[Resolved] Voltas Split AC — bad service | |||
I have purchase Voltas split AC in last October 2010 after and installed after some time there was some problem for that I complain to voltas service center thay could not rectifier the fault and left as it is like that I ccomplain four times but till today I am getting result but day by day its performance is degrade. If voltas is not able to solve the problem then take back or replace the innwer unit but i should get the satisfactorily service Was this information helpful? | |||

We have voltas split AC which is not working regarding this a complaint is registered before 15 days but a service person from voltas come to see the problem, he tell that compressor of your split ac is not working so we must repair it.so they take compressor with them after 3days they come with compressor but during connection of compressor with indoor unit the card of indoor unit is damaged by the service person .now when starts AC after 1 hour it shows a error H6 in display.then the service person is tells that card of indoor unit must need repairing for this you must pay more.thus the service person of voltas are making problem by their own hand and increase charge of service ownly.mobile no.[protected].
