[Resolved]  Vodafone — Worst Network in bangalore

Vodafone network in Bangalore is worst.Am not able to make/receive calls and not able to use data plan.I have registered complaint with registration number [protected].Its been 3 weeks since i registered complaint.I did not get proper response yet.They should either resolve my problem or should allow mw to port.I dont want any offers.I want good network coverage.

hi I have more than 5 year customer of vodafone. worst networking. last one month automatically cut the connection when speaking. some other person interrupted when speaking.

I have logged complain many times in their customer support but shown no response, they just use to tell that their is set up of new site near my location, from last one year.

Vodafone — Worst network

Hi Sir,

I am using Vodafone mobile number from last 3-4 months network coverage in my area is very very poor, i can barely hear what other person is saying moreover if i try to make a call most of the time network is not there and i can see only one bar or its start searching for network.

I made complainst couple of timeto vodafone customer care evertime they say we'll rectify the problem in one week now its been more than 3 months, my monthly bills rose from 1500 rs to 2500 rs as my call gets discooneted in secs and i need to pay for 1 min.

after repeated requests I requested Vodafone correct the problem and give concession in my bills as I am unneccary paying hard earned money and in return i get wrost network and voice quality.

They refused to give concession and on top of that now they are saying it'll take more 3 montsh to correct the problem.

I have told them i'll not pay the current month bill and they can go ahead and close my connection as its affecting me mentally and finacially i lost couple of deals beacuse of that.

I have prefered Vodafone for first time and I find really hectic now.Wondering why i have received this service.

Very Poor network in the main city Bangalore as the network goes off frequently and its not deducting again.

Probably would be switching over to other network if the same happens.
