I just got missed calls from [protected] and called back without checking that its an internation number and they said they are from vodaphone care and i have won lottery of 25 lacs and later i need to call [protected] no and say you won 25 lacs and you been refered by vijay kumar .
When enquiring more they told they money will be give once i make call to above number .. I didnt called as looked a fake call from vodafone .

please someone help these mischif calls . what should i do ? these buggers to stop waisting my time

ya i too got the same phone call but me being an idea customer, they said idea diwali lottery. I dont think its international call cause i do not ve isd facility on my phone.
this is ISD +92 I got Rs 30 deducted last month for this for 3 min call . Are you from India or pakistan ?
I too has got the same call the first no was [protected] and the second one was [protected]. he called me and said call on the second no mentioned above and said Rajesh Balaji will be there. He said he is calling from delhi and I have won a lottery worth rs 25000. and to get this I have to deposit Rs 14000 in the account no [protected] of mr shabeer hussain. I suspect him he is making a huge fraud. He asked my account no and name. He said aaj sham tak hi jama kar do. his voice suits haryanvi type of language. He said this lottery is in regard of India and Srilanka world cup match and many telecommunication companies have tied up for the lottery and u have won the first prize. I told him how can it be possible I bought this sim a few days back only. he must be sued before something bad happens.
Vodaphne Guys CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CHASE And tell us / or tell fraud departments who are calling your customers with these nos ? Much thanksful
ya i m from india. I jist contacted Idea customer care where they told me that there are a lot of other consumers with this problem and they are looking into the matter. The calls are from pakistan i guess. they has punjabi accent.Its too irritating. I told them to get lost and i dont need this money, and they just banged the phone on me... he he he!!!
But the best thing is except for a few hundred loss, we all are safe.
They are continuously giving me missed calls... its so irritating...

    i am a blackberry phone user.and i have been using blackberry services provided by vodafone since the last few months in dehradun.according to this subscription money should not be deducted from the main balance except for a few exceptions which i am aware of..my balance is being continously deducted from the main balance since the 6th October,2011.I have called up the customer care about 5-6 times.all d settings on my phone were checked by the technical department..and they could not fine any fault .they lodged complints twice and after that i didnt get any calls from the backoffice to resolve my problem..and when i called them now they said the complaint has been closed because the backoffice has found some faults and the faults mentioned were the same as checked by the technical department when i had spoken to them.and there were no faults dat were found!this is just ridiculous how customer care can falsify information provided by the customer and nt solve a problem and nstead close a complaint wid false information!!
    i think just u go police stations and make a complain...
    i am laxman singh bisht i am very desipointed th vodafone services, i am parches a vodafone postpaid no. & i am not happy this no. & his bill

      My number is registered with NDNC from past 2 years. from last 2-3 days I am getting marketing messages from different telemarketers. After reading all the necessary steps on TRAI's website about filing complaint I called Vodafone Customer Care to file a complaint on 19th Oct 2011 at customer care number 111 10:22 pm, customer care representative simply told me that my mobile phone number is not registered with their do not call database. I told him my number is registered with NDNC but the guy repeatedly told me my number isn't registered. However when I checked NDNC's website at the following link it says My number [protected] is Registered in NDNC Registry Database.

      when I ask their representative to transfer the call to his senior he simply put me on indefinite hold so I have to disconnect the call. Now I wonder when my number is registered with NDNC how it is not in vodafone's database, when everywhere it is published that you have to register your number at NDNC how come vodafone says it is not registered with them. TRAI says register your complaint with your service provider and ask for a complaint number and when we do so we are discouraged by our own service provider executives....
      I Hope Vodafone takes some action..

        Respected Sir,
        I have recharged internet connection on 15th OCT but not able to access to internet.Today I have asked vodafone customer care to provide internet connection but they did not respond to my complain. Please help to get internet connection settings so that I can easily access to internet.They are many more problems. My VODAFONE NUMBER IS [protected].
        sir ihave recharged my usb modum with rs98 onthis month but the modum installed my laptop it will be automatically connected but the the message shown internet explorar cannot open the page .this message was seen yet. my vodaphone no is[protected].

          I Avijit Hazra .I am using Vodafone GPRS([protected]) with Micromax 310 G Data Card from June 2011.I recharged plan 98 or 149 on every month . But I am not satisfied with Vodafone GPRS because I am getting 20 kbps to max. 39 kbps download speed and upload speed is very low (0.01 kbps to 0.02 kbps). More than 50 times from july 2011 I contacted with Vodafone Customer care. Every time they saying same thing “give us some time like 10 to 12 days” and assure me that within the time period my problem will be solved. But till date I am unable to access Vodafone GPRS with a better speed. A renowned company like Vodafone’s net surfing speed like as prehistoric speed is dishearten me .

            I have taken vodafone postpaid connection two month back. Vodafone people are cheating to the customers. Before taking postpaid connection they said that whenever you want change plan PREPAID TO POSTPAID, POSTPAID TO PREPAID you can change it. Now i went to vodafone center, and call to customercare office they said that ITS NOT POSSIBLE to change POSTPAID TO PREPAID... They are saying PREPAID TO POSTPAID is possible.
            Why can not convert postpaid to pre-paid, when they can do pre-paid to postpaid. IS it Trai rule ?
            If not then Why are not doing, Simple they are cheating,

            My Self Vivek. I have migrated my vodafone prepaid to postpaid before year ago. That time vodafone charged me 500 Rs. as a Security Money and vodafone executive told me that this money is refundable after six month any time. Now i want to migrate my number in prpaid again. but vodafone's executive are telling me that they cant refund me my security money before 24 month.

            To the extension of my previous mail and as suggested by you I visited Vodafone Gallery for the 3rd time to convert post paid to prepaid after my billing cycle. Ms. Disha and Mr. Huzaifa processed my all docs and told me to pay my outstanding with Rs. 29.00 (Sim card Chg) and Rs. 29.00 (Life Long Validity) and they told after 3 hours it will get activated. You also said the same that it will take only 3 hrs to start the phone.

            Again after 5 hours when I replaced the sim card It showed the message “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED” and I spoke to [protected] to Ms. Reshma and Mr. Tahid. They told again you have to visit VODAFONE GALLERY as they may have forget to process your request.
            Again to my great surprise I visited VODAFONE GALLERY Nr. CITI CENTRE MALL for the 4th time and then they done some thing in their inside office and told me to restart the mobile and it showed “VODAFONE IN” . But again they told it will take more 30 mins to process and afterwards it will start.
            After 1 hour again I tried in vain and called on [protected] and he said it will get activated in 24 hours and this is the minimum time it takes for the activation.
            Kindly guide me now what should I do as I am helpless for choosing VODAFONE. I have devoted lot of my time and harassment by your guys just to convert my post to pre. PLEASE DON’T CALL ME TO SAY SORRY FOR ALL THE MATTER AND I AM EXPECTING SOME ACTION AGAINST THE CARELESSNESS OF YOUR CITICENTRE, GOREGOAN WEST VODAFONE GALLERY.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a vodafone post paid customer and my mobile no. is [protected]. This complaint is regards to the communication gap with the staff of Vodafone gallery.

            I want to convert my post paid connection to prepaid connection and I visited vodafone gallery at Mulund on 13.11.2010 and taken and token no and spoke to Mr. Daives over there. He gave me many options for keeping continuing my post paid connection and then finally when I told him that I want to go for pre paid connection and that is for final. He said Ok and asked for all the documents. I had Pan card, electricity bill and ration card. He told electricity bill is not acceptable as my name is not mentioned on it and it is on my mother's name and same ration card also will not be accepted as according to him it is discontinued by govt. policy. He said bring all the doc on next day and will be done immediately.

            Again I visited on 15.11.2010 with all the docs required as per the instruction of Daives, but unfortunately I gone to VODAFONE - Goregoan (East), near Citi Centre. Again with same procedure I took token no. and after a waiting of 20-25 mins my number came and I had the same conversation with Mr. Mohsin. First only I told him that i have visited mulund gallery and now i just want to submit my docs and convert my connection to prepaid one. He checked all docs and said ok all docs are OK and thereafter he told that your billing CYCLE is of 18.11.2010 and you bill is not generated so can not do the procedure at this moment and you will have to come on 18.11.2010.


            If this was the procedure than Daives from mulund must have told me the same and not have asked to come the very next day. again I told to Mohsin that you procedure my docs and I am ready to pay as per unbilled amount and when my bill generated convert my access amount to my prepaid account.. for that he said this all things are not possible and he told that you will have to visit on 18.11.2010 only.

            This is a lot of harassment getting created to customers. Now i dont have any option and I have to visit on 18.11.2010. But i think management should look in to this matter seriously and let me know the exact procedure and why this communication gap arisen from you 2 galleries.

            VODAFONE Useless Customer Care Services

            Useless customer care

            I am one of the customer of "Vodafone" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.

            My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in UIT Circle, Udaipur, no one is sincere here in working.

            I went to Customer Care Centre at UIT Circle, Udaipur, on 1st December 2010 at 1.00pm and registered the complaint. I just want to convert my postpaid number into prepaid. He provided me the SIM Card & told me by today evening your services started.

            Again on 2nd Dec. 2010 I called up one executive he told me again dear by today evening your services started. Because it can take 24 to 48 Hrs. I agreed with him but again I visit UIT Circle Vodafone store on 3rd Dec. 2010 (Today) at 2:00 PM...The customer care executive told me by today evening or today night your services will be started. This is ridiculous...

            This is the professional way of a Vodafone Customer Care Centre Executive at UIT Circle Udaipur. I dont want to mention name but its ridiculous .That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.

            1) I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?

            2) Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?

            3) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.

            I am using Vodafone services from more than 5 years, Initially i had my number as prepaid and changed to postpaid by visiting the vodafone store at Jayanagar 3rd block.

            After visiting the shop they converted from prepaid to postpaid within in two hours by providing new sim at the store, this conversion happend 4 years ago.

            Now, on tuesday 07122010 applied for postpaid to prepaid, after accepting the application they are saying it will take 7 days to convert, mean time they have disconnected outgoing and incoming calls.

            I have my number with many contacts who are trying to reach me, and vodafone has disconnected the current sim even before delivering the new sim?

            Please suggest
            Vodafone is intentionally delaying my request to convert my postpaid number to prepaid

            Following are the sequence of Events

            15th December 2010 ïƒ submission of documents along with NOC from Matrix. The objective was to convert my number from Postpaid to prepaid. It was promised to me that the number would be converted to Vodafone by 18th and then you have to submit documents again . Finally your number would be converted maximum by 21st December 2010

            19th December 2010 ïƒ Vodafone customer care told me that that your enquiry is negative as your house was locked on 18th December 2010 Even though my house was opened on that day. They have booked for reenquiry

            24th December 2010ïƒ Reenquiry was done on 24th December and the person promised me that the number would be converted to vodafone by 27th December (Monday)

            26th Decemberïƒ Vodafone customer care has no information regarding my number and told me to visit Vodafone store where i have submit my documents

            27th Decemberïƒ Visit the Vodafone store in okhla(Delhi) and Deepak has promised me that he will get back to me by Evening . I shall not be paying any further bills and no bill will come to my house as discussed

            I am a Vodafone customer for almost last 5 years .
            Due to some reasons , i wanted to get my postpaid connection converted to prepaid connection .
            I went to Vodafone Store in Indirapuram,Ghaziabad to request for the same .
            My Token Number was 83 & the name of the executive was Shruti .
            She asked the reason for converting & and discussed it with her .
            But after discussion , she said that it cannot be done as they don't have the sequence ( strange , not able to understand what it meant ) & asked me to try next week.
            I requested her to atleast acknowledge my request and provide me some request or reference number , But she did'nt & said to call/mail to Vodafone.
            I called at 111 and they said that it can done easily in 24 hrs, if i submit the request & required docs at Vodafone store .

            In Short ...for my Simple request they are making me go round & round

            Vodafone Post Paid — miss gide and not respond

            I am using Vodafone postpaid service([protected]) last six month . right now this number is on roaming in Orissa State India. But due to network problem I faced utter inconvenience .
            So I vested the nearest Vodafone store at Bhubaneswar (Orissa) where the representative Miss Shiane &Miss Monica told me that my SIM card has been Rejected and provided me a new SIM card.
            Though I informed them that my postpaid bill is unpaid & that might d the reason behind the rejection but they totally ignored this. So I came back with the new SIM that the services didn’t start hours after that .
            One hour letter I received the mail from Vodafone Store Manager (plz see the Attachment) I am on a official tour so I am facing lot of inconvenience.
            This is an irresponsible behavior from your side. and store incharge give me mobile no of shian that is [protected] and say plz call after 2 hour your servises will be starte but leat night 11:30 pm i am facing same i am call agin and agin and sed msg also but no any kind of responce
            So I need an Answer for this and want immediate rectification ….

              l have requested Vodofone 24/7 to deactivate unsolicited calls and unwanted caller tunes as per my request they accepted my DNDO for that they had given me the deactivation No. [protected] with effect from 11th Tuesday, October 2011 at 6.00 PM. Despite several calls to customer care wherein they will put to IVRS and it will not link to Customer care and they say that 198 is a special customer care complaint, this is also inactive. there is no customer care in Vodofone till today there is no deactivation, i will give the following numbers of vodofone for the same complaint [protected] - Akil, [protected] they were also facing the same problem. please do the needful and take action against them.

                My mobile number is [protected]. i shifted my plan to postpaid from prepaid.

                I was using this mobile no for last 6 years.

                I have not opt for Itemwise bill.After shifting my plan to postpaid you people charging me Rs 75- Per month from last one & half year. I have paid all the payment till I notice the same. I requested your customer care centre please revese the charges and service tax on that. I will pay the balance amount. but no body want take resposibilty & serve the customer. you people are making fool to customer.

                Inspite of my request (Pl see my several complain to your customer care department) they have disconnect my mobile no.

                I have paid advance money in form of Itemwise bill in advance. please add service tax + and Interest on advance payment which you took in advance without opt of plan.

                Please clear this from your side.

                Further your lady from Phone no [protected] speaking from legal department. She doed not have sense to speak with customer. Every thing I will share in face book & give in paper how you Vodaphone are fooling people. I will go to consumer court. I will write letter to TRI and find out the source of problem. Yoy have cheated how many customers.

                The lady who called us using abuse to me & my wife. Is this your level of communication than I am sorry to say that you have to close down your business and do other business. I will see that it will happen.

                  Because of bad signal problem, i'm planning to move from Vodafone to some other SP. As part of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) procedure, i sent an USSD message to Vodafone SP (1900 number). I should have got back the UPC code through which I can port to other SP. But, instead of sharing the UPC code, they have been calling on my cell phone and giving all false promises. Below are the details on the USSD messages that I sent: The first USSD message was sent on 15th Oct at 13:34 and another USSD message was sent on Oct 17th at 17:13. I even called up on their customer care numbers to enquire about this. They say that they would escalate the issue and someone would call on my cell phone. They have been fooling their customers.
                  Can someone please take appropriate action?

                    i,manish kumar using a vodafone number [protected].Four months ago i got a call from vodafone customer care then i change my number prepaid to postpaid.i am using a saver plan of 199 Rs.in this plan executive said you can call on a vodafone number free after register the number.On 22nd July 2011,i get message from customer care that now you can call on your vodafone number that you have register but when my bill is generated i get charges for all calls & executive said your number is not free.On september 9,2011 this service is activated.During the this period i got charges for this service when i complain about this no response given by anyone. i comlain about 3 months ago.i saved message that come from vodafone care.when i am going to vodafone care executive said Sir, HO RHA HAI.
                    So,plz sir register my complain about Vodafone Essar Ltd.i shall be very thankful to you if you help me.

                    i got a call from one of the executive from vodafone for postpaid connection on 3/12/07.i asked him about the corporate plan because iam working with Airtel and i alredy have an employee connection.then he explained me one plan which is Corporate full value 199,i liked that plan and i booked one card.My vodafone no is [protected].but when i got the sim card and i called up customer care to know about my plan then they said that iam in full value199 plan.so kindly change my plan to corporate full value 199 Or deactivate my line as i dont require the current plan.

                      To start with this is very dis-appointing and frustrating that no one is even bothered to reply to the complaint I have made for last 13 days.

                      I have applied for a vodafone connection under the corporate scheme and its been now more than 1 month i am waiting.

                      Intially a false verification report was generated and then I was asked to pay Rs 500 as deposit.

                      I have now made a deposit of Rs 500/- and have still not heard anything from anyone and I am now frustrated with the way Vodafone is proving services to our company. I will now be requesting our compensation and benefits team to remove the Vodafone Desk and stop promoting any vodafone connection as the service is now miserable.

                      No one is ready to contact me and follow up

                      My vodafone number is [protected] and im calling the customer service since 3-4 months stating that im able to make calls and send sms's but unable to receive messages and calls. when called customer care says complaint has been raised & will take 24 hours..they keep on repeating this everytime i call and no solution has been provided yet.

                      Such a nasty service they provide to customers...they even put my call in rejected list so that i will not be able to call customer care and when called from other number to customer care they just transfer the call to IVR. Vodafone provides such a bad customer service i tell u..if this happens i think evreyone will shift to someother service provided rather than going through this torture.

                      I badly want to talk to someone who can fix these guys.

                        I am a subscriber of vodafone no. [protected]. I was a postpaid customer until 27th August 2011....I converted my postpaid to lifetime-prepaid by visiting the Vodafone store at Santacruz West-SV Road and paying the fees and submitting the required documents - 1 Passport Xerox copy which was duly verified by their Customer Support person - MANPREET - and 1 photograph as well. DESPITE ME SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS IN PERSON - and the originals were verified - and the xeroxes countersigned BY ME, my phone was disconnected for want of documents within a week's time. I visited the same Vodafone Store and asked them what happened....they (Manpreet & Rajesh & the lady cashier) remembered me that I had submitted the documents....& then they restored my connection within an hour....I have proof that my documents were submitted from the Very Fact that my Passport No. is updated in their system. When I was a postpaid customer I had not submitted any passport copy. It now seems that they HAVE MISPLACED THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY ME.....& are asking me to resubmit....they have simply disconnected my connection..temporarily disconnected the message says when someone dials my tel no.....its disconnected by them since 12th September 2011....for no fault of mine....I am being harassed so much by them. Let me tell you that prior to being a post-paid customer for the past 6 years I was a prepaid customer for 4 years before that with them.....but never faced such problems in the PAST 10 YEARS the way they were troubling me since the past 1 month or so.
                        Now after follow up they are telling me that my number has been permanently disconnected......I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM BY VODAFONE TO CONVERT PREPAID CUSTOMERS TO POSTPAID BY HARASSING THEM UNNECESSARILY.....OR IT COULD BE A SCAM TO INCREASE THEIR SUBSCRIBER BASE AND SHOW THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS ON SUBSCRIBER COUNT.

                        Here is their latest email dated 17th Oct which came after so much follow up:

                        Dear Mr. Miranda, Thank you for your email dated 11/10/11, regarding documentation for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. We tried to get in touch with you on your alternate number[protected] but were unable to speak with you. Mr. Miranda, we wish to inform you that the above mention Vodafone number is permanently disconnected on 06/10/11 due to incomplete set of documents received. Mr. Miranda, if you wish to avail a new Vodafone mobile number, you can certainly visit the nearest Vodafone store. You can submit the following documents to avail a new prepaid connection: Submit the “Prepaid form”.                           I am using vodafone from last 4 years, On
                          1st July, there is an announcement in our office from Vodafone for launching the New Corporate plans for MNYL Employees.And Basis on the same plan offer i had requested on 4th July to change the plan on the id :-max.[protected]@vodafone.com ,where in i had clearly mentioned about the requirement to activate the plan of New Plan-185+198. On 8th of July i received the confirmation of the plan activation - MNP_ST_MV_Standardflat199 Plan

                          Post the Bill plan Change I'd received two bills where in my first bill was of Rs 1360 which i didn’t check and pay as it is on time but the 2nd bill ,the latest one, has come up with the quite high data usages which shoot up the bill upto 13000.
                          I want to know If i had requested to change the Bill plan with 3gb data service then why its not been activated .Second , incase Vodafone Customer Executive were not aware of the scheme offering then they should consult first with the customer .Basis on the Mail Confirmation from Vodafone on the Bill plan change any customer will get impression that the request which he raised has been accepted by the service provider .But looking at the plan in my latest bill i would say there is complete miscommunication either to us the Service Executive who did this job.

                          Beside this Vodafone Live was activated on my number without my request by saying it’s a promotional officer and against the Vodafone live services company charged 677/- in the bill of Aug’2011 month

                          However there was a job alert service which was activated on my number, and for deactivation i requested many time to customer care via message or mail but still i m being charged for that service as well.

                          I request you to provide me the waiver of Internet charges which was happened because of not entertain or understanding my first request.

                          Every one is responding me on if and but aspect instead o[censored]nderstanding the correct issue.

                            I have seen a similar customer complaint on that day I have taken the connection. He was having same problem. Your sales representative committed that, internet usage is unlimited and you charged him Rs.26000 in a month.

                              The due amount due for the period 1.09.11 to 30.09.11 for my Vodafone Number- [protected] is Rs. 293.61. My talkplan is NC_KL_MV_KOLPOLICEZERO. I have ordered a print out of the Itemised Calls and according to which I have called a few numbers which I am not aware of. There are numerous instances where these numbers were called from my number, but I am quite sure I did not call those numbers. So, I want Vodafone Customer Care to check again my call-history and send the appropriate bill to me. The
                              numbers according to me which are erratic are given below.

                                I am appalled by vodafone’s behavior regarding my bill payment. The bill for sep 25 was outstanding and I had already written 3 complaint mails to the customer care citing discrepancy in my bill and that being the reason for me not paying the bill. I have had this connection for nearly 4 years now and all bills have been previously cleared. I had asked for a phone call from Vodafone representative to discuss this since the problem was at vodafone’s end and not mine. Vodafone for several months has been charging me with fixed plans which I had not taken. When this was pointed out a portion of bill was reversed in September but that was not enough. I am paying my bills since this is my only number in use and is a corporate connection and barring of outgoing has led to significant problems for me. This is however totally unacceptable.
                                On the 14th of October while I was traveling to Kolkata on business meeting (This is a corporate connection and only phone that I use) at aroung 5 in the evening after I attended a meeting and was waiting to get into another one I realized that my outgoing had been blocked without any notice to me. I had to call my car and there was no avenue for me to do this. I had to walk 2Km and waste 45 minutes to find a PCO to contact my driver and ultimately cancel my next meeting which has led to monetary loss as well as left a constraint on the relationship with the client. On asking Vodafone why this has been done the answer given was this is our procedure and I can complaint to whomsoever it concerns regarding this reckless behavior
                                I have also noticed that my plan continues to be on a per minute billing despite me asking the Vodafone to change this to per second billing as per current conditions. This has still not taken effect.

                                  I made a bonus card recharge for Rs.63 at the Vodafone online store. My
                                  order id is o14983779 and Transaction ID MCIT[protected] (Date : 15th Oct, 2011, Time : 00:56:39 hrs). My phone number is [protected]. Citibank portal in the first case showed that my transaction had failed and no sms or email came. Then i tried again, my transaction was successful (this order ID and Transaction ID i wrote above). However my bank statement in the morning shows that Rs.63 HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT in the name of VODAFONE. I would appreciate very much if my excess amount of Rs. 63 is refunded. Sms and email came just once and first time you showed transaction failed.HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME TWICE FOR ONE RECHARGE? That means the transaction failed page was actually a hoax. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY REFUND. I have been a vodafone customer (since its hutch days) from 2005 and now I am gradually losing faith in them. This is not the first time I am facing this harassment.

                                  Vodafone — Charged twice on One service offered. Bunch of cheaters

                                  Few days ago I called vodafone service and they suggested to go for Rs. 129 plan which has 15000 SMS. I sent SMS to activate and they didnt activate saying I am not eligible.. I have raised one complaint already on same... For more information please visit......

                                  Now two days ago on 29th March 2010, I sent the ACT SMS129 to activate my 15000 SMS plan and earlier they had declined it saying that I am not eligible and had charged me Rs. 1350 for the same and all of the sudden they accepted my request to activate that plan. Before activating this Rs. 129 plan, I was under Rs. 47 plan which had 750 SMS free.

                                  Now today they are saying that Rs. 45 plan or Rs. 47 plan are prorated basis however Rs. 129 plan is on fixed basis and since I activated Rs. 129 plan on 30th of March and deactivated Rs. 47 plan on 31st March.. I will have to pay Rs. 129 + Rs. 47 = Rs. 176 for one SMS service used during month of March.

                                  CAN YOU BELIEVE?? ONE SERVICE AND TWO CHARGES?? I called vodafone customer service and they told me to confirm it before activating the service with vodafone customer service representative however as mentioned in my other complaint already..

                                  They had misrepresented wrong information on phone as well and I had to pay Rs. 1345 bill because of their misrepresentation.

                                  I have come back from USA only 4 months ago and in those 4 months, I have very bitter experience with Vodafone. I have an Iphone and as whole world is aware it is touch screen. Earlier anytime by mistake email button was clicked, vodafone used to say that I am not subscriber to the service. Then few months ago I got a sales person's call to suggest me to activate the data plan which I kindly declined and today they are saying that the data plan was automatically activated in my phone without my prior permission and whatever automatically downloaded in my account, I will have to pay for the same.

                                  Again.. I spent 9 years in USA and I have never seen such a ridiculous customer service and cheater company which I noticed in this 3 months of my arrival in India.

                                  I am extremely furious with this company for sure and will promote bad fame for this company whenever I get chance.

                                  Vodafone — Misrepresenting Customer Service

                                  I have vodafone from past three years i have two numbers with them everytime i call i got diffreent information from different agent. The agents dont know to speak english nor do they understand hindi properly.They just know to place the call on hold and they done want to transfer to Manager or team lead and they say that manager not available and call after 2 hours or later and waste my time. I am sick of vodafone. They know to hang up everytime. I spoke with (Male) Lucky who is Just useless to vodafone. He dosent know English nor Hindi. and when he couldnt help me he hung up on me. I spoke with Lady called Kiran she told she will transfer my call and placed my call on hold for 18 Minutes and disconnected may be she was waiting for me to hung up. My messeges are not getting delivered since last 4 days. The massege shows as sent from my sent items but not getting delivered. I am not getting any messeges as well.

                                    I have recharged my pre paid vodafone number [protected] on 28-Sep-2011 with Rs. 1001/-
                                    1st sep 2011, they deactivated my monthly 3G plan MI375 and activated a new plan 3G_PAYG with out my concent and without asking me. On 3rd number ran out of balance even though I have made only a few calls.
                                    I contacted customer vodafone customer serivice at Viman Nagar, Pune and lodged a complaint on 3rd oct 2011 (complaint no:[protected])
                                    I have recived a call today 14th oct 2011 saying the whole money was adjusted against the services offed to me.
                                    I have two compalints:
                                    1. Why did you start the plan without my concent ?
                                    2. How did pre-paid mobile balance went to -254 ?

                                    I request vodafone to provide an explanation and restore unfairly deducted balance back on my number.
                                    Hope to see positive action soon.

                                      I recharge my mobile with 375/- on 13-10-11 which is only valid for 3g customers but wen i tried to activate 3g service it is showing that its works under 3g coverage areas only. wen i cal 2 customercare they told ur place has 3g service and it will be rectified by that night..                                         This is regarding the cancellation of caller tune for Vodafone. I raised a complaint ( ref nbr :[protected] in November month. THis is not resolved yet and they deducted NOV-DEC rental also. I have been sending SMS message (CAN CT - 56789) for cancelling this and calling Customer care too. I am getting irrelevant and irresponsible answers from Vodafone customer care.
                                        I am holding a prepaid connection on which Caller tune has been activated by mistake. Kindly Deactivate immediately

                                        I`m a vodafone postpaid customer with a corporate connection.My cell no. is [protected].For the last almost two months from november to dec`2008, I`ve been in roaming and my caller tune didn`t work, although I paid the monthly rental.today I came back to Bangalore and called up customer services, one ms Mahalaxmi Iyer spoke to me and told me that my caller tune was working.actually its only after I landed in bangalore, it started working.So i need a refund of rs 60 for the rental that I`ve paid.

I just missed call to one of my friend ([protected]) who have caller tone on his cell, and a got a massage from 56789 that i have activated same caller tone. I never give any command but tone has been activated and my account has been deduced by 45 rupees. So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back.

                                        For the 4th time I have been charged for a caller tune that I have not asked and each time 30 Rs. has been deducted. By a miracle I managed to get a rep. by the name of Yogesh on 111 and he resolved 1 debit and credited me with 30 Rs. and 2 hours later I got the CT activated again and debitted...In 1 week, I have been debitted 120 Rs. of which 30 Rs was given back. Is this a joke? What does a customer do in such a frustrating situation as 111 is impossible to get ? Pls. know that your marketing is not through the crores u spend on advtg. but through the service you deliver, which is disgusting and I shall not only go to another service but take my family and friends with me too; unless you want to resolve this problem ASAP

                                        My caller tune was changed without my consent on 26.5.09 and Iwas wrongly charged for the same . I came to know about this from my friends and relatives that my caller tune have been changed. On calling to Vodophone customer care no. today around 1 a.m. and around 3.45 p.m. I was told that they are helpless in this regard. I was told that Vodophone had called up and I had agreed to get the caller tune changed, which is absolutely absurd neither I had received any call nor had I agreed to change thae caller tune. Will the higher authority in Vodophone look into the matter and see that I am given justice.

                                        I am using vodafone prepaid card.I am from Mumbai. on Saturday I called one of my friend, he had caller tune in his mobile. by mistake " * " button has been pressed by myself and caller tune has copied without any kind of notice. when I called to my friend, at that time also I haven't received any kind of information that "Please press star button to copy this caller tune". I called to customer care and they have told me that they cant refund my money and i have to "enjoy" this service. this is totally ridicules way to behave with customer and they are forcefully selling me their product. this is open cheating from vodafone.

                                        On Saturday, your company automatically activated a caller tune in my mobile without my authorization and has deducted the monthly rental for the same. I feel that this is an extremely unethical behavior from a reputed company. Moreover, when I tried to deactivate the caller tune by sending an sms "CAN CT" to 144 (for pre-paid customers), I got the reply that "you are not active for this service".
                                        I request you to kindly look into this and immediately deactivate the caller tune from my mobile and refund the rental charged by you.

                                        My caller Tune is unfortunately changed without my prior permission or confirmation.While contacting at 111 on 28th April 2010 at about 12.40pm,response I got is very unsatisfactory.One of the executives told me that you have pressed digits like*...,to change my callet tune.I am very confident and I am the exclusive user of the Mobile Phone and it is handelled by me O N LY.., in any case it is totally impossible.He nusencely and unnecessarily argued.The way of talking to the customer in such a competative market by the executive in no case is acceptable.
                                        Futher tried to contact senior executive they put me on hold for more then 07 minutes!!!!!!.Finally again there was no response!!Ultimately there was not sufficient time to talk to him I disconnected the phone.

I sent it twice or thrice , but till the caller tune is running.When I call them , they tell me it will be ok. But from last 7 days no changes.

But for around 7-8 seconds there is advertisement "Is gaane ko apni caller tune banane ke liye * dabaye" before the caller tune. I am not paying for the advertisement.                                         without requesting caller tune request Rs.60/- has been deducted from my vodafone number [protected] after so many contact to their helpline number to 111/198 several times no response has been given so far and they have also charged the complaint call charges. Generally Mobile Service Provider is sending message for requesting caller tune to mislead the consumer so that the consumer has to press the wrong key and the Service Provider has to charge the caller tune charges forcefully. I have also deregulated the caller tune within one minute of activation to their number 144.

                                        i have recently port my cell no [protected] from bsnl to vodafone as on[protected].after having first f.r.c i recharged my no. with rs 125 ,i got 156 rupees after all that . they gave me a welcome free offer of free internet usage of 50 mb.which will be off on[protected].but on[protected] vodafone cheated me and they deduct all my balance. i called the customer care no on same day.but they said that i used my plan earlier.i said it's o.k ,but my free usage was over then they have to told me that my free usage has been over .
                                        And on same night[protected] i called customer care no. again on the topic of deactivation of vodafone promotional add before callertune which is called as the caller song copying add.They told me that they will done in 24 hours.they also gave me request code ,but after 36 hours the add was played as same as on[protected]. i again called customer care they again wants to making me fool by saying these words ,"we will register your request and it will be proceeding within 24 hours.

                                        Vodafone The most hopeless network.. In INDIA. I complained twice but they have no updates neither any improvement.. We want 4G network n Vodafone is till date not able to give even 2G properly.

                                        Mobile data/network coverage

                                        Vodafone's network is very poor in most of the areas of Hyderabad. I never get internet connection(mobile data) in my office which is Polaris(SEEC Building, Hitec City).Infact none of my colleague using Voda gets it. Kindly take necessary actions or I will be forced to switch to another connection.
