Hi, I am Vaidehi vaidyanathan . We bought this country club membership in 2016 at Dubai . My membership number is CCDXB81CLUBD15L13190.

We moved to India in 2017 Sept. After I came to India in June 2018 I paid the subscription for 5 years of Rs 35200, I have the receipt for it. Till now my profile is not updated and it still shows the due amount. Because of this i am not able to book my holidays online. Please help

I contacted many times to customercare, sent mails, but of no use.
I don't know what to do. I want to cancel it if i can get the refund.
Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please suggest anybody how to cancellation of this fraud and un professional
company membership.If i had bad experience in my life means i getting membership of this CC member, i had purchase this with my hard earned money of 70000/-, kindly anybody knows about this cancellation procedure please help me out of this

    My husband has taken the membership on 7 dec 2019. And we have to cancel my membership. We are in cool off period still. No one is responding. The person who promised us mr. Sandeep raj from bangalore branch is not so responsive in this... So any one please help me in this. We have sent email to main branch, hyderabad. So please help us. It's like250000 amount. These people who are doing this will not live with peace. Because we are crying everyday with loss of our money. Which is very hard earned., not like you cheaters. I am including all the members it means includes the all. They can enjoy now, but in future will use these money for hospital only. I'm cursing you people. All basters... Beggers are much better than cheating others, remember.in disguise way you can trap a person only once in life time, that too through out life they will curse you. Don't be happy with today's money. God is there above all...

      Hi

      I am logesh. I have paid rs. 75000 for 5 year membership in country club on 14th november 2019 at jp nagar branch. The amount has been blocked from the credit card. After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises, i badly want to cancel this country club membership.

      I have emailed, discussed with the country club representative and contacted the customer care but decline to cancel the membership and nowadays they are not even responding in any means
      How is it possible. Please, help me out to get back the amount.

      I am writing to you today on behalf of the membership of COUNTRY CLUB with membership number:- CVKK37FC245594 to request the use of the GYM Facilities of COUNTRY CLUB Kolkata. We took the annual membership & it was valid till December 2018. While taking the membership, it was well informed to your management that we would not be available for 7 months at Kolkata to avail the membership. Country club said that after taking an annual membership, we may use the GYM facilties of country club in any branch of India & asked us to pay the annual charge as a one time payment. An amount of Rs 45000/- was paid on December 2018 to country club Kasba branch. But when we contacted the Gym facility of Country Club Delhi, we got no response from them & when we visited the Gym at Delhi, we were denied access to the Gym. Later, when we informed the same to the Country Club Kolkata, the management said that they would adjust the months & would extend the membership according to the attendance of the member.
      Thus when we returned back to Kolkata & visited Country Club Kasba, in the month of November 2018, they said that to adjust the annual membership, we would have to pay Rs.25000/- more so that they can make it a lifetime membership. They did not extend our previous membership after snatching the money with wrongful intentions. We tried to contact them many times but each time they come with different proposal with sole aim of snatching money again again. Now they are asking for Rs.75000/- to make it a lifetime membership.

      Hence, we would request the concerned authorities to either return Rs.45000/- on immediate basis to us or extend the annual membership for which we already paid. If not this, then make it a lifetime membership & we will pay Rs.25000/- as said earlier to us.

      In all other means, we would be compelled to take help from law against the breach of trust & money theft by Country Club Kasba, Kolkata.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        i have been sold a country club membership during early part of this year 2019 and have not received any communication with regard to the club membership ID nor any of the details with regard to my membership. My lifetime membership charges have been paid already around Rs. 65000.00 thru my credit card.
        But for last 4-5 months i am getting a frequent calls from country club teams from Bangalore and Hyderabad that i have to make the payment for annual subscription and they will give me more discounts etc, , , they are calling me every other few days and bothering me to make the annual maintenance charges. I have not received received even the membership cards well till now and never got any communication from Country club membership invite as well.
        Initially they promised to give various benefits for becoming membership.
        Now im frustrated with this kind of service from Country club and i do not wish to continue any more and in this regard i wish to get back my money paid whatsoever to the country club i had paid as of now and request for the full refund of the amount at the earliest and clear the same.

          I took the membership from saudi - riyadh, during discussion told will extend fitness to hosur tamil nadu, i have raised many mail to customer care saudi mail id but i did not get any reply. I took this only after confirmation. Now they are saying we cant. If so pleas cancel my membership and refund the amount. I am really tire of fallow up and pleas act and provide me positive reply

            To cancel my membership..and even told one of your executives who had called for amc that dont want a refund also..just cancel the membership..but the same still doesnt seem to have been done even after 1 year of intimation..since I am still getting calls saying am a member..

            I was a member for the past 10 years (Membership No: DT46MLD-KL5L-0095) and have regularly paid my AMC on time without any default (fully paid till July 31, 2020)
            I have constantly said that I want to discontinue/cancel my membership by writing to their head office and local office email-id umpteen number of times.
            I even received a reply from customer care on July 11th, 2020 saying "Thank you for reaching customer care Country Club Holidays and Hospitality Ltd, we will be addressing your concern at the earliest based on the Priority of the complaint".
            But nothing seem to be happening.
            I am till date receiving calls regularly for the AMC for Aug 2020 to July 2021 though I have discontinued using the faculty since Feb 2020. This is totally ridiculous. Looks like a team has been formed who are bound by the management instructions to harass the customer.
            Management please note: I request you to instruct the concerned staff to kindly initiate the process of cancellation/discontinuation of my membership if not done yet and send a written acknowledgement on the same.

              It is really sad to start keeping a complaint for blindly trusting ur country club from
              Nowhere.. Since we got a call saying to collect te gift vouchers by not paying anything etc etc over calls which was made 1000 times. 1st trick from them to play this game. They asked us to
              Stay fr a session fr 45min n ask us to
              Pay fr so n so collective trips changing our mind to such level as they are trained to loot hard earned money from us. V liked d offers that’s being explained by them. We decided to pay and paid. For which they said we would get our card in 10days. We didnt recieve since 3 months after being calling so many times inspite of working we are behind their # for that bloody card they only say it s sent but address is wrong?? How on earth i recieve all other courier but not this?? 2 nd game for them.. Now, again and again we call they say we have made new cards so we are sending u same old drama i dnt again reviev anything.. Now we decided to cancel but they respond its only within 10days otherwise we cannot.. How can they evn tell # 10days when i didnt recieve anythin they have their legal things to talk. Now iam
              Talking legally to cancel and return back the money. For evything they only tell call head office for evy # information.. When only headoffice can do ecything y d hell are these # sitting here in evy branches bloody illiterates know nothing.. Unfit for anything., and so they are in country club.. Its so shameful on ur part to play woth people money n use it.. My only request is to respond to this mail
              Immediately and i want my money back within no time as soon as possible. Its a big fraud u guys playing.. Kindly all people der domt fall prey for such # they are very poor in services, they loot u in evy way, ul regret to hell dont ever go to this country club. I have to mention the name who works in all branches of bangalore apparently busy man named mr hemanth is the person who never responds for anythin only while taking money he came n left. Never trust any 1 from country club hemanth being the person coz of him we made this decision to cancel n return our money back.. Trust is wat lacks in tis ccountry club big time loot respond mmediately or j might have to file a complaint to higher authorty

                It looks like we are fool here to pay hard earned money, for country club expecting something new wonders would happen but looks like a big scam running since years .. I have been calling since 2 months for this bloody card, now you people tell its within 10 days such a fraud u country club people who live in peoples hard earned money for free how shameless are you all n those who work under them are just no words cheapsters .. Now I am calling Evy1 for answers bit no1 knows Any answers bcz answers are hidden in Hyderabad head office mostly, I want my money back likewise I want d response back which I never got . this will be taken yo next level if no reply given .                   Hi,

                  Country vacation membership id : cvbg2mcclub5sb264409

                  One day on 12/5/2019 i have got a call from country vacations saying that we got gifts worth 50000. There will be presentation after that we will be receiving gift voucher. We went to that location in jp nagar bangalore and they asked us to wait and there will be presentation before they handover gift to us.in the presentation they gave explanations regarding their various vacation schemes.

                  I have purchased one of their scheme worth 40000. This was the mistake i have done. After coming home i found that this is not helpful for me and i have raised for cancellation. Below are the exact words stated in the agreement.

                  "there shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the date of signing this agreement wherein member can discontinue the agreement by paying a nominal administration charges of rs 3800 to the company. After deduction of the aforesaid amount (Rs 3800) remaining amount would be refunded to the member within 120 working days from the date of invoking of cool off period. For invoking the cooling off period the member shall send a written communication to the country club, central customer care, 4th floor, asian building, begumpet, hyderabad-500016 through registered speed post or an e-mail to [protected]@countryclubmail.com. After expiry of the aforesaid period the fee is non refundable under any circumstance."

                  Accordingly i have sent a mail to [protected]@countryclubmail.com for cancellation on 15/5/2019 after 3 days from invoking this offer. But this time they have rejected saying that they will not refund the amount. As i have raised for cancellation for whatever reason within 3 days i have to get my money back. I have attached the agreement note. Request your help to get my money back.

                  I have also raised this complaint in national consumer forum. They have disposed the complaint saying below reason
                  "grievance was forwarded to the company by nch but no response has been received. If you have already complained to the company in written, not received any response from the company or not satisfied with the company response. You may file your case in consumer forum, following the procedure prescribed by them".

                    When we went to a shopping mall in uppal we filled some gift vouchers. After 3 days we got a call that we won lucky draw from country club. We were asked to come to country club begumpet to receive the gifts.
                    As we went there they welcomed us and a executive named sundar was allotted to explain us the program of that day. Then he told that we will be given some tea cup sets etc and then he lured us to buy a land in srisailam for 1,...

                    My membership number is - ccdl2349club30lb29300 which we had took from yours registered vendor mr. Ranvijay ([protected]) at the time of subscription mr. Ravijay offered us host of services and discount but unfortunately none of them he able to provide to us.

                    The original subscription amount was 225000/- but he had given offered to me 190000/- which i paid using different credit cards which was again told to me that the emi will be free of interest but later we got emi schedule from hdfc bank stating they will charge 12250/- as a interest amount on inr 75000/- which was swap by mr. Ranvijay whose letter already send and handover to him.
                    As per his commitment the balance amount will automatically credited in my account and hence i don't have to pay anything further neither balance of 35000/- nor the first year maintenance charges.

                    He also offered iphone to me which never delivered to us despite of many followups.

                    He also offered us gym subscription of gold gym and talwarkars but later he told that gold gym bought by someone else and hence he can't provide us subscription while only gold gym is nearby to ours address and talwarkars are not present.

                    He also offered regular movie tickets and dine in coupons which was i think in dreams as i never got a single till now.

                    As country club representative unable to fulfill a single commitment hence we are requesting seniors to take immediate action and provide me all the committed subscriptions immediately.

                      I hv purchased membership 2 yrs ago on the basis of gym provided by talwalkar at a low cost of rs 20/ each day in rajkot, gujrat.

                      But, the company, talwarkar, who hav tied up with country club, begumpet, had taken off its service in rajkot for 1 yr.

                      I demanded same facility in rajkot.

                      In connection, hotels provided by country club, are taking food charges, that why should i pay the charges if i don't want to take food..

                      If they r not able to provide the same, i demanded refund of my money. But they are not responding

                      I hope, u will understand...

                        I didn't approach the company the company approached me we took membership of 5 years and i was told by their agent (Vivek singh) that our membership fees will be cancelled if we give references. We provided him with reference and made it crystal clear that we will not have to pay single penny further... Once we got the membership their agent stop communicating and now we aren't getting any services from same

                            Date - 07 july
                            Description - i had bought a membership for vacations from country club pune office on 07 jul 19. Immediately on payment of money and receipt of membership agreement, i realized that many provisions verbally promised to me are not existing in the agreement. I therefore cancelled the membership on the same day as per clause 27 of membership agreement which allows a cool off period of 10 days. I have contacted the office number of times and have been informed that my request is under process. After 120 days have passed and i have contacted the agency on numerous occasions on tele and through mail, i have not yet received the money.
                            Resolution - pls refund my money at the earliest as per the agreement

                              I was pestered by their sales and marketing to become a member. They brainwashed me & my parents for 90 minutes and forced me to make payment the same day for studio – 5 years membership. I paid them rs. 60000 cash.

                              They offered me 5 gift vouchers for holiday packages of country club vacations. I tried to book these vacation packages via phone and email. This fraud company stopped responding for some days and later said rooms are not available.

                              Later i tried to book through my membership holiday packages and kept calling them and sending them emails. This fraud company stops responding till you get fed up.

                              All the promises the country club india fraud makes before you take membership are forgotten after you become a member.

                              I am going to file a case against this country club india fraud holiday package in the consumer court. We can hope to get back our money.

                              I also request people who know someone in the media to seek their help to expose the country club india fraud holiday package.

                              I am withholding my country club india membership number to avoid harassment by their goons

                              I registered this country vacation membership for 5 year plan but after seeing all reviews i don't wanna be part of this i want my membership to be cancelled and get my all money back as this is totally wrong and false commitment given by your agents do needful contact : +[protected]

                                We visited their korum mall, thane office in the month of september 2019 after getting 100 calls from them to visit the branch..

                                They explained how and what country club is and then told us if you will swipe certain amount today then only we will show you membership plan...
                                They will ask you personal question like.. So poor that you didnt go abroad yet.. You must have planned cheap trip thats why its cost u less and all...

                                How pathetic is this.. Even a small saree shop owner shows us 10 sarees before we buy!!!

                                Please take action against you korum staff as they just want you to take membership and then only will be nice to you...

                                  On 19th april 2019, i happened to visit the branch office of condos realty real estate in jeddah, saudi arabia bearing saudi commercial registration number: [protected] which states that they have their corporate office #6-3-1219, asian building, flat no 302, behind country clu kool, begumpet, hyderabad 500016 (Phone[protected]

                                  The visit was based on their advertising campaign. About 2 hours they had been councelling us stating that there is a lot of real estate development in the surroundings of hyderabad and the benefits we can avail by taking the country club members ship.

                                  I was initially thinking to go ahead as i was planning to make small investments for future purpoe. But their approach was such that we had to take the decision on the spot to avail their promotional offers. We agreed to a buy a plot measuring 150 sqr yards in saila bhoomi venture in telangana state at a price of saudi riyals 27, 000. I paid instantly sr 7, 000 and after 10 days, paid another 6, 500. After making the first payment, the next day, i was informed by my close relatives that the ventures of country club normally happen to be much far distant locations and in case of our liquidity requirements, we can't be able to sell it as we dont find customers. Since then i was in a vicious circle and requesting the company to refund me the money. But they try to lure me and dont give me enough opportunity to have a good informed decision with free will.

                                    I m feeling cheated since last 8 years. Request to refund my hard earned money as cheated by country vacations.
                                    Have called many times country club customer care number and visited personaly many times to cancel my membership in
                                    Pune Bund Garden road, Connaught place office. However still i have not yet received my refund. Many occasion they promised to refund the amount but not refunded yet. On my followup and further discussions with them i realised that country club pune team had given me all fake holiday offers including many other fake gift item offers. Which were never provided after payment of 39000rs from my card towards 5 years membership. In 2011, I was brainwashed to pay the amount with lots of fake holiday offers. Since registration in year 2011 till 2016 they have not provided the membership number and i have not used any single service from them i.e. country club holiday services or not a single events.

                                    Attaching my mail which i have sent to country club pune office to cancel and refund my amount as they looted my hard earned money by giving false offers and holiday package which were not provided to me.

                                    Still further no updates from them, i tried many time to connect them over country club customer care number but the customer care number is now not reachable.

                                    Kindly help me to get my heard earned amount back.

                                    Today (Sunday, 11 Dec 2011 at 11:30pm) i spoke to customer care dept of country vacations, as they informed me that i will get a confirmation call from Country vacations office for confirmation or cancellation of my membership.
                                    On Sunday, 11 Dec 2011, I got a call[protected]from country vacation at 11:34 pm and I have requested them to cancel my membership. They replied country vacation team will inform you in some time.
                                    Based on above inputs i am writing in advance to customer care dept to cancel my membership.
                                    Today (Sunday, 11 Dec 2011 at 11:30pm), i need to cancel my membership further procesing from country vaccations.
                                    On (Saturday, 10 Dec 2011) at 5:27 pm i have applied for membership in country vaccation, pune Bund Garden road, Connaught place office, Pin 411001.

                                    I have paid 39000 Rs through my HDFC bank credit card. I need to cancel my membership from country vacations. Please refund my money(Rs 39000) back to my credit card account.

                                      In 2013, i was brainwashed to purchase a membership worth rs.98000 in just rs. 73000. And was told to pay rs.25000 instantly and rest within few months, which i did. During all these, amc was not in picture. When i received documents, it says amc of 8000/pa. I instantly demanded cancellation and return of my hard earned money. They said not possible. Even when i asked about booking, they said your membership is not confirmed as you have not paid entire amount.
                                      Fine, i said keep all of my money and i withdrawn my membership (Which does not exist as i did not pay entire rs.73000).
                                      All this happened in 2013 and even in 2019, country club is sending me emails to pay amc for all these years. When there is no membership how is amc applicable?
                                      When i called to discuss this recently, rudely i was told to pay amc or membership cancellation charges of rs. 8500. When there is no membership, how is cancellation possible?
                                      They keep harassing by sending emails. And when i searched online, i am not alone who is suffering from country club.
                                      Kindly someone look into it.
