I have recharged my mobile number for Rs 111. But, I have not received my recharge and I have also not received any recharge confirmation SMS. The amount has also been debited from my bank and than from MobiKwik balance. What should I do?

I have raised the Ticket 40132 on 1st April and Again raised a new Ticket today 40445.

I have no response yet.

Hope they will recharge and provide coupons as promised or refund my money back.

I have lodge an complaint after waiting for 24 hours after raising Ticket number - 40132. they informed that Ticket will be resolved within 24 hours. I have no response from mobikwik.com yet. Thus raised another Ticket 40445. Hope they have understand importance or their Customers issue and try to response as promised.

    I got a voucher code from crazeal.com worth 59 which gives 100rs account balance on mobikwik.com
    but wen i used it in my existing account it says voucher expired
    when i contacted them through Facebook on their page
    their reply was the voucher is valid only with a new id
    then i created a new id and try to use it
    but
    it still says voucher code expired
    then i contacted their customer service through fb but got no reply from them
    contacted them even through mail 4 times but didn't get any reply
    so please be CAREFULLL before recharging through mobikwik.com
    doesn't care customer problems at all

    and the new id i tried with:[protected]@rediffmail.com(my friend's)

      in Paypal they showed me successful transaction but in mobikiwik i didn't see a single penny.

        i have done online transcation to recharge my mobile balance. since i have done with my debit cards. and my amount is deducted from my account. one month back itself. still i have not received balance.so i request you to take complaint and impose heavy penalty or cancel this online service of mobikwik.

          I have to do special recharge of 98 rs. so i filled my mobikwik wallet with 98 rd but they are not recharging my mobile with that amount.
          they are always saying PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME .

              On 20 sep 2011, I lost Rs.500/- during adding balance to mobikwik.com.
              Rs.1000/- is deducted from my SBI ATM, but only Rs.500/- is credited to my mobikwik balance. The amount is debited as Rs.500/- and Rs.500/- on 20 sep 2011. I also have inform them 3 times. My ticket id's are 20619, 20620 and 20736.
              Please solve my problem ab early as possible and return my Rs.500/- either to mobikwik balance or to SBI ATM,

                I tried to recharge my number [protected] by Rs.50 on mobikwik.com. The amount of Rs.51 was deducted from my mobikwik account but I didn't receive the recharge or any confirmation sms. I complaint to their customer support almost thrice with ticket no. 19344 & 19785, but I didn't receive any response from them. I think this site is a fraud. They are all cheaters. I warn my dear friends here to stay away from such web sites. I tried to recharge my number [protected] by Rs.50 on mobikwik.com.                     I have made a online bank transfer of Rs.1020 into my mobikwik account, but it is not credited into my mobikwik account. This happened on 30th of June and I called at the customer service number to complain. Someone said it will be credited back into my bank account within 24 hours. It's been 6 days now the amount is not credited yet and my calls and emails are being unanswered.

                    Request you to take action against this company immediately and help me get back my money.

                            Sir,

                            I had registered at Mobikwik on 29th march 2011. I has done a recharge for Rs 51 to another reliance number. After my bank transaction was over the site showed that the transaction failed. The amount had been deducted from my bank account also. Later i got a mail to my account telling me that the amount has been credited in my e wallet account. So i logged out and again logged in but the wallet was empty.I had not got a recharge MSG to my mobile also so registered a complaint in the site. Then I did the recharge of 50 after transferring the amount to the MobiKwik wallet. This recharge was successful. But later when i checked my balance i had that 51 credited in my account but with no message or notification neither to my phone or my mail.

                            Later a customer care executive called me and his tone of talking was so rude and harsh that i must tell you being a customer I have never received such a behavior from any services before. I told him i was sorry because i didn't know the amount was credited but he was still blaming me for registering a complaint in the site.He told that my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity and if i needed to unblock my account I must send ID proof. He gave me so many lectures and his tone was rather very harsh. So after getting such a response from the site i don't want an account in the site nor do i want my account unblocked. There are many sites over the internet which provides even far more better quality work than this site.

                              I recharged for Rs 50 and then again for rs 100.
                              Both the times, the actual recharge happened only for Re 1.
                              Also, nothing is showing up in my transaction history.
                              I had a balance of Rs 714.
                              Now the balance has reduced to rs 560 and there are no records in the transaction history.
                              Its been over 48 hours that I have written to their support.

                              Login Problem i i can't able to login to mobikwik.com.. showing... wrong user name or password... after i reset my password, i facing same problem.. plz help no rpl from mobikwik my id is [protected]@satyaedu.org. please help me

                                Hi ,

                                I paid to e-wallet Rs. 510 to get 500 on 21.03.2011.
                                It is debited from my credit card but not got added to mobikwik balance.
                                Ticket nos are-11289,11309.
                                No customer care no is provided.
                                Don't know when it will be credited?
                                Please raise concerns about these fraudulent activities.
                                Even they have loads of campaigns in giving free coupons, I and many of my friends have not got any coupons after charging so many.

                                  Hi,

                                  Yesterday(on 17th March), i tried to recharge my Mobikwik account balance paying Rs.340. The amount is debited from my bank account, but still nothing is credited to my mobikwik account balance. Can someone tell me is this really a fraud company. Do they have any customer care number to contact.
                                  Even i have raised a complaint on their site, and my ticket number is 11005. But till date this is still an open issue....

                                  17 march 2011 - i did a payment of 65 rupee in my mobikwik account ([protected]@yahoo.com). At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my PAYPAL ACCOUNT) their server gave some technical error and after that from that day to now i did not get my 65 rupee in my account. i have sent many emails, calls. but they are not replying.

                                  So don’t go to use this website.....

                                    www.mobikwik.com is not a good website. Their Customer support is poorest.

                                    7 march 2011 - i did a payment of 200 rupee in my mobikwik account. At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my debit card) their server gave some technical error and after that from that day to now i did not get my 200 rupee in my account. i have sent many emails, calls. but they mother[censored]ers are not replying.

                                    So don’t go to use this wesite.....

                                    hello my name is amardeep singh [protected] from lucknow i made a recharge of rs 6 and due to some technical error it is not done and my money 6+1 crdited in mobikwik account and thn again i added rs 10 in mobikwik balance and now i hve 15 rs in my account i got a msg on my mobile i recieved rs 10 but not rs 6 plzz c to it and refund my money...i also complaint in customer care
