Hi,

I have moved from Vodafone to Airtel using mobile portability option. Its been more than 6 months and still the security deposit and additional amount I paid in the final bill is not returned by Vodafone. When I called their customer care, they gave false information that the amount will be automatically transferred to Airtel account. Even this did not happen and TRAI rules says service provider has to return with in 2 . Please help me to get the amount back from Vodafone.

      As I am going through my Vodafone bill for the month of April 2013 ,I was shocked to see that my bill was Rs.2811 which includes usages charges of Rs1600,Roaming charges 237 and late payment charges of 100.I am having following issues with bill.
      1.Usage charges of Rs.1600 was pertaining to internet usage.I am having a plan of Rs 49 wherein I am getting 500 MB data.I had received a alert on 6 April 2013 that I used around 600 MB data.Immediately contacted to customer no and had word with Mr Shekhar Patil that why I was not sent alert before using my entire limit.was this done purposely to charge more to the customer.I was told by vodafone while opting for this internet plan,that I should be receiving alert sms which was not done.So it would be reversed once bill is generated.However it was not done.
      2.Why there was roaming charges when I was assured time and again by Vodafone department that there shall not any roaming charges within Maharashtra and Goa after availing Roam like Home.still I was charged with roaming charges.
      3.Late payment was due to levy of roaming charges in previous bills and matter was under dispute and I was told as per telecommunication with your department that matter is resolved and Now I have to pay only Rs.700 which was done in last month

      I humbly request to you reverse above charges as these charges are not acceptable to me.

      Further I had number of discussion with Vodafone services still no communication is provided to me.

      Hi,
      This is with reference to the above mentioned complain about Vodafone services.In spite of all my efforts to resolve the issue, Vodafone is just not willing to do the same.I am not ready to pay the charges levid on my bill as I was not provided with help to check my usage limit.I have paid Rs.600 as a token to clear the issues.

      I request forum to look into the matter.

        This is Laxmikant aND my no. is [protected]. When I signed up for the plan SME_KAR_899, the executive told me that I will get 4000 min free including STD and Roaming (M to M aND M to LaND line). I got a bill of Rs1612 continuously for the 2ND month in a row aND when I approach Customer service or the store regarding the same, they say they don't have any information regarding the plan details to look in to my issue or file a dispute on the bill being high. I am asked to draft a mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com to know the plan details aND to dispute the bill. After several attempts I got a mail about the Tariff details, however the information given to me was not matching with the Tariff details sent to me. Even the bill I got for both the months shows that I am charged for everything (making STD calls to LL, Roaming charges etc).

        Would request you to please look in to this, I will be thankful to you.

          Please be informed that a recharge of Rs.194/- was done on April 7, 2013. Post that due to bundle offer for Samsung Galaxy Grand, 2GB data on 3G network was activated and the data offered was consumed. Hence, you have been charged for data usage post free usage. Therefore, the charges are authentic and we are unable to reverse the same.

          Sir,monday (aug 23 2010) i have rs,29.00 in my mobile,after some time a missed call came to my mobile,when i called to that number it was from customer care,it tolds that this call was free u will not charge any money for this call then i hear it tolds about their Products and told i[censored] want to activate this service then press 5 but i am not intrested and i disconnect the call.Next day morning i saw that my balance was rs -1.oo. iMMIDETELY I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE they told me that u have activeted MCA service i told that i have not activated but they were not hearing.sir pls do anything and i request you to Refund my Money as soon as possible

              I want the call details (incoming & outgoing) of the month of march, i was been told by the customer care executive that you can get the call details @ 49 you just need to sms bill mar to 144 & you will receive the call details in hard copies at your postal address with in 15 days. as instructed by him i sms the same to 144 on 4th of april rs 49 were deducted at the same time but till now i havent the call details. my number is [protected].

              Please send BILL(space)FIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH (example: MAR) to 144 to get the bill details. Kindly note that you will get the bills that are 0 to 3 months old in 15 days and 3 to 6 months old in 45 days. You will be charged Rs.49/- per bill per month.

                  I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection from march 2012 till date its my number [protected] in karnataka circle.Recently I have facing the problem for 3G issues,showing Roaming on home network with in Karnataka circle(IDEA,AIRTEL),not connecting toll free numbers like 1800 series,etc.I have registered a complaint againts the above this issues on 10th April 2013 after that they would agreed to resolve those problems within a week but I couldnt get any call from customercare,I have waited more than a week then i called to customer care on 20th April 2013 for know the status of my complaint.I have spoken to customer executive in postpaid division at bangalore.he couldnt ready to provide the information about my complaint status then i have requested to talk his Supervisor but he was not ready to transfer my call then i disconnected my call then again i reconnected to customer care then raised the complaint for bad customer service in my last call conversation.

                  I am totally dissatisfied in their service and customer support.please kindly do the needful.

                  Vodafone Postpaid — Worst Service by Vodafone.

                  I am Mihir using Vodafone service for over a year now and I have used other Telecomm services prior to this. I have never faced so much service problem as in "Number Connectivity error", "Disturbance in Network", "Automatic Call disconnect", "Network Fail" etc. Even wen talking to the other person I cannot hear properly what the other person is speaking, and the newtwork disturbance adds to the worse. I have even changed my handset twice, but no avial from the same. My problem is, even after registering 3 complaints at the vodafone call center they have not even acknowledged the problem. All they say is we will look into the matter without ever coming for a perfect solution for the same.

                  I have activated 5 No. post paid connections on behalf of M/S SANSUN CONTRACTORS PVT.LTD.

                  5.[protected],
                  Before activation airtel executive Mr. Kamlesh committed that.(a) Conference call will be activated free of cost on three No.at the time of activation---But not done by your end. (b) Roaming will be activated at the time of activation but not done immediate.(c) STD Pack of Rs-36/-to reduce the cost of STDcalls from Rs-1.50/- to Rs-1.00/-will be activated at the time of activation but not done.
                  In regarding above i also discuss again and again to your executive Ms.Sweety at M/s Teledeals Chandigarh but the situation is same as before.Sweety also commits to activated above but till now i do not know that STD activated. Our 80% calls are STD. Due this I suffer a large amount of bill.I am not happy with your service.
                  So,Pls request you kindly disconnect all above 5 No. postpaid connections immediate.

                      i know about my data usage. i'm confident that i havnt used more than 100kb on vodafone 3 g pay as you go plan.still i am charged 24rupees. i dont understand whats wrong. i have a very basic java phone.i have full log of data usage. generally i use 80 to90 kb maximun. and today i am charged heavily for surfing that much. this problem ia with my two vodafone numbers. i have been experiencing these problem from january 2013. my 1st no dont even connect to custmre care. i have visited voda store and stillvthe problem isnt solvng.. now its 4mnth.. nd i cant even call customer care. my other no. was heavly charged today.its a rare case in my 1st voda no. sometime i am charged 5rs for 20kb. customer care have low iq. they say u've using for hour. thats why. but they dont undrstnd i am on pay as u go plan (2p per 10 kb) ..

                        HI,
                        I have given MNP request on first April 2013 and i got reply message from vodafone port number valid till 16 th april 2013.
                        but i processed all migration with BSNL on 15 th April 2013. after 2 days which is 17th april 2013 from vodafone im getting message was port no is rejected because does not match.
                        but i know that i have written proper port number during filling form from BSNL.

                        i has send my reqest for mobile no protability befor 2 months but yet did not received unquie code no from vodofone i have called many times to customer care yet did not received proper answer .

                        I'm using two connections of vodafone and requested for MNP for both, one they have rejected stating that unique code is incorrect even though it is correct and I requested for new code but they keep sending the same code, for the second connection they have rejected the request stating that bill balance is pending even after telling them to deduct money from security deposit and they said that they have sent the request to adjust the money and they provided me the receipt and when I went for the third time to vodafone office they said it has been already deducted but nothing has been done yet, still it is states that the balance is due. My first phone# [protected] and second phone# [protected]. Please take necessary action, because this is the regular thing that they are keep doing for every individuals.

                          I called within 5 minuts to 198 (from my mobile in complain department) for requesting to fill a complain or cancel the service that i don't want to use.

                          They check and reply "SORRY SIR, you have downloaded a game. we can't pay back. Why you dial this option? If you don't know about this. This service option is not for you, you should not dial like this in future. We can't help more."

                            I have been complaining about inactive 3G service from past 3 days. Registered number of complaints on 111. Visited Vodafone Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and Nerul (Navi Mumbai) Gallery twice and yet problem is not solved.

                            When I visited gallery I was told that Nokia Lumia 820 3G offer is active but 3G connection is inactive. They keep telling me that it will be activated within 24 hours. But it is not happening.

                              Vodafone provides provision to online prepaid recharge . So i tried recharging - selected talk time balance amountand gave Mobile Number to recharge and clicked on buy option.... i confirmed the transaction added my bank details and amount got deducted from my bank i.e payment was successful. (Rs. 145 -> i know amount is not much , but for talk time it is enough (who recharges for Rs.2000 for a month's recharge ?)

                              I was waiting for recharge amount to be added - the processing failed at Vodafone end and received an SMS from Vodafone with "reference number" stating they will refund money into my account within 5 working days.

                              This was dated 8th Apr and now its 20th Apr ...as you can see the amount is not refunded till date. Please help!

                              1) I called 198/111 to lodge complaint or followup , i informed them "reference number" which was messaged to me - > representative informed they can't lodge the complaint ( 198 is a complaint number please note) ... as they don't maintain a Database of reference number ( this reference number was sent by Vodafone please note) - neither they can inform technical team that processing failed and Mobile user have not received refund amount even after 5 working days.

                              2) On insistence i got a email id - vodafonecare [dot] del [at] vodafone [dot] com , this is again customer care email id , they acknowledged my request once i confirmed my email id through my mobile number. So i confirmed that details. Now i was awaiting for resolution.

                              Again they can't track back "reference number" , cause they don't have this info in their database.
                              Later they asked me to provide confirmation from bank -they confirmed that i haven't received refund amount and my transaction proof ( i provided that) - Vodafone agreed that they haven't refunded amount and apologized ( this was dated 17th Apr).

                              Now i felt , will finally receive my amount back - But NO Vodafone never refunded the amount.
                              Now they ask for Identify Proofs ( am a valid Mobile User , i confirmed my Email id through same number , they acknowledged my email id and responded back over email , i gave bank proofs on email they agreed on non-refund ) -Now Vodafone needs more proofs ?

                              Vodafone is unable to track back "reference number" in their database - and but they do send this "reference number" to customer ..why ? to track back na ? whats the use ? Vodafone does not maintain it

                              Now i feel harassed by Vodafone side and after all the proofs and acknowledgement - reality is my amount is not refunded ..
                              they are frauds and thief .... don't pay back people (non-refund of amount) neither give them service ( neither they recharged my talk time balance ) ..and neither can lodge complains (198 does not report incidents for reconciliation of outstanding balance ).

                              I now doubt their intentions and have thought of changing the service provider.

                              i am a regular customur of the vodafone since2005, but i have a problem i.e. i have not getting recharge from them . i have recharge my mobile of april 19 and on april 18 by transaction recharge and i am still trying for recharge from coupon also. but no response from vodafone .validity of the mobile till[protected] my mobile number is [protected].they are not providing balance.i have inform to the customer care of the vodafone but they are doing nothing except providing a dead line, that we will solve your problem in 5 days .i have lifetime prepaid .

                              I vinay parker Vodaphone prepaid no.[protected] have applied this number to convert it into postpaid through an agency of vodaphone named S.K. Marketing, but my request has been rejected due to over writing on the I.D. proof.

                              I have told the executives of S.K. marketing that please return my amount of Rs. 350 which I have given them to activate.

                              Since connection is rejected & not activated and it’s been nearly a month when the person from S.K. marketing taken the amount from me, even after I have personally visited there office 3 times, they are not refunding my amount.

                              I am a vodafone user for the past 8 years. I had faced many difficulties due to the customer care executives. This time it is the problem of amount deduction of 149 without any reason and they said that you have entered hot mail. then they say it might be due to net usage pack. I had faced many deductions without any reason. Also the executive was saying that you talk too much so i want let you to have refund. Is this the way i get feedbacks. This is not the first time. So i want my balance to be deducted within 24 hours. Else me and my friends will have to cancel our this plan.

                              i have followed up with Vodafone Customer Care since last 2 weeks and its customer care representatives ( vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) who are responding to my mails ([protected]@XXX.com) .

                              1) i provided bank confirmation mail on non-refund of amount from vodafone side + my bank transaction history which shows clearly i paid to vodafone dated 8th Apr.
                              2) Vodafone has agreed over email dated 15th and 17th Apr that as per Vodafone's records the transaction of online recharge was not successful.
                              3) When you agree you should repay back and proofs are already provided ...what else you need from my side ?

                              Till now Vodafone hasn't paid back.

                              Again i received a mail dated 21st Apr to provide proofs which i mentioned in point 2 ... may i ask why are you asking same proofs and why haven't you refunded my amount yet ?

                                had opted for vodafone 3g dongle in 16th Feb 2013 by calling Vodafone customer care.in 1 hour they sent to collect money and documents from me.I got the dongle and a sim card.sales person told me that this would be activated post verification in 2-3 days.i waited for days and then chasing sales guy and customer care i could get no update.after 1week sales guy gave me a contact no. of Vodafone Delhi employee -named Manojkumar Jangir. i called him and he asked me to resend my documents which i immediately did.then after 2 days i started following up with him but he never replied calls/mails/sms .Then again i chased the sales guy who redirected me to other person ,which was of no use.Ultimately being fed up with this nonsense and lies , i went to Sec 50 store in noida in 2nd march.There i was by the agent that the sim for the dongle is not activated by due to technical reason and i was told i did not submit documents again.I was assured i would be called up in 1-2 days and my service activated.Again i got no call and even calling 111 was no help.Then i started emailing Vodafone care Delhi ,attaching my documents again..again a lot of followup mails went but issue remained same.I mailed Vodafone nodal cell then on 14t h March.I got a call from the team in few days of time to note my issue.But even after repeated calls to Nodal cell no and mails ,even Vodafone nodal cell has not provided resolution of this.Every week i am told that this is being looked into ...But I am yet to get my connection running nor do i have the refund of Rs. 1900 even after daily followup of nodal cell and customer care.So i can surely say Vodafone nodal cell is a BIG FLUKE like its whole bunch of cheat sales persons and inefficient and useless customer care.

                                    I am a new customer for Vodafone. I bought 2 postpaid numbers (CUG plans 325 rental) last month. I got first bill generated for my mobile numbers and it is approx. 6000 Rs. When I analyzed with customer care I came to know it is due to Internet charges, it is 2590 and 2172 rs respectively on each number.
                                    I explicitly said no to any Internet plan on my mobile numbers, as I bought another Vodafone data card (with 1599 rental plan) for Internet usage.
                                    I never give request for Internet plan
                                    I never asked for any GPRS settings
                                    I never asked for any Internet configuration settings
                                    But Vodafone executive says this is default service which they activate for all customers whether you need it or not. But they never disclose the charges and service details for these default services at the time we bought connection.They said in welcome letter they mentioned about the charges but I did not receive any welcome letter. It was the worlds costliest Internet service I have ever seen. they charged 10 Rs/MB. and i dont know how they calculate the usage. they charges huge amount for the service which is not requested by customer.

                                      customer care: no need to give detail about it to me....I know all your problems...
                                      Its in my system already...And this is your 3rd call and your customer care
                                      service will be closed for 45 days from now so get all the details you need in this call !!!

                                      Is this the way to talk with customer ? !!! It is customer care.....

                                      Customer dont know what is your internal company problem.....
                                      And you should told me in first call that your server is donw and it will be fine
                                      in few hours or tomorrow...!!!!

                                      So that person is very rude and my net speed is still very slow...

                                      Actaul-5kbpsx8 = 40 kbps....

                                      Actually 40 kbps will be 2g speed when you exceed your fixed quata which is 1GB for me...
                                      And they provide is it from start !!!!

                                      can you check my speed problem...becuase i dont get any good answers from vodafone...
                                      If they cant refund my money back to my mobile account....

                                      This is Manas Kumar Raymandal from West-Bengal Circle, I live in Near about 40 Km from the capital of W.B (Kolkata). in the District of 24 Parganas (South). Joynagar Police station.I am using the Vodafone 2 G data pack through Micromax MMX353 modeld modem.My no is[protected]. in my house the net speed is so much slow( Rate is 0-0.45 KBPS). I have tried to contact with Customer care Executives in many times. but i did not get any type of help. when I use this Modem set in another place or another Dist. of W.B. circle. the speed is quite better than my home speed. Is their any system to increase the speed in my locality? then please help me. My home location is in between two nos. Vodafone Tower within 1 KM. Then Why i will face this type of speed problem????
