I booked my Refrigerator at the Pune fair on 3 Jan 2010 from the factory outlet of Whirlpool Refrigerator and was told that delivery will be done by Vijay Sales you need to submit all the doc now at Vijay Sales.
I have submitted all the doc and the necessary payments too on 10th Jan 2010.

My Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer has had the same fault since new. The Freezer stops freezing with the alarm sounding and the front panel temp indicator displaying - -. I bought one washing machine white magic123 650p in the first week of November and the machine was installed after 5 days and on 11.11.2009.after repeated calls made by me.
Immediate after installation the problem started and the bottom guard was wrongly fitted by the service / installation person.this is complaint no.1 and was attended after so many calls.
