    sir,
    I bought whirlpool refrigerator(model ; proffessional) on 03/11/09. after it was being successfully installed by company we passed few days very pleasently then after the few days we noticed the unsual noise coming from the compressor there after we had done complaint to whirlpool company reagrding this the complaint number is -DL[protected], & DL[protected]. after this the expert came from the company and the told us that is usual noise from compressor we surprised to know this, our earlier refrigerator do that noise very negligeable but this refrigerator make our whole night sleepless.
    it my humble request to you that please take the neccesary action as soon as possible me and my family got totally harassed by the noise.

    Whirlpool — Noise

    I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator today from Girias store on HOSUR Road in Bangalore. I got a piece of which the door makes a lot of noise upon opening, also the refrigerator isnt clean from inside. It looks like the shop has sold us the 'Display' product only.

    I dont expect a new refrigerator to make such a noise on opening the door and I need a fresh piece right out of the godown.

      This is regarding sevicing of Whirlpool refrigerator.
      Our fridge 220 ltr.is having cooling problem.So on 12/02/10 we launched a complaint to your call center[protected] from where I got the address of Quick Service Center,Thane(Tel no:[protected],[protected].After registring the complaint their service engineer Mr Jadhav.came to my home & after inspecting told us that the gas is finished & also compressor is not working properly.So we have to replace compressor.Also suggested to buy stabilizer & trolly .He made bill of Rs 4035/- I had immediately given him the cheque of same amount.He also ensured us that our problem will be solved within tomorrow i.e.saturday or Sunday.

      But On sunday when i called him he told me that as compressor is not in stock he will come on Monday.
      On monday my wife had taken a leave from her office ,But the technician had not came .When she called him he told that he will come up to 3 o'clock.But he never came upto 3.30.Again she called him he told her that compressor is not yet come & asked her to call to Quick Service centre's office..
      Again I called to office ,there they told us that it is not sure to them also that 'when will be the compressor is going to reach at their centre.
      Then I again called your call center & explained them our problem.They told us that they will ask Quick to treat our problem at hightest priority & told me not to call again.But notjing is happened & no one again called us.

      But still our problem is not solved .

      Now everyday i call Quick service center & they told us that today compressor is not in stock .Your complaint will be solved within 2 days.But this is going on repetatively.
      Today I called them They told me that compressor will be coming on Monday.
      We are so much in trouble & frusteted due to there such excuses.

      We are suffering a lot.Please take some immediate action.

      On 10.08.09 our 400 Ice Magic Elite (Inox) (double door) Whirlpool refrigerator was damaged and we called up M/s Monika Service Centre, Jhunjhunu who sent their team. They repaired the refrigerator on 14.08.09.
      However after the repairs the fridge is giving a lot of problems. the top freezing compartment is producing excess cold and the LED lights are also not working regularly. Further the temperature varies on its own. We then called the authorized agent again on 24.09.09, but they have not been able to repair it. Thereafter i spoke to Mr S Bhatia, Regional Manager Whirlpool, Jaipur who advised me to speak to your call centre at[protected]. I spoke to them on 25.09.09 at 2.00pm and they told me that they will send another team but i have tp pay Rs 495/- for the visit and other charges as applicable. You will agree that it is not a correct business ethics by a renowned MNC like Whirlpool to charge a customer twice for the same repair.
      I am sure you will do the needful and ensure that I am not charged again. Further I was surprised to learn from Mr Bhatia that M/s Monika Service Centre, Jhunjhunu is no longer an authorized repair centre for Whirlpool and that some other team will come to Pilani to repair my machine.
      Please look into the matter and ensure corrective action at an early date.

        We lodged a complaint through your call center on 04.01.2010 abouht some problem in our microwave oven.The above center gave the complaint no as 6606.After 10days your authorised service center namely HEAVEN SEVEN took our microwave oven machine for repair.Sofar nothing has been done.Inspite of our repeated reminders and various complaint todifferent authorities.please look into the matter and let us know fate of the machine.Matter very serious.

        I have purchased whirlpool microoven (magicook 20 G Elec) from Mega Trade fare held in kolkata in Science City ground on 14 .02.10. I have been told that some bowl will be supplied with the oven and cooking recipe demo will be given to my residence. Satisfied with these conditions I have purchased your product.
        This is for your kind information no bowl has supplied with the oven and till now no one has come yet to give demo of cooking recipe. Every day I am wasting my time to lodge complain in customer care No.60008557, which does not provide any solution. This type of harrassment for a small thing is really unexpected from a globally reputed company

        whirlpool of india — got a bad micro oven thats not working

        Dear one,

        This is to inform u all that i, Tapas chakraborty, bought a micro oven from AXIS MALL kolkata new town on 11/11/11, that is MAGICOOK20C. But the thing is that the oven is not working as when whirlpool executive came to install it they got some problem & told me its not working & company will replace it immediately whether they didnt give me any docs on behalf of that. today is 20th november 10 days gone. I dont understand what i am supposed to do.

        Now they are not receiving my calls. They asked me to fax the bil , i did that , but no reply. I have bought the oven for a special purpose that is my wife's a special day gift that's on 19th , but everything gone off. Now i dont want that oven anymore & want money back immediately.

        8 monts before i have bought a fridge and that aws scratched whirlpool promised me to replace it but its not happining till date.
        WHIRLPOOL is a worst company, people who are looking my complaint please don't buy whirlpool product as they sell duplicate products & they are scamming people.

          I have purchased whirlpool professional 310 litres elite fridge on 19.01.2010 from M/s. Tirupathi Electronics, neyveli-3 Ph: [protected]. Till date no whirlpool personnel has come to demonstrate the same. The door bottom is having leak. water is always condensing at the bottom. I have informed the shop. But no response till date in spite of repeated reminders. worst response from whirpool.

          You are corect, Even we had the same porblem, the WHIRPOOL replaced with a new pne, but now again after 20 days the same problem of water dripping down and ICE formaion has started.

            I have taken Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine, from Sales Corner, Baroda. Yesterday spark came from the power cable and smoke from the machine. I have complained and was assured of service guy to be in 2 hours. It is 2nd day today and nobody has called up. I have been given nos. of service guy Deepak B koli with ph no. [protected]. It is switched of from yesterday, great service. I called up customer care 6 times and then asked the Whirlpools higherups no. as customer care just use to give reminders. They gave me no of some Madam Vaishalli from headoffice, [protected], again this also switched off. So Whirlpool is very consistent in providing the service by switiching of the mobile so no trouble. I would wait for 1 more day, and then please advise how to go to the consumer court in Baroda and what is the procedure of it. I would also be giving it in newspaper, and would give advise in my company HR department to inform all employees to avoid Whirlpool products. I am with ONGC and this has been provided by the company on lease basis, so advisory to not to go for Whirlpool products, at least due to service.

              My fridge had stopped defrosting and it was only cooling resulting in excessive ice inside blocking the flow of air and nearly nil cooling in the main fridge. I lodged a complaint on 5 Jan 10 vide complaint no LKO[protected]. The technician reported the next day. After examining the fridge he said that the timer needs to be changed which he did the next day. After two hours of his leaving the fridge stopped. Next day he changed the bio meter and and gave me the bill for Rs 946/- which iI paid and on his assurance gave him satisfaction no. also. After few hours it again stopped defrosting. I informed the technician as well as the service centre but nobody turned up for the whole day I then lodged second complaint on 9 Jan 10 No. LKO[protected] and the third complaint on 14 Jan10 No LKO[protected] and again spoke to vipul of help line on18Jan10.
              The fride was finally taken to the workshop, repaired and returned after 8 days with a verbal demand for Rs17,500/- over and above Rs 946/- already paid on 8Jan10. After insisting the technician himself wrote a cash memo today ie 04Feb10 Charging Rs1100/- heating element,Rs350/- for thermol fuse,Rs 111/- service chargesand Rs150/- for cartage Total Rs 1,711/- plus Rs946/-paid few days earlier.
              The local service centre at Rajajipuram, Lucknow has caused me great inconvenience, harrassment and forced me to pay highly inflated amount for a minor corrction. They have charged me Rs 420/- for the timer, Rs250/- for biometer and Rs 276/- for the service charges beside heating element and thermol fuse. I am not at all satisfied with the repair services by the service centre. I feel cheated and harrassed by them.
              I would you to kindly look into my complaint and take appropriate action. Thanks Sudhir

              whirlpool 250 ltr — Door & handle to be replaced

              I had purchased whirlphool refrigrator of 250 lt on 15/02/2010. Ist there was gas leakage then company replaced the refrigrator and now the door and handle have cracks. Company Engg. approched in Aug. 2010 and they visited the site and said that the door and handle of refrigrator are to be changed. Despite lapse of three (3) months nothing have been done.

                I Bishnu Kumar, My Complaint Number is PN[protected] dated 12.1.2010.my mobile number is [protected] I purchased whirlpool professional refrigerator Model no 11061ELT, serial INE[protected] on dated[protected].Within few months sound problem started. Regarding this we communicated to Vijay sales and Vijay sales logged a complaint to Whirlpool Company, a technician of whirlpool came and solved the problem. Two times refrigerator automatically shutdown and restarted after few hours.On 10th Jan2010 we noticed that all the food items kept inside the refrigerator worth Rs 3000 got spoiled. The refrigerator stopped cooling. We immediately logged a complaint to Vijay sales on dated 11jan2010.A technician of whirlpool visited and inspected the machine and concluded that there is defect in the compressor, due to which the refrigerator has stopped cooling. After 3-4 days another technician of whirlpool inspected gave us the feedback that there is no gas in the compressor, so gas has to be filled. When asked about the main cause, he was unable to give the exact reason. According to him it may be due to electricity. But this cannot happen because we have attached a stabilizer also of Whirlpool Company. He only wanted to refill the gas but was unable to give us the assurance that this problem would not happened again.It is very unfortunate that hardly only have few months passed and the refrigerator stopped working. After investing a huge amount we purchased the refrigerator of the brand whirlpool for its good quality. It is very depressing we are facing mental and economical problem.
                We are not at all happy with the performance of this refrigerator because it has so many problems:
                1. Sound Problem
                2. Compressor Problem
                3. Automatic Shutdown Problem.
                Because of your poor customer service of whirlpool my refrigerator is not working from 10 Jan 2010 (around 20 days). From 20 days they people misdirected me and wasted my 20 days. Every time I called to Vijay sales shop and then only then I got call from customer care.Form customere care side they never called me to resolve this issue. In starting somebody called me from whirlpool and commit that he will do the replacement of refrigerator and after that they denied.
                After that I communicated with Mr. Ganesh Rao (From Whirlpool) and he was not ready to replace the refrigerator and but he told he will replace the compressor of refrigerator. I was frustrated that’s why I was ready to replace the compressor with the condition that if any problem comes within 6 months they will replace the refrigerator. I communicated with Nilesh from Vijay sales and he told in starting Mr. ganesh rao was not ready to give 6 month guarantee in written but now he is ready to give the 6 months guarntee and they will replace the compressor in this coming Monday (1Feb2010) .After that I received the call from whirlpool that they will replace the Compressor today on coming Monday (1Feb201). Again today on 1st Feb 2010 Nilesh from Vijay sales also called me and told me before 2 PM they will replace the compressor.
                Today morning around 9:30AM one technician from Whirlpool visited my house without new compressor and told us that Ganesh Rao asked him not to replace the compressor. Again I communicated To Ganesh Rao and again he denied to replace compressor and told that compressor change is not required. He told technician suggest that compressor change is not required. But I want to let you know that this technician was already visited my house previously and told me that He don’t know the cause of the problem. I will just fill the gas in compressor and I asked the guarantee that this problem will not come again. He told that He is not able to give the Guarantee of single days because I don’t know the problem. He told that may be it happens because of electricity load but I replied we are using the stabilizer of Whirlpool Company only and it is sold by whirlpool technician only. Then he was speech less.
                Your sales guys told that this product will not give any problem and it will survive at least 20 years. Within 7 months your refrigerator was stop working and within 2 month your stabilizer was stop working.
                Now I Understood very well that what whirlpool brand is and its reputation.
                Please Resolve this Issue as soon as possible.
                If you replace my refrigerator then I will appriciate youe decision.If it is not possible then atleast change my compressor.

                  I bought an 700H model washing machine from Whirlpool on dusshera.As there were offers ruuning at that time I was asked extra Rs 250/- to avail the offers.But it took 3 months to get the scratch card (gift coupon) ,on Jan they gave me a scratch card and I won an Microwave which I am yet to get.Customer service is not able to give any information. The below employees from Whirlpool were dealing with me and have stopped picking my calls now.

                  I intend purchasing split A/C for my house and i have made a reques to the call centre in chennai my intention of purchase direct from the company instead through dealer. I have been purchasing all my home appliance of whirlpool only direct from the company and recently i have purchased one washing machine. The request was to depute one official of the company to my house and to guide me the capacity of split A/C that i need for my house. The responce seems to be poor and hence this message. Kindly see that someone in chennai call centre calls me so that i can order for split A/C forthwith direct from the company. My mobile No. is [protected].

                  The customer service is horrible. I bought a washine machine. Within 6 months itseld the whole self automated board was spoilt..It took a month to repair.

                  Now i just needed a small part to fix to the tap. the below people and all the guys who answer in this helpline are useless.. they make false promises of sending the technician within 1 hr etc...and no one turns up.

                  How they are efficiently spoiling the name of Whirlpool.

                  I bought an R.O Purifier (Water filter) from Whirlpool on 24 june.As there executive told me sir our service is very good, after registered ur complaint my engineer visited within 2 hour and solved ur complaint same day. I was registered our complaint 7 times but all time his engineer visited after 7-10 days, now that time i was again registered a complaint on 12 june and today 18 june but no call, no engineer visitted. i was daily 3-5 called in whirlpoor complaint department 60008558 but no positive response from whirlpoor.
                  So all people's i requested you, plz do not purchase any whirlpool product, i[censored] bought then faced lots of problems.

                  We have purchase the whirlpool inverter in 8.03.2010. On October 4th morning 9 o clock we had seen continues spark form inverter immediately . We switch of the inverter and registered my compliant making call to[protected] and compliant no is HD[protected]. From that onwards whirlpool customer care Department Chennai continues promising that problem is going to short it out in a 2 hours .
                  we have made 18 calls since we register our compliant and we are in darkness from past 72 hours, even we charging our mobile phones at neighbors house. Now we lost patient enough is enough for everything there is Some Limit but you people excides the limit now I have only one option left that is to drag you to The consumer court.

                  Now you people ready to face the power of Andhra Pradesh consumer court which has a track record to settle the issue in 48 hrs.

                  You are not whirlpool you are brainless fools a very very unhappy customer.

                    We have purchased the whirlpool refrigerator 340lt from Jainson Electronics , Puraisaivakkam Branch, Chennai on 16/01/2010 vide invoice no [protected] . After purchasing next day the product was delivered in the late evening. After that till date no one came for demo and installation. We have called so many times to the dealer and the customer care but no one is replying properly and not responsible. Just telling they will come. But till date no one came. The package is standing as it is . When will the engineer will come and demonstrate. Without seeing the product itself we have purchased but this the response from your dealers and engineers. Arrange some person to come for demo and installation as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased the Whirlpool Duromax stablizer(Model AX1605 - 05 kva) on 18th March 2005 with 7 years replacement warranty for 650 rupees. In 2008 i had problem with the stablizer and complained customer care and they send the service engineer for look into the problem. At that time, he have replaced the 7 years kit with 2 years warranty kit with same capacity stablizer. Currently in 2010 i have the same problem with Stablizer, i have called the Customer care on 16th Jan 2010 and raised the complaint (complaint # 37020). They have sent the service engineer on 20th Jan 2010. The engineer saw the stabilizer and told that they dont have 0.5 kva stabilizer and whirlpool has stopped producing that capacity and now i need to pay extra 900 for 1 kva capacity kit (reducing the 650 rupees amount which i pay for 0.5 kva. ) which is of 1 year warranty.

                      I have been the customer and explaining the problem for the past one week, they are not ready to replace the stablizer and no proper response from the customer care executives.

                      Though i have the replacement warranty till March 2012, why should i need to bare the additional cost now. Its clear that whirlpool is giving false promise to its customers, though we are having faulty product within replacement they are telling stories to sell their recent products.

                        I had purchased a 445 litre Whirlpool refrigator in chennai before 2 months which when delivered to my home was found defective ( 6th sense panel wasn't working due to a missing bush ).

                        The service center guy from whirlpool dropped in with no knowledge of the equipment and said that he needs to service the front panel. I had asked for a complete replace of the piece as they had damaged the front panel during their initial service.

                        The service has been so pathetic that I hadnt got a replacement in last 1.5months. The worst part is the service center guys doesn't even bother to call back with what ever is the reason for the delay. I had personally walked into the service center 4 to 5 times to get an answer for the delay but there is no responsible response from them regarding the delay.

                        On top of all these the service center guys had wrongly sent in a different model of a refrigirator as a replacemtn piece. Now its all in another loop where in they start the entire process of replacement once again.

                        I had called up Whirlpool customer service today and had officially lodged a complaint with all the details but not sure if they will take any action. All said its just pain and pain all over for us to follow up on these kind of issues with service centers even after paying the whole cost of the fridge upfront.

                        My personal experience with Whirlpool has been pretty bad to the extent that I will never look into getting

                        Yes, I agree with you, now you will face the response from the Customer Center also. They too will not response that easily to your problems. Whirlpool customer center guys doesnt know whats the complain about for which we are calling, they will keep you in mute and chat with their supervisors and get back the answers

                        I am writing this letter as despirate attempt to look into the matter or take this refrigerator back free of cost- so that I can purchase a good refrigerator------but such a big company should definitely look into its technology to avoid customer harassment

                          I went to Viveks store at Vadapalani on Jan 2, 2010. I bought a Whirlpool Washing machine.with that there is a offor of 2000rs reebok gift voucher,they said stock is not there next week they will give me the giftvoucher but till todat i have not received the gift voucher whenever i will call they will say tomorrow they will give. ,every day they are saying same story ,

                          I had paid the full amount 17500/-. They promised that they will deliver the Washing machine on Jan 3rd 2010. I am staying at West Jones Road, West Saidapet. But they delivered on 6th. Even though I am staying within Chennai, they delivered after 5 days. I think without the stock they have got the money for the washing machine on that day. and they are simpley cheating the customers for sales.

                          I believe as a press, joovi could help public solving the problem.

                          As a new year sale, they have sold without stock with them and got the money from me. But they have delivered late and not given the gift voucher still now, and they are not properly responding for my calls.

                            I have purchased a Refrigerator (2 Door ) in Nov 2007 so many times have to throw away the stuff inside the fridge as it stops working in between.

                            I have changed Gas, compressor etc etc on the advise so called expert service engineers but still the problem is there..

                            The fridge suddenly stops in between and then starts sometimes after 24 hrs or more till everything inside is spoiled..

                            Cursing the moment when I saw Devgan family on TV and decided to go for the Whirlpool product ...

                            If the WHIRLPOOL people have some shame then please forward this to the CEO of whirlpool India so that he/she also knows what the customers feel about WHIRLPOOL...

                            Whirlpool Refrigerators — Its a junk and poor service

                            I had purchase refrigerator of whirlpool on 14.02.2004 with warranty of 7 yrs for compressor.The compressor was not working at rated capacity after 5 years and complaint was lodged with the co. on june 2009 but the authorised service centre Shreya cooling Govind Nagar just filled the gas insteat of replacing compressor.The machine didnot function properly & on repeated complaints the compressor was replaced but on replace ment of 4 compressos the cooling is not proper,The co. is supplying poor quality of compressors , the service station of kanpur Nath Traders LAJPAT NAGAR couldnot make it running for last 55 days.I hope one day I have to buy another refrigerator as Whirlpool is helpless as customer care & helpdesk is helpless & always advice to contact service centre.

                              On 11th Jan 2010 Morning, my fully automated washing machine was not switching on. I made complain to whirlpool customer care centre on same day i.e[protected]. The engineer came in evening around 4PM same day and informed that the mother board is damaged and it has to be replaced with new mother board with as cost of Rs 3200. I asked him to come next day and replace which he agreed. On next day i.e[protected], I got a call around 4PM that there particular item is not available in stocks. However the whirlpool person confirmed that it would be available on next day i.e 13th Jan'2010 and the work would be done before lunch. On 13th Jan 2010 nobody turned up and I started chasing the service engineer and customer care centre. The service engineer informed he would able to come at 4PM only. Again there was nobody at 4PM. Again we called him but he raised his hand and informed us to talk to his superior. When we called his superior, he again assured that the work would be completed on 14th Jan 2010 on priority. We know that 14th being a Pongal Holiday, nothing will happen. But the superior was confidently telling that he would anyhow arrange. Finally nothing happened on 14th Jan. Again chase on 15th Jan'2010, same reply, somebody will come on 3PM. I do not know how many days it will continue. If a spare is so difficult to get in metro city and then what will happen when same problem occur in Small town. Secondly there are only lies by whirlpool people. Please help me if you can.

                              The service centre of whirlpool in Dwarka, New Delhi is HOPELESS, the call centre and the supervisor Mr Gautam, the whole team is INEFFECTIVE. mostly giving WRONG information to MISLEAD customers.
                              On lodging complaint, rep came on 1/1/2010. Recommended bearing change and top conversion. Said that the m/c will be taken away by their service centre in Bagdola in Dwarka, New Delhi on 2/1/2010 and will be repaired and returned in 3days.. Nobody came. Reminded. One person came on 5/1/2010 and took away the m/c. Again said that in 3 days it will be done. Nothing happened after 3 days. Called them up. New delivery date 10/1/2010. Failed. Spoke to service centre. they said one part NOT AVAILABLE. Spoke to call centre Supervisor Mr sanjay gautam on 14/1/2010 . Gautam gave date 16/1/2010. Also said that the part received was defective and hence the delay. Service centre had said a different story. 16th. also failed. New delivery date 18th. again failed. New date 21/1/2010. Again failed. Now next delivery date is 27/1/2010. God knows what will happen.
                              WHO WILL PAY FOR THE TORTURE OF WASHING MANUALLY FOR 4 WEEKS TILL DATE?????????????

                                I booked my Refrigerator at the Pune fair on 3 Jan 2010 from the factory outlet of Whirlpool Refrigerator and was told that delivery will be done by Vijay Sales you need to submit all the doc now at Vijay Sales.
                                I have submitted all the doc and the necessary payments too on 10th Jan 2010.

                                Now I am being told that the item is not in production and you need to change the product. I booked ( 30 Delux Elite for 20,200/-

                                I have heard lot about Whirlpool but I never knew that the service is so bad. They should even check the services given by Vijay Sales which is even pathetic and not even trust worthy.

I had complained in the customer care.they noted & gave me a comp. no. then eng. came next day he told that the freeze's thermostate switch was not working . when switch will came from company i will replace it but then after he was disappear. At last thanks to Mr.KAMALBHAI who accepted my request and switch replaced by local technician. But still I M awaiting the reply from Ur Engineer & demonstration from him. SO PL. SEND HIM FOR DEMO.                                     I think whirlpool refrigerators are the worst ... I also bought one in Nov 2007 and have been facing lot of issues with it.
                                    The refrigerator many times stops on its own (the light glows, but no cooling).After being in this condition (till everything inside gets messed up) suddenly it starts working again. I have changed the gas, compressor etc etc and still the problem exists. The service engineer guys are fools who just tell some reason or other instead of fixing real problem.
                                    So please don't buy any whirlpool products .. The company is good for nothing.
                                    I had registered my complaint on 28th of May , I had been to ld that with in 24 hrs. my problem would be resolved but there is no action. I am tired of following up and hearing false promises from your help desk team.
                                    I have been registering my complaints at whirlpool since 3rd of June regarding my refrigerator, infact i didn't miss a single day calling them. But there is no action taken by them. Each and every time i call, they say that engineer will call you and plan a visit but no one called and no one visited too.

                                      I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine model: 800H,from e-zone ,alwarpet,Chennai on 28/11/2009

                                      Last week 2, 3 times the washing machine at the time of spinning during regular wash(prog-1) was showing"de" and beeping and had stopped.

                                      Till date that is today,Friday ,8 th jan 2009, no body has turned up despite my reminder to the service centre people every day.



                                      When i ask them to be connected to the manager they are avoiding.



                                      Is this the service i should expect for a new washing machine from whirlpool company



                                      I was previously having for more than a decade tvs-whirlpool washing macine. The service at that time was good.



                                      I am appalled at the indifference shown by your service centre and refusing to answer me properly

                                      Whirlpool India Ltd/Washing machine — Sale of defected H 65 washing machine and above that improper service and harassment

                                      I had purchased a H65 fully automatic washing machine of the Whirlpool company in November, 2007. Since the day one the machine has been giving continuous problems. Inspite of repeated complaints no body bothers to attend the complaints for days. Even if some technician is sent after days of complaints he comes and does some vague repairing and the machine again starts malfunctioning within a day or two. I am really sick and tired of complaining umpteen times at the service centre which lacks total professionalism and man power to deal with the servicing of the washing machine. At present my machine is still under warranty period and with so much trouble shooting I have requested the company to replace it, but all the requests are falling on to deaf ears. Therefore, my request may kindly be looked into at the earliest. otherwise I shall have no other alternative but to approach the Consumer Court of India.The consumer ID I was given when purchasing the machine was HR/C/1107/43365.

                                        I purchased Whirlpool fridge from Vasanthan & Co on 03/Jan0/2010.
                                        I received fridge on 04/Jan/2010.
                                        I opened the item on 05th Jan and noticed few scratches on the top of the fridge (inside).
                                        I visited Velachery branch and asked them to replace my fridge.
                                        They agreed for that on that day and never replaced the item.
                                        Now they are saying, whirlpool is responsible for replacing the item.

                                        When I called whirlpool, I was asked to get in touch with the dealer (the great Vasanthan & Co) for replacement of the product.

                                        I donot know what to do at this moment.
                                        Let me know if you have any suggestions to file a case in Consumer Courts on Vasanthan & Co and Whirlpool India.
