Vodafone is always lieng and not solving the problem
Hi,

This is to inform you that I have activated 3G services on my handset which is SONY ERRICSON C905, Handset is 3G compatible. I activated this services about 3months back and never got connected to 3G in my home[delhi] network, however if i travel outside delhi, I am connected to 3g. The main concern is, I opt for a service that I can expect mostly in my home network. I never tried to contact VODAFONE CUST SERVICES because they are not helpful, every time a call is made, i am provided with a ref number that is of no use. I do prefer VODAFONE as one off the best service provider but still their are some loop holes that needed to be sorted out.

Please help

    I have bought a Vodafone 3G plan and the data card stick about a week ago.
    The SIM no. is [protected] and I had taken the INR 1,250 monthly rental plan. This plan is supposed to provide me with a data limit of 5GB free and charge me over and above the use of 5GB. My number has been active only for only 3-4 days since I had bought it.
    My number has been suspended again since two days. The reason told to me is that the usage has exceeded the credit limit.
    The truth is that I had only been able to use the internet to this number for 3-4 hours. The data usage was such that it could not have exceeded even 1GB.
    I am asked to make an interim payment before my services can be activated again. Vodafone expects me to keep paying them without even letting me avail any services.
    I deeply regret having chosen Vodafone as my internet service provider. Vodafone is acting like a crook which is interested in looting its customers with baseless billing system without even providing the promised services. Vodafone customer care executives are entirely ignorant and the managers are all incapable of providing a solution.

      I use a blackberry phone and I have a vodafone prepaid connection with a plan of Rs.399 , which allows me free net browsing and other blackberry services . I have been using it for over a year now and in the past two weeks vodafone has started cutting additional money from my phone saying that I have used vodafone live on my phone ( which I have not ) , I called up their helpline numerous times only to be told by their operators that ma'am you are using vodafone live . whenever I asked to speak to a senior they disconnect my calls . vodafone has deducted close to Rs 300 from my phone in addition to Rs 399 which I am already paying as my monthly cost . Last night when I woke up , i looked at my phone they had deducted Rs 50 . ( for what ? I was sleeping ) . Vodafone is running a scam here by deducting money from consumers on pretext of Vodafone Live and the consumers are being harassed and their complaints are being ignored.
      Go to their website and there u will find a list of email ids and phone nos. of all the high authorities. Send an email to all of them saying your problem and also call some of them. These people charge money doing this type of fraud and keep filling their baggage.

        Seems Vodafone has started a new SCAM -

        Vodafone sent a message as a link http://10.10.5.215/vodafonewap/clipx=2580800 which i accidentally opened and voila caller tune is automatically activate and set.

        even i never requested the service the Customer care said i will be charged INR 15 for it.

        Can this nonsense be stopped!

        Vodafone — Caller Tunes Scam

        I have been a Vodafone user for the past 7 years, have been very happy with the provider until the last week. I get 10-15 calls a week regarding the caller tunes which i never use and have never used due to my line of profession. Last week my caller tunes have been activated without my knowledge, and i have been charged Rs.30, i call up the service and they tell me that it was mistakenly done from Vodafone and i would be reimbursed. Again this happens 2 times and i call up the service and they tell me that i have activated by putting in the code and tell me to send an SMS 5 to 111, which does not deliver.

        I have been billed for Rs.90 upon activation of caller tunes 3 times in the last week without my knowledge. The same has been noticed only after i received the SMS and checked my balance.

        Is this the way to make fast money if your product does not sell? How many more calls to 111 till this things end? What about other people who do not have time to check their balance?

        Another problem is that calls to 111 are charged now, and every time i have been robbed i make a call to 111 and they rob me more!!!

        Guess its time for me to start my own mobile service...!!!

          I am the user of vodafone prepaid and using number from several years. But now vodafone is start making fool of the consumer. As they are having *444# services in which they are offering different call rate cutter to the consumer but what the amount is written in that services they are charging more after the scheme get activated . As we have activated the scheme Vodafone to vodafone 10p/min call charges for 15 days in which they are charging Rs 18 rental but after activating the scheme the SMS flash that 15p/min call charges scheme is activated on your number. While calling to the customer care for the same. The Customer care executive said that this scheme is changed which is not get updated in our system for the last 1 year that's why it is showing the 10p/min. So request you kindly do the needful for the same as i attatched the photos for particular menu.

            I am having a bad time with VODAFONE since I purchased the sim and decided to go with it after hearing and reading the slogan “Happy to help you” many times. I now know that Vodafone is the worst telecom service provider in India.


            I am receiving an acknowledgment message every while which says “Session date: xx.xx.2011, Last session cost is x.xx INR. Consumed volume: x.xx MB” since 19th Oct 2011. I contacted to Vodafone immediately after the incident and was quite confident on the reply of CC executive. I was informed without any argument that it happened due to some technical mistake which won’t be repeated again and my money will be refunded within 24 hours. But that message keep on flashing on my phone and my money keep on deducting. Though the amount was in paisas that time, but it was deducting without my mistake and I was waiting for CC executive’s words come true. It was so frustrating to see these messages coming after every while.


            I contacted again to Vodafone and asked for the same and this time I come to know that these charges are deducting because of Vodafone Mobile Connect service which I never asked to activate. I was given complaint #[protected] for refund of amount deduction. I asked for the code to deactivate Vodafone Mobile Connect. And I was given VMC DEL to send 56789, surprisingly I got reply from 56789 which said “Vodafone Mobile Connect is already active on your Vodafone mobile phone” and this sms cost me 3 rupees. This again was not my fault, Vodafone executive provided me wrong code. I again contacted to Vodafone and asked to deactivation of VMC and was given complaint #[protected] after so many request.


            But there was no stopping for those irritating flash msgs and amount deduction. I again contacted to Vodafone at 198 on 26 Oct and asked for the right code. The guy on other side said that “VMC DEL” is a wrong code to deactivate, the right code is “DCT VMC”. I was again surprised that this code was also wrong. Not just wrong, but this keyword do not even exist. This was again not my fault and it again cost me 3 rupees. My new complaint #[protected]. He also accepted that these charges are deducted because of some technical issue and should be refunded within 24 hours.


            It went on my head when I got a flashing msg saying that it again have deducted 26 rupees on 28 Oct. After complaints of VMC deactivation, how can you keep on deducting the charges? You can’t provide right code, you can’t deactivate on when a customer request then what is the way out?


            It is not first time when Vodafone is creating problem for me since January 2011. It is hardly a span of 10 months and I have wasted so many hours just to contact you on 198 or emailing you.

            Vodafone — Pathetic services of telecom service provider

            Hi,

            I just want to have suggestion for my experinces with one of the telecom service provider.I was using a prepaid number which i got converted in post paid. I started getting troubles as soon as i got the post paid activated. there were no network connectivity and frequent call drops were happening also there was no voice clarity. I logged few complaints for this but nothig was done to resolve it.I did whatever i could and still suffered a lot, the conversations with customer care executives were exaustive and i was unappy on their response.later i asked for porting my number but they rejected the request saying that i have stay at least for 3 months with them.I wrote a mail to nodal office asking if they have taken any action on my complaints and till what time this issue will get resolved, i also cleared that i will not pay the bill for next month untill they resolve my problem.I got a reply saying that my place is in one of the grey areas with low connectivity and they can't commit about till what time they'll be able to establish new site for better connectivity so pls bear with us.
            I already have suffered so much which has taken a toll on my personal and professional relations due to bad phone connections.

            Kindly suggest me should i pay the last bill and close the case or do i have any other option to get some relief and a rightful customer.

              I am using reliance number but suddenly one day ,reliance network was down for 2 hours.So i decided to go for Vodafone as suggested by some one.
              As i totally depend on INTERNET so i apply for a prepaid connection from vodafone online store.I choose a number [protected] and selected a plan of initial Rs.366.I got a call from vodafoneafter 2 hours that they are sending SIM to mentioned address.I wait for two days for new SIM and i called that number again on 3rd day.He asked me,is your new SIM not delivered? I said no.Again he said he is sending the executive today again.
              I wait for the executive till evening but no body came ,again i called that number this time he was not interested to pick my call.
              Except telecoms i was also coordinating to theire customer care over mail.Next day again i called but same response.So again i mailed my concern to delhi customer care and vodafone nodal officer.Next day i got a call again mentioning that they are sending SIM to my HOme late after 7 PM.I said ok.I was waiting for my new SIM but no body came.I called again that new number but result was same.
              Again i forwarded my mail for status to vodafone.
              I applied for new connection on 19th Oct 2011 and after many followup's i got new SIM on 29th Oct.2011 without activation.
              I wait for 2 days for activation and then called customer care.Executive was saying that there is no balance in your account so first recharge to activate.
              I said i recharged it for Rs.366 when i purchased but he said he did not have any information in his system.
              Again i recharged with Rs.100 and wait for SIM activation but result was again same.Now no body is answering my call and no body are interested to reply on my mails.

              Interesting story:-
              Finally i visited Vodafone store in Gurgaon on counter number 3 executive name Rohit.
              He was exchanging jokes with his colleagues.When i told him about my concern He said that there is no option in vodafone to purchase a prepaid number online.He also informed me about his work experience in vodafone.He suggested me to give a bank account statement for refund.

              This is all about my experience with vodafone.

                Hello,

                My name is Bikram (Mumbai) & mobile no is [protected].

                As per telephonic discussion with Vodafone executives Suraj & Amir I requested to activate 299 GPRS plan for iPhone & convert my postpaid connection to prepaid to avoid unwanted charges, immediately after my Nov billing cycle. I was promised that the service will be activated within 24 hrs after sending mail. It has been about Seven days and the service has still not been activated!!

                I have been a victim o[censored]nnecessary charges due to mistake on the part of Vodafone service executive.

                I am greatly disappointed with Vodafone and plan to change my service provider soon if the issue is not resolved.

                  my number is [protected]. i received a service message which on opening led to deduction of rs 45/- from my mobile account. the amount was deducted for activation of caller tune. the service message did not have proper details and it was a duping trick used by vodafone to earn money. i wish to get the deducted money refunded. the call center says that i had activated the caller tune myself, but in fact it was a message without any subject and pressing of any button was directly activating the caller tune.

                  I purchased a sim of vodafone and i got a balance of
                  350 rupee and two weeks ago 10 rupee was deducted
                  without any reason and now 50 rupee is deducted from
                  account without any reason.I know that where i called
                  so it is not possible that 50 rupee must be deducted.
                  i am really torturing with this kind of issue and i request
                  you to refill my 60 rupee in balance otherwise i thing
                  i should change my sim because it is not possible for me
                  to allow deduction without any reason because i am not
                  rich man. I want to appreciate that vodafone network is
                  superb but due to this deduction i really depressed and i

                  Vodafone — deduction of money from prepaid acctt

                  My name is Kashmir Kaur and i am Vodaphone prepaid customer( [protected])facing problem due to deduction of money from my account without my consent for services not asked for to provide me.Money disapear as i recharge my acctt. Customer care donot listen and i am completly dishearted.Please HELP.
                  i had activated internet service on vodafone no. and i got confirmation msg from the company. but while i used it they cut my money rs.50 from my prepaid account. i called customer care 5 to 6 times but they didnt hear me and disconnect my phone. i need help.and my no. is[protected],with email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                  I have observed that money is getting cut for the services that I have never opted? 30 rs are deducted from my account while they miss called me and i had respond to that call and also for chating service which i never opted. I had called to customer care multiple times but no response, after deduction of amount. If I didn't get response now within a week I am planning to change the service provider and will go to the consumer court as a responsible indian.

                  I am Mr. Rajib Bhattacharjee from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I am a subscriber of the subject vodafone mobile no. and I am bringing out all issues in the succeeding paragraphs :-

                  (a) Firstly I observed my balance to be Re. 0.45 on 03 Sep 2011, when I tried to send an SMS to one of my friends. I was surprised to note that since my balance on 22 Aug 11 was around Rs. 119/- and I had not used my phone for making any outcalls or any vigorous messaging. And as such I hardly use my mobile for net browsing.

                  (b) So I tried to register a complaint to that effect by calling up Vodafone customer care centre. But to my horror, I observed that it was just next to impossible. Because when I called up [protected], there was no option wherein I could speak to any of your customer care executives to explain my problem and register my complaint. Although by pressing option 6 I was able to speak to them. However I was advised different things by your customer care executives everytime I tried to register a complaint, viz. call up *111# and press option 4, call up 111 and press option 6, etc. etc. However to my horror again all the advices were absolutely of no use to me.

                  (c) After having failed top register a complaint through the phone line, I sent an email to Vodafone customer care email ID vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 03 Sep 2011 explaining my problem. Though I got an electronically generated email reply of acknowledgement, I did not receive any reply from the said email ID.

                  (d) I again called up Vodafone customer care centre on 05th Sep 2011 to inquire about the status of my complaint sent by email. Again to my horror when I was able to speak to one of their technical supervisors, I was told that no email has been received by them. However they assured me that the problem would be looked into.

                  (e) I followed up my complaint vigorously everyday thereafter by calling up their customer care centre but did not get any satisfactory reply. On 07th Sep 2011, having not recevied any reply from their email ID vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and neither any suitable answer from your customer care centre, I sent an email to their Nodal Officer email ID nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                  (f) I received an email promptly this time on 08th Sep 2011 from vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com wherein they stated that due to net browsing the balance has been deducted. However no details about the date and time of browsing was mentioned.

                  (g) On 09th Sep 2011, I called up their customer care centre and when I inquired about these details was told that due to net browsing on the 31st of Aug 2011 from 0800 to 1100 hrs, the balance has been reduced to Re. 0.45. When I eplained to them that I had never browsed the net as stated, I was told that they would examine the same and revert back. Having not recevied any reply or call from their customer care centre, I replied to their email dated 08th Sep 2011 asking for these details on 10th Sep 2011.

                  (h) Now when I got a reply on 12th Sep 2011 from vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com I was told that due to net browsing from 16 Aug to 31 Aug 2011 the balance has been deducted. This statement contradicted their own statement as told to me earlier on phone. I immediately replied to this email asking for clarifications. But I am yet to get any satisfactory reply till todate.

                  (i) However I regularly followed up by calling up their customer care centre seeking the status, but to no avail. However on 13th of Sep 2011, I was told by one Mr Chandrakant of Vodafone's customer care centre that the issue has been resolved and by the end of the day, my deducted amount would be credited into my account. But nothing of that sort happened. I called up on 14th of Sep 2011 and was again re-assured by one Ms Durga of their customer care centre that due to some technical problem the crediting did not take place the previous day and the same would be effected by 1300 hrs on 15th Sep 2011. However again this did not happen.

                  (j) I have waited enough patiently and now it appears that my patience is being tested. In this entire chronology of events I have not received any reply from their Nodal Officer though I had sought his intervention when I did not get any reply from their cusotmer care centre. Efforts to get in touch with the Nodal Officer on his mobile no. [protected] Ext. 8300 from BSNL landline, as given in their website also proved futile since this number is being shown as invalid. I found this rather very strange. The same mobile no. has been displayed on their website as the mobile no. of Vodafone's Appellate Authority too.

                  (k) Though in the emails being received by them I am still being intimated that due to net browsing between 16 to 31 Aug 2011, the balance was deducted. But till todate despite my repeated requests at all times, Vodafone has failed to provide me any evidence of the same. Emails written to their Nodal Officer and Appellate Authorities have also not yielded any results.

                    I was prepaid recharge through netbanking of HDFC A/C [protected] as on 3 Nov.2009. but Rs.100 and Rs. 50 Total Rs.150 trasition is failed but Deduction of Rs 150/- is deducted from my Above mentioned account I was call to vodafone and HDFC bank but they denied and aviod me. please tell me what to do?

                      again i am continuously receiving that misbehave & abused calls to my home town no.

                        I am having 2 Vodafone Mobile Numbers: [protected] and [protected]. I always pay my Mobile Bills before the Due Date. My Due date is 19of every month and i used to make payment by 16th or 17th. In the month of September, I have paid Rs: 300=00 + 300=00 i.e. Rs: 600=00 in CASH at Vodafone Mini Store and got the Receipt also. From 19th September onwards, I was getting more than 3 to 4 SMS Per Day, that my bill is pending. By Calling their Customer Care Number, I have given them all the details and my nightmare started. Everyday, I get SMS and even giving all the details to Customer Care Number, they have informed me that I have to visit the Vodafone Gallery and show them the receipt, which I did on 26th of September, and again on 27 September, I have visited the Vodafone Gallery at Prabhadevi, and gave them the Receipt Copy and got the Acknowledgement also, and in spite of giving them, Vodafone has disconnected my Outgoing services, without giving me any reason.

                        AT VODAFONE GALLERY AT PRABHADEVI, I met the Lady Ms. Shefali, who is heading the branch and few more and find the following feedback:

                        1. They will teach you TAMEEZ and try to give you the lecture.
                        2. She will waste your valuable time of around 45 Mnts and will not take your complaint.
                        3. She and her staff members will gather you and try to harass you.
                        4. She will DECIDE about your problem, that it is a problem or not and you are not suppose to inform her.
                        5. She will not give you the docket number or complaint number, and on insisting, she will inform the staff to give 5
                        to 6 coupons, as if you are a begger.
                        6. Vodafone will not take any action against their UNEDUCATED , ARROGANT AND MANNERS LESS STAFF, and
                        will try to give you many excuses and try to inform that they are providing world class services.
                        7. Vodafone will send you reminders but never ever try to check from their end, that THEIR APPOINTED
                        VODAFONE MINI STORES are making payment to the Company or not, and they will instruct you to RUN TO
                        THEIR VODAFONE GALLERY'S AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE.

                        SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS:

                        1. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET "TAMEEZ AND MANNERS" LESSONS.
                        2. YOU DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY, EVEN IF IT IS THEIR OWN APPOINTED VODAFONE STORES.
                        3. YOU WILL LEARN FREE - HOW TO RUN FROM ONE STORE TO ANOTHER STORE.
                        4. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COMPLAINT PHONE CALLS, I.E. 50 PAISE PER 3 MNTS AND NOBODY WILL
                        TAKE YOUR CALLS FOR FIRST 6 MNTS AT LEAST, AND THEN YOU HANG UP THE PHONE.
                        5. THEY WILL CALL YOU, ONCE THEY GET THE COMPLAINT FROM NODAL OFFICER, AND THEN THEY WILL
                        ALSO IFNORM YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THEIR STAFF.

                          I activated VL 499 scheme of vodafone. In that i got 500 min (local+std), 500 sms and 500 mb of 3g. When i activated, i did not receive any details of my plan. I contact vodafone care and surprisingly they did not know how to check plan details or usage. After 2 days, i went vodafone shop and asked for details and after 2 hrs, they found that how to see plan details and usage. It is really shameful for vodafone and its people.

                          In plan details, they mentioned expiry date & time of talktime, but did not mention about 500 mb 3g usage and 500 sms expiry details. Before expiry of my plan, it charges internet usage from my current balance which is really bad.... When I talked with vodafone care, they told me that they dont mention expiry details of sms and internet. Even they dont send any message for expiration or renewal.

                          Vodafone dont give proper details of plan when people recharge and in many services like 3g, they dont mention expiry date and time, so that they can loot people easily.....not good for company.

                          Vodafone — Lethargic approach to customers issues

                          To whom so it may concern,
                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I'm an employee at Mahidrasatyam with good amount of faith in the working practices of Vodafone . However, it does not seem so, as i had one of my worst experiences when i requested to convert my post paid connection to prepaid connection.My services were barred on 15 march as a process of conversion and i was told that my my prepaid sim would be up and running in 24 hrs..but nothing has happened yet as the result my mobile is inactive of past 2 days.
                          . Such lethargic behaviour was not at all expected with the service provided by one of the leading indian telecom companies.Kindly look into the matter and help me to bring my mobile back into running condition.

                          1. i recharged rs 200 for prepaid and about 100+ for 3g.
                          i received a message- your recharge 200 successful. you got talk time 178.
                          but still i cant make a call!!! the voice message says your balance Rs. 0.
                          i tried to contact call vodafone customer care. there is no No 9 option which was in post paid!! neither any No. to get guidance.
                          In England my relatives are happy with vodafone.
                          but our Indian vodafone staff is lethargic, lazy, narrow minded. the boss need to be sacked and replaced with a hard working smart boss in India.
                          i went to vodafone local store- 1km away in noida sector 11, 12 metro junction and presented my problem. they are not interested at all to help. go to sector 18, they said.
                          every time i recharge or any small problem, i am running to sector 18, noida. vodafone is falling. or Indian boss is getting sacked..

                          2.i recharged rs 100+ for 3g. and no message acknowledgement came about 3g.
                          3. how to know 3g balance, in vodafone -i do not know. how to find prepaid balance- i don't know. whom will ask if customer care option no 9 is deactivated in prepaid vodafone Sim
                          4.In my airtel Sim and phone I do not experience these problems.
                          5. in nabarangpur, orissa vodafone network is almost nil. airtel network has been very good.
                          6.thanks to God and man who brought forth mobile portability facility. i am just going to migrate to airtel from vodafone, if some one do not wake up and correct the crooked path of customer care of vodafone.

                              Vodafone — Call Drop, Call connecting problem

                              Sir,
                              I have been using the Vodafone number [protected] for more than a year. But from April, 2009 i have been facing problem related to network.
                              When i make a call to any Airtel number the call gets connected but neither the person to whom i am calling nor me can hear anything and hence the call has to be cancelled. Then i have to try calling the same number again and this time if i am lucky i might be able to talk to the person. The problem hear is that the first call gets wasted and the same is charged in my account. On complaining to the customer care at 111, I am said that the area (dindoshi, Malad east, Mumbai) has some network problems. and will be solved within 72 hours. Also my friend in the my vicinity are facing the same problem. I have made various complains about the same to Vodafone but still the condition remains the same and I am asked to pay the bill which is much above my actual usage.
                              I therefore request you to look into the matter and solve the same at the earliest.

                              Vodafone is the best one in kerala. No call drop. I have tried all providers. Vodafone is the unmatchable one. You can talk constantly even if there is little range. I am using vodafone postpaid. Good in all respects.

                                Hi Team,

                                I activated 3g services on my vodafone post paid number [protected] on[protected]. According to the plan,the monthly rental was rs.100 and 100 mb free usage after that the charges would be 2 paise per 10 kb. but vodafone charged me at 10 paiseper 10 kb and sent a bill of rs. 5200. I called up customer service and explained the situation and lodged a complaint, but no action was taken. A representative came on[protected] to collect the amount, I again explained and also gave a written complaint requesting for a dispute. He gave a receipt and reference number but again no response from them. Now all of a sudden I am receiving a court summon to appear in the high court and pay the bill. Need your guidance in suing vodafone for this unrighful act.

                                In my opinion you should not be worried about the court summon as they give this to everyone but never listen to users problem. Keep sending them mails about your problem to a list of email ids u will find in their site of some of the highest authorities.
                                Moreover since u had a postpaid connection so you can go to a center and ask for a detailed bill of your usage, scan it and attach in your mails along with the attachment which shows wat your actual plan was.

I had successfully ported from AIR TEL to vodafone on 3 Oct 2011. but this number is blocked from[protected] stating that i have to submit the documents. I had already submitted the correct documents when i applied for porting.but i don't understand the need to submit the documents once again.Even though when visited the vodafone office at dharwad no info was given properly. they first said to submit the documents and when i approached with documents they stared to ask for photograph etc.. its so frustrating experience with vodafone.. please either unblock the services or please cancel the porting.
                                    I recently got my BSNL connection ([protected]) ported to Vodafone thinking that Vodafone provides better services to its customers, but to my dissappointment I was wrong. I got it achnged through the dealer aftersubmitting all the required documents. But a few days later a got a message that your documents have not been submitted and we will bar your calls if you do not submit them till the specified date. I was out of station due to Diwali holidays at that time and by the time I came back my outgoing was barred, a day later they barred my incoming as well. I went to teh local Vodafone office to submit the documents but was told that teh photograph in teh photo id proof that was submitted was not clear. It was 1st Nov on that day, I again visited teh vodafone office teh next day with the required documents and an id proof in which the photograph was clear. But I was told that the conectivity is down and they won't be able to help me out. On asking how much time is it going to take and shall I wait there I was told that they don't know it can take 10 min, 2 hours, or 2 days. Since then I have been visiting teh vodafone office on a regular basis but haven't got any resolution. I am now really oppologising for choosing Vodafone. Is this the way Vodafone treats itsd customers. Request you to please help in the issue ASAP as my mobile phone is not working for almost 2 weeks now and this is causing a lot of inconvienience.

                                    Hoping to get a better resolution to the problem.

                                      I have vodaphone # [protected].
                                      1) I had called 1909 vodafone helpdesk and activated my DND facility on 29th of September.

                                      2) After 7 days on 6th of October I continued getting promotional calls and messages. Hence I called them up again and I was told that the DND favcility is not yet activated and they would activate it again on 6th Oct.

                                      3) I called them again on 12th Oct they confirmed that the activation was in progress and would take one more day for processing. After that I called again on 13th of Oct and they said the DND facility will be ativated on that day the activation # which they gave me is [protected]. I called again on 15th Oct and Mannarlaxm attended my call. She said it would be activated within that day.

                                      4)I continued getting messages and calls on 17th of Oct, hence I called again on Monday and they told me that the facility has not yet been activated !! They said they have activated DND facility again on 18th Oct and give me any Escalation ID [protected]. I entered complaint on vodaphone internet site. Sent complaint to nodal officer and appellate authority. i even registered complaint in a couple of broadband customer forums about the pathethic services of the company. They did not they send me any message with activation ID though they confirm they would send the message. I got a call back on my mobile and they promised that within next 7 days DND facility would be activated on my mobile and the current issue was due to Server problem.

                                      5) Since I continued getting messages and unwanted calls I called up again on Oct 27th and they said that the facility is still not activated and would forward the complaint to backup. They gave me a complaint registration number [protected].

                                      I even registered online in vodaphone site for the full DND facility, but nothing is being activated. After 4 weeks of continued calling this facility is yet to be activated !! When ever I call them I ask them to send a message confirming the DND activation ID, they confirm that they would send the same but they never send it. This is complete violation of Government laws and is causing unecessary inconvenience to poor customers. I am fed up with the services of this company.

                                        I have sent MNP message for the first time on 11th Oct 2011, Later i got a call from VF saying they will fix the network issue with in 4 days else they will send the code. After 4 days i called customer care and they told me that they cant send MNP code until the call gets closed and closing date is 22nd Oct 2011. I waited till 22nd oct and then called customer care, they said with in a day they will send the code. This is the same dialog which customer care people telling every day, but the result is i am not getting MNP code. Today when i called, they are telling i need to clear the outstanding amount for getting code which they have not told me till now. Any where I will pay before changing networkk, else they wont relive me.

                                        Seeing all this, i am getting a doubt whether really MNP is implemented in India or not, or Vodafone is following or not. If Vodafone is not able to make there networkk good, they should relive the customer from networkk.

                                        Please help me on this issue as i am not getting signal in my room and for attending the call i need to come on the road using this Vodafone.
