Hi,
i am a vodafone pre-paid user. when i put this sim in my mobile in these vacations ( my punjab no., study outside) . service provider automatically activated my caller tune service and some service named sms alerts i think and they deducted Rs.30/- & Rs.15/- respectively total to Rs. 45/- .Very cleverly they activated this after midnight when all normal human being go to sleep. in night messaged that your service will be activated in 4 hours. do i suppose to take care of it and immediately call customer care after mid night to deactivate or to stop it. more ever, i was out of station for 1 days so was not able to contact customer care within 24 hours for caller tune service. but for other service also, customer care did filed my request to refill my balance ( il-legally deducted) but they did not. i demand from concerned authorities to take notice of this complaint. execute concerned persons and screw and impose penalty on service provide+ return my balance. same problems is with 80% vodafone users. it sucks.

Vodafone Mobile Service — ACTIVATION OF CHARGEABLE SERVICE WITHOUT REQUEST

SIR,
VODAFONE EVEN AFTER REPATED REQUEST NOT TO ACTIVATE RING TONE FACILITY ON ABOVE IS ACTIVATING AND CHARGING FOR THE SAME. I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED FOR THE SAME.
KINDLY HELP AND TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST VODAFONE FOR MALAFIED TRADE PRACTICE.

    gprs pack,irresponsive customer care,cheating my balance
    i got offer from vodafone.they offered me 1 month gprs pack rs.50 .on 01/10/2011 then i activated it.but they deducted rs.98 for my balance i have complaints already many times the vodafone customer care and consumer complaints but not responsible. my complaint number was[protected] till to the time not solved my problems i have hate to vodafone and will changed to other network immediatly i will not like this net work he is fraud company . vodafone customer care service useless service

      I request to please forward my complain number as I need to further take my complain to higher authority as I must have put request for change of billing address and also for date of birth which is wrongly updated on telephonic conversation with your team. I really don’t understand after speaking to ratna as number mentioned below she haven’t updated my postal address.
      All this mail and co-ordination shall be further I am sending to DNA to highlight how negligent your team is for two months you all r struggling to update my postal address , give me network service and start my official mail on phone which is not working for three month and I am changing my service from your guys and do not require your service any further.

      Dear Sir,
      I am your customer for past 12 years. I have been given special representative Ms. Ratna ( contact no:[protected]).I spoke to her on 20th August for my problem of networking, receiving mails and change of address and she told me it will take 20 days to get networking service done. I called her many times and she seems to be very very busy woman. Infact I put her sms to return call which she never did. So finally after waiting for a month called your Vodafone care service number 111 and they registered my complain on 15th September and my complain number is [protected].Ratna never gave me any complain number. The Vodafone care promised me that everything will be fine please give us some time and I told them reliance is working well so if this going to be this way I will get other service and told them about Ratna negligence. They told me they will do the needful to inform her. They also asked me for 20 days which is over but no service is taken care. I warned them I will report against ratna.

      Immediately next day she called me and told me she will do the needful and will return call in next three hours after talking to her technical person. After that also she never addressed my phone. I called her frantically but no response and I wrote her message after three days that do not revert my call I will disconnect your service . I had put request for change of address which is also not registered till date. In spite of sending her this message she never called me back. I also told her my husband has already put application for disconnecting your service as your guys are not responding to his call also. His number was [protected].

      I wonder it’s been two months I haven’t been addressed and I get important mails which I am not getting on my phone. So what is the use o[censored]sing your esteem service .

      I want you to be aware of the negligence by your team as you will lose customers. I also need the docket number by you for further applications if this is not addressed as well.

      I need immediate solution for the same as its been nightmare without mobile. If you cannot provide please feel free to reply to my mail .

      I am also putting a copy of the same in your Vodafone centre at Fort.

      Dear All, ,

      i am a USER of vodafone in Faridabad. It's a very bad network in India. I have pay about 2 to 3k vodafone bill per month untill they cut the phone at any time and after that if you want to contact Vodafone coustomer, they don't give good response.

      1st. They can't pic the phone
      2 nd. They take a more then 1 har to connect with Coustmor care.
      3rd. Sorry sir, you have connect the Mummbi Branch, Please write down 2nd No and contact in your area..
      4th. if you contact in your area.. press a lote of button to talk him.
      5th.. sorry you have enter the wrong option

      It's very bad experience with Vodafone. I have a request to all, plz use any other Network, but don't use Voda, b/c time is must be improtent to every one and i[censored] need any emergency help with voda, they can't help you and waist your lot of time...



      Time is Improtent not Vodafone...

        Sir I have rechareged my vodafone mobile using vodafone prepaid recharge from their website for Rs.325 on 06 - Oct 2011 from my State bank of India.Transaction ID MSBI[protected]IG70623647 . The amount was debited from my account , but recharge was not done.When i enquired customer care there is no clear reply.Im planning to file a suit.Beware of this problem.

          Hi,

          I am using no. +91-[protected](PREPAID) from the last 3yrs in Delhi.

          I switch my service provider to Vodafone on 01/07/2011 & to till date I am using Vodafone.

          Between this time period due to some technical issues at Vodafone end, Vodafone completely blocked my no. on 08/08/2011, regarding this I made several complaints at Vodafone after which Vodafone re-activate my no. on 19/08/2011.

          Now the issue is:
          I wants to port out my no. from Vodafone because of their harassed services but Vodafone is not validating my port out request by saying that I have not completed 90 days with Vodafone but according to me I have completed 100 days with Vodafone & I am eligible for MNP.


          The Facts are:

          1) I had joined Vodafone on 01/07/2011.

          2) Vodafone surprisingly barred all of my services on 08/08/2011.

          3) After a tonnes of complaints, Vodafone Re-Activate my no. on 19/08/2011.

          4) I have completed 100 days with Vodafone & wants to leave Vodafone because of their harassed services but Vodafone is denying it.

          5) Vodafone is showing 19/08/2011 as my no. activation date with them, which is a technical issue at Vodafone end.

          6) For MNP I submitted all the required documents along with a security deposit of Rs. 250 at Reliance Communications.

          So, It is requested to Vodafone Team that please validate my MNP request & let me go.

          It is requested to Consumer Complaints Forum that please look into the matter & do needful.

            hello my name is dhaval kacha,

            i have made a recharge of 110 Rs. from a web site named freecharge.in of vodafone operator.

            when i recharged i have got message that recharge made successful. but rather than adding talk time of Rs 110 they have activated world calling card named service on my mobile phone.

            when i have contacted customer care they told me that for these you have to take care before recharge. we cant help you in this and your money will not be refunded.

            this is not possible for any customer to know before recharge that operator will activate any service rather than top up recharge.

            please help

            Yesterday i recharged my vodafone prepaid connection with Rs 150/- and aRs 31/-. but it's been 17 hours i have not get any update on my phone... My no is [protected]. what should i do???

            REG :- Unsuccessful Recharge under Rs.195/- scheme.

            I, the undersigned, am a regular customer of Vodafone mobile service since last 5 years. I have been assigned Mobile No.[protected].On November 10, 2011 I had availed the scheme of recharging for Rs.195/- and getting 480 minutes of talktime.

            On expiry of the said scheme on 10th December 2011 and enjoying the allotted talk time, I intended to recharge for the above mentioned scheme.

            The local vendor recharged my mobile under the said scheme and I received the message as under :

            On receiving this message, I checked my account by pressing following :

            I informed the local vendor from whom I had recharged for Rs.195/-. He called up your office and was informed that within two hours the mobile account will be credited with the stipulated talk time.

            At 7.30 pm on the same day I again informed the local vendor who took up the matter with your office by dialing No.140. This time your representative informed that there is no such scheme available but at the end of day i.e. before 12 am on 14.12.2011 your account will be credited with 480 minutes talk time.

            Even after the assurance given by your representative, till date I have not received any talk time inspite of recharging my mobile with Rs.195/-.

            After waiting in vain for 2 days, I further recharged my mobile successfully with Rs.222/- for talk time of Rs.222/-.

            The local vendor has no further say in the above matter suggesting me to take up the matter with you on Mobile No.140.

            Since I am regular and satisfied user of your mobile service, I do not want to change to any other mobile service.

            I request you to look into the matter and give me proper answer to put my query at rest.

            An early word in the matter will be appreciated.

              I am Jimmy Dsilva using vadofone nos from last year. My nos is [protected].I often travel to abroad. Had kept this nos for safe custody for 6 months that is from 24 April till 25 oct. Due to some work could not make it to India. Two week before my wife put the sim it is showin unregistered. I bought the sim for 5000. From last week my wife is goin to the vadofone store they told they will block the nos but today the store manager that is located in Fatima nagar is telling that sim is blocked by some else.when I put my sim in safe custody the person told it will get activated automatic.many people have this nos of mine.I would like to get my nos.my payments are clear.my option nos is[protected].
              PROBLEM WITH VODAPHONE SERVICE I AM tracking my complaint from past 1 month but these people are unable to solve my issue ...:(

              As i have mentioned in earlier email my number [protected] was in use and i have sent all the details which can prove that it was in use so you can not say that be cause of no usage you have disconnected my number. and as i am using this connection from last 6 yrs its very difficult to update my number to all of my contacts and register for all the services. so please do the needful.
              and still if you are unable to provide the service please provide me proper answers for my below question.

              1. why my number has got disconnected as it was in use (I have sent you the details of the messages which i have received before few days of disconnecting my number) ?
              2. I have register my complaint within 5 working days then why you have recycled the number for which complaint has been registered ?
              3. your CSR asked me to submit the document to vodafone store. and when i tried to submit it in vodafone store located in rajarampuri(Kolhapur) why they didn't accept my documents?

              please send me the proper answers on this. and if your not able to answer these questions please return me my mobile connection with same number

                I have bought a vodafone mobile VF527 (IMEI;-[protected]) on[protected] from Big C Balkampet they assured me for 2yrs replacement warrnty if any fault occurs in mobile as my mobile is now giving problem i consulted them they said that warranty period is only for 6months and they would not even repair my faulty mobile

                  the signal strength is very very poor..
                  even after no. of complaints to the customer care. there is no solution to it...

                  there is no call connectivity and every time the phone is unavailable.

                  there is little signal on the main roads only...inside the houses there is zero signal..

                  I am living in bangalore dodanahalli just 2 Km from marathalli...
                  there is a socity Alpine Eco huge one i am staying there in a flat there are very poor signals of vodafone over there..
                  People are though switching from vodafone to airtel as airtel has very good service over there...
                  you might loose lot of customers... i will suggest you to stop this you can put some boosters over there
                  otherwise you may losse around 200-300 customers.

                  I am using Vodafone prepaid. From past 2 days exactly from 3 p.m to 7 p.m my mobile is showing that Emergency calls only, it means no signal, sometimes i am getting signal but unable to recive or make a call. If i try to recive incoimng call it is getting disconnected, if i try to do out going call it is showing some unknown error. I want to know whats wrong with Bangalore Vodafone prepaid, in our daily routine mobile phone is one of the important thing. Because of this issue i am facing hell lot of problems.

                  I am a Vodafone customer since last 4 years, my mobile no. in [protected] but since last one year i have been suffering a lot as the signal strength of vodafone connection is very weak inside my residential premises.
                  The phone even disconnects while talking inside my home many a times which is completely unacceptable considering that i live in a well developed urban locality.
                  The problem persists only on ground floor of my home where other networks work preety well.

                  Hi, we are suffering with vodafone network services. As we dont have the signals of this network at our colony. In spite of giving so many complaints at vodafone mini store resides near our colony - Chabra Enclave- Tolichowki- 7 tombs road opposite to Shahi Garden, Hyderabad, We dint receive any kind of co-operation or solution from vodafone services. we dont have even a single point of network, not only vodafone but also BSNL network as well.

                      This is Samba Siva Rao, Last Month 17th, I have taken a duplicate sim with the number [protected], because i lost it, around 20 Customer Care representatives and three vodafone stores professionals have assisted me for the activation of my sim card, but the surprise thing is every body will give their own assumption about the problem "Active Call Barrings" when i am trying to make a call. but, nobody solved my problem.
                      A Vodafone distributor in my home town Piduguralla who don't have high pay scale, professional qualification etc. activated my sim card within 24hrs.

                      He specified the problem as follows
                      1.Vodafone store gave dummy sim
                      2.They never try deactivate my already activated call barrings at the time of sim block

                      Because of those professionals who don't have knowledge regarding the problem of customer I have visited the store three times from 50Km distance and I suffered because I mentioned that number as my contact in campus recruitment drives.



                      Finally on 6th OCT a distributor activated and now I am converting to BSNL network.

                        I have to submitt a complaint against vodafone regarding wrong commitment while selling data card and internet plan. They offer me a 2G plan and said we are providing speed upto 3.6 Mbps in net surfing and 256 Kbps as downloading but after purchasing the data card on 24-sep-11.                         My name is Vikas Ken and my mobile is [protected]. I would like to file a complaint regarding vodafone service providers who give wrong comittement with the vodaone users.
                        My complaint is that, Three months ago i was using a prepaid connection of the vodafone company, whereas i recieved a call from customer care regarding a postpaid connection. They provided information about a monthly plan which would last even if i convert from prepaid to postpaid. They offered 325 super plan which included 700 mins free per month, vodafone to vodafone 60sec and vodafone to others 60s sec. The customer care promised to give the same scheme even if i switched my connection but now when i converted to prepaid they now deny any committment such as that and are not giving me the same scheme even after me paying for it.Hinson corporation, from which i bought the connection from , located in A-14, Okhla Industrial area,Phase-1, new delhi-110020, Ph: [protected]/ [protected] still promised to give the scheme but the vodafone service denies any scheme such as that.                           I am completely aware that applications do use VMC, but the settings should be available on your phone to use these services. I refuse to pay these charges as this is the 2nd time that the charges have been levied on my phone (on the 2nd no). So now i am aware that its a good way of making money from customer's, and there are many customer's who have experienced this challange before and i am already one of those. I am definately ready to pay any charges that i have used but will not pay for something that i have not used. If this is how it works i am ready to port out all my number's from Vodafone to Idea who is atleast competitent to understand such problems.

                          Hi,

                          I am another dis satisfied customer of Vodafone, who has been incorrectly charged again. I got this number transferred in the month of May 2011 and since then i am facing tremendous issues with Vodafone. On 2nd June 2011 i send them an email requesting them to activate the V L 99 unlimited service on my phone and post which i got the basic information about how to activate the service, when i spoke with an agent i was informed that i need to deactivate the Vodafone live 0 rental service and post which i will be able to activate the Vodafone live 99 unlimited service. I placed a request for the same and the service got activated.

                          Going fordward when i checked my unbilled usage it was constantly on a high and upon calling Vodafone i was tolda to call after the bill is generated. To my surprise the bill reached up to 2400(approx) and after that i was informed that i was chagred Rs1954.20 for using the internet service. I immediately called up the customer care and i was informed that i was charged for Vodafone Mobile connect service which was activated on my phone and i should have called to deactivate this serivice if i didnt wanted to be charged for any internet usage.
                          How on earth would a layman know that he needs to deactivate VMC service and keep the VL99 unlimited service on and make changes to APN settings from the phone. I was never informed by any technical support agent to make such changes.
                          When i called up the customer services i was informed by a vodafone agent that there is a flaw in the system and a technical support agent should have informed me about changing these settings and deactivating VMC or using a different APN.
                          After this conversation i did send an email and i got an unsatisfactory response via email that i will have to pay the charges as i have used the service.
                          Going fordward i did call up the customer services and spoke with Tasmia Khan a customer services supervisor and even she agreed that i should have been informed about this and actually i should not have been charged this amount as i have the VL99 unlimited, but she couldnt send this information to the technical team as it would be an error on her part and she completely refused to provide me with any solution.

                          I have always had such kinds of trouble from vodafone and i have all the email sent to the, kept with me. I would need to seek assistance from the consumer court as this matter has gone out of hands now.

                            Vodafone Prepaid — Forcing caller tunes on consumers

                            Vodafone had automatically activated a default caller tune for all customers in december 2009 and then after 1 month, they seem to have sent an SMS, asking the customers to manually deactivate the caller tune if they don't want to have it anymore otherwise there would be monthly caller tune charges. In my case, I was not in India during this period (including the SIM card) and hence the activation of this caller tune and this SMS was not received by me and since I didn't manually deactivate it, I was charged Rs. 30 at the end of Jan'2010. I spoke to their Customer care, that this was a wrong process, instead they should have taken an explicit confirmation from the customer before automatically providing the caller tune service or atleast before making it a paid service but they don't seem to understand and refused to refund the money. I hope you can help me with getting this money refunded and also inform Vodafone to change their process accordingly.

                                I subscribed to Vodafone 3G. I am a post paid no. user. I subscribed to a plan that gives 2GB data usage free. My complaint is that there is no means by which i could check weather i have exceeded the 2 gb limit. this lead to exubriant charges after 2gb and my monthly bill that was expected to be around 1500 has come to be 9500. there should be a way to check the usage.

                                  I am using Vodafone ([protected]) services from last 4-5 Years but now a days services and commitment are not good.

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that i received a call from Vodafone side regarding No. porting Mr. Lakshya was executive he asked me why you want to port your no.
                                  I told him because of service and plan then he offer me a new plan 299 (199+100) which have free calls (400std+600Local) & some national sms and after free calls call charges would be 30p for local and 50p for std.

                                  But till the date above plan is not activated on my no. [protected]

                                  This is request to you please activate the same plan on my no. as 1 time i also visited Vodafone store they told me "yes" it was committed to you, and we will give you but till the date there is no action.

                                  Please do it ASAP.

                                    I have took 3G connection with Vodafone last month. I have been using the same connection for the last 4years. Last week i went abroad and activated my international roaming with my vodafone postpaid number. Before activating i have checked with customer care regarding the charges, and they confirmed that there is no Extra Data roaming charge. So i used mobile internet and after 5 days on 17th sep,my connection disconnected without any intimation.I checked in my account and i found that my outstanding bill amount is Rs.8,200/-.19th sep, i had send mail to nodal officer and evening i got reply that my connection activated for incoming calls and messages.Then again i checked my account and i surprised with the unbilled amount, it was Rs.32,000/-. Without any connect for 2 days how Rs.28,000/- popped up still a mistery. And for this there is no answer from concenred authority they are constantly telling that i have used data roaming and this charges i should pay.
                                    But my concern is 1. my credit limit is Rs.6,400/- and why they did not informed me regarding crossing of this limit or why they continued their service after crossing this limit. 2.These are all happened only because of Customer care executives wrong information and vodafone officers not accepting this issue.3.How 8,200 became 32,000 without any connection for 2 days.
                                    Kindly suggest and advice me to go forward.

                                      My retailers helpline 129 service has been stopped frm 2 month...I am not able to customers service frm my cell from past two month. i complained on ur call local distributors as well as in vodafone main distributors.No care of my problem my distributer s. My problem is still not solved.I need compensation for this inconvience . Plz solve the problem as soon as possible n do compensation in your own way in way of balance or recharge. A lot has been wasted on enerjil from my home to vadafone store..Solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam

                                        My mobile is not showing EDGE logo when I enter fatima nagar or keshavnager area. its been 2 weeks my account is getting debited for BB YPT but I am unable to access Facebook, yahoomail or gmail properly... even if it becomes available for sometimes, its just a wastage of time doing anything on it.

                                        Please look into the matter urgently .

                                        I absolutely agree Sulbha. These days Vodafone being a pathetic data services, I am facing exact same problem at my home and its been more than 15 days now, I called their cust care at least a dozen times and everytime I get same reply we r woeking on tht issue, I'm paying 600 rs monthly for such pathetic service from vodafone. I think its time to change to some good professional network like idea where I had never any problems with.
