    I had the most horrifying purchase experience on buying Whirlpool Mastermind 1.5 Tonne AC from Dawar Enterprises, Galleria Market, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon. I was told that on buying Whirlpool AC, I would get a Reebok shoes voucher for Rs 3500, which can be redeemed at some specifc Reebok stores in Gurgaon. The Voucher mentioned 3 stores in Gurgaon, where these shoes can be availed (MGF Metropolitan Mall, Ambience Mall, Signature Towers). On reaching the Reebok store at MGF Metropolitan Mall Reebok Store, I was told that the Whirlpool offer shoes are not available on their store. On showing them the voucher, where there store name was mentioned, they finally admitted that yes you get these shoes maybe in next 15-20 days whenever stock is replinished. On asking them I would like to complaint against thsi behaviour, they shunned me and told me that they cannot help and I should contact Whirlpool.

    On contacting the dealer from whom the AC was purchased (Customer care no od Dawar[protected] and[protected], I was told they cannot do anything and I should contact Whirlpool.
    This is a classic case of fogetting the customer after the sale is over. This is pure BOGUS FREE REEBOK SHOES OFFER FROM WHIRLPOOL.

    Whirlpool AC — Brand new AC not working even after replacement twice

    I bought a whirlpool AC from M/s sahil traders Krishna nagar Delhi (model number WAWR18G10 and serial number[protected] on date 05/09/2008) the said air conditioner has been replaced twice by the company but still the model which has come to me is not in working conditions, the above mentioned transaction has caused me a loss of business and resulted in five non productive days of working for me, after repeated calls to the vendor (m/s sahil traders) and the company helpline numbers no response has been given to me, all i have is a complaint number mentioned in the subject, as a result of this transaction i do not want to risk my business and take a whirlpool product anymore, as i would not have the time resources to pursue this kind of a complaint again, hence i would now not like to replace the AC but want my amount refunded and get a piece installed from a reputated company which serves the customers better and also makes products which do not collapse even without working .

    Whirlpool Ac — Not Service

    I purchase a AC (Split 1 ton) from Shri Ram Trading Co., Kosi Kalan Distt. Mathura (U.P) 1 year before aur apni service ko do sal ke liye extend kara liya. mera ac[protected] ko kharab ho gaya, kafi kahne par bhi koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hai. Shri Ram Trading Co. ke Mr. Bhola ne mujhe 3 No. diye[protected], [protected], [protected], Sabhi No. band milte hain. koi sunwai nahi hai.
    Mr. Bhola Jo ki Kosi Kalan Town mein Whirlpool ke dealer hain, Public ko bewkoof banate hain.

    Wo commission ke chakkar mein jhoot bolkar warranty extend kara deta hai aur paise kha jata hai.

    Saare no. Bekar hain.

    Whirlpool Master mind — not received free gift

    Sir
    I have purchased a whirlpool master mind DLX STL TITANIUM 3S/4S on 27/03/10
    videcash bill no CS/TNR/14570 for Rs.14,266.67. while purchasing it they said a free gift of couple reebok watch then came to cash counter after payment they said stock is not there.

    After this I had been to your shop on03/04/10 and enquired one staff said it is availabe and anohter staff said he has verified there is no stock.

    Please be specific whether we will receive the free gift or not because it gives so much of frustration to me, then please hereafter be clear to your customer whether you have stock on free gifts. Please reply. My mobile no.[protected].

    This is a classic case of forgetting the customer after the sale is over. This is pure BOGUS FREE REEBOK SHOES OFFER FROM WHIRLPOOL. Would want now shoes to delivered to my house as you cannot expect customers to travel again for 15 KMs to find out the non-availability of shoes.

    I am surprised on the Marketing team of Whirlpool as they have not even planned for stock availability of Reebok shoes in the market before rolling out the offer. More surprising is that the Reebok stores also not briefed properly on the offer. What a waste of Marketing spend...

    I completly agree with your comments. just would like to add that, this situation is not only for Gurgaon showrooms, but for Noida/Ghaziabad/Meerut showrooms also. Everybody does the same thing.
    How stupid this company is.
    Same case with me...iam from TRIVANDRUM...the dealer even charged rs 350 extra fot the gift coupon and when i went to the show room for the shoes they said its out of stock ts been one month since...
    and even i cant reach the customer care from the whirlpool URL...this is the response iam getting
    Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 : Relay access denied...
    yes same here I bought aviator 1 ton, they told me that I will get the shoe coupon in a week but it has been more than three weeks still the dealer is saying he doesn't receive the coupon from whirlpool so I have to wait for another week.
    This is true at Bangalore as well. Bought the Whirlpool equipment from Total Mall, Airport Road on April 17, 2010. I was told that the Reebok shoes voucher is not in stock and promised to call me when they get it. I followed up on Phone and visited the store every week and after making a lot of noise, got the voucher on Jun 14, 2010. But, now, I am being promised the list of Reebok showrooms in Bangalore since then and I am yet to get one!
    i also puchase the 1 tin AC and get a coupan with the payment of 350 extra and still i dnt get shoes from any of the showroom
    Exacly same here... whirlpool is really a cheating company. in a city like delhi too, after i got the voucher, i have travelled from delhi to ghaziabad n noida but all i get iz a smile n the same reply "sir, they are still not in stock"

    some of the dealers have sold the coupans and hence you cannot get the coupans easily. and even if you get...a battle after battle starts. Whirlpool people must understand that the shoes they are giving are not actually free...it is added in the company margin.

    Whirlpool Ac — Neglectance in providing service

    Its been an month that I made a complaint for my Whirpool AC. Their executive visited once and informed that the PCB is not working therefore we need to replace that with the new one. And after that nobody visited us for fixing the problem despite of taking repeated follow ups.

    It is extremely frustrating to make complaints and take follow up from them all day. All they know is making false commitments and delaying their responsibilities.

    The complaint number is DL[protected] and we made the complaint on April 18, 2011.

    Magicool AC

    Problem faced during installation of AC, the technicians are not helpful and trying to fool us by charging unnecessary money for installation which is otherwise free, they leave the installation in between and now even after spending money on my product i am able to use it.

      I have given AMC of my Whirlpool Washing Machine to you. My Washing machine is NOT working from 4th April, 2010. Many times I had done complained in your call centre. But I am NOT getting any service from your site. If you are NOT able to sort out my problem, then please refund my AMC amount. My area is under “Western Refrigerator ” Noida. Complained Number is --- GB[protected] Dated 7th April, 2010.

      On dated 23rd April, 2010 I called your call centre[protected] and had discussion with your Senior supervisor Mr. Amit. He consulted to Western Refrigerator and then told me that “Within 24 Hours you will get service” and now parts are with Western Refrigerator and they will allocate engineer for same. But today (24th April, 2010) morning, I had discussion with Mr. Manoj (Western Refrigerator), as per him “Still Parts are NOT available” and he has given Mr. S.K.Singh (Area Manager of Ghaziabad) number[protected]. Then I try to contact him. But I am not able to contact him.
      Again I had called to your call centre. Then I had discussion with “Anchal”. She is senior supervisor. She assured me “You will get call after two hours, she will discussed with Western refrigerator”.

      Now,
      What I will do “As a Customer” ?
      What is used of AMC in such type of service ?
      Are this is method of providing service to customer ?
      Are Whirlpool, NOT a position to provide / replace washing machine to a customer ?

        Respected Sir,
        I would like to complaint you about the air conditioner problem. Actually, I purchased 2 new A.Cs from The Sunshine electronics LG 2 , krishna tower, 2/1, New palasia, Indore 452001 Ph:[protected] from Madam Charu on 15th of feb 10.
        One of the AC is functioning normally but the other Ac is creating problems time and again. I made a complaint to service centre may be a month ago but with no response.They dont pick up the phone or the phones remain busy.
        PROMLEM IN AC:
        1)Our AC is indicating "CLEAN FILTER" after cleaning it is glittering again till today.
        2)After installing AC it started making noise like whistle and crackling from the Indoor unit after 1-2 days and it is still making noise till today.

        So, I complaint to Charu madam about the above problems but till today she sent no one.
        We are troubled too much thats why I am complaing to the company. I trust Whirlpool appliance I already have Whirlpool refrigirator since 5-6 yrs.Untill now it is functioning very well. So, Kindly take the required actions and about our problems.Waiting for your reply please get to me soon.

          I have purchased one Whirlpool Washing Machine for Rs 7400 and Rs 1000 of old machine in exchange (Rs 8,400/-) from M/s Om Electronics, Shop No 15, 18, DDA Market No. 3, Sector 6 (Pkt. B2), Rohini, Delhi – 110085 Phone[protected] on 24.01.2010 vide Invoice No.[protected]/3648 and I found that some manufacturing defect while using it.

          The said washing machine is creating problem as under :

          1 Vide complaint No DL [protected] dated 27.01.2010 made for Timer of W/M not working properly. The same not found working properly. While attending the complaint, the timer got replaced.

          2 Again vide complaint No. DL[protected] dated 20.03.2010 for W/M not rotating properly, the complaint though got attended but rotation problem exist there and the said problem still exist. The W/M while using for some time does not rotate properly as it move only in one direction.

          So the washing machine purchased is not working properly and I have requested number of times either to replace the said washing machine or to pay back cash amount of Rs 8400/- and take back the said washing machine, but my request not heared.

          Whirlpool/Washing Machine — Non-receipt of washing machine (Sensation Elite 6.5Kg)

          I am compelled to lodge a complaint against your poor customer service regarding non-receipt of washing machine (Sensation Elite 6.5Kg under exchange offer with existing AWM310 model) from your side after payment the exchange value. Last three/four months my family is severely suffering without machine, the u/s not getting any co-operation from your side. Mr. S. Mazumder of Kolkata office handles the case, till date the u/s not getting any help. Few days before he agreed to supply the machine on 24.12.2007, but he did not. Today, after query he responds that the good machine is not readily available, he took 7-10 days more to supply the machine. Please ask the Kolkata office to take it as urgent and arrange to send the machine within this week.

          Whirl Washing Machine (Sensational elite) — Machine is not working for past two months

          i bought a Whirlpool wahsing machine (Sensation Elite - front lOaded) in pondicherry vasanth & co in 16th April 2007.Two months back my machine was not working. I logged the complient in the service centre(pondicherry). complient number is 16270. one of the service engineer(Mr.Mani) came and check the fault and he doubted that there was a problem some board. And he asked me to bring the machine to service centre by our own cost. Then i phoned to service centre and told the machine is still in warrenty period and why your are not take responsible for rectify the machine. then next day he came and removed the board from the machine and took it for repair. after a week i phoned and enquire about the fault. He said the board was not yet ready because parts are not available. Then i contacted one of the employee who is working in Thirubuvanai Whrilpool unit, Pondicherry and told my problem. He arranged one company employee to lookafter the fault. He identified Heater coils also go out, pend in the drum, etc. And he removed the heater coil and took it for service. By this way, two months is over. Last saturday i called the Service centre(pondicherry) and asked about the repair of the machine. One of the service engineer(Mr.Mani) and his supervisor said that the authority of servicing machine is taken by the Company (pondicherry unit) and said that they are not responsible for that. The way they repled, is very much hurted me. Till now my machine is not rectified.

          I donot know why the service engineer people responding like this. If Whirlpool have a Brand vaule then 22days are too much for arrangement of any parts. Moreover the production unit is located in my home down itself(Pondicherry). For this case they are taking 2 months for identifying and repairing the parts, I am just wounder what about the people in the other parts of the india.

          From this above, the whirlpool or service centre are not interested to continue the after sales service, so that company is harassing the customer.

          I hope that you will look into this issue in another two days and rectify my problem.

          Whirlpool Washing Machine — Not Working Properly

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased Whirlphool Washing Machine Model No F65 from Spencer hydeper MArket, Mursheedbad on 28/03/07. the machine is under warranty for 2 year and we are compalining to company from 14/05/08 complaint no. HD[protected], again complaint HD[protected] dated 07/06/08 as it was a manufacturing problem and company has not fitted balance weight in machine and it was vibreting like anything from the day first. there technician Mr. Srinivas visted my place 07/07/08 to attend complain dated 14/05/08 after almost 75 days and said that we are fitting the weight balance as it was missing and not fitted by the company. Mr. Srinivas Cell No. [protected]. due to delay is responce from company to attend the complaint the plastic part of the body got damage to due vibration and for the same again we have done compalint No. HD/[protected] dated 07/07/08 the same date when Mr srinivas visited us.

          Again the same complaint was made on 02/08/08 HD[protected] and the same is still opened no one has atteneded the same.

          Now issue is the machine is under warranty and it stoped working since 26-11-08 and we have complaint to call centre phone no.[protected] and discussed with Mr.Krishna and he assured me to solve the problem by 29-08-08 at any how but today till 1st Dec 2008 no one has turnup. Today morning also i called up AP Head service Mr. Naresh on his cell [protected] and he assured me to check and reply withing 15 minute but he also not reply me back. it seems that company doesn't want to provide after sales service to customer.

          I request Deccan cronicle New paper to print this issue and help me out.

          Whirlpool - Washing m/c — Not working properly

          sir,
          I have telephoned my 1st complaint on 03/11/2008.The complaint for Customer ID BG/C/0807/32973 dated 26/11/2008 was attended on[protected] after lot of chasing the higherups.Again the washing machine failed on[protected] & I have telephoned 10-15 times from 26/11/08 to till .The machine stopped rotating and again.The service engineers come and go without resolving the failure.For want of a spare part the washing machine is not attended.
          The service engineers are not presenting the copy of the service report whenever they come for attending the failures .This creates a doubt on the genuineness of the service personnel and the quality of the service rendered by the service agency.
          It is really a horrible experiance of having a defective washing machine in the peak of the rainy season.I would request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and arrange for a replacement as my washing machine is frequently failing and the service personnel are not able to attend.

          Whirlpool Washing Machine — Washing machine Imbalance problem

          Sir,
          I had purchased Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from shiva enterprises, bathinda(Punjab). From the day one it had problem of imbalance during spin while running the full cycle. we had complained many times to the company service center. they were unable to solve the problem and started passing time of guarantee by saying that companies expert will come from chandigarh or delhi. now the machine has come out of guarantee period and they have turned deaf ear towards our complaint. now the machine has stopped working altogether and nobody is responding. please solve our problem at the earliest.

          Whirlpool Washing Machine — Washing M/C not functioning

          The Semi Automatic Whirlphool Machine Code: 10428 and Sl No: INB[protected] is not functioning due to non operative of washing blades i.e., drum is not rotating and not taking load. Hence, it is requested to attend the problem immediately. Call me back for the information.

          Sir,i have a purchase a washing machine dated on 31/7/2010 from more mega store at indore.i did a complain regarding box( affix in washing tub)on 28/8/2010, engineer came and see but complain is still stand,another problem was creat after some time related to washing and timing timer,again i registered a complain again engineer came and replace some parts but problem is still stand.now i did more than 6 complain but could not proper response.sir i have losses(destroy) many clothes during washing.irequest to more mega store kindly change the washing machine they reused.kindly help us and give the solution.

            We have purchased Refrigerator 400 LTR ICE MAGIC ELITE FF INOX - 7123 on 6th November 2007.
            Now we are facing some problem (water leakage from refrigerator) and have lodged complain twice, every time they send their representative but didn't resolve the problem. as per their representative, spares is not available as and when spares reach guwahati, they will attend the complain and short out the problem. Three months have already been passed but till this date neither resolve our complain nor any reply.

            I have purchased Wirlpool Refrigerator 300 LT(3D) Proton, Model 12116 DIX Sl. No INE[protected] on 15.05.2010 from the shop KAKOO TRADERS at Begusarai, Bihar (India). 15 day before, colling system stoped in opration. I have contacted service centre at Begusarai (Durga Refrigerators, Mob No [protected]). After checking, the Service Centre informed that there is likage in cooling wire at the upper shelves of the refrigerator and the parts are not available at their service centre. They will indent the same to Patna office for the supply of the parts. To day they informed that the parts is not available at Patna also and we are trying to manage the same.

            We request you to please look in the matter and make available them the parts earliest for repair of the refrigerator. You may assume the uneasyness in my faimily for non functioning of the referigerator.

                  Whirlpool Split A / C — Repair

                    sir, I booked a whirlpool refrigerator of model genius premier 180 litre and paid an amount Rs 500/- as an advance and i paid the remaining amount Rs.9100/- when he brought the item. After that I found that the model was changed (genius premier to genius supreme).Genius supreme is a basic model and it's cost is less while comparing with what I paid. I asked the seller to change the refrigerator as per my bill, but he denied and he is using abnormal words. so please do the needful.thanking you sir.

                      I was gifted a whirlpool by Major Bharat Bhusan. The Fridge was purchased from Sham Lal Krishan Lal 1/206/28, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cant 110010. This fridge was purchased on 20.12.2009. I have the guarantee card but have misplaced the original bill. After many calls the fridge was taken for repairs. Now I have been told that in case I have ost / misplaced the Bill than I have to pay the reparing charges. They say that waranty card has no meaning. They need bill to waive of the repairing charges. If that be so than what is the use of waranty card. Ths is a clear case of cheating. Sham Electrical is not issuing the duplicate bills same is avoided on one pretext or the other.

                        Whirlpool Refrigerator — Refrigerator Cooling Problem

                        Dear Sir / Madam

                        This is to put into your notice that I have purchased a refrigerator 'Ice Magic 220lt' with a 6th sense technology serial no : INA[protected] purchased from Kohli Bros. 13A Prehlad Market DB Gupta Road Karol Bagh New Delhi – 5, Sale Tax No. lc/06/001721/17/1051 on 28th April 2002 . The same is under 7yr warranty. We are facing cooling problem since last 15 days. A numbers of complaints ( Ref. no.: PL[protected] dt 30th Oct 08, PL[protected] 06th Oct 08, PL[protected] till 11th Oct 08 ) has been made against the same. Your engineers (Mr. Nadim, Mr. Happy-[protected], Mr. Sandeep 66179999. (Service head)) came and scrutinize it as a gas problem. He refilled the gas & in turn charge us Rs. 2, 000 vide Punjab national bank cheque no 793819 dt 30-09-08. for the service provided. But the situation with the cooling remained the same. The process of refilling the gas has been done twice but there is no change in the cooling.

                        Now from last 01 week I am calling continuously & requesting your people to take some permanent action on the same, but we are not getting any positive response, rather they are only giving us excuses like:

                        1) Defroster has to be change
                        2) Might be a problem in compressor
                        3) It might be due to the choking of gas.

                        They are not themselves confirmed where the actual problem lies and seems like they are experimenting with our refrigerator and gaining in the knowledge rather than coming out with an appropriate solution.

                        I request you to please take some action on this on urgent basis & replace the same if there is no cure to the present problem as the refrigerator is still under warranty period,

                        I look forward for your support, failing which I would be forced to launch a case in consumer court against your company.

                        Refrigerator is not working and after the authorised dealer M/s Seethal Electronics Hyderabad - AP-India the condition have gone still worse. M/S Seethal Electronics telephone Numbers[protected] and 64583333 when tried they are picing up and puting down the receiver withoug hearing to any complaint. The mechanics who filled the gas when contacted says you do what ever you want we will not attend to. It is not known How M/s Whirlpool have appointed so poor Agent who do not have proper mechanics nor they have manners to talk to customers.

                          I have Whirlpool AC, everytime renewal of AMC is due & i get many calls for the same but when i tried to contact them at their call center no#[protected], it is impossible to connect..?? recently i renewed my AMC on 8th April & since than i am trying to contact their call center for service of my AC but nothing happens for almost LAST 10 DAYS, i am not been able to speak to their representative...? strange but true however before 8th it was almost every day someone was calling. today when i called their marketing dealer who sold the AMC to advice on cancellation of AMC he refused & than while asking the phone/contact details of someone from company i was told that they do not have any contact no..

                          i tried to log in their website ...that also is same, there is a section where one can lodge his complain but WORST part is that it FAILS each time you try. it is difficult to connect & speak to any one at their corporate office phone no[protected]....................................ITS STRANGE THE WAY THESE COMPANIES BEHAVE WITH CONSUMER IN INDIA....SAME COMPANY WOULD HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE IN US TO PROTECT CUSTOMER FROM ANY PROBLEM....

                            I had purchased a 310 ltr Whirlpool refrigerator from LOTUS,AB Road Indore on 24th Feb 2008.Since after its purchase,the apparatus is constantly giving extremely poor service.

                            First of all,its OLE relay went faulty & the same was got replaced after paying its cost & service charges.

                            Later on,Voltage stabilizer (whirlpool make)was installed (cost Rs.1550) on the insistance of franchise's technicians.

                            Again,it developed a fault.Its thermostat had a problem which had to be replaced.

                            Again there was a problem with its Defrost timer.

                            After few days again,the defrost timer had a problem,which the technician attended.
                            I had written to whirlpool helpdesk,but got NO response even after repeated reminders.

                              We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model : F 26 B Mastermind Classic) on 22 Mar 2010 from Shyam Traders. On un-packing the refrigerator we found that 3 parts (accessories) were missing, 1 butter tray, a similar tray from the freezer and one wire rack. We immediately told the delivery man about this but he told us to talk to the person from whom we had purchased the fridge and went away taking delivery charges.

                              We immediately called the concerned person and told him everything but that person was unable to understand anything and told us that the model which we had purchased was not having these accessories and told us to again visit a nearby showroom and check the same model for accessories. We visited 3-4 showrooms and again checked everything and showed him the parts in the "Use and care guide".

                              The person then asked us to give him a week's time but again nothing happened. We kept calling him and asked him for the missing parts and finally one day he gave us the address of a service centre and told us to buy the parts from there.

                              We went to the service centre but there we were told that the parts were not available and now its very difficult to get those parts and told us that they would inform us as soon as the parts are available, It's been almost 8 days since then but there is neither any phone call nor we have got the missing parts. Everytime we ring them up and they ask us to give them some time.

                              We don't know how much time they want and when would we be getting the missing parts.

                                Direct Cooling Refrigerator — Terrible Service of Customer Care

                                Hi,
                                I have purchased a direct cooling refrigerator of SAMSUNG, from our dealer "Anandamela" on 17th May.

                                Since I have purchased, i am facing loads of trouble, and the refrigerator has started giving problems like hell. it's not cooling at all.
                                Called up the toll-free number, as well as the STD number at 30308282 and [protected]. A technician came and attended, and after few tests, he told that he will again be coming after 3-4 days to see the final status. I have the name of the technician who attended.
                                Since then it has been almost 20 -25 days, he has not visited, not even bothered to call us at least.
                                I repeatedly called up the Samsung numbers requesting for a replacement, since many days. I remember the days on 29th August, 3rd september, 4th September, but I am really pissed off hearing that a call back would be arranged from our end, but still I am waiting for that lucky day to come. I can take a name of few like Pamela, Deepak Gupta and kaitanya, who has given false promises about a call back. Nobody responded. I have repeatedly told the customer care to contact us, and arrange for a free replacement of a refrigerator, that is tested correctly and working fine. It's a really pathetic service from Samsung.
                                I will soon move into the Consumer Forum Court, and would surely take up this matter on a priority.

                                Whirlpool AC — no service to ac even i made complaint regarding my product

                                my indoor unit is checked by a whilpool service engineer and told me that indoor unit has to be chaged due to extensive power supplied is taken by indoor unit.after that it has not changed so far.i had called them so many times but there is no response so far.

                                Whirlpool — Most unprofessional behaviour

                                There are two portions of the complaint:

                                1. Firstly whirlpool appliances have registered fraudsters to be there service centres across india, who are using the whirlpool logo to extract money in the name of spare parts and the very next day the entire setup vanishes . The Company has to be answerable for this and shoyld pay compensation the monetary losses.
                                2. I purchased a freezer 5 years back from Jaipur and today as i am based out of Ghaziabad, i lodged an complaint at the delhi customer service centre nos. for the repair.
                                The engineer arrived and said only on the possession of the bill from the vendor would he be able to apply the logic of warranty.
                                As the machine had a compressor problem and was very well within the warrantee period, he refused to rectify it for free just because of the bill.
                                I showed him the model no. reciept, the company boklet with the bar code mentioned, the serial no. etc which he could have easily found out whether the machine was under warantee or not.
                                Moreover, this machine was financed from GE countryide and the original bill as a procedure always goes to the finance company.
                                Today is the 2nd day my entire perishable items are lying outside and getting spoiled.

                                This is the most unfriendly, unproffessional and most negatively structured public company ever experienced.
                                I am complled to take a further action againt this company towards all the bothering and mental frustration this company has given me.

                                i had bought a whirlpool microwave almost 10 months back, , from the 2 nd month only there was a problem with the motor and the microwave stopped functioning. i had spoken with the customer care about this, more than 5 times during the following months . there has been only false promises and till now there has been no repairs . the warranty of the product is only for a year and it is due . how can a company be so irresponsible . if this had happened in the west the company would have got sued, in india why are they so lax about the service rules ? just because one does nt voice their problems, people are being taken for a ride .

                                i need some explanation and repair of the product .

                                the complaint was logged on 24 Jun 09, morning and thereafter the regular follow ups are done with the customer care but till date no satisfactory response is been received.
                                Also none of the seniors have spoken to the customer as been committed by the customer care.

                                I am totally disapointed with the after sales service of Whirlpool.First they pester you to take AMC of their products and we pay huge sums of money for that. Once you have a complaint with the product, in my case an AC, then they show their true colours.                                 My name is Phil, I am your customer since 1 year, and know what I have experienced ? Every time I call your Customer Service Number[protected], they can not even note down my login username ? What is this man ? What am I paying for ? Why I am paying for this lousy and boring service where other ISP has more better service. My Internet Connection is very very much slower then Dial-up connection (not even getting 56Kbs!) sir! Thats where I came to know about your service. Please come and take your box from my terrace and remove your wires from my room.

                                Why are they ignoring their own Customers, they take huge amount of rentel every month and not giving good service.
                                My Whirpool 1.5 AC was default near about 4 months. I made a complain and Whirlpool service engineer visited my place at 16.06.2009. He agreed about my default and commited to replace my PBC Coil within fortnight. Till 26.08.09 no one arrived in my place and my complain was undue. I am suffering almost 3 months due to this negligency.

                                Whirlpool — Microwave Oven not working- poorest quality of service

                                I have a Whirlpool Magicook 25 lts microwave oven. When it stopped working, I lodged a complain with the Whirlpool call centre on 13th July 2009. They gave me a complaint number BG[protected]. Then after 2 days an engineer turns up. He checks and tells me that a part needs to be replaced. The part is not available in stock and tells me that it will arrive in a weeks time and leaves. After that no response from either the engineer or the company to update me about my complaint. I call them again on 5th of August. They again give me a new complaint number BG[protected] and I am told that I will be contacted by the service engineer. No one calls!! I am now fed up and call again on 26th Aug. They again give me a new complaint number BG[protected] and promises that the engineer will call on the same day. Well, guess what - the engineer calls and asks me if my Washing Machine is still not repaired !!! Washing Machine - where the [censored] did the washing machine come in the picture? I complained about my microwave not working I tell the engineer - please recheck with the call centre if they have forwarded him the right details of the complaint. He says he'll call me back. But, as expected from the pathetic and lousy company Whirlpool, no one cares to call me back to update me on the status of my complain. I am now completely fed up and want to talk to someone more responsible in the company that the stupid call centre associate. They don't give me anyone's number - they say they don't have it!! I ask if there is an email address where I can escalate the matter. They say click on Contact us link on their website. I do that and guess what - after filling in all the details it won't submit!!! What else did you expect you stupid, I say to myself. I call the customer care once again on 31st August, knowing there is no other way to contact the company. I explain everything to the customer care rep. She says she will make sure that someone will call me. I ask her if I can speak to someone senior - I am transferred to one Shyla Siddique . She too repeats like a parrot - I am really sorry, I understand your problem, I will make sure that service engineer will contact me today, blah, blah, blah...

                                I now decide to call the company directly at the number listed on their website in the hope that I might speak to someone but, again I kicked myself for my stupid thinking - no one picked up the call. By now, I am convinced that I trusted a company that is not trustworthy at all. I am writing this horrible experience so that people are aware how pathetic this company's after sales service is. Once you have bought the product you are pretty much on your own. Even a local grocery shop provides a 100 times better service than this third class company where you can;t talk to anyone other than the call centre.

                                DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY"S AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ZERO.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

                                Whirlpool India/washing machine. — Complain against misbehavior and non-service of my purchased washing machine.

                                I purchase a washing machine of WHIRLPOOL company from the local dealer
                                no-FS60 on 28th January’2009. After five month a big fault arrive and
                                then I complain to local servicing centre, Durgapur, Benachity, West
                                Bengal, (Complain no-KL[protected]).First of all an engineer came to my
                                house and inspected the machine. After that he contact with Delhi
                                office and expressed all the details of fault of the machine to them
                                .Then he told us that Delhi office that they will exchange with the

                                WELL THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN TERMS OF SERVICE.I HAVE BOUGHT A MICROWAVE OVEN FOR RS12000 WHICH GOT DEFECTED AFTER TWO MONTHS ONLY THE SERVICE CENTRE KEPT IT FIRST FOR TWO MONTHS AND THAN RETURNED ME BACK SAYING ITS OK NOW THOUGH IT WAS STILL DEFECTIVE, THAN I GAVE THEM AGAIN AND ITS STILL LYING WITH THEM AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN ONE YEAR AND THEY ARE ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES SOMETIMES SAYS THEY WILL GIVE NEW ONE SOME TIMES THAT THE OVEN IS ON THE WAY.I HAVE VISITED THERE SRVICE CENTER IN MEERUT MY CITY OF RESIDENCE MORE THAN FIFTY TIMES, BUT THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A CHEAT THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY OVEN BACK EVEN.NOW I AM GOING TO FILE N FIR OF 420 AGAINST THEM AND A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT TO TEACH THEM A LESSON.

                                I bought a duromax stablizer vx1305 as suggested by the Whirpool engr on 24 oct 2008 and it's under warranty yet. My fridge was not getting on due to problem in stablizer and I lodge a complaint at customer care on 13/4/2010 and complanint
                                no is HR[protected] and the engr visited next day and said, put the fridge on direct supply and we'll replace the stablizer. And till date it has not been replaced and i have spoken so many times and got replied we don't have in stock.

                                I don''t know how you people are working. When the product are under warranty and you are not listening and when it goes out of warranty then what you will do, I don't know. And who will be responsible if something goes wrong in the fridge bços
                                running on direct supply.
                                I have spoken to Prakash 2-3 times Mobile No. [protected], not giving satisfactory answer and most of the tome doesn't pick the cell.
                                Personally so many times I went to Sec-16A Faridabad office. They said we are helpless.

                                Tell me what to do. I am fedup. and planning to highlight in the leading newspaper about your poor service and I would advise everyone not to buy any whirpool product.

                                I too have similar problems and now find myself saddled with a piece of pure junk. I have a 400 lit. fridge and in last two weeks same engnr keeps coming despite assurances of a senoir one. I dont think they have any snr engnr. The company is truely pathetic, I have been given wrong number when I asked for the escalation matrix. Their office is close tomine, it might be better to dump this on their doorstep and get another one.
                                I agree with all the comments written here and as the company is not responding, should their brand ambassadors be contacted? and then their film be bycotted?
                                This is India and that is why such stupid organisations thrive and are protected ( eg Anderson of the UCC)

                                Dear Sir,
                                On 15th June 2010, Tuesday, I lounged a complaint against a problem of cooling of my Refrigerator to the customer care. The service man came to my home and told us that there is a problem to the thermostat of our refrigerator and the thermostat need to be changed ASAP, I said OK! Than he told us that I will come tomorrow and change it, but please don’t switch ON! Your refrigerator till than. We switch off the refrigerator and put our all stuff outside or somewhere else. Next day we waited for long hours and found that guy will not come, than on 16th June, 2010, Wednesday, I called up the CC once again and ask them that where is your service man as I lounged the complaint yesterday and since than that guy has not come again for the replacement of the thermostat, than the CC guy told me that I just check out why that guy not reached to your home for the service. Once again no reply and the situation still same. After waiting for hour I called once again to the CC and ask the same, the reply still same and no reply. Than at the end of that day I finalize that now it’s too much and we need to call somebody else and change the thermostat, and I did the same, I really say I was in deep trouble and burst on Whirlpool as most of the food stuff was ruined and waste for me at that time of about Rs. 1000/- . Than on 17th June, 2010, today I called up the CC once again and tell them what your services is all about? And tell them the behavior towards customers is really very bad and I told them that this behavior is not good towards customers and please block my complaint ASAP as I rectify my problem my own and need not to send any one to my home for service, than he said I have already blocked your complaint and no one will go to your home for service. And you know what happened after that they told this to the service man and that guy still reached to my home and ask my mother to pay for the services, than my mother told everything to that guy what exactly was happened to us because of him, than that misbehaves with my mother and told her that if you call us again for complaint than I will teach you a lesson! This is how she came across a very absurd behavior through that . Is this the way you want to increase your business and services? Than I must say that this company is having a bunch of crooks who only wants to make money through wrong means. I am really upset with the services provided to the customers by you of without giving them service and ask them to pay for services, than must say “VERY WELL DONE WHIRLPOOL”. I must say that if I was at home I will kick that ’s ! He is lucky that he survives as he ran away after said that to my mother.
                                After I got the information from my mother I again called up to the CC and ask for the information about that , but they didn’t tell me anything and try to ignore my calls.
                                I am requesting you to give me the Address, phone no. and name of that ASAP. So that I can tell him what is a meaning of teaching a lesson to some one.
                                Now, I have decided that not to take any further services through you as what whirlpool is all about I know now.
                                I hope if you understand the situation than you should take serious action against them ASAP as these people are making money through bad mind and behavior.
                                This is my personal request to take action against them and If possible please find out who are those who tried to ruined the image of the company. Now as these things are happening there on regular basis so I have decided to get rid of the services and join other one ASAP.

                                With reference to the above I have to state that the above referred fridge was purchased by me @ Rs.19850/- on 16th April 2010. From the day one the fridge is giving so much trouble and your mechanics have come and changed some parts and made it to run. But to my unfortunate again the fridge is not making any cooling and again I have complained 5th time within an year of purchase for not working of the fridge. This time also your mechanic came and changed the parts and made it to run. I do not know how many days it will work properly. To make additional burden he has suggested and to change the stabilizer also and I have changed it. At a cost of Rs.2300/- for model DMN-VX-1305D (where the MRP itself Rs.2300) WITH OUT ANY CONCESSION IN THE MRP Rate. Where as all the other companies are extending concession from the MRP rate. Unfortunately the same Duro Max stabilizer is recommended by your company. I have already entered for 2 years AMC also.

                                In the light of the above I am informing you that there is some problem in the (manufacturing defect) in fridge what I have purchased, and all the time your service men are coming and changing the parts in the fridge and going with out telling the actual fact. Hence I am requesting you to advise your Madras Chapter to replace the unit
                                Before the expiry of warranty period which falls on 15th April, 2011. Other wise the unit
                                Will be surrendered by me to your Madras Office at my cost (free of cost) and I will go far new one from other brand like Godrej or LG.

                                I left it to your choice. Hope to take some decision as your Madras chapter is not all hearing and they are interested to push your products irrespective of the condition on the poor public.

                                In the light of the above, I am requesting you to change the unit by new one, as I do not want to keep show piece in my home at the cost of 20000/-, when the show piece is available for 50 rupees.

                                Hope you will advise to change the unit. Failing which as I return the unit will be delivered at your Madras (Chennai) chapter at my own cost on 16th instant and I will be forced to proceed thru consumer forum for the loss and constraint.

                                I have made a complaint about my AC 2 weeks ago. Twice the call centre has closed my complaint without attending to it. Every time I phone, which has been around 10 times I am told they will surely attend to it in 2 days and to please be in touch with the service engineer. Then the service engineer switches off his phone so I cant get him. Then I call the call centre again and they give me the number of the Service Manager. When I call him, his phone is not reachable. The call centre robots keep telling me every time I call, "to have a nice day". Now tell me if this is not a fraud company then what is it?

                                My ac in not cooling even after sevral complain, these people are not rectifing it.
                                Extremely dissatisfied with the product and Service . I had purchased a Split AC Chrome of 1 ton, purchased last year in the month of July'10 . Within a span of 2 - 3 months, water started leaking from inside. The technicians came from Igloo Services and thereafter gas charging was done. I had asked them to replace the model, but they said that the problem will not occur again and in this case replacement is not required. Again today the same problem occured and when i contacted the technician, the same explanation was given to me. I am urterly dissatisfied with the product and if you see my record you will find that i am using your brand refrigerator, Fully Automatic Washing M/c and had 1 ton window AC which seeing the product quality, i further went for 1ton split. If thi s is the quality of product then, pls suggest how do i go for your product s again. It's my earnest request to replace this model with a new one since it is not even a year old and i am not satisfied with this defective appliance. I will not allow any kind of gas charging or any part replacement this time. Awaiting Revert at the earliest .

                                I am too fed up with the services of he company . I have logged a complaint for my fully automatic machine which is under warranty on 13th Aug 2011. They said you will receive a sms regarding the problem and engineer will contact you within 2 hrs. though the entire day passed nobody called up and nor i did receive a sms.when i called customer care next day they said the we were closed yesterday that why nobody contacted you. I can't understand why can't they tell me this scenario on the same day when i logged the complaint.
                                Now on 14th Aug engineer came to my place after so many calls and has broken my inlet pipe.
                                and said as it has been broken i will come to your place after some time to fix it up.He did'nt turned back on the same day.15th Aug it was closed and I called CC again on 16th Aug they said they have resolved the case...??

                                I have a simialr case where I purchased 1.5t Split AC from Chhatarpur based dealer " Swastik", since the day 1 AC has issues. After several remonders and complaints they have attended the problem but created more problems in the AC and finally they have taken the PCB for repair in month of Aug 2011, since then no response inspite of several phone and emails to customer care. AC is now 6 months old without use and they failed to provide a service in the hottest summer when we needed them most.Can someone advise me escalation matrix if they have.

                                oreckless service of whirlpool support. I've been having problems with the washing machine evr since i bought & thankfully it had a warranty coverage for 2 years . Such was the frequency of failure that the service guy could recognize my voice... Finally after the warranty was over cane a stage when people would not turn up for service...I get pathetic response even in spite of escalation

                                I'd like to introduce myself as one of the unfortunate souls who had fallen for the brand Whirlpool. Ever since I got a "White magic" machine some 2 years before I have been having one issue follwed by other....

                                Currently my m/c is down for the past one month for want of service. The service personnel finally attened the machine after my repeated calls for 2 weeks not to solve the issue but only to suggest that the problem might be due to the main Board failure( Incidentally this I had replaced roughly a month ago paying 2.5K) .

                                Left with no other option I wanted a Replacement but there seemed no end to my ordeal as I was told that the Board was out of stock . This continued for a while ...but here i would commend you rpeople for their ingenunity in giving a new reason everytime..starting from I'll fix it today to I'm expecting it today to finally the shipment being delayed due to Inventory stock taking at oyur office..God save me I dont know what to expect from you guys further......

                                All along I spoke to the same & different people at timesstarting from Mr. Roshan, Danavel the service Guy to Mr. Srinivasan the service coordinator and finally I was routed to Mr.Vairavan who remained unreachable at the following Number[protected]..

                                Even if it were that a Board were assembled component by component it should have been done by now..

                                It's a shame that you dont even look down to have the basic tenets of support .The Quality of your product is pathetic...I guess you produce quality by accident how else can you explain the Machine Rumbling, random tripping, Incessant Beep Noise & now the wash cycle not stopping..

                                Having been thru ' what you have offered for the past two years I expect no miracles from your end..if you are wondering then why the hell am i writing this...it is just to see if i can make myself heard by mail...

                                In case you have some Quality systems in place..Consider this as the " Scream of Customer" instead of the voice...

                                One of the worst customer service ever. Funny thing is that every time engineer asks me to shut the fridge down for a couple of days. I think they designed this for Antartica, where you never have to switch on the fridge and it will never give you problems.
                                frustrated with engineer's non cooperation of mr sonu kumar who did the mistake breaking the part of my machine and unnecessary changed the motor of my machine which is now fully defective my machine is under warranty period but i dont get satisfactory solutions from them .mr ravinder also told me to pay the money of that part which was destroyed by sonu kumar my present complaint no isGB[protected] many engineers are calling but all in vain my mno is [protected]

                                I baught one refrigerator 6 years ago and my compressor chocked out a month back. Goot the new compressor a month back from Whirlpool customer service and they charged 6000 Rs. .. within a month it stopped cooling . I called five times to the customer servivce and they have charged 2000 more from me without resolution .

                                Every time One engineer ( Some Shyam babu ) comes with full of attitute and keep saying stupid things to my family member. I am certainly going to police and launching a complain in Consumer Court.

                                I have bought the refrigerator (480 ltr Proton) in Feb 2012, last week it stopped working. We booked the complaint with the customer care (Docket no. MB[protected]). Engineer visited the next day. Till this times no issues, engineer checked the problem and without saying anything he just started filling the service report. We repeatedly asked him what is the issue, but he was not ready to respond and after continually asking, he just replied one electronic board has failed and it will be replaced in two days. Today it is a week and still the parts have not been replaced.
                                As a customer, thinking Whirlpool is a good product, I had bought this expensive refrigerator and to my surprise there is no good support. I request you to please look into this issue and help us in getting this issue resolved at the earliest.

                                I just want to add to this pathetic service of Whirlpool. My refrigerator has not been cooling for the past several months and I have registered several complaints in Whirlpool. There servicing engineers are pathetic and they are not able to resolve the issue after several visits. Every time they give an assurance that my complaint will be taken seriously and followed up but all the staff seem to be so relaxed and indifferent about the harassment that the customer is going through. They are always ready with some story or the other to delay the problem further.

                                One can imagine how much of my food is wasted every day and I am unable to preserve my daughter's milk who is just one and half year old!

                                I have been literally tried begging, writing to them, escalating and trying every thing possible but these Whirlpool guys do not act at all! They never respond to emails or bother to follow up. Its unbelievable that my refrigerator has gone to Whirlpool workshop 4 times (once for almost a month) but they are still unable to fix the problem!!!

                                They keep delaying the date with the same story of parts unavailability and finally when they deliver and say the problem is fixed, the refrigerator works only for few days and we continue to face the same problem.

                                I am so frustrated with Whirlpool's experience and following up with these guys that I feel like throwing my refrigerator away.
                                I have spoken to their escalation manager as well but nothing seem to work.

                                I am finally posting this on to this forum hoping that some senior official could read this and get this resolved. One of the several complaint number is dl[protected] for reference.

                                This is to inform you that there was some minor problem of gas leakage with my whirlpool refrigerator. for that I complained in April, 2013 with whirlpool call center who appointed Bharadwaj Service Center, a authorised service center of whirlpool in Ghaziabad. on very first day when an investigating engineer came to my home and said it's only gas leakage problem so i will send our technical engineer who would fill the gas. but when the engineer who fill the gas came to my home, he said it's the problem in compressor But not gas leakage problem. he has replaced my original compressor and also advised me to use steplizor and then he charged me Rs. 7500/-. but after that in every 20-25 days we face the same problem of gas leakage. Now every time (means in every 20-25 days) the different-2 engineers of authorised service center comes to my home and do some experiments but the problems are still the same. but somehow every time they charge me. I am really fed-up with this service center.
                                I request you to please appoint some other service center and do some audit and expose this Bharadwaj service center.

                                I have asked various times to your call center and always helpless and now I think there is only option available for me to go for consumer forum and ask for compensation.

                                If anybody from whirlpool India could help me out that would be great for me as I am really feeling cheating not only 1 time but many times with this service center.

                                I completely agree with @PawanKumarAgarwal. Whirlpool's Bharadwaj Service Center is the worst appliance service experience my family has ever faced. The team at the sevice center is manipulative and misses no chance to cheat customers to pay extra for their own gain. Similar to @PawanKumarAgarwal experience, the team sold my family extended warranty of Rs 5000 plus money, assuring that the defected product will be replaced, but soon after the purchase they started creating unnecessary hindrances to complete the request and thereafter started avoiding our calls. After multiple attempts to reach them before and after the lock-down due to COVID-19, when it came to standing by their promise they plainly refused. Additionally, the executives are so rude that they don't even hesitate to cancel the call on customer face.

                                It is surprising that even after 7 years the bharadwaj service center is still LOOTING money from customer in similar fashion where they first come take note of problem an next time send another senior engineer to sell some part that is not covered in warranty mostly. The Whirlpool Authorities should definitely act fast before this service center cheat other customers. I have separate complain with details of the incident.
                                Worst service, i got this washing machine few month ago and it was giving some different kind of sound during spin, so i called customer service and the guy came in after 3 days and said "sir the rubber belt is loose and i don't have it right now and will replace it next day"and it's been 7 days no one shown his face such bad experince with whirlpool i will better suggest people yo buy diffrent brand as this machine is crab which got bad in some months

                                i have whirlpool 230 Ltr Refrigerator and its in warranty, before one year its stopped working and i have paid Rs.1500 for replacing switch and today my refrigerator is stopped working suddenly and when i call engineer from whirlpool he asking me for Charge of Rs.2800 INR and giving me excuses that he is charging form Gas Filling and this is too much charge for filling gas while other company filling gas in just Rs.1300, so when i asked him to just change my compressor and i will get filled gas from another vendor then he is refused to do that so would you please tell me what charge should i pay for filling gas because this is too much charge. please help

                                We have purchased washing machine on 14/08/15 but delivered defected one. We have lodged complaint on the same date. Since then we call on daily basis but no response from the co.

                                  We have a one door Whirlpool Fridge- model number: 5372, serial number: INC[protected], since December 2002. For the first time we faced a problem with the fridge and called the Whirlpool Service Center for registering a complaint on 23rd March 2010. The complaint number was GB[protected]. An engineer came on 24th March 2010 and told us that the compressor is not functioning and has to be changed and also to install a regulator for the fridge. This was done and we paid an amount of Rs 3500/- for the compressor and Rs 1750/- for the regulator.
                                  Since then my fridge has not been functioning properly. I have almost every week registered a complaint, after that for non – cooling of the fridge with the customer center of Whirlpool. The engineers come and say that there is a gas choke, they do some welding, refitting and go away, but the problem persists. Interestingly, any engineer who comes does not ask for the Customer Satisfaction Code from us.
                                  The last complaint we did was on 13th April 2010. The complaint number is: GB[protected]. An engineer came on 14th April and said that the first engineer had not done the fitting well and the pipes would have to be changed and flushing would be done; he also informed that the oil has started to leak in the freezer. He told us that he would be coming back to fix this. To this date no one has turned up, even after following up for this particular complaint continuously (in total for around 10 times) with the call center, their branch office and their ASM- Mr. S K Singh. When we spoke to Mr. S.K Singh on the 16th April 2010, he told us that the problem would be fixed on 16thApril itself, which was not done again as always. In between talking to Mr. A K Singh, one gentleman who claimed to be the malik of the service center also promised us a proper service and told us that they would get the fridge taken to their workshop and get it fixed. We informed him that we no longer wish to get the repairing done and want our money back, as we no longer trust Whirlpool as a company, and their engineers and call centers. Our fridge has been ruined by the unprofessional job work of the engineer of Whirlpool, we would request you to kindly help us get our money and compensation for the undue inconvenience and harassment caused by the organization for almost a month now.
                                  Looking for a speedy action.

                                  Whirlpool Refrigerator — fridge repair not done

                                  charged Rs. 5000/- to repair my free, but there is still no cooling and ice Many calls I do, but nobody bother. eVen not refunding my money.

                                    This is regard to the problems I am facing with My Whirlpool refrigerator.

                                    Its been more than 2 months i am facing Excess cooling problem with
                                    the refrigerator. Zafar,engineer, visited my place and changed the
                                    Thermostat (costing rs.700) and within two days of observation it was
                                    found that the problem still exists. Then After again doing the
                                    complaint it was found that the thermostat was defected and again it
                                    was replaced with new one. Still the problem was not resolved. And new
                                    engineer Sahil visited my place after doing many complaints in
                                    customer care and he did some research with the refrigerator. And
                                    broken the fridger.
                                    Customer care floor supervisor Amit Kaushik is not ready to listen
                                    anything on this and simply put the blaim on us. Then after lot of
                                    follow up Ravi visited the place and said that there is no Gas and
                                    after 5 days Atul the engineer visited the place and said that the
                                    fridge is broken/choked and needs to be replaced resulting that there is no cooling in refrigerator.

                                    now nobody is ready to entertain this problem.

                                      Hence when it will come to Whirpool India's products,it will always will be NO NO !

                                      Thank you for not replying to my mail.I did get a call from your service Mr Manoj two days later to this mail, wherein I was told that he will be talking with his superiors & revert back to me in half an hour on this issue.

                                      That day has not come till date !! And to top it when I give a call to him ,he is not responding to the phone.When I gave call from my office number,the call was picked up & then I was told that the complaint has not been accepted by your Mr. Rehman.

                                      I thank you for being so casual & complacent to customer compaint.It has helped me in taking following actions:

                                      1. Look for better companies than Whirlpool for correcting my current situation -- Thank god I found one & that too much cheaper.
                                      2. Do not buy any further products from Whirlpool
                                      3. Do not recommend whirpool to any friend or relative.
                                      4. Long term sell whirpool products as scrap.

                                      The engineer came after 0.5 hr which I very well appreciate.However what I do not appreciate is the approach of your people.He also said the same that the Gas has leaked but could not give me any conclusive reply.However he was prompt in demanding the visit charge of Rs 390.00

                                      I am a mechnical engineer & have been handling such clients.I fail to understand how when last year the AC was checked & I believed plugged for AC gas leakage,how on earth it gives leakage next year when the same AC worked for almost 5 years before gas filling in Noida.A new AC which I purchased last year is also not giving any problem in the same environment.

                                      I have been a fan of Whirlpool till now & have been using & recommending your products with my friends & relatives.However this approach of your service & support department does not augur well for the company's health in the long term.

                                      I would request your immediate action of directing your concerned people to plug all the possible leakage points & fill the gas free of cost.Otherwise you are about to lose one of your fan.

                                        This has reference to my compliant no. AH[protected] dtd 12/04/10 regarding non-satisfactory cooling performance of my refrigerator Model:11334, Sr INA[protected] purchased on 19/08/2009 from your dealer"M/s Shree Saibaba Electronics, Sahajanand Park, Motera.

                                        Subsequent to my earlier complaint AH[protected] dtd 10/04/10, your engineer Sh Nilesh Modi attended the icing problem inside deep freezer
                                        chamber { no auto defrost! }. I passed on the satisfaction code on 10th as he had replaced the bimetallic sensor part and assured fixing of the problem. However, the cooling isn't optimum to the extent of wastage of milk / curd / raw non-veg products besides no ice formation in icetray even after 36 hrs [even at maximum cooling selection].
                                        This state has been witnessed by Ahmedabad representative Mr Nilesh Modi upon communication on Monday. He had confirmed that the problem couldnot be solved & expressed that the tentative solution is pressure refilling of gas as part of condensor tubings are chocked. However, Job work details / report has not been submitted to me, an anxious customer. I categorically denied any puncture / tampering /refrigerant recharge which would lead to consistent repair & perennial headache.
                                        Pl note my request for total repacement of fridge has beenforwarded to Sh. Mitesh / Hitesh bhai Patel ,Ahmedabad consumer care I/c. However, no one has attended my subsequent REPEAT complaint on 12/04/10.
                                        Upon repeated telephonic enquiry, Mr Mitesh Patel acknowledged that my demand for replacement has been forwarded to higher ups in view of the grave defect.
                                        Let me remind that I bought a 310Lt single door MasterMind refrigerator in June'07 which had been thrice attended (gap in door gasket leading to cooling loss)by Service technicians of Ahmedabad centre during warranty period.After the 1yr warranty period, I was intimated that compressor needs to be replaced. I didn't want to incur Rs 1500/=approx expenditure then (refrigerant + addtnl estimated costs as was then listed) on 1 1/2 yr new refrigerator with a compressor warranty still in place,but not being extended to the proposed replacement compressor.
                                        Strange, but my faith in WHIRLPOOL product misled me in buying Mastermind frost-free present one thus foolishly paying more on a new costlier product & getting miniscule amount on sale of my practically new fridge to your same dealer. The guarantee of the present model performance was verbally conveyed & the repurchase advised by your resident Service I/c Sh Mitesh Patel then.This transaction is in knowledge of your Ahmedabad service centre personnel. You may call upon them to know the details of my immense financial loss plus mental dissatisfaction.
                                        In view of above, I hereby request immediate replacement of my deficient refrigerator. I would like a wrtten assurance on your behalf otherwise I would be compelled to take further appropriate steps. My misfortune is I didn't adhere to the saying"Once bitten,twice shy"& during these hot Ahmedabad summers, I relied twice on Whirlpool product and ironically the basic functioning(frost-free , cooling quality)is the bottleneck of this model also.
                                        I would like to send this defective peice back to the dealer and replaced by a grand new, quality checked one at no cost at the earliest. Do consider my genuine request in light of the above facts.
                                        Further, ask your Ahmedabad personnel to act to customer satisfaction and respond to telephones. If this case of harrasment isn't dealt within a couple of days, I would be constrained to approach appropriate / legal authorities.
