We had purchased a Whirpool refrigerator (Model No. 10846) on 13 Jan'09.
Since the purchase, we are facing a problem due to excessive moisture accumulating in different components of the refrigerator! This problem has never been found in any other refrigertaor used by us. The problem has been attended by a lot many technicians & they are unable to satisfactorily resolve the problem!...

repeated problem with the washing machine

I bought one washing machine white magic123 650p in the first week of November and the machine was installed after 5 days and on 11.11.2009.after repeated calls made by me.
Immediate after installation the problem started and the bottom guard was wrongly fitted by the service / installation person.this is complaint no.1 and was attended after so many calls.
and after that the ic was changed twice and moe than 6 times service...

cracks in inside door

I purchased a front loading Neo sensation whirlpool washing mechine on 18/07/2007 (model no 1055). Machine needs replacement

I purchased Whirlpool Fusion R27, 260 lit refrigerator Model 11729 (Sr. No. INA[protected] from Agents Corner, 661/A, Deccan Gymkhana, Shivajinagar, Pune 411004 on 7 Nov 2009.

From day one the LED lamp on top of door is not functioning. This was informed to M/S Agents Corner immediately.

Faulty machine - Irresponsible attitude towards customer

I have entered into a Annual Maintenance Contract (including spares) for two years with the TVS Whirlpool Authorized service center and I have paid Rs.1689. I have lodged a complaint on 14.11.2009 complaining of mal functioning of the machine.
