[Resolved] Coolpad India — give me my phone immediately..

I have submitted my coolpad note 3 phone after 4 month ur service center medinipur wast bengal, my job sheet no [protected], nearly 60 days i haven't received my phone they always say not repair my phone.
Everytime i visit & call service center medinipur, i only get one answer "it is being repaired wait for one week"
But they are not give me phone.. Plz give my phone immediately..
Unfortunately i have to take a legal action suit a case against you..

Your serviec is very bad. i am given my mobile for reppering.I am given my mobile coolpad mega 2.5d 20 days ago but you have not made mobile so told me how many time you take for reppering

When your launch new updating for coolpad mobile present I am using coolpad note 3 plus this mobile is lollipop version till now but current version is Marshmallo 6.0–6.0
Nougat 7.0–7.1.2, I think coolpad is Failed on mobile upgrading for new version
