I have been charged Rs 378/- which I did not even called the [protected] number while I am on roaming.
Also For current bill period FEB'13 month I have been charged Rs 50 for Itemized bill.
Itemized bill charges will be FREE to me.

MY NAME IS ANANT AND I AM USING VODAFONE POST PAID CONNECTION AND REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I AM HAPPY WITH THAT BUT FROM LAST 3 THREE MONTHS IN MY BILL ONE ADDITIONAL CHARGE NAMED CALL-CON CHARGES IN FRIST BILL THEIR 20 RS AROUND AND THEN 40 AND NOW IT IS 60 TOTAL 120 RS IN TWO LAST BILL ANDFOR CUG CONNECTION ALSO CHARGED FOR CON CHARGES

I CLL TO MY CUG FRIEND FOR 10 MINITS AND THEN FOR JUST 2 MINUTS I USE CONFERENCE @CUSTOMER CARE SO IF MY BILL IS 80PAISA(PER MINUT 40PAISA)IS RIGHT BUT IN MY BILL IT IS 4.40 Rs. ITS TOTALY UNFAIR
IF I TALK 60 MINUTS AND FOR LAS MINUT I USE CON THEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR FULL 60 MINUTS ...
