I booked a Whirlpool Master magic 220 Liter double door fridge from Snehanjali Electronics Mira Road (Mumbai). I was provided a defective piece first. The technical guy from Whirlpool said that there was no gas in the compressor. I immediately informed Harish (Salesman) asking him to replace me the fridge. I received a replacement for that piece where the second pieces door had a dent. Also the colour of the power cord was different than that of the first piece. Since there was a Physical damage, I told him that I no more want a Whirlpool. I then asked them to send me a Samsung 230 Liter double door fridge. This time I got delivery of a different model number than what I had ordered. I again informed Harish to send me the model that I had ordered. The lorry guys told that they dint have the model in their Oshivera go down. Next day Harish called to inform that their Manager has asked to cancel the transaction as 3 times the product was returned. I coordinated with Harish asking him the procedure of getting the money back. He told that they cannot give a cheque in spite of my paying them through my Debit Card. They said that they will provide a Merchentise letter to their bank after their Managers signature and after that within 7 days I will get the money. After waiting for more than 7 days from the date of me booking the fridge, I did not get a Fridge in good condition and now I am in a process of following up to get my money back. This was my worst experience with Snehanjali.

Bought a whirlpool from QRS { Kochi dealer } - 405 litres fridge in 2012 - august ... The fridge works but does not cool ..
After 5 days service engineer visits on 12th August ; spends an hour - says compressor faulty will bring replacement/ part ..
Till today no response from anyone

Wrote mail to Ravi Sabharwal { Compliance Officer / Customer Service } and Arvind Uppal { MD } in vain .. no response from them too

I want a free replacement for my fridge { no one should buy Whirlpool products
Technically no rating can be provided ...
Product is bad { how can a 5 year warranty product fail in one year }
How can a company survive without proper service response - company or dealer
never buy Whirpool products

    have purchased whirlpool referigerator 310 litre model 12078 DLX4S from Paras Traders Model Town Karnal. Sr. no. of fridge is INA[protected] and code is 100128. MRP written on the box is 22275/. Paras Traders charged 25000/ for that. Scanned copy of bill is attached herein. How any one charge more than MRP. When enquired from dealer box supplied with referigerator was of some other referigerator . Model number on box and fridge was same

      I have bought a Whirlpool fridge from Bajaj Electronics which they kept on saying good features and good service. Though i like LG i went for Whirlpool as comparitively i believed on their words of service quality from whirlpool.

      after 2 months i found a crack inside the fridge and gave a complaint to WPL customer care. Some one has come and took the purchase slip and said he will inform head office. after that there is no update and i kept on calling cusotmer care and those people are very smart. they use a training sentense "sorry for the inconvenience and we will inform the respective agency or area people". I gave around 10 complaints and its been 2months , no one has taken action. I thought of escalating it to their manager and when i asked the phone number they hung up the phone. One one fine day i called cusotmer care for 10 times with in 20min of time as one after the other hung up the phone when i asked manager details.

      No one is tracking the complaints .. Finally i called Balangar office manager and he said he dont have any update..

      On the next day of delivery two hair type cracks were observed in the side wall.After complaining to the Head offic at Trichy as well as Whirlpool Chennai , they did not co-operate rightly after one month and calling them frequently I got it.

      Whirlpool Refrigerator — poor customer care service

      Sir. Please dont purchase whirlpool refrigerator. Because once you purchase nobody will listen your problem. I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from M/s Ashoka Sales Sector 10 Faridabad. this was having some door problem, the cooling is still leaking from the fridge. I laudge a complaint to customer care on dated 31 Mar 2010 complaint no is HR[protected]. Two times the Engneers have visited to resolve the complaint but last the told that the door of the fridge will be replaced. But till dated the door of the same is not replaced, it is not understood that whirlpool is a worldwide company not a small scale industry and its not having a spare door for customer. My refrigerator is consuming more power due to leakage of air, will the company pay the compensation of electricity. Please beware of whirlpool and dont buy its products, it is my humble request.

          I Chandresh Sona Team Commander NSG (Manesar) is having whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine model no 650h which is not working properly.
          I have purchased this machine from E Zone Central Mall Gurgaon ( Haryana ) in october 2009.
          Since then it is not even washing clothes properly and despite so many complaints I am not being attended properly and nobody is listening us at the customer care of the company.

          whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine — washing machine is not functioning at all

          i lodged a complain for whirlpool washing machine with customer care on 28th November 2009 & till today (03/01/2010) the machine has not been repaired.
          I purchased whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine model no 650h which is not working properly, my complaint no. is DL[protected]/10/10) till the date not attended my complaints, and also my another complaint is lid of the machine is assembled with tape and glue after 3 months lid came out in two part, i dint know how QC department passed machine with this type of lid, now not advisable to purchase this type of machine

            Hi,

            I bought a Whirlpool Chrome 1.5 Ton AC from DASS Aundh. I am not sure if I got cheated in the installation or was it a fair. I request for some help. I was told that I would be charged Rs. 2250/- (Rs. 1500 Standard charges, and Rs. 750 for bracket) After the installation the person who did not carry a company Id. card asked me to pay Rs. 2800 (an additional Rs. 300 for drainage pipe and Rs. 250 for anchor bolt). My complaint is why does not Whirlpool provide Id proofs to their technicians who are authorized to fit air conditioners. And also I did not get any receipt or confirmation from that person. When I tried calling the call center asking for details; the lady hung up on me. Why am I not being provided proper information? I can share the detials of the technician and his phone number upon request.

            Whirlpool — AC Installation

            Hi,
            I bought a new AC from Big Bazar on Saturday 24/4/2010 and I was comitted that by Sunday 25/4/2010 my AC will be installed. Now It has been 28/4/2010 but my AC has not been installed. Please take corrective actions againts the same. I have also called so many times in customer care. They always say today it will be installed. Due to this much of poor service I am really regreting with Whirpool Product. I have almost spent 100rs in Phone call only to track the installation procedure and I am very much frustrated with the AC. If it does not take installed in one OR two days. I will difinetly refund it to the dealer.

            Please let me know when and how it is possible to be installed.

              I have registered compliant about my washing machine and refrigeratr on 1.05.2010 with call centre no.[protected].The service engineer appeared on 3/5 & 5/5 resp.and carried out some repairs.But to my surprise the engineer was more interested in selling some of the companies product rather than seeing whether the equipment is really working fine or not.And hurridely asked to sign the customer stisfaction form.Now my both euipments are having problems and they are not functioning since then.I treied the call center no but for last several days I get the message that the lines are busy or the customer executives are busy.I was tole that if complaints are made within one month,we won't be charged the visit fees.Now for last 15 days I am not able to register my complaint and I am frustated with the service department.I feel we should file our complaints with the consumer forums agianst this company.

              I have registered a complaint regarding a front-loading washing machine on 21/09/2010 with the call center [protected] and the complaint number is BG[protected]. After that one of their person had come & said some other fellow has to come and attend to it, he shall go and report in the company.After that many times I had called them. But they don't care for. Some lame excuse as to parts no stock, service personnel are busy or some nonsense.In such case why should you accept annual maintenance contract? If you are not able to cater to the customer requirement, why should you have the service center or your company at all. It is a shame to call your self as a reputed company and keep advertising so much. I think I should also file my complaint with the consumer forum against this company.

                I had registered a complaint with whirlpool on 9th of may. My complaint id was HR[protected] but so far no eng has come to my house. I had purchased this stablizer from Authentic Home Care on[protected]. First, the service center attended my complaint after 10 days. My refrigerator is not working since then. a service center namely Supertech engg is attending my complaint they have now taken my stablizer to their workshop but no response came from 10 days. if i do not get my stablizer replaced within 3 days then i am going to complaint directly to consumer court.

                  My double door refrigerator, 350 litres purchased on June 2005 has not been working in any manner for past two months. Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Kapil of the customer care centre of whirlpool, instead of taking up my issue to the higher levels of the heirarchy, always transferred my greivance to Mr. Dharam who is the supervisor of the customer care centre. Till now i have not received any communication from Mr. Dharam, who seems to be the most busy person in the whole organisation. He never picks up calls and has been constantly avoiding the whole issue. After, several complaints since april to Supertech Systems, no one had bothered to come till yesterday. The service men took our fridge for 4 days without providing us with a service refrigerator for the meantime. Mr. Yashpal , Mr. Satish kumar, Mr. Pratap, Mr. Sanjay Gautam and Mr. Inderpal Singh of Supertech Systems have been noticing the same issue for past two months, but have not done anything at all to come forward and take up this matter seriously.

                  Following are the telephone numbers in relation to whirlpool india, which are picked up by very irresponsible persons and ultimately the do not connect to engineers.

                  Kindly look into the matter at the earlist, as i have a lot due to such negligence at the time when the heat is at peak.

                  whirlpool india — non working of refrigerator

                  Ppurchased one refrigerator whirlpool 340 dlx titanium sl no 3573 from /s s r electronice new delhi on 10.08.2008 . on day one the fridge get not gave the cooling and complaint no. dl 08008429 & dl [protected] were filled and their service engineet visited on 11.08.08 for setting the connector refixed. now again on 22/08, 2 of its chambers are not giving cooling, and their service engineer who visisted confirmed the problem, to be rectifie3d by repair of the refrigetor, whic is not acceopatble to us and we only want the pc to be changed, as it is giving problem from day one and it is in company's service centre records.

                    We have purchased Refrigerator from WHIRLPOOL in November 2009, it has worked well for 4 months, in the month of April'10 Fridge stopped working, after complaining to service center, 5 days later they repaired, again now it has stopped working.

                    I have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator Model:10198 DLX on 18th Aug 2006. With in 6 months refrigerator was not functioning (total cooling failure) logged a call and had it replace on 16 Feb 2007 again today the above said problem raised now the refrigerator is not functioning.

                    Mastermind Whirlpool refrigerator — damaged refrigerator.

                    This is to inform you that I had purchased a refrigerator of a brand Mastermind whirlpool from E-Zone, Siliguri, West Bengal, Ph.No. 0353- on 05/07/08 bearing the model No 16888=220 L and Sl.No INA[protected] bearing the billing no [protected]. But unfortunately the refrigerator is not working since the day I took it home. I complained about this as per my complain the mechanic came to my home several times for a through check up. I was found out that the refrigerator had a critical fault. I again approached the shop owner to exchange the refrigerator. They gave the verbal assurance but did not comply to my constant complain. Further I made a numerous phone calls but still they seem to turn their deaf ear to my plee. I therefore request you to exchange the refrigerator immediately or else I will be compelled to lodge a complain to the consumer’s forum for selling faulty and damaged refrigerator.

                    Whirlpool Refrigerator — Non-installation for over 8 days

                    I purchased a Whirlpool Mastermind refrigerator from EZONE, Hiranandani.
                    The refrigerator was delivered on the 22nd April, 2009 and I was told that
                    engineers from Whirlpool will come to install it the next day.
                    On 27th I called up the Mumbai call centre[protected]. I was told that
                    the installation would take placve the same day ( I was given a service
                    request number MB[protected]).
                    Since that day I must have called up the service centre at least four
                    times and every time I am informed that the problem will be taken care
                    of soon. On 30 th April the call centre employee (Supriya) told me
                    that she is unable to get a response from their service centre and
                    advised me to call the service centre directly (Tel[protected]. I
                    talked to someone called Sonal first and Archana later. The
                    refrigerator remained uninstalled as of today.
                    As I am at the end of my patience, I am constrained to approach the
                    Consumers' council with a service deficiency complain.

                    Whirlpool Refridgerater — Not working since the installation

                    I purchased refridgereter of Whirlpool Make, from M/s Vijay Sales, Ghodbunder Rd, Thane. The people came and installed it. It was working for just 1 hour after that. Then it got fail. Since 2-3 days now it is in the same condition.

                    I am calling the rubbish customer care in Mumbai but getting the worst response like anything.

                    This is the worst case I have seen ever before.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am from MADURAI; i purchase 1 whirlpool (ABM551) washing machine from Madurai Jainsons showroom on 16.10.2009. During the purchase the shopkeeper has assured us that the service engineer will reach at your home on 19.10.2009 due to diwali holidays. I accept this because i know the diwali celebrations and i don’t want to disturb them the period. The machine delivered the same day.. On 19.10.2009 afternoon 12.30 Mr.kumaran - Service engineer ([protected]) contact me and he asked '' I am from whirlpool, can i come to your home', and i answered i am in office, so please come to afternoon to my home. I leave my all my official works. he come to my home and he order me the water connection & power connection must be change. after the changing i call him and i request due to my business timings please come before 9am. but he not accepted. I agreed and i leave my office before 5pm and i call him. But He never comes and i contact his mobile no it is switched off. The next day i contacted the same number a small girl attended the phone. The same day evening i contact him, the service engineer attends the phone and he says he suffered the fever and admits in the hospital. I answered him for take rest. And I call another one person Mr. Benit - [protected] whose mobile no is a customer care no for jainsons, but it no answered. Again I call the service engineer on 28.10.2009 he attend the phone and he promised to come. On 30.10.2009 morning 9.35 i leave from my house he comes to my home. He asked me now also the water connection is wrong. I tensioned. But the service engineer not about to feel this, and he blamed me i am not proper. I asked him he is a service engineer, he knows everything from machine and the connections, so he only must explain the all about it. but he says it is not his work. he only explain what is the function of the washing machine. I have car service centre and i have experience in customer service from last 12 years. i have the manual for the machine i can use this. but due to electronic item it must be explain the service engineer. So, i asked him i can manage this and say thanks to him, and they leaved.

                    Before 3 months i purchased one Samsung Refrigerator from Venus electronics,madurai. The service engineer comes to my house on same day and he explained all about easily. I excited his explanations & attention. Seriously i proud of my Samsung refrigerator

                    At first i decide to purchase the Samsung machine, and i saw your advertisements i decide to purchase your machine. But now i am feared how to manage the machine as longer. Because from the installation many problems. In future for service how can i contact you.

                    I am attaching a copy of the complaint below. PLEASE HELP BY REQUESTING WHIRLPOOL TO EXPEDITE.
                    Sir,
                    I am a loyal customer of Whirlpool and it is with deep regret that I write to you this evening after suffering for 10 days due to the callous attitude and irresponsible behavior of people employed with your company.
                    I had a whirlpool refrigerator for 10 years (220 litres) and when I decided to buy a bigger one, the unanimous choice was again WHIRLPOOL. I bought a 310 Litre, ELITE PROFESSIONAL refrigerator from M/s SHAML LAL KRISHAN LAL, Sadar Bazaar, New Delhi on 06 Jun 10. It is less than two months since I bought the refrigerator and it has got spoilt and not working.
                    I figured that the panel on the exterior for controlling temperature was not working on 24 Jul (Saturday) and lodged a complaint with your 8 AM to 8 PM call centre ([protected]) immediately. True to the name of Whirlpool, a Service Engr came on 25 Jul (Sunday) to check the fridge. He said that the PCB outside needed to be changed and that he would come the next day. He came again next day, 26 Jul (Monday) and when he plugged the PCB, there was a loud noise as if something has burst in the fridge. He had actually mismatched the item with the black piece behind the fridge and thus the noise (He hadn’t checked the pieces for matching before plugging in). He had spoilt the part behind the fridge also (whatever the part was). He just said that the PCB needed to be changed again and would come back later. HE NEVER CAME BACK. We kept calling the Service centre but were told that the spare part was not available and would take 4 days to come from Pondicherry. We waited and waited. We even requested that we needed the fridge urgently since all items removed from the fridge had already got spoilt or were getting spoilt. We must have made at least 50 calls from our mobiles[protected] and[protected] during this period (26-29 Jul) to the Service centre and also[protected], the Service centre and spoken to Mr Devi Singh and Ms Charu, who promised that the spare part would reach by 29 Jul and the fridge would be repaired by 30 Jul.
                    Engineer did not come on (29 Jul) Friday since the spare part reached only in the evening (as told to us) and promised to come the next day. Mr Mandip[protected] came on Saturday after noon and when he fixed the PCB again, this one also got spoilt. He said that the Black box on the rear needed to be changed and promised to come back on Sunday to repair the fridge. When called on Sunday, he said that it was raining and he cannot come. We waited till today (Monday, 02 Jul) for him to come and he still has not come. When I spoke to him, he said that the spare part is not available and it would take at least another 4 days for the spare part to reach. I again spoke to the Service centre and requested them to help me in the evening today (02 Aug).
                    Dear Sir, We as a family have been HARASSED BY THE ATTITUDE OF WHIRLPOOL STAFF, ENGINEERS AND NON AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS. Why should I be without a refrigerator after spending Rs.20,000 to buy one, due to poor quality items / spare parts? I even requested that if it is going to take long, then the fridge may be replaced. Nobody cared. I did not expect this sort of a response from a company like yours. I chose whirlpool over Samsung and LG due to my belief in your Service and quality. But am greatly disappointed.
                    PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO EITHER REPAIR IT BY TOMORROW OR REPLACE THE FRIDGE. I ALSO REQUEST THAT ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR POOR QUALITY MONITORING OR POOR RESPONSE RESULTING IN YOUR POSSIBLY LOOSING GOOD CUSTOMERS BE MADE TO EXPLAIN.

                    whirlpool/refrigerator — Not working

                    I purchased one Whirlpool refrigerator on Feb 2010 from Vijay Sales Pune. The same was delivered on 15th. In spite of my repeated request to the call no company representative has visited my house for demo of the machine. Each time I am being assured that the representative will go today positively, but each time they failed. Now the machine has stared given problem and all the stuffs in the fridge are getting spoiled thrice I have called the customer care and the person come and goes but the issue is not closed but the complaint is closed.
                    Instead of concentrating on stars to promote the product, they can try to improve the working condition of the machine too. Even after repeatedly calling them no one has still responded even after a week. So i advice peeple to never use whirlpool products only because their service is below standard.
                    If my issue is not solved then my next action would be media and web publishment of this issue and fraud.
                    As I have purchased two machines of same kind.
                    The customer care representatives in Bangalore are a bunch of pathological liars. When my 3 yr old refrigerator broke, I called up the customer care service. I was told that someone will contact me within next couple of hours. No such luck.

                    When I called again to ask what was going on, I got an SMS about the engineer and his contact number. The mobile for this number was not available for whole day. So I called the customer care center again. I was told the name of a different engineer and was given the same non-working mobile number!

                    After confronting the person on the phone about this, he admitted that this was not the number of the new engineer assigned, and told me that they did not have his number in the system and the engineer would call me.

                    I asked this person if I could talk to his superior. He said he would forward me and put me on hold. After waiting on hold for a while, I disconnected and called up the main customer service number. Same guy, when I asked him if in fact his superior was really there told me that sorry for the inconvenience, but I would receive a call from the engineer in couple of days.

                    After that one SMS saying they are closing my call and if "you were happy with our services pls tell others if not tell us at " you guessed it, same customer care service number in Bangalore. My complaint is still unresolved.

                    We purchased the Proton Double door refrigerator from Next Retail Shop, Faridabad, on 26.5.2010. There was problem with door opening andclosing at the time of pyrchased. On many complaints , there team of Engineers visited and rectified the problem. After one year again the same problem has occured - opening and closing of door, execive chilling in chilling compartment- ice flakes, dripping of water from the refrigerator through out day, pouring of water vapours in chilling tray in 2nd compartment, fruits and vegetables in vegetable compartment are frozen, making vegetables spoiled.
                    I made a complaint in whirlpool on 21.7.2011 vide complaint number HR-[protected], their representative came and could not understand the problem, charged his visiting charges of Rs. 395.00 vide cash receipt no. 3102. My wife wrote the on cash receipt as - Problem of leakage of water is still there, I am not satisfied with the service. Then we received the call from Mr.Anurag regarding our complaint. But nobody came.Again I booked complaint on 27.7.11 vide their number HR - [protected], again reminded on 1.8.11. But nobody turned to attend the complaint.

But from 7 days the refrigerator is not working properly.                       I purchased a Whirlpool Professional FF35 Delux Refrigerator Model No. 12085 capacity 340 Lts for my elderly parents on 13/ 05/ 2010. As per the company specifications the model comes with a smart alarm system. To my horror I found out that there was no alarm. The cooling was pathetic and there is water leakage from the bottom of tyhe fridge. I have made complaints to the respective center upteen number of times but all in vain.
                      I dont know what to do as I feel cheated. I paid 27800 for the fridge but didnt get the product worth that much money.

                        I dont think anyone cares at Whirlpool. Spent 3 hrs trying to reach the Corporate Office to brief them of a complaint that has not been resolved as yet. The phone is picked upo by vague people who do not have a clue about what you speaking and disconnect the phone.

                          I had purchased a washing machine from cochin 7 months ago. It's complete wiring and board got burnt while working on 6th of May. I registered a complaint with your service centre at cochin on 7th. They said it will take upto 20 days to get a replacement. Today the 20 day period has completed. When I contacted your call centre they are saying the case has been closed and they don't know anything about it. Called up service centre here at Cochin. They also said their responsibility is over as they've sent the papers to head office. So whom should I contact to get the replacement?.
                          Worse thing happened with my 7 yr. old Whirlpool refrigerator. I registered a complaint and service center guys took it to the service centre on 14th Friday, May. It was assured that it will be given back on 17th Monday. But on my call on 17th afternoon the supervisor said they they have refilled gas and the work is over and they've put it under observation. So it will be delivered on Moday evening or Tuesday morning. It didn't happen. For two three days the supervisor was not attending my calls. After so much trouble I got Centre Manager Mariyappan's number. He also guaranteed that it will be delivered on 24th Monday. On Monday only they said the compressor has stopped functioning and is due for replacement. There was something fishy. ThenI asked them to give back my refrigerator as in the same condition. Even that took these many days and after two week's rest at your service centre it reached home today (27 May) evening. I was too loyal to the brand Whirlpool, but the service you offer sucks. Please take immediate action to find a solution for this and save the brand. I'm thinking of buying a new refrigerator. But thinking again and again before going for Whirlpool.

                          Whirlpool Washing Machine — worst after sale service

                          I put one complain regarding problem in my washing machine dryer on 5th Aug (complain no. GB[protected] and after that i am calling on daily basis for the service engineer visit, but inspite of assurane of costumer executive i have not received any responce of my complain aven after 10-12 calls, and i spent more than 200 of rupees on just the phone calls but even after that i didn, t got any responce.
                          This is the worst responce i have ever receiced so far from any of the product service, I am very keen to share my feeling about the wirlpool products with everyone so that anybody should think twice before opting any of the wirlpool products.
                          Sir We purchaised a wirlpool fully automatic washing machine with 6th sense on 2005. can it get insurencse help for 2year.hw much cost for it

                          Dear Sir,
                          i purchased my refrigerator model : M mind 30 DLX titanium 4S on16 oct 2009. It came home with a physical damage. Which was replaced by company with in month i.e on 10 nov 09. it worked fine for another 4 months. Then the whole refrigerator started over cooling. All refrigertor section converted in deep freeze section there was all ice in frige. we file a complaint. The service engineer replces the thermostat fro 7 times. and it did'nt work. finally they decided to replace it. but we paid them extra 2000 and decided to have some upper model and we got the model MM 30 ZX Duet Grey 5S. on 31 july,10.
                          but now after 2 months. The compressor failed. And now we filed a complaint. Now the technician is telling ur to purchase a scoop worth rs 1750.
                          The company do not tell in advance on purchase of time about the scoop. later on service engineers say it to purchase it. So we are fed up of replacements and repairs. In all this we have spoiled our money so many times . as our vegetable milk n other things in fridge spoil every time
                          we really made a mistake of choosing whirlpool. I would request my all frnds not to go for whirlpool

                          I have experienced service complaints both with my fridge and washing machine of whirlpool make.

                          I fully agree that whirlpool have the dirty policy of closing complaints by a sms over cell phone with out attending the problem.

                          Their authorised service technicians will promptly come with big bag full of carbage (reconditioned old parts) and manipulate something and get away. They are too good in enticing customers with annual maintenance contract for a fixed amount. Never agree to this. Your brand new machine will get an old reconditioned part as replacement.

                          I feel they select contract service agents on lowest cost basis.

                          Till now I had service persons from Techno Services, Global, JIS Engineer. All are horrible with no experience. They know only to loot poor customers.

                          I have a close friend of mine, a US citizen who told never attempt US home appliances brands. I feel his judgement is 100% correct.
                          it is unfortunate that the service of whirpool is very very bad. for last two months i was reporting regarding the complaint of my washing machine but still nothing is coming out.i am really fed up with your service in ernakulam

                            Whirlpool has not given any regular Service for 1.5 Ton Window AC since last one Year and now when i logged complaint for the Servicing of AC its been more then 10 days i did not received any call back or visit from them.                               Respected Sir/Madam,

                              This is in regards with unexceptable services provided by whirlpool company. I recently (1 year back) purchased 2AC's of whirlpool feeling proud of the fact that it is an indian company as well the brand name what you have got in the indian market. I am very happy with the esteemed products that your company deliver to the indian customer.

                              But , i feel extreamly offended to get this to your notice that after purchasing the AC from your company i have had a bad experience of your services offered to me. As of now i have 2 AC at my home (1tonn/2tonn) both of your company.

                              As per the SLA(Service Level Agreement) it is the company's responsibility to take care of AC's services/maintanance for 1 year. After that, the company provides the paid service. But in my case, company has not agreed up on the SLA made with me. Let me list them down.

                              1.After installation of the AC no person came in for demonstration for about 15 days.We had to call them up for around 15 days ...and the person turned up after then!!!!!

                              2.Your company personnel never turned up on their own for maintanance.We being unknown to the technicalities in regards with the AC how would we know that AC needs a maintenance.

                              3.The 5 services were commited by your company within 1year while purchase of product, but all 5 are'nt yet over !!! But 1 year is passed !!!! Who is responsible for that ??? But obivious company and not the customers.

                              4.Now that i called up your customer care they ask us to pay for the service. Is it so that whirlpool earns great dosh by offering paid service??? And if so why dont your management team takes up the responsibility to offer smooth services to the customer???

                              5.One of the AC is not working at all, dispite of the fact your company person serviced it 25 days earlier ....I mean are your Service offering people well trained on the product????Because AC which is maintained 25 days ago should not stop working without no reason!!!!

                              6.Now that i called up your service station they said , it would take around 10 days for the complaint to get forwarded to the company and then they will work up on it. But let me make you one thing clear that Home AC's are only used at maximum in rainy and summer season and 10 days seems to be a great delay!!!!!

                              Thanks for reading till then.....I hope you will take this complaint or a suggesion in a positive manner so that it would make relations of "Me and Whirlpool" both happy and satisfied !!!

                              Hello,
                              I purchased Whirlpool Products 2 years back thinking best in the industry. These products turned to be night mare when i asked for support. Product and Support quality both are pathetic. I logged call last year on 28th of June for my AC which is covered till 2011 in MA. I had to run post to pillar to get that call attended. Similar issue with my Refrigerator also. I logged a call for issue in my refrigerator door. I was asked it will remain like that only we need not to worry.
                              About 15 days back I logged a call for wet service for my AC. It was attended after 4 days. Yesterday I logged again call for my AC as it is not working. I reminded call center executive the service quality and level and wanted him to share escalation matrix for support. I was assured of getting a call back within 2 hrs. No one bothered to call back. Today morning i,e 20th of June I called again call center and wanted to know the status. Same story was repeated as they don't have escalation matrix and they don't know where to escalate. I tried my best called several times to call center to get the support but all in vain.
                              I request all not to buy Whirlpool Products. It is better to buy Junk rather than buying Whirlpool Products.

                              I share the same view on Whirpool after sale services, I have also purchased 1.5 tonnes split AC of whirpool and the AC started giving me problem in just 1 month and even after reminding the service centre for last 10 days still no one has showed up .This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen of an MNC .

                                Purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine(Model 650D, No.11578, Serial-INF[protected] on 20.09.2009.About 15 days back from now we noticed the Cover Plate is loose & abnormal sound coming from within machine.We contacted Whirlpool Service Centre, their technician came on 17.05.2010 & told that the Counter Weight is broken & Cover Plate pasting got loose. It's very unlike that a new washing machine cannot run smoothly for at least one year. I have a fair doubt that the said machine is defective. I therefore request you to Replace this Defective Machine immediately with a 'New One' of the same 'Make' & 'Capacity'.

                                  I have a whirpool refrigator - Genius 180 liters and having 5 years warranty. In last March, its freezer damaged and serviced through the authorised service centre. They changed the freezer and compressor. After the service, I noticed that the provided freezer unit is smaller around 1 inch than the older one and the defrosted water collection tray also not suitable to the new compressor. The tray provided now can be maintaind by only a technician. Due to this, I could not use the previous ice cube tray with the new one. Moreover the compressor Lot of communications was did between the customer cell and even to the corporate office. Finally as usual the company informed me that there is aclause in the brochure that " whirlpool has the right to change the specifications of any acessories at any time. Finally I got the reply from the customer care incharge that She has no time to talk on my issues. I have few questions /comments on this and wish to share you nall.
                                  1. The company has to ensure right accessories even to the period of 5 years. Otherwise if the machine will have any complaint after 4 years and if there is no propoer acessories are not available, the customer will be in a trap.
                                  2. If the customer care service is not at all consider the customer, what to do?

                                  The best way to avoid such products from our buying list and for every product, we have to cross question them maximum... because ther is nom value for a customer.

                                  i pay appox. 22000rs for this model and after few days it stop cooling... then i logged a complained with the authorized dealer from whom i buy this refregrator .. but ur executive coming after 5 days and he told us that compressor is dead and will not work further and i have to replace it.. we said ok do it.. but let us sure that after replacement it works fine... then he replaced the compressor after 2 days... and report with whirlpool that everything is fine.. but after replacing the compressor.. refregrator staing making noise which is shocking for me and then i report the dealer again but till now its months past away no one come to see that problem .. now a new problem occur it stop cooling.. i contact the dealer again a week ago.. but still no one come to see my refregrator which is harasing us...

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I bought a whirlpool split AC(1 ton) last week 17th May 2010. I have a complaint (complaint no: 680 / 47837 ) regarding less cooling effect , engineer visit at my house and found there was gas leakage and need to be refilled, also he assured that engineer will be coming the same day for refilling but no one turned so far, I have registered the complaint on 22nd May. Its been 3 days and I have made several calls to customer care but problem still not rectified and I have no clue when my problem will be solved.

                                    This has caused a lot of inconvenience as they always tell like engineer will visit within 24 hour. So I stay at home leaving other important works waiting for engineer but no one comes, at the end of day again I made call that they respond with same comment.

                                    Due to this very unethical service and poor customer care, I feel like never buying a whirlpool product in future and recommend to others not to buy whirlpool product. But I also want that to save other customers from such inconvenience, some steps should be taken to improve the services and if possible I am ready to file a case in consumer court also.

                                    Please look into this issue.

                                      I bought brand new whirlpool refrigerator (Classic 250 Litre model) from KALINGA SALES branch BHAGALPUR Bihar on dated 16 April 2010 at 5 pm and was conveyed that the product is being checked by our staff , we shall deliver it within half an hour. Again at 8pm I came to the showroom .at that time they told us we had delivered it at 5.30 Pm. within few minutes it shall be at your home.I returned back to my house and hired a labour to receive it and set it on the first floor. But the product was not delivered that day.
                                      Next day i could not attained my duty because no body was present in my house to collect it and finally it was delivered on 17th of April 2010 at 11.55 AM.and was installed at 3 PM .
                                      From the day one of delivery, the lower door of this refrigerator was opening more than 180 degree with a sound while opening and closing the door. I complained to KALINGA SALES with this problem he advised to contact service center of whirlpool. We explaned the problems to the service center and he assured me we will sent you the technician very soon . Next day on 16th the technician came and oiled the lower door but the problem remains unsolved.. Again I complained the whirlpool customer care another day another technician came to solve it but next day also the result was same he told me that it manufacturing defect.
                                      Then I contact the show room KALINGA SALES and i told to replace it by new ones. his behavior was very much unpleasant. He stated " Isi tarah hum sab kabari rakhte rahainge to ho gaie meri dukandari " it means what i bought was kabari. Think over it, who will by your kabari by paying for brand new.
                                      Again i contact manager whirlpool service center. he again assured to solve my problem . Next day an engineer /technician attended it. he solved it by oiling it . we were happy that the problem was solved. just after 10 or 20 minutes the problem started. again i called Md. shahid he told me i will attain you another day. now we had observed the scratch damaged by opening and closing the door. Again I talked to your manger he told me we are trying to solve it but finally you have to talk to the manager show room KALINGA SALES, he can only do any thing nothing is in my hand.

                                      Basically they all know very well this is defective piece and he had preplanned to transfer it to the customer and they did.

                                      After observing all the episode it can be concluded with the fact that it is manufacturing defects you should replace your refrigerator.

                                      Finally I again request to Manager KALINGA SALES, Bhagalpur, as well Whirlpool service center to replace this defective piece of refrigerator but they rudely told us not to replace it at any cost.

                                        I have double door refrigerator of Whilrpool. Water leakage problem started in 2009 and after I made several complaints.

                                        They charged service charge, that is valid for one month. During one month they visit 2 times and didn;t rectified. Again they charge , still they do not rectify the problem. I lodged several complaints regarding this, this year they changed some parts sensor, after changing the sensor again with 2 days problem recurred and no body is willing to rectify the problem.

                                        TO WHOM I SHOULD CONTACT.

                                        I am really fade up with so called world known company Whirlpool.

                                        I have also one Front Door automatic washing machine, I faced post sales problem with that product also. Thanks god some how Its working good now.


                                        Please help me.
