I bought this Vodafone Postpaid No. [protected] few months ago with a rental plan of Rs.149/month in which I got 5000 secs & 150 sms to use.
Vodafone automatically, without informing made a bill of 25 days & decreased my usage of 5000 secs to 3700 secs. If you calculate, I should have got at least 4300 secs.
Also, the very next month I lost my no. & I called voda people to block my no. & permanently shut it down....

Bill paid online to vodafone web site. But company said not credit in your accounts, i also paid throught cash. so, company not refund/adjustment to my account for Rs.294. And i apply for refund, but company not give any response....

its been 4 days i migrated from prepaid to postpaid. I keep on getting messages from Vodafone saying this that service has been activated on your number and mind you without me doing it. I call customer care and spends minutes talking to them, on which they are charging me, in the end they ask me to log in to their website.
