I would like to bring his to your knowledge that i have purchased a washing machine(W/M S70 , Serial no.-INB[protected] L Grey) from whirlpool company from Sahu agencies Pvt Ltd., The Mall Road, kanpur,Uttar Pradesh on 16/4/2007. Since then it has been repaired 2-3 times. i am not at all satisfied with the product. the last repairement date is 12/6/2008 and now again it has stopped working. i had made a call at the agency and come to know that the agency has been shifted to lucknow.
I would be very thankful if you please repair it or exchange it whatever is according to your rules.

      I had purchased a brand new Whirlpool split A/C (1.5 ton), Whirlpool Mastermind deluxe about 2 months ago for around Rs 22, 000/-. It comes with a 1 year warranty on the indoor unit and a 5 year warranty on the outdoor unit. This unit was purchased in Chennai and is professionally installed in my home in Chennai.

      In less than 2 months after purchase, the A/C stopped working. i.e., it seemed to work, but the cooling was not there. I called the customer service and explained them the problem. They sent some service guys to our home the very next day. Those service guys examined the A/C and gave a report to the Whirlpool customer care that the Outdoor unit has a problem and has to be replaced. Those guys mentioned to me that the Whirlpool company will replace the outdoor unit in 3-4 days.

      But I have been waiting for more than THREE WEEKS, no proper response from the customer care. They keep repeating the same thing over and over, "We have escalated your problem, they are looking into it. The Delhi Office will approve it and once we get the approval, we will deliver and install the new unit".
      Sometimes they say "Our Manager will call you within 3 hours". But NO ONE calls and they offer no ETA at all.

      I had made like 50 calls to the good-for-nothing Whirlpool customer care. I had spoken to Priya, Bhavani, Sita and many others. Recently they began to try cheap tricks on me, especially Priya. She said she would transfer the call to her manager in just a moment and requested me to hold on. But, She put me ON HOLD for 20 min. Can you believe that?

      I have my 2 small kids living with me in my house. We reside in a hot area (around 36C). And, without the A/C, the fans just keep circulating hot air around us. We can't even have the windows open during the evenings for fear of mosquitoes.

      I had purchased the new brand A/C just to avoid all these kinds of hassles. But this is exactly is what I have been experiencing!

      My house owner had complained to me of the unusually large size of the outdoor unit and the terrible noise it makes. He asks, "Do you want the people in your neighborhood to sleep peacefully or not?"

      He suggested to me to go for "Good" brands like Onida, Samsung etc. He has been having a Onida for more than 3 years now. It is as noiseless as an indoor fan. very compact and beautiful. The room chills within 15 min.

      I know Whirlpool is the leading Home Appliance maker in the world. Whirlpool US's top of the line models are awesome (I had lived in the US for the last 5 years and used some of them). But Whirlpool India is ABSOLUTE piece crap. Just a look at their product manual and we will know. They can't spell anything correctly. No grammar, no proper pictures... products are made of cheap plastic that can't even last 2 months!

      I will never ever make the same mistake of buying a Whirlpool CRAP again in my lifetime again.

      Final Verdict: Whirlpool is ABSOLUTE CRAP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      DO NOT EVER BUY ANY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IF YOU WANT A GOOD PRODUCT WITH GOOD SERVICE. PLEASE CIRCULATE THIS MESSAGE TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS AN ACQUAINTANCES.

        dear sir,

        one o[censored] r techinician has looked WM FL 5064 model which is being imported from dubai and said that the drain motor has been damaged(sep. 8th). i think even the timer and the temp. setter are also not working. they informed me they will place order for the drain motor. so far nothing has been done and finally informed me that they are getting the drain motor which is compatible to FL5064. but someone from the chennai head office has informed that all the parts will be available even in india. kindly update me regarding this and help me out in getting it repaired.

        Whirlpool / Washing Mechine — Fault not rectified even after several repairs

        i purchased a whirlpool washing mechince and right from the begining the mechine use to shever and create huge noise. it will start moving with hevay noise at the time of spinning and throw itslef from one corner to another wich is really scary . This was reported to service centere seveal times and the mechine was taken away for repair on those occacions.
        Finally they suggested to buy a stand that will cost 1500 plus rupees. After that the problem become worse. and when we reported this problem answer we got is this is the typical problem for all the washing meachines.
        Could anybody help us to get this problem corrected or if this is a typical problem for this model can i get this replaced with another.

        I have the video of the scary movements this monster makes, i am going to blog it all over if i am not going to get proper response.

          bought a Whirlpool Washing machine front loading Sixth sense, from Viveks who is your dealer in RT nagar January 2008 and from the time the machine has come home I have had one problem or the other. I had complained on the 13th October 2009 as the washing machine conked off again. An inexperienced Service engineer was sent who came a day later than promised, pronounced it repaired and left. The next day I had the same problem and he came and said something was wrong with the motor, today it is 8 days since the first complained and there has been no solution, the machine lies unsusable. I have asked for a replacement because it is very obvious that the machine has a serious manufacturing defect.

          I have been loyal to the Whirlpool brand because my earlier washing machine served me well for about 12 years. May be I was wrong, the service that the company provides is really pathetic. On friday the 20th I got 3 calls assuring me the best solution to my problem and till today there has been no calls.

          Whirlpool — Breakdown of Washing Machine

          The machine is not working for the last three months. I have lodged complaint against No.5245 but noboday take care of that.
          Washing Machine (sixth sense) top loading has been giving me a problem for the last 3-4 months of too much vibrations / shaking when on spin mode. your service care pers did not even operate the machine and remarked, " the plc of rotating motor fixed at the bottom is to be changed", WHAT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM !! WAKE UP WHIRLPOOL AND DO SOMETHING. I AM EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOU REPLY.

            Hello,

            This is with regards to my Whirlpool Icemagic Refrigerator. I already have a service contract for 2 years for the same.

            My refrigerator started giving problems from 5th of this month. I immediately contacted the Customer Care (Complaint No. MB[protected]). In response, a service engineer visited my house for the same day. He checked and informed me that there is some problem with the compressor and can be rectified in 2 days.

            It has now been almost 10 days and nothing has been done about the same. I am doing regular follow-up for this problem but keep getting false commitments.

            It is really frustrating that in spite of being under contract, I am not getting good service. This is a major concern. It is unacceptable that my problem is just being postponed for absolutely no reason.

            I hope my complaint is looked into immediately.

              The fridge was put into operation on 3rd June 2009. On June 17,2009, the back tray of the fridge was filled with water and overflowing. This was reported to the dealer the same day. On June 20,2009, a technician named Mr. Zakir Hussain from Whirlpool replaced the defrost timer and thermostat of the fridge. He provided a work-done report for the same.

              Within a span of 8 days, on June 28,2009, the back tray overflowed again and the problem was reported to the dealer on the very same day. This time we were told that a senior technician named, Mr. Francis, would come and rectify the problem. On June 30,2009, Mr Francis came to my residence and only inspected the entire fridge without resolving the problem. On July 13,2009, he brought an additional tray, which he fitted over the compressor. This was the first Modification done to my New Refrigerator. My refrigerator now had the usual Back tray and an Additional tray over the compressor. This new tray was leaking from the outlet hole, which I reported to the dealer. After that, he has visited me on July 17,2009, July 29, 2009, and July 31, 2009 respectively, with some problem or the other with the trays that he brought.

              Please make note of how the issue has just been prolonged inspite of calling up the dealer regularly. This has been very irritating. When I told the dealer that I want the fridge replaced as it appears to be defective, they asked for one last chance to fit this additional tray. Finally, a new tray was fitted on August 3, 2009. During the last five visits, no work done reports of the modifications carried out, were given by Mr Francis. On September 18, 2009, again the water from the back tray was overflowing. It is very frustrating to buy a new refrigerator and to get such service. Everyday, we have to check whether the back tray is filling up or not.

              We have been calling up the dealer, who claims to be the Authorised Service Center for Whirlpool in Goa, innumerable times. This fridge problem has really disturbed my mental peace. I have even been to the dealer personally asking them why the issue hasn’t been taken care of. The dealer promised to replace the refrigerator within 2 or 3 days from September 25, 2009. Till date, there has been no word from them. I have called up to check on them and they told me that the factory is investigating the same. How long am I to tolerate such pathetic service. Empty Vessels Do Make More Noise. Perhaps, blacklisting such dealers will help retain Whirlpool's trust.

              Left with no other option, I have filed a complaint in the Consumer's Court.

                I had ordered for a Whirlpool 650H Washing Machine on 20th September 2009 via Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd. The Washing Machine was delivered to me on 24th September 2009.

                The washing machine ordered was 650H (Wine Red Color) but the washing machine delivered to me at my home in the package was 650S (a slightly cheaper model but does not have any inbuilt heaters)

                I have been contacting Whirlpool Area Sales Manager Mr. Pankaj Sharma ([protected]) since this incident. A complaint was also registered with Whirlpool customer care executives over phone.

                The details of the complaint are as follows:

                In addition to this, an executive from Whirpool Mr. Ganesh ([protected]) had visited our residence and filed a report on this incorrectly packaged and delivered product from Whirlpool.

                I have had two harrowing weeks trying to call up various executives to get the washing machine replaced has not yielded any fruitful results for me. I am totally appalled and disappointed with the service provided by Whirlpool team of Mr. Deepak Parashar ([protected]) - Head Complaints Department(does not lift phone after 1-2 false assurances). I have been making numerous calls without any positive assurances from the whirlpool executives. I have made almost Rs 300 worth of phone calls and these guys do not even have the courtesy to call back the customer.

                This has caused considerably anguish and mental agony for me as a customer. I am wandering from pillar to post making numerous calls to various executives without any good direction.

                I was also assured that the machine would be replaced by Monday/Tuesday 6th October 2009 (Max). Now, I have been assured by Mr. Prakash Kumar([protected]) and Mr. Sumantha Tiwari([protected]) that this machine would be replaced by tomorrow 9th October 2009. I would like you to confirm on this date and also provide me the exact time when this machine would be delivered to my home address. Kindly ensure that the Washing Machine is Wine Red Color and is packaged properly and is not a demo piece which you are trying to shove it across to me.

                While Whirlpool's code of conduct on their website says, "We do business with Ethics". I would like to know how did a higher priced Washing Machine model package contain a lower priced Washing Machine? Is there something fishy going on somewhere?

                  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL. Just as some other complainer said - PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased washing machine from them about 5 months ago through Reliance Digital (Noida/Ghaziabad). First of all, the machine itself is pathetic. It has design flaws (650S, WhiteMagic). About 3 month ago it started giving me problem DE. (delay error). Upon inspection by service engineer it was confirmed that its a fault in PBC board. Around the same time one side of the top closing lid came off. To my utter shock, I found the whole lid is GLUED to the bearings of machine. GLUED! NO STUDS. NO SCREWS. I want to personally slap the person who came up with this hideous design. Its a WASHING MACHINE for christ sake! The glue WILL come off any time.

                  Anyway, now its been 1.5 months since I registered complaint at their polite but powerless call center. They will take your calls very nicely but they cant do anything about it.
                  So finally when I got offensive did I start getting answers (thanks to the service engineer who gave me some useful phone nos.)
                  After much haggling these guys told me they will be replacing my machine (BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER CLOSING LID. lol). Another shocker. Then they gave me 3 different dates of delivery and as usual NOBODY CAME. Finally are REPEATEDLY CALLING THEM, what else... another shock. I was told its been 5 months past - so now I have to pay Rs. 500 (D.D) and only then I will get delivery the next day.
                  I spent nearly 1.5 months to get this reply. My 5 months period was over doing this stupidity. On top of it (whew!) they wont accept cash, cheque or an online payment. Only DD. How convenient!!

                  BOTTOMLINE: WHIRLPOOL INDIA SUCKS BIG TIME!! Don't buy anything from these crooks. I would even advice Kajol & Ajay Devgan to severe their ties because its definitely "negatively reverse" effecting their brand value.

                  i agre and have a pathetic experience. They should be booked for cheating public like finacne companies cheating people with promise of interst . There should be regulatory authoriy to enforce promised quality advertised. Otherwise they should be booked for cheating . There should be a body like SEBI . tehe consumer courts are not enough
                  I also agree fully about their shoddy technology & even worse after sales service. We have three appliances, microwave, washing machine & refrigerator. I don't understand how such a company is still running. Whenever we try to lodge a complaint with their service centers, their engineers start offering to repair the things at half the cost. Moreover, one of their service representative companies (Arian Enterprises, Gurgaon) took cash from us for AMC & did not deposit it with the company. Now our appliance has broken down, we are forced to chase them with little success.
                  I fully agree. Whirlpool Service sucks. I am a dealer of Whirlpool Home UPS, when they cannot give service to a consumer on my request, the person who has give them lacs of sale, how can you expect them to give the consumer proper service who has just purchased one odd product. NEVER BUY WHILPOOL. THIS COMES FROM A DEALER HIMSELF. These guys are not worried for customers & we should try that all Indians are made aware of this.

                    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Agitator not working

                    Sir,
                    We have purchased a Whirlpool white magic Fuzzy logic Washing machine in 2004. we have extented its warranty. On 27/01/2010 we complained that agitater is not working. your engineer came and
                    fitted the stic in agitater which was loose and came out, he said now it is perfect and will not come out again. But in one week, on 04/02/2010 i had the same problem, the Agitater was very loose and not functioning.This time when i gave a complaint they did not register my complaint as a new one, but said your former complaint (complaint No: 59174 ) is not yet closed.But till now When i call them, they ofen says " confirmly today our engineer will come".I go out for work, but for past tow days i am waiting at home for your engineer. But no response.
                    Kindly take immediate action against towards my complaint. And do the needful.
                    This time i am very disoppointed in Whirlpool Washing Machine Service.

                      Even after repeated complaints, whirlpool service has not responded and not fixed the problem. They had serviced the refrigerator for the same problem (not cooling, needs compressor gas filled) around 8-9 months ago and charged me Rs. 2500.00. The problem has not gone away and each time they keep saying gas needs filling and have not diagnosed the problem properly and fixed the cooling issue. The complaint has been with them for 1 month and have not shown up to repair the problem.

                      Please avoid buying any whirlpool appliances, unless you have money to burn.

                        i am rajiv sharma resident of ghaziabad using whirlpool washing machine frm
                        last 8 yrs i loged a complaint on customer ID GBC-0808/23662 on 5.10.2009
                        at delhi whirlpool care center but inspite of calling mimn. 5 times daily at ghaziabad &delhi center my complaint is unattended. I m very sorry to say that if this is the after sales service u r giving you should stop saling your products in future. and i will strongly recommend not to use any of your products as u all are deaf & dumb at the time of giving services. if this is the way you continue and higher authorties donot pay attention to the customers satisfaction, this company will be vanished .

                          I purchased "Whirlpool S70 Washing machine ' on dtd. 02.10.2009 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd, 290.G.T.Road, kazipara More, Howrah - 711102.

                          As per the bill reference no HWH/CM/03454/09/10, dated on 02/10/2009, to which we have already made the full and final payment, we are facing the following problems.

                          After 4 days from the payment day we received a product, which was defective, with dents on its body. As inspected by the whirlpool customer service, the product was sent for replacement.
                          2 days later Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd sent the replaced washing machine, which happened to contain even more no. of dents on the body. Hence another replacement request was made.
                          Standing on the 9th day from our payment day we haven't still received a final product for use.
                          Today (10.10.2009) we went to Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd kazipara, howrah asking about the final product delivery, but Mrs Moumita replied us "we( customers) are hampering the shop reputation and goodwill". They also showed us another washing machine of the same model in their store room and that also contains dents.

                          I suspect that Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd is displaying first quality product and delivering factory outlet ( defective items).
                          I am very concerned about the shopkeeper's behavior and the disrespect they have shown us.
                          Right now it seems, we have paid for the insult that are showing on us instead of the washing machine which we haven't received yet.

                          Requested to take immediate needful action as save our dignity if possible.

                          Whirlpool — WASHING MACHINE DENTED NO REPLACE MADE

                          I BOUGHT A WHIRPOOL FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE FROM YOUR DELEAR TECHNO CITY ( ELGIN ROAD)
                          THIS MACHINE WAS PURCHASED ON 5TH OCTOBER, BUT WAS DELEVIRED IN NOVEMBER FIRST WEEK. ON OPENING THE FULL MACHINE WAS FOUND DAMAGED AND DENTED. THE MATTER WAS IN FRONT OF THE WHIRPOOL SERVICE ADVISOR. THE GAME US A MEMO TELLING THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE REPLACED BY THE DELEAR ON THE PRESENTATION OF THE MEMO.WITH THE MEMO WE WENT TO THE DELEAR, HE PROMISED THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE PICKED UP WITHIN ONE WEEK, BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. BUT ONLY FAKE PROMISES. I AM FRUSTATED, I PROMISE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY WHIRPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN, SUCH BAD!!!!! SERVICE.                             Some of the other brands which I used earlier found to be technically good(whether it is fully automatic or semi automatic) and without any kind of hindrances while long long years in use and therefore didn't need any attention for change or replacement of any parts etc frequently. My experience with Whirlpool is that break downs are more or less common and requires change of either motor, sensors, PCB etc. which bites my pocket now and then.
                            Now, I am thinking of changing the machine itself with a some other good brands available in the market.

                              I have complain the washing machine. In SAT toll free number complain in morning 8:00 a.m.
                              and ENGG will be not come. the engg come and told me machine motor will not start. machine motor is new. But Engg attched new motor and machine will not started and current. pls engg come
                              We bought the whirlpool washing machine in 2006. While in the dryer mode a strange noise cud be heard and we complained against it. But none of the engineers came. We had also taken up the extended warranty for 5 years with regular maintenance checks. Since past 3 years no one from the company has ever come for the check up. The problem of noise got aggrevated in august. Since then we have complained n-number of times but no one turned up. Now the machine has completely stopped working and we are tired calling up the customer care desk. Every time we call we get false promise but not a single engineer has turned up. This is not the service level expected from a premier company like Whirlpool.
                              I bought the front load washing machine and regret having bought that. Right after installation, there was a serious problem of vibration and after continuous reminders they replaced the machine after long time of almost one year.
                              It is with an extended warranty and recently on 13th November I complained regarding water leak. They promised to fix it within two days. I keep reminding them and till now the regular answer is that they are waiting for the spares and the spares will be available soon. It is not possible to manage without the washing machine. The service centre keeps promising that it will take another week.

                              Today morning, I just started my front load Whirlpool washing machine when the starting sound 'grrr' came and it stopped working. I was really tense. All my laundry was in it and the door wouldn't open. This is very urgent. My son's school uniform is in it and tomorrow he has to go to school.                               I have whirlpool front loaded washing machine which is not working over a month but the company donot care to repair the same. I was told that one of switch is not working and it will be replaiced but no action till today. I think the company donot have the capacity to manage things properly.

                                  I had bought a Whirlpool Washing machine 6years back from their dealer, (inspite of my husband insisting on going for IFB which was our previous machine, which gave no problems). The whirlpool machine started giving problems with the bearing within 18 months o[censored]se . After many complaints, and finally writing to the Times of India, the company replaced the machine charging me less the depreciated value of the old machine. The replaced machine gave the same Bearing problems within 6 months , The bearing and the assembly were changed and I was charged for the bearing and assembly. Now the bearing is giving problems again and inspite of lodging a complaint to them atleast 3 times since July nobody has turned up.
                                  I am also experiancing problems with their Refidgherator, but they have no solutions or any answers except that we keep paying for parts and oflate nobody turns up for servicing complaints. This complacent attitude is very disturbing & a major problem . I have lived in the US for 20 odd years and had been using Whirlpool products there, but I never experienced any problems there. Obviously the Indian counterpart is cheating the public with their sub-standard quality & hoping that the Indian consumer will not retaliate due to lack of legal recourse !!!
                                  I would really like some action & consumer awareness to be made as this has been an ongoing & expensive problem.

                                    My semi automatic washing machine is giving me trouble since Dec08. Motor for washer and spinner were changed with many other components which costed me more than Rs4500/-. Again spinner motor was changed in May 09 under warranty in May 09. As supply was tripping on switching on of spinner and motor was again declared non ops and was changed in Aug 09 for which I payed Rs 1800/-. Now again power tripping problem reoccured. Technician says only a wiring problem. I donot know why the motor was changed or this is further going to be same problem wherein change of motor will be required when warranty is over. Whirlpool products are so low in quality specially the spares they are just meant to be able to pass waranty period. The technician are so poor in analysing the defect and repairing the equipment.                                       I cr of Whirpool in Kottayam, Kerala ie Hitech Engineering who took Rs 4090/- from me in the name of an extended AMC. Now this machine has a fault within the AMC period and the machine has not been repaired even after two months. I am fed up with contacting this local fellow. So I thought of contacting the Whirpool official site. This site has got a complaint proforma and at the bottom there is a submit button which is yet to work. So I think the company as well as the local service agent is turning a blind eye to the customer.

                                        H 65 Whirlpool Washing machine — Whirlpool delivering used product

                                        I brought a H 65 whirlpool washing machine few days back. To my surprize when i opened a used machine is delivered to me.

                                        The engineer who came for installation says he had registed for a replacement but i had not not received any authorized proof or call from whirlpool as on 12 april 08. I had written a mail to authorities available in websites but no response as yet. Can any one give me the whirlpool VP's mail id or phone number?

                                        Whirlpool Sensation Neo Washing Machine — Poor Customer Service from Whirlpool

                                        I had bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Sensation Neo) in December'07. Last week I had some strange sounds coming out of the machine while it was running. After that following is the sequence of events that happened.
                                        24/11/2008: I logged a complain (Ref No.: bg[protected]). The call centre executive promised me to get a call from the engineer within 2 hours. After not getting any call even after 5 hours, I again called up the customer care and they again promised me a call from executive within 2 hrs. Finally I got a call at 7:30 pm from the Whirlpool Executive. He gave me an appointment of 5:30 pm for 25/11/2008

                                        25/11/2008: No one visited me at 5:30 pm. I called up the executive’s number, who was supposed to visit me, but it came as switched off. I called up the call centre again they assured that the executive will visit my place by 8:30pm, but no one turned up.

                                        26/11/2008: Finally I get a call from this executive at 12 pm, telling me that he would like to visit my place immediately. As I am working and my office is around 15 km from my home, I asked him to come after 5 pm. But he said that since he's in the same area he would like to visit me now! Finally he agreed to come next day before 9:30 am

                                        27/11/2008: The Whirlpool executive finally lands up at my home at 9:15 am. He checked the washing machine and finally told us that there was some problem with the suction motor and thats why the washing machine was creating such a lot of noise. He said that the part will have to be replaced. After he left our house, we tried to use this machine and to our horror, it had STOPPED WORKING! Till now it was only a sound problem, and after the executive’s visit, the machine had simply stopped working!! And when I called up the executive who had visited us, he very coolly informed me that the part is not in stock and hence please contact the Service Centre for any issues. I couldn't believe myself that I had wasted so much of time and money (in phone calls) to call an executive who would simply destroy my machine and wash his hands!! I called up the Service Centre at 5:30 pm and they assured me that I'll have a status by 7:30 pm. And when I called up at 7:30 pm then as very usual, there was no update and I was finally told that I can only get an update by 11 am next day.

                                        28/11/2008: I called up the call centre at 11:30 am and again as very usual there was no update. The person asked me to call after 1hour. I again called up at 12:30 and AGAIN there was no update. This time they promised me for a call back within 1 hour. And somehow this time, I got a call from Whirlpool Head Office in Delhi. The person's name was Vikram and he promised me that since Saturday & Sunday are holidays, my machine will be repaired by 1/12/2008. After some discussion, I accepted this new deadline. But suddenly I received a call from Bangalore Service Centre and that lady very coolly told me that they will change the part on Wednesday (3/11/2008) !!

                                        Sir, I am fed up the Whirlpool Service. Firstly the executive instead of repairing my machine makes it completely unusable and then Whirlpool doesn't even have the part to replace it ! After experiencing such a service, I would never think of buying a Whirlpool product in future. And finally can anyone help me to have my washing machine back into working condition!!

                                        I purchased a washing machine on 01.11.07 but got repaired on 30.05.09 which is in the warranty period. After several reminders through phone, the service engineer from whirlpool came and took the old machine on 28.7.09 but still date they have not repalced the machine, nor they are giving a responsible reply, if i contact them over phone. Such a poor service I have never seen in my life. I request all the people who see this website not to purchase the whirlpool company items as the service from their side is very very poor. I am going to take legal action against the company by filling a case in the consumer court regarding this.

Inspite of again and again reminder / telephonic message my complaint had not been attended till date.It is there for humbly requested that my machine may kindly be repaired because i,am facing problems.                                         I have 285E refrigerator in my house at D9 Vidyut Apartment, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi - 78. It went out of order and I made a complaint vide no.660 - DL [protected] yesterday the July 22, '12. Representative came yesterday and observed that compressor unit of the machine has gone out of order. I promptly paid the advance requested by him and my request was registered vide no. 27456 dated 22. 07.2012.
                                        I have been contacting your service center as well as call center to arrange to expedite and replace the compressor by today evening as my wife is seriously sick and bed ridden. But every person contacted is telling me that compressor shall be delivered in Dwarka by evening of July 24 and may be replaced only on July 25, '12. I offered to pay the additional charges if any for expediting service and replace the compressor today but of no avail. All my requests to provide the telephone numbers of Faridabad office so that I may talk to them for expediting the delivery have also been refused.
                                        Can some sensible person may take a trouble to read this complaint timely and arrange to get the compressor replaced today? as I am going to Guwahati on July 25, morning and my sick wife shall be alone in the house.

                                        I (Linson varghese. contact no.[protected]/[protected]) purchased a washing machine (Model A-65 S) from M/S SHAM LAL KRISHAN LAL, New delhi Cant on 03 Nov 12 (Invoice No. RM-15). At the time of purchase I had requested for a Demo (DL-[protected]) . On 05 Nov 12 I received the washing machine from their Naraina go down (WAC QUARTERS 173/5 AIR FOCE STATION SUBROTOP ARK, N DELHI CANT). After repeated telephonic instruction to M/S SHAM LAL KRISHAN LAL[protected],[protected] Whirpool engineer Mr. Puri ([protected]) from Star world[protected] reached my home only on 09 Nov 12. He found out that spin motor of dryer is not working. He candidly admitted that spin motor is not available at go down (Star world) as it is newly opened and he was not able to tell me when he will be able to replace the motor. On 14, 15 & 19 Nov I contacted call centre[protected]. They were also not able to tell me when they will be able to repair my washing machine. As a last resort I contacted Star world on few occasions (Mr. Mahesh and Mr.Udith). They told me that presently spin motor is not available with them without giving me when they could replace spin motor.

                                        After a delay of 25 days my washing machine is still not working. This mail is a last ray of hope. I want my washing machine to be replaced immediately failing on which i will have to move consumer court.

Recently I noticed that 6th Sense Cooling System ( auto cooling) is not working.
                                        On 13/10/2012, I called the customer care and registered a complaint (Reg.No.08287) and the service person came on[protected] and told the control card has gone the same has to be replaced and agreed to replace the control card within two days and he went. I contacted service dealer of Whirlpool many times. But till this time (04.12.12) nobody has come and complaint many times Customer Care also.
                                        Being a company having much reputation and satisfied customers all over the country, a customer purchases that brand with the belief that his interests will be protected in the entire concerned field. Here I also purchased the Whirlpool Refrigerator only on that belief and moreover it is WHIRLPOOL so I am expecting the same protection from Whirlpool and am proud of being a consumer of WHIRLPOOL items.

I have been asking him to come at 5 pm. for which he doesnt agree.
                                        On 6th of may he gave me 4 pm time, i left all my work to reach home but he did not come. on calling him he said his boss has assigned some
                                        other person for the job who also did not come. I wonder if this is the after sales service provided by the company. on reporting the matter to customer care, they suggested me to post complaint against service center. the name of center is AAR AAR ENTERPRISES, CHANDIGARH
                                        PHONE NO. OF ENGINEER AND HIS BOSS IS [protected] AND [protected] RESPECTIVELY. I have experienced same difficulty at the time of installation. I had to call repeatedly to Mr. Vijay from AAR AAR ENTERPRISES, who is the busiest person on this earth, toget my split ac installed.
                                        Sir my whirlpool split ac compressor is not working under warranty period, firstly i have complained on 13th may 2013 and still no one responded to my complain yet and neither they correctely answer to my calls. i have complained minimum 10 times but no one took my complain on a serious note. when i call on my local whirlpool service centre they refer to as companies fault and vice versa is the case when i call on customer care .today i talked to mr vinod singh on whirpool customer care he said u will get all information on local whirlpool serivce centre regarding replacement. kindly tell me the exact date of repair or replacement please kindly help me as soon as possible i would be highly oblized to you.

                                        I have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator model: IC 305 Neo PRM(n) 3S Silver Fiesta, from SHREE GANESH AGENCY, BHARUCH- 392001, Gujarat PH.[protected] on[protected] vide invoice No.1290. From very first day cooling system was not working properly in both compartment and after two weeks cooling system completely dead. I made a complain to the customer care on 23.06.2014 and registered complaint ( AH[protected]) and the service person came on[protected] and told that ice has frozen in the back portion of refrigerator and freezer and he melt the ice with the help of boiled water. But after second day same problem occurred. I made a complain on 30.06.2014 vide complain no. AH[protected] the service person came on 02.07.2014 and check the refrigerator properly and told that it has a manufacturing defect and to resolved that problem a timer machine has to be installed but I denied for the same because it has a manufacturing defect and why should I installed a timer machine etc accessories separately.
                                        After that I contacted Mr. Sorabh Agrawal, Service Manager Surat (mob no. [protected]) at least 15 times for replacement of refrigerator. Every time he replied that he is outside of Surat. Then once he told that a service person from Pune will visit shortly to consider your complain but I have been continuously disappointed by that fellow since last one month as no service person/representative from your company has visited. From last two months I have been depressed from the service and entire time taking process and having no option but to complaint directly to customer care.
                                        I purchased refrigerator in the month of June for enjoying summer vacation and to serve best to our guest but all in vain. Being a reputed company and having worldwide Business entity and satisfied customers all over the world, a customer purchases your products with the belief that his interests will be protected in the entire concerned field. Here I also purchased the Whirlpool Refrigerator only on that belief and moreover it is WHIRLPOOL so I am expecting the same protection from Whirlpool and am proud of being a consumer of WHIRLPOOL items. I request you to consider positively and replace the refrigerator as soon as possible and take personal interest in this matter and hope that the necessary action will be taken at the earliest so that I need not to knock the door of the Consumer Court for natural justice. I hope I may not be disappointed this time.
