Bad performance

The above mentioned fully automatic front loading Washing machine was purchased on 22/08/2009 at Tanuku Town, W.G.Dt.( A.P)and being used from that date. From the first day o[censored]sing, we have been experiencing that the wash quality of cloths is very very bad i.e the washed cloths are dull, give bad odour, no freshness. Also, the cloths are not dry enough.

We called the nearest service agent of Whirlpool in the month of August,2009....

support of product

Whirlpool service centres provide replacement parts as loose without any genuine hologram or even a simple basic packing, remotest the name of the company to verify that it is genuine. Moreover, the MRP is not mentioned and we checked with different service centres as well in different cities and the price of a product quoted varies to the extent of 3 to 4 times.
Further no proper warranty is mentioned on these spare parts.

no aftersail support

dear sir/madam

I am pained to inform that I have a whirlpool refrigrator.My refrigerator is non operational and for which I have registered a complain on 17 March 2010 vide complain number 9169. There has been no responce from the local service center. Earlier also I had registered a complain on 18 feburary 2010 for the same problem and simmilar attitdue was shown by the service center at vishakpatnam.

excessive noise in fridge

i bought a fridge whirlpool company Model Persoffestional in the month of NOv'09.
Nobody has come to demostrate the fuctions. fter 3-4 complaint lodge to custmor care one untrained person came & told how to open door and keep the things in the fridge. He is not able answer a single query or special features of fridge.

My fridge is making excessive noise which creatin irritation and distrbance to my whole family....

Refrigerator door problem - not resolved even after registering complaint after 1 month

This is regarding complaint # PN[protected] registered on 12-Feb-2010 for the refrigerator door problem.

The whirlpool engineer visited my house two days after the request and told that the door part needs to be ordered and then the problem would be rectified.

There was also a problem with Voltage Stabilizer which the engineer took with him and said he will get it repaired and then fit on his next visit. br...

We started a new business organization on 14-Dec-2010 named i-World Cyberplaza, Bakery Coolbar and Ice cream Parlour. No proper customer/demo service

Hi,
I bought a double door refrigerator on 4th March.A person came for Demo the next day.The demo guy was very rude .We bought the refrigerator from your dealer Saravana stores (T.nagar branch). We had bought a fibre stand for the fridge, the demo guy came & he was telling this should not be used instaed need to go for a Metal stand.

Door bottom leak

I have purchased whirlpool professional 310 litres elite fridge on 19.01.2010 from M/s. Tirupathi Electronics, neyveli-3 Ph: [protected]. highly inflated bill for minor repair

My fridge had stopped defrosting and it was only cooling resulting in excessive ice inside blocking the flow of air and nearly nil cooling in the main fridge.
