I am a subscriber of vodafone no. [protected]. I was a postpaid customer until 27th August 2011....I converted my postpaid to lifetime-prepaid by visiting the Vodafone store at Santacruz West-SV Road and paying the fees and submitting the required documents - 1 Passport Xerox copy which was duly verified by their Customer Support person - MANPREET - and 1 photograph as well. DESPITE ME SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS IN PERSON - and the originals were verified - and the xeroxes countersigned BY ME, my phone was disconnected for want of documents within a week's time. I visited the same Vodafone Store and asked them what happened....they (Manpreet & Rajesh & the lady cashier) remembered me that I had submitted the documents....& then they restored my connection within an hour....I have proof that my documents were submitted from the Very Fact that my Passport No. is updated in their system. When I was a postpaid customer I had not submitted any passport copy. It now seems that they HAVE MISPLACED THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY ME.....& are asking me to resubmit....they have simply disconnected my connection..temporarily disconnected the message says when someone dials my tel no.....its disconnected by them since 12th September 2011....for no fault of mine....I am being harassed so much by them. Let me tell you that prior to being a post-paid customer for the past 6 years I was a prepaid customer for 4 years before that with them.....but never faced such problems in the PAST 10 YEARS the way they were troubling me since the past 1 month or so.
Now after follow up they are telling me that my number has been permanently disconnected......I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM BY VODAFONE TO CONVERT PREPAID CUSTOMERS TO POSTPAID BY HARASSING THEM UNNECESSARILY.....OR IT COULD BE A SCAM TO INCREASE THEIR SUBSCRIBER BASE AND SHOW THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS ON SUBSCRIBER COUNT.

Here is their latest email dated 17th Oct which came after so much follow up:

Dear Mr. Miranda, Thank you for your email dated 11/10/11, regarding documentation for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. We tried to get in touch with you on your alternate number[protected] but were unable to speak with you. Mr. Miranda, we wish to inform you that the above mention Vodafone number is permanently disconnected on 06/10/11 due to incomplete set of documents received. Mr. Miranda, if you wish to avail a new Vodafone mobile number, you can certainly visit the nearest Vodafone store. You can submit the following documents to avail a new prepaid connection: Submit the “Prepaid form”. Submit Address proof copy (latest electricity / MTNL telephone landline bill copy) Submit Photo ID proof (driver’s license / passport copy) Submit 2 passport size photographs Sim cost Rs.25 We understand your concern to avail the same mobile number. However, we regret that you will be unable to use the SIM card and the mobile number, since both are permanently deactivated and the balance from the prepaid account has been forfeited and won’t be carried forward. We regret to inform you that currently this number is not available and same has been allocated to another person. In case you need further assistance, please fill up the attached form. My name is Prasanjeet. I am using a vodafone postpaid sim of no. [protected]. At the time I bought this, distrubutor told me that I will get v2v 200 minutes and v2 local 100 mins. but instil i didn't get this free minutes. U have send me 2 bills but u didn't look at the plans. So what action will u take against this or i have to go to consumer court to take a strict action against it. now i have two bills first is of 305rs. and second of 592.70 rs. its due date is 2-aug.

    I am using vodafone from last 4 years, On
    1st July, there is an announcement in our office from Vodafone for launching the New Corporate plans for MNYL Employees.And Basis on the same plan offer i had requested on 4th July to change the plan on the id :-max.[protected]@vodafone.com ,where in i had clearly mentioned about the requirement to activate the plan of New Plan-185+198. On 8th of July i received the confirmation of the plan activation - MNP_ST_MV_Standardflat199 Plan

    Post the Bill plan Change I'd received two bills where in my first bill was of Rs 1360 which i didn’t check and pay as it is on time but the 2nd bill ,the latest one, has come up with the quite high data usages which shoot up the bill upto 13000.
    I want to know If i had requested to change the Bill plan with 3gb data service then why its not been activated .Second , incase Vodafone Customer Executive were not aware of the scheme offering then they should consult first with the customer .Basis on the Mail Confirmation from Vodafone on the Bill plan change any customer will get impression that the request which he raised has been accepted by the service provider .But looking at the plan in my latest bill i would say there is complete miscommunication either to us the Service Executive who did this job.

    Beside this Vodafone Live was activated on my number without my request by saying it’s a promotional officer and against the Vodafone live services company charged 677/- in the bill of Aug’2011 month

    However there was a job alert service which was activated on my number, and for deactivation i requested many time to customer care via message or mail but still i m being charged for that service as well.

    I request you to provide me the waiver of Internet charges which was happened because of not entertain or understanding my first request.

    Every one is responding me on if and but aspect instead o[censored]nderstanding the correct issue.

      Please provide me an explanation why does your sales representative committed that this is an unlimited. Please define what do you mean by unlimited as far as internet usage concerned.

      As far I know my usage might not exceed 7 to 8 Gigabytes. Do u mean to say, you are charging Rs.3882 for 8 GB usage. Kindly explain.

      I have seen a similar customer complaint on that day I have taken the connection. He was having same problem. Your sales representative committed that, internet usage is unlimited and you charged him Rs.26000 in a month.

        The due amount due for the period 1.09.11 to 30.09.11 for my Vodafone Number- [protected] is Rs. 293.61. My talkplan is NC_KL_MV_KOLPOLICEZERO. I have ordered a print out of the Itemised Calls and according to which I have called a few numbers which I am not aware of. There are numerous instances where these numbers were called from my number, but I am quite sure I did not call those numbers. So, I want Vodafone Customer Care to check again my call-history and send the appropriate bill to me. The
        numbers according to me which are erratic are given below.

        On 16th October I did a complain regarding wrong billing information. However I do recognize those numbers now, and those calls were done from my number only. Therefore you are requested not to take any further steps regarding this matter. Thanks for your help anyways.
        Hi this is Alok Choudhary. And my Vodafone no. is [protected] and company send me bill again and again. How to generate my bill 1724. I am already paid him 800 rs so the company generate my bill again in 10 Days. Why I m looking full. Its bull sit. Just F... Off this company.

          I am appalled by vodafone’s behavior regarding my bill payment. The bill for sep 25 was outstanding and I had already written 3 complaint mails to the customer care citing discrepancy in my bill and that being the reason for me not paying the bill. I have had this connection for nearly 4 years now and all bills have been previously cleared. I had asked for a phone call from Vodafone representative to discuss this since the problem was at vodafone’s end and not mine. Vodafone for several months has been charging me with fixed plans which I had not taken. When this was pointed out a portion of bill was reversed in September but that was not enough. I am paying my bills since this is my only number in use and is a corporate connection and barring of outgoing has led to significant problems for me. This is however totally unacceptable.
          On the 14th of October while I was traveling to Kolkata on business meeting (This is a corporate connection and only phone that I use) at aroung 5 in the evening after I attended a meeting and was waiting to get into another one I realized that my outgoing had been blocked without any notice to me. I had to call my car and there was no avenue for me to do this. I had to walk 2Km and waste 45 minutes to find a PCO to contact my driver and ultimately cancel my next meeting which has led to monetary loss as well as left a constraint on the relationship with the client. On asking Vodafone why this has been done the answer given was this is our procedure and I can complaint to whomsoever it concerns regarding this reckless behavior
          I have also noticed that my plan continues to be on a per minute billing despite me asking the Vodafone to change this to per second billing as per current conditions. This has still not taken effect.

            Dear Sir,

            I made a bonus card recharge for Rs.63 at the Vodafone online store. My
            order id is o14983779 and Transaction ID MCIT[protected] (Date : 15th Oct, 2011, Time : 00:56:39 hrs). My phone number is [protected]. Citibank portal in the first case showed that my transaction had failed and no sms or email came. Then i tried again, my transaction was successful (this order ID and Transaction ID i wrote above). However my bank statement in the morning shows that Rs.63 HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT in the name of VODAFONE. I would appreciate very much if my excess amount of Rs. 63 is refunded. Sms and email came just once and first time you showed transaction failed.HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME TWICE FOR ONE RECHARGE? That means the transaction failed page was actually a hoax. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY REFUND. I have been a vodafone customer (since its hutch days) from 2005 and now I am gradually losing faith in them. This is not the first time I am facing this harassment.

            Vodafone — Charged twice on One service offered. Bunch of cheaters

            Few days ago I called vodafone service and they suggested to go for Rs. 129 plan which has 15000 SMS. I sent SMS to activate and they didnt activate saying I am not eligible.. I have raised one complaint already on same... For more information please visit......

            Now two days ago on 29th March 2010, I sent the ACT SMS129 to activate my 15000 SMS plan and earlier they had declined it saying that I am not eligible and had charged me Rs. 1350 for the same and all of the sudden they accepted my request to activate that plan. Before activating this Rs. 129 plan, I was under Rs. 47 plan which had 750 SMS free.

            Now today they are saying that Rs. 45 plan or Rs. 47 plan are prorated basis however Rs. 129 plan is on fixed basis and since I activated Rs. 129 plan on 30th of March and deactivated Rs. 47 plan on 31st March.. I will have to pay Rs. 129 + Rs. 47 = Rs. 176 for one SMS service used during month of March.

            CAN YOU BELIEVE?? ONE SERVICE AND TWO CHARGES?? I called vodafone customer service and they told me to confirm it before activating the service with vodafone customer service representative however as mentioned in my other complaint already..

            They had misrepresented wrong information on phone as well and I had to pay Rs. 1345 bill because of their misrepresentation.

            I have come back from USA only 4 months ago and in those 4 months, I have very bitter experience with Vodafone. I have an Iphone and as whole world is aware it is touch screen. Earlier anytime by mistake email button was clicked, vodafone used to say that I am not subscriber to the service. Then few months ago I got a sales person's call to suggest me to activate the data plan which I kindly declined and today they are saying that the data plan was automatically activated in my phone without my prior permission and whatever automatically downloaded in my account, I will have to pay for the same.

            Again.. I spent 9 years in USA and I have never seen such a ridiculous customer service and cheater company which I noticed in this 3 months of my arrival in India.

            I am extremely furious with this company for sure and will promote bad fame for this company whenever I get chance.

            Vodafone — Misrepresenting Customer Service

            I have vodafone from past three years i have two numbers with them everytime i call i got diffreent information from different agent. The agents dont know to speak english nor do they understand hindi properly.They just know to place the call on hold and they done want to transfer to Manager or team lead and they say that manager not available and call after 2 hours or later and waste my time. I am sick of vodafone. They know to hang up everytime. I spoke with (Male) Lucky who is Just useless to vodafone. He dosent know English nor Hindi. and when he couldnt help me he hung up on me. I spoke with Lady called Kiran she told she will transfer my call and placed my call on hold for 18 Minutes and disconnected may be she was waiting for me to hung up. My messeges are not getting delivered since last 4 days. The massege shows as sent from my sent items but not getting delivered. I am not getting any messeges as well.

              I have recharged my pre paid vodafone number [protected] on 28-Sep-2011 with Rs. 1001/-
              1st sep 2011, they deactivated my monthly 3G plan MI375 and activated a new plan 3G_PAYG with out my concent and without asking me. On 3rd number ran out of balance even though I have made only a few calls.
              I contacted customer vodafone customer serivice at Viman Nagar, Pune and lodged a complaint on 3rd oct 2011 (complaint no:[protected])
              I have recived a call today 14th oct 2011 saying the whole money was adjusted against the services offed to me.
              I have two compalints:
              1. Why did you start the plan without my concent ?
              2. How did pre-paid mobile balance went to -254 ?

              I request vodafone to provide an explanation and restore unfairly deducted balance back on my number.
              Hope to see positive action soon.

                I recharge my mobile with 375/- on 13-10-11 which is only valid for 3g customers but wen i tried to activate 3g service it is showing that its works under 3g coverage areas only. wen i cal 2 customercare they told ur place has 3g service and it will be rectified by that night.. Until now its not working and wen i tried CC its not able to contact using [protected] or 111 or even complaint forum 198
                when we press 9 option to talk to executive it comes back to main menu in [protected] and 111
                in case of 198 it says can not process at this time.

                sir i take vodafone prepaid connection. yesterday. I want to activate 3G in this sim but 3G is not activate. when i send the message ACT PAYG 3G TO 111. the reply is the ( HELLO. you are not eligible). my Vodafone number is Haryana [protected]. sir please activate 3G in number

                  This is regarding the cancellation of caller tune for Vodafone. I raised a complaint ( ref nbr :[protected] in November month. THis is not resolved yet and they deducted NOV-DEC rental also. I have been sending SMS message (CAN CT - 56789) for cancelling this and calling Customer care too. I am getting irrelevant and irresponsible answers from Vodafone customer care.
                  I am holding a prepaid connection on which Caller tune has been activated by mistake. Kindly Deactivate immediately

                  vodafone is operating my post paid account on my behalf, they activate caller tune change 2-3 times in a month and also deactivate without my knowledge, this is after confirming them that i do not need any caller tune (also given written request at drop box), is there any further action i can take to the company

                  I`m a vodafone postpaid customer with a corporate connection.My cell no. is [protected].For the last almost two months from november to dec`2008, I`ve been in roaming and my caller tune didn`t work, although I paid the monthly rental.today I came back to Bangalore and called up customer services, one ms Mahalaxmi Iyer spoke to me and told me that my caller tune was working.actually its only after I landed in bangalore, it started working.So i need a refund of rs 60 for the rental that I`ve paid.

                  For the 4th time I have been charged for a caller tune that I have not asked and each time 30 Rs. has been deducted. By a miracle I managed to get a rep. by the name of Yogesh on 111 and he resolved 1 debit and credited me with 30 Rs. and 2 hours later I got the CT activated again and debitted...In 1 week, I have been debitted 120 Rs. of which 30 Rs was given back. Is this a joke? What does a customer do in such a frustrating situation as 111 is impossible to get ? I came to know about this from my friends and relatives that my caller tune have been changed. On calling to Vodophone customer care no. today around 1 a.m. and around 3.45 p.m. I was told that they are helpless in this regard.                   On Saturday, your company automatically activated a caller tune in my mobile without my authorization and has deducted the monthly rental for the same. I feel that this is an extremely unethical behavior from a reputed company. Moreover, when I tried to deactivate the caller tune by sending an sms "CAN CT" to 144 (for pre-paid customers), I got the reply that "you are not active for this service".

                      I would like to highlight this issue with you.I have requested to put my number in DND list and I got confirmtion through mail that it has been activated.But still after two months of its activation I am getting all the promotional marketing calls and sms.Can you please look into this matter as your customer service executives are very rude,they do not talk to pre-paid customers properly.And after talking to the I also do not receive the message,which I supposed to receive after taking to any customer care executive.There is one more issue that Vodafone is diducting Rs 30 monthly from my account without my consent.I will request you to please look into this matter very seriously.

                      Vodafone is unreliable service provider. As per my personal experience, this is a company who cheats. I made some complaint on such issue which no one could sorted out so far.

                          THEIR IS A BIG PROBLEM OF CONGESTION AND CALL DROP, DUE TO WHICH ONE GET IRRITATED AND CANT WORK PROPERLY, EVEN MY MOBILE BILL HAS INCREASE DUE TO CALL DROP.

                          THANKS TO MOBILE PORTABILITY,

                          FINALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH TO OTHER MOBILE COMPANY.

                          THIS IS TO BRING INTO NOTICE THAT THIS COMPANIES ARE ONLY INTRESTED TO INCREASE THEIR CUSTOMER BASE AND NOT TO GIVE PROPER SERVICE TO THEIR REGULAR CUTOMER.

                          IF YOU CALL THEM FOR NEW CONNECTION THEY WILL COME RUNNING 10 TIMES TO YOUR DOOR STEP, BUT ONCE YOU BUY THEIR CONNECTION MEANS YOU ARE TRAPPED AND THEY ARE LEAST INTEREST. TO GIVE SERVICE.

                          FOR SMALL REASONS THEY WILL SHOW ALL SYSTEM AND TELL TO CONTACT AND GO TO VODAFONE OUTLET.

                          IT IS MY REQUEST TO TAKE SOME NECESSARY ACTIONS AGAINST THE SAME

                          valsad you are correct i too got irritated with this bad network coverage and im from ap my mobile number is [protected]
                          I have serious issue with vodafone network in my area. I have raised complaint regarding this but action has been taken till today. I am sorry I have lost the complaint number. But If you search your system you will find out the complaint.

                          For this purpose, I have been calling the customer care again and again but no response on this. Only response I get from past three months is "your problem will be solved in 2 months" but not yet solved.

                          I keep getting one reply from them now "Sir, our technical team is working on it".

                          As well, if I do a port, I am not getting the MNP number don't know why.

                          Hope it will be taken care ASAP.

                          Really frustrated with the network, repenting of coming back to VODAFONE.

                            This is to inform you that I M NOT SATISFY WITH YOUR SERVICE.
                            Please find the list of problem or issue mentioned below:-
                            First:
                            I requested for the activation of [protected]@99 on 24 August and same was activated at your end what day I didn’t have any information. I received a reply mail from your end it will be activated with in 24hrs and I will receive any confirmation call or SMS. But sorry to say no information was floated to me about the package activation.
                            When I called at Nodal desk about the same & Nodal team (Shikha) asked for the call back, and for call back team has taken 24hrs for the same.
                            I received call back on 28 or 29 August and confirm me that same is active and I can use the service. Now when I asked her when the package was activated – as per confirmation from Nodal desk it was activated on 26 August and no information about the VAS Service activation was informed to me.
                            Who will pay the rental charges for that 2/3 day? Is this is my fault or company fault?
                            No one informed me about the advance rental? No Proactive information shared to me.
                            Even I have called at 121 for the information but as per the helpline (121) team I have to send mail on
                            Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com as customer has no option other than this. I have sent the mail no such information has been shared and no proactive information given about the advance rental.
                            From that day to till this day I send the mail on regular basis to resolve my issue. But your team is responding on the template design to reply the mail.
                            I think your executive is not going through my mail and responding me back with same template reply.
                            Second:
                            In each and every mail nodal team is in CC but I never seen nodal is intervene on this. As Nodal Team is seeing, ok customer is suffering let them suffer.
                            Some your Vodafone connection is not working I have sent this problem to your Team same mail id and cc to Nodal Team again I have received Template reply like what handset you are using, setting is there or not, bla bla. They do not understand: customer is already using the service and due to network issue customer might not be able to use the services for certain time frame.
                            Who will pay for this downtime activity and you are charging advance rental for the service which is not up to the mark?
                            Third:
                            When you Dial Nodal Desk Number every time it is busy and no call done why?

                            Fourth:
                            Before this I have made number of call to Nodal to desk and it is chargeable I have to make call to Nodal Desk because your executive is not able to understand the problem using predefined template to reply any mail.
                            Fifth:
                            I have requested for the activation of [protected]@99 on my other Vodafone number [protected] in first week of October. Again I have received mail that same will be activated by 24hrs and I will receive confirmation mail or call or SMS regarding the same. But sorry to say no information has been shared to me till yet.
                            Now when I know you will charge Advance rental and it is not on Prorate basis, so I requested for the same on the beginning of my billing cycle now because of delay at your end it has been third week now I have no confirmation that package has been activated or not.
                            Now when I requested for same and not using the service till half of the month why should I pay the charges for the same?
                            Who is responsible for this charges me your team?
                            Kindly look into the matter and hope for positive response from your side.
                            Appellate mail is bouncing back what this service is?
                            I have the bounce mail with me.
                            Also request you to kindly arrange call back as I cannot write much dissatisfaction issue.

When I called back the person introduced himself as Vijay Sharma from Vodafone and said that my cell number is selected for a lottery of 25 lacs from Vodafone company and gave me a number of Mr. Akash Verma [protected] to get further details of the lottery.

                              This is a cheat to Vodafone and consumer of Vodafone.
                              I want Vodafone to take serious Legal and strict action against such callers and should block them.

                              Vodafone — Vodafone's fraudulent charges for missed calls

                              My number is [protected] and I have been charged illegitimately from Vodafone even for missed calls and cancelled calls made internationally. I came to observe this fact and immeidately reported to Vodafaone, though assured of returning / reversing the money from Vodafone care executives, nothing is being done. All are requested to be careful while makiung payments and ensuring if they are not charged for missed / cancelled calls even locally.

                              GETTING FRAUD CALL — NEED VODAFONE NO DETAILS

                              I WANT TO KNOW THIS VODAFONE NO HOLDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS , I AM GETTING CALL FROM THIS NO ASKING FOR PAY MONEY TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY TO RELEASE MY GIFT . I DONT KNOW HOW I GOT THIS GIFT.
                              I got a similar phone call from [protected].

                              The guy on the other side called himself Vijay Sharma and gave me a number [protected]
                              and asked to get in touch with Mr. Akash Verma for claiming the lottery.

                              Now the moment he said lottery i knew it was a fraud call, but my concern is that we have no idea as to what is the intention behind such calls? What are they guys achieving by making such calls, what is the motive behind it and what encourages them to do such an act.

                              I request the authorities to look into this matter on a priority and stop misusing Vodafone's name and misleading and luring the less privileged class who can actually get carried away with such fraudulent phone calls.

                              Fraud Vodafone Lottery Numbers in Mumbai

                              I got a similar call last week from mobile number [protected] saying I have won 25lacs amount as a part of Vodafone lottery scheme and was asked to contact on [protected] immediately post I received the call from 1st number.The caller(a lady on other side of the line) followed up me twice in 2mins time and wanted me to urgently call on the 2nd number saying the claim is valid only for one day else I wont be able to claim thereafter.

                              Can TRAI or Mobile companys trace all such numbers and with help of police and get those cheaters behind the bars with life time imprisonment.

                              This will save the citizens who are fall prey to such scamsters

                              i got call from [protected] and said that i won the lottery of rs. 1000000.00 and i am supposed to deposit the amount of rs. 10000 as banking charges towards banking charges . the details were given of some swati lekha mukherjee of sbi bank. as i told him to send me the confirmation mail from the company he disconnected the call.

                              The fraud calls should be banned and Vodafone should take some actions

                                  My Mobile no is +91 [protected], previously my service operator was airtel, i changed it to vodafone (port change) about 2 weeks back, my port was changed within 3-4 days, but i wasn't able to receive incoming calls. I made a complain in the customer care center (ref no - [protected]), they told me that the problem will be resolved by by 13-10.11, but it is not yet done. Also i did a recharge on 5.10.11 for Rs. 30/- but didn't receive any balance. Its really very upsetting that i am not able to receive incoming calls for such a long time. Plesae help me out.

                                    I am a permanent Post Paid customer of vodafone from last two years,I am using two vodafone numbers one is [protected] ad other is [protected]. Two weeks ago i converted my post paid no. [protected] in to prepaid and get a new SIM from vodafone store situated at Gaurav Tower Malvainagar Jaipur. The vodafone executive assured me the with in 48 hours your prepaid SIM will be activated and services of postpaid no. will be stopped. But sir, they stopped my postpaid services next day itself without activating my prepaid SIM. Now its almot 13 days and my prepaid SIM is not activated yet. I have complained for this by vissiting vodafone store at Gaurav Tower and also to their nodal officer. As I am a bank employe I have suffered a loss of my business due to disconnecing from my regular clients and also suffer alot of mental harreshment. So, I request you to please look in o the matter seriously and solve my problem. Aand if possible, than please provide me a compansation for this from the vodafone company.

                                      I am a vodafone user([protected])and I m using prepaid connection and as far as I know company has no right to deduct my balance and make it in negative..I was in roaming betwrrn 1st october to 9thoctober..and my net pack has to b expire on 5th of october and I had a balance of rs.30 aprox before the deduction I m nt sure whether I have exceeded my internet usage but as soon as I got the msg of low balance I thought may b the net pack is ovr and till dat time I didn't get any msg from company that your msg pack is over bt as I got msg of low balance I disconnected the internet and I checked my balance it was -1t. I was very disappointed wid dat very much but it was ok bt next day morning dere were no networkand all the services were barred after that I callled customer care so no 1 picked up my call after dat I tried many times den someone picked up I askd abt deduction so he said u have -204rs.bt actualy it was -260rs. And I called many times by my UP no.my all important calls were barred and I. Know how much I face problems at dat time i n roaming I askd abt deduction many times but no1 gave me satisfied/satisfactory answer..deduction of balance in negative is not the first tymwid me and I don't knw why the company sends late msg and did not inform dat ur internet pack is ovr dey used to send dat u have low balance and dat msg when d balance olready went to negative..I have complete call logs wid me..I just want either my balance back if deducted wrong or I want the detail of deduction..I just want your concern to this..and I thnk company has no right to make balance in negative while I am using prepaid connection and in roaming I faced many problems it remained close for 1day..

                                        About two months back I took Vodafone prepaid mobile connection in Kanpur. From few days I am getting some problem in deducting amount so that I reached to Vodafone Mini Store and told my concern. After hearing my problem vodafone executive asked me about my connection owner's name, I told my name as I took the connection for myself and submitted my all relevant documents. But I have been surprised that the connection is on other person's name. then I asked to vodafone retailer to whom I took the sim card, he told me that he has submitted the documents against the connection which i took and this type of mistake usually taken place by vodafone executive into their office itself. He is no more responsible for that.

                                        Now My concern is as I have submitted my document (ID proof and all) for taking my connection, which would have been used for another person's connection and if anything is going to be illegal using that connection, unnecessarily I will be in trouble.

                                        I heartily request you to tell me the procedure to change my current mobile connection on my name and canceled all other connection on my name. If you need anymore details or documents, please let me know .
