I have paid 62000rp via credit card to fraud country club membership. They have done fake commitments. They called that we won the coupon for free trip n asked to visit their office to collect. Once we entered their office they asked to listen their one hour presentation and now here we had become fool.

Once we entered the venue they showed presentations with a lot of fake promises that we will get;

Free land

Free international holiday

Free national holiday

Free transport and sightseeing

Free memberships to spa and other club facilities

Free usage of community hall for parties, etc.

Free passes for various events

Membership card to enjoy a week holiday in various 5 star and 3 star resorts which they claim to have tied up with

We got lured very easily with the above fake offers as they are taken to a virtual world in the venue that is far from the reality. The attendees in the venue are brain washed to such an extent that they already start to feel rich by imagining that they are now the owners of land, free access to elite clubs, going to foreign and indian destinations with free 5 star facilities, free pick up, etc. With so many free facilities our typical indian mentality of seeking free goodies takes over their common sense and we immediately hand over my credit card to the host.

I have not visited even single vacation on behalf of country club.. Every time they says dates are not available or pay more money. At the time of membership they told us we can avail free gym near by but their is no such gym tied up with them.

    I have taken the membership of country club on[protected], vide membership no.- ccdl253v30lb31024 in the name of achla jha
    - the membership cost was rs. 2, 16, 000/-
    - i paid rs. 2 lakh by swiping 2 credit cards.
    - at the time of joining membership, i was told that interest part on credit card will be borne by country club (Written confirmation vide email dt.[protected] also).
    - after so much of persuation, no email from country club.
    - now the concerned executives have also left country club and are not replying.
    - even country club helpline is not extending any help.
    - pdf or other formats cannot be attached, hence partial screen shot has been provided. Tell me how to send complete email trails.

    Request:
    1) cancellation of membership.
    2) refund as detailed below:
    A) initial membership amount= rs. 2, 00, 000/-
    B) total interest amount comes out to rs. 38, 654/-.

        Hi i have paid rs.25000/- to country club on september 2018 at indiranagar ccd.

        Offer mentioned to us were:

        1. We are allowed to use all the club facility and a vacation as well till 2020 september, if we decide to continue we can pay the remaining amount of 1.75l

        2. No amc charges will be applicable until the final payment.

        Issues facing:

        1. Card reached us only in the month of jan after a continues followp.

        2. Ever since we received the card we are greeting 15 calls from amc department regarding the annual maintenance payment.

        3. Till now we have not used even a single facility of country club or country vacations.

        4. Ever since i read the reviews on internet i’m begging them to cancel my membership.

        5. Multiple emails have been sent to them no reply received.

        6. Contacted more than 100 people till now all they do is give another number saying this is not the cancellation department.

        7. Been to their office as well but of no use.

        We do not even want our money back but please help us cancel our membership, we just want to get rid of these frauds.

          As you can check our membership details. We took this membership 3 years back when both our kids were 25+.
          And while buying we specifically asked your marketing person mr. Pappani in bund garden pune branch about this thing. He said no issues and our kids are eligible and that was the reason we bought your membership. So do you mean your marketing person cheat normal public just to sell off membership?
          Why don't you clarify from mr. Pappani and revert back to me

              One day i got a call from country club employee saying that we have some gift voucher to collect. We (My husband and me) reached to the spot and heard all their offers, and opted to get a plan which contains life time membership for family and free accommodation for 5 years by paying some amount.

              They have promised to convert some amount in which we paid to emi with 0% interest. And we will get the cards delivered in next few days.

              And its been more than a month i got my credit card bill with the whole amount i paid them, still not received the cards delivered. Fed up of following up with them for all this, after paying some huge amount just on trust of country club.

                      Hello sir,

                      I have been a country vacation member from past 5 years and now the membership subscription as expired. I do not want to renew the membership. But i keep getting calls from country club asking to pay amc, i have answered numerous call stating my desire to cancel the membership, but all in vain. I have also written numerous emails to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com but no answer.

                      Can someone please help on this?

                      We r country club member.we were being promised by Mr.arab ujaif, ahmedabad. They had promised us to give gift voucher for food for our Hyderabad trip. we r asking since 10 days..Till today he was telling yes, now we r on trip and he denied to give. We r feeling completely foolish..Pls look into the matter and reply asap

                        Subject: Un-stable and false promise by Country Club. Cancel my Membership and Refund my Money.
                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the country club. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promise given by the sales/marketing team and I am not interested to use any club activities in the future.

                        In agreement paper, its clearly mentioned an annual charges Rs9999/- excluding tax paid in advance But the sale representative informed us no annual for 1year and annual charges applicable after one year, that I can cancel my scheme in the cool 10 days. So, I am putting my papers for cancellation the membership.

                        Later they have provided the agreement form to sign which I couldn’t read completely as my wife was not feeling well and we wanted to come out of the room as its already 8.30 P.M. Later after reaching home I go through the agreement which doesn’t have anything they offered and some contents are completely opposite. They have told us that this membership can be cancelled but it is given exactly opposite in the Agreement.

                          We attended today korum mall thane country club membership program.

                          The owner was so unprofessional that when i said i need some time to think for joining the membership,

                          He started using pathetic language, he said that gujarati's and sindhi's are "kameena" only visits for free gift coupons and not interested to buy any kind of memberships.

                          Is this how they want to sell their product.?

I was told within 120 days refund will be initiated but period of 120 days expired on 28 Apr 2019 & refund has not been given so far. Please help.

                            One fine day, we got a call and was told that we have won some holiday vouchers and other gifts. We are required to attend a presentation of around 45 mins and that's it - this is what we were told before the event. Well, that was not all.

                            They ask you to come with your partner, do not let you use mobile or internet and expect you to make decision on the spot.

                            I still can't believe that I got into this mess. Not to lie, but this was not the first time that we went to such an event. We have attended such events in past and did avail free accommodation from such vouchers once in past. But we were always determined and confident that we are not going to take any memberships and they are good only for free.The reasons in general being:

                            1. They bind you to plan your holidays at limited locations in much advance.

                            2. You will hardly get the properties in your desired location when you actually plan to visit there.

                            3. You feel trapped mentally and this makes your vacations worse. You think more to plan and spend lots of energy/time to make most out of this membership. You end up paying more and having less and limited fun. In many cases, people end up not utilizing these plans.

                            Even after knowing all of the above points when we sat at the table for presentation by one of the Country Club representatives, credit to their skills (or it could just be a coincidence) that they offered us three below things which we had in mind and are always interested in:

                            1. Gym membership for both o[censored]s (in Gold's, Snap Fitness, Talwalkars or equivalent gym) for all the years of club membership. Since me and my wife both are fitness freak and have already been taking gym memberships every year for few years now, this option was of much interest to us.

                            2. A foreign trip (either to Philippines, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore or few more options) including air travel, sight seeing and all expenses other than shopping/personal expenses.

                            3. All of it at 0% EMI for 24/36 months. This was an extremely important factor for me as I would not have even thought of taking it if payment was to be done in lumpsum (was not in position to afford it at all at that point)

                            They quoted some Rs 1, 75, 000 and then finally settled on Rs 1, 49, 000 for 10 years holidays+club membership and

                            Offered 1 week complimentary, making it 2 weeks holidays plan a year.

                            Offered 1 week of foreign trip all inclusive.

                            Offered one more holiday voucher for 4-5 nights to be consumed within 6 months or so.

                            Club membership/access to all functions/celebrities’ events at their clubs etc.

                            Remember, we already have the free vouchers for which we actually came.

                            I tried to stick to basics and since it looked too intuitive to believe, I did some very basic maths rather than believing on all lucrative things. I thought if I forget everything (their properties, their service, availability), gym membership for two people will cost (Rs 8000 * 2 people * 10 years) Rs 1, 60, 000; Philippines or Dubai trip would cost us at least Rs 1, 20, 000 for a week (all inclusive); so what could be better than paying for these two things in EMIs at 0% for 36 months.

                            This is where I made a mistake, I did not consider how can they offer such a thing (actually I did but it was a bad moment that I overlooked everything else). I still tried my best to validate and read through all the documents they made me to sign. There was one point which mentioned that I can request cancellation to this membership within 10 days and a nominal charge of Rs 3800 would be cut and rest will be reversed.(As per the 34th point in the CLUB AND VACATION SALE AGREEMENT, there shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the date of signing of this Agreement wherein member can discontinue the agreement by paying a nominal administration charges of Rs. 3800/- to the company. After deduction of the aforesaid amount (Rs. 3800/-) remaining amount would be refunded to the member.
                            ) I considered this point as my fall back plan and went ahead with swiping my credit card. It was HDFC and CITI bank credit cards and as everyone knows that we get a call from CC department when a big transaction happens on our card. I got the call from bank and he asked if I want to get this amount converted to EMIs. I replied that merchant has already offered me 0% EMI on this transaction (Please note that bank calls are recorded and unintentionally I made a point here that I was promised 0% EMIs by merchant).

                            Now everything done and dusted, we came back and slept well since we did not yet realize that we have made a blunder

                            I have been writing emails continuously from past 3 months and all I get to hear is an automated response as below:

                            Greeting of the day,

                            Thank you for reaching customer care Country Club Holidays and Hospitality Ltd, we will be addressing your concern at the earliest based on the Priority of the complaint.

                            Further you can reach us on[protected]. Between 10:30 AM- 6:30 PM Monday To Saturday

                            Sales person(Punith Cherry) and his manager(Manjunathan) are not responding to my phone calls.

                            Still waiting for their response and hoping to get back our hard earned money.

                            Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!!!

                              I am sambid das, staying in bangalore. On 1st nov 2018, i got the call from country club, bangalore from irshad, sayed, and shirin. They convinced me to take the membership by making fraud promises. I paid 72000 and became the member of country club. But after taking the membership, i was abrupt because whatever promises they made, those are actually not valid. And few days back when i visited the branch, they shifted their office. Now they are not responding my calls. I want to cancel my membership. Please help me. I want my money back.

                                I have blue card membership from country club for five years. To pay the amc for five years i got a call on 7th september 2018 from hyderabad office of country club. They told me under certain offer period i need to pay amount of rs 30, 000 after some discount for amc for full 5 years and after that no more further payment needs to done.

                                But from september onward i got a call almost every alternate day from country club official and they ask me to pay amc and i have told them about hundred times till now that i have made the payment which they are not updating in their database. They every time ask me to pay remaining amount for amc even after i have already paid for which i even have the records with me.

                                Its been a torture now every now and then they ask for payments instead of checking their own records. If you cant keep track of your officials taking payment please refund all my money and cancel my membership.

                                  My concern is not about the resort but how they treat their members. I would like to mention my concern about the response from cv employees. I have been writing and calling the central customer care and other executives, also from goa country club regarding my membership from last 9 months but there has been absolutely no response from the team. We took the membership while we were staying at their resort in goa and now it seems they made a lot of false commitments. When we asked for reservations a couple of time well in advance, they said it is not available and hence we were unable to avail the holidays on time and even after paying amc for full period, they now say that my holidays are expired. Initially i was told there is no validity to the membership and i can avail the holidays whenever we are comfortable and it can be extended for next 3-4 years, if for some reason we are not able to avail the holiday every year but now no one seems to respond on my query which is very disappointing as i have made full payments for everything.

                                    Sir, i am an employee working in the indian navy. I am presently working at vizag and my wife was pulled into join the country club membership with rs 1, 00, 000/- without understanding the hidden loop holes. However, immediately on understanding the concept within 2 days of signing the contract i had applied for cancellation as per the terms and conditions mentioned for refund within the cool off period of ten days. I mailed them both at central customer care and to vizag about the same and personally submitted hard copy of the letter for cancellation at hyderabad office and took their receipt on it. I was promised that as per the contract the money will be refunded after deduction of rs 3500/- as service charges after 120 days. However, after the 120 days, neither of the customer care are giving correct picture and are putting blame on each other for the delay. They are also not responding to the e mails or phone calls instead are making calls for upodates on holilday bookings and payment of annual maintenance amount.
                                    I and my family had been put into lot of personal problems due to loss of hard earned money and i request to help me get my refund at the earliest.
                                    Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I am twinkle arora i purchased your 5 year membership on 02/07/2017 at patiala. Paymnt was made by credit card amount is 65000₹
                                      Mr. Parit, mr. Rihan and mr ashish kaushik they were describe me the plan.
                                      Mr. Rihan and mr. Parit was said that they will pay the annual maintenance charges its their responsibility nothing to worry about it.
                                      After two or three days i call
                                      Mr. Parit to cancel my membership he said that he left the job and will not help to me. I said what about my membership he said call mr. Rihan and i call him but he never picked my call then i call mr. Ashish kaushik and he said he has also left the job. I asked them now what i do and he said rihan is also left the job. No body is left to responsible for my problem. Mr. Ashish kaushik gave me a contact no of mr. Parshant. I called him and he said he will arrange a call from sakshi. After few days she called me and i asked about my membership cards she said she will call me after check and she told me to drop a mail to her regarding not received membership cards. I mailed her immediately but still no reply. I called sakshi many times but she always said she will call me after checking. Today i call to parshant and he said to me that he will not help me call sakshi.
                                      02/07/2017 to 31/08/2017 still not received cards. I'm paying interest on that amount. Now i need my payment 65000₹ with interest.
                                      I hope company will take it seriously and will reply me soon.
