Dear Concern
This is to inform you that I M NOT SATISFY WITH YOUR SERVICE.
Please find the list of problem or issue mentioned below:-
First:
I requested for the activation of [protected]@99 on 24 August and same was activated at your end what day I didn’t have any information. I received a reply mail from your end it will be activated with in 24hrs and I will receive any confirmation call or SMS. But sorry to say no information was floated to me about the package activation.
When I called at Nodal desk about the same & Nodal team (Shikha) asked for the call back, and for call back team has taken 24hrs for the same.
I received call back on 28 or 29 August and confirm me that same is active and I can use the service. Now when I asked her when the package was activated – as per confirmation from Nodal desk it was activated on 26 August and no information about the VAS Service activation was informed to me.
Who will pay the rental charges for that 2/3 day? Is this is my fault or company fault?
No one informed me about the advance rental? No Proactive information shared to me.
Even I have called at 121 for the information but as per the helpline (121) team I have to send mail on
Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com as customer has no option other than this. I have sent the mail no such information has been shared and no proactive information given about the advance rental.
From that day to till this day I send the mail on regular basis to resolve my issue. But your team is responding on the template design to reply the mail.
I think your executive is not going through my mail and responding me back with same template reply.
Second:
In each and every mail nodal team is in CC but I never seen nodal is intervene on this. As Nodal Team is seeing, ok customer is suffering let them suffer.
Some your Vodafone connection is not working I have sent this problem to your Team same mail id and cc to Nodal Team again I have received Template reply like what handset you are using, setting is there or not, bla bla. They do not understand: customer is already using the service and due to network issue customer might not be able to use the services for certain time frame.
Who will pay for this downtime activity and you are charging advance rental for the service which is not up to the mark?
Third:
When you Dial Nodal Desk Number every time it is busy and no call done why?

Fourth:
Before this I have made number of call to Nodal to desk and it is chargeable I have to make call to Nodal Desk because your executive is not able to understand the problem using predefined template to reply any mail.
Fifth:
I have requested for the activation of [protected]@99 on my other Vodafone number [protected] in first week of October. Again I have received mail that same will be activated by 24hrs and I will receive confirmation mail or call or SMS regarding the same. But sorry to say no information has been shared to me till yet.
Now when I know you will charge Advance rental and it is not on Prorate basis, so I requested for the same on the beginning of my billing cycle now because of delay at your end it has been third week now I have no confirmation that package has been activated or not.
Now when I requested for same and not using the service till half of the month why should I pay the charges for the same?
Who is responsible for this charges me your team?
Kindly look into the matter and hope for positive response from your side.
Appellate mail is bouncing back what this service is?
I have the bounce mail with me.
Also request you to kindly arrange call back as I cannot write much dissatisfaction issue.

    I had a missed call on my vodafone cell number from [protected]. When I called back the person introduced himself as Vijay Sharma from Vodafone and said that my cell number is selected for a lottery of 25 lacs from Vodafone company and gave me a number of Mr. Akash Verma [protected] to get further details of the lottery.

    This is a cheat to Vodafone and consumer of Vodafone.
    I want Vodafone to take serious Legal and strict action against such callers and should block them.

    Vodafone — Vodafone's fraudulent charges for missed calls

    My number is [protected] and I have been charged illegitimately from Vodafone even for missed calls and cancelled calls made internationally. I came to observe this fact and immeidately reported to Vodafaone, though assured of returning / reversing the money from Vodafone care executives, nothing is being done. All are requested to be careful while makiung payments and ensuring if they are not charged for missed / cancelled calls even locally.

    GETTING FRAUD CALL — NEED VODAFONE NO DETAILS

    I WANT TO KNOW THIS VODAFONE NO HOLDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS , I AM GETTING CALL FROM THIS NO ASKING FOR PAY MONEY TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY TO RELEASE MY GIFT . I DONT KNOW HOW I GOT THIS GIFT.
    I got a similar phone call from [protected].

    The guy on the other side called himself Vijay Sharma and gave me a number [protected]
    and asked to get in touch with Mr. Akash Verma for claiming the lottery.

    Now the moment he said lottery i knew it was a fraud call, but my concern is that we have no idea as to what is the intention behind such calls? What are they guys achieving by making such calls, what is the motive behind it and what encourages them to do such an act.

    I request the authorities to look into this matter on a priority and stop misusing Vodafone's name and misleading and luring the less privileged class who can actually get carried away with such fraudulent phone calls.

    Fraud Vodafone Lottery Numbers in Mumbai

    I got a similar call last week from mobile number [protected] saying I have won 25lacs amount as a part of Vodafone lottery scheme and was asked to contact on [protected] immediately post I received the call from 1st number.The caller(a lady on other side of the line) followed up me twice in 2mins time and wanted me to urgently call on the 2nd number saying the claim is valid only for one day else I wont be able to claim thereafter.

    Can TRAI or Mobile companys trace all such numbers and with help of police and get those cheaters behind the bars with life time imprisonment.

    This will save the citizens who are fall prey to such scamsters

    i got call from [protected] and said that i won the lottery of rs. 1000000.00 and i am supposed to deposit the amount of rs. 10000 as banking charges towards banking charges . the details were given of some swati lekha mukherjee of sbi bank. as i told him to send me the confirmation mail from the company he disconnected the call.

    i got call from [protected] and said that i won the lottery of rs 25 lacs and i am supposed to deposit the amount of rs. 17500 as banking charges towards TAX and switch off my mobile till the time i am depositing Money in sbi bank then i asked him to send me the confirmation mail from the company he said he will sms me but I insisted to send me an email from there corporate Id so I can assure that whether they are speaking truth or not, again they called me and asked me what is my name?

    The fraud calls should be banned and Vodafone should take some actions

        My Mobile no is +91 [protected], previously my service operator was airtel, i changed it to vodafone (port change) about 2 weeks back, my port was changed within 3-4 days, but i wasn't able to receive incoming calls. I made a complain in the customer care center (ref no - [protected]), they told me that the problem will be resolved by by 13-10.11, but it is not yet done. Also i did a recharge on 5.10.11 for Rs. 30/- but didn't receive any balance. Its really very upsetting that i am not able to receive incoming calls for such a long time. Plesae help me out.

          Dear Sir,

          I am a permanent Post Paid customer of vodafone from last two years,I am using two vodafone numbers one is [protected] ad other is [protected]. Two weeks ago i converted my post paid no. [protected] in to prepaid and get a new SIM from vodafone store situated at Gaurav Tower Malvainagar Jaipur. The vodafone executive assured me the with in 48 hours your prepaid SIM will be activated and services of postpaid no. will be stopped. But sir, they stopped my postpaid services next day itself without activating my prepaid SIM. Now its almot 13 days and my prepaid SIM is not activated yet. I have complained for this by vissiting vodafone store at Gaurav Tower and also to their nodal officer. As I am a bank employe I have suffered a loss of my business due to disconnecing from my regular clients and also suffer alot of mental harreshment. So, I request you to please look in o the matter seriously and solve my problem. Aand if possible, than please provide me a compansation for this from the vodafone company.

            I am a vodafone user([protected])and I m using prepaid connection and as far as I know company has no right to deduct my balance and make it in negative..I was in roaming betwrrn 1st october to 9thoctober..and my net pack has to b expire on 5th of october and I had a balance of rs.30 aprox before the deduction I m nt sure whether I have exceeded my internet usage but as soon as I got the msg of low balance I thought may b the net pack is ovr and till dat time I didn't get any msg from company that your msg pack is over bt as I got msg of low balance I disconnected the internet and I checked my balance it was -1t. I was very disappointed wid dat very much but it was ok bt next day morning dere were no networkand all the services were barred after that I callled customer care so no 1 picked up my call after dat I tried many times den someone picked up I askd abt deduction so he said u have -204rs.bt actualy it was -260rs. And I called many times by my UP no.my all important calls were barred and I. Know how much I face problems at dat time i n roaming I askd abt deduction many times but no1 gave me satisfied/satisfactory answer..deduction of balance in negative is not the first tymwid me and I don't knw why the company sends late msg and did not inform dat ur internet pack is ovr dey used to send dat u have low balance and dat msg when d balance olready went to negative..I have complete call logs wid me..I just want either my balance back if deducted wrong or I want the detail of deduction..I just want your concern to this..and I thnk company has no right to make balance in negative while I am using prepaid connection and in roaming I faced many problems it remained close for 1day..

              Hi,

              About two months back I took Vodafone prepaid mobile connection in Kanpur. From few days I am getting some problem in deducting amount so that I reached to Vodafone Mini Store and told my concern. After hearing my problem vodafone executive asked me about my connection owner's name, I told my name as I took the connection for myself and submitted my all relevant documents. But I have been surprised that the connection is on other person's name. then I asked to vodafone retailer to whom I took the sim card, he told me that he has submitted the documents against the connection which i took and this type of mistake usually taken place by vodafone executive into their office itself. He is no more responsible for that.

              Now My concern is as I have submitted my document (ID proof and all) for taking my connection, which would have been used for another person's connection and if anything is going to be illegal using that connection, unnecessarily I will be in trouble.

              I heartily request you to tell me the procedure to change my current mobile connection on my name and canceled all other connection on my name. If you need anymore details or documents, please let me know .

                Dear Sir,

                I would like to complain regarding misselling of blackberry 399 plan. This was a cooperate plan and I was informed that it has unlimited downloading, surfing through my internet browser. However to my surprise I have received a bill for net charges of Rs 1498.90. When I contacted vodafone customer care they informed me that there are 2 types of GPRS services. The details of which are mentioned below:
                • Vodafone live! (Basic GPRS)

                • Vodafone Mobile Connect (Advance GPRS)

                We would like to inform you that VMC and VL has become the core service, just like STD or SMS. Certain applications like YouTube, video/ music streaming (e.g. Music Junction), tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone Live! as access point and will be charged @ 10/10KB. These charges are applicable over and above the plan.

                If the handset has applications which auto refresh /update by connecting through the WAP gateway (Wireless Application Protocol) i.e. VL, will be charged accordingly. The settings for these applications are predefined on the handset by the manufacturer.

                Please note that any video streaming application or real time application like weather/stock/ news updates on the handset may also use VL to connect and will be charged @ 10/10KB.We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

                Further we would like to inform you that the above BlackBerry plan gives unlimited access to BlackBerry data. However this does not include usage of certain applications like YouTube, video/ music streaming, tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone Live! as access point and will be charged @ 10p/10KB. These charges are applicable over and above your data plan..So I want to know that why this was not informed earlier wherein I would have not activated this plan. Please look into this matter and advise satisfactory solution.

                I have also get same problem with my black berry on you net work plan .

                I was informed from Vodafone customer care that there will be no charge of any kind of net suffering, browsing, & other downloading on net with this plan of 399 per month .

                In the starting stage of my plan my you tube did not work till 20 days . After making 2 or more complained this start working & now it working on chargeable basis .

                I have clearly asked from Vodafone Executive regarding that you tube is chargeable or not & he says me that this not on chargeable basis its part of our plan .


                I want reply soon .

                  I underwent the procedure for MNP as i migrated from docomo prepaid to vodafone postpaid. I did this through an agency called M.R. marketing when i recieved a promotional call from them. The monthly rental promised to me was 299 Rs which is also written on my DSA enrollment form although the original rental for the pack is 399 as it was a promotional offer. Now after i ported in to vodafone the technical team tells me my rental will be 399 Rs. So was the agency fraud? Please help at earliest

                    Hi,

                    This mail regarding my Vodafone number [protected], I had made so many complaints in customer care that i am receiving exceeded amount of Bills. They have unnecessarily activated Mobile Internet & caller song on my number. I requested them to DE-activate that facility so many times, however no action has been taken from their end & they told me that "pay the bill & we will give you reversal in your next bill", however, I didn't get the same, although I have paid the bills for the month of June & July 2011. Now I am getting calls from their billing department that if i wont pay the bill they will disconnect my another number ([protected]) as well. This is no acceptable from their end. I had a word with one of the customer care executives, her name was Sonia, she refused to tell me her last name, she promised me that she will send request to DE-activate both the services from my number & will also send a request for bill reversal, however, it hasn't been done & these guys are talking very rudely whenever I call them or they call me. I want an urgent action to be taken.

                    Vodafone — Excess amount on bill

                    I, Nikhil R on 9th Dec 2009 brought a vodafone sim(+91 [protected]) from an executive who promised me 0.12p per min for 3 selected vodafone numbers for an additional charge on Friends and family. but i was charged the normal call rate on every call, in spite of friends and family being activated.
                    my first bill came 1349/ and i blindly paid the said amount. but when i received the second bill, i just checked my call details on the itemized bill and realized that i have been cheated. i made several complaints, complaint number=[protected],[protected],[protected] and few more... but none of the executives helped me out.

                    few days later, i received calls from the collection department, who called me to pay the remaining amount.
                    every day a new executive calls up at a wrong time and i have to tell them the whole details over again and again, who in return promise me to get back but would never.

                    and also i have been network problems right from the start, for which i have complained many a times.
                    all i want is the bills dated from 9th dec 2008 to be billed according to the promised rates, and i'm ready to pay what ever the extra amount is.
                    i request to kindly look into this as soon as possible.

                    This is lokesh my concern is regarding phone bill excess amoun what am receving from past two months due to they are saying customer care people & even i checked with in vodafone store also the only word is you made ISD calls to maldives. But regarding that yah i made a call to those numbers what i used to receive daily nite & day msgs from un known numbers. So i got irritated & call to those numbers which i was receving msg to that numbers & they used to send me through msg those numbers. only just to say stop this un wanted msgs from them. only 2 r 3 so now the vodafone customer ppl saying u made the ISD cal so pay the amount for 3 mins 135 and all they are telling & now i dint paid bill of last month so now they used to cal me and tell for disconnecting the services. So this what this people are providing are what ever services to customer from past 5 years am using the same numbers now i dont want to change my numbers by not using this number. So please rectify this problem from this bloody hell vodafone company side. please reply my complaint to this number ([protected])
                    I request to officer plz discount of my bill amount.This mail regarding my Vodafone number [protected], I had made so many complaints in customer care that i am receiving exceeded amount of Bills.i take miscommunication from your customer care and connecting the Internet excess bill amount.
                    Rs-2090 . I am very poor man so plz discount me my bill amount, i use your vodafone network up to 10 year. last 2 month i pay all bill amount.no dive .
                    your customer care officer is give me bad or miscommunication he tell me your data is there so i connect Internet .
                    so finally i request u ser plz discount me for my bill amount, plz sir.

                      despite many requests they are not activating it and their customer care always transfer my call at IVRS.
                      i had a recharge of 97 rs for vodafone mobile connect on 29/1/2011, the service had not being activated on my mobile uptill now.i had contacted to costumer care(111 and 198)., they are jst giving me hope that it will activate soon. how long i will have to wait.as far as i know , it takes only few hours to active, please solve my problem

                      i m a user of vodafone for last 7 years and m having problems in mobile internet for last 5 days but my problem is not resolved yet.. i called customer care 50-60 times but it didn't work and they didn't even talk in proper manner...whenever i have called cc they promise to fix my problems asap but they don't stand up to it...my complaint no is [protected] which was made on june 6, 7 am saying that it will be solved by june8, 6 pm but it didn't work.. i were asked to call with another no and i did so and even then were not able to fix my problem...the call continued to 1 hour and costed me 36 rs... plz take an favorable tep towards it...

                        i received call form Vodafone executive he offer me Rs. 175 plan monthly in this plan he give me 400 local calls, 200 STD, 200 SMS per month after free mini. calls 40 paisa & SMS 50paisa. i told him to Same Plan i am using in IDEA Cellular & he sad to me this plan offer only they old customer gone out to Vodafone to other Cellular company offer to come back to vodafone we give you same plan in vodafone. i say ok i am last 10 years old customer of vodafone i happy to come in vodafone but U give me same plan i am using in Idea Cellular Rs. 175 plan monthly in this plan he give me 400 local calls, 200 STD, 200 SMS per month after free minute calls 40 paisa & SMS 50paisa. he sad we will give U same plan don't worry. i take sim card & give Rs.375 he sad MNP active in 8 day's call from vodafone for verification call i say yes i want to do MNP & i ask for my plan he say yes your plan is Rs.175.

                        Today i received letter from vodafone in that letter in give me Plan Rs.199 & this plan give me 200 local calls, 200 SMS per month Only.......
                        i call to Vodafone given no. but they say we can't help it where to go for help???????? i have my Idea Cellular Bill Rs.175 plan monthly why i am pay extra to Vodafone Please help me.....

                        Vodafone — not fulfilling their commitments

                        i have converted my vodafone mobile no. prepaid to postpaid.The vodafone custemer agent told me the scheme fopr postpaid nd collected security amount from me.now they are not actinating that scheme nd daily give same new excuse like it will activate in 48 hours,go to vodafone store etc....i called customer care 100 of times nd went to vadofone store as well but scheme is not yet activated...i want my security amount back nd also they have to pay 4 my inconvenienc.....

                          My number([protected]) was deactivated on 21st April without my permission by vodafone . On 20th may i had complaint about my number at vodafone store model town bareilly and then at zonal office bareilly then at main delhi office. It was deactivated by vodafone employee and he/she converted that number to idea with an other person's id proof which is a crime. i haven't got my number till now. The vodafone employees were not able to solve this case and they were not giving my number back. i have full proof that this is my number.

                          I recharged my cellphone with ICICI Bank online recharge. They have misguided me by saying that I will get Rs 224 on recharge of Rs 250, I recharged my cellphone and got the balance of Rs 112.5 and 15 days of validity. At the time of recharging I have 2 years of validity remaining so it's very obvious that I have not recharged for the sake of validity.

                          I called Vodafone Care they say that they are happy to help but in reality no one was happy. They kept me waiting for 52 minutes before they transfered my line to to Pawan Deep Singh working as senior official with Vodafone. He told me that he can't do anything and it's my mistake that I have recharged through ICICI. I am a normal customer it's there duty to keep ICICI updated. He misbehaved with me.

                          I need my money back since it's clear case of fraud Vodafone can reverse the transaction but they are not doing it. It's clear case of 420, disrespect of customer & unwillingness to help.

                          I have decided to move to consumer court regarding all this and claim maximum of Rs 10 lakhs for irritating me and misbehaving.
                          Yes, I am totally agree with you about your dissatisfaction and case of 420 .When anybody working with big giant like this, employee rather than giving good customer service they become boss of company and making neglegence of duty .
                          this is not the quetion of 25o RS . this is the questionb of integrity, business ethics and corporate citizenship.

                          today is the question why this type of big companmy not taking care of customers.
                          this same company in uk follow strict rules and regulation and giving good customer services.

                          First of all Thank you so very much for your help in my Niit & Kuvempu University fraud case. I was posted that complaint last January 2012.

                          I wanted your help again in January 2013, this time for Vodafone.

                          As I working with Justdial Ltd, Vodafone provide CUG number to Justdial employees. Initially I had purchased Rs. 99 rental plan but when released that Rs. 199 rental plan is best for me because of local calls.

                          I have got a revert from Himanshu >> Will be done from next billing cycle.

                          But when I got continuously high amount of bill, I saw hard copy of Vodafone December2012 bill, BILL PLAN is yet to be changed.

                              I have raised a complaint for a faulty bill. We have been charged Rs 2745(additional + 298 taxes) for an ISD call on number +[protected] which has not even been made from our end. The itemized bill shows 2 calls of duration 60 min and 1 min each. HISD service is not even active on our number and we got that confirmed from your call center as well (SMS proof is there with us). Even if you check our history of log calls there has not even been a single ISD call since past 2 years. The other call history for this day proves that I was in the home circle (Mumbai) when this particular roaming ISD call (as reported by your executives) was registered. We do not know the source of this number. On searching the number online we find it to be from some African country. I have no such reason to call any such place and talk for hours.

                              There is no cooperation from your end to listen out to the problem. I have spoken to Sabita (Subordinate to Irfan Ali) on 9th October 2011 at 10.36 am. She was unresponsive and also refused to escalate the call to her seniors. She also did not send the confirmation message for the complaint as committed on the phone. Post this I also visited the Vodafone Store in Santacruz West (S V Rd). Here I spoke to Asad and Abhishek with regard to my problem. They said that they have to believe that what their system shows is correct and hence they refused to believe us or even listen to our view. The floor manager Abhishek was very rude and offensive and said that we could try doing whatever we can but we as a customer have no option left with us but pay the entire amount.

                              We have also written an email to your nodal officer but even she is unwilling to listen to us. They just wrote back to us that they cannot do anything. If that was not enough they say that we are cheating on family members and the company as well by lying. Vodafone employees are no one to talk about our character. It only talks about the character of their company as a whole

                              I request you to help me get to the right person who can help me with this issue. We refuse to pay this bill till this issue is sorted out. This is a clear case of misappropriation. Hope you will understand my plight and help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I purchased a Vodafone 3G USB data card (IMIE no- [protected]) and a vodafone sim card in the month of may 09 from chennai with 899 unlimited surfing plan. i hardly used it for one month. But when i got the bill, i was shocked to see that a large number of sms has been sent from that sim card to special number which is not true. that sim card was used only in the data card not in the mobile phone.

                              Now i am in Delhi, and have got a company paid vodafone sim ( Mob. No- [protected]) for using in 3G data card with unlimited plan (899plan). when i got my first bill again i was shocked to see that it was for 24000/- and says around 6000 sms has been sent from this sim to special numbers, which is not true.

                              I dont know what is wrong with this data card. i have spoken to customer care but even they say that bill is genune and amount can not be reversed.

                              From last three month i am getting almost same amount bill and have spoken to many customer care store executive, they have filed a complaint against this number and i have also sent many mails to concern person to look in to this case but till date i did not get any satisfactory reply.

                              I, Shubham Gopal Bhattad, Vodafone's Customer bearing no. [protected] have received a bill amounting to Rs. 2826/-. I am a customer of Vodafone since 2012. My most usage is in calling & data. My average bills amount to Rs. 300/- to Rs. 500/-.

                              I visited the store in the month of February 2013 & just enquired about the 500 Zero Rental plan. Without any confirmation, the executives changed my plan to Rs. 500/- (Zero Rental Plan) and my data services were gone. My most of the work is through data services. Why will I request anyone to clear the data plans?

                              When I lodged a complaint at Vodafone Store Abids, they said that I've requested Mr. Rajkumar in the month of February to change my plan, whereas I've first met him in March (to get micro-sim) and never seen him before then. I said them to bring the person to whom I requested to change the plan, They said they don't know.

                              When I discussed this issue with the Customer Care Executive Mr. Tousif, he lodged the complaint and told me that this issue will be solved and they'll let me know before 9th of April, 2013. But I didn't got any information regarding that. So I again visited the store on 16th April 2013 and spoke the issue to the Supervisor of the Store Mr. Phani Kumar, he was non-co-ordinative & non-co-operative and was not listening to me. He said that "However you have to pay the bill?"

                              After that I've sent a mail to the Nodal Officer on 22nd April, 2013. I got an immediate mail, that their officer will contact me within 48 hours. But I got a call from Mr. Pavan (Nodal Team) on 29th April 2013 at 9.30 pm regarding this issue. I spoke to him about the whole issue. He said that he will contact at the store and let me know. The next day he called me in the afternoon, but somehow I couldn't take the call as my phone was switched off as I was in a meeting. Again he called me at night and said that he has discussed about the issue at the store and they are telling that without any confirmation, the executives won't activate any plans. But when I said that I've not confirmed about any activation. And He said that their executives are trained and they don't tell any lies. He also told, he can't do anything, I've to pay the bill.

                              Sir, I request you to check regarding this issue, my bills since 1 year when I bought the connection, are amounting around Rs. 300 to Rs. 500. Why will I give any request to change the plan that is not suitable to my measures. Please enquire about it and help me in clearing this issue.                                 I have been vodafone customer for nearly 4 years. I never had any problem with Vodafone and I am satisfied with your support.

                                However, recently I got a call from Mehidipatnam Vodafone Store, who offered an add on SIM card to me. I liked that offer so, I took the SIM Card.

                                The Vodafone representative whose name is 'Laskshmi Narayana', his mobile number is [protected] came to my office and gave the SIM card to me. I gave all the required documents to him. Later I sent a confirmation email to '[protected]@gmail.com'.

                                I did not use the SIM card immediately, because I wanted to gift that SIM card to my Mom. I went to my Hometown and gave the SIM card to my Mom. We came to know that the SIM card is an Invalid SIM card.

                                I called up Vodafone Customer Care and was told to visit the nearest vodafone store for assistance. Since, I was busy, I was not able to visit vodafone store.

                                A few days later, I received a Bill from Vodafone as show in the below email. I responded to the person(Gayatri) whose name was mentioned in the bill and she said that she will forward this issue to Sales Department. Next Day, I got a call from Pakistan and one person spoke with me in Hindi. Since I don't understand Hindi, I asked him who he was.. He said, he is calling from Vodafone Store but the number was from Pakistan.

                                Later, I sent an email to bill.[protected]@vodafone.com saying, I will give a police complaint. Then I received a call from Lakshmi Narayana and he spoke with me unprofessionally. He said, he will give a new SIM card to me. However, he never gave any SIM card to me. He is not responding to my calls.

                                I FEEL THAT VODAFONE HAS ISSUED A SIM CARD UNDER MY NAME, AND IT WAS MIS USED BY OTHER PEOPLE (POSSIBLY ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVISTS).

                                  i am a vodafone pre-paid user. when i put this sim in my mobile in these vacations ( my punjab no., study outside) . service provider automatically activated my caller tune service and some service named sms alerts i think and they deducted Rs.30/- & Rs.15/- respectively total to Rs. 45/- .Very cleverly they activated this after midnight when all normal human being go to sleep. in night messaged that your service will be activated in 4 hours. do i suppose to take care of it and immediately call customer care after mid night to deactivate or to stop it. more ever, i was out of station for 1 days so was not able to contact customer care within 24 hours for caller tune service. but for other service also, customer care did filed my request to refill my balance ( il-legally deducted) but they did not. i demand from concerned authorities to take notice of this complaint. execute concerned persons and screw and impose penalty on service provide+ return my balance. same problems is with 80% vodafone users. it sucks.

                                    gprs pack,irresponsive customer care,cheating my balance
                                    i got offer from vodafone.they offered me 1 month gprs pack rs.50 .on 01/10/2011 then i activated it.but they deducted rs.98 for my balance i have complaints already many times the vodafone customer care and consumer complaints but not responsible. my complaint number was[protected] till to the time not solved my problems i have hate to vodafone and will changed to other network immediatly i will not like this net work he is fraud company . vodafone customer care service useless service

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I request to please forward my complain number as I need to further take my complain to higher authority as I must have put request for change of billing address and also for date of birth which is wrongly updated on telephonic conversation with your team. I really don’t understand after speaking to ratna as number mentioned below she haven’t updated my postal address.
                                      All this mail and co-ordination shall be further I am sending to DNA to highlight how negligent your team is for two months you all r struggling to update my postal address , give me network service and start my official mail on phone which is not working for three month and I am changing my service from your guys and do not require your service any further.

                                      I am your customer for past 12 years. I have been given special representative Ms. Ratna ( contact no:[protected]).I spoke to her on 20th August for my problem of networking, receiving mails and change of address and she told me it will take 20 days to get networking service done. I called her many times and she seems to be very very busy woman. Infact I put her sms to return call which she never did. So finally after waiting for a month called your Vodafone care service number 111 and they registered my complain on 15th September and my complain number is [protected].Ratna never gave me any complain number. The Vodafone care promised me that everything will be fine please give us some time and I told them reliance is working well so if this going to be this way I will get other service and told them about Ratna negligence. They told me they will do the needful to inform her. They also asked me for 20 days which is over but no service is taken care. I warned them I will report against ratna.

                                      Immediately next day she called me and told me she will do the needful and will return call in next three hours after talking to her technical person. After that also she never addressed my phone. I called her frantically but no response and I wrote her message after three days that do not revert my call I will disconnect your service . I had put request for change of address which is also not registered till date. In spite of sending her this message she never called me back. I also told her my husband has already put application for disconnecting your service as your guys are not responding to his call also. His number was [protected].

                                      I wonder it’s been two months I haven’t been addressed and I get important mails which I am not getting on my phone. So what is the use o[censored]sing your esteem service .

                                      I want you to be aware of the negligence by your team as you will lose customers. I also need the docket number by you for further applications if this is not addressed as well.

                                      I need immediate solution for the same as its been nightmare without mobile. If you cannot provide please feel free to reply to my mail .

                                      I am also putting a copy of the same in your Vodafone centre at Fort.

                                      Dear All, ,

                                      i am a USER of vodafone in Faridabad. It's a very bad network in India. I have pay about 2 to 3k vodafone bill per month untill they cut the phone at any time and after that if you want to contact Vodafone coustomer, they don't give good response.

                                      1st. They can't pic the phone
                                      2 nd. They take a more then 1 har to connect with Coustmor care.
                                      3rd. Sorry sir, you have connect the Mummbi Branch, Please write down 2nd No and contact in your area..
                                      4th. if you contact in your area.. press a lote of button to talk him.
                                      5th.. sorry you have enter the wrong option

                                      It's very bad experience with Vodafone. I have a request to all, plz use any other Network, but don't use Voda, b/c time is must be improtent to every one and i[censored] need any emergency help with voda, they can't help you and waist your lot of time...



                                      Time is Improtent not Vodafone...

                                        Sir I have rechareged my vodafone mobile using vodafone prepaid recharge from their website for Rs.325 on 06 - Oct 2011 from my State bank of India.Transaction ID MSBI[protected]IG70623647 . The amount was debited from my account , but recharge was not done.When i enquired customer care there is no clear reply.Im planning to file a suit.Beware of this problem.
