Dear Sir,

I bought a Air Conditioner (AC) of 1.5 ton capacity marketed by of VOLTAS company. I bought AC from Allex Electronics Industries, (address -C-1, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017, phone number[protected] on 21st of May 2012.

I switched on AC first time in this season to cool my room, it did not cooled. I called at the VOLTA call center (toll free number[protected] to register a complaint. I don't remember the exact date but it was end of March or early few days of April. I did not get any call from VOLTAS till 10th of April. I made another call on 9th of April at the Call Center of VOLTA[protected], i got a complaint number 13AP0908920, i was promised to get call withing 24 hours, no call for next 5-6 days. I again called on the same number on 15th of April, 16th of April, 19th of April - every time i started teh conversation from zero, and they kept promising me that someone will call withing 24 hours.

I finally got a call on 20th of April from Sohail ([protected]), claiming that he is from VOLTAS. He came with another helper with him. He checked AC and gave a 'service report' NO-2055. Report says - a AC - Checked, AC's PCB difficulties, AC NOT WORKING. We (Me and My Partner) spend whole day at home to ensure that we get it repaired but unfortunately it did not happened.

I called again to the locale number on 22nd to say that please call me before few hours of your arrival at my place. I got a call from Sohail again from his cell number mentioned above on 22nd, he syas 'I am coming'. I asked him to NOT come on 22nd and come next day. I waited and called on 26 at THE VINTAGE (VOLTAS Service CENTRE) at[protected] on 26th of April. I was told that someone will visit me on 26th. Called multiple times on 26th but same response. NO ONE CAME!!! I spend whole day waiting for them! I again called them on 27th on same number - same response - 'Someone will VISIT today' - The reason they stated is that - Company is NOT supplying PCB (Damaged equipment) so its taking time.

I called on 29th again at Sohail's number and THE VINTAGE number (VOLTAS Local Service Center), they says that PCB is not available- what can they do? It was so irritating - I lost it, i told them that - I will go to consumer court now!! They ignored completely. I was consoled by saying that 'aaj think ho jayega aapka AC'. NO ONE VISITED ON 29th again. I spoiled my day again. Could not go to work!! I had to go through so much of problem because of this. :(

I called again on 30th, they said the same thing. Someone will visit today. Mr. Sohail came with his helper. He said that 'PCB and Display nikal ke le jaana padega tabhi naya PCB aayega' (The current PCB and Display will have to be submitted in the office before VOLTAS will replace new one). he says that VOLTAS has sent a circular recently about NOT ISSUING a NEW part until damaged one gets submitted in their office. OMG!!! He took away damaged PCB and Display on 30th.

Mr. Sohail came on 1st of May with 'Repaired PCB and Display' (NOT NEW - The VOLTAS claimed that it will replace new during warranty period). They tried fixing it up but it did not run. He again went away with those repaired equipment. I asked him to bring new one so that we can see the seal and ensure that its new and it will not get damaged soon.

I am tired with VOLTAS now!!! I am claiming INR 200000 as compensation for violating consumer rights and spoiling my 7-10 days of work, my mood, my emotion badly affected which cased another serious problem in family, my work got affected and I did not get the quality service.

Please ensure that I get the compensation from VOLTAS asap.

Voltas Ac 1.5 Ton — Complaint not resolved despite repeated calls

I lodged a complaint with voltas on 2nd May 2009 regarding my AC(Ph. no[protected]. Complaint No. is 09my020184. Their mechanics came on 6th May without calling. At that day nobody was at home. I called them again. Next time the mechanic came on 12th May and said that the motor is defective and needs to be changed. They left without taking the AC saying that they will come in 2 days to collect the motor. But they didn't turned up. I called at their service centre continously for the whole week and each time they said that the mechanic will come next day. But nobody turned up. On 23rd May 2 mechanics came 2 collect the AC and said that they would change it by monday(25th May). He gave me his number(Gautam Bali. Phone No. [protected]). Since monday I am continously calling that mechanic. But he is not picking up the phone. Today again (27th May) I called the Service centre and asked againg to talk to a senior person. She came to the phone and said that my call has been escalated. I tried to talk to her but she didn't listen to me and hung up the phone.

On the first call I made, their executive said that they resolve each complaint within 48 hours. But since then 26 days has been passed. And I am still not hopefull about getting my complaint resolved in this week also.

It appears that the voltas India is an unprofessionally managed organisation.

Voltas AC — WORST SERVICE AND WORST AC

I HAVE BOUGHT VOLTAS VERTIS GOLD A C FROM VIJAY SALES ON 5 /4/10 THEY SUPPLIED ME DEFECTIVE A C TO ME VOLTAS A C SERVICE HAD INSTALLED THEY HAD INSTALLED AND LEFT THE HOLE OPEN AND TAKEN THE FULL INSTALLATION MONEY AND I HAD TO COVER THE HOLE MY SELF AND AFTER FIRST SERVICING I CAME TO KNOW THAT I GOT DEFECTIVE PIECE FROM VIJAY SALES BECUSE IT WAS LEAKAGE FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 26 SEP AND THEIR SERVICE PERSON CAME TO REPAIR THEY TOLD I WONT SERVICE WITHOUT BILL FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO MR SALONI OF VASAI BRANCH THEY TOLD ME THAT I WONT DO WITHOUT BILL I TOLD HER THAT I AM NOT AT HOME I WILL GIVE YOU TOMMARROW BUT SHE REFUSED TO DO SERVICE I TOLD I HAD BOUGHT TH AC BUT NOT THEFT . I have brought an ac of your company on 7th of october.2010 but it is not working properly from 2 months and I have complaint to your dealer(national sales corp)in kotkapura district faridkot, punjab but he is not giving proper service and ac is still not working properly

Very poor service of Voltas Airconditionor

We had login a complaint on 01/04/2016 against complaint no.-[protected], 2400, 2365 but still my complaints not resolve .

No one resolved the complaint from more than 45 days

I Have raised many complaints against to voltas on Air cooler and simply they are closing and no one is resonding or visiting my home

I called many times and they always used to say issue will be resolved in couple of days.

Days are gong on but no one is resolving te issue.

Worst customer care is Voltas customer care...

To get AC repaired we have to call N number of people, even a work in govt office will not involve this much pain taking.

From last 10 days, AC is not working and no one bothers about it even after complaining.

Voltas is the worst brand, dont even buy that AC.

    I have purchased Voltas water dispencer from Maheshwari home appliances,Lucknow on 24th December 2013.
    The cooling function is not functioning now,I fired a complaint on phone on the same day.
    I am calling everyday to Voltas service center but the always tells me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs,but after 6 days i.e. 144 hrs my problem is not resolved yet.

        Respected Sir,

        It is to bring to your kind notice that I Mr. Ulhas Lahu Jamdare, a customer of your company had purchased an Air Conditioner (Voltas Window AC 1 Tone) on 3rd March 2013 from Kohinoor Electronics Ulhasnagar who is an authorized dealer of Voltas AC. Since 1 month I am regularly calling the service center because to the loud noise coming from the compressor of the AC which is there from day one. My AC has been taken 2 times now to the service station @ Kalyan and kept there for 2-3 days and brought back without fixing the issue. I have spoke with a lot of people regarding my issue but till now haven't received any solution to the problem. I have even asked for a replacement because the technicians who came to fix the problem couldn't fix it. I had launched a complaint as well and I was assured by the rep on the call that he will be adding a note for the replacement of the AC in the complaint but still nothing has been done yet.

        Request you to kindly assist me in getting this problem fixed ASAP or I would need a replacement, otherwise I shall constrain my self to take legal support.

          I have sent my Voltas vertis plus ac's compressor for repair and the company says that the compressor change will take time as they don't have it in stock and its bin more than a week and they are just delaying it every day by saying that it will still take more time .
          It is extremely hot and this ac is giving problems since the time of my purchase , the cooling is not sufficient .
          I am very disappointed as the customer service for voltas is very slow and in efficient so far.

            Hi there...i am Kanwaljeet from noida. we bought voltas window ac a year ago. Till date we have had to get gas refilled once already. this time when we called them to service the ac, we were told gas needs to be refilled...that is the second time within just one year. we asked them to take the ac to workshop and either get it replaced or get the gas refilled and bring it back. Up until this moment warranty was not discussed at all. they promised they would do that. they took the ac from our home on 6th april 2013 and promised to bring it back on 8th april. but they did not do so. then we got a call from them saying that the cooling coil needs to be replaced along with refilling of gas. we told them to go ahead. then we called them again and told them that our warranty is till valid so they told us they will get back to us. then they called us and told us that everything is fine with the ac and nothing needs to be replaced. This shows their fraudulent behaviour and mischevious intentions. as soon as they came to know that air conditioner's warranty is still valid and that we won't have to pay for cooling coil and gas, they changed their tune and miraculously our ac became absolutely fine according to them. i then confronted them with this and asked them to change the coil, which should not be required to change withing the very first year of buying the ac. finally they brought the ac on 15th after too many exhortations from our side. even then, they did not change the cooling coil saying ac is fine. we have now sent back the ac to the workshop and we have demanded that cooling coil b changed as promised. I am filing this complaint to bring forth the fact that we are being cheated and harassed by the company. we are living without ac in this heat and on top of that the company is trying to defraud us. the quality pf the product is also under question considering that within a year it required two gas changes and cooling coil also requires to be changed. Please help in whatever way you can. thank you!

            Air conditioner, Voltas — Faulty AC, request replacement

            I have purchased one Voltas AC 1T from Voltas dealer in July last year. After installation it was noticed that the remote was not functioning due to some fault in the AC pannel. Technician removed the pannel and replaced it after a week. Then it was found that the swing was not working, again it was corrected. Since its purchase I have to call Voltas Service centre several times as it keeps on developing problem after problem, one after another. This year again after servicing, there developed some problem. Technician ( Mr. Ramjanam) took the MCB for repair. Its more then one month the MCB ccould not repaired or replaced. The whole summer, we have to suffer as if I have wasted my time and money for the comfort I expected to have by purchasing Voltas AC. Several complaints made, Sales executive contacted but the problem could not be solved. I have also sent e-mail complaints to Voltas to replace the faulty AC supplied to me. Nothing has been done by Voltas so far.

            Kindly help me to get rid of this problem as it has become a burden on me. In fact, its also reflecting on my family life. Hooping for the best from your side.

            LLoyed window AC — Fraudulent Product

            I have bought LLoyd Window AC model AW19GLR1 from your Authorised Distributors in Ghaziabad ( UP ) M/s Ashish Traders vide invoice no. 10 dt. 12-04-09.

            While Buying it was told to me that the AC is actually a new latest greek model 1.6Ton capacity because of which it gives better cooling as compared to contemporary 1.5Ton ACs available in Market. It was also confirmed by the distributor as well as written on your Catalogue & website ( Tech Specs pasted down below ) that this perticular model is an AUTO RESTART model. Because of these qualities I bought this model.

            From the day one of installation, the cooling was not upto the mark & it was not an Auto Restart model also. We complaint to the concerned distributor & he in turn came with the Company Branch Service Head Mr. Devesh Sharma & his team. Despite their four visits & attempts to rectify the problem & fitting the so called PCB to make it Auto Restart model it was not succesfull. Lastly on dated 17.06.09 Mr. Sharma agreed that this model has got some problem. It is neither an Auto Restart model nor it is giving the required cooling in the Room. He agreed to change the unit with another one having this function within a week, s time. After a week when we again contacted him he said that he has forwarded his request to the national service Head Mr. Jose who has to reply back. My repeated request for getting Mr. Jose contact no. also was refused by him.

            Till date we have not recd. any reply from the company as to what is the status & Mr. Sharma has stopped taking my calls also. This matter has been twice reported to the Branch Head Ghaziabad Mr. Pathak also & he also assured me that the needfull will be done.

            I Request for the concerned authorities to pls look into the matter. Now I want this unit be taken back by the company & my Money should be refunded as it is a clear case of Fraudulent Practice opted by the company.

            Voltas AC — complaint regarding the window air conditioner

            Hello,
            I Ankur gupta resident of sonepat is not satisfied by the voltas service. I want to say that the poor response from the vervice centre of voltas at sonepat (vishwas refrigration). is not listining to my complaint. Their is a problem of compressor and a two month before my window a/c was repaired by the same technician,with a same problem. As per company rule i am going to pay the charges of the gas. and transport frait too. But due these two reasons the technician is not repairing my air condition. and demanding for the charges which is illegal as per company rule. Their is a request to show the quick response as soon as possible.

            VOLTAS WINDOW Air conditioner — Not fitting the AC

            We bought a Window type 1 Ton Voltas AC from AIRCOL Enterprises, Mamangalam, Cochin. They are refusing to fit the AC in place.

            VOLTAS 1.5 WINDOW AC — THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING IN WARRANTY COMPLAINT

            I have purchased new Voltas Plantina Split AC (1.5 Tons) on[protected] from A.K. Electronics (Bhajanpura). When I purchased this a/c think so that this a/c company is best & Reliable Company of India but this a/c is not working on the date purchased. I logged complained to Dealer after complaint some engineers come my house and look this a/c and they said some parts of a/c manufacturing defective and defected parts come from company, but not say when come. I think that part of this a/c come after spending Summer? I requested that My A/c repleced soon as soon & solve problem.

            I have purchased new Voltas Premium Window AC (1.5 Tons) from Rajpath Motors, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. But there is no user manual in that pack. Without a manual there is some dificult for me to run the AC. AC mechanic advise me that how to run the AC then also I am facing some problem.               We have purchased VOLTAS window AC 1 TON 2* GOLD from Electronic Paradise (North), Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092 on 14th of April 2013 by representative Jitendra. Unfortunately, box didnt contain Remote and Warrenty Papers and installment was made on 14th evening.

              We have spoken to the dealer several times and we were told several times that this matter will be resolved soon. But there is no appropriate action taken by dealer. Please take this matter on priority.

                I have purchased one VOLTAS window ac from reliance digital ,Bhubaneswar on 5-Apr-13,after several follow up the installation is not done by them , however they have taken the installation charge at the time of purchasing the product. Every day I am asking about installation but not getting proper response .I have also lodge a complaint in Voltas customer care([protected]) on 9-Apr-13 , the complaint no is -13AP0907173,but not getting any positive response .I am suffering a lot due to high temperature/summer .No body is taking responsibility for get the job done .Why customer will suffer after purchasing a product ?

                  The dispatch department of Lotus (Raipur) has become so irresponsible that they even don't accept their mistakes. Mr. Kamlesh, from Lotus, Raipur is so adamant and rude talking to me regarding their mistake in dispatch, that I had to opt for complaining against him and the entire management for such a level of irresponsibility that could lead the customer think twice and thrice before opting Lotus for Electronics goods.

                    I had done the re-installation of my Voltas AC 1.5 ton split on 27th Oct 2012 ( request NO 12OC2701915) which was not done properly and the gas leaked over a period of time.

                    As it was winters thereby I did'nt turn on my AC after the installation. I came to know about the same only in the month of March (13-March) (Request NO 13MR1306117) that the AC was not working. The engineer came and said that the gas has leaked and charged Rs 400 for inspection and provided an estimate of around 3500/- for 1.5 ton split AC.

                    This is a fault done by the Voltas authorised service centre (Chennai Cool Care,Tambaram West) at the time of installation and should be repaired by them free of cost.

                    I will go to the consumer court if the above issue is not resolved. The below compalints has already been raised for the same but I have'nt received any calls from Voltas regarding the same.

                        Have a Voltas Vertis plus AC, Service by M/s Sarkar Electronics for GAS leakage 4 months backs in their workshop, Unit was not running for thereafter, now when started its not cooling, Service Personal suggested gas leakage & Charging on paid basis which is totaly cheating, When asked how the gas could have leaked after it was serviced in workshop for the same problem not so long ago,He has no idea.

                        VOLTAS VERTIS PREMIUM — leakage of water

                        as i lodge a complaing in the service center for the same as there is no proper driainage of water from the nozeel still this problem is not resolved

                        Volta Vertis Plus — Cheats

                        Dont be fooled with the brand Name, Another company that knows only to sell its product and forget about its quality check, customer care,

                        Needless to say here, that having bought an A/C a month back, its developed problem, called the customer care, send a technician who acted like he is god's gift to mankind and goes back saying that he will come back tomorrow and as typical cheats, does the disappearing act, You call the call center to ask what is the followup , and they say Your work is mark completed, so there is no followup.

                        Nothing more to add, Repent getting this machine, just felt like warning the rest o[censored] guys.

                        Voltas Vertis Plus — very poor service and pathetic dealing with the customers

                        I have three voltas Air conditioners .
                        But the service provider overe here
                        DTC appliances is the worst dealer whom i have ever came across.
                        the people sitting over there dont even have manners to deal to the cusomers
                        they allways potray a false image infront of the customer
                        More over the owner also dont take care of such miss happenings.
                        I request you to take some serious actions against them.

                          I had purchased 2 voltas Ac from E ZONE, INFINITY MOLL, MALAD (w). In first year it self repetedly both Ac started giving problem. All the time different parts were creating problem. At least 6 to 7 times both Ac were broke down, from 365 days atleast 150 days ac were nonfunctioning.                             Its not even a year since Voltas 1.5T Vertis elite split AC was purchased (bought on 23/2/2012 from NEXT electrical shop in Ambattur), the AC had stopped giving cool air and was blowing normal air instead. When called the authorized dealer, he informed that its a fault with gas cylinder in there. He purchased a cylinder of gas at our cost of Rs 1500 and used it to fill the gas inside the a/c and took the remaining gas in the cylinder with him ( I don't know what plans he has with the remaining gas in the cylinder, anyways, its not ours to keep even though we paid for it). The very same night, the AC was back to its problematic state where it did not cool the air but was blowing warm air even though the temperature setting indicated cool.
                            Please make these people attend to consumers problem with high importance and ask them not to cheat people with their money. We have been trying to get in touch with the incharge person, but could never make him attend to this problem till now, as he keeps promising to give this problem a look on a future date.

                              I purchased voltas split ac 1.5 ton from your dealer at ideal home appliances, Trivandrum in 29 march 2012 It is not working properly from day of installing “High sound “ your service centre person visited more then 6-7 times but fault is beyond his knowledge. service centre is not able to remove the fault. ‘’High sound & some times compressor is not working’’ & no cooling in turbo function .Trivandrum service centre (cristal care,kannanmoola, Trivandrum) they send trainee exicutives but that people not able the service and that peoples colaps &damaged my a/c unit .After the service ‘’High sound & some times compressor is not working’& swing flap not working properly and cooling is very low.

                              so I talk to my dealer at ideal home appliances, Trivandrum They go to replaced the A/C to give the letter of Voltas service centre. at the near last service mechanic visited my house and he like dishonored very harsh and this time they told me that they are not going to provide the letter they challenged me that I can complain anywhere, even in consumer court... They challenged me that he will see me how to replace or cleared the complaint what can I do now...

                              I hereby request to concerned officials through this message to replace a/c & my money along with interest otherwise I will be compelled to knock the door of consumer court to get rid of this poor quality product.
                              Please solved the problem other wise we will move consumer court...Voltas of TATA. What can I do now...?

                              VOLTAS SPLIT AC — COMPRESSOR NOT WORKING

                              Respected Sir,

                              We have purchased a VOLTAS Spil AC on 05/05/2009. Since this time , the AC has got fault nearlly ten or more times. Sometime it's stabilizer not working, sometime it's gas get leaked , some time it's Compresser not working. We have made the complaint many times in the dealer. The Engineer comes , but every time we are not finding a permanent solution for resolution of that type of faults.

                              Today one of the Voltas Enigneer Mr Sonu Gowdial came and checked the AC and said , it's compresser get failed and needs to be replacement. The AC is out off warranty and the compresser is within warranty period. Still he is asking for the payment of Rs 2500.00, Also he is saying , it'll take more than a week to complete the job. We don't understand , why he takes such a long time to repaier the AC ? We are thinking ourself that, we have done a huse mistake by purchasing the VOLTAS Ac. Also Mr Praveen , Contact No- [protected] & [protected] the head of the dealer is not supporting us. Also we don't understand that, why we pay the GAS & other charges , even though the fault aries in the Compresser. SO during removing the compresser , the GAS will obviously be drain out from compresser. The refilling of GAS requiered to commission the compresser.

                              We request you , kindly help us to get the ac repaierd under free of cost as the Compresser is within warranty

                                This is regarding poor service of Tata Voltas, they only sale their product but do not want to give services for their product, I have registered one simple case for servicing my AC (Tata Voltas Platinum 1.5 ton) and it has been 15 days passed but still no action initiated from Voltas. My case no- 12N02202718. My concern is only that Is there anything we can do against company for such bas services?

                                  VOLTAS — A/C not working

                                  I have a Voltas window a/c however it has been giving me problems since the 2nd year onwards. As of now if i leave it at 16 degrees, it will only give cold air for a few minutes and will then through warm air, again after a few min cold air will start blowing. All in all the room is not at all close to 16 degrees due to which i face really unpleasant whether when i am going to sleep. Please assist

                                    The remote of my Voltas window ac abruptly stopped functioning. A call in this regard was made to the call center, who promptly sent someone the following day, got the remote picked up, repaired it, and returned it in the evening the same day.

                                    Must say, this was all pretty impressive.

                                    However, within a month, the problem reiterated.

                                    Expecting similar levels of service, another complaint was logged in. No one came for the next few days. On enquiring about the same, the call center guy told me that the complaint has already been attended by one Mohd. Hashim, and that the current status of the complaint is closed. On my insistence, they logged in a fresh complaint regarding the remote. However, they could not log in a complaint against the service center.

                                    Finally, Mr. Hashim turned up on 30-Aug-2012. However, there was a marked difference in his attitude this time. Nonetheless, he took my remote, gave me a receipt, and left. Before leaving, he also informed me of a couple of phone numbers to be contacted, if need be.

                                    After about a week, I called up the number and the person told me that i will get my remote the following day, which of course, never happened.

                                    A week thereafter, i called up voltas, and informed them about the same. They assured me that i will get my remote the following day, which also never happened. Subsequently, i registered my complaint through their automated system on the website, hoping this will atleast get registered. Nothing happened.

                                    After about a month, i called up voltas, and was promised yet again, that they will deliver the remote the same day by 7. Yet to happen. I am still waiting. They also promised me that the regional head will call me in another 15 minutes. That call is still awaited. The call center refuses to give any contact details of any official.

                                    I started looking for email id of officials online, however, as expected, those are really not published.

                                      I have bought a voltas A.c. on 3rd week of August 2012 from GURU MAA
                                      ENTERPRISES RUDRAPUR,UTTARAKHAND.
                                      Problems which I have faced-

                                      1.I have asked to pay Rs. 500 for installation by service engineer
                                      which i denied (neither get help from service team for its
                                      installations)) . I didn't pay installation charge for any other
                                      electrical aplpliance like washing m/c (IFB) Fridge(Whirpool) etc.

                                      2.Just after a week I have started getting problem with my display
                                      board for which i have called service engineer to come and check.
                                      He came and took the chip and informed us to get back with a new chip
                                      in 3-4 days from the company.But today almost 30 days have been passed
                                      there is no info from his side.He is not even bothered to pick my
                                      call.On calling to service centre also I am not getting any
                                      satisfactory answer.

                                      This is really getting frustrated to have this kind of behavior from
                                      such a reputed compay.
                                      Hope you will personally look into the matter.

                                        Your Feedback: Dear Sir, I've purchased the Voltas ac Dated[protected] From Goel refrigeration and Electronic Parade Road Jammu Model no Voltas SAC 1.5 Ton Gold In:- 4551336A12c005409 OUT :- 4511373H12D000408 Sir From the First day A/C is not working many a times we had called Goel Refrigeration but still the A/C Is not working He had opened the machine many a times and now he is saying that I will Repair the machine at my workshop which is disgusting That I had purchase a new ac and In the waranty period The A/C gets repaired Already I have 5 - 6 Voltas A/C Installed at my business premises and home but now I'm facing so much torture in this summer as I required A/C In this season. Sir I also want to tell u one thing That ur Dealer had charged excess amount from me He had charged 30,000 for this A/C But the market value of A/C Is Rs 26,000. Sir I[censored] need the Copy of Bill I will mail u the copy. Plz Replace the A/C as the A/C is defective and not in working condition.

                                        Your Feedback: Dear Sir, I had a very bad experience with Voltas I think I had done a mistake to buy a voltas AC From the 1st day The AC is not working The date of purchasing the AC is 28th June - 2012 Now the month is over Many a times I had called ur service centres But ur engineers cannot Rectify the fault Which means The AC is defective In the summer When Temp is 45 degree approx Do u think I had hanged a Dummy AC by paying a cost of AC more than the cost of ac. Now enough is enough I'm Goin to consumer court that ur dealer had cheated by taking excess amount more than the market price and sale me defectice AC Which is not working Instead of many complaints company had not done any thing to rectify the problem Already I am using 6 voltas split AC S at my home and commercial premises and i'm plan to buy 3 more split AC'S for my commercial premises But now I had changed the plan of buying a voltas AC'S Bad service break the company Reputation TATA I hope some body had a time to reply my mail as every one is frustated at home as AC of room is not working and nobody can sleep without this.                                         tata/voltas ac — extemely bad experiences

                                        till today i was working for a company.I ordered 17 ac from voltas, as per their offers, they promissed me the proper installation as well.They send acs then the game started, their so called service engineer started assuring me he is coming within 10 minutes.After a week he started refusing my calls.In the mean time i tried to call every no given at voltas.com some of them are nonexistent others were non responding.Finally i lost my job.
