wrong commitment

Hi,
I have to submitt a complaint against vodafone regarding wrong commitment while selling data card and internet plan. They offer me a 2G plan and said we are providing speed upto 3.6 Mbps in net surfing and 256 Kbps as downloading but after purchasing the data card on 24-sep-11. I get only speed of 70Kbps as surfing and only 1-2 Kbps as dowloading. I have already regester many complaints in vodafone care but still no solution....

I subscribed to Vodafone 3G. I am a post paid no. user. I subscribed to a plan that gives 2GB data usage free. My complaint is that there is no means by which i could check weather i have exceeded the 2 gb limit. this lead to exubriant charges after 2gb and my monthly bill that was expected to be around 1500 has come to be 9500. there should be a way to check the usage....

irresponsible and hopeless services by customer care executives

i fail to understand why my msgs charge btw 12- 1.30. im really unhappy with the services. When i took this plan i was told per day i wud get 100 msg FREE which is absolute rubbish it is not per day its only for 22.5hrs, why was this not specified when i took the plan?

Now that the rules have changed that i will be able to send only 100 msgs irrespective of any network .. i think they shd credited 100 messages at 12 sharp!!!br...
