Coolpad coolplay 6 is my smartphone. The company promised for Oreo version in it on 2017December last, , but now the September 2018. Where is Oreo, , it's not good for company future because they are not fulfill their promised. You all are fake.

Iam using Coolpad note 5 with Android software 6.No update from Coolpad .went to their authorised service centre in chennai Thirumangalam, they are asking500/- for software update.All apps are stopping one by one, especially banking apps.unable to give phone for update even for 1 day . please help.
