 they have call me and said that Rs 645/- is outstanding .I have told them that I want to convert the post paid to prepaid. I have gone 3 times to mobile store to do the same. They have listen my story. and siad that If you will guve the payment then with in 24 hrs we can convert the same to post paid . This was siad by Mr. Dipesh Mandavkar on [protected] and Mr. Rajesh Gupta on [protected]. I have agreed to do the same. They said that we are sending the guy and with him please go to vodafone gallery. As per their request I have gone with that guy on 23/10/2011 and paid Rs 600/- and after paying that money representative of Vodafone said that you have to submit the document to mini store and after that they will convert the connection from Post paid to prepaid.
      On 24/10/2011 I have gone to mini store and told to Mr. Dipesh ( Vodafone representative of Marol Mini store [protected]) full story and they said that you have to go Vodafone central Store.
      Then I have gone to central store on that same day and told full story to Chandivali Central Manager Mr. Chandranath Shrivastava. He said that we cant able to do prepaid connection of the same no.

      On 25/10/2011 I have once again called Mr. Dipesh Mandavkar on [protected] and Mr. Rajesh Gupta on [protected] but they are not picking up my phone.

      Please give justice . This was my old no. since 2007 and I dont want to change.

      Dear Sir,

      I have sent mail for the diconnect the post paid connction and to vonvert it to prepaid. But without giving instruction or telling any procedure vodafone has disconnect my no.
      Before paying the overdue Mr. Dipesh Mandavkar on[protected] has instructed to give me post dated cheque. And he agrees to to make conversion from post paid to prepaid.
      I thought that I was the old custmer and they will agree agree my request.Instead of giving post paid cheque I have given cash. But was wrong. They have cheated me.

      This is the story.

        i am using this number from last 2 + more years. accordind to the companies campus simcard of vodafone, they should have to provide me 200sms per day wen i had my 1st 3 sms chargeble..

        but from 15 days my sms deducted by vodafone. i request to you please give my campus sim cards facility for wht i purchased this sim for continusly using. oterwise pay me my 100 sms chrge 1 rs each sms still my cards validity period. please take quik action because vodafone representatives blocked my number to complain registration toll free number 198. all reprentative are playing with customers time and thoughts,,

          Myself Jaswant Nagar I have a connection of Vodafone No. [protected] from 2008. It was prepaid when i purchase it then after for sometime I convert it to Postpaid after sometime I again convert my no. to Prepaid in 2010.
          I want to Port my number Vodafone to BSNL. I give my request to Palwal BSNL office with my valid Portability no. on 11.10.2011. I received a message from vodafone that my request is rejected due to contractual obligation. So that I call to customer care they said that you sholud go to our Vodafone store. They will help you we cannot. So i go to vadofone store their I complaint to vodafone executive for rejection he said that I have send a mail to my backhand dept. when the revert will come I will call you. In the evening customer care executive call me that now you can port your No.

          So next day I go to BSNL office for Porting Reguest but again i recieved a message that request is rejected due to contractual obligation on 19.10.2011. I again go to vodafone store they said that we think that this no. is post paid So we again mail to backhand dept. after revert we will call you. same procedure repeat again. And I go to BSNL office for new request .

          But again my request is rejected due to same reason on 22.10.2011. After that in frustation I give a call to vodafone customer care they said that you should go to vodafone store we cannot help you in this matter after very long conversation they said that i will tranfere the call to my senior. but some time with senior the call was cut I didnot get my answer what is going on and why my No. is not tranfering.

          I am very frusted I want to know that why were the customer care executive were sitting only making fool to customer or making money to engage the customer and charge 50 paise/ 3 minutes . They never solve the problem they always say that please go to vodafone store if the all queries will solve in vodafone store then why are for customer care & what is customer care??

          Is this the customer care that I have not answer from any source from vodafone store or customer care. I am very Helpless what i do now???? Can any one help me in this matter.

            I have ported mobile no- [protected] on[protected] port in no- VV119888 and taken a SIM from Tata Indicom bearing No- A1000015A6CEEE(804FEA49), on[protected], duly submitting all documents as asked for. but up till now on[protected], neither the old SIm has been deactivated nor the new SIM have not been activated. And both the customer cares are not giving me the correct reply for the delay. request for necessary action.

            Vodafone & Tata Indicom — Porting of 9233225503

            My UPN no is VV119888 dated[protected] and taken a SIM from tata indicom on[protected] duly submitting all relevant documents twice. there after time to time I contacted both the customer cares but my porting in was not done. Finding no solution I was compelled to give my complaint in the forum on[protected] but today is[protected] and still it is not done inspite of TRAI,s conditions. Requsting drastic action against vodafon this is my 2nd complaint for same reason.

              I have recieved an inflated vodafone bill.
              They have charged me 3000 rs etc for I Phone usage with out even telling me about it and now they want me to pay it and are trying coerce me by calling me and my family and saying that they will go legal with it.

              I have been recieving coercion/warning calls from some people saying that they are from Bombay High Court and will file a case against me and are in the process of issueing arrest warrant.

              Well for starters they cannot charge me for something that i have not requested and file a case against me in any court apart from the ones in Andhra Pradesh.

              The complaint is against Vodafone and the various methods they adopt to cheat consumers.
              Their service is pathetic, their call centre execs are horrible and they charge you for something that you have not opted for.

                I have complaint to the Vodafone's Nodal Officer regarding the problems I have faced(No network,Error in network connections,not sending of messages,slow internet,frequent cross-connections). They have send some messages saying the problems to solved. But it was never solved. Seeing it I again complained and this time not the Nodal Officer but the Higher Authority. They have send a e-mail saying to solve my problems within 2 days. But it is not solved yet. How much more i had to face the problems. They have kept me in their valued customer's list giving me many offers. But they never tried to solve my problems or gave an eye to my complains. I want compensation. [protected]@gmail.com

                Dear Sir,

                It has been a long time( November 2010) since I have left the distributorship of Vodofone in Pali, still my claim as well as my security is pending.

                After many follow up with Rajesh Chouhan & Savneet Chopra still they have not been settled instead after I left the distributorship I received an mail which is trailing stated no claims are pending . I have all the supporting mails & documents with me to support that the claims are pending.

                I would also like to inform you that when I was in distribution I was told by Savneet Chopra & Rajesh Chouhan that the claims will be settled but as soon as i left the distribution i got a mail that no claims are pending this is something ununderstable is this an operating procedure of Vodafone Company or the employees.

                I would also like to tell you that I was with Vodafone from Jan 2004 I was handling Pali in Post as well as Pre Paid .I was rather continuing the distributorship but due to some unethical work done by the BM & ZM so I left the work after me there is a downfall in revenue in Pali and a regular churn of Distributors.

                Due to this type of response from the employees the company Vodafone name is at stake as this is an word of mouth publicity, I would not do that but in an span of time if my claims are not settled i would rather be in the list of people who would tell bad thing about Vodafone.

                Hope for an prompt & quick action from your side as you are the last person in Vodafone (Raj) from whom I have some hope.

                i visited vodafone customer care / agent for issuance a vodafone flexi recharge .


                but to my utter surprise they offered a flexi exiting in the name of some unknown person's id and shown inability to issue flexi recharge in our genuine name.

                company was told of such practices but they did not care.

                beware of such company.
                No use of registering complaint against illegal mobile number portability from docomo network to Vodafone network many times i mailed to all level of authorities in Vodafone but no proper or supreme respond from the Vodafone care in Karnataka my case is illegal ported out mobile no docomo to Vodafone i feel the authorities are avoiding to bring to your notice.please help me my alternate no [protected] i am senior citizen please reply to my mail then i will mail to you very clearly illegal activities in telecom network the customer care seeing this noted mobile number [protected] they are refusing to resolve my number illegally ported to Vodafone network it is completely offence the tele company does know very well even though they are not answering to concerned person,

                  I got a miss call from [protected] on[protected] at 09:48 a.m .As I dialed this number at 11:57 a.m, one person who told his name is Vijay Kumar and he told me that I won a lottery of 10 lakhs in Dish TV lucky draw.He given me one number i.e [protected] and told me to call on this number.

                  Thereafter I called in Vodafone customer care to know about any scheme which vodafone had introduced with Dish TV.One of the representative told me that this code is from Pakistan.I was shocked about this fake call because it can be dangerous.It's Diwali time.

                  I was asked to look fr a particular number behind my sim card and after making the call i realized its from Pakistan.
                  How is this dangerous? Please tell me the consequences.

[protected]. when I called him just because of curiosity, he told me i have won 25 lac, and before getting that amount in my account I should not discuss that with others and he said I have to give him my account no. and for processing fees I have to transfer Rs 25000 to their account, and the time I shall receive the prize amount, they'll return me back that 25000. I got the clue . Actually from initial level I understood that they were fraud, as they were claiming that they were from Vodafone, but they were speaking very rural (hariyanvi mixed) Hindi.

                  Friends please don't believe them. After that incident today on 12.12.2011, I have again received same call from no.[protected], the person claimed that he is from vodafone, and this time he has started giving me news that I have won 10 lacs. when I complained to Vodafone customer care, they told me, these days many customers are receiving such fake calls.
                  i have also received miss call from [protected] this number for reply purpose i call him, he told to call on [protected] this number, when i call on this number he told me that from Dish TV and Vodafone you win 10 lac, he ask me my bank ac number and he told me that you switch off your number and go to bank and open your mobile then call me after that i give you an a/c number in which deposit 15 thousand security amount after deposit within 15 minuets he transfer 10 lac lottery amt to my a/c. then i search this number with dish tv and Vodafone reference in Google because doubt such of paper less and base less procedure, and i found its fake...thank...for recent update...
                  My family also received call from +92 [protected] on 29/03/12 regarding winning lottery for Rs. 25, 00, 000/- and ask us to call Mr. Akash Sharma on [protected] for further details.

                  It is a fake call and do not respond any call starting with +92 as it is Pakistan country code.

                  Be alert and don't give any your personal information (Bank A/c no. Name, Address etc)

                  I just received call from 0092-[protected] stating that I won lottery in Dish TV lucky draw for Rs 25 Lakhs. He announced himself as Rehan Patel and asked me to call a person named Bijesh Sharma @ 0092-[protected] immediately. I smelled something fishy and was starting my computer to get search in Internet for country code for 092. Right after 5 min, I get a call again (tried to give missed call ) but I picked up and asked him which country code does 0092 belong to - he stated its Mumbai's Dish TV number and asked me to call that number soon.

                  I said I wasnt going to call that number. He then gave another number[protected] and asked me to call that number immediately.

                  Folks dont get fooled by these calls - they are hoax.
                  I just received call from [protected] but when i realised i immmediatly cut tha call but m affraid now if they clone my simcard than wht to do pls reply asap m scared.
                  Today morning at 9.31 am I have received a call from no. [protected] and I missed this call.When I called him back it says user is busy on another call.I checked this country code on google. I seen many details and read many other articles like this stating that such type of calls could be initiated by hoax and frauds.

                  I am bit afraid ...how they have got my no. and more stupid part is unknowingly I gave a call back to the same no. :( :(
                  Is there any kind of security threat involved in this ???? Please revert asap.

                  Punjab and was given a another number. As soon as he started speaking another number and started with +92 i realized that its a fake call...
                  Vodafone kindly make sure our numbers dont reach these people.

                  I am aware that is the reason i didnt make a call but majority of them do because the amount is too big.

                    Got a sms stating that caller tune has been activated on my cell # [protected] and that Rs 30.00 has been deducted; also therein was mentioned that to cancel send sms CAN CT to 144. I have NEVER asked for any Caller tune. So I sent an sms with CAN CT to 144. Got reply that Caller Tune has been deactivated on my mobile, but I HAVE NOT YET got REFUND for the wrongly deducted charges. Request you to expedite this erroneous deduction.[protected]

                    WRONGLY DEDUCTED RS.30 FROM ACCOUNT FOR THE VIDEOCON CALLER TUNE ACTIVATION.

                    we had given several complaints to customer care of videocon prepaid . One of the floor supervisior spoke to us MR.SUNIL AVADH and said the system is in updradation.We told that wrongly your company had deducted RS.30 for videocon caller tune activation.we had not activated such thing,why we would like to waste our money on videocon's caller tune.he told i will ckeck it out .he made our call for around 20 -30 mins.then he replied -yes madam sorry by mistake your account has been dedited .he told me that he is taking complaint request on my behalf to get my moey back into my account. he aaured me my moey will be back next day till 2'o clock in afternoon.but it was not done again i got sms that your complaint has been resolved but money was not made back to my account.i called many times but same answer i got system is upgradation.both the floor supervisior mr sunil avadh and miss prite jain were making fool,were avoding our calls,not responding properly,arrogant.i request the copmany and the above name executive to aplogise nad male my money back in to my account ot i will knock the door of law.FOLLOWING ARE OUR COMPLAINTS ID:-

                    Vodafone — deducted caller tune charge without any order

                    The complaint made, but no response. Sms sent to cancel caller tune confirmed as deactivated on last week, but again on 5th July, 2011 Rs.30/- have been charged.

                    This is going on last 3 months, It is full cheating. It made me mental stress and challenge that whatever they do, there is no end. Even last month I warned them that I will take this matter to consumer Form, but no fear, things are going on still. I afraid, this type of practice must be practiced with others also, for Rs.30/- who will break their heads with firm and spend time. Most of the people don't know how to approach.
                    I also need my 3 months amount Rs.90/- and compensation also for my mental stress so far I gone through.

                        My no with vodafone is [protected], i had put in a request to port out my no which has been rejected with reason " Customer has contractual Obligations" . I just calld the vodafone helpdesk inquiring the reason to which i was answered that since i am an old customer i automatically come under contractual agreement then i was told its a system error.
                        This is the second time this has happened. Once before also they rejected stating that i am a corporate customer and that a NOC is required from my company which was emailed to them. This is just harassment and unfair practice to try and retain customers. I requested vodafone to please send me an email explaining why they have rejected my request to which i was refused.

                        HOW DO YOU PLAN TO STOP THESE PRACTICES ?
                        My vodafone number is [protected] and im calling the customer service since 3-4 months stating that im able to make calls and send sms's but unable to receive messages and calls. when called customer care says complaint has been raised & will take 24 hours..they keep on repeating this everytime i call and no solution has been provided yet.

                        Such a nasty service they provide to customers...they even put my call in rejected list so that i will not be able to call customer care and when called from other number to customer care they just transfer the call to IVR. Vodafone provides such a bad customer service i tell u..if this happens i think evreyone will shift to someother service provided rather than going through this torture.

                        I badly want to talk to someone who can fix these guys.

                            I just got missed calls from [protected] and called back without checking that its an internation number and they said they are from vodaphone care and i have won lottery of 25 lacs and later i need to call [protected] no and say you won 25 lacs and you been refered by vijay kumar .
                            When enquiring more they told they money will be give once i make call to above number .. I didnt called as looked a fake call from vodafone .

                            ya i too got the same phone call but me being an idea customer, they said idea diwali lottery. I dont think its international call cause i do not ve isd facility on my phone.
                            this is ISD +92 I got Rs 30 deducted last month for this for 3 min call . Are you from India or pakistan ?
                            I too has got the same call the first no was [protected] and the second one was [protected]. he called me and said call on the second no mentioned above and said Rajesh Balaji will be there. He said he is calling from delhi and I have won a lottery worth rs 25000. and to get this I have to deposit Rs 14000 in the account no [protected] of mr shabeer hussain. I suspect him he is making a huge fraud. He asked my account no and name. He said aaj sham tak hi jama kar do. his voice suits haryanvi type of language. He said this lottery is in regard of India and Srilanka world cup match and many telecommunication companies have tied up for the lottery and u have won the first prize. I told him how can it be possible I bought this sim a few days back only. he must be sued before something bad happens.
                            Vodaphne Guys CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CHASE And tell us / or tell fraud departments who are calling your customers with these nos ? Much thanksful
                            ya i m from india. I jist contacted Idea customer care where they told me that there are a lot of other consumers with this problem and they are looking into the matter. The calls are from pakistan i guess. they has punjabi accent.Its too irritating. I told them to get lost and i dont need this money, and they just banged the phone on me... he he he!!!
                            But the best thing is except for a few hundred loss, we all are safe.
                            They are continuously giving me missed calls... its so irritating...

                              i am a blackberry phone user.and i have been using blackberry services provided by vodafone since the last few months in dehradun.according to this subscription money should not be deducted from the main balance except for a few exceptions which i am aware of..my balance is being continously deducted from the main balance since the 6th October,2011.I have called up the customer care about 5-6 times.all d settings on my phone were checked by the technical department..and they could not fine any fault .they lodged complints twice and after that i didnt get any calls from the backoffice to resolve my problem..and when i called them now they said the complaint has been closed because the backoffice has found some faults and the faults mentioned were the same as checked by the technical department when i had spoken to them.and there were no faults dat were found!this is just ridiculous how customer care can falsify information provided by the customer and nt solve a problem and nstead close a complaint wid false information!!
                              i think just u go police stations and make a complain...

                                My number is registered with NDNC from past 2 years. from last 2-3 days I am getting marketing messages from different telemarketers. After reading all the necessary steps on TRAI's website about filing complaint I called Vodafone Customer Care to file a complaint on 19th Oct 2011 at customer care number 111 10:22 pm, customer care representative simply told me that my mobile phone number is not registered with their do not call database. I told him my number is registered with NDNC but the guy repeatedly told me my number isn't registered. However when I checked NDNC's website at the following link it says My number [protected] is Registered in NDNC Registry Database.

                                when I ask their representative to transfer the call to his senior he simply put me on indefinite hold so I have to disconnect the call. Now I wonder when my number is registered with NDNC how it is not in vodafone's database, when everywhere it is published that you have to register your number at NDNC how come vodafone says it is not registered with them. TRAI says register your complaint with your service provider and ask for a complaint number and when we do so we are discouraged by our own service provider executives....
                                I Hope Vodafone takes some action..

                                    I Avijit Hazra .I am using Vodafone GPRS([protected]) with Micromax 310 G Data Card from June 2011.I recharged plan 98 or 149 on every month . But I am not satisfied with Vodafone GPRS because I am getting 20 kbps to max. 39 kbps download speed and upload speed is very low (0.01 kbps to 0.02 kbps). More than 50 times from july 2011 I contacted with Vodafone Customer care. Every time they saying same thing “give us some time like 10 to 12 days” and assure me that within the time period my problem will be solved. But till date I am unable to access Vodafone GPRS with a better speed. A renowned company like Vodafone’s net surfing speed like as prehistoric speed is dishearten me .

                                      I have taken vodafone postpaid connection two month back. Vodafone people are cheating to the customers. Before taking postpaid connection they said that whenever you want change plan PREPAID TO POSTPAID, POSTPAID TO PREPAID you can change it. That time vodafone charged me 500 Rs. as a Security Money and vodafone executive told me that this money is refundable after six month any time.                                       To the extension of my previous mail and as suggested by you I visited Vodafone Gallery for the 3rd time to convert post paid to prepaid after my billing cycle. Ms. Disha and Mr. Huzaifa processed my all docs and told me to pay my outstanding with Rs. 29.00 (Sim card Chg) and Rs. 29.00 (Life Long Validity) and they told after 3 hours it will get activated. You also said the same that it will take only 3 hrs to start the phone.

                                      Again after 5 hours when I replaced the sim card It showed the message “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED” and I spoke to [protected] to Ms. Reshma and Mr. Tahid. They told again you have to visit VODAFONE GALLERY as they may have forget to process your request.
                                      Again to my great surprise I visited VODAFONE GALLERY Nr. CITI CENTRE MALL for the 4th time and then they done some thing in their inside office and told me to restart the mobile and it showed “VODAFONE IN” . But again they told it will take more 30 mins to process and afterwards it will start.
                                      After 1 hour again I tried in vain and called on [protected] and he said it will get activated in 24 hours and this is the minimum time it takes for the activation.
                                      Kindly guide me now what should I do as I am helpless for choosing VODAFONE. I have devoted lot of my time and harassment by your guys just to convert my post to pre.                                       I am a vodafone post paid customer and my mobile no. is [protected]. This complaint is regards to the communication gap with the staff of Vodafone gallery.

                                      I want to convert my post paid connection to prepaid connection and I visited vodafone gallery at Mulund on 13.11.2010 and taken and token no and spoke to Mr. Daives over there. He gave me many options for keeping continuing my post paid connection and then finally when I told him that I want to go for pre paid connection and that is for final. He said Ok and asked for all the documents. I had Pan card, electricity bill and ration card. He told electricity bill is not acceptable as my name is not mentioned on it and it is on my mother's name and same ration card also will not be accepted as according to him it is discontinued by govt. policy. He said bring all the doc on next day and will be done immediately.

                                      Again I visited on 15.11.2010 with all the docs required as per the instruction of Daives, but unfortunately I gone to VODAFONE - Goregoan (East), near Citi Centre. Again with same procedure I took token no. and after a waiting of 20-25 mins my number came and I had the same conversation with Mr. Mohsin. First only I told him that i have visited mulund gallery and now i just want to submit my docs and convert my connection to prepaid one. He checked all docs and said ok all docs are OK and thereafter he told that your billing CYCLE is of 18.11.2010 and you bill is not generated so can not do the procedure at this moment and you will have to come on 18.11.2010.


                                      If this was the procedure than Daives from mulund must have told me the same and not have asked to come the very next day. again I told to Mohsin that you procedure my docs and I am ready to pay as per unbilled amount and when my bill generated convert my access amount to my prepaid account.. for that he said this all things are not possible and he told that you will have to visit on 18.11.2010 only.

                                      This is a lot of harassment getting created to customers. Now i dont have any option and I have to visit on 18.11.2010. But i think management should look in to this matter seriously and let me know the exact procedure and why this communication gap arisen from you 2 galleries.

                                      I am one of the customer of "Vodafone" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.

                                      My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in UIT Circle, Udaipur, no one is sincere here in working.

                                      I went to Customer Care Centre at UIT Circle, Udaipur, on 1st December 2010 at 1.00pm and registered the complaint. I just want to convert my postpaid number into prepaid. He provided me the SIM Card & told me by today evening your services started.

                                      Again on 2nd Dec. 2010 I called up one executive he told me again dear by today evening your services started. Because it can take 24 to 48 Hrs. I agreed with him but again I visit UIT Circle Vodafone store on 3rd Dec. 2010 (Today) at 2:00 PM...The customer care executive told me by today evening or today night your services will be started. This is ridiculous...

                                      This is the professional way of a Vodafone Customer Care Centre Executive at UIT Circle Udaipur. I dont want to mention name but its ridiculous .That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.

                                      1) I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?

                                      2) Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?

                                      3) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.

                                      I am using Vodafone services from more than 5 years, Initially i had my number as prepaid and changed to postpaid by visiting the vodafone store at Jayanagar 3rd block.

                                      After visiting the shop they converted from prepaid to postpaid within in two hours by providing new sim at the store, this conversion happend 4 years ago.

                                      Now, on tuesday 07122010 applied for postpaid to prepaid, after accepting the application they are saying it will take 7 days to convert, mean time they have disconnected outgoing and incoming calls.

                                      I have my number with many contacts who are trying to reach me, and vodafone has disconnected the current sim even before delivering the new sim?

                                      Following are the sequence of Events

                                      15th December 2010  submission of documents along with NOC from Matrix. The objective was to convert my number from Postpaid to prepaid. It was promised to me that the number would be converted to Vodafone by 18th and then you have to submit documents again . Finally your number would be converted maximum by 21st December 2010

                                      19th December 2010 Vodafone customer care told me that that your enquiry is negative as your house was locked on 18th December 2010 Even though my house was opened on that day. They have booked for reenquiry

                                      24th December 2010 Reenquiry was done on 24th December and the person promised me that the number would be converted to vodafone by 27th December (Monday)

                                      26th December Vodafone customer care has no information regarding my number and told me to visit Vodafone store where i have submit my documents

                                      27th December Visit the Vodafone store in okhla(Delhi) and Deepak has promised me that he will get back to me by Evening . I shall not be paying any further bills and no bill will come to my house as discussed

                                      So I vested the nearest Vodafone store at Bhubaneswar (Orissa) where the representative Miss Shiane &Miss Monica told me that my SIM card has been Rejected and provided me a new SIM card.
                                      Though I informed them that my postpaid bill is unpaid & that might d the reason behind the rejection but they totally ignored this. So I came back with the new SIM that the services didn’t start hours after that .
                                      One hour letter I received the mail from Vodafone Store Manager (plz see the Attachment) I am on a official tour so I am facing lot of inconvenience.
                                      This is an irresponsible behavior from your side. and store incharge give me mobile no of shian that is [protected] and say plz call after 2 hour your servises will be starte but leat night 11:30 pm i am facing same i am call agin and agin and sed msg also but no any kind of responce
                                      So I need an Answer for this and want immediate rectification ….

                                      I am Surender from Gurgaon haryana, I am request one postpaid connection [protected] dated 09/03/2012 and paid rs 250/- same day when I received the SIM but till my connection not working or when i call & visit vodafone local store so nobody atten my complain properly and use very bad language like this abusing.
                                      When I visit last time in vodafone local store then got reply that refond rs 250/-after 45days throu cheque but till I am not received.
                                      also we are inform to media regarding misbehave of vodafone customer care in gurgaon local store.

                                        l have requested Vodofone 24/7 to deactivate unsolicited calls and unwanted caller tunes as per my request they accepted my DNDO for that they had given me the deactivation No. [protected] with effect from 11th Tuesday, October 2011 at 6.00 PM. Despite several calls to customer care wherein they will put to IVRS and it will not link to Customer care and they say that 198 is a special customer care complaint, this is also inactive. there is no customer care in Vodofone till today there is no deactivation, i will give the following numbers of vodofone for the same complaint [protected] - Akil, [protected] they were also facing the same problem. please do the needful and take action against them.
