I recharged a bonus card coupon of Rs.30 on 26th sept 2011 which entails me to receive 100 free mins of local vodafone to vodafone calling for 15 days. my mobile service provider is vodafone and my mobile number is [protected]. i did not receive the free mins. when i called the customer care they said that the free mins are reflecting in their system but due to technical problems i am unable to use the free mins and assured me that the service will be active in next 24 hours. It didnt work out. i went to the vodafone store at connaught place an dregistered my complaint.the number of the complaint was[protected]. after 48 hours i went back to them but they said that the complaint was not registered due to technical problems and re registered the complaint on 29th sept 2011. this time number is[protected]. even after 48 hours they are unwillng to come up with an answer.their nodal officer is not responding to the mail i wrote to her. her mobile number is also switched off. please help me to get justice in this case.

but you do not take me 30 days validity.

      I am continously facing the problem while i receive the call from my friend, I can listen there voice but they did not listen my voice..... There for I check my moblile twice from the mobile shop .... they check and told me that there is no problem of speaker in your handset, but there is a Network problem from your mobile card ... and i am using Vodafone Sim card since from 2007, I register my complaint many time at Vodafone customer care but there is no solution come yet.....I am using NOKIA 2310 handset so please help me asoon as possible.....

      Sir, pl. attend my complaint on top priority as I am unable to contact anybody due to net work facility. I am a Central Govt. employees working in Customs & Central Excise Department.         i jatinder bajaj and i port my brother's number from idea to your company for that i call 111 and they transfer my call postpaid department and the call me tell me about the 400 plan 1200 min to other include land-line no and 220 std min 1000 sms and also one V2V number free for calling . i yes okie, i will go this plan now when my number is activate i will come to know that plan plan is some thing differ which he tells me. that mean ur employee's provide wrong information to customer for sale and achieve there targets. now i need the solution of it.
        options are for solution : -
        1. hand written apologies letter from that person who provide me wrong information]
        2. provide me the that thing which he told me
        3. allow me port to other company without any 90 days waiting for porting

        my other number also in Vodafone port[protected] your tell say recharge with 23 and your life time validate change in normal validate. i will do it then after recharge i see information about validate is show life time validate. after that i call 198 told i thing to them about the call etc. and my transferred to senior and told she apologies for it and refund the amount i said this not right a solution, you must take the action on that person after that she disconnect the call and block my number at 198 and 111 after 15 days my blocked number is open then again call at 198 to know about that complaint they said none complaint is here in your account. now check it. both number.

        Dear Sir,
        I am Mrs Harinder kaur Aneja holding vodafone post paid no [protected]. I gave request to miss Prynaka on help desk in your vodafone office sarabha Nagar to change this post paid to Pre-paid on 31st Jan 2013 and guide me to bring ID proof and address proofe with you in your next visit and She told me you have to wait for 72 hrs. On Monday 4th Feb 2013 I visit in same office and met Mr. Sunil on help desk and he told me to bring the all documents and photo I immediately go and came back with my all required documents and he issue me a Sim for pre -paid and I also paid my balance and also deposit Rs 335/ for recharge pre-paid connection. He told me that your Sim will activate in 4 Hrs. But now it is crossing 20hrs and still my Sim has not activate. In my home we have 5 connection from Vodafone. In your this office at Sarabha Nagar no body doing his job with any responsibility and not giving any proper guide line to the customers. Please do the needful regarding this type of problem so your staff member help the customer not harass them.

          Missed call with +92 code

          Hi,
          I got a call[protected]on 30 - SEP - 2011 around 9am.This ISD code is of Pakistan. I am really concerned about this call and want Vodafone to block any call from this number to my mobile.
          The man (SHIRISH) who spoke to me said that I had won 25 Lakh jackpot in some silly Lucky Draw.... And asked me to talk to some Puja ([protected]).... When I gave a call to this no.. they tried to know my name.... I immediately suspected something was wrong and put down the phone... Please look into this matter.

          Yester day (04/08/2011) and today (05/08/2011) at arround 10:00 am, I receieved calls from [protected] & [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although I missed the call, but I am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

            I purchased a mobile postpaid connection on 5/9/2011 from a vodafone mini store in Lokhandwala, Andheri West. I was offered a plan which included 3G internet with 1GB free data usage. After speaking to a vodafone rep on the phone, I was told that it is not 3G, it is 2G. I would like to know why I was promised 3G and got 2G instead. I also have a signed document from the person who offered this plan which shows it was 3G that was told to me. Looking at this forum, it seems I am not the first person who has been lied to.

                    i am using prepaid vodafone plan and after receiving a message after balance check i recharged with rs115 for full tallktime.after recharge i found that only rs 0.01 is recharged in place of full talktime of rs 115.in message it showed clearly talktime of rs115 for recharge of rs 115.also that message vanishes as one closes the balance check.today i shocked when i called cc that it is plan for 10 days validity which was not shown anywhere in message.also it is came to know that many customers has same problem with same plan.in last month vodafone displayed rs 25 plan on website for 3G for one day validity.when i recharged it,could not activate packet data.also meantime that plan was disappeared on website.the modus operani of vodafone is now to give abrupt,vanishable information and collect money from customers.vodafone takes care that such a problematic plans dont come by sms which can be saved in inbox of cell phone.also these people will charge for call to cc on roaming to register the complaint.vodafone might under wrong impression that their plans do not creat any problem while roaming.i hope that being a multinational venture vodafone should not adopt wronpractices to mislead customer. also its my appeal that they should credit the balance with proper talktime to avoid further inconvience.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have given n number of complaints regarding the network issues which i am facing in hyderabad (since 6 Months). This has never happened earlier, since 6 Months onwards i gave many complaints. Nothing happened till now. I have decided to change my network now before that i would like to tell the reason why?

                      After n number of complaints i never heard anything back from the team. Many of my friends and relatives from our area, more than 200 customers decided to change the network. so soon Vodafone would see many people changing their network.

                      If you are really Bothered take some action, if you thing its very less customers then vodafone would loss its bussiness and soon would face many issues in this competitive world.

It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

                          Since the 100 sms limit system has started, i have been keeping track of the number of msgs i am sending. However, money from my main balance got deducted due to msging and i lost 30 bucks before i realized it. When i called up Vodafone customer care to clarify the issue, they explained that we are eligible to send 75 to vodafone customers and 25 to other connections. Since the 25 msgs limit was crossed, i started losing the money. My point is, how am i supposed to know about this break up. i didnt receive any msg explaining the break up. It's Vodafone's responsibility. The customer Care guy said he would transfer me to his senior officer and i was left holding the phone for 30 whole minutes. Frustrated i hung up and called again. And nobody received my call. I was left waiting for 20 more minutes. I am at the end of my patience here.

                          I received the following message on my mobile no. [protected] (NCR circle)on 03/07/2013 from the number &quot;611112&quot;,

                          &quot;On your Vodafone mobile, get assured free gift, dial *121*43#(toll free) &amp; get free gifts like STD/Local minutes or free SMS. Thank you for being with
                          Vodafone.&quot;

                          Thinking that the USSD code would inform me of cheap and good recharges, I dialed the USSD code only to find that I had been subscribed to Vodafone Finance Basic services(of which I had no clue about) and 30 Rs had been deducted from my account. I then went ahead and immediately cancelled it. But, I have not received a refund. I had been very happy with Vodafone till this incident. When I send an email to the customer service, I got a reply that since the service is based on a USSD code, I must have dialed it and therefore they regretted the fact that they cannot do anything about it.

                          Really now? Did they not understand the exact issue here? I wonder how many customers fall prey to such tactics. I have the archives of the above mentioned messages. I hope that Vodafone will clean up its act.

                            This is my third complaint for the same reason. On 20Sep 2011, My balance of Rs. 135 was deducted with no reason and both GPRS team and VAS team have no explanation. They kept sending me from one team to another. So, now they have not registered any complaint also for this case.

                            I need my money back and in this case, all the correspondence with Vodafone executive has not resulted in anything.

                            Kindly help me.
                            But, when will you contact with me? I am not contacted to give me any complaint id nor any assurance. Call me at least or send me a confirmation.

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              I have taken a post paid connection [protected] from vodafone because i was already using one [protected] and on [protected] i have taken a free calling pack to call on [protected] and both the number bill was regularly paying the bill....But one day when i saw my bill of [protected] date 04.08.11 bill period:04.07.11 to 03.08.11 i found that i was wrongly billed on [protected] by the company and when i gone to their vodafone store at churcgate branch there were a waiting of almost 1 hr so i decided to speak to customer care. mean while vodafone had discontinued my services.

                              I spoke to the customer care agent 4m my primary number [protected] and explain him about him about the wrong bill of rs 500 on [protected]. and i told him that remaining amt. has been paid he ansure me that my services will get active in short time... but that was not happen and service of [protected] was dis connected even incoming also.

                              Since purpose of taking 2nd no([protected]) was to make 1 number ([protected]) free was now cancelled so i thought of doing portability. after that i used to get calls from vodafone for retaintion on my [protected] number i told then clearly about ny problem and every one has ensure me that they will definately send the waiver request and even i used to get call on [protected] number for making payment
                              of [protected] from billing/recovery dept. even one of the exe. had visited my mailing address and the ame thing i told to all of them that because of wrong bill i will not going to make the payment...and every body use to ensure me that they will get back to with my details and will waive off the amt.
                              But today after almost two month I got the letter an advocate,High Court regarding legal case if i dont pay the bill.

                              I need your assistance to get this resolve as they have mentioned amt.1754.95 with 18% of accrued int from the due date.

                              Pls assist.

                                sirmadam i have purchased 3g stick still the refund is pending had visited vodafone store complaint no [protected] in the complaint clearly me.comntions faulty 3g stick many emails done d.[protected]@gmail i got a call from vani marol branch on 21/09/2011 saying my problem will solved sorry for the trouble i have spent 1699 rs by cheque no 890047,dt 23.04.2011 when the vodafone store says its not working why is the co not refunding my money back.

                                    There was a call from an unknown number namely - +[protected], and all of a sudden MY PHONE BALANCE VANISHED into thin air. My balance, I don't exactly remember, but it was around Rs. 50. I thank god that the balance was low, but WHY did that deteriorate? My balance now is Re 0.005, which is almost equal to Nil! My question to my telecom provider Vodafone is that does one charge all the balance for RECEIVING a call? And moreover I was not in roaming, that they could charge me. And the biggest thing, the call lasted for only 20 SECONDS! Please see to this! And as an advise for all, please DO NOT PICK PHONE CALLS from unknown numbers.

                                      in Vodafone by dialing *777# they will show the present offers by seeing that i activated msg offer for 21 rupees and they that any msg to any network costs 1 paise but now they cost me 9 paise.

                                      i requst vodafone not to cheat their customers

                                      hai i agree with u, but once see wat i mentioned my complaint read it clearly, so if at u r using vodafone mbile then plz dial *777# and then type 4 and then type 2 and read the offer over their, by reading that only i activated that offer, how do i know that u have changed u offers and one more its ur mistake for not updating the offer that is not my mistake, so plz rectify ur problem and dont cheat ur customer by doing like this
