whirlpool washing m/c — not attending complaint
An automatic washing Machine was purchased in the name of Mr A. Pushpanathan( on[protected] at Villupuram which has been installed by whirlpool Engineer/ Mechanic by October 2009 and the M/C was working well till 17/04/10. On[protected], when we switched on the machine , it was found that no lights in the panel board were glowing and m/c was not getting on. In this regard , a complaint was registered with customer care vide no 40364. Against this complaint no body attended the problem and when we enquired about this complaint with customer care , we were informed that that complaint was closed and new complaint has been registered vide no 56292. on 24/04/2010. Against this complaint / regn no also no body has attended till date. The machine is under warranty period. Contaced customer care many times but no solution.Whirlpool — machine dead
COMPLAIN FROM DT. 21/12/10. NO PROPER ACTION IS TAKEN TII NOW. TALK WITH CUSTMER CARE .THEY HAD PROMISE TO CHANG IT WITHEN 25 DEC. 2010. BUT TILL NOW NOW ACTION FROM THEM IS TAKEN.MY MOB NO,[protected].

I bougt a washing mashine Whirlpool. it is very worst power supply , I compliend to the company authorised service centre But they asked me Rs 3500/- it is not worthable Because the power supply is failear model the fault will come repeatly, Every failear time I cannot buy the power supply because the rate is Rs 3500/- How it is possible?So i complained here. i have a lg washing machine.the dryer door got a problem and i gave a complaint adout it to the near lg service centre from two months and they said that they will send a new dyer door but till date there is no response and we are calling them daily but they are not sending any technician.please help me to get my problem to be solved as soon as possible.from:

Whirlpool/ Washing Machine — Not attending Complaints
The services against complaints are pathetic in Allahabad service centre in particular and Whirlpool in general. Four times complaints have been got registered with customer care ( Complaint nos LK[protected] dt 13/10, LK [protected] dt 15/10, LK[protected] dt 18/10, LK/[protected] dt 23/10) there has been no response from the service centre. Every time the complaint is repeated a new complaint no is provided. Behavior of customer care officials is highly irresponsible. The firm just does not bother although the machine is under two years maintenance contract. Never buy a Whirlpool product if want to get a good service. I purchased whirlpool washing Machine no. 650 h on9/3/2011 through M/s. Ambica Electronics, Chhani Road, Vadodara (Gujarat). This machine is under warranty period.
This machine has got out of order on 22/11/12. Immediately on the same day I registered a complain. Details are as follows:
Complain no. AH [protected]. I was assured on phone that complain shall be attend in 24 hrs.
I am sorry to say that no body has attended the complain till 25/11/12. I approached your Sales Manager Mr. Avnish (cell no. [protected]) telephonically on 25/11/12. He assured me to callback within 20 min. Even after waiting for 4 hrs. There was no call from him. When I asked him he told me that person has visited the site & part is to be replaced. I am sorry to say that it was lie statement. I was very much at home throughout the day. Again I asked that who has given this inf. of visiting my home?. He gave name of Mr. Firoz.
Again I contacted Mr. Firoz (cell no. [protected]). He instead of giving my answer he told me that person may attend your complain on 26/11/12, as they have got system to visit once in a week to my area.
Now should we expect such untruth reply & wag answers service from you? When I talked to Mr. Firoz, he even told me that you may approach highest authorities of Whirlpool. We do not care.
Now question comes about credibility of Whirlpool. Being in the capacity of Dy. Gen Manager of PSU like GSFC & attached with Co-Op. soc. of GSFC, should we start procedure to black list Whirlpool appliances to our customer?
I expect that today by all means fault of my machine should rectify & send me feed back with supportive evidence to overcome this issue.
Pl. note that I am also an active member of "Grahak Suraksha Samiti". I am sure you may not like to highlight case in public forum.

Dear Sir,
I had bought a Whirpool washing machine in 2006
December which has a warranty of 1 yr and till now
almost every 15 days it will have some or the other
problem i have to call the customer service n times
and then they will come and set it right that works
out for maximum of around 05 -08 day this has been
happening from the past 12 months.
Realy ur service is totally noncence really every time when i have call to customer service they said ke ok sir our injineer will attend ur call within 24 hourse,
but no bady come till 2,3 days then ill call back again custumer care they said im really sorry sir today ill arrange u,
whats going on i[censored]r service is like that so why u making peopel to (chutiya)fool,
