I had purchased a 445 litre Whirlpool refrigator in chennai before 2 months which when delivered to my home was found defective ( 6th sense panel wasn't working due to a missing bush ).

The service center guy from whirlpool dropped in with no knowledge of the equipment and said that he needs to service the front panel. I had asked for a complete replace of the piece as they had damaged the front panel during their initial service.

The service has been so pathetic that I hadnt got a replacement in last 1.5months. The worst part is the service center guys doesn't even bother to call back with what ever is the reason for the delay. I had personally walked into the service center 4 to 5 times to get an answer for the delay but there is no responsible response from them regarding the delay.

On top of all these the service center guys had wrongly sent in a different model of a refrigirator as a replacemtn piece. Now its all in another loop where in they start the entire process of replacement once again.

I had called up Whirlpool customer service today and had officially lodged a complaint with all the details but not sure if they will take any action. All said its just pain and pain all over for us to follow up on these kind of issues with service centers even after paying the whole cost of the fridge upfront.

My personal experience with Whirlpool has been pretty bad to the extent that I will never look into getting

Yes, I agree with you, now you will face the response from the Customer Center also. They too will not response that easily to your problems. Whirlpool customer center guys doesnt know whats the complain about for which we are calling, they will keep you in mute and chat with their supervisors and get back the answers

I bought brand new whirlpool refrigerator (Whirlpool 340 DLX iceberg ST model) from Bansal Tele Shop Pvt Limited, Hargobind Marg Mohar Singh Nagar near CMC Chowk Ludhiana on dated 25 March 2006 .
From the day one of delivery, we are telling the dealer that water trips into the body of the refrigerator and it stinks badly.

They told me that there is some manufacturing defect and will get it well soon. Number of engineers have seen the refrigerator but no solution has been found. I request whirlpool senior executives to come upfront and provide me the justice.

Again last week another engineer from whirlpool Ludhiana branch came and did a little alteration and assured it will work normal but despite repeated attempts it’s a big failure on the part of the attending persons indicating un-professional attitude.

Sir the refrigerator doesn’t cool properly and stinks badly

I am writing this letter as despirate attempt to look into the matter or take this refrigerator back free of cost- so that I can purchase a good refrigerator------but such a big company should definitely look into its technology to avoid customer harassment

Please look into the matter seriously as the elderly couple is suffering a lot for last four years due to technical and logistic reasons. Such instances will definitely tarish the image of your reputed company

    Hi,

    I went to Viveks store at Vadapalani on Jan 2, 2010. I bought a Whirlpool Washing machine.with that there is a offor of 2000rs reebok gift voucher,they said stock is not there next week they will give me the giftvoucher but till todat i have not received the gift voucher whenever i will call they will say tomorrow they will give. ,every day they are saying same story ,

    I had paid the full amount 17500/-. They promised that they will deliver the Washing machine on Jan 3rd 2010. I am staying at West Jones Road, West Saidapet. But they delivered on 6th. Even though I am staying within Chennai, they delivered after 5 days. I think without the stock they have got the money for the washing machine on that day. and they are simpley cheating the customers for sales.

    I believe as a press, joovi could help public solving the problem.

    As a new year sale, they have sold without stock with them and got the money from me. But they have delivered late and not given the gift voucher still now, and they are not properly responding for my calls.

      WHIRLPOOL is making JUNK products for the Indian Customer ...

      I have purchased a Refrigerator (2 Door ) in Nov 2007 so many times have to throw away the stuff inside the fridge as it stops working in between.

      I have changed Gas, compressor etc etc on the advise so called expert service engineers but still the problem is there..

      The fridge suddenly stops in between and then starts sometimes after 24 hrs or more till everything inside is spoiled..

      Cursing the moment when I saw Devgan family on TV and decided to go for the Whirlpool product ...

      If the WHIRLPOOL people have some shame then please forward this to the CEO of whirlpool India so that he/she also knows what the customers feel about WHIRLPOOL...

      SPREAD this message across so that everyone is AWARE of such Cheating Companies ...

      Whirlpool Refrigerators — Its a junk and poor service

      I had purchase refrigerator of whirlpool on 14.02.2004 with warranty of 7 yrs for compressor.The compressor was not working at rated capacity after 5 years and complaint was lodged with the co. on june 2009 but the authorised service centre Shreya cooling Govind Nagar just filled the gas insteat of replacing compressor.The machine didnot function properly & on repeated complaints the compressor was replaced but on replace ment of 4 compressos the cooling is not proper,The co. is supplying poor quality of compressors , the service station of kanpur Nath Traders LAJPAT NAGAR couldnot make it running for last 55 days.I hope one day I have to buy another refrigerator as Whirlpool is helpless as customer care & helpdesk is helpless & always advice to contact service centre.

        On 11th Jan 2010 Morning, my fully automated washing machine was not switching on. I made complain to whirlpool customer care centre on same day i.e[protected]. The engineer came in evening around 4PM same day and informed that the mother board is damaged and it has to be replaced with new mother board with as cost of Rs 3200. I asked him to come next day and replace which he agreed. On next day i.e[protected], I got a call around 4PM that there particular item is not available in stocks. However the whirlpool person confirmed that it would be available on next day i.e 13th Jan'2010 and the work would be done before lunch. On 13th Jan 2010 nobody turned up and I started chasing the service engineer and customer care centre. The service engineer informed he would able to come at 4PM only. Again there was nobody at 4PM. Again we called him but he raised his hand and informed us to talk to his superior. When we called his superior, he again assured that the work would be completed on 14th Jan 2010 on priority. We know that 14th being a Pongal Holiday, nothing will happen. But the superior was confidently telling that he would anyhow arrange. Finally nothing happened on 14th Jan. Again chase on 15th Jan'2010, same reply, somebody will come on 3PM. I do not know how many days it will continue. If a spare is so difficult to get in metro city and then what will happen when same problem occur in Small town. Secondly there are only lies by whirlpool people. Please help me if you can.

        The service centre of whirlpool in Dwarka, New Delhi is HOPELESS, the call centre and the supervisor Mr Gautam, the whole team is INEFFECTIVE. mostly giving WRONG information to MISLEAD customers.
        On lodging complaint, rep came on 1/1/2010. Recommended bearing change and top conversion. Said that the m/c will be taken away by their service centre in Bagdola in Dwarka, New Delhi on 2/1/2010 and will be repaired and returned in 3days.. Nobody came. Reminded. One person came on 5/1/2010 and took away the m/c. Again said that in 3 days it will be done. Nothing happened after 3 days. Called them up. New delivery date 10/1/2010. Failed. Spoke to service centre. they said one part NOT AVAILABLE. Spoke to call centre Supervisor Mr sanjay gautam on 14/1/2010 . Gautam gave date 16/1/2010. Also said that the part received was defective and hence the delay. Service centre had said a different story. 16th. also failed. New delivery date 18th. again failed. New date 21/1/2010. Again failed. Now next delivery date is 27/1/2010. God knows what will happen.
        WHO WILL PAY FOR THE TORTURE OF WASHING MANUALLY FOR 4 WEEKS TILL DATE?????????????

          I booked my Refrigerator at the Pune fair on 3 Jan 2010 from the factory outlet of Whirlpool Refrigerator and was told that delivery will be done by Vijay Sales you need to submit all the doc now at Vijay Sales.
          I have submitted all the doc and the necessary payments too on 10th Jan 2010.

          Now I am being told that the item is not in production and you need to change the product. I booked ( 30 Delux Elite for 20,200/-

          I have heard lot about Whirlpool but I never knew that the service is so bad. They should even check the services given by Vijay Sales which is even pathetic and not even trust worthy.

            RESPECTED SIR,
            I hv purchased the above mentioned Whirlpool Refrigerator Fusion 260ltrs. on 31st dec, from J.J.ENTERPRISE GODHRA. within 2 days frost control was not working properly. I had complained in the customer care.they noted & gave me a comp. no. then eng. came next day he told that the freeze's thermostate switch was not working . when switch will came from company i will replace it but then after he was disappear. At last thanks to Mr.KAMALBHAI who accepted my request and switch replaced by local technician. But still I M awaiting the reply from Ur Engineer & demonstration from him. SO PL. SEND HIM FOR DEMO. AT THE EVENING BETWEEN 6 TO 7 PM.

A TECHNICIAN CAME FROM SRI MARUTHI ENGINEERING(AUTHORIZED SERVICE PARTNER FOR WHIRLPOOL) ON 3-2-09 AND REPLACED SOME PARTS WORTH Rs.4100(dated 3-2-09,bill no.10741&11468) AND SERVICE CHARGES Rs.285/-(dated 3-2-09,bill no.10696)AND THE FRIDGE STARTED WORKING FOR ONE DAY,IT STOPPED WORKING THE NEXT DAY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.I AGAIN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE I GAVE A COMPLAINT . ANOTHER TECHNICIAN came on 19-2-09 AND CHANGED ONE MORE PART WORTH Rs.450(dated 19-2-09,bill no.11475).THE FRIDGE STARTED WORKING AND NEXT DAY THE SAME PROBLEM.               I think whirlpool refrigerators are the worst ... I also bought one in Nov 2007 and have been facing lot of issues with it.
              The refrigerator many times stops on its own (the light glows, but no cooling).After being in this condition (till everything inside gets messed up) suddenly it starts working again. I have changed the gas, compressor etc etc and still the problem exists. The service engineer guys are fools who just tell some reason or other instead of fixing real problem.
              So please don't buy any whirlpool products .. The company is good for nothing.
              I had registered my complaint on 28th of May , I had been to ld that with in 24 hrs. my problem would be resolved but there is no action. I am tired of following up and hearing false promises from your help desk team.
              I have been registering my complaints at whirlpool since 3rd of June regarding my refrigerator, infact i didn't miss a single day calling them. But there is no action taken by them. Each and every time i call, they say that engineer will call you and plan a visit but no one called and no one visited too.

                I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine model: 800H,from e-zone ,alwarpet,Chennai on 28/11/2009

                Last week 2, 3 times the washing machine at the time of spinning during regular wash(prog-1) was showing"de" and beeping and had stopped.



                So i booked a complaint with the Chennai service centre on Monday,4th jan 2010. The complaint number is=6374



                Till date that is today,Friday ,8 th jan 2009, no body has turned up despite my reminder to the service centre people every day.



                When i ask them to be connected to the manager they are avoiding.



                Is this the service i should expect for a new washing machine from whirlpool company



                I was previously having for more than a decade tvs-whirlpool washing macine. The service at that time was good.



                I am appalled at the indifference shown by your service centre and refusing to answer me properly



                they are turning adeaf ear to my service duringservice period

                Whirlpool India Ltd/Washing machine — Sale of defected H 65 washing machine and above that improper service and harassment

                I had purchased a H65 fully automatic washing machine of the Whirlpool company in November, 2007. Since the day one the machine has been giving continuous problems. Inspite of repeated complaints no body bothers to attend the complaints for days. Even if some technician is sent after days of complaints he comes and does some vague repairing and the machine again starts malfunctioning within a day or two. I am really sick and tired of complaining umpteen times at the service centre which lacks total professionalism and man power to deal with the servicing of the washing machine. At present my machine is still under warranty period and with so much trouble shooting I have requested the company to replace it, but all the requests are falling on to deaf ears. Therefore, my request may kindly be looked into at the earliest. otherwise I shall have no other alternative but to approach the Consumer Court of India.The consumer ID I was given when purchasing the machine was HR/C/1107/43365.
                the eng are a bunch of cheaters This needs to be checked. I paid 4000Rs today and the machine stilll does not work

                  I purchased Whirlpool fridge from Vasanthan & Co on 03/Jan0/2010.
                  I received fridge on 04/Jan/2010.
                  I opened the item on 05th Jan and noticed few scratches on the top of the fridge (inside).
                  I visited Velachery branch and asked them to replace my fridge.
                  They agreed for that on that day and never replaced the item.
                  Now they are saying, whirlpool is responsible for replacing the item.

                  When I called whirlpool, I was asked to get in touch with the dealer (the great Vasanthan & Co) for replacement of the product.

                  I donot know what to do at this moment.
                  Let me know if you have any suggestions to file a case in Consumer Courts on Vasanthan & Co and Whirlpool India.

                    I have had purchased a Whirlpool Microoven 25C from TMC hyderabad (31 Dec 2009). There are accessories listed on the seal box, but few accessories are missing, when I complaint to TMC and Whilrpool, they are saying that the company is not supplying the"missing accessories" currently. If that is that case why the items are listed on the box. I wanted to put a case against a company Whirlpool by misleading the people by writing the more accessories and providing only the few and attracting the consumers.

                    I also suggest the Forumates to be cautious about this kind of issue before purchasing any items.

                      My Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer has had the same fault since new. The Freezer stops freezing with the alarm sounding and the front panel temp indicator displaying - -. As this starts to happen the you get (well documented on Google) water splatter. Each engineer visit results in the fault going away for a few weeks / months. But the the inevitable return of the same fault.

                      On the web you now have people selling kits that repair the PCB's (the transistors fail). Either that or pay Whirlpool £300+ to have them replaced on an ad-hoc basis.

                      I called there UK customer services line today and spoke to Dawn. Dawn informed me, without asking for my model or serial number, name or address. That the warranty had expired (I had told her that anyway) She also told me "there are no known issues with the fridge freezers like what I described" that "their engineers were paid to fix faults and not comment on products" Oh yes... Al these people on the web were entitled to their opinions but that they were not experts (unlike Dawn who can tell all this without asking what the product was).

                      I thought on calling their Managing Director but realised that he (like you and I, but unlike Dawn) must already be aware of all these issues and simply would not bother to help me. Giving the "out of warranty tale".

                        I bought Whirlpool Maxigerator on 08/08/2006. My PMP module is malfuctioning and I registered a complaint to customer service on 10/12/2009 and the complaint # is AH[protected] and till now the complaint had not been addressed. Each time I call them, they have the same answer that Company had stopped making this part and we are trying to get from different sources. There is a authorized serive center here in Ahmedabad and they also had the same answer. Its been now almost two months I am without refrigerator at my place. Is this company's policy to stop making spare parts of models which are only four years old.

                        I had bought Whirlpool refrigerator about four years ago and the model is Whirlpool Fusion --metalic grey -- 310Ltrs. The module which is located behind the refrigerator and next to compressor has burnt and I asked customer service to replace it. I was ready to pay the charges for the module also but these people (Authorized serivce dealers) say that company has stopped making this spare part.

                        I dont understand why would a company would stop making spare parts of a product which is only launched four years ago.

                        Whirlpool expects people to be changing refrigerator every four years. OR Whirlpool expects people in India to follow USA trend of not repairing something but to replace it.

                        Its been almost 1.5 months and I am without a refrigerator at my place. I tried to get this spare part from different cities as well but no Authorized serivce dealer has this and everyone has the same answer that company has stopped making it

                        I complained about my washing machine on the 01/07/10. My complaint
                        number is MB[protected]. I was told I would get a call from the technician
                        in 2 hours, and a visit the same day. It never happened, so I called
                        again the next day and the technician came. He said that he couldn't fix
                        machine, and would come back with another person. That didn't happen and
                        I called every alternate day after that, and each time I was told that
                        someone will call in two hours. Finally on 9th July I was told that they
                        are waiting for a part and my machine will be repaired by Monday. Of
                        course that didn't happen either.
                        Today I called the service center and they said they are still waiting
                        for the part. At whirlpool, such a big company, no spare parts? A person
                        who has a contract with you has to wait for 15 days and more to get a
                        machine repaired? What sort of service is that? I must say that your
                        service is not just disappointing, it is PATHETIC!

                        Complaint lodged in January first week but not rectified till date, spoken to atleast 15 different people in Whirlpool including Sammit Dasgupta, Deepak, sonia, sushma, manoj, prashant, abhay sharma..... but of no avail....... no follow up NO BODY SHOULD EVER BY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS

                          We bought Whirlpool 310 Litre refrigerator 15 months ago. The item arrived with physical damage which was replaced after 15 days. Always the we found water dripping from chiller tray. Every 10 days some engineer visited and never solved the problem. They changed door first and replaced refrigerator completly just at the fag end of warranty. Even on the newly replaced refrigerator, we found water drops on vegetable tray. We had been complaining continuously and the service franchise keeps the call on observation always. Now whirlpool want us to pay 15% towards depreciation as a precondition for replacing this defective piece. We are not sure if product design itself was faulty. All vegetables are getting damaged everyday and our suffering continues.........Can any one give us solution

                          Kirti Electronics, Ghodbunder Road, Thane, is selling to customers display pieces and old pieces packed in a new box. My family is a victim of their cheating behaviour and they will not replace the product.
                          I tell you all this so you can to stop buying from them and you will not be cheated.

                          Whirlpool — CHILLER PROBLEM

                          LODGED A COMPLAIN ON 08.05.2012 AT 12NOON. Complain number is KL [protected]. Service Engineer(Mr Akhtar) came and informed that spare parts can be available only after infinitive days, and saying this he left with a charge of Rs 285/. Again we have informed customer care on the same complaint number and again they have assured for for the best service. Our fridge is double door (Model no 11486) purchased just before two years.

                          We are staying at Gujarat, with aged parents staying there at Salt Lake. Please help those aged fellows during these extreme weather.

                            I am first-time user of Whirlpool appliance and I regret to be one! I bought a Whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine SSAN 652 from e-Zone, Chinchwad in Pune in September 2009. The Spin knob was faulty and stopped the Spin operation within one week of purchase.


                            I registered my complaint at e-Zone and they informed me that Whirlpool washing machines always have this problem but assured that someone would attend to it in a couple of days. Nobody came, and I registered by complaint again. Again e-Zone told me that whirlpool users have registered scores of complaints and nobody from Whirlpool attends to the complaints. Finally, they gave me phone number of Whirlpool Service Centre and asked me to co-ordinate with them directly. The misery for me started then.


                            I called up the Whirlpool Service Centre and someone came and replaced the knob with a knob of another model of washing machine. He said that the knob for my model of washing machine is currently not available and that he would get back in a week’s time. He never returned. His phone number is [protected]. The knob he had replaced was faulty again and it stopped working in a couple of days!!!!!!!! He started avoiding my phone calls too. I wanted to return the washing machine…… a piece of junk that would not dry clothes due to the faulty knob.


                            I finally got the phone number of the supervisor of Whirlpool Service Centre MR. RadhaKrishna (Pune) and I thought he would be helpful. Alas!!! Whirlpool has supervisors who care as much as their technicians. I made numerous calls to him on his mobile number [protected] and every time he assured me that the knob would be replaced in a couple of days.


                            Till date, I have made at least 20 calls to Mr.RadhaKrishnan and he now gets irritated by my phone calls and finally this week I was frustrated and had a heated argument with him. He then blasted back and cut the phone call saying that he will see how my washing machine gets repaired. Can you believe Whirlpool provides such a pathetic customer service???????????


                            I am really frustrated and no appliance company in this competitive market has so much of arrogance and waywardness. I just want to simply return back my washing machine unless the company can fix it. I am tired of the arrogant replies that I receive from Whirlpool's so-called Service Desk. I need to escalate this matter. Please provide me contact details of someone who cares and someone who can help me discard this piece of junk that I spent so much of my hard-earned money on. I want this letter to be brought to the notice of higher authorities so that an action can be taken by them to help hundreds of hapless customers of Whirlpool.

                            Whirlpool can spend crores of rupees on getting start brand ambassadors but cannot provide basic customer service!!!!!

                            I agree with you, I have also yet to come across a company so immune to customer complaints. I have interacted with the technician whose mobile number you have referred in your meesage. He is only keen on completing some patch work and running away. Trying to get to their higher ups is not possible. These front end people give no details. My washing maching is facing a propblem of lack of water drainage. It takes about 2 hrs for water to drain after the completion of a cycle. It was attended to once by the above mentioned technician. The problem recurred immediately after he left. The service centre asked us to raise a fresh complaint as the old one was closed. We did it and are still waiting for their technician.
                            It is a lousy company with lousy products and a still lousier service. God save the people who have bought their equipments.

                              MY REFRIGERATOR'S COMPRESSOR GAVE AWAY SECOND TIME. ON REGISTERING A COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THAT MY COMPRESSOR IS UNDER WARRANTY AND IF IT WAS INOPERATIVE I WONT BE CHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT. I AGREED TO PAY THE CHARGES OF RS.280/- FOR VISITING AND INSPECTION. ON INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND COMPRESSOR WAS INOPERATIVE. THE MECHANIC FROM THE SERVICE PARTNER CAME THE NEXT DAY. HE ASKED ME TO PAY FOR GAS FILLING (AN AMOUNT OF RS. 1000/-). ON REFUSAL HE ASKED FOR RELAY AND OLP CHARGES (WHICH WERE NOT FAULTY BUT COMPANY NEEDED TO REPLACE IT AS IT DOES NOT MAKE SAME PARTS FOR LONG - I.E. OBSCELESENCE). ON MAKING AWARE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE BOOKLET, HE ASKED FOR TRANSPORTATION CHARGES. THE TERMS MENTIONED THAT WITHIN MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF A CITY WHERE SERVICE PARTNER IS LOCATED, EVEN THOSE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE PAID. THE SITUATION WAS APPRISED TO WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE (CALL CENTER) FROM TIME TO TIME BUT THEY SHOWED THEIR INABILITY TO CONTROL THE SERVICE PARTNER. FINALLY I LANDED UP PAYING RS.505/- AS AGAINST RS.280/- AS AGREED UPON. MOREOVER, THE MECHANICS AND SERVICE MANAGERS OF THE AREA THREATEN NOT TO UNDERTAKE THE JOB BEFORE AGREEING TO PAY CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR SERVICING. I HAVE REALISED THAT WHIRLPOOL INDIA LEAVES THE CUSTOMERS TO THE MERCY OF SERVICE PARTNERS AND SHOW THEIR INABILITY TO HELP OUT CUSTOMER. THE SERVICE PARTNERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION AND NEGOTIATE WITH CUSTOMERS WITH AN AIM TO MAKE MAXIMUM BUCKS IN AN UNJUSTIFIED MANNER BY MEANS OF BARGAINING. THEY PLAY WITH THE SENTIMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE COMPANY MANUAL ARE NOT ADHERED TO BY THE COMPANY PERSONNEL ALSO. CUSTOMER IS LEFT OUT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO ACCEPT THEIR UNJUSTIFIED DEMANDS.

                                Hi ,

                                We have purchased Whirlpool Platinum Water Purifier in the month of July 2009 in Pune, It took almost 10-15 Days to fix our Water Purifier. Now i have changed my place and also at the same time one of the filter has to be replaced. So we gave complaint to customer care on 22/12/2009 and everyday we get answers that the filter has not come. I have an infant child of 4 months and we have to spend money from our pocket to get the mineral water what is the point in purchasing a high end model of Rs. 24000/- and we still not get the service. Everyday we have to call them to check if the filter has been arrived or not. Even though the plant is near pune i dont why its taking so much time to just replace the filter. Please make sure that this is resolved or else will have to lodge a complaint in the Consumer Court.

                                I bought a water purifier (RO) from Whirlpool in the month of Oct 2010.

                                The executive installed the machine but never gave demonstration, quoting that it wasnt his area. He can only install the machine. To my surprize from the very first day of installation the machine was giving impure water.

                                I got the complaint registered (8 Nov 2010), after following up for min 5 times I was sent a text with contact details of Mr Pawan Kumar # [protected]. That he would come & fix the problem, but the given number was switched off. On again calling the customer care, another executive was sent to fix the problem.

                                Since the RO has the storage of 6.5 litres, and we both (me & my husband) are working so the water was sufficient to keep us on for a week. On sat (13 Nov 2010) I realized that the machine is again not working so got another complaint registered (HR[protected] & HR[protected]). Again was sent the same msg with name and number of same PAWAN KUMAR ([protected]) which was again switched off. On pursuing hard we were promised that someone would come to fix the problem by 1600 Hrs, but none turned up.

                                On monday, Mr Pawan Kumar calls up & says that he can only come between[protected] Hrs. And for the incorrect ph number he says that its a very old phone number which is no more in use. As per Mr PAWAN KUMAR, it is company's fault that they are giving the wrong numbers to the customers.

                                I wanted to buy a KENT water purifier but the store keeper recommended Whirlpool, now I am regreting the decision. I am still buying the bottled mineral water so whats the use, Moreover the customer care executive of the Renowned Company are fair enough to give the company's website to register the complaint.

                                I dont recommend the WHIRLPOOL products to anybody.

                                  I have purchased whirlpool front loading washing machine during july 2008. Now the washine machine shows some problem with drum as per the technician who visisted my site. please note that I wast using IFB washing machnine for the last 10 years. I shifted to whirlpool only because of the service you are said to be extended.

                                  To my surprise and dismay, I have lodged the complaint on[protected] vide complaint No.36818 (in Chennai). One technician (Sai Services)visisted my site and informed that there is some problem with drum which is to be replaced. He asked me for cheque for Rs.3500/=and he promised me to replace the same on[protected]. The same cheque has been presented for clearing today which I made stop payment today as the same is not rectified so far.

                                  I informed the matter to to your supervisor Meena, Elan and one Bhavani from[protected] and they informed that the problem will be rectified today/tomorrow and so son.
                                  Till now the same is not rectified so far. Now I regret for having purchased whirlpool washing machine. If the problem is with drum, I am gouing to take up the matter with consumer court as this is major probloem and a customer like me has to spend Rs.3500/= towards replacement.

                                  I once again request you to rectify the problem immediately without charging any amount as this amount to major complaint.

                                  I will be claiming compensation for the inordinate delay in rectifying the problem even after 7 days even today.
                                  The response normally I am getting from the company is today it will be rectified/or tomorrow it will be rectified. Very very poor servive. I keep on saying that I regret for choosing whirlpool product.

                                  Once again I place on record that the servi ce you render has been very poor.

                                  Sorry for the real experience expressed in this regard.

                                  I seek your help in this regard.

                                  Whirlpool — Washing Machine - Fully automatic front loading

                                  I had lodged a complaint vice complaint number DL[protected] dated 18th June, 2009 at whirlpool complaint center having a call in number of 41666333 indicating that my washing machine is not working. Their engineer visited our site the same day, i.e., 18th June, 2009 and went back stating that the timer of the machine needs replacement and that it will take 3 days to replace the part.

                                  I have been following up ever since, at times calling the center 20 times a day but to no avail. I have a three year extended warranty from the Company on the product. Please help me out.

                                    Dear sir, I purchased company second sale Whirlpool white magic splash fully automatic machine by giving Rs.12400/- on11/12/2009 and the dealer arranged to deliver the machine to my house' for that I had given 250 rupees again.

                                    The problem is when I met and asked about the same brand new machine, the dealer at Ernakulam, Kochi they informed that the new machine is having the cost Rs.11900/- only (MRP) and there haave deduction of Rs.1200/-; then the purchasing cost will come only 10, 700/-.

                                    The second sale dealer M/s. Vismaya co., Kadavanthara, Ernakulam, Kochi cheated me and snatch Rs.12400/- at a time for second company sale machine having two outside damages. And met the person Mr. Shibu Mathew who is having the mobile no.[protected], he very adamently replied that there is no possibility to return any single rupee and he said he is going to inform the company as well and what will be the company's decision on this issue that will be informing me after one week's time.

                                    I humbly request sir, kindly give me a reply this is too much illegal action and if possible kindly provide me a new peice of the same machine mentioned above.

                                      I had purchased a washing machine model 1-2-3 650h of Whirlpool through Technocity, 15B,Sarat Bose road , Kolkata -700020 on 30th October 2009 by giving full payment. Technocity still not delivered the item even after nearly fifty two days.Even frequent visits to the shop didn't yeild much Now they do not receive / disconnect my call. What should I do you in this case. Whirlpool always ask me to contact the dealer. I want to complain for this default by the company and get redressal for the agony I am still going through. Please guide me so that I get compansated, and persons involved are brought to book.

                                      After the warranty got over, the machine got few major problems. I have a front door whirlpool washing machine. I Lodged a complaint on 24/05/09 the complaint number is MB[protected] but there has been mo response from the service centre. I lodge a complaint again on 18/06/09 and the technician told me that the machine required a new front door .the technician told me that the new door would cost about Rs 2400. I ready was to pay them but after every day I called them they only told me that they were sending a technician today .this continued till the next 15 days and after 15 days they told me that they dint have a door for replacing in stock .but the door dint seem to ever come. after waiting for 15 day I called a private technician from out side he repaired the same door without replacing it and he charged only Rs 350 .after one and half month their technician came with door but I had already repaired the door, hence I sent him.

                                      Again I had problem with my machine motor .the technician said that the motor had burned and needed to be replaced .I complained in whirlpool service centre and they lodged the complaint on 16/12/09 and gave me the complain No MB[protected]. receiving complain number, I called them 3-4 times every day but all I get are false promises .No one has till date visited single time .I was promised that the technician will come in the evening on 22/12/09.i had to cancel my other plans to attend the technician but he never showed up wasting my time.
                                      As a working woman, I cannot be afford to waste so much of time.
                                      After selling the machine the company has failed to provide proper service.
                                      Please kindly see into the matter and take appropriate action.

                                      Dear Sales Manager,

                                      On 26th January 2010, I approached Bajaj Finance representative Mr. Abhijit, stationed at Techno City (Great Eastern), of 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata- 20, for financing a 32 inch Philips LCD TV, model NO: 32PFL5402, valued at Rs. 31000 (Thirty One Thousand Only), under your Zero Interest 12/2 (12 EMI, out of which 2 are Down Payments) finance scheme. Accordingly the form was filled up & documents handed over.

                                      On 27th I again met Mr. Abhijit at the showroom, when he told me that the same will be sent for verification. On the same night we got an SMS on the Cell NO: [protected], that the Proposal / Request NO: SF604026, has been approved.

                                      Today on the 28th when I again went there, for the payment & delivery, I was told by Mr. Abhijit that it was approved under your Zero Interest 12/4 (12 EMI, out of which 4 are Down Payments) finance scheme. Although this was quiet contradictory to my proposal / application, I got no feedback / clarification regarding the same.
                                      Ironically as a reward to my three days visit & patient wait, I got a very arrogant answer from your representative, like : “I cannot explain you the reason why the scheme got changed”, “Take it or leave it, maximum I will loose a customer”.

                                      From some reliable sources, I have come to know that the proposal has originally been logged by him under 12/4 scheme, for Rs. 60, 000.

                                      But if I accept such finance proposal, It will put my plantings haywire. On the other hand such act on the part of your personnel will not simply deprive you & Bajaj Finance of a customer, but also tarnish your images.

                                      It will be highly appreciated, if you can please look into the matter & revert to me.

                                        To the attention of the MD

                                        We had purchased a Whirpool refrigerator (Model No. 10846) on 13 Jan'09.
                                        Since the purchase, we are facing a problem due to excessive moisture accumulating in different components of the refrigerator! This problem has never been found in any other refrigertaor used by us. The problem has been attended by a lot many technicians & they are unable to satisfactorily resolve the problem! Finally, we have been promised a refund of our full amount by your company, which is also not being actioned upon! I am extremely annoyed & seek some help after submitting this complaint. In case, there is no solution i'll have to resort to seeking help form the Consumer Court!
                                        For your reference, the last complaint ID provided by the Customer Care was: GIB/C0509/14257.

                                        Looking forward to a prompt reply.....
