i am rajiv sharma resident of ghaziabad using whirlpool washing machine frm
last 8 yrs i loged a complaint on customer ID GBC-0808/23662 on 5.10.2009
at delhi whirlpool care center but inspite of calling mimn. 5 times daily at ghaziabad &delhi center my complaint is unattended. I m very sorry to say that if this is the after sales service u r giving you should stop saling your products in future. and i will strongly recommend not to use any of your products as u all are deaf & dumb at the time of giving services. if this is the way you continue and higher authorties donot pay attention to the customers satisfaction, this company will be vanished .

    I purchased "Whirlpool S70 Washing machine ' on dtd. 02.10.2009 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd, 290.G.T.Road, kazipara More, Howrah - 711102.

    As per the bill reference no HWH/CM/03454/09/10, dated on 02/10/2009, to which we have already made the full and final payment, we are facing the following problems.

    After 4 days from the payment day we received a product, which was defective, with dents on its body. As inspected by the whirlpool customer service, the product was sent for replacement.
    2 days later Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd sent the replaced washing machine, which happened to contain even more no. of dents on the body. Hence another replacement request was made.
    Standing on the 9th day from our payment day we haven't still received a final product for use.
    Today (10.10.2009) we went to Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd kazipara, howrah asking about the final product delivery, but Mrs Moumita replied us "we( customers) are hampering the shop reputation and goodwill". They also showed us another washing machine of the same model in their store room and that also contains dents.

    I suspect that Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd is displaying first quality product and delivering factory outlet ( defective items).
    I am very concerned about the shopkeeper's behavior and the disrespect they have shown us.
    Right now it seems, we have paid for the insult that are showing on us instead of the washing machine which we haven't received yet.

    Requested to take immediate needful action as save our dignity if possible.

    Whirlpool — WASHING MACHINE DENTED NO REPLACE MADE

    I BOUGHT A WHIRPOOL FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE FROM YOUR DELEAR TECHNO CITY ( ELGIN ROAD)
    THIS MACHINE WAS PURCHASED ON 5TH OCTOBER, BUT WAS DELEVIRED IN NOVEMBER FIRST WEEK. ON OPENING THE FULL MACHINE WAS FOUND DAMAGED AND DENTED. THE MATTER WAS IN FRONT OF THE WHIRPOOL SERVICE ADVISOR. THE GAME US A MEMO TELLING THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE REPLACED BY THE DELEAR ON THE PRESENTATION OF THE MEMO.WITH THE MEMO WE WENT TO THE DELEAR, HE PROMISED THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE PICKED UP WITHIN ONE WEEK, BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. AFTER THAT WE CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINED AGAIN.ANOTHER REPESENTATIVE WAS SENT FOR, SME PROCESS WAS REPEATED. WE MADE A FAX IN THE COMPANY ON 22ND DECEMBER REGARDING THE SAME. BUT ONLY FAKE PROMISES. I AM FRUSTATED, I PROMISE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY WHIRPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN, SUCH BAD!!!!! SERVICE. STILL THE MACHINE IS NOT REPLACED, AS I LAST RESORT I WILL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

      Some of the other brands which I used earlier found to be technically good(whether it is fully automatic or semi automatic) and without any kind of hindrances while long long years in use and therefore didn't need any attention for change or replacement of any parts etc frequently. My experience with Whirlpool is that break downs are more or less common and requires change of either motor, sensors, PCB etc. which bites my pocket now and then.
      Now, I am thinking of changing the machine itself with a some other good brands available in the market.

        I had bought a top loading washing machine from the above mentioned company and since then there have been below compaints where in I feel that as a consumer/customer I am cheated of the fresh machine by the comapany and have given a sub standard machine.
        Still now the problem is not sorted and want an immediate replacement for the same.

        I have complain the washing machine. In SAT toll free number complain in morning 8:00 a.m.
        and ENGG will be not come. the engg come and told me machine motor will not start. machine motor is new. But Engg attched new motor and machine will not started and current. pls engg come
        We bought the whirlpool washing machine in 2006. While in the dryer mode a strange noise cud be heard and we complained against it. But none of the engineers came. We had also taken up the extended warranty for 5 years with regular maintenance checks. Since past 3 years no one from the company has ever come for the check up. The problem of noise got aggrevated in august. Since then we have complained n-number of times but no one turned up. Now the machine has completely stopped working and we are tired calling up the customer care desk. Every time we call we get false promise but not a single engineer has turned up. This is not the service level expected from a premier company like Whirlpool.
        I bought the front load washing machine and regret having bought that. Right after installation, there was a serious problem of vibration and after continuous reminders they replaced the machine after long time of almost one year.
        It is with an extended warranty and recently on 13th November I complained regarding water leak. They promised to fix it within two days. I keep reminding them and till now the regular answer is that they are waiting for the spares and the spares will be available soon. It is not possible to manage without the washing machine. The service centre keeps promising that it will take another week.
        Dear Sir,
        Today morning, I just started my front load Whirlpool washing machine when the starting sound 'grrr' came and it stopped working. I was really tense. All my laundry was in it and the door wouldn't open. This is very urgent. My son's school uniform is in it and tomorrow he has to go to school. Please give us the customer care helpline as the response from my Vodafone towards the 2 numbers I dialed {60008558 and [protected]} line is'' The number you have dialed is incorrect'' . I even recieved a message from[protected] and tried calling back but it didn't help. Please help.
        I have whirlpool front loaded washing machine which is not working over a month but the company donot care to repair the same. I was told that one of switch is not working and it will be replaiced but no action till today. I think the company donot have the capacity to manage things properly.

          #on 28/09/09, my mom purchased 1 Washing machine from ARORA PRODUCTS,Opp.Sub Jail,Ring Road,Surat.Though we bought washing machine on 28/09/09 no one turned from your agency or from ARORA PRODUCTS.so i finally phoned to ARORA PRODUCTS and on 1/10/09 or on 30/09/09 a man came from whirlpool and he introduced how to operate the machine.
          #Today at 11.oo pm machine had got problem and whole machine got fumbled while washing
          clothes,so we stopped machine and immedietly contact ARORA PRODUCTS from where we
          bought machine,but still 4.00 pm nobody turned up to me so i complained to customer care
          Surat.
          # I am thinking to take legal action against you the company and your careless dealer
          ARORA PRODUCTS to harrase us mentaly and physically both

            I had bought a Whirlpool Washing machine 6years back from their dealer, (inspite of my husband insisting on going for IFB which was our previous machine, which gave no problems). The whirlpool machine started giving problems with the bearing within 18 months o[censored]se . After many complaints, and finally writing to the Times of India, the company replaced the machine charging me less the depreciated value of the old machine. The replaced machine gave the same Bearing problems within 6 months , The bearing and the assembly were changed and I was charged for the bearing and assembly. Now the bearing is giving problems again and inspite of lodging a complaint to them atleast 3 times since July nobody has turned up.
            I am also experiancing problems with their Refidgherator, but they have no solutions or any answers except that we keep paying for parts and oflate nobody turns up for servicing complaints. This complacent attitude is very disturbing & a major problem . I have lived in the US for 20 odd years and had been using Whirlpool products there, but I never experienced any problems there. Obviously the Indian counterpart is cheating the public with their sub-standard quality & hoping that the Indian consumer will not retaliate due to lack of legal recourse !!!
            I would really like some action & consumer awareness to be made as this has been an ongoing & expensive problem.

            For me i buy one AC one year before now two months not working, register the complaint two months ago everyday day calling they are saying some parts not getting that part comes they will now saying some other part complaint WHAT SHALL I DO ?. Very poor and unsatisfactory services

            I am prasad from dommeru(AP).My washingmachine(Fully Automated) board got damaged.I have waranty period.whrilpool customer service executive taken complaint on 9th of october for replacing the board. We are calling on daily basis to local customer sevice centre(Rajamundry) and yesterday onwards calling to hyderabad customer care centre.Discussed to suresh, kiran, sultan and Bala on many times. But no given good response.It is already 20 days completed.Every service should complete by 7 days.But still there is no progress on this.This is very irresponsible. Please help me in this regard.               Sir,

              My semi automatic washing machine is giving me trouble since Dec08. Motor for washer and spinner were changed with many other components which costed me more than Rs4500/-. Again spinner motor was changed in May 09 under warranty in May 09. As supply was tripping on switching on of spinner and motor was again declared non ops and was changed in Aug 09 for which I payed Rs 1800/-. Now again power tripping problem reoccured. Technician says only a wiring problem. I donot know why the motor was changed or this is further going to be same problem wherein change of motor will be required when warranty is over. Whirlpool products are so low in quality specially the spares they are just meant to be able to pass waranty period. The technician are so poor in analysing the defect and repairing the equipment. I sincerely feel I am victim of a low quality product and poor service. Contact +91 [protected]

                Hi,
                I cr of Whirpool in Kottayam, Kerala ie Hitech Engineering who took Rs 4090/- from me in the name of an extended AMC. Now this machine has a fault within the AMC period and the machine has not been repaired even after two months. I am fed up with contacting this local fellow. So I thought of contacting the Whirpool official site. This site has got a complaint proforma and at the bottom there is a submit button which is yet to work. So I think the company as well as the local service agent is turning a blind eye to the customer.

                  H 65 Whirlpool Washing machine — Whirlpool delivering used product

                  I brought a H 65 whirlpool washing machine few days back. To my surprize when i opened a used machine is delivered to me.

                  The engineer who came for installation says he had registed for a replacement but i had not not received any authorized proof or call from whirlpool as on 12 april 08. I had written a mail to authorities available in websites but no response as yet. Can any one give me the whirlpool VP's mail id or phone number?

                  Whirlpool Sensation Neo Washing Machine — Poor Customer Service from Whirlpool

                  I had bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Sensation Neo) in December'07. Last week I had some strange sounds coming out of the machine while it was running. After that following is the sequence of events that happened.
                  24/11/2008: I logged a complain (Ref No.: bg[protected]). The call centre executive promised me to get a call from the engineer within 2 hours. After not getting any call even after 5 hours, I again called up the customer care and they again promised me a call from executive within 2 hrs. Finally I got a call at 7:30 pm from the Whirlpool Executive. He gave me an appointment of 5:30 pm for 25/11/2008

                  25/11/2008: No one visited me at 5:30 pm. I called up the executive’s number, who was supposed to visit me, but it came as switched off. I called up the call centre again they assured that the executive will visit my place by 8:30pm, but no one turned up.

                  26/11/2008: Finally I get a call from this executive at 12 pm, telling me that he would like to visit my place immediately. As I am working and my office is around 15 km from my home, I asked him to come after 5 pm. But he said that since he's in the same area he would like to visit me now! Finally he agreed to come next day before 9:30 am

                  27/11/2008: The Whirlpool executive finally lands up at my home at 9:15 am. He checked the washing machine and finally told us that there was some problem with the suction motor and thats why the washing machine was creating such a lot of noise. He said that the part will have to be replaced. After he left our house, we tried to use this machine and to our horror, it had STOPPED WORKING! Till now it was only a sound problem, and after the executive’s visit, the machine had simply stopped working!! And when I called up the executive who had visited us, he very coolly informed me that the part is not in stock and hence please contact the Service Centre for any issues. I couldn't believe myself that I had wasted so much of time and money (in phone calls) to call an executive who would simply destroy my machine and wash his hands!! I called up the Service Centre at 5:30 pm and they assured me that I'll have a status by 7:30 pm. And when I called up at 7:30 pm then as very usual, there was no update and I was finally told that I can only get an update by 11 am next day.

                  28/11/2008: I called up the call centre at 11:30 am and again as very usual there was no update. The person asked me to call after 1hour. I again called up at 12:30 and AGAIN there was no update. This time they promised me for a call back within 1 hour. And somehow this time, I got a call from Whirlpool Head Office in Delhi. The person's name was Vikram and he promised me that since Saturday & Sunday are holidays, my machine will be repaired by 1/12/2008. After some discussion, I accepted this new deadline. But suddenly I received a call from Bangalore Service Centre and that lady very coolly told me that they will change the part on Wednesday (3/11/2008) !!

                  Sir, I am fed up the Whirlpool Service. Firstly the executive instead of repairing my machine makes it completely unusable and then Whirlpool doesn't even have the part to replace it ! After experiencing such a service, I would never think of buying a Whirlpool product in future. And finally can anyone help me to have my washing machine back into working condition!!

                  wirlpool split ACmastermind 6th sense — AC NOT GIVING APPROPRIATE COOLING FROM DAY 1

                  my split ac is not working properly from day one with problems like compressor tripping,low cooling,and noise,swing system not working,remote not working

                  this is to inform every consumer that wirlpool is the worst consumer durable company in india with no quality products in there range and neither any service.service people are just engaged in fooling around with consumer by giving absurd excuses.

                  Whirlpool Washing machine (Sensational neo) — poor service

                  I purchased a washing machine on 01.11.07 but got repaired on 30.05.09 which is in the warranty period. After several reminders through phone, the service engineer from whirlpool came and took the old machine on 28.7.09 but still date they have not repalced the machine, nor they are giving a responsible reply, if i contact them over phone. Such a poor service I have never seen in my life. I request all the people who see this website not to purchase the whirlpool company items as the service from their side is very very poor. I am going to take legal action against the company by filling a case in the consumer court regarding this.

                  Whirlpool — REPLACEMENT OF THE MOTOR OF DRYER

                  This is to inform you that i have purchased a washing machine (whirlpool 8KG) on Dated[protected] from NANDA ELECTRONICS Shop number-59 opposite T.B Hospital G.T.B NAGAR Delhi-9 vide invoice no. 3166 . Since 6th of MAY
                  the DRYER of this machine is not in working condition also an EXECUTIVE of your office came and attended the report
                  and brought to our notice that the MOTOR of dryer had been burned. Inspite of again and again reminder / telephonic message my complaint had not been attended till date.It is there for humbly requested that my machine may kindly be repaired because i,am facing problems. Kindly need full shall be done.
                  I have 285E refrigerator in my house at D9 Vidyut Apartment, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi - 78. It went out of order and I made a complaint vide no.660 - DL [protected] yesterday the July 22, '12. Representative came yesterday and observed that compressor unit of the machine has gone out of order. I promptly paid the advance requested by him and my request was registered vide no. 27456 dated 22. 07.2012.
                  I have been contacting your service center as well as call center to arrange to expedite and replace the compressor by today evening as my wife is seriously sick and bed ridden. But every person contacted is telling me that compressor shall be delivered in Dwarka by evening of July 24 and may be replaced only on July 25, '12. I offered to pay the additional charges if any for expediting service and replace the compressor today but of no avail. All my requests to provide the telephone numbers of Faridabad office so that I may talk to them for expediting the delivery have also been refused.
                  Can some sensible person may take a trouble to read this complaint timely and arrange to get the compressor replaced today? as I am going to Guwahati on July 25, morning and my sick wife shall be alone in the house.

                  I (Linson varghese. contact no.[protected]/[protected]) purchased a washing machine (Model A-65 S) from M/S SHAM LAL KRISHAN LAL, New delhi Cant on 03 Nov 12 (Invoice No. RM-15). At the time of purchase I had requested for a Demo (DL-[protected]) . On 05 Nov 12 I received the washing machine from their Naraina go down (WAC QUARTERS 173/5 AIR FOCE STATION SUBROTOP ARK, N DELHI CANT). After repeated telephonic instruction to M/S SHAM LAL KRISHAN LAL[protected],[protected] Whirpool engineer Mr. Puri ([protected]) from Star world[protected] reached my home only on 09 Nov 12. He found out that spin motor of dryer is not working. He candidly admitted that spin motor is not available at go down (Star world) as it is newly opened and he was not able to tell me when he will be able to replace the motor. On 14, 15 & 19 Nov I contacted call centre[protected]. They were also not able to tell me when they will be able to repair my washing machine. As a last resort I contacted Star world on few occasions (Mr. Mahesh and Mr.Udith). They told me that presently spin motor is not available with them without giving me when they could replace spin motor.

                  After a delay of 25 days my washing machine is still not working. This mail is a last ray of hope. I want my washing machine to be replaced immediately failing on which i will have to move consumer court.

                  Hoping an early solution.
                  Sub: Complaint of Whirlpool Refrigerator purchased……

                  Sir,
                  I have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator model: 12118 ELT, Serial No.INE[protected] for Rs.24900/- from the authorised dealer NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD., Karamana, Thiruvanamthapuram, Kerala on[protected] vide invoice No.16531 and the Refrigerator was working to my full satisfaction. Recently I noticed that 6th Sense Cooling System ( auto cooling) is not working.

                  I bought whirlpool ac last year during the month of may. As u are providing three free services none has been provided so far. I have called customer care centre for free service on 5th of may. i was given sr no. ch[protected]. it has not been attended so far. the engineer from service centre insists on coming at the time of his choice which is during day time.                   I have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator model: IC 305 Neo PRM(n) 3S Silver Fiesta, from SHREE GANESH AGENCY, BHARUCH- 392001, Gujarat PH.[protected] on[protected] vide invoice No.1290. From very first day cooling system was not working properly in both compartment and after two weeks cooling system completely dead. I made a complain to the customer care on 23.06.2014 and registered complaint ( AH[protected]) and the service person came on[protected] and told that ice has frozen in the back portion of refrigerator and freezer and he melt the ice with the help of boiled water. But after second day same problem occurred. I made a complain on 30.06.2014 vide complain no. AH[protected] the service person came on 02.07.2014 and check the refrigerator properly and told that it has a manufacturing defect and to resolved that problem a timer machine has to be installed but I denied for the same because it has a manufacturing defect and why should I installed a timer machine etc accessories separately.
                  After that I contacted Mr. Sorabh Agrawal, Service Manager Surat (mob no. [protected]) at least 15 times for replacement of refrigerator. Every time he replied that he is outside of Surat. Then once he told that a service person from Pune will visit shortly to consider your complain but I have been continuously disappointed by that fellow since last one month as no service person/representative from your company has visited. From last two months I have been depressed from the service and entire time taking process and having no option but to complaint directly to customer care.
                  I purchased refrigerator in the month of June for enjoying summer vacation and to serve best to our guest but all in vain. Being a reputed company and having worldwide Business entity and satisfied customers all over the world, a customer purchases your products with the belief that his interests will be protected in the entire concerned field. Here I also purchased the Whirlpool Refrigerator only on that belief and moreover it is WHIRLPOOL so I am expecting the same protection from Whirlpool and am proud of being a consumer of WHIRLPOOL items. I request you to consider positively and replace the refrigerator as soon as possible and take personal interest in this matter and hope that the necessary action will be taken at the earliest so that I need not to knock the door of the Consumer Court for natural justice.                     I the undersigned Hitesh Bhanushali had purchased Whirpool Two Door Master Mind refrigator from Malaika show room, Boisar, Dist - Thane, Pin - 401 501on 23 august 2008 Ref Bill no - 267218. the refigarator is not working since sep 2008 i have done complaint that the fridge is not cooling properly and there is an water leakage to Malaika showroom Boisar, but they not able to solve the problem inspite of my several reminder, then one technician came from whirpool to check the problem he had told us that the doors of the refrigator are not proper and he will change the same, than after 1 and a hailf month he had changed the big door and promised us that he will change another one too, after some days he had changed the small door too, but inspite of that the machine is not working properly, please do the neeedfull as there is huge watr leakage form back.

                      I Rhishikesh Wagh bought 265 Ltr. Fusion Single door conventional whirlpool fridge in 2006.
                      From last 20 days I am facing below severe problems of this fridge :
                      i) Though cooling is set on minimum, generation of ice in freezer at frequent interval and because of that tripping several times.
                      Due to this, several time in a day, the water get drain out in tray kept on compressor. Excess water of it gets spell over on floor daily across the room.
                      ii) Refridg. door hinge on bottom corner is offset from the alignment. So door is not getting properly closed.

                      I raised service call on 19th Sept09, till date there is no concrete resolution from whirlpool service team.
                      Their service Engineer ( Mr.Sangram) visited on 21st Sept09 in hurry and in a minute of his observation, he concluded that this is severe problem and he may need to visit again for detail check. On first hand he felt to replace the refridg.door ( Its like advise to cut your leg if your leg has small wound.). he never turned back after.

                      On 26th Sept.09, I personally visited Whirlpool’s nearest auth.service centre, Phoenix Enterprise ( On Pimpre-Chichwad Rd.). The service-incharge called Sangram to understand his feedback. Sangram suggested to replace the refridg.door. On detail enquiry he further suggested to send some one to check again the cause of problem.
                      On my request, the service In-charge assured me that he will send expert again in next hour or so to check the fridge.
                      No one came to my place after that (My flat is hardly 1 km away from this service centre.)
                      Again I raised service call on company's Pune service number. To which their other service engineer (Mr.K/Gawade from Phoenix Entrp.only ) visited my place after 2 days. After complete check-up, he suggested to replace only the fridge thermostat and assured us that door problem will get resolved by putting washer @ door hinge at the bottom alignment part.
                      I agreed to it and told him to repair it urgently. Again he also not turned back even after 2 days. So I called him on his given mobile no. To my shock he told me that he went thru’ first report ( Sangram’s report) and he feel now the need of replacement of door along with Thermostat.

                      I requested him to again check the fridge and give me the final plan of action to resolve my issue.

                      But neither he nor any service tech. reverted back. Today its already 15 days are over but still the service team is doing trial and error. My basic question to company is :

                      i) Are your so called service engineers works on trial and error every time.
                      ii) Are you looking your service arm to really serve your customers or making superfluous profit by cheating them.
                      iii) Will you called this a quality product or your commitment to deliver poor quality? Is this company aim to delivery such poor quality products which will start giving problems to customers in 2-3 yrs of purchase?
                      iv) Is their no mechanism in your organization to track the unclosed Customer’s service calls. Are their no reviews (by seniors service experts) o[censored]nclosed service calls? Are their no SLAs on closure of service calls ?
                      Is it a normal course of action by your service team not to work on customer calls even after 15-20 days of registering it.
                      v) Will your service team take efforts to solve my problem ?

                      vi) Will you want to regain your customers confidence by puting the
                      escalation ladder on your website & bring more transperancy on your service
                      to customer.

                      Today, I regret on my decision to buy this pathetic product from such unprofessional company. For others, I will suggest not to go for purchase of consumer durables if they are not backed by professional service to support it.

                      Whirlpool / Refrigerator — Timer Unit to replace

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased a Refrigerator FF 220 Ltrs model No.5563 on 19 Feb 2002 and also done extended warranty vide whirlpool Home care Contract No. 649983 which is valid from 19 Feb 2004 to 18 Feb 2010. At the time of this contract, they told that any of the parts get damaged they will replace and two Annual maintenance visits are also free. But till date No one has come to done any type of maintenance activity. My fridge's timer unit is get damaged and refregerator not worked for 15 days. One of their representative has come on remaininding several times and did some rectification to bring my Refregirator in working condition. Though My refregirator is in working condition, display unit along with timer unit not working (they are under extended warranty period vide their contract No. 649983 dated 18/02/2003). They also told that with in couple of days they replace the entire unit, but till date there is no reply from them. This also happend about 4 months back. We keep on remainding them over phone to both Whirlpool customer help line and also the supervisor who came and did rectification work (His mobile Nos: [protected], [protected]) Please look into matter for the necessary actions.

                      Whirlpool / Refrigerator — Pathetic Product and Service

                      I have bought 310 dl graphite on 20 May2005, just after 2 weeks we found that cooling was not as it should be, ice cannot be form if we keep it whole night, we call service people they told us that gas level was not adequate so they fill it. Now after two years again that same problem has come and we called your service people again. They say that gas has to be filled, now this time we have to pay them as warranty was over, i ask them why just after two years we again need to fill the gas. It means that there is some leakage in refrigerator, but they refuses for any leakage and say that your house is near to drain (nala) so this will happen. I have never heard so much stupid reason in my life. and even our house is some 2 km away from nala. I am also a mechanical engineer and know some what of refrigeration. Earlier also we have refrigerator of GEM company and throughout life we did not fill any gas in it, we throw it because its body was rusted. So kindly take appropriate action in this matter and if possible please change this unit. I use to believe that Whirlpool was best in refrigerators, atleast in India, but now after this experience of both product and service I will never recommend it to my friends and relatives, never buy any of its products.

                      Whirlpool / Refrigerator — Mental Harassment at the time of Delivery

                      I got the delivery of Whirlpool Fridge Prof Elite Crystal Inox 340 Ltr today at my home. I have specially asked my 60+ aged parents to come to my house to be present at the time of delivery as me and my wife are both working. I am quite and shocked to know that the delivery guy from Adarsh Marketing , Dist palwal. delivered the Fridge at Ground Floor and said its his job to deliver only there. He was not hving any labourers also along with him to get that Refrigerator at our home on 1st floor.

                      Its a sheer harrasement for my aged Father to go around and look for people to help us to take this fridge to our house at First Floor. Its really shocking to know that Delivery was not made till the house. This is totally unacceptable.

                      On top of that, when my Father arranged for two people and got Fridge upstairs, he also had to put his effort. For a 66yr old person this was too much an effort. And also, the delivery guy also asked for some money for lending his hand to get Fridge upstairs and my innocent father paid him 100 bugs too.

                      This is a case of mental harrassment for my Father and trust me if i was home that time I would have refused to take this delivery.

                      I can easily take this case up to the top level of Whirlpool Management if I dont get any response on this issue by them. This is case of worst service I have ever received or Heard of.

                        Sir,

                        This is to inform you that I purchased a Refrigerator Whirlpool Professional Series Model No.11337 on 21.11.08 worth Rs 20,000 at Allahabadbut immidiately after 2 months of purchase the following problems occured-

                        1.Cooling has declined to VERY LOW LEVELS that vegetables started rotting.
                        2.Door alarm has stopped functioning.

                        We registered complaint with the local service centre of WHIRLPOOL at Allahabad and the staff came but could NOT resolve the problem. Kindly help us in geeting the problem rectified. We have also filed a complaint with Whirlpool for the third time but have very less hope of a solution from them.

                          Our split a/c 1.5 ton mastermind is not satisfactorily worked since purchased from it. Particularly outer unit is not running properly. It takes 17 or more amps. when it runs without any cooling inside the room. Further it often switched off/on itself. Service Engineer says sometimes "it is the fault of sensor, sometimes it is the fault of capacitor. But, so far there is no solution. Our concern is a small one but every a sizable No. of customers are being visited everyday. Without running ac is a bad advertisement to them. But, I am still expecting a reponse from the company to avoid spoil their name from the public as well as the customer like me.

                            I am Lalitha Kasthurirangan. I am sending you a detailed mail regarding our concerns for the fault which has happened in our refrigerator due to the negligence of the Whirlpool Technician.My double door refrigerator which is of 250 ltr had no chillness on 24/09/2009.One of your Technician called Mr.Alagarsami changed some of the parts inside the refrigerator for which we were charged .On 25/09/2009,the same issue has raised for which we had no idea about the cause .We lodged a complaint in the customer care on 25/09/2009 again for the same issue.The same Whirlpool Technician(Mr.Alagarsami) came where he changed some heater coil and requested to us to cancel the complaint inspite of the refrigerator kept in observation.We cancelled the complaint based on the assurance that he would visit us the same day 4pm to observe the chillness of the refrigerator.We were asked to keep all the food products by him though it was in observation.But,he didn't turn up the entire day.Around 10:45pm on 25/09/2009 ,when I opened the freezer door,almost all the parts in the refrigerator was melted and the food products and boxes inside were extremely hot.Myself and my Mother were shocked to look at that incident.I immediately switched off the refrigerator and tried reaching the customer care and the Whirlpool Technician(Mr.Alagarsami).Nothing was fruitful.Both o[censored]s couldn't sleep the whole night due to mental agony and stress .We lodged the complaint on 26/09/2009 in the customer care and after great difficulty i got a contact number of Mr.Kasi who is the Manager in the Whirlpool Customer care.I have explained the situation to him and he sent us a Supervisor called Mr.Sarathy who inspected the refrigerator.He assured that he would escalate this issue to the higher authorities and do favour to us.We were given a stand-by refrigerator on 26/09/2009 as it was holiday on 27and 28th of Sep2009.On 30/09/2009 ,I spoke to Mr.SenthilKumar(Customer Care-Regional Head)as I didn't hear a response which was favourable to us.I was assured by Mr.Senthil Kumar that he would get back to us with a favourable solution.But ,we didn't hear from anyone till this afternoon.Mr.Sarathy called us and said to us that Whirlpool couldnot help us in repairing our refrigerator or replacing a new refrigerator.Whirlpool said to us that it could only reimburse the amount that we paid for the spare parts.This is appalling to us.UNCOMPROMISING CUSTOMER CARE is the slogan of Whirlpool.I believe satisfying the customers like us is also a main role for Whirlpool.I expect a favourable solution from the concerned department of Whirlpool.

                            whirlpool(refrigerator 310L) — technician spoiled our refrigerator

                            We had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in the year 2006(june) ,with five year guarantee on its compressor.Its compressor went out of order for the first time in january 2010. It was replaced by the company's technician.we again encountered the same complain on 11/6/2010 and registered a complain for the same. Its compressor was replaced on 12/6/2010 and Rs1600/- were charged but after an hour we faced the same problem for which the technicians examined it and told us that the earlier techs had not flushed and cleaned the cooling pipes as result of which the freezer of the refrigerator is no longer functioning and needs a replacement.For which the cost of the freezer is being charged.Thus the techs have spoilt our fridge and are charging us for the expenses involved.We are not going to pay for the same as the problem has occured due to techs mistake.
                            Kindly ponder over the issue quickly and make our refrigerator functional as soon as possible.

                              Sir,
                              I have purchsed an Whirlpool A.C(1.5ton) model(Mastermind,premier) and a wirlpool voltage stabiliser model no(LX-1640) having LED display from Whirlpool dealer Aggrelio, Darya ganj on 27Aug09.

                              Upon installation of a.c & stabiliser it came to know that LED system of stabiliser was not working, this was brought to the knowledge of their Timex service centre tel no.32515528. They sent an engineer who acknowledge that the stabiliser was faulty, the dealer was cooperative and gave us a another sealed brand new stabiliser(same model) chasis no [protected] duro max. This too found to be faulty.
                              Again a complaint was lodged with Timex, they sent two engineers, who after being satisfied that the stabiliser was faulty and needs replacement, they assured us that within day or two they will bring other new stabiliser and changed it.But they did not turned up. Again after reminding 2-3 times Timex send Mr. Sameer on 12thsept along with Mr. Raghubeer Kishen, they took the faulty stabiliser by giving a receipt to this effect in which we have expressed our concern too.

                              Thereafter uptill 23rd sept09 no action was taken inspite of repeated request to Timex. After 12-13days i.e.,on 24th Sept09 Mr.Raghuveer Kishen came and installed an very old and repaired stabiliser(diffrent model) chasis no. DMC 1739- LX1650 without LED display, in my absence when only my mother was at home who does not have any knowledge about electrical appliances.

                              Again on 25thsept 09 i lodged a complaint to this effect with Timex,that why they have installed an old/repaired as well as different model stabiliser when my stabiliser which they took away for replacement was brand new and diffrent model. The Timex again send Mr. Sameer who again took back the old and repaired stabiliser on 25th sept09 with assurance that by Monday i.e.,28th Sept09 they will install a new stabiliser but sorry to say so far no action has been taken. I m unable to use my A.C even for a single day, one month has elapsed and their service center has not addressed me.

                              On 29thsept09 we again called Timex and they said they'll send it by tomm,but again when i called them they were saying that it will take another 2-3 days to install, what's the use of buying an a.c when i m unable to use it as the A.c cannot be put on use without an Stabiliser

                              It is requested to kindly interven in the matter and get resolve the dispute at the earliest.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Through this mail I would like to draw your kind concern regarding poorest customer care service in India.
                                I am using so many different products of different companies and also talked with their customer care but my experience with whirlpool customer care is very pathetic. I have purchased the REF 260 L Fussion wide invoice No : C- 09598/08-09 on 20 Feb 2009 . From the very first day chiller of the REF is not working properly . I had lodge a complain (DL[protected] ) for refrigerator for the same . A new engineer is visiting every day Afer my counitinue follow Whirlpool Enginner Mr Hasan take the chiller tray with him for sample purpose on 14 September 2009 after having the conservation with his service manager Mr Azaj ( PPG Industrial Area Delhi - 110092 ) . My each conversation with Mr Azaj is failed , to replace the chiller tray , Every time Mr Azaj say that he is trying to get the new chiller tray from Whirlpool .

                                Now I want either my refrigerator chiller tray will be replace or company will return the money of the product .

                                  To everyone interested in purchasing WHIRLPOOL washing machine,

                                  Sir,

                                  I am a resident of Chennai, and i purchased a Whirlpool washing machine (Classic model) in the year 2007, upon paying full cash. The serviceman who came to install persuaded us to part with another 3500 rupees in the pretext of an extended warranty for 5 years. We suscribed to the warranty as well and the machine was installed in the second floor.

                                  It probably worked well for about a month and ever since it was giving repeated problems.. either wiring harness was not proper (it was changed) then the timer failed to work, (it actually ran for 12 HOURS with ONE LOAD) and then the door came out seperately or the water draing problems (WHAT NOT, you may add). They even shifted the machine from second floor to gropund floor on some pretext....The service men came in and went on every occassion (mostly within 18 months of purchase) and No HIGHER UP or responsible personnel were available to voice our complaint and DISPLEASURE.

                                  I send many emails in this extend to Whirlpool company - pacified replies came by and went.

                                  Meanwhile with every service came a bill (we spend Rs 1600 for changing the hinge of the door) etc...I REQUESTED THE COMPANY TO TAKE BACK THE MACHINE FOR THEIR R& D PURPOSE and provide us with a new working machine on a number of times.......nobody bothered................this inspite of our extended 5 years warranty!

                                  WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PURCHASING A COSTLY MACHINE WE SPEND ABOUT 30000 RUPEES, we purchased a semi-automatic machine (GODREJ make) which is working well since last 18 months.

                                  We have totally discarded the COSTLY & INEFFICIENT Whirlpool machine.....The company never bothered to check on the status of this machine and continues to send brochures recommending us to buy more Whirlpool range of products (WE ARE ACTUALLY A VALUED Customer as per one of their Loyalty programs).........WHAT A FARCE!

                                  My advice to everyone who wants to buy washing machines - STAY OUT OF WHirlpool range - The company is only intereste in AWARDING BIG ADVERTISEMENT & TEAMING WITH BIG BOLLYWOOD ACTORS..........they are really never bothered about their customers, except than milking business from customers.

                                  Here is an American company in India who does not know how to treat its customers complaints!

                                  In the last two years we bought many more appliance - but always stayed away from Whirlpool appliances even during our store visits.

                                  Dear Mr. Kurian,
                                  The above complaint sounds like an exact replica of our experience with a front-loading 6 kg machine we purchased almost a year ago in Pondicherry. However, I have tried to find ways to contact the Whirlpool India headquarters but haven't succeeded. Would you please send me any email addresses or websites you have that may be useful in contacting the 'higher ups'?

                                    Pethetic Product & Service of Whirlpool. We had puchased whirlpool AC, 11106 WPL WINDOW AC- 1 TON(WAWR12G20) on 28/04/2008 from Kapila Electronics Pvt Ltd, Janak Puri, New Delhi. 2 Free Services were promised. The first pethetic thing was that after the first dry service, instead of our repeated reminders the wet service was not offered. The Second and the most petthetic thing was that within a very short period of our purchase( 28/04/08) on 20/09/09, there was no cooling in the product. When we complained of this to your service center, they sent a executive named Hardeep Singh on 23/09/09, our service request No:17692, who inspected your product and said that there is no gas in the product and had taken Rs394/- on account of visit charge and told a further expence of Rs.1800/- for the filling of gas. Now the Company need to see the Quality of the product and the quality of its services offered. In such a short duration your product is demanding refilling of the gas. Instead of our repeated reminders our free wet service is not offered to us. On visiting instead of compensating you charge a visit charge. I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull or else I will be forced to knock the doors of the consumer court as well as publish the matter in the press.
                                    Very very very very very poor response.I am requesting please solve it.

                                      Hi I am Ravi Sharma from Visakpatanam.There was a problem with my refrigerator its not getting cooled so i called the Whirlpool people and they have changed with new Compressor and went off after 3 to 4 days again the same problem i called the whirlpool call center they are telling "within 3 hrs our people will contact you" the same dialogue iam listning for past 1 week but there is no responce

                                      Hi I am Lalita from New Delhi.There was a problem with my refrigerator its not getting cooled so i called the Whirlpool people and they have done gas charging in my refrigerator but their are again the same problem i called the whirlpool call center they are telling "within 3 hrs our people will contact you" the same dialogue iam listning for past 17/06/2009 but there is no responce My complaint no. is DL06090173.Now I want replace my referigetor.So pleas responce on my complaitnt.

                                        I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator of model 11342 WPL REF 340 DLX PROF TITANIUM 4S on 28.06.2009 from a well known dealer KAPILA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI-58. After one day of Installation Demonstration Person from Whirlpool came and we told him that food inside the fridge not getting cold enough as it should be. The Demo person said it will take the fridge one or two day to cool the food. But, after one week the friz. was not giving cooling. Then, we made the call at Call Centre to replace the friz. Immediately. The Service Engineer Vishal came who advised us to talk to our Area Manager Sh. Ram Verma regarding your complaint of not cooling. We made several calls to the Area Manager but all in vain.

                                        There is no need of keeping a friz. which is not functioning. The piece is faulty which the Service Engineers themselves know but doing nothing. Kindly help me out in replacing the friz. at the earliest.
