Hi,
I have to submitt a complaint against vodafone regarding wrong commitment while selling data card and internet plan. They offer me a 2G plan and said we are providing speed upto 3.6 Mbps in net surfing and 256 Kbps as downloading but after purchasing the data card on 24-sep-11. I get only speed of 70Kbps as surfing and only 1-2 Kbps as dowloading. I have already regester many complaints in vodafone care but still no solution. If require you can call me on [protected]

my name is pardeep and i am working in aegis bpo solutions...i try to mak call on vodafone helpline numbers..111 and the other number too..but from the past one month my ivr system is not working...they jus said thank you for calling in vodafone...they send a welcome kit for me ...and the person who is their for welcome kit take my sig on a wrong package that is not availabe at the momnet afetr one month a know that thing when my bill came...and all the facilities in that pacvakge has been canceled i am feeling like cheated ...from the past two months i am using the connection i ahev no problme with the bill but with the commit, ment they had given to me and when i talk to teh executive on a call...they talk to me rudely and afetr that they close my IVR...and from that day i am not able to make a call and i still confused about my bill...they are giving good facility but the persons working in it makeing the custmor fool plesae look into the matter, , , ,

My name is Vikas Ken and my mobile is [protected]. I would like to file a complaint regarding vodafone service providers who give wrong comittement with the vodaone users.
My complaint is that, Three months ago i was using a prepaid connection of the vodafone company, whereas i recieved a call from customer care regarding a postpaid connection. They provided information about a monthly plan which would last even if i convert from prepaid to postpaid. They offered 325 super plan which included 700 mins free per month, vodafone to vodafone 60sec and vodafone to others 60s sec. The customer care promised to give the same scheme even if i switched my connection but now when i converted to prepaid they now deny any committment such as that and are not giving me the same scheme even after me paying for it.Hinson corporation, from which i bought the connection from , located in A-14, Okhla Industrial area,Phase-1, new delhi-110020, Ph: [protected]/ [protected] still promised to give the scheme but the vodafone service denies any scheme such as that. Please take action against them, because they are liars.

I had a postpaid connection for a number [protected] under a corporate scheme .I had a call from the local store oneday saying that your number have been selected providing caller tune offer for180/- for 12 months.She even committed saying that no downloading charged will be credited after the rental and download charge for 1st song gets debited.But to my shock itemised bill for downloadings are 765/- before month and i really got vexed lodging requests in stores.

" And i cannot pay for the wrong commitment given .Besides i confirmed couple of times form that lady giving the wrong commitment"

vodafone is providing 3rd class service, the customercare executive is not helping the its customer, after again & again complain they are not helping to customer, i have facing problem from 1 year, when i complaint they blank assure to us & after that same thing happen. so that ithink to destroy this sim card ...

    Hello Team,



    I am completely aware that applications do use VMC, but the settings should be available on your phone to use these services. I refuse to pay these charges as this is the 2nd time that the charges have been levied on my phone (on the 2nd no). So now i am aware that its a good way of making money from customer's, and there are many customer's who have experienced this challange before and i am already one of those. I am definately ready to pay any charges that i have used but will not pay for something that i have not used. If this is how it works i am ready to port out all my number's from Vodafone to Idea who is atleast competitent to understand such problems.

    Further to our conversation, we wish to inform you that there are certain applications like YouTube, video/music streaming (e.g. Music Junction), tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone mobile connect as access point and will be charged @ 10p/10KB.



    While accessing internet on your mobile phone make sure that the access point used by you is WWW, so that you get the benefit of Vodafone Mobile connect usage as per your plan



    Mr. Bhatia, it would seem that there are application’s on your handset that are continually auto updating, using the Mobile Connect services, hence the charges levied.



    Please note that most handsets have inbuilt settings for both the above services and while surfing and downloading you will get the option to choose between these two services. You will be billed depending on the service selected by you to browse/ download.



    Mr. Bhatia, we would be unable to reverse these charges, since they are correctly billed. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

I dont understand how does your service change automatically where as VMC should not be even active on this number. This is getting out of hands and if this continues i would be forced to PORT OUT all my number's from Vodafone to a differnet service provider.     Hi,

    I am another dis satisfied customer of Vodafone, who has been incorrectly charged again. I got this number transferred in the month of May 2011 and since then i am facing tremendous issues with Vodafone. On 2nd June 2011 i send them an email requesting them to activate the V L 99 unlimited service on my phone and post which i got the basic information about how to activate the service, when i spoke with an agent i was informed that i need to deactivate the Vodafone live 0 rental service and post which i will be able to activate the Vodafone live 99 unlimited service. I placed a request for the same and the service got activated.

    Going fordward when i checked my unbilled usage it was constantly on a high and upon calling Vodafone i was tolda to call after the bill is generated. To my surprise the bill reached up to 2400(approx) and after that i was informed that i was chagred Rs1954.20 for using the internet service. I immediately called up the customer care and i was informed that i was charged for Vodafone Mobile connect service which was activated on my phone and i should have called to deactivate this serivice if i didnt wanted to be charged for any internet usage.
    How on earth would a layman know that he needs to deactivate VMC service and keep the VL99 unlimited service on and make changes to APN settings from the phone. I was never informed by any technical support agent to make such changes.
    When i called up the customer services i was informed by a vodafone agent that there is a flaw in the system and a technical support agent should have informed me about changing these settings and deactivating VMC or using a different APN.
    After this conversation i did send an email and i got an unsatisfactory response via email that i will have to pay the charges as i have used the service.
    Going fordward i did call up the customer services and spoke with Tasmia Khan a customer services supervisor and even she agreed that i should have been informed about this and actually i should not have been charged this amount as i have the VL99 unlimited, but she couldnt send this information to the technical team as it would be an error on her part and she completely refused to provide me with any solution.

    I have always had such kinds of trouble from vodafone and i have all the email sent to the, kept with me. I would need to seek assistance from the consumer court as this matter has gone out of hands now.

    Problem continues with the service, now after activation of the service i have received a bill of 2400 approximately, when i called up to inquire i was informed that i have used a different set of services from the phone which i shouldnt be using.



    Neither i was informed about this nor would a layman know about this, this is gone out of hands now, i would like every penney to be reversed for the internet service.



    After speaking with your agent Manpreet i was informed that this a common problem and will be sorted out, i was also informed to mention that i was using the Access point as Vodafone Mobile connect, where as it should have been Vodafone live and because of this i have been charged a wholesum of money. Below are my details and i will request you to kindly provide me with the necessary reversal and get this issue sorted out.

Today at 2.08 p.m. i received a message that, "Hallo, caller tune is activate on ur phone" and then, Rs. 30 deducted from my account. I surprised and immediatly call to vodafone customer care executive i.e, Ms. Pubali Chakraborty, she told me that I activate the caller tune, they can't do anything.

      Many subscriber suffer this problem. why we are suffering ? Please, immediatly take action against this matter.

      How can Vodafone start a Caller Tune Services without my assent, when I enquired they say it was subscribed by me and charging Rs 45 for this service whereas I am not aware of this nor am intrested to utilise such services.

" To subscribe for this caller tune you need to press *dial ... number...monthly rental.... and goes on" and by this time person whose number is dialled picks up the phone.....so the end result is that neither the caller or the subscriber has any benefit of subscribing to the caller tune and paying an amount of Rs. 360 yearly.This is completely unethical advertisement, it is an advertisement at the expense of the customer and if it is not stopped right now, it can continue for ever and these telecom companies will continue this injustice on the consumer. The aforesaid case is happening with myself and my husband. So you are requested to take an immidiate action on this.

      Vodafone Prepaid — Forcing caller tunes on consumers

      Vodafone had automatically activated a default caller tune for all customers in december 2009 and then after 1 month, they seem to have sent an SMS, asking the customers to manually deactivate the caller tune if they don't want to have it anymore otherwise there would be monthly caller tune charges. In my case, I was not in India during this period (including the SIM card) and hence the activation of this caller tune and this SMS was not received by me and since I didn't manually deactivate it, I was charged Rs. 30 at the end of Jan'2010. I spoke to their Customer care, that this was a wrong process, instead they should have taken an explicit confirmation from the customer before automatically providing the caller tune service or atleast before making it a paid service but they don't seem to understand and refused to refund the money. I hope you can help me with getting this money refunded and also inform Vodafone to change their process accordingly.

        I made online recharge for my mobile [protected] with RC26, which is supposed to be 200 Vodafone to Vodafone free minutes during 11pm to 8am. But after recharging i didnt got what i expected. When i called customer care and enquired about it, they mentioned that the plan has changed and they didnt updated the plan in the website.           I subscribed to Vodafone 3G. I am a post paid no. user. I subscribed to a plan that gives 2GB data usage free. My complaint is that there is no means by which i could check weather i have exceeded the 2 gb limit. this lead to exubriant charges after 2gb and my monthly bill that was expected to be around 1500 has come to be 9500. there should be a way to check the usage.

            This is to bring to your kind attention that i received a call from Vodafone side regarding No. porting Mr. Lakshya was executive he asked me why you want to port your no.
            I told him because of service and plan then he offer me a new plan 299 (199+100) which have free calls (400std+600Local) & some national sms and after free calls call charges would be 30p for local and 50p for std.

            But till the date above plan is not activated on my no. [protected]

            This is request to you please activate the same plan on my no. as 1 time i also visited Vodafone store they told me "yes" it was committed to you, and we will give you but till the date there is no action.

            Please do it ASAP.

              I have took 3G connection with Vodafone last month. I have been using the same connection for the last 4years. Last week i went abroad and activated my international roaming with my vodafone postpaid number. Before activating i have checked with customer care regarding the charges, and they confirmed that there is no Extra Data roaming charge. So i used mobile internet and after 5 days on 17th sep,my connection disconnected without any intimation.I checked in my account and i found that my outstanding bill amount is Rs.8,200/-.19th sep, i had send mail to nodal officer and evening i got reply that my connection activated for incoming calls and messages.Then again i checked my account and i surprised with the unbilled amount, it was Rs.32,000/-. Without any connect for 2 days how Rs.28,000/- popped up still a mistery. And for this there is no answer from concenred authority they are constantly telling that i have used data roaming and this charges i should pay.
              But my concern is 1. my credit limit is Rs.6,400/- and why they did not informed me regarding crossing of this limit or why they continued their service after crossing this limit. 2.These are all happened only because of Customer care executives wrong information and vodafone officers not accepting this issue.3.How 8,200 became 32,000 without any connection for 2 days.
              Kindly suggest and advice me to go forward.

These days Vodafone being a pathetic data services, I am facing exact same problem at my home and its been more than 15 days now, I called their cust care at least a dozen times and everytime I get same reply we r woeking on tht issue, I'm paying 600 rs monthly for such pathetic service from vodafone. I think its time to change to some good professional network like idea where I had never any problems with.

                      Vodafone, a hopeless provider!! I recently wanted to switch my service provider so that i can use my new iphone. Could not think of any provider other than who launched 3G services with so hype. And the out come? its more than 15 days and m at the same state.I am trying to contact their customer care representative at Gaurav tower, Malviay Nagar store and he is not picking the phone. I have been to the store thrice in a hope that they will value their customer.
                      Oh i forgot to mention, the representative on the store asked me to stay back at home for verification to take place.... I took 2 half day leaves from office for this purpose :)
                      I have decided, i will opt for some other provider who actually need customers and are willing to provide service.

                      It's a big surprise that despite my repeated approach/intimation no action so far has been taken from your end to restore receiving of signal, which is in a worst condition persisting for last 4 months (approx.)
                      Today your technician inspected my residence after more than 10 days of his last visit and could not restore/improve signal receiving quality and left by saying can't be done now, may take couple of weeks to process for improving signal quality.
                      So, under this condition do you think it will be wise for me to make bill payment in such condition, where for single call, number of attempts are to be made causing extra taxation to me.Not only sending but in receiving call also the signal fluctuates in such a way that puts me in a very awkward position .
                      I did bear for last three months and paid my bills. Now it has become beyond my tolerance and if you can't provide proper service then I will be no way out but to stop bill payment till you rectify this recurring problem
                      Now, your decision is awaited and I hope you being a competence authority will take up the matter seriously

                        I bought Samsung 3G mobile on 31st Aug 2011 & I inserted the SIM card same day.

                        As per the GS2 scheme I was supposed to get 6 months 3G 1GB data connnection free. I received an SMS from Vodafone that my 3G connection has been activated but later on after 1 mth I get billed for more than Rs. 3100/- on the Internet surfing under Vodafone Live & when inquired I got to know that my free 3G connection is also not active.... I logged a complaint & they said they will revert in 3 working days but there was no call from Billing department... Pls help me with the ASAP.

                        Vodafone — wrong bill/ not solving bill dispute from last 2 monthns and disconnect number 3 times

                        sir,
                        I, Nachhattar singh. residence of Bathinda, Punjab. using vodafone number[protected]
                        my billing cycle is from 9 to 8th of next month.
                        in Bill period 09.10.09 to 08.11.09, calls and sms are charged(Rs. 1,142) from 12.09.2009 to 08.11.2009.
                        i.e about 27 days of previous month ( 09.09.09 to 08.10.09) is charged again, which i already paid.
                        i contact to local vodafone store before due date (26.11.2009) and complaint about above. They admitted that there was some problem in their server.
                        They ask me to deposit some amount, i pay about Rs. 600.
                        They ask me to come after 3-4 days, i went but my problem was not solve.
                        they insure me that my number will not be disconnected and problem will be solve in 2-3 days.
                        my number was disconnected on 03.12.09. i went to vodafone store. Instead of solving my problem, they gave me number [protected] of their head office and ask me to talk to them. Then i buy a new number of TATA docomo [protected] and talk to Mr. kuldeep. he make my number work but bill problem is not solved. he ensure me that my bill problem will be solved in 2-3 days and ask not to pay rest amount until problem is not solved and ensure that number will not be disconnected again.
                        then on 08.12.09 my number was disconnected again. i made a call to head office and talk to Miss. ANU.
                        then on 10.12.09 my disconnected again.Bill problem again not solved
                        I got bill of period 09.11.09 to 08.12.09. Again there is same problem.
                        i.e call and sms are charged from 01.11.2009 (8 days of previous month)
                        i contact again and talk to Mr. Bharat. on 12.12.09 Bill problem of 2 billing cycle is not solved till date. 14.12.09.
                        i can't change my number as it is widely distributed.
                        so Please take any action against or kindly tell me where should i can file a case of harassment and upto what limit i can demand????
                        i want not less than Rs. 1. lakh.

                        I recently buy 2 Post paid no. from one of your sales representative (Mr. Ajay). Under the Hewitt Coprate plan.
                        At the time of Sales your representative told me that there is a Rs.99/- rental will be charged for unlimited GPRS plan.
                        I opted for the same.
                        However the Bill I received for Rs. 1900/- and I already made the payment of Rs.1000/- now its showing the usages of Rs.1200/- against the GPRS. Let me know how it come possible.

                        I had billing dispute, so i approached Vodafone customer care, and nodel, since my problem not solved, i escalated to Tamilnadu Appellate on Thu, Apr 22, 2010, i received irrelevant reply from his office staffs, so i request call back from Appellate authority on May 9, 2010,after a great struggle by mail and phone i got appointment from him , he called and heard my problem, he says, " Once the bill printed , nothing can be done, my powers are limited" I request him several time during that conversion ,i am ready to pay the bill but, i just want the bill has to be rework with other plan, since i made request several time to Vodafone customer care prier to this billing for changing of suitable plan for my usage, and also i was not informed when i crossed the free usage limit as per the plan.but no solution was given to me.

                        they are very Keen on Sending me out from Vodafone.
                        after that , i received mail from Tamil nadu appellate saying with a un clear reply "However, we wish to inform that your latest bill rework as per the Rs. 89/- STD pack for the May bill is not advisable as its leads to debit amount of Rs.91 " with other few words. I am really confused what they are trying to say to me?
                        No conclusion was given to me, no solution was given to me . ON Mon, May 17, 2010 , i sent a mail to tamilnadu Appellate requesting a clear solution and , further i raised some question, but they are not replying me . I am really suffering a lot because of that. mean while my phone incoming facility also barred. with out any notice and with out giving any solution to my problem , they are blocking all the ways. They are very much interested in sending me out from Vodafone , but i don't know why , they are doing like this.
                        I sent several mails to Relationship manager for my area , they never reply for even a single mail .My complaints to the customer care also not replied sir.
                        I am wondering this is the way will Vodafone handle the problem and customer?

                        VODAFONE DOES THIS KINDA CHEAP BEHAVIOUR...THEY WANT TO FORCE PPL TO SUBSCRIBE...DONT PAY A SINGLE RUPEE AND LODGE A COMPLAINT IN THE NEAREST CONSUMER COURT AT UR PLACE..MAKE SURE U MAKE VODAFONE PAY FINE ALONG WITH COMPENSATION...

                        At the outset, Vodafone call center sucks.The people there cant even speak proper English.Coming to my complaint, i have a Blackberry 2499 plan activated with Vodafone which gets renewed every 6 months.When this plan is due for renewal, everytime Vodafone sends an SMS reminding to renew.However this time around they acted cheap and smart to fool their customers.

                        My Blackberry 2499 plan was activated on 26th December 2012. So if i go as per 6 months it gets expired on 26th June 2013.Surprisingly i get my may bill with an amount of rs 599. On calling their customer care a complaint is been undertaken and I am promised a reversal of this amount.This amount sure does get reversed.
                        When I get my June bill, I am shocked to see this amount of 599 again in my bill.On calling their customer care, 2 complaints are undertaken and i am promised that this amount will be reversed and i will get a call back from someone from their department.Complaint number is as follows: [protected] &amp; the second one is[protected].Also there are 2 complaints undertaken on 2 different dates as the first complaint doesnt get processed due to some technical problem at Vodafones end.

                        Then I get a call back from some rude, arrogant person who cant even speak proper English.He just bluntly refuses to listen to my complaint and says the amount cant be reversed and this is the ridiculous justification i get:

                        That the plan of 2499 doesnt follow calendar dates but the month.
                        I said fine, in that case why wasnt i informed that the plan is due for renewal.He had no answer to that.He has the cheek to tell me i should keep a track of it.

                        Then he tells me that my statement date is 28th june and this plan expored on 26th june so i have to pay 599 for 2 days of data usage..
                        What a ridiculous explanation.

                        I refuse to pay the above amount as this has been sheer negligence from Vodafone who should remind their customers of the plan is due for renewal.Secondly if they are going to charge me 599 for a bloody 2 day data usage this is nothing but outfront loot..

                          I am Vijay Garg a student of eleventh class as well as a user of vodafone connection i am using a del with number [protected]. In this del my balance was dedected on 16 april 2012. I tried to register me complain on 198 but i ded not get any setisfectory answer. I made at least 5 times from my other del which is [protected].
                          I want the solution about my del within 1 day otherwise I have to go to consumer court

                          plz call me on [protected] in between 3PM to 9PM
                          My complaint is my son who was playing with sony ericcson touch screen mobile suddenly by mistake he pressed the GPRS pack activation SMS and pack got activated which was intimated to through SMS. I called immediately there customer care told them deactivate the GPRS service. Executive informed it is free service for two month so you have not charged any rental. After two month if you don&#039;t want to use it you can send a sms to deactivate the service and he gave the format sms. As soon as the free period was over I sent the same format and requested to deactivate. there was no confirmation received from there side. I forgot about it as I didn&#039;t used the service. When I got the bill for that month I found that there is Rs 98/- has been charged. I called there customer care Executive asked me to send mail to Corpcare as I am a corporate customer. I sent mail and didn&#039;t got any reply but got call that 98 pack has been deactivated and amount has been reversed. I minus the Rs 98/-, made the payment. Problem started as Rs 98/- charged again in my may month bill as well as I sent mail to Corpcare and didn&#039;t received any reply so far. I again deducted the 98/-. Still today there is no response from their side and that Rs 98/- has been carried forward to my june month also when asked why it didn&#039;t revised they are talking to me indifferently.. Kindly look into the matter

                            Sub: Issue with tariff plan

                            I am using Vodafone since last one and half years.

                            I have activated one paisa per sec billing plan on 08-Sept-2011 by paying of RS. 45/- (Paid after confirming with Vodafone customer care people “one paisa/sec will be applicable for one year”).
                            But since last couple of days (29-Sept-2011) onwards it is being charged 50 paisa per minute, which I have not requested.
                            Same issue occurred in the month of August -2011 as well.
                            First time I have activated this ‘one paisa per sec for one year’ offer in the month of May-2011 (after one completion year from May 2010). Even within 4 to 5 months of time gap this has been updated with 50 paisa per minute without my notice. When I called to Vodafone customer care people (August-2011) they were expecting the proof of payment which I had done almost 3-4 months before.
                            At that time I was not having that so again I have done payment on 8-sept-2011.
                            Current issue is escalated with customer care on 29-Sept-2011 and ref#: [protected], today I received e-mail by saying one paisa/ sec will be activated within 24 hrs (what type of funny services??)


                            I HAVE Few QUESTIONS which are not clarified by the Vodafone team not even the NODAL officer:

                            1) Why this is happened?
                            2) Why no one from Vodafone customer care people responded when I logged issue with customer care people on call??
                            3) Who is responsible for this wrong service?
                            4) Because of the WORST NETWORK SERVICE provide by Vodafone my calls get disconnected in-between when it is in 50paisa/min.
                            a. Who is going to pay for that??
                            5) If customer is not having this payment information they need to pay “N” Number of times for the same service???
                            6) How customer will get this payment refunded back when they don't have this payment information??
                            7) Vodafone guys are making FOOL to CUSTOMER.
                            8) When customer is not aware of mail conversations they needs to pay for VODAFONE IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICES??

                            i am a USER of vodafone in Faridabad. It's a very bad network in India. I have pay about 2 to 3k vodafone bill per month untill they cut the phone at any time and after that if you want to contact Vodafone coustomer, they don't give good response.

                            1st. They can't pic the phone
                            2 nd. They take a more then 1 har to connect with Coustmor care.
                            3rd. Sorry sir, you have connect the Mummbi Branch, Please write down 2nd No and contact in your area..
                            4th. if you contact in your area.. press a lote of button to talk him.

                            It's very bad experience with Vodafone. I have a request to all, plz use any other Network, but don't use Voda, b/c time is must be improtent to every one and i[censored] need any emergency help with voda, they can't help you and waist your lot of time...

                              This is to bring to your notice that I have been following up on this matter which i will be stating below since the last 2 months , and the answer whcih i get from one of the executives named Manashi C who is a nodal officer at vodafone is she gives me this Porting OUT code , so that i switch to some other network since she is not able to help me in my complaints against Vodafone, having said the jist about it I would like to state the entire matter here .

                              This is what happened :

                              Case 1:Nov 2010, i was on my visit to dubai before leaving i made sure my Internation roaming was activated i even got a confimation sms for the same, when i recahed dubai i was not able to latch to any network , i had gone there on a business trip and only this number i had given to all my people.

                              I had a huge loss pertaining to this that my was not on roaming after coming back there was a mail of chain that i sent to nodal attached is the list:

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that since 27th Nov2010 I have been trying to reach Vodafone Executives to solve the problem that I Faced During my International Visit.,

                              The Issue was while leaving for Dubai on 27 th Nov, i called the Vodafone Care to Activate my International Roaming within sometoime I got the SMS, that my international roaming has been Activated,( I still have that SMS)
                              I gave this Number to everyone while i was on a business Trip to Dubai, to my shock i was not able to Latch to any network and for 7 days nobody could reach me no Incoming or Out going, due to this i faced a HUGE LOSS Financially.

                              Now when i come back to India and called up Vodofone Care several times, i was told we will look into this, but i Did not get any Proper Solution as to why this happened.

                              After somedays i got a SMS from Vodafone stating that I am a prividged Customer and hence i get a relational Manager MARIA to solve any problems which i have, I kept on calling this lady and she falsely everytime committed so confidently that she will be calling me back as far as i rememeber it was always ME who called her and she always had some or the lkame excuses to tell ( That she was about to call..) Finally after lots os efforts she made me talk to her Supervisor Poornima G who is reporting to Nagender, I told her Plainly that I incurred a huge Financial LOSS, because i Was not ablt to latch to any network, And hence starting from 27th Nov, whateever CALL usage has been done I will not pay for it rather Vodafone Should PAY me for what i have LOST, after few follow ups from my side she told me " that we can waive off 100 -200 Rs" i told her that much worth calls Only i have made to Maria and you for the follow up, she told me she will talk to her Supervisors and get back to me.

                              Again till evening i did not receive any call,and later in the evening again it was me who called up, Poornima told me " That she is stuck up with the new policies and I should understand since I also work in corporate" and hence she could not call back, and told me that there will be NO WAIVE OFF possible from Vodafone.

                              I told her please go ahead and disconnect my outgoing calls.. before I make ISD calls to everywhere and get a HUGE BILL which I for sure will not be paying.

                              If you go through the history of my Bills, i have been a Good Cutomer for Vodafone whose monthly bill alaways exceeds 3000, now I have not paid my bill for the last 2-3 months, Which obvioously I will not be Paying due to what I have suffered.

                              I am writing this mail to you as the LAST Hope to get The entire WAIVE OFF of my Usage starting from 27th NOv till NOW.

                              If not I am pleased to disconnect my Services from Vodafone, I will not be paying ANY Amount thereafter, if you want you can ADD LATE fees,service Charges ETC.
                              This is not the way to deal with a so called "Priviledged CUSTOMER" do get back to me as to how we are suppose to take it Forward.

                              If not may be I need to approach Consumer Forum for the same, as i feel i have been CHEATED.

                              To the above statement I can just say that these Commitments have been coming from Vodafone since long but In my case unfortunately it was not fulfilled, An ideal example is I get a sms from vodafone that Your Roaming has been Activated,which was NOT actually Activated, and due to which i faced a major loss.

                              I have been telling you, your executives.. and would like to repeat again That I will not pay a single penny for my usage from 27th NOV till date ( Now since my outgoing calls have been barred the bill shall not exceed).
                              Waving off the rental plan or the tarriff for one month is not what will cover my losses, neither waving off the Entire usage will.
                              If you are stringent enough to waive off just the tariff, please go ahead and disconnect all my services of VODAFONE , which again if of a lot of inconvenience to me but I am ok with it, i think issues should be justified, either from the customer end or your end.

                              Please find the breakup of losses I have incurred during my Dubai and singapore trip due to international roaming being promised and not given to the the losses are in lacs as none of my clients was able to reach me in Dubai nor in Singapore

                              I would like bring to your kind notice I will be taking this matter to consumer court you can please explain the 199 waiver to them.

                                  i fail to understand why my msgs charge btw 12- 1.30. im really unhappy with the services. When i took this plan i was told per day i wud get 100 msg FREE which is absolute rubbish it is not per day its only for 22.5hrs, why was this not specified when i took the plan?

                                  Now that the rules have changed that i will be able to send only 100 msgs irrespective of any network .. i think they shd credited 100 messages at 12 sharp!!!

                                    Myself Pradeep Kumar Banerjee a user of Vodafone service for more than 5(five) years.
                                    Yesterday on 01.10.2011 at 9:51:16pm I've recharged my cell phone number [protected] with Rs.51/- sms voucher and received a message from your end mentioning the voucher include 300 sms V2V and 200 sms V2O for which the validity is 30 days.
                                    Complain No.01. Earlier in the above mentioned voucher the facility was 500 sms to any provider for 30 days local and National. You have changed the scheme without any prior information/ intimation to the valued customers.

                                    Complain No.02. Today 02.10.2011 I've sent 60 sms to users of Vodafone and other providers. I've noticed that even though using promo sms voucher Rs.29/- had been deducted from my account without any valid reason or information. On the occasion I've called up your customer care executive Ms. Mouli Bhattacharyya and lodged my complain. She gave an explanation that Vodafone changed their policy regarding sms as per TRAI direction i.e. everyday 75 V2V sms will be non chargeable and 25 V2O sms will be non chargeable on using sms promo voucher. Then she forwarded the call to Senior Executive Mr. Ranjan Sharma and he gave the same explanation. In the context I asked him where is the notification from your company's end to the users/ customers. It is known that TRAI gave directions regarding sms upto a limit of 100 sms per day and it is in the news. But we have not received any notification regarding the break up of 100 sms from Vodafone. Without prior information how you can charge your customer/ user? In the context Mr. Ranjan Sharma asked me to email my complain.
                                    The most important question is you have changed your policy which is related to the financial factor of the user. It is against the law of the country. It can be charged as "Suppression Of Facts Willingly" to misguide the users.

                                    Expecting an early reply from your end with due clarification. If the charged amount is not refunded the case will be taken to the court of law 'Consumer Forum' and harassment penalty will be included and the same complain will be forwarded to TRAI.

I have called up customer care many times and requested them to deactivate this service but they are of not much help and I keep getting charged month on month. I am tired and fed up calling up customer care every month. Actually this
