I purchased Whirlpool 23 Elite Refrigator on 13th June 2009 from Ezone rajaji Nagar Bangalore of the color Graphite. Next day they delivered me the fridge of different color i.e. carbon. I sent back the fridge the same day for replacement. After 1 weeek they sent back the same fridge carbon saying that the company will replace it from my residence. After 2 days they sent one second hand fridge which I did not accepted. And now...

I have bought Whirlpool Refrigerator 4 years back. Whirlpool has signed a contract with us that they will provide us free service for the next 11 years and only charge for Spares.
