Fridge not functioaning properly and very unsatisfactory responses from services team.

Hi,

I am completely clueless of why did I go for buying Whirlpool product.The kind of harassment I went through after buying the product and the support and services provided by them in this regard has forced me to move against the brand and file a case here.
I have bought a fridge Whirlpool Mastermind in feb 2009. Not even 3 months did pass by when the product is under warranty period, the fridge started giving hiccups...

warehouse negligence

Currently we are residing in Baroda- Gujarat, India. We own a whirlpool front-load 5kg washing machine whhich got spoilt. Company's Baroda branch's technical person came to check the machine and said that machine needs to be taken to warehouse for repairing. Washing machine was collected from our house on the 19th of May 2009. I was told that they will return the repaired machine to us within 4-5 days. Today is 30th of June 2009...

Defective compressor & insufficient cooling

I had purchased Icemagic EL-FF model whirlpool refrigerator in 2003 with 7 year warranty. It has been giving troubles from the very beginning. Company's service engineers have so far attended it 13 times during the warranty period. Almost every year, the compressor has been replaced. With every repair, I had to unnecessarily bear Expenses on service engineer's visit & gas filling. By now, I would have spent about Rs. 6000/-...

VERY BAD SERVICE

THE DRYER OF MY MACHINE WAS SUDDENLY STOP TO WORK. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SUGGEST ME THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AT RAIPUR. I ASKED THEM TO REPAIR THE DRYER. THEIR ENGINEERS?? REPAIRED THE MACHINE BUT ANOTHER PROBLEM WAS STARTED SINCE THEN. WASHING TUB WAS STOPPED. AGAIN CALLED THEM, THE AGAIN REPAIRED AND AFTER 3-4 DAYS ALL MACHINE STOPPED AND NOT WORKING AT ALL. I AGAIN ASKED THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTENING....

Machine Not Working for 1 month

Delivery of the Fridge which is of different color and now no replacement

Pathetic After Sales Service

I have a whirlpool washing machine to which I regret of purchasing this product due to poor and III class service provided.

delivery of damage damaged product

we have purchased frost free fridge on Jainsons electronic fest on 17th April 2009. They delivered damaged product and we inform to installation engineers about fridge is damaged, engineers said they will replace shortly. But no response from Whirlpool service center engineers. Very poor product and very very poor service

I have bought Whirlpool Master mind 26 Elite on the 27th Mar-09 from Pai International Indira Nagar Bangalore
