[Resolved]  Whirlpool Magicook 20g (Elec) — not recieved starter kit yet

Dear sir/madam,
hello!this is Sonal parikh from ahemdabad,gujrat.i bought whirlpool magicook 20g(elec) at diwali dhamaka from homeshop18,product code was 11776.my cst no.is[protected].my order no. given by this company is[protected]. i got this product after making calls to your company. after i recieved microwave oven i have called so many times to call center of homespe18 for my starter kit but to my surprise different people are giving me different answer.finelly i talk to mr,manu. he said that he is senior executive and he will personally look after this matter.he will revert back as soon as possible.tell me without starter kit how can i use my microwave oven?
why you people are promising so much when you can not solve minor problem like this?any ways,you are going to loose one custmor if you are no t solving my problem and failed to send my starer kit.in fact i will never buy anything from homeshop18,
