dear sir,
i request you to please look upon my problem as soon as possible. because vodafone has barred my outgoing calls.
and given me a bill of rs14997 which is not correct according to me because they've put a charge of over using my internet pack.
which is totally incorrect and fake i am a 50 year old and im a kidney transplant patient and hence how can i use 14000rs of internet. kindly find a solution to my problem as i want my outgoing to be debarred ASAP>

    This is happning for second time vodafone has deducted from my prepaid balance charges for internet usage although my internet pack is active.
    As usual vodafone guys justifying the charges on false grounds...they must refund the money they have deducted.
    and they dont have proper reason for charges. When internet pack is active then there should not be any deductions for internet and for their technical problems they should not charge customers and if they do least they can do is refund money instead of giving false reasons. This does not only show poor service but poor customer service as well.
    I urge whoever using vodafone internet please dont keep much balance in your main account as they would deduct it anytime and give false reasons and we customers have to bear for their technical problems. Vodafone should enhance their technical system and not increase their customer base if they are not able to give proper customer service.
    And also consider shifting to other operators if you are using 2g internet as this is happning often and you will end up loosing your balance and hard earned money.

    VODAFONE-Delhi — WSrong Deduction of balance

    I, Neeraj Verma customer of prepaid([protected]) called a STD no. without attaching 0 before the no. I got the instruction that "The dialed no. is wrong, It may be possible that you did not put ZERO before the no."But 1.30 Rs. were deducted from my account without connecting the call.When I contacted the customer care they did not give me any satisfactory answer.

    This is to bring into your notice that the services being provided by ur customer support are pathetic. I am one of the vodafone users who has spoiled enough of my precious time speaking to worthless people in the customer support. No one is ready to assist the customers. People are sitting there just to make fol out of the customers. If you get time so please go ahead and check detals of the account with pone no: [protected]. The whle story started when one of the customer support agents provided me with incorrect information that if i recharge my account with Rs 124 i will get my call rates reduced as well as i will get balance near abt 100 bucks to my accoun. Only the tax would be deducted from Rs 124 amount nothing else. I went ahead n did the same. I got a balance of just 49 paise. So i got to know later on that i hav spoiled my Rs 124 because of the incorrect nformaion provided to me by one of the customer support agents. Then i started making calls to get it escalated n resolved. Two supervisors committed me a refund as well "Anuj" and " Sanjay". They did commit me a callback as well and this all was supposed to happen within a time frame of 24 hrs. Its been more than 5-6 days. No one has taken up the issue or tried to resolve it. My calls to customer care have also been barred. All i have got is trouble and nothing else. The people at your customer care just put the customes in trouble, take money from them by cheating them, by providing them incorrect information, by mistreating them, by doing wrong committments and giving many more inconveniences. This is not all. The agent there had half of the times hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor and half of the times they put me on mute for a long time saying they cannot get me a supervisor on the line n doing their call closing. Then let me know if they were not able to get a supervisor on the line for me why were they sitting on mute or why were the others able to get a supervisor on the line for me.. Were those the special agents. I am really so pissed off with the services that i would not at all like to continue anymore. But let me tell you people, the way you cheated me is not the way anyone should do bussiness. And i would not be a single person getting this connection dropped soon bt will advice or rather force all other employees in my corportae sector to do the same. I have received the most and disgusting service any service provider would ever provide to his customers. Still hoping to get some relaxation for the inconvenience i have experienced.

    Sir, I beg to say that my simcard had been miss. After missing my sim i lodge a FIR at my nearest police station. Then after I go to Vadafone center at Rajender Palace Metro Station. He give me new sim card after paying Rs. 99/- only. I submit my hole document also.After spend 55 hours till now my no. is not connected. So please help me & informe me at my others no.- [protected]. ok. Thanks.

    Vodafone — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE BY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION

    My name is vikas my vodafone number is [protected]. i want to use internet from my mobile so i talk to custmer care he tell me to rechage with 95 rs so i recharge with 95 and start using net. my main balance does not deducted at that time but after 2hr 370 rs deducted from my main balance. when i again complain there custmer care said this service activated after 4 hr of recharge. but first time they does not tell about any such condition.

    please solve my problem.

    Dear Sir,
    i am the customer of vodafone company and my contact no is [protected] respectively.from some days i recharged my number from 95rs for using internet service.on 8th of july i have checked my MB,i have left 724 MB left in my account,after that i used internet near about 45 min.suddenly i have received a message from vodafone in which mentioned that my GPRS pack has been deactivated,then i checked my balance,i was shocked to see my balance because my balance go in negative which is 1390rs.i am trying to contact customer care but they did not give me any solution and said to me please contact vodafone office Nirman vihar.Next day i went to Nirman vihar vodafone store,they said to me i can't help you in this matter please contact to customer care and Nodal officer.i marked a mail to the customer care and Nodal officer,On behalf of my mail customer care officer registered my complaint and give me a complaint number which is [protected].Now they did not give me any solution of my complaint and also Nodal officer didn't picked the phone.i go to 3 times to the vodafone krishna nagar store at last the employee of vodafone named shahnez said to me that i can't help you in this matter please contact to the customer care and Nodal officer.i want to know that if my GPRS pack has been deactivated how my internet running while internet didn't run when balance goes in negative

    My other contact number of Vodafone is [protected].my 3G service activated on this number.talked to customer care for unlimited plan of GPRS,he said to me that i have 2G plan of 499rs in which you got unlimited access of internet.i asked to him twice that if i recharged this pack is my 3G service will be continued ? he said to me that your 3G service will not be discontinued it will became activated.i Recharged my number of amount of 499rs.after that my 3G services became deactivated i talked to customer care,he said to me that you have wrong information because this 499rs plan is 2G plan and can't be running with your 3G services.i said to him please registered my complaint about misguidance,he cut my phone and after that my customer care service stopped.i send a mail to the customer care they give me again and again that your feedback has been forwarded to stop this type of misguidance,i said to him please register my complaint but still they didn't registered my complaint.

    i am very tensed due to Vodafone,please sir do the needful,because Vodafone is not resolving my complaint

    Vodafone — Deduction of money by using internet

    This Sripathi Rao, I recently bought a data card of worth 1900 rupees supporting upto 7.2 Mbps, I activated ulimited browsing of Rs.450, after activation whenever I start browsing the balance in the SIM card get deducted so that it will not connect next time onwards, this happend so many ttimes, and I went to local customer care also but no use at all,I think Vodafone people do'nt work effectively or their products do'nt work effectively,
    VODAFONE SUCKS, NO SERVICE AT ALL , CUSTOMER CARE CAN'NT RESOLVES ANY PROBLEM INSTEAD THEY REFER SOME ONE AND SAY THEY WILL DO LIKE THAT.WORST SERVICE, THEY ONLY KNOW TO CHEAT PEOPLE THATS ALL,

    UNECESSARILY MAKING ADVERTISEMENTS TO CHEAT PROPLE , VODAFONE GUYS ARE CHEATERS.
    Facing quite a similar problem too..

      I have bought brand new galaxy grand on 13th March 2013 (purchase date) and started using my phone from 21st March 2013 onward (sim inserted) and i have been informed that with this new handset you will get 3G data for 2 months up to 2 GB absolutely free and with direction o[censored]sage by your Samsung Executive i inserted Vodafone Sim to avail benefit of 3G for 2 months but till now although its almost ., the plan activation message has not came and no confirmation for the same has been received. I also spoke to their call center with customer care officials and visited Vodafone store Punjabi Bagh in Delhi but they also won't be able to help me out apart from making fake promises as they always do. Tried to spoke to their Nodal officer as per the details on the Vodafone website but nothing happened as the phone is always on hold as they are busy and will assist you shortly kind of MSG.

      If they cant do and provide the services then they should tell the customers about the same and also its about samsung they should not do such fake tie-ups with companies

      My Free Gift — Not yet activated and the site not opening

      I had recently purchased the books paying Rs. 574/- and received it after calling them 4 to 5 times. Now I have to followup for my freegifts. Very pity to see that we have to dial std line wasting so much of money. India Today and there is no toll free lines installed, maybe after making some money from customer like us, they will do the needful of installing toll free lines.

      Whenever you try to open the site for free gift, it never turns on and then we have to call them compulsory so that they get their commission from mtnl or bsnl for calling them via std dialing.

      Since last 2 hours I am trying to open the site for free gift but it refuses to open, as if it is barred to the customer and will work only for itbc people.

      Please look into this and solve the problem at the earlier.

        [protected] this is my no and 6 month ago i have submit the request to Mr. Ravi Kumar for no migrate postpaid to prepaid at Vodafone store station road bareilly,
        and my no successfully migrate in to prepaid but after 24 hr my no again convert to postpaid with another name, then i have complaint this, at Vodafone store,
        at the time of complaint I meet Mr. Ravi Kumar and as per Mr. Ravi my no convert in postpaid by mistake and he is assured to me that my no return after 3 month but still after 6 month my no not return by him. in this period i have proper followup for the same issue but they refuse to me continually.
        In this period i got a shocking information, my no activate with name Mr. Siddhartha Mehrotra or Mr Siddhartha using my no fraudntly and he is employee of vodafone at Vodafone store station road Bareilly, when i know that i request to Siddhartha for returning my no but Siddhartha is never given me a resolution and refuse to me or never receive my call.

          I am a user of vodafone number.I have submitted a complaint on the customer care. They have promised me to solve the problem but there have been more than 15 days, neither my complained has been solved nor they are ready to receive my call. they are ignoring me and also cheating me . they have promised me to give wrong deducted money back to my account . i am calling them from 24 nov 2009 . but they are not responding to me. i am totally frustrated from the customer care executives.

          Vodafone — no refund of extra deducted money

          twice my internet rental has been deducted in the month of december.. already i was assured by the company that it will be deducted only once..
          they also gave me the complaint no. but they did not take any actions or no refund of money has been done.

          Vodafone — Deducting More Money from the Balance

          Respected Sir,
          This complain is regarding the balance deducted from my cell phone from the Vodafone service provider.This had happen yesterday @ 5.07pm.We had visited the vodafone store but there was no response from your clerigues.They told that i had made sms to out of country to some place called setchilley and that too not one sms but 5 at a time .One more thing i would like to inform that in my cell phone there is no sms sent to that number.The thing is not that my balance has been deducted the problem is that it has been deducted without any reason & the reason the vodafone company is providing is totally false.Thus i would request consumer department to look after the matter.My vodafone Number is [protected]..

          To day vodafone company deducted illigally RS 180/ from my account .and they did not provide me the couse.

          Vodafone Mobile Services — wrong deduction of money

          1. i am using vodafone mobile no [protected].
          2. on 21 april i got a recharge of 125+125= 250/- on my mob no.
          3. also on same day i got Rs 96 /- recharge for activation of gprs on my mobile.
          4. the gprs service did not start on 21 and on 22 april i message "vmc " to 52586 for activation .
          5. on 22 april my 125 /- were deducted from my mob balance and gprs activated.
          6. the 125/- were deducted without any reason.
          7. you r requested to refund Rs 125/- to my mob no balance at the earliest.
          no money has been credited in my mob no [protected] pls check up and let u do the rightfull and my complaint is still holding. also i tried speaking to customer care but they r also neglecting the issue, you r requested to do the needfull at the earliest

          Vodafone Prepaid — False deduction n sick service

          My prepaid mobile no is [protected], since i have been using it from past 5 years. There has been a minus deduction of Rs 375 from my account for data usage. I have just browsed my mails for half an hour without any downloads. I have even contacted customer care but i have got a poor response. They should not make minus balance for prepaid account.

          Vodafone Customer care executives gave me wrong information regarding my mobile caller tune service. due to that i have lost my balance from my mobile account.& now they are denying that that is not possible. The main problem is that i have no proof to prove this. what should i do now??

          Vodafone — Wrong deduction of money

          I am Girish Tandon & I have got Vodafone prepaid sim card (Mob No [protected]). On 14 Jan 12, I recharged my mob with Rs 100 in which I got Rs 88 as Talk time. Along with this I got interned plan of 1 GB in Rs 98. At around 0530 PM I got the sms stating that my mob is recharged with 88 Rs talk time, and another message stating that my internet got activated. After receiving the sms i used the net for sometime. In the evening when I tried to call my home, I was told that I had insufficient balance in my account.
          Next day when I spoke to the cust care, their executive regretted this & promised to refund my account balance by 0600 PM and also that he has formally recorded my complain. But not after three days also I have not got my balance & at the same time there is no cust care executive available at 111....

          Please do the needful to avoid any action against the service provider in future....
          Sir, This is my first day with Vodafone. I have just ported in today. I had placed a complaint regarding unnecessary balance deduction. Complaint number "[protected]". The customer care executives were not answerable to me eventhough i call six times a day. The only reply given to me was that "our system is not showing any updates". Over and above this, my calls are barred to 198 and 111. I am very dissatisfied with the customer assistance on the very first day. There was an deduction of RS 45 at 16:20 on 5th April 2012. I request you to take immediate action regarding the above mentioned complain. My contact number is [protected]

            Hi Sir/madam,

            I am the customer of Vodafone Karnataka. My number is [protected]. Before one & half month only I have changed my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone, because Vodafone was giving the free offer for MNP customers which is 1p/2sec, free 100 SMS/day with 6 months validity. Now Before 1 week they have changed the plan without informing me now the SMS costs me 50p/sms & call rate 2p/sec. So please take my complaint regarding this because they are making fool to customers by showing good plans and then they are changing themselves. And their network is not good compare to Airtel so I wanna get that plan again or tell me how to go again with Airtel before 90days.
            Because I cant use this plan and the service provider any more. And I have called so many times to customer care but they dint resolve and also they wont try to understand and response well with customers.So please resolve my problem As Soon As Possible.

            Vodafone Karnataka — Unable to view Bills on their website

            Everytime I try to access my bill information online the page goes to 'page cannot be found'. I have even complained many times with their customer care but they refuse to take in a complaint.

            I lost 150 ruppes whithout any intimation... in my number..[protected]... and for vodafone GPRS... 16 rs recharge is valid for 3 days and 600 mb download.... (as per advertaisement).... but they are deducting money after 300 mb

              on 25th August my balance was low so i have done topup of vodaphone for Rs 50. suddenly on 26th i have got message from vodaphone that plan has got changed without giving prior notice & informing me.i have called up customer care they have told we have sent sms you that if you will recharge it with 50 Rs your validity will get change which i dont know when they have sent so i asked them not to chnage my plan i have done top up for my balance not for change of my plan.for change of plan we have to recharge not top up.
              they are not attending my complaint & not writing & submitting my complaint also.

                Vodafone — Not Replacing damaged Sim

                my sim has been damaged. I want to replace my sim with new one. But still vodafone employers service of(AMRITSAR) are not corporating.

                  i would like to make a complaint against vodafone for not providing proper service.
                  because of some external damage my sim card (ph no-[protected]) was not working and i wanted to get a duplicate sim with the same number as soon as possible.
                  Because the sim was of maharashtra state (pune) and i was roaming in jharkhand state (jamshedpur) i had to face a lot of harrassments. i still dont have number with me. i went to the vodafone mini store in jamshedpur with my id proof so as to get a duplicate sim issued. A guy named mr. prem was the only staff there.He had no clue as to what to do, he just said that i will have to go to vodafone head office in ranchi. i enquired with a friend in pune and the vodafone mini store guys there said that i can get the sim if i sent my id proof documents to them through courier. i did that and when my friend was there with the documents they simply denied issuing me a sim.i still dont hav the number with me because of which i am facing huge losses. if this is the way people work at vodafone then i am sorry to say this is the worst service provider i have ever used. if vodafone doesnt care about its customer then i think it should close down its operations. very disheartened to see vodafone do this.

                      I bought this Vodafone Postpaid No. [protected] few months ago with a rental plan of Rs.149/month in which I got 5000 secs & 150 sms to use.
                      Vodafone automatically, without informing made a bill of 25 days & decreased my usage of 5000 secs to 3700 secs. If you calculate, I should have got at least 4300 secs.
                      Also, the very next month I lost my no. & I called voda people to block my no. & permanently shut it down. They affirmed ! Now after 2 weeks they have sent me a bill worth Rs. 270 approx. whereas I'm not using the no., Infact I dont even have that sim with me.

                      This is Daljit Singh and recently I have port my number [protected] from airtel to Vodafone, at the time of port I have filled an application form and instruct that sales guy to start my internet pack from day first.
                      He informs me number will activate within week but number start after 20-25 days.
                      after started the number very next day Vodafone stopped my outgoing then i called up customer care lots of time but there is no response from customer care finally I visited Vodafone store 3b2 to resolve my problem,
                      The lady sitting there told me, my outgoing is barred because my limit exceeds but i told her i have just started my number yesterday and how it is exceeds.
                      After checking in system she told me this limit is exceeds due to internet usage but I told her i have started my net pack from day first she told me Vodafone net pack is activated but due to system up gradation of software this happened,
                      But I paid the bill of amount 500 hundred rupees my number&#039;s out going started. Same thing happened again next day then again I visited Vodafone store then they started my outgoing again. i reconfirm about my Vodafone net pack they confirm me that activated on my number.
                      But now i received my bill there in no discount on my number. I have logged a complaint on customer care lots of time but they don&#039;t want to listen anything please tell me what I have to do now.

                              I use a vodafone postpaid connection.

                              Its been more than a year now that I'm using this service of vodafone.

                              I am fed up of calling them each and every month for the discrepancy in the bill.

                              They charged Rs.94.20 for my current bill for using the service Vodafone live which I have never used it ever.

                              I spoke to their customer care which is useless.

                              Then I even sent them a written request regarding the same.

                              But,they have flatly refused me to give a reversal or provide me the proof for my usage of the service saying that we have checked it from our side that you have utilised this service and you are very correctly charged for the same.

                              I don't understand how to tackle the issue.

                              Its not a matter of 94 rupees but its about justice and fairplay.

                              I don't think that a customer should be duped in such a manner...

                              Please help.

                                hi, I had called to Vodafone call center because i am having problem with activation of caller tune without my permission.

                                i have talk with two person respectively , |

                                the first person told me that this service is activated because i had presses * + # sign while listening others caller tune,( he also told me that it is activated by pressing *567#, than the question is how can one service activate through two means. there is a conflict in information provided by them ) than i request them to register my complain for the same problem, but they didn't take it.

                                Than i told him to transfer call other person who is authorized to take a complain, He has transfer this call
                                Mr. RAMESH BHANGI, than i request him also to register my complain but he also not taken it, he told me that my caller tune is activated on 19th march and today is 25th march , they will register this complain only in two days passage of time.

                                then i request him to register that this is a system problem, i would like to register complain against your system that its automatically start the caller tune, than also he told me that he can not register my complain .

                                  I m having a Billing plan of Vodafone which is of Rs.99 Rental with 1 GB 2G gprs plan free per month using for last 6 months and have being paying bills regularly. But without informing me vodafone changed my monthly billing 2G GPRS free plan to 3G 1GB data plan of Rs.250 per month, when i spoke to their customer care executive (198) he said that the plan was activated by default it was nor i who activated neither they activated it, but after 15 minutes he said that i have activated the said plan through vodafone call which was received by me on 26/02/2013 but i have not received any such call from vodafone. He could'nt solve my problem so I spoke to the Sr. Executive at vodafone (198). This whole telephonic talk went for an hour and above the Sr. Executive repeated the same thing. Then I had sent a email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com thereafter I had received call on 13/03/2013 from Vodafone Mr. Ashish stating that we will reactivate your plan and I have received apology for the same. He also stated that we will charge you only for pro rata rental of 3G service which is from 01/03/2013 to 12/03/2013 and no data charges will be applied. Thereafter on 14/03/2013 in the evening 07.20 p.m. I had received a call from Vodafone Executive (Lady) she stated that we will solve the above problem and we will not charge you any pro rata rental of 3G service, you will be only charged for your monthly rental of Rs. 99 and call charges. But when I received my bill on dated 21/03/2013 which was Rs. 3255.80/- I was in a shock, then when I called Vodafone customer care No. 198 they said that you have been charged for your data plan period from 18/02/2013 to 17/03/2013 for the whole month and also rental of Rs. 849.

                                  Whatever was told by them to me was totally rubbish and now onwards I don’t trust this Vodafone service. Hence I am totally harassed by Vodafone people and their service. This is my final mail to you, if you are not able to solve my problem, which you are not I am going Consumer Court / Appellate Authority and CNBC pehredar forum. Your reply is expected on urgent basis.

                                    I am Amit kanak, using Vodafone post paid number [protected] since last 5 years.I have bought one more DATA SIM for 3G internet use on Nov’12. Bearing number - [protected].

                                    The Data Sim ([protected]) got activated on mid of November. But I have several data connectivity issue with the data Sim, I have contacted with customer care several times, but issue does not got resolved , due to this I called customer care and asked to deactivate my 3G Sim as I could not connect with it in my area.

                                    As I have to call coustmer care with my postpaid mobile number [protected] as my data sim has not any calling facility.Every time I called the executive logged request to deactive my postpaid mobile number [protected] instead of Data Sim ([protected]).After number of attempts I finally was able to log a complain and asked them to deactivate my Data Sim ([protected]).

                                    After that I haven’t got any bill regarding that number I thought that the Data Sim ([protected]) got deactivated.
                                    It was just today when I got that my post paid number [protected] which I was using since last five years got barred.when I visited Vodafone store they told me that I have to pay 968 which was due on my Data Sim ([protected]) number which I have already closed 5 months back.
                                    · I haven’t used the data sim more than 4 days due to connectivity issue at my aera.
                                    · I already called customer care to deactivate my data sim several time but no action taken.
                                    · How can Vodafone can barred my services I am a valued customer since last five years.
                                    · Please let me know where I have to file a complaint on this issue.
                                    Please resolve my issue, You can check the usage on this number ([protected]) as I haven’t used this number and called number of time to close it why I have to pay the due.

                                    I purchased a Vodafone Prepaid no [protected] on 27th Sep 08 from Bansal Communication, SGM Nagar, NIT, Faridabad after submitting all required documents. The sim worked well for 2 days and then from 29th Sep 08 its outgoing and incoming were barred due to non- submission of documents. Mr. Bansal of Bansal Communication said that he submitted the documents now the dealer is not responding to my calls. Please look in to the matter and activate the number immediately.

                                    Vodafone — Service barred multiple times

                                    Hi,

                                    This mail is regarding the problems I have faced with Vodafone since I bought a new sim card for the last one month. My incoming and outgoing calls have been barred about five times and the reason given to me is inappropriate documents.

                                    First time my service was deactivated due to your salesperson losing the documents.
                                    Second time they said my documents had some problem.

                                    Third time, I personally went to the Vodafone store and submitted my Election Voting card which has my photograph, name and complete address. The executive at the store told me that the document was alright and activated my service within 2 hours.

                                    One week later, my service was again discontinued. I talked to a manager on Vodafone Care and he told me that your documents are all right. He took 8 hours to activate my service.

                                    After 10 days, my service is again deactivated. And now your executives tell me to go to a Vodafone store. They say your service was activated temporarily which the manager never told me.

                                    This is the most pathetic service I have ever had. Your store executives should know the right protocols and should tell me about the type of documents I need. You should not expect a person going to your store for the mistake of your executives multiple times.

                                    And every time I call your customer care, I am kept on hold for 15-20 mins.
                                    Your service has really pissed me off. I will change my service provider too as soon as possible and never recommend Vodafone to anyone.

                                      they charged me a monthly rent from 15.2.2013 to 12.3.2013 of Rs. 138.36., whereas i have already pay them Rs. 999/- advance rental plan for 3 years in august 2012 that mean i don't have to give any rental before 2015. but on march 5th we gave a written request to change our plans from next bill cycle to Rs. 99/- monthly special rental plan. which should be changed between march 10 to march 15th, i.e. from march 10 or 15 to april 10 to 15 any bill with rental of rs. 99/- + taxes and call charges if any, we have to pay. But vodafone did like " BHAGTE BHOOT KI LANGOTI SAHI" .This means that when customer changes his plan or shifted to another plan just take advantage of that and send them any bill with any rent which they want.i request you to kindly do something against them.

                                        My father Mr. Girish Sharma had a corporate connection of Vodafone for thee last many years for mobile no. [protected]. In February he decided to terminate this connection and approached Vodafone store at Indrapuram where it was told that since it is a corporate connection he need to send a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                                        1. The mail was promptly sent on 11the February.

                                        2. The Vodafone executive called back and informed since international roaming was activated thee connection can be terminated only after 30 days of deactivation of international roaming.

                                        3. Vodafone deactivated my international roaming on 11the itself as per a sms sent by them.

                                        4 I patiently waited untill 10the March when i called and spoke withe Mr. Munjinder who confirmed that " his system is showing that thee number shall be terminated at 0000 hrs on 11the Feb and a final bill shall be generated and I shall have to make thee payment on 12the itself.

                                        5. The connection was not terminated and my ordeal began then and I called up again on 12the and i was again assured that thee same shall be terminated soon. However things got from bad to worst.

                                        6 I visited Vodafone store on 14the February vide docket nos.74 at 12.06 hrs and 161 in thee evening. I spoke withe Ms. Vandana - Customer Service Manager who was absolutely indifferent, unwilling to help and mechanical in her interactions withe me. When I requested her to provide me any address contact no where I can go n meet some higher officers and or submit a letter or call theem, she did not provide thee address or contact number on any person except guided me to go to A block Sarita Vihar office. She knowingly mislead me and avoided giving any information what to talk of helping me ..although she was wearing thee plate " Happy to Help " inscribed on it. What a mismatch.

                                        7. I e mailed to The Nodal Office also without any response except thee automated reply.

                                        8. I have talked to so many executives/supervisors/managers- Anamika, Rajan, Deepak Verma, Manoj, Sailesh Pathak but no one is interested in solving thee issue. Every manager, supervisor told me a different procedure confusing me more n more

                                        9. The matter is now so much mixed up that I feel so helpless, agitated and deceived.

                                        10. The service request no with me are [protected] dt 11.02.2013, [protected] dt 16.03.2013 & [protected] dt 16.03.2013.

                                        The attitude of every one at Vodafone is unprofessional, rude, unfriendly and what not.

                                        I do not know what to do now

                                        A simple request has proved to be more complicated then rocket science for me courtesy Vodafone. i am really ruing for the day I opted for Vodafone

                                        Vodafone — termination of outgoing call service

                                        I am a post-paid customer of vodafone and my number is [protected].

                                        I have received vodafone bill for March 2010 and subsequently paid the same by cheque number 060873 dated 06/04/2010 for Rs.1,113.33 which had been encashed from my bank account on 13/04/2010. I have made several complaints to vodaphone complaint number 198 but none of my complaints has taken care off.

                                        Kindly look into this and restore my outgoing call service immediately.

                                        The resolution provided by Vodafone is completely silent on the issue of misleading, unfriendly, obstinate attitude of Ms. Vandana - Customer Service Manager at Indrapuram Vodafone store. In fact nowhere in any reply, email, or phone call has this issue been addressed. My complaint sill remains active n valid.
