Dear Sir,

We had purchased a Whirpool refrigerator 6th Sense 2yrs ago, wherin from the 2nd month itself we had complaint of water collecting in the plastic tub attached at the back.
It used to stink badly once full whih had to be manually removed & cleaned once a month. We had called for servicing of the same 5 times wherein none of the people were actually able to rectify the fault till date. we keep calling n the people say that it has to be kept n open which was done. But till date we keep cleaning the accumulated stinking water every month.I guess some good technical people should be sent for repair who would clearly understand & rectify the defect.
We have spent about Rs.6000.00 till date but in vain Awaiting an urgent action in the same

    Recently I purchased AC from EZone and whirlpool team installed the machine on 9 apr and went away from my house without any testing whether AC is working properly or not. AC is not cooling then I raised the complaint on 10 Apr reg the same but no one contacted to me till 12. One person came to my home and suggested your stabilizer is not working so please change the stabilizer then I will look after. Same day I replaced my stabilizer and called to that person who suggested, replied to me very rudely.. He will not come again to check the AC then I called back to your GZB CC. from that day I have called 10-15 times to your GZB CC and always they are saying I will get back to you within 1 hour from 12 apr. I wondered when I called your GZB CC and he replied your call has been closed. This was really very frustrating because I have called you 5-10 times and you closed my complaint without any notification and confirmation. I hope... You can imagine your service level..then they open new call instead of reopening the old call( I donot no why?).. Still i was waiting call from service manager but no one call to me however your CC executive told me your call has been escalated to my Branch manage and he will get back to you in 2 hour. Same word... same sentence... but no one call me neither from your service engineer nor from your branch manager.

    We are suffering from your PPOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRR service in this summer and also my 1.5 yr old baby. Personally I suggested please close Ghaziabad service centre if you are not able to provide the service to your customer... I am really frusteted with your service and all the staff who are providing poor service to me..

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
      It would be an understatement if I say that I am a disgruntled consumer of Whirlpool.I have been running from pillar to posts for the last 4 months to sort out a problem with my Sensation Elite washing machine procured in 2007.I had also paid Rs3990 for extended 36 months warranty valid till 10th December'2012.

      The machine vibrates and makes a lot of noise while spinning.I logged calls and was told that it is a problem with the leveling of the floor, which after much persuasion turned out to be a problem with some part within the machine itself.This is when my problems started.

      I loged a call(ref no.KL[protected]) on 14th Dec'2009, which I found out was closed without the problem being resolved when I chased for an update on 22nd Dec'2009.A new call (ref. no KL[protected]) was raised again, and I was assured that the machine would be collected from my home for the spare replacement within a few days.Till date , despite several phone calls and chase ups nothing has been done.I have been promised several dates but none have been met.I spoke to supervisors Mr.Gurmeet and Mr.Sanjay Gautam , who assured me of call backs and never came back.I feel cheated ! Sanjay and Gurmet now have stopped taking calls from me and whenever I call up I am told that either they are not in ffice or would call me back.This amounts to fraudulent practice.

      I am writing this mail in utter frustration and have learnt my lessons buying a Whirlpool product.I would expect immediate action else will feel compellled to take legal actions through consumer forum.

        Mechanic has changed Thermostate of my fridge due to over icing problem. But its stopped working with in 02 - 03 months and when I asked mechanic to change the same, he conveyed me that there is no guarantee provided by company for this part.

        please confrim that whether this part comes with guarantee / warranty or not, if yes what is the period?

          Gas from Whirlpool 1.5 ton window AC, Elite Model, leaked twice within a year during the warranty period. I am fed up with the AC. I request you to please replace this bad one with a new one, beacuae it is still in warranty. It is good for the health of the company, otherwise the company will lose faith of costers.

            dear sir
            i purchase a refrigerator (double door 220 lt) from Whirlpool 15 April 2003.
            and i m enjoying the warrantee of 7 years on any compliant in compressor.
            I purchased it from the authorized dealer ( KISHORI SYAM BR. KUMAR Neemda gate Bharatpur Rajasthan , 222280)
            I register my compliant abt it a month ago. it has gone 20 days(25 th March) when i deliver my Refrigerator to get it ok . But till
            date he has not short out my problem and told that he has only one member to do this job from company side.
            and his behave is not so good .
            and after 15th April he will tell the warrantee has expired
            so what should i do abt it
            please help me sir

            Whirlpool Refrigerator — abt the modular

            respected sir,
            every year we had a problem in the whirlpool refrigerator.
            we are not rich people that we change the modular every year. yearly or six monthly we get the problem in the refrigerator

            many companies are there once the electronic appliances are purchased and we dont have to worry abt them years and years regarding the exceptional cases.

              I purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator - FF350L ICE MAGIC, on 16.06.2003 vide Bill no. 05R24436 from Lotus Electronics Supermarket Indore.

              Ever since early 2006 the Fridge started giving problems- im proper cooling , Alarm activated and all LEDs Flashing etc. I lodged complaints in 2006 itself and service engineers tried to rectify the defect. On 31/08/2006, despite the Fridge being covered under warranty, I have suffered an expense of Rs.2713/- on 31/08/2006 vide bill no. 337 of Parag Enterprises.

              The problem however, has continued. During the period 2007 to 2009 several more complaints were lodged, service engineers attended, and could not repair the fridge. I made a request for changing the fridge but the Company refuse to entertain my claim.

              Again since January 2009 I have been regularly complaining - vide complaint No. IN[protected]. Again, service engineers have tried to rectify the problem that has been continuing since 2006 and have failed. They have made me incur heavy expenditure- some of the bills being mentioned below:
              Bill No. 937 - Parag Enterprises - 09/09/2009 for Rs.3516/-
              Bill No. 622 -Parag Enterprises - 20/09/2009 for Rs.2250/-
              Bill No. 623 - Parag Enterprises -21/09/2009 for Rs.950/- etc.

              These are only some of the bills retained by me. It can be observed that despite the fridge being covered under warranty , I have suffered over Rs.9429/- and yet the fridge is not in order.

              I have lodged a fresh complaints on 13/04/2010 which is registered as complaint no. IN[protected]. I have also spoken directly to Ms. Aarti of their Indore office (Tel No. 6545823) who has attended to me VERY VERY RUDELY. She has suggested that as we are not satisfied with their services, we may approch the Consumer Forum. She also give me the No. of her senior Mr. Amit Rao (M. No. [protected]), and asked me to call him also directly. On Dialling his no. he did not pickup the mobile.

              I request the Hon'ble Forum to kindly register my complaint and take appropriate action for replacement of the defective fridge supplied to me. I also request you to direct the company for reimbursing me the above expenditure of Rs.9500/- incurred by me on the defective fridge.

              Whirlpool — Fridge not working despite 5 complaints

              I purchased a Whirlpool Ice Magic fridge in 2004 , It stopped cooling in first week of December, 2009 and I have put in 6 complaints since Dec 10th 2009. Every time service centre people come and first they said the gas needs to be refilled , then they said module is not working , after that they said the computer panel is not working. I have paid Rs. 1500 till date. Finally , they said the compressor is not working. Since compressor is in warranty period , I have been following up for changing the same but they are making excuses for not changing the same. Neither the company nor the service centre is doing anything about it. My latest complaint no: is DL[protected]. Please help getting the fridge rectified.
              WHIRLPOOL is making JUNK products for the Indian Customer and they know that they can get away with this (thanks to our customer courts which take so long to give any judgement) ...
              I also have been a victim of their JUNK product and worst service since 2 yrs..
              So many times have to throw away the stuff inside the fridge as it stops working in between.

              I have changed Gas, compressor etc etc on the advise of their expert service engineers but still the problem is there..

              Please spread among u r known ones not to go for any WHIRLPOOL product in their entire life.. Their product do everything except they should really do..
              Cursing the moment when I saw Devgan family on TV and decided to go for the Whirlpool product ...

                On7th, march,2010 whirlpoolcompny peoples are servicing my refrigerator take amount of Rs810.00 vide receipt no 1037 of megha service , laxmisagar branch. after 5 days the fridge is leaking profuuly.Alothough have given complain 3 times. They hve changed a thermostart newone. now they would repair the fridge free of cost. with best regards

                i had purchased refrigerator 5 years back ie on 28/10/2005 from M/s Utkarsh galleries at pandharpur (maharastra).For the last 2-3 months i am getting lot of complaints.Then it was shown to a local dealer at hospet (karnataka) .They told compressor to be replaced and some other problems are there and sent your service engineer.WE are repeatedely following nobody is responding.Please note that the refrifgerator is still in warranty period.This type of services shall not be accepted from a company like yours.Hope you will take immediate measures at the earliest to avoid further inconvience to end users.

                  We have bought Whirlpool Washing Machine. AMC was done
                  by paying Rs.1689/-vide receipt No.6237 dated[protected] of Sri
                  Sai Services,Chennai and amc period is for two years that is
                  from[protected] to[protected]. They have attended to our
                  complaints four times since[protected], but all of sudden from
                  last 7 days their service centre inform us that they will send their
                  engineer to attend the fault, but we very much regret that none has
                  came so far. Now they say that our AMC is not valid and that the
                  above receipt details is not available in our records. We have given
                  them details and they have taken zerox copy of the receipt from us
                  and assured us that they will attend the fault. But we very much
                  regret that from[protected] they are ignoring our complaints and
                  they are not attending to our complaints.

                  Kindly do the needful and ask Whirlpool company to do the needful and kindly award us damages and compensation of Rs.10000/-
                  for the mental agony and undue hardship caused to us without
                  Washing machine. Even now we have to take lot of problems to
                  wash our clothes.

                  Whirlpool Washing Machine — Non attendance of complaints

                  Sir,
                  I have a whirlpool Washing Machine model C-45 and have taken thier 2 yr Maintenance plan the application no of which is HP04051277 and the plan alotted is 2003-SA-0305-24M Plan code no is 1023153. Period is from 28-08-07 to 27-08-09

                  This machine was bought in 2003 and it has been giving me a lot of trouble for the last 2 years, due to which every part of the Machine has been changed, including the Motor, inner tub and outer body.
                  Whenever i make a complaint thier service personell take atleast 15 to 25 days to rectify the mistake, during which i have to have the clothes washed by hand. My wife is a spondylitic patient and falls ill due to this. I gave a complaint that the machine is not working on 3rd June and their men from the Pondicherry Service Centre came and attended on the 11th june. They said a fuse is blown and they would replace it the next day, but they come only on 16th of june. They replaced the fuse and the machine was still not working. Now they said the Motor is also gone and they would be replacing on 18th June. They again did not show up. Now they say it is not possible till 21st of june as there is an audit going on in the service centre. I dont understand what the service personell are supposed to do during an audit??? I got very angry at them and they now say they wont attend the problem and ask me to complain to thier Chennai office. I am at my wits end . Pls could you help me out.

                  But inspite of repeated complaints they have not send anybody to check the machine. i dont have their sales manager or service no in mumbai to speak to them direct.
                  if this attitude continuous we will be forced to take legal remedy if the same is n0t attended in 24hrs by their techinicans and rectified the fault.

                  Whirlpool — Non receipt of washing machine even after 12 days

                  Sir,

                  With deep regret, I wish to inform you that my experience, of late, with the Whirlpool washing machine and their team of engineers and customer care has been an absolute disaster.

                  There was a problem with the agitator of the machine and also, I had requested for the body to be changed as it had got rusted. On 3rd July, 2010, after umpteen number of calls to the customer care, my machine was finally picked up. The so called engineer, Mr. Santosh promised that the machine will be delivered back to me in 2-3 days. I was ok with it.

                  Today is the 14th of July 2010 and I am still waiting for my machine to be delivered back to me.

                  I have spoken with people at their customer care (Ankit, Rajeev, Nikhil, Sonia, Rajat to name a few) repeatedly since 7th July. The no. have been calling on is [protected]. First, everyone there wants to know what the complaint is. I have had to explain the same time and again. And everytime I am given a false commitment that the machine will be delivered today/tomorrow, max by 12 pm. I fail to understand why the notepads cannot be updated against a particular complaint no.

                  I have had to call you again and again, spend my time and money, and have completely lost faith in their systems. My Microwave and my Air Conditioner are also from Whirlpool. I just pray I do not encounter such problems with them. I wonder what I have in store.

                  I have mailed the help desk and have not got a revert yet. I am unable to understand the reason for this delay. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                  Whirlpool Washing Machine — Non Attendance by Technician

                  I had lodged a Complaint with Whirlpool for defect on my Washing Machine on 16 Oct 10 vide complaint No HD[protected]. I received an SMS stating that my complaint was registered and one Mr Prashant was assigned to attend to the fault. No one from whirlpool either turned up nor did we receive any call. Subsequently on 19 Oct 10, I received an SMS from Whirlpool stating that my Complaint was closed.

                  I immediately lodged another Complaint with Whirlpool on 19 Oct 10 stating the old complaint cancellation without anyone attending to it and was allotted a fresh complaint No HD[protected]. Again,I received an SMS stating that my complaint was registered and one Mr Yousuf was assigned to attend to the fault. This time we contacted Mr Yousuf and were informed by him that Mr Prashant (who was supposed to attend the initial complaint) would attend to it as he himself was on leave. Though Mr Prashant visited on the same day, and after examination of the machine he informed us that Certain parts were required to be replaced., After that instance however, he has not been contactable nor any intimation received.

                  Today on the 26 Oct 10, I again contacted Whirpool in the morning and was assured that some one would attend to the problem, but no one has attended to it. In effect, it has been more than 10 days since the first complaint was made, but the defect still persists.

                  As such it is very difficult to get across to the Complaint Care Number and even in such instances, the phone has an uncanny habit of getting disconnected inbetween.

                  I thus am taking recourse to your site to project my Complaint to Whirlpool and get the machine attended to. As such, mine is one of their more expensive models of Washing Machines and within the Warranty Period. If they take so much time to attend to a new machine (sourcing of spares), I dread as to what will happen when the machine gets old.

                  It has been 5 days since the first complaint was made to the customer care about our refrigerator and no action has been taken despite of complaining 3 times again. They always promised to send their engineer but no one has turned up for the rectification. If this is the kind of service from such a brand then m sorry to say i will neither prefer to purchase its products nor will recommend to any one else. i hope i deserve a reply at least and the necessary action.

                    Sub: Complaint regarding rusting of Whirlpool refrigerator

                    I have purchased a Whirlpool Delight refrigerator Model no.9937 DLX having Sl.No.INA [protected] with Colour S Steel from Bhuvan Radio Service, Manacaud junction, Attukal Road, Thiruvananthapuram on 25.08.2006 for Rs.14,000/-. Now just only after three years it is found in the refrigerator that a major portion of the door and sides of the body get start corroded. This was started 5 months before. I have contacted your home service unit at Thiruvananthapuram and they have replaced the upper and lower doors with new ones. They have also charged Rs.2100 for the replacement of the two doors. Now corrosion is still existing in the sides of body. Starting corrosion of the body in such an International product is to be viewed very seriously. The charges recovered from me is to be reimbursed and the corrosion existing in the sides of the body is to be also solved. Whirlpool is very well known international product and shown its very high performance from last many years. Because of that only I have purchased your product and because of that I am in trouble also. Corrosion of the product within a very few years will make a very bad impression on you and I have take it very serious. But I am expecting a very positive approach from your side and waiting for.

                      It is with a deep sense of regret and anguish that I am compelled to place on record the absolutely reckless, callous and casual manner in which a complaint lodged by me in respect of Whirlpool refrigerator GNF 285X, Quick chill (double door) has been handled by Whirlpool local service engineer, Visakhapatnam.

                      Complaint No. 17267 dated 30.03.2010 was for check up of the refrigerator for the leakage and inability to control the temperature. It was attended by a technician who did not care to switch on the refrigerator after general cleaning. When it was switched on by us within an hour, the heater went out of order compelling the technician to come back and check. The technician and the local service engineer have been mainitaining that this was due to faulty power supply. This explanation is both ridiculous and illogical. It is infact due to the short circuiting in the heater, the power went off. A complaint No. 0621 dated 02.04.10 was lodged requesting for immediate replacement of the heater and to put the refrigerator in order. Even after nearly 26 to 27 phone calls, there has been no positive response and as a customer I am put to undue harassment of having to keep reminding Whirlpool service engineer. Now at 3 p.m. 5th April, 2010, I am being told that it will be attended only by tomorrow evening. Everything stored in the refrigerator has been spoiled and not a single hour passes without cursing my self for having bought Whirlpool refrigerator with a terrible network of service centres.

                        In the month of 12 October 2009 I purchased a Semi Washing Machine(A72s) 7.2 kg.. From the same day when the demo stater came to our home for teaching the functions of Washing Machine then the washing time when we put clothes for the washing in tub and start the machine the water started come out from the front top side of the top panel to floor. suddenly i told this complaint to the official and he assure me to stop this leakage but after pasting 6 months lots of Engineers visited our home but till date no response come to me and the problem is same there. I also logged complaint to the customer care and local service centre also. All the complaint No. are with me and the name of Engineers are noted to me who have not solution of this problem. Now it is my humble request to the company official to change my washing machine as soon as possible

                        I am also agree with the complaint of this consumer. Because we were also buy this kind of semi washing machine machine and the same problem was existing in our machine.

                          I HAD PURCHASED AN AIR CONDITIONER BASED ON THE PROMISE OF THE SALESPERSON THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.I WAS NAGGED CONTINUOUSLY TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS WHICH THEY DID NOT INFORM ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE.SO MUCH SO SALESPERSON THREATENED ME OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES HAD I NOT SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.                             I would like to introduce myself as Vineet Srivastava, an Emplyoyee of IBM, who understands the value of services.

                            This is to do with drawing your kind attention towards the irresponsible behaviour shown by the Service Centres and subsequently the call centre officials fooling around with the customers.

                            I am providing you the event wise details:

                            1. Date :30/03/2010 : I had registered a complaint (Job ID 11303)to the whirlpool services support on afternoon (through Sahu Agencies, Lucknow) of 30/03/2010 to get my refrigerator (Model NoCB220) repaired which was passed on to the franchisee.(CARE WORLD, RAJAJIPURAM BRANCH).

                            2. Date :30/03/2010 :An engineer from the whirpool (Care World, Rajajipuram, Lucknow)visited my place around 4:00 pm at my residence.

                            3. Date :30/03/2010 :He inspected the fridge and noted the fault points, as well collected Rs1000/- (Rs One thousand as advance) and told me that the fridge would be taken away by evening for quick repair work.Its being summer we are really craving for the utilization of fridge.I waited at home for someone to turn up.

                            4.Date :31/03/2010 :The previous day lapsed, without anybody picking up the fridge for repairing. IN the morning aroun10:00 Am, I called at the Care World support number :[protected], nobody picked up the call.

                            5.Date :30/03/2010 :At 10:30, I called the whirpool customer care number ([protected])and reported the irresponsible behavior and the false promises made to me by the franchises services centre (Care World).The customer care executive promised me a prompt action. He also told me that he would be making this ticket as an urgent call and I would be getting a call from the service centre (Care World). I again waited for till 2:00 pm to hear from somebody, nobody called.I could not go out anywhere as I wanted to make myself available so that the fridge should be picked up without any inconvenience.

                            6. Date :31/03/2010 :At 2:00 pm, I called the Care World number ([protected]), and one lady picked up the call.I enquired about the Job Status and she tried to mislead me with the information that someone is already was on the way to pick up the fridge and it would take some time to reach Maulviganj, I live in RDSO colony and it is just 15-20 mins from the service centre (Rajajipuram).Actually she was just trying to ward me off and was misleading me. When I caught her on wrong foot she told me she would talk to me after lunch, and hung up the call!!. It really hurt me a lot, how are these type of people running the services or to say the least how are they employed even?.



                            7.Date :31/03/2010 :She hung the phone on me and I called the customer care of the whirlpool ([protected]) to report this incident.I again briefed all these things to the helpdesk executive, Harmeet, and she promised to escalate it to the appropriate level along with the promise that my complaint would be addressed very soon.She also promised me to come back to me through phone, within 2 hours on this , I was again fooled, nobody called me up, nobody visited !!!
                            8. Date :31/03/2010 : I again called up on the whirlpool's customer care number at around 6:15 PM and again lodged a strict protest against the approach of the service personal, the guy (Vijay) promised me that somebody would certainly visit my place by today (01/04/2010) and pick up the refrigerator by today afternoon 12:00 o clock.He also gave me the contact details ([protected]:Maqbool)of the concerned engineer.
                            9. Date :31/03/2010 : I called the engineer, Maqbool, and he also promised me to personally look into the matter, but to no avail.
                            10. Date :31/03/2010 : I had also filed a complaints on the mail IDs "[protected]@whirlpool.com" and "[protected]@whirlpool.com" but have not recived any response.
                            11. Date :01/04/2010 : As I am lodge the complaint nobody has visited my place yet nor have recieved a call from anyone, It means that I have simply wasted almost three days following it up, wasting my energy, my resources, my time componded with the mental agaony which I am going through due to absence and delay of refrigerator services along with the casual attitude of the whirpool.

                            I am giving a written complaint and have taken some real good time off as you can see above, I am really pissed off and didnt expect this kind of "SERVICES" from a global brand like whiorlpool or its franchisee, where the customer is fooled around and made to follow up the things himself/herself despite of bearing the services costs in advance.


                            Please note that its summer and the inconvenience caused to me and my family and the loss of time which is being incurred on me has been really telling.I am really convinced that this is being followed as a practice on the larger basis, though most of the customers might seem not to bother these guys due to their less informed attitude or they are least bothered. I am still apprehensive that even after taking my refrigerator how long would they keep it to them for repairing, denying me the services offered by the fridge.

                            I would like a and request a strict action taken against the whirpool services and the people involved in it with due lessons been taught to them for fail of services even after being paid in advance.

                            whirlpool/refrigerators — delay and inconvenience

                            sir/madam,
                            well i have a refrigerator bought 2-3 years back from whirlpool and have the extended warranty for the same.
                            On 8th feb'2010,my refrigerator got out of work and i complaint the same to the company.They carried it to service station on 15th'feb and promised to return it within 24 hours.Today is 2nd'march 2010 and we have not received it yet.They make promises and give time but not the refrigerator.
                            Even i said that i would be serious about it and make a consumer complaint ,but they take it easy and now i want consumer forum to please look into the matter and penalty the company for the delay.As we all know how hard is to manage without refrigerator these days so the matter is really concerning.

                              PATHETIC STORE WITH RIDICULOUS/LAID BACK PPL WORKING IN THE STORE BASICALLY ALL ILLITERATES WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE!!

                              This is regarding a very serious problem that we have faced after purchasing electronic items from E-ZONE STORE/RAGHULEELA MALL/KANDIVALI. Details are as under : -

                              1] On 16.03.2010 we visited ezone shop at Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali (W) and ordered a refrigerator, pedestial fan and vaccuum cleaner [Order number - [protected]). the delivery date mentioned on the bill was 25.03.2010. The entire payment for the goods was made through debit card.

                              2] On 17.03.2010, we receive a call saying that the refrigerator would be delivered today. We were more than happy to know about it. However, we realised that the fridge delivered was not the one that we had booked.

                              3] The very next day, i personally visited the shop to let them know regarding the exact colour that i had selected and that a wrong colour fridge was delivered. I was assured by the staff that the fridge would be exchanged.

                              4] After repeated follow-ups, the fridge which i had ordered was delivered on 26.03.2010. But this time it was a totally different story. The fridge had a dent on top, had scratches on the sides, moreover, it had a torn manual which made it evident that it was not a fresh piece and a display piece.

                              5] The matter was immediately reported to the store, who assured verbally that they would deliver a fresh piece of the same colour that we had ordered on Wednesday - 31.03.2010 or else the money would be refunded on Thursday morning from the shop. This was mentioned by a person named Manoj from the shop. As we had waited for so many days we thought let us wait for a few more days.

                              6] On 30.03.2010, we got a call from the shop that the fridge would be delivered the next day. However, to our dismay the next day again the wrong colour fridge was delivered.

                              7] When we contacted the store that we dont want the fridge and to refund the money, we are suddenly told that the payment would be refunded only after 25 days as the payment was made through a debit card.

                              These ppl are just taking advantage and making a fool of the ppl who go to theis store were they advertise unnecessarily in the print media about the products they have infact i doubt they run the store just to fake the ppls money!!

                              To add to this there is a very casual attitude meted out by the store staff to the entire episode.

                              we would not be buying any product from E-Zone ever and would definitely restrain our Friends and Family and to the people as a whole...Please think twice before going to the E-Zone Store if you have the patience and the energy to fight with the ppl out there...I wish you all luck and share a sad story with the many ppl who had gone through this similar situation.

                                I got my Whirlpool Fridge 310 liters from Vijay Sales on 16 Jan 2010, after getting the fridge home no one came to show how does it work, the machine was started by the transporter guy who delivered the fridge. Now the fridge is giving lot of problems and it is even sounding noise as well.

                                I put up a complaint at Vijay Sales and a guy came but he didn’t even knew how it works (Master Mind Elite 280lts) he says that the automatic button for cooling is given as a show but the refrigerator does not work as given in the catalogue and said I checked it if the problem prevails then call him, even reporting the complain again till date there is no response from them.



                                Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                  I've bought Whirlpool 650s fully automtaic washing machine in Oct'2009. From then onwards, I keep on facing one or other issue. The most common I faced 6-7 times is a "Overflow Issue". In this case a small tube in the back of machine comes out from the tub. I did this fixing job couple of times as you can not wait for engineer to come and the time when you come to know about this issue all the clothes which are placed in he tub becomes wet and soaked with surf and water. This problem got solved when wife asked for permanent solution and the engineer came with fixing adhesive and pasted the tube with tub. From last few days, we've started facing problem in dryer because of which after the entire washing cycle the clothes remain as wet as they're run on dryer cycle. The engineer visited , inspected the machine and told me that there is a problem in PCB which needs to be replaced. We've simply rejected this offer saying this looks like that there is some problem with this piece of product as it keep on troubling now and then from last 5 months. I've spoke to even coprorate office of Whirlpool but in vain. From last 15 days my machine is lying as trash.

                                    I have purchased Refrigerator from Serampore Shop on May 2009 but the front door of Refrigerator color has been discolored and I have already told to where I have purchased but still now no resolution done I have also booked a docket (KL[protected]) but due to poor service still now I have waiting for your response.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased the above Model of your Refrigerator on 10.06.2009 from M/s.New Bengal Electronics, Bargachia, Dist. Howrah, West Bengal (A Xerox copy of the above Tax Invoice is enclosed as ready reference) which have started malfunctioning from 2nd of March, 2010 upon which a complain was lodged vide No. KL-[protected] dated 04.03.2010. Subsequent to my complain, your representative from Kolkata Service Center visited the machine on 07.03.10 at my residence. Finally the representative being unable to rectify the fault on the spot declared that a certain parts needs replacement. As no body turned up for necessary repair / rectification till sufficient time, I had no other option but to approach the Dealer for doing the needful. But nobody turned up till 19th March, 2010 in spite of my numerous telephonic reminders. Finally on 19th, your representative did the repairing and the machine started functioning without sufficient cooling. Even the ice chamber cannot accumulate as on date the required quantity of ice, which was taking place prior to the breakdown on 2nd March, 2010. I strongly feel the above machine is having some inherent manufacturing problem for which the only solution is total replacement of the said refrigerator.

                                      Therefore, your immediate and urgent attention is being drawn for the lack of service, commitment and brand image for which the only compensation I shall accept for replacement of the said Refrigerator only. In case a better model is replaced, I am ready to bear the difference of prices, if any.

                                      Your urgent communication in this regard is much awaited.

                                        The above mentioned fully automatic front loading Washing machine was purchased on 22/08/2009 at Tanuku Town, W.G.Dt.( A.P)and being used from that date. From the first day o[censored]sing, we have been experiencing that the wash quality of cloths is very very bad i.e the washed cloths are dull, give bad odour, no freshness. Also, the cloths are not dry enough.

                                        We called the nearest service agent of Whirlpool in the month of August,2009. He has seen the machine, understood the problem, but did not do anything to rectify the problem. Made a complaint in [protected]@whirlpool.com on 9/02/2010 and on 22/02/2010. Also issued a letter dated 01/03/2010 to the MD,Whirlpool,Gergaon, Harayana by fax and also by courier..Called the service agent at Hyderabad a number of times. But, no response.
                                        The problem remains till date and there is no response from Whirlpool.
